I had a great experience here. I rented a van. Got the van. Returned the van. No hassles. No long wait and had myself some free water. Would recommend. The great lady who assisted me was so friendly. You deserve a rsise!

I contacted Mobility Works on September 26, 2019 regarding a safety risk recall on my van, which if not corrected can cause the driver to lose control and crash. I was quickly transferred to the service manager, and spoke to him about my recall. He checked and said my van does have a recall. However, he can't schedule me to have the recall corrected because he no longer had the part available. He said he had to order it and when it comes in he will contact me. I okayed, thanked him and hung up. I waited until 10/22/19 and decided to follow up, because he hasn't called me. This time I was transfer to the service manager's voice mail. I left the service manager a voice mail, but no return call was made. On 10/29/19, I decided to contact BraunAbility in Indiana (corporate). They told me to keep calling Mobility Works so I call Mobility Works as instructed by BraunAbility and left the service manager a second voice mail message. Lord and behold! I got a call back from the service manager that following afternoon. He said the part was back ordered that's why he hasn't called me. But, he will contact me as soon as it comes in. I decided to be patient and wait, then came 2020 and no phone call. On 1/13/20, I called BraunAbility again, and again they told me to keep calling Mobility Works. I told BraunAbility I had call BraunAbility last October and I was told to "keep calling Mobility Works". The lady at BraunAbility then took down my name and Vehicle ID. She said she'll contact Mobility Works and they will contact me. I waited for about another 5 days, then the service manager from Mobility Works left me a voice mail. He said he checked online and my van does have a recall; however, he needs to order the part (back to square one), and will give me a call. On 1/23/20, the service manager left me a voice mail. He said the part came in and he is ready to schedule me in for repair. Finally, I was able to take my van in to correct the recall on 1/24/20. Although it took technician 2 hours to complete and not the 1 hour promised I was okay. What I was really mad about was that finger prints were left on my van (hood and sliding door). This is so unprofessional. I had taken multiple cars for recalls at other dealers throughout my life and not once did I had finger prints on my cars. Also, it should not take almost 4 months to get the recall completed. In my opinion, poor and unprofessional service.

I drove my boss here from out of town to have his van ramp serviced (they failed to let him know they have a pick up service since we lived an hour away). He had an appointment but went in and was unnoticed until he started asking if anybody worked there. After a 1 hr appointment turned into 2, we got back to my boss's house to find out the belt on his automatic door opener would no longer work properly (yet they inspected everything having to do with the ramp/door). Then he had his van picked up by them to have it serviced AGAIN to fix the belt issue now. They were supposed to get there at 9am for pick up but didn't show up until 3:30pm!!! Worst service!

We had a confirmed reservation, in writing, to rent a van on a Monday morning. We were traveling from Phoenix to Fresno to take our physically and developmentally disabled nephew to some appointments and to enjoy time together with some pre-arranged Christmas activities. I contacted Mobility Works the previous Friday afternoon to confirm we'd be there by 9:30 am Monday to pick up the van and return it that afternoon before closing. They emailed me back that we couldn't pick up the van before 10:30. I first said it was unacceptable - the confirmation said it would be available at 9:00. I then decided to change some appointments so we could still rent the van. I pointed out they ought to adjust the van rental fee accordingly, but they said no. They then called to tell me the people who had the van decided they wanted to keep it an extra day so it wouldn't be available at all for us to rent Monday. I suggested they tell the renter to get the van back because they had a confirmed obligation to rent it to us. They said no and left us with no transportation for my nephew. I can't even tell you how disappointing it was to him that we weren't able to take him out for activities he had been looking forward to. To me their lack of commitment was so disgusting I finally just hung up the phone. Their written confirmation to us meant nothing and Roxanna, the person we dealt with, couldn't have cared less. Have a backup form of transportation available if you want to risk reserving a rental van from them. I'll sure never try it again.
