I had finally went to their location after visiting four other dealerships that day and was beyond exhausted and frustrated but walked in and they immediately provided refreshments, courteous response, patients and listened to my needs and wants. Rob was great to deal with. I came to look at a car that was already sold but I wanted one and just wanted to take a look at it. Rob had no clue that our interaction would become a transaction. He was pleasant and welcoming. He showed me the vehicle and I asked him to keep me informed. That night he called me and said thanks for coming in and let me know the vehicle was available. I now own it! We didn't play back and forth with numbers and not once did he ask if my husband was coming to help me. The finance guy was great too.

One of the most positive buying experiences I have ever had. I didn't get the high pressure sales tactics I had come to expect. Everyone there seems to really love their job; that says a lot. It was professional. I was immediately greater as I pulled in. My appointment was on time with was a plus to me. Custoner service representative welcomed me, advice of wifi, charging station, and assortment of drinks plus vending machine. From the moment I walked into the door, until the moment I drove away, I could not have asked for a better experience. I purchased a preowned Kia optima from Moritz Kia in Hurst from Doug Murphy. Doug was very knowledgable about the cars features and options and educated me so that I could pick the perfect car for my situation. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make customer feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated. Doug was with me every step of the way and the finance department really worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate available. After purchasing the car I noticed a small gouge in one of my tires. Doug told me to bring the car back up, and he ordered and replaced the custom sized tire free of charge. He then took it to a local shop to have it aligned, washed my car for the second time, and filled up my tank. This was my first experience with a dealership but I was astounded with Doug and the rest of his team. I have already pointed two coworkers to this dealership and will surely go with them the next time I need a car. Thank you so much Doug and Moritz Kia in Hurst for the tremendous effort you put forth!

We were greeted pleasantly by Bart, who engaged us equally about personal life and our interest in a vehicle. He was not pushy and did a great job of answering our questions. He encouraged us to take a test drive, which we did with hiim. As we were leaving, he introduced us to Richie, the sales manager, who was incredibly welcoming. The following day we resumed our pursuit, but since Bart was off, Richie introduced us to Doug, who continued Bart's excellence of showing us a vehicle. We were allowed to sit by ourselves and talk through our decision. The guys were not pushy at all. When we finally had a choice to make between a used vehicle and a new vehicle, Richie gave us what we considered an awesome deal, which we promptly took. But the excellence didn't stop there, we were then introduced to Michael in the finance department, who did a fantastic job of getting us financed. Since we didn't have proof of insurance we had to wait a day to collect the vehicle, and we did, Richie, Bart, and Doug all welcomed us, then Doug presented us with our new vehicle. He even took us over to the service department to introduce us to the head mechanic. We could not have had a better experience. Truly.

The worst service after purchasing my vehicle! The service dept. is not friendly at all, and wants me to work around their schedule, when I am adjusting my schedule to come in! Battery died not even 2 years after getting the car. They said its a 2 year battery, and service advisor noted my battery needed to be replaced but NEVER verbally told us when oil was changed. Therefore, it died on us and we had to go and purchase one when the one with Kia WAS under warranty ! Will NEVER do business with another KIA dealer, or even Moritz Dealers again!

I was able to test drive the vehicle right away and Pablo complimented me on my ability to drive a manual transmission. The showroom was very nice with bottled water and free coffee. The salesman (Kendrick) was very affable and knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot. Troy was very nice and did an excellent job of leading me through all of the paperwork. The electronic desk device that was used for viewing and signing the paperwork is probably one of the most useful devices I've ever seen at an auto dealership.

We had a wonderful salesperson --Laurel Hoff. She was very knowledgeable and considerate while dealing with our parents who are in their 70's. This was a very good experience for me and my family. I was impressed from the front door. I was greeted at the door by a manger who then directed me to the sale's person that I spoke to. I was impressed by how fast I got the deal that I was asking for. What really put a smile on my face is that even though I did not buy a Kia, they had an expert there the next day to teach me how to use all the functions of my new car. I have a special needs son and everyone he interacted with was very kind and spoke to him. This is huge for us or we would have not given Moritz our business. Also our salesman Alejandro was kind and non aggressive as well as the sales manager Michael Hensley. It is very refreshing to purchase a vehicle without hassle. I love negotiating deals but in this case because of the level of excellence I decided to allow them to make money on my trade and purchase. I only wanted to be under a certain payment so I ask for a little so I could purchase warranties in finance.

