Bought a red 2013 regular cab Toyota Tacoma from them. It’s in better condition than I thought. I had to drive 4 hours one way, so it was very important that it was worth the trip. WOW. Will never go anywhere else again. I feel like most businesses forget how important customer service is. Car buying is a very stressful process sometimes. My mom was thinking of trading in her car and did not want to go alone because car sales people can be overwhelming. When we met our salesman, Michael, it was a whole different experience. He was polite and personable. His manager John came to speak with us and the same. The owner walks by and he ended up coming in the office and also speaking with us as though we've known him forever. This does not happen normally. I had a surprise for my mother and we wanted to help, along with my family, to put more on the down payment. So I call Shawn, the finance manager. He, spoke to me as if I were his customer. So personable and helpful. By the same very night of speaking with Shawn, I was picking up my mother to go pick up her new car. She was so happy. I will definitely be visiting Molye Chevrolet for my next purchase. Thank you all for your kindness and making my 79 year old mother happy!

I had a great experience with Molye Chevrolet and salesman John Stauffer. I contacted the dealership through their website and heard back from John within a couple hours. I live 2.5 hours from the dealership, so we communicated through phone and text to work out a deal, settle my trade-in, and exchange information. Since John knew I would be driving a distance and bringing my children, he made sure all the paperwork was completed and ready to be signed when I arrived at the dealership. We managed to be in and out (in our new vehicle) within an hour. The entire staff was friendly and helpful - from owner, to manager, to sales. They gave me top dollar on my trade and made sure I had headphones for each of my children to enjoy a movie on the way home. Those may be small touches, but they put Molye Chevrolet far ahead of dealerships I have visited in the past. And that seems to be the Molye way. Customer service and taking care of the little things area obviously very important. I have zero regrets purchasing a vehicle pretty much online and taking a bit of a drive to get it because Molye Chevrolet was wonderful!

I had taken my 2016 Impala in for a scheduled oil change. I have had a problem with a very slow leak in one of the tires since it was new. I asked the service manager if they could take a look at it, and the technician found a paper sticker from a new tire caught in the bead. Probably fell in sight unseen at the factory. Once this was removed-problem solved!

While I've not yet made the decision on what vehicle I will purchse, the trip to Molye Chevy was well worth the drive out from Buffalo. I've been working with David and he has been absolutely excellent throughout the process, friendly, responsive and anything but pushy. I've also spoken with Vito who shows that David's exceptional service is not limited to the sales staff. I'm still up in the air on whether I will buy the vehicle I test drove but only because my schedule is busy and I'm looking for time to test drive a vehicle at another dealership. If that vehicle was at Molye then my search would be over and I'd be rolling down the road a very happy man. Buying a used car is not often a fun process but the Molye staff is changing my opinion. I will continue to look at Molye throughout my buying process as well as in the future. I would send any of my friends and family to see David and Vito, without any hesitation.

Awesome people! My Dad and I were greeted and treated with respect by everyone( owners included ) we crossed paths with that afternoon. My dad was impressed and it take a lot to impress him. I was doing some online shopping for my next truck on Cars.com and came across Molye and inquired about a truck. Salesman David Branch called me shortly after. I explained to him I was kicking tires and lived about 3 hours away but liked what I saw online. We talked a few minutes and I told him I would call back when I had more time. A few days later Vito Sr. called me and asked if I was still shopping and asked me to check the website again. I did and found exactly what I was looking for. The transaction was first class from start to finish. The initial price on the Corvette was consistent with the marketplace, not inflated and the negotiation was quick, professional and fair. Hands down, the Service Department at Molye is the best I have experienced in the area. Troy, the Service Manager, is always very helpful and will go out of his way to assist you. He has looked up GM service bulletins for me on non-Chevy vehicles, and even does warranty/recall work on my GMC. The whole service department is a class-act, yet has that small hometown feel. After a recent auto accident, Troy at Molye was able to schedule my car to check it out the same day to ensure it was still safe to drive. He then scheduled the repairs, worked closely with the insurance company & kept me informed every step of the way. I thought I'd already submit a review but it didn't go through. So I was in the market for a Vette and I saw a grand sport from Molye Chevy. I liked the car immediately. I then sent Jeff an email with my BEST offer and told Jeff that was my BEST offer. Jeff was like me, he didn't like to go around the corners and did not like to play with the number. After we had agreed on the price, oh boy I sent Jeff a million questions and he literally answered all of them. I hated when a salesman ask me questions because I am the customer and I get to ask the questions. Lol. Over all, I was very happy and was actually kind of nervous to buy a vehicle I don't get to see in person but Jeff made sure I was at ease at what I was getting by sending me pictures and video of the car. I would definitely buy another car from Jeff in the future.

