This was my first alone car buying experience. My experience started when I asked about the Chevy Cruze. Matthew sent an email immediately back and we set up a time to test drive. They were friendly as soon as you arrive. When I met with Matthew S., he put me right at ease and he answered all my questions. When I finally decided to buy the Cruze. Matthew made the process easy and answered all my questions and was also very friendly. The staff there are very courteous, friendly and yet professionally. I like recommended to my friends.

Matt Stewart really hepled our daughter find a car that was a good fit for her to take to college. He didn't just try to sell her something, he really took the time to show her the differences in the different models, he actually knew all about the products he was selling which we weren't finding at other dealerships. when I decided to buy a new truck I built the Truck I wanted on line with all the options I wanted. I printed it out and took the same thing to 3 different dealers with no trade in and asked their best deal they could give me on this truck. Modern not only stepped up to the plate and gave me the best price but found the exact truck I had built at another dealer and did some trading with them to get the truck I wanted with the most incentives available without have to order it. Doug Kleekamp did a spectacular job with the whole process along with Matt Feldman who made the paper a breeze also. My wife and I are very excited with our new purchase and would highly recommend Modern Auto to anyone. I guess you could say it was a Red Carpet deal. I have been a GM owner for many years and the service department has always taken good care of us also.

Buying a new vehicle is a difficult process for us. Deciding what to buy, the options, and the best "deal" is difficult. Modern Auto was with us during every step of the process and did everything possible to make the experience worthwhile and enjoyable. This was the first time that my husband and I bought a car from Modern Auto but it won't be the last! I felt as if they cared about what our needs were from the minute we walked through the door and that feeling was evident through the entire process. I never felt pressured to buy; they truly wanted me to be happy with the purchase and I am very happy. I almost always have buyer's remorse when I make a large purchase such as a car and I am pleased to say that this time I never once had remorse. I have not had to utilize the service department yet but if the sales department is any indication how the service will be, I doubt I will be disappointed.

Working with Brian on the purchase of my Buick Enclave from modern Auto Co was nothing but professional. Living in Seattle WA - relocating to the Washington MO I decided to purchase a new vehicle. I called Brian we discussed vehicle options. Brian mentioned the Buick Enclave. My first opinion was Buick REALLY. Buick was not on my radar - THANKS Brain I'm glad you mentioned the Enclave to me. I did the home work and WOW!!! First time I purchased a vehicle unseen trusting in my salesman and pictures on internet. A few weeks ago I read a review that contained bad language that has no place in the website, Obviously someone was angry. But.....it's time for the other side of the story. We have lived in Washington for about 8 years and in that time we have purchased two cars from Modern Auto. I traded my car in on the first occasion and was treated very favorably by Brian Feltmann. Now, I have purchased the second car.....4 years later or so, from Modern with Doug Kleekamp helping me. I was very impressed by Doug's quick service, his honesty and am very happy with the certified used vehicle that I purchased. I have also had occasion to use their Body Shop, with Wayne Franek. Totally satisfied with their performance. I have been a service customer of theirs and have always been impressed with how they have handled the servicing of my vehicle. SO, in spite of what one person said a few weeks ago.....this is a great dealership! Keep up the good work! And, the day I bought the car, I had stopped at another dealer. Parked, found a suitable vehicle to test drive.....and could get no one to wait on me!

This is the second car we purchased from Modern Auto but the first since my husband died. Doug and Alex were very helpful and courteous to me at all times durinig this process I started out looking for a used car and had given them specific things I did not want and my price limit. They were very patient with me trying to meet my requirements. We finally found that one, a 2015 new Trax. The test drives proved this was the car for me. Doug was very helpful and courteous letting me take the car home overnight to test it on my roads and for night driving. When I returned the car my son was with me and Doug took the time to explain things to him and we made a deal and took the car home with a full tank of gas. I returned on Tuesday morning to finish all the paper work which went very smoothly, always explaining each thing to me. The car was taken to the shop to be cleaned and the gas tank again filled. After it was ready to go Doug took the time to again explain all the new things on the car and helping to set up the extra advantages and again saying if you have any questions just call or stop by. We have been a customer of Modern Auto for many years, always having our cars serviced there and always satisfied with the work and the courteous atmosphere.

This is our fourth vehicle that we bought from Modern Auto. The last two were new that Doug Kleekamp sold us. We were extremely satisfied with his knowledge, friendliness, and willingness to make a deal happen. Doug explained all the bells and whistles on our new Verano and was very patient with his explanations. He had the car completely cleaned, full of gas, and ready to go at the time promised. He has also made himself available to answer any questions or problems we may have at any time of the day in the future. Obviously we were completely satisfied with Doug's salesmanship from our last experience and returned to him again for this sale. This is the second vehicle that we've purchased from Doug at Modern. We call ahead, tell him what we want, give him a price range, and he always delivers with options and overall ideas. He is always, as well as the entire staff, willing to answer questions, provide options, give reasons why something is better or not as good as something else, etc. Doug, the entire sales staff, administrative staff, and service department have always been there when we called and needed questions answered. The service department calls ahead and explains what needs to be done, the costs, what they feel you could do if the costs are too overwhelming, etc. We often have a habit to call and ask 'what if' questions. They are patient with our lack of knowledge and provide information back to us in a form we can understand. That means a lot. This is our 13th new Chevrolet that we have purchased over the years. By far, Modern has been one of the most pleasant, easiest, experiences we had. With this last purchase, we had looked on a Sunday, called Doug Monday morning, went over at 2:00 in the afternoon, left at 3:00 for a prior engagement, came back at 7:00 and drove the car home!!!!!!! - It was clean, gassed up, and financing, etc. all completed. To top it off, I have approximately two years of free service too!!! Doug even explained all the gadgets in a way I understood. When he saw confusion - he said to play with it a while and then come back and he'd explain again and again if needed. I can't say enough positives. I recommend these folks to any who is willing to ask. All in all - I love my new Traverse. Thank you