I first went to the Hurst location last month and test drove a new Kia Rio and sat down with Mr. Harrison and went over some other options. In the intervening period from last month until last night, Mr. Harrison followed up to advise me of new offers and options via phone calls and email.What struck me as a first impression in my dealings with Mr. Harrison, after my first visit and since, is that Mr. Harrison was never overbearing, nor did he employ high pressure sales tactics, but appeared to very knowledgeable of the vehicles that your store offers, from technical/mechanical aspects as well as purchase options. I found Mr. Harrison at all times to be professional, courteous, gracious and genuinely concerned about the needs/wants of the customer. Based on my past experiences with car dealerships this seems to be most unusual conduct and behavior and I want to complement and commend Mr. Harrison for his informed, professional and gracious service, and going the extra mile and offering to deliver the car to me when I turn my rental in. Additionally, Mr. Reed went over the financing with me last night and was very detailed and informative in covering all of the warranty options, and was also very professional, courteous and gracious. Both of these men worked on a purchase for me with which I am well pleased.

My son and I were out and about on 1.30.16 shopping for his first car. We went to a few dealers in the DFW area and were lied to on many fronts. On 2.2.16 my boss recommended Moritz Kia Hurst. I went on Moritz Kia's website to see what cars and specials they had listed. I called Moritz Kia to see if they actually had the cars at the dealership that were listed on the website and was transferred to Chris Kimsey. Chris took his time on the phone with me and explained all the pricing and what cars were available. I told Chris I would be visiting after work that evening. Meanwhile, I filled out an application for financing on the Moritz website. My son and I arrived at the dealership around 7 pm. Chris met us with a smile. He let us know the financing was already approved. We went over again what cars were available. Everything Chris had previously explained was still in place. No bait and switch, no gimmicks, no hidden fees. Chris told my son, pick your color car. My son picked a silver 2016 Kia Forte. The car had just arrived on the truck so it had to be prepped. Chris gave my son a white 2016 white Forte loaner to use until his car was ready. The next day we arrived at the dealership at 6 pm and the car was parked up front and ready to go. Chris spent 30 minutes with my son going over all the features the car has along with helping him setup his blue tooth among other things. I have bought many cars throughout my life and have never experienced the SUPERIOR customer service I received with Chris and Moritz Kia.Thanks again Chris along with Moritz Kia staff.

There is no reason that a 20 minute oil change should take 1.5 hours when it was scheduled a week in advance. Have trouble every time I bring my vehicle here with the Fidelity warranty. Any Kia dealership is allowed to service it, I have issues every single time at this location.

Brought in my Hyundai Tiburon for service, as the brands are related. Needed complete clutch job on 6 speed manual. Recently went to private mechanic who said flywheel was never replaced during service where they said flywheel was replaced, and cost about $1200.00. The compounded problem is it is now out of warranty from Moritz. Moral of story...... Always ask to see replaced parts...... And do not trust something has been done at the service department.

I went in to Moritz just to look at a Soul not intending to buy one just yet. The first person to greet me was Pablo Zambrand with his big smile. I told him I was interested in looking at a Soul, he directed me to the showroom and began to answer all my questions and show me all the awesome standard things that came with it. He then sat down with me and very patiently walked me through the process of buying a car. He asked me what I wanted and worked very hard to make it happen.. Everything sounded GREAT in the beginning they are VERY friendly and suck you in pretty quickly. However, there are numerous issues ive had with my vehicle since ive had it (Not to mention the oil change they did for me in THEIR service department, they brought me out to my car leaking tons of oil in their garage because they had not done something properly) and the "extra warranties" they offer, don't bother! Your car will be worse than what it was originally. Trust me, pay the extra dollar and go else where!