Believe this or not, I have never bought a vehicle at a dealership. I have never been in a position where I thought I could afford to. I found a truck I really liked on their website. (I'm not a big internet shopper either but theirs was very easy to see their inventory). I made contact with David Brand. He was quick to respond to my inquiry (even later at night, via e-mail, even when he was "off the clock") and was very helpful answering any questions I had. We made the trip (we live 1.5 hrs. away) to see the truck in person. David met us at the door! We took the truck for a drive and liked it. David was very patient with us. Back in the summer I had an issue with my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu when the "check engine" light that would keep coming on and wouldn't go out. After taking it to another dealer with no satisfactory results, a friend suggested I take it to Molye so I did. I was given a loaner car while the service department investigated the problem. Long story short, they resolved the issue and I haven't had any problems since. The Customer Service Dept. was very helpful, polite, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. Earlier today, I took the car back to have an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. Again, my experience was quite pleasant while waiting for my car; the facilities are spotless and the staff very friendly. Although I didn't purchase the car at Molye I can guarantee my next car(s) thereafter will be purchased there - it's the honesty and genuine concern/care the staff takes to make certain their customers are totally satisfied. I needed to buy a used car in my price range. Moyle had an advertised car in that range. I purchased the car at the agreed upon, very reasonable, price. When I picked it up the a/c had stopped working so they repaired the whole system, did an inspection check and also found the front breaks needed repairing and they did it all at no cost to me. They stuck to the agreed upon price! They gave me a loaner car until it was fixed, Allen did a fantastic job keeping in touch with me and keeping me updated. They got me in and out very quickly when I did the final signing. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Strongly recommend to everyone to check out Moyle when buying their next used or new car. Although I specifically submitted a request for quote for a Buick Encore, I received communications trying to convince me to purchase a Chevrolet. I did not like that. If I wanted to purchase a Chevrolet, I would have submitted a request for that car. Although both models belong to the same company, they are not the same. My first memory of Moyle is when my older brother bought a hot Chevelle in about 1974. I have used their services ever since. I purchased a used Malibu for my daughter and another for myself within the last 8 years and both were great value! Troy at the service desk is always so considerate and accommodating whenever I call for routine maintenance or repairs. Mike Williams is a great salesman to work with. He provides good information with low pressure; lets the cars sell themselves. My last encounter with Service Director Rick Heffernan is over the top!! I took my 2010 Acadia in to diagnose a squeeling noise in the front end. After hoisting the car on a lift, Rick explained to me that the problem is a steering seal that could be replaced to quiet the noise. He told me that the noise does not signify any mechanical problem, but the seal could be replaced for around $500.00 if the noise bothers me too much. I AM SO IMPRESSED! You know you are working with a first rate business when a service manager is this upfront and honest! I am a "Lifer" at Moyle Chevrolet Buick!!

I was looking for a used truck and found several online that I was interested in. I met with Allen and found one that was perfect for my needs at Molye. After comparing it to one at the new Chevy dealership in avon, I decided to purchase the one at Molye. I am glad that I did. The other one had a bad Carfax, was a 3 owner, and didn't have the equipment the one at Molye did. Allen was polite, friendly, and did not pressure me. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a slightly used 2014 Impala LT. Both our salesman Dave Brand and their business manager Joe Gilligan were extremely helpful in facilitating our purchase. Joe went out of his way to secure financing for us after my own approved Capitol One financing failed to meet the LTV requirement. Thanks to his efforts we were able to leave that night knowing we were financed and picked up the vehicle the next day! The atmosphere was very low key and friendly and I never once felt pressured to buy or accept any of the offered service plans. The explanations of what they offered for extended warranty and service were clear and concise and they understood that no meant no without any additional attempts to talk me into it. The vehicle and all paperwork were ready and waiting when we arrived for pick-up despite a local power outage. All in all a very positive experience with friendly helpful people. I walked away with the car I wanted and a deal I was very satisfied with. I would highly recommend Molye Chevrolet Buick to other buyers and will most certainly shop there again when the need arises. We were looking for a used car for my daughter in a range of $10-15K and low mileage. We stopped by Molye and found what we were looking for. It is a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Molye is outstanding and all the people there are so nice. Our sales man is David Brand, who couldn't be nicer. I think they said they got it from the auction and the car is in excellent condition, but they checked it out in their shop and prepped the car for us. This dealer is great. I would recommend going to Molye if you are looking for a car new or used. They have a great selection and are located right in Honeoye Falls. Their store is beautiful and every one there is so nice. We will definitely go back to Molye for another car. They do always say yes....

