VERY VERY FRIENDLY AT SERVICE CENTER DESK.I WAS KEPT INFORMED EVERY STEP OF CAR REPAIR, THE COST OF PARTS, AND TRANSPORTATION TO HOME AND BACK.FREQUENT PHONE CALLS TO HOUSE WITH UPDATE ON SERVICE. I LIKE THE BREAK ROOM FOR CUSTOMERS, MY HUSBAND HAS HAD A STROKE AND I BABYSIT 17 MTH AND GRANDDAUGHTER. LEAVING THEM AT HOME IS NOT AN OPTION AND GRATEFUL FOR TV, DRINKS, AND CLEAN AREA.

Montgomery Chevrolet gave me the best customer service I've ever recieved anywhere in my life! I went in after going to another dealership looking for a low mileage pre owned vehicle. The other dealership was trying to get me to commit to an outrageous monthly payment i could not afford and completely disregarded anything i had to say. When i got to Montgomery Chevrolet I was immediately greeted by the manager Henry Lee who asked me then actually listened to what i was looking for. Everyone from the receptionist to every member of the sales team working that day introduced themselves and spoke to me. They allowed me to drive a vehicle while they worked out financing that was agreeable to me and they listened to everything i had to say. They were honest and completely upfront throughout the process not only for me but for several customers that were already there. I drove out of there in a brand new car and a chance to rebuild my credit. Im completely blown away they exceeded every expectation or idea ive ever had about car dealerships and sales. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Montgomery Chevrolet i couldn't be happier!

This was the first time I went through the process of buying a car alone. I was very impressed with the courteous service at Montgomery Chevrolet. Everyone I encountered there was friendly. My salesman, Leonard T., was the best. He was so patient with all my questions and made sure that I got the car I wanted. This is the second car I have bought from this dealership and I would recommend it to everyone.

Very smooth process. My Sales guy MJ was very knowledgeable and professional. After deciding on the car that I wanted the paperwork was ready to be signed in about 30 minutes. I left the new car overnight to be cleaned and MJ drove it to me the next day and answered all my questions and concerns.

I must say this is probably the most cooperative service department I have ever dealt with. They went above & beyond the call of duty. I complained about a scratch that I found on my front bumper after I left there and also that I was missing a valve stem cap. The service manager just asked that I bring my car back so he could look at it. When I did, he immediately took my car to the detail shop and had them take care of the scratch & also replaced the valve stem cap. I was in awe and would like to say thank you! Also I have to brag on your shuttle service. It made it so easy to get my car serviced while I worked. The driver was very courteous & prompt.

I have had pretty positive experience so far with KIA Service. Both ladies (Jamie & Stephanie) at the front desk have always been professional and considerate. I would Definitely Recommend KIA Service to my friends BUT the only reason for 8 for Question No. 2 is my experience with Sales was negative in that everyone that approached me while I was looking for a vehicle was very pushy and I got talked into getting the KIA Sorento when I really wanted a smaller vehicle. It took me almost 1 year to get used to driving the Sorento. I do like it now but I don't like pushy auto sales folks!

I went in to service the 4 wheel drive on my truck. They made some repairs that cost $425 and didn't fix the problem. Moreover, I learned I could buy the part at any Autozone for 1/2 what they charged me. They also tried to get me to replace my hubs for a humming sound that I declined. Shortly after, I noticed a hard grinding noise. When I took my truck back two weeks later and told them the problem wasn't fixed, they disagreed and said everything was fine except my hubs needed to be replaced as they originally said ($1,500). They also added on brakes struts and rotors to my list that needed to be replaced. So, in the matter of two weeks, my brakes struts and rotors got miraculously worse, my car didn't get fixed, and I am out of $425. Mind you, my car only has $56,000 miles on it and new brakes were purchased 2 years ago. I will never be using this dealership again and would strongly recommend any future customers stay away from them.Hope you all have better luck than I did.

When I initially went to Montgomery Chevrolet Louisville I was a little taken back. It was during that cash for clunkers program and it; like every other dealership I went to, was packed. The main difference there was, that I didn't get ignored. When I walked inside, a salesmen immediately came up to me, and told me that every salesmen was working with 2 or 3 customers at the moment, and that somebody would be with me as soon as they can. I walked the lot for about 15 minutes, then a very nice salesmen came out to help me. They showed me what cars would qualify more to get $3500 for trade and what cars would qualify me to get $4500. I went with the Aveo, because it gets crazy gas millage and made my piece of junk 95 Chrysler worth $4500.. The salesmen neve rushed me, although he had other customers, he didn't try to mess with the price.. I will definitely be going back there for my next car purchase.