Our family was delighted to work with the staff at Moritz, and in fact bought two Souls in April. The first deal was quick and easy, we did not trade anything in, and had a decent down payment. We worked with both Chris Kimsey and Kelly McNeill-Graham in the internet sales department and Murtaza Kahn in finance. Then a couple weeks later, we decided to trade in my old car that was originally going to go to our daughter and get her a Soul instead. This deal took a little longer, as there was a trade-in, and she was just finishing school with an out-of-state license, but Kelly again got us through it with a great deal!The service department has also been great, I took my Soul in a few days after purchasing for window tint and pinstripe and to repair some scratches on the bumper, which were too deep to buff out and had to be repainted. I got a loaner Soul for a few days. There are 4 Kia dealers closer to my home, but I will continue to have my Soul serviced at Moritz. We love our Souls! Thank you Moritz!

ast year we purchased a 2014 Forte and Rob was our sales man for the purchase. I had a 2006 Sportage that I had paid off and was not ready at that time to trade it off. We bought my daughter the Forte and the purchase was smooth and great. Then this year rolled around and I knew that it was time to trade off the Sportage so my daughter had plans but she followed me in her Forte so that she could leave from there. We pulled up and out came Rob and we were so glad to once again see him. We knew that we were going to ask for him but it was fate and out he came. I talked to him about a Optima vs the Sportage. He never led me wrong about my choices but he knew that I loved my prior Sportage and he brought up an excellent point telling me that I needed to get what I would be happy with. He never pressured me he let me make up my mind. Then my daughter saw a 2015 Forte that she feel in love with. Needless to say with the great professional of Rob and his great customer service, we left the lot two very happy women!!! Mortiz Kia is lucky to have such a processional caring man working for them. I would recommend Rob to anyone!!!! Through out last year Rob sent us emails asking how things were going and I also even received an email just 5 days prior to purchasing my Sportage from Rob wishing me a Happy Birthday!!! First I contacted internet sales asking about the rebates and discounts on their website and how they were structured. The internet department in useless, sending only canned responses. It's whole purpose is to generate leads. Then I went to Moritz first when shopping and was not happy with the price (I was told all the discounts were already in the price quoted). I then shopped a few other places and found a manager's special with a price I liked on a color I wasn't keen on. One call and text message to Rob and Moritz could get me that price and the color I wanted (Somehow they found the 10,000 to take out of the previously quoted price)When I went in to close the deal, I was told I needed a co-signer because I was a first time buyer and would otherwise receive 10% APR through the first time program (I have a very long history but no car loans cause I usually pay cash). Having already checked with a few banks I knew my Becon and asked that they just run my credit. Rob goes and talks one of the finance guys and comes back again to tell me they told him I need a co-signer. I asked did they run my credit and he said no. So I asked him to have them run my credit. This time he comes back, says he got into it the the finance guy, because the finance guy wants a co-signer. He has payments indicating a 15% APR and says the finance guy is messing with me, to wait and he will get his manager.After a bit I get moved to a business office. Here I deal with Amir who does a great deal making me think he is going to offer a ridiculously high interest rate but actually comes back right where I expected it to be for my situation, 4.24%After the sale I noticed a dent in the trunk and gap forming on the bumper. Rob told me to come in and he put me in a more expensive car for a full week, and took care of it. No Worries!No purchase experience is going to be great AND cheap. But they were good enough for me to complete my purchase at the end of the day. I fought through it because I associate Mortiz with good service so we will see if that is true. So far after sales service has been good, and Rob seems to care about his customers. I really enjoy my Optima Hybrid

Oh my goodness...so knowledgable, easy going and so kind. Him and Kyle worked together to get me the payment I insisted on having and they got me there, Thank you!!! And the last person was Michael Ford, he impressed me with his knowledge, personality and down to business attitude! My interest rate 3.9....ummm that's a BIG high 5 right there! BAM!!!But besides all of that, he put a smile on my face and a tear in my eye because he shared a small piece of his life with me, all because I asked about his doggy named Tyson, which led to him talking about his sweet angel! My wife and I went to the store not expecting to find the car that we would drive off in. We sat down with Alan and my wife told him what we wanted in our next purchase. When he left, I mentioned to my wife that he would probably pull up a couple of cars that don't match what she said she expected to get, because that's what so many dealers do. I just purchased a used car from Moritz Kia, one which fit my budget. My brother, who is more aggressive than I, did much of the initial leg work so it still helps to have someone strong; I am more timid in this sort of matter. It took a week to prepare my car, which is fine. The updating/cleaning, etc. of my car was very good, but still an A- because there was trash in the glove department, some specks of others colors of paints on different parts of the body, but these are minor points, not enough for me to drive back to the dealership. Still, I must say that I was very pleased with the friendliness, thoroughness, patience, and professionalism. I particularly single out Deme Chambers. I worked with him. He was great, and so many thanks you cards in the corner of his office also showed that others had had the same experience. He also arranged a loaner car for me until my car was in ready-condition and then had everything ready when my car, the 2012, had been prepared. I would gladly work with him again.. Moritz Kia also has a special and excellent lifetime power-train warranty although it would be much better if all the Kia dealerships had a master data base so that any Kia Dealership could see the terms of the warranty of any car from any such dealership without an additional phone call having to be made. Two final points: 1) If you find a car at Moritz Kia in your price range, try to work with Deme Chambers; he is excellent. 2) Because of the clean-up as I have looked more closely and the database issue, I can not give the whole experience an A+, but it is very close with something like a 98%.