I just moved to Bloomfield and got a service flyer from Molye advertising their service department and decided to give them a chance to see if they were any good as the previous chevy dealer I had done some work before had let me down. Great job to Rick and his team. I am a single mother and do not have someone to consult before I have any work done on my Equinox. I cannot say enough about the way I was treated! They fixed what I had complained about numerous times and even covered it under warranty even though another had said it would cost about $600.00. I have the utmost faith and will be coming back to them eventhough I am about 10 minutes closer to another dealer.

I never thought that I would buy a car over the internet without physically seeing the car itself. My grand-daughter needed a car to be able to get back and forth to work and handle daily activities. I bought my Colorado 22,000 miles ago from Molye and had a little problem with the heating unit a few weeks ago. It was no longer under the 3 year/36000 mile warranty and I knew another mechanic at the garage next door, so I took it into them and was quoted over $900 to fix the problem but that could not be confirmed until they took the heating element apart. So I called Rick at Molye and had it brought in. Come to find our, it was under a recall campaign and was under fulll warranty and would not cost me a dime. What an idiot I was! I bought a used Suburban late summer from Molye. Pleased with the deal, love the truck, happy with my sales experience with Mike and the finance manager/part time window washer. It's the simple, little things that set dealerships apart. I was really impressed when they washed my truck after performing the free oil/filter change. That's when we stopped shopping around and leased my wife's new Equinox from Molye. Just picked up my Suburban from having some warrantee work done and, again, Troy and the crew took good care of me and my truck. They did me a favor by not washing it this time since it is roughly -20 with the wind chill today and I would most likely have been either frozen in or out of it!.

Brought my 2007 Colorado in for an oil change and to have the engine checked out since the oil had become "milky". Although I didn't have an appointment, Troy said he would get it done! They changed the oil, checked the engine and found no problems, and to top it off they washed my truck! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, courteous and professionalism of Troy and others at the dealership. I was very pleased and will come back for future service needs!

The folks at Molye Chevrolet, know how to do the job and do it right! I have dealt with several different dealerships, in my 56 years of owning a vehicle and Molye stands far above the majority of the dealerships I have dealt with. Troy, their Service Advisor, does an excellent job discussing the service needed and how to take care of the problem. The mechanic that worked on my Impala, recently, Brian Reamore, did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends or business associates.

I decided to try Molye Chevrolet, what a god send, from the Sales to the Service they beat the other dealers hands down. I used to wait up to two hours for a oil change (with appointment), I am now waiting at the most 45 min. I would never change Dealers now that I have found Molye.

We had to have a sensor replaced in our Equinox, so we took it into Moyle. Troy called me up to inform me that there was additional work that was needed to make it pass inspection that was due by the end of the month. I recently inquired about a Cruze lease from a closer Chevy dealer who is on the radio, in the newspaper, and on television everyday about how low their prices are and was blatently lied too just to get me to come in. I got there, was lied too by not only the salesperson but the high pressured Manager who made me ever more displeased. So I sent an internet inquiery to 3 other Chevy dealers. Molye was the only one who actually got back to me. I took the 30 minute drive, got $3000 more for my trade and am now driving a new car that I am totally satisfied with. I bought a 2013 used Impala with Molye's Oil Changes for Life at which I was introduced to their service Advisor Troy. I called to schedule my first oil change as I was going on vacation on Friday. He told me to bring it on down and he would fit me into their schedule. I was told it would be about 45 minutes. 20 minutes later I was handed my keys, the car was washed, and I was on my way! Early on a Thursday afternoon, I received a call that a relative was gravely ill and we should come as soon as possible. I had set up on oil change appt for the next morning, but was concerned about driving the 10 hours to PA and back without the oil change. I called the Service dept and spoke with Troy. When Troy heard my dilemma, he suggested that I bring the car over immediately and he would change it right then. In no time, I was back on the road! I so much appreciate the attention to "serving the customer" and to Troy's attentiveness!

