Mobility Works is an amazing dealership as they go out of their way to provide the customer with the information needed in buying or renting a handicap accessible van. I had rented a van several times and the rental department is amazing. One call is all it takes to rent a van and have exceptional service In the process. After renting a van several times a van was purchased to help our parents in their mobility needs. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The general manager was always patient and kind while we were in transition of buying the van. Would strongly recommend this dealership if anyone is in need of a handicap accessible van. The service could not have been any better!!! Thank you!!

They should have reputable places in Virginia to buy and sell vans. In 2018 purchased a 2014 GMC extended wheelbase, all options including bed and wheelchair lift van. On the lot for $80,000. Decided to sell and get rear entry Toyota or Honda. They want to give me $22k. It's sad the disability community is taken advantage of. Update! They reached out to retain my business. They had a buyer for my van that would pay what I wanted to get for the van, They still would not go over 28k. There are like vans selling for 54k. The van has less than 20k miles on it! Next stop BBB.

This review is for the wheelchair van rental only. Renting a wheelchair van is a much better alternative than getting a wheelchair transport. Cost between the two options are about the same. You might not be able to secure a wheelchair transport on the same day, but most likely you will be able to rent a wheelchair van from the Mobility Work. Renting your own van provides much more flexibility and avoid long wait time for return pickup. The young lady Ro from the rental department was extremely friendly and helpful! She will do anything to make sure her customers are satisfied. She even sanitized the vehicle personally before we picked up the van. The whole rental process was smooth and pleasant. Mobility Works seems like an one stop shopping for all your needs. Check out their website for other products and services offered by the company.

Thank you SO much Mobility Works for all of your help these past few days! This whole process was easy from renting to returning the wheelchair accessible van. Ro was super friendly and very helpful. She explained everything throughly, and showed me how to change all of the settings, locks and belts in the van. My 10-year-old son had surgery at VCU and was put in a Petrie cast so his legs are cast straight out in front of them. They were able to take the middle row and passenger front seat out so that he would fit comfortably. Thank you so much again! Would highly recommend Mobility Works!