We knew exactly who to go see, Dustin Cox! I have recommended him to three of our friends who have also purchased a car from him. I had searched around at other dealers but was only offered on average 2 cars to try before they ushered me in to talk $$ after not meeting my specific needs. Laurel, stayed with us for almost 2 hours after the dealership closed to continually let me try vehicles which I felt would be fun but out of my price range, she was very patient and VERY accommodating. I tried a total of 6 cars before finding one I really liked (ranged from base model-a few bells and whistles) and settled (not really settled, I really like the vehicle I purchased) on one that was a bit higher than I had budgeted for. Luckily, a member from their finance department had also stayed after hours and was able to make it happen. Overall this was a great experience and I will be returning when my fiance is ready to upgrade to a new car.

Call and ask for Laurel Hoff, she went out of her way and above and beyond to make our car buying experience enjoyable. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We went in with the intention of just looking, but were so impressed with the vehicle (2014 Kia Cadenza), and with Ms. Hoff, that we left with the car. And fast too. Not one of those all day events. We were out of there in about 3 hours. Ms. Hoff helped us set up the UVO and hooked up our phones to the car for us. Even the managers came out and introduced themselves, a rarity at some dealers where they just hide in the back. We will return when we're ready to step up to the K900??... stay tuned, we love our Cadenza.

I've purchased 2 Kia souls now from these guys through Laurel Hoff & both times she was great! The first time was my 2013 & I wasn't even sure I could get approved or afford the payments. Laurel came & picked me up at my house as I had no transportation. Despite how she put herself out to come & get me there was still no pressure. I went ready to walk away too & just bug out as I had a cab service ready to pick me up when I got uncomfortable. But, it never happened! And, after my 2013 purchase she stayed in touch with me about maintenance & emailed me service coupons. Then recently she called me to tell me about the new 2015s. I told her initially it wasn't going to happen. But, it turned out she was able to get me in a sweet looking kinetics edition 2015 for only a dollar more per day. "Kinetics" means aesthetically tantalizing by the way for those of us that like that race inspired look. I couldn't pass that up. The service was fast & easy. She let me test drive probably half the cars on the lot. A very enjoyable & hassle free experience both times with great service & a very honest upfront sales person. Nothing shady & no pressure. If I wanted a 3rd Kia I would deffenitely go back again. And, my Soul is pretty awesome. Maybe I'll go back when the all wheel drive turbos come out. Lol. If you're looking anywhere, look there & go see Laurel!

I was totally devastated from my car shopping experience the night previous at another location. I reluctantly came to the dealership thinking I was wasting my salesman's time. GarryJohnson still treated me like I was the only VIP in the building. He listened so patiently and found the car that fitted my needs and finances. She got the few things fixed that needed to be done and it was done quickly. The only thing I missed that I didn't have done was a small chip in the window. I visited the dealership late one Saturday and Laurel greeted me in the lot. I told her what I was interested in, but I was just looking and had no plans to buy that day. She gave me her business card and a brochure and said if I had any questions to let her know. Since there was no pressure on my initial meeting I knew if I bought a KIA it would be from her. I hate high pressure sales and that never happened at Moritz during my time there. I visited Moritz a second time several weeks later and was greeted by a different sales person. I told him I was looking for Laurel and he said to follow him and we would find her. (I appreciated he took the time to take me to her office as opposed to just giving directions to where I could find her). I just needed a different brochure to review on that trip. Today I made the decision to purchase my new car. Laurel was totally professional and made the sales process a very relaxed event. She asked me what I decided to purchase in and proceeded to tell me what was available. I test drove the Optima Hybrid with all the options, I was sold after that and said write it up. The finance department was next and I was not looking forward to that (had bad experiences elsewhere). Ben was my finance man and made the final process smooth and enjoyable. Ben changed my feelings towards the finance guys at dealerships. I recommend Moritz KIA of Hurst and Laurel is my new go to person for another new or used car. You can't go wrong with Moritz KIA, Laurel and Ben.

