Let me start this review by saying that I understand that Mr. Moore does not cater to folks that can afford to buy a car from a mainstream dealer. He fills an available nitch in the car market and I commend his business savy for doing so. When I first bought the car there was a transmition problem and he did fix it. He also fixed a problem with the AC. I have had the car less than 3 months and have had to spend over $800 to have the brakes completly overhauled. I recieved a phone call saying that I had not made my monthly car payment. The payment was made and cleared the bank 10 days before the phone call. No one held a gun to my head to make me buy this car and I accept full responsability. All I am saying is beware.

This was our first time to the dealership and the people were very knowledgeable of the vehicles on their lot. My husband had been looking for a reliable car for our daughter for several months. He found one on carfax.com that was located at Moore's Auto Sales. We drove 56 miles to check out the vehicle and the quality and it was just what we were looking for. We were happy and satisfied with the customer service we were given. My husband and I was not looking for a warranty on a used car, but we were given one, this was a plus! They are not your normal sales dealership salespeople, they are honest and reliable. We highly recommend this car dealership to our friends and neighbors! If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is the place to go!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by everyone. They were more than willing to work with me on a decent price, and even took the time to take care of a few extra requests. I would definitely go back if I need another vehicle.

My husband and I had been looking for a car that would fit our family of four. We had visited other dealers, but were unable to find a vehicle that we liked. A friend of ours suggested that we needed to stop in and check out Moore's Auto Sales on Ladson Rd. We went to the dealer expecting to only look and not like the inventory that was available. Boy were we wrong! Not only were we able to find a car that we loved, it fit our family needs and with a down payment that did not break the bank. The best part? We left that day with the vehicle with affordable monthly payments. While we were there, we noticed that all of the vehicles were extremely clean. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but we feel that they went above and beyond customer service. In fact, we are now looking to purchase more vehicles for our business from Moore's Auto Sales.

My husband and I had been looking for a vehicle that would fit our family of four. We had been looking at dealers for about 3 weeks and could not find one that we liked. A friend of ours recommended that we go to Moore's Auto Sales on Ladson Rd. We went and were not disappointed. Not only were all the cars very clean, but the sales staff was very informative. We did not have to have a down payment that broke the bank and we also have affordable payments to match. The staff at Moore's made sure that all of our needs were met and they have gone above and beyond customer service. In fact, because of the quality service and attention that we received, we are currently looking at buying vehicles for our business from them. We have decided that we are not going to go any where else for our vehicle needs.

This is actually our 2nd experience with Moore's. First time, my husband was looking for a truck, and after shopping at several different establishments, we ran across Moore's Auto Sales. The staff is/was extremely helpful and nice. My husband purchased a truck that he is extremely fond of. Their vehicles are in great shape and priced very affordably! This time, when I was shopping for another vehicle, I shopped around at Drive Time and JD Byrider, but it just didn't feel right. This morning, my husband recommended Moore's, the same place he got his Dodge Ram from and said, "hey, you know they sell good cars at great prices, and they've worked with me more than they should've, I think you should go there." He actually made sense (although I'll never tell him), and I'm glad he mentioned them. I drove off the lot today with a Saturn Vue that I have already fallen in love with and nicknamed! I have a warranty and affordable payments. My down payment didn't break the bank either! And to think, I almost made a huge mistake by going somewhere else! I can't wait to go to work on Monday in my new wheels and pass out Moore's Auto Sales business cards to some of my coworkers that I know are looking for vehicles. Pleased 2 times in a row with Moore's!!!!!!

I am an avid reader of reviews so I try my best to give the best possible reviews that I can for others like me to read without being biased. Fortunately there is absolutely no need for bias in this review. My service at Moore's was and has been AWESOME! Let me start from the beginning. I went to Moore's about three weeks ago to just see what they had to offer. My aunt has purchased many cars from them so she pointed me in their direction. I was immediately acknowledged, but when i mentioned that I was just looking, Gene I believe was his name simply said just lest me know if you need more information about anything! Perfect....i mean who wants someone hounding them to buy a vehicle? Not me! I saw a car I liked and was able to test drive, but because I normally don't make these kinds of decisions without consulting my husband I told them I would be back, which was no problem for them. Gregg offered his business card and I was on my way. Needless to say my husband was all for buying the vehicle and I returned the same day to purchase. Gregg was able to get my payments exactly where I needed them.....honestly a little better than where I needed them. Tammy was very accommodating and didn't treat me like just a customer. I honestly felt like I knew her. She helped to make the process go smoothly. They made sure that the car had an oil change and all fluids topped off. The car was spotless and in great condition as were the rest of the cars on the lot. Once I got the vehicle home I noticed that a headlight was not functioning properly so the next day I gave them a call since it was after hours. Let me tell you how accommodating they were. I took the car back and Gregg made sure that the headlight was in working condition. I could not have asked for more throughout this process and I'm grateful to the entire staff for all that they did to help. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Moore's!!!!! I hope i didnt leave anything out.......AWESOME ALL AROUND!!!!!!!!

We have bought 2 cars from this company! This is the only company my family buys cars from now thanks to my experience. The cars run great and look great. Best of all they are priced great, new models for low prices. I'm not sure how they do it but I'm glad they do! These people care about their customers and their product! I will be buying my baby brother a car from here soon. It just feels good to know your not being ripped off! This is not a sales pitch, I was a college student when I bought my first car here. So every dollar counts. Greg the owner doesn't talk much but does whatever he says he will. No hassle

I bought my 1st car from Moore's and had a flawless buying experience! The car was serviced BEFORE I purchased (which helps when cash flow is tight), they addressed all questions that I had and didn't pressure me. I was greeted upon arrival and then allowed to look around until I wanted help & had questions. I was given a free warranty that is offered on most of their cars (trying getting that somewhere else) and the staff was very friendly. I was able to get the car that I wanted and they worked with me on my down payment while keeping my monthly payments where I could afford them and asked for them to be. I am sure that I will be continuing business with the for future purchases.

Was looking for a used Explorer and found one here. They installed a new fuel pump prior to buying as it wasn't running well without having to pay extra. Tires are new and was taken very good care of as it had been used by owner's daughter. I was sure he wouldn't have let his daughter drive an unsafe vehicle!! If I ever have a need for another used car I will be sure to check here first! Thanks.

We bought our 2nd vehicle from here last week! We've been window shopping for another vehicle since the summer but never found anything that felt right. I took my truck back for service last weekend and my husband found his dream car. The purchase was even more smoother and quicker than the 1st one 4yrs ago. I bought a used car a few years back and have recommended this car lot ever since. They were helpful and professional; even in taking the time to explain minor details to me that I did not understand. The car has been good and still runs great to this day. Dealership is well maintained, lots of choices in vehicles, and has a friendly atmosphere. The owner explains everything in detail and the office personnel is excellent also. The repairs I had done, was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! It is so nice to go somewhere you are treated with such respect.