I came in out of curiosity to look at particularly optioned car that was stock and let the sales staff know I was already in negotiations with another large volume chevy dealer in the area. Within 2 hours I ended up driving that car home! The buying experience was so smooth and the negotiation process was hassle free without the usual long pauses when the salesman Mike would go talk to the manager, I would ask for a price and had a yes/no within a minute. Their prices were far better that what I was painstakingly negotiating with the other dealership for a car that had more features! Overall, I the staff seemed truly genuine in making me a happy customer and getting to know me and making sure any questions I had were answered. The finance process was also straight forward with my salesguy Mike checking in and making sure all was well, it felt nice to not have the "handed off" feeling to a backroom finance office without windows after making a deal. In fact, the finance person is right out on the sales with bright windows.

I had my annual NYS Inspection and took advantage of a mailer I got that offered Lubrication, Oil and filter and four tire rotation. In addition, they found that my injectors needed cleaning and I had that done also. It only took under 2 hours total. I am very impressed with Troy who saw to it that it was done right.

I received fast and responsive service as soon as I pulled inside your massive service department. Troy was fantastic and as salesman walked by they asked if there was anything they could do to make me feel at home. They even asked me if I wanted a doughnut that a previous customer had brought in, I declined since I am on a diet ( ha, ha!) I took one anyway! These guys are what you expect and I will be back not only for my next oil change, but to buy my work vehicles because sometimes we like to save a few bucks in buying our vehicles but have poor service after the sale! I went in for an oil change and mentioned that my trick has been running rough since purchased used from another dealer. The most ENJOYABLE car buying experience ever! I was looking for a pre-owned Mini Cooper convertible for quite some time. My Chevy Blazer wouldn't start on a cold morning recently. I had it towed to Molye because it was nearby where I was visiting. When the problem was diagnosed, Troy Appleby reviewed the options and we agreed on a path. Then he called later to let me know work was complete. But when I picked the truck up later that evening...it wouldn't start! I wrote a "nice" note and dropped off the keys again. When I talked to Troy next , he explained they now better understood the problem, the diagnosis had been expanded and they had found the problem. PLUS, to my surprise, Troy indicated their would be no further charge to me. The truck runs fine now and I'm glad to say I've found a man and a service department that I can rely on. A rare find.

I have always had good experiences with the service work they have done on my car however Troy was particularly helpful recently when my car had an exhaust leak which required the ordering of a new manifold. It was originally predicted that it would take about 4 days to get the part in. I was planning a trip and needed to have the car ready sooner than that. Troy made special arrangements to get the part in the very next day! I was very impressed and grateful for the extra effort that he made. Great work!!

If you are looking for a great deal on a new/used car go see the guys at Molye Chevrolet in Honeoye Falls. Ask for Matt or Vito (senior or junior). These guys are for real! I bought a used Z71 truck from them and a short while later developed an intermittent problem with the transmission. I talked with Matt and Vito Jr. and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it. I brought it in to Troy and Rick in the service department and they drove the truck until the problem showed itself, then they made the needed repairs in a timely manner. This service dept is top notch as well as their sales dept. If they don't have the car/truck you want they will go out and find it. Take the short drive to Molye and tell them Jamie sent you - you will be glad you did. Have a nice day!

I visited 2 different Chevy stores prior to going to Molye Chevrolet about a sign and drive they are advertising. Each store told me that if I can get that deal, then I better go buy it (lease it I told them.) So, here I am saying this must be a ploy for me to go in there and not have this deal exist and have them switch me into a more expensive vehicle. To my surprise, my salesperson, Mike says what color did you want? He showed me two that they had and I said OK the grey one. Two hours later, I am driving off in this new Malibu that drives like a Lexus. The only thing I have to say is to the other guys that I went to, I am drving the car you told me I could not get! I originally emailed Jeff Knickbocker on Tuesday inquiring about a used Cadillac on his lot I had seen on-line at cars.com to see if it was still available. After Jeff's quick response I made arrangements to take a drive from Spencerport on Wednesday to check it out and take the Caddy for a test drive.