These are awesome cars they come with so much for a good price I highly recommend these cars they are smooth quiet rides and get great gas mileage. This dealership is the best. We went in last weekend to test drive a Soul, and Llano was so accommodating. Even though we made it clear we weren't buying that day, he spent just as much time showing us the cool features as he would have if we were buying. So when we made our decision, we went right back to him. He made it simple, easy, and smooth. No pressure, and it went quick - last time we bought a car I think we spent 5 hours at the dealership, with Llano (and of course, Rob and Mr. Reed!), we were in and out in about 1.5 hours after it was all said and done. Not too bad if you ask me. We are happy campers, and will definitely go back to Mortiz Kia Hurst (and Llano!) for any of our future needs. :)

She was Internet Manager Mgr. when I purchased a 2013 Optima, so I was very happy to work with her again. She answered every question I had, and showed me the difference on each automobile, trading in my 2013 Optima. Laurel showed me how to obtain all possible rebates, military, owner loyalty, and the rebate from Kia Motors from financing my new car through them. I decided on the 2015 EX in snow white pearl, and I am very happy with my decision...I have had in my life a very strong brand preference for Toyota Motors products, (eight cars.) This is my second Kia from Moritz. I love all the "extra" features I get from Kia, along with a substantially lower total price, and excellent service at this dealership.

I found them by asking a question on their internet site. Bill Conly called me back, and we set an appointment to test drive a Kia Sportage for Saturday. Got there Saturday and was greeted by a nice salesman in the parking lot. I told him I was there to see Bill Conly and he walked me inside. We made early morning appointment, dropped off the car and properly checked it in, and then.....nothing. No call, nothing. They did not have the exact vehicle that we were looking for, but they worked really hard to make it happen. We wanted a white exterior with a tan leather interior, but they did not have a white with leather interior in stock. At this moment they are having tan leather put in the vehicle over the tan cloth interior that was in the vehicle. We are so happy to be getting the exact vehicle that we were looking for.

It's not very often that someone in the car sales business commits to a deal when you are from out of town and then actually sticks to the exact terms and pricing once you get there.Paul and Moritz did just that.Smooth process and great car buying experience. I went in to POSSIBLY see if I could trade in my Kia Sportage for two Kia Rio's since my fiance is recently car-less and in nursing school, and I am a firefighter and on a 24 hour "on", 48 hour "off" shift and she is stuck relying on classmates every third day for the 24 hours. I was met by Salesman Edward Barron and he was immediately friendly and was extremely helpful and very genuine in answering questions and being honest if he didn't know and immediately getting the correct answer. He told his background, an army veteran, and just felt like he was a friend, not a salesman. He wasn't too "friendly" though as too be obnoxious or inappropriate or overstep his bounds, just calm and mild and extremely easy to speak with. We did get a great deal made and these will be the second and third cars I have bought from Moritz and I will definitely be a return customer in the future. The process with Edward then easily transitioned into the paperwork/finance portion with Mr. Murtaza Khan who was just as friendly and easy to speak with. We made a great deal and love our two new cars so we are BOTH able to drive where we need! Great Job Edward Barron and Murtaza Khan!!

I bought my last 2 Sorrentos from this dealership, but I will have to say that the last Sales Consultant Jason Sheffer, I dealt with went above & beyond. He is very people oriented. We purchased a used car from Moritz about 8 months ago and had a very pleasant experience in doing so. We returned on Friday, 4/18/2014, to purchase a second car. The first time we purchased an Optima. This time we were in the market for a Sorrento. Paul Vaughn is terrific. He handled both our purchases. This time we had a little hiccup in the process. We were asked to come back on Saturday to complete the paperwork because the banks had closed on Friday night. We did so with no problem, but was left waiting for two hours before a very nice finance gentleman came and took care of us. It wasn't like no one knew we were there. We scheduled to be there at 11:15 a.m., and we were there on time. We checked in with the salesman and let the finance person know we were there. The finance person came by a couple of times and acknowledged us, but never called us back, until another finance person realized we had been waiting for quite some time and took care of us.

