Great customer service. The salesperson, sales manager and finance guy that handled my who car buying experience were incredibly patient (I drove numerous vehicles) and attentive. I spent all day at the dealership, but it was also a Saturday and it was busy. Despite the wait, everyone offered us something to drink or snack on. I even got some "swag" with my vehicle purchase (a coffee mug, notebook, pen, toy car, keychains and a coupon to purchase MINI accessories). Before I drove off the lot, the salesperson walked me through the basics of my car and even helped me connect my smartphone to my car via bluetooth. I was also told they would set up a follow-up walk-through to answer any questions about my car.

My car was caught in the Houston, TX flood, April 18, 2016. I was both devastated and hurt at the loss of my 2011 Mini Cooper. When I purchased the 2011 Mini Cooper Mr. Walter McNeal explained to me the importance of having Gap insurance which surely came in handy when the car was considered a total loss. I am so very grateful that he knew that I needed this protection and that he took the time to explain it to me.This time was no different, Mr. Walter McNeal was confident and possess the knowledge to guide me through the process. Great service. AC blower went out at 2nd year. Brought in for warranty service. Was a day late for the appointment, but still got a loaner car while repairs being done. Took 2 days to get it fixed, but was done properly. Chris was very nice and couteous. Great service.

I came by because of a bubble in my one year old MINI's front wheel and the team their fit me right into the walk-in repair schedule, fixed my tire, changed my oil, and I was back on the road. Attended the recent Mini Clinic at Momentum Mini. Service began promptly at my appointment time. Everything was clearly explained that would be done. Had time to enjoy a bit of food that was provided and received a goodie bag for coming in. My service advisor, Kris Landefeld, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns and questions. Also, received good information from my service tech, Rick. All in all a VERY good experience from this dealership. Will continue to use Momentum Mini for my service, as well as, any future new car purchases!

Great Customer Service, but I did have a problem before I arrived on phone I was passed around 5 times before they sent me to Mini Service Dept. I spoke to 4 Employees from BMW dealer so I was not in a great mood by the time I got to the right person why do you have an operator that's not doing her job right in BMW if that's who you want the calls to go to when people are calling for Service for Mini Cooper and have to go through all that when calling when your calling according to your site it says Mini Cooper phone number ?

Our BMW 550i had a rebuilt engine and starter replacement (among other parts) after diagnosing knocking and screech(starter) sounds. Got a decent loaner for the 2 and 1/2 weeks repair duration. Phillip Pham was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date! Now we have an almost new 2011 BMW!

I puchased my 750 I in November 2015 from the pre-owned lot.from Bill Russell, Sales. From the initial meet and greet Bill made my husband and I feel like family and provided excellent customer service making sure we were happy with our purchase. I brought my car in for service because my TPM light kept coming on and my air conditioner was sounding like a lawn mower was running. . Tim Jue was my service advisor .He also was very courteous and gave excellent customer service. He took the time to review the history on the car and noticed there maybe other things that they needed to look at while my car was being service. He kept me updated with any findings needing to be serviced, the price and any additional time it may take to service. I appreciated him getting my approval/permission to move on with any work. I never felt pressured to service something that could wait until later. Although I have a BMW car dealership 15 mins from my home I willingly travel the extra 40 mins to this location. I am very satisfied with the customer service at Momentum BMW at 10002 SW Freeway, Houston, TX and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone wanting to purchase or service their BMW...the ultimate driving machine!!! Whilst I am pleased with the repairs the device was very disappointing. The car took over a month longer than expected. The communication throughout was poor, we were only given updates when we chased them. They did apologize for the length of time they took but it really was unacceptable and we had to pay a lot out of pocket for a rental.

As with any dealership, it is all about the people you deal with. Once in a while even the best dealership management will let a bad apple get through, but that shouldn't erase all the good other people have done. Better dealers will strive to hire only the best and thus more people will have a better overall experience. I've had some downs, but way more ups with Momentum Southwest BMW/Mini. The person who sold me my BMW, Tom Bucher, and my service advisor, Tim Jue, are some of the best in the business in my opinion. I am very picky with customer service and will only write reviews if the service is exceptional. I don't really even write reviews if the service is terrible because great service has become very hard to find now a days. I've saved you all the wok of trial and error. If you need a new car at Momentum Southwest BMW/Mini go see Tom Bucher. If you need the best service advisor there so you can have peace of mind, see Tim Jue.

Momentum Mini Houston have gone above and beyond from day one. Back in June I moved back to Houston and was in need of some wheels having always been a mini owner the hunt was on once more. My Dad suggest I went down to see them so I did. They had an amazing porfolio of minis with all ranges of models, lines, colours both new and second hand. Adelaide whisked me around and after a process of elimination we had found the perfect one 2015 second hand black cooper with an extremely low mileage practically brand new. From there is has been smooth sailing Adelaide and team have kept up with me checking up to make sure all is well. I have been back numerous times to inquire how something works etc sometimes in a mantis state of mind and they have calmly and caringly shown me how and what with elegant simplicity and grace. I recently went into get my car serviced and waited for my car in the cafe sitting area which is very accommodating. The servicing of my car was thorough and detail attentive. They walked me through explaining what needed to be done what improvements if I so wished could have done along with investigating avenues of new tires I wanted etc. they are a very welcoming friendly accommodating team and produce outcomes and products which underline the quality of there expertise

My 2014 Mini Cooper was delivered to Houston Texas Momentum Mini for recall campaign. I drove into a clean environment, which gave an impression of order and organization. I was promptly greeted by the Service staff with an interest to help me. The check in process was handled easily. A brief explanation of the goals of the recall was explained to me. I was provided with a clean Mini to use while my car was being serviced. The next Am, I returned my loaner car, and picked up my personal car in apparent good condition. I a very satisfied with this service provider.

I was greated from the very start with a smile. I got Ryan as my advisor. He pulled all the information my car had and informed me of the services I needed for my car. It was time to replace a battery which is good I dont want to get stuck. He told me about my upcomming services which I elected to go ahead and get out of the way. Time is very valuable to me that is why I like comming here. He got me a ride to work and had me picked up in the afternoon. I was suprised that the car was so clean when they finished with it. I will be asking for him in the future