I had planned to visit 3 dealerships in the DFW area. We went to Moritz Hurst first because of location. I went just to look and never expected to drive off in a car. I have been hearing more and more about the Kia Optima, and who wouldn't want one - they are sharp looking! I'm a single mom to an 11 year old so I need a good reliable car. We met Deme out on the lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time asking me questions about what I wanted (and what my Mom wanted for me - GPS). He advised me what model I should look at based on the features I was looking for and he searched the lot high and low until he found the one! Ryan Hembd was my finance manager. My credit is not the best but they worked until they got a deal I could afford. I don't live in Hurst but will visit the DFW area often so these guys will be seeing me even if for no other reason than to just say HI! I have already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine.I do have to tell you that I had the opposite experience in Lubbock, TX - where I live. I don't know if they are also a part of Dealer Rater, but I spent more time at the Lubbock dealership and only got the run around. :(

He knew we were not going to buy at that time, but spend time explaining about each of the cars & options. He let us know about the improvements in the 2014 Souls. About a month later e-mailed with the current sales. After we closed on the home, we sent him some VIN numbers for cars we would be interest in that was on sale. My family and I came in on a Saturday morning to Kia Hurst in which my aunt had previous recommended and bought her very own car at this dealership. This was the 3rd dealership we had visited upon visiting 2 others that morning and not pleased with what we had seen.Upon arriving we knew what we were looking for we had previously seen the selections of the cars online the nights before. Not only 30 seconds upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Leo (who also was bilingual which was a plus)! He then took us in the golf cart to where the used cars and the red ticketed cars were.We saw about 3 Kias that interested us, so patiently Leo went inside and grabbed all the keys to the cars to test drive. The first one I test drove was a Kia optima 2012 medal bronze color the car drove smoothly and immediately my family in the back seat was already liking the car. The second car I test drove was a forte coupe with a sunroof cool colored speakers the only problem was that it was standard in which I did not know how to drive. Leo took the time to drive us around in the car and talking about all the perks it had.. he then proceeded to talk about how driving standard wasn't as hard as it looked and what the important thing to remember about driving standard was. He then took us to a empty parking lot close to the dealership and asked if I felt comfortable driving the car. Skeptical at first I finly agreed to give it a shot.. Although it was a challenge for me to get the hang of it Leo was very patient and very helpful. I can't say I'm completely comfortable driving standard but it was the first time anyone had ever taken the time to teach me!Although we didn't get around to test driving the 3rd car because we had already liked the first one very much and also we didn't decide on the forte even though it was in our price range we told Leo to let's go inside and talk we did. As we say down in Leo's office he asked me for all my information and after about 5 minutes he said he was going to go talk to his manager and see what he comes up with. After about 10 minutes he showed us on the numbers he decided and it was out of our price range. We asked Leo if there was anything he could do he said no unfortuently he couldn't the price of the car was already marked down and it was what was called a "managers special" car. Disappointed we told Leo that was out of our price range.. And even though he was an awesome salesperson very patient and kind we didn't want to leave and feel like we wasted his time. Leo then proceeded to ask what was our price range and he then left his office again to see what he could do. After about 10 minutes again he came back and said excitingly "Okay I have good news..are you excited? Cause I'm excited!" I said ok what's your good news..thinking that he maybe found a car lesser or not what my expectations were for. Leo magically was able to find the 1st car I test drove ..4 door Kia optima medal bronze lesser miles and an automatic driver seat! I was in shock and so happy and I jokingly said "why didn't you show us this the 1st time?" It was meant to be and at a reasonable price with tax title and everything my family and I were extremely content! I was so happy Leo made my first car buying experience as painless and possible and made it such an enjoyable experience. My family loved him and my mom promised to buy another Kia from him as soon as she was ready! I love my new car..from the way it drives to the color is perfect. The dealership in general is a good dealership and would highly recommend to any first time buyers like me! Other Kia dealerships don't have what this one has! It's just a good expereince over all! I've heard many stories on how buying your first car is stressful but not as stressful as I thought it would be.

My daughter and I had been to another Kia dealer in Arlington and had been quoted a price. I wasn't completely satisfied with the offer, and my co-worker overheard me talking about the price and the dealership. She had just bought a car and referred me to Russ. I'm not completely familiar with the area but was able to find the Moritz dealership and met with Russ. He was very kind and helpful with helping me find a car just like the one in Arlington. Since the car was for my daughter, the monthly payment was important, so they were able to get the payment in a range she felt comfortable with. From the moment that we stepped out of my old car Michael Ford had a great understanding of the situation I was in. I was looking to upgrade from an 07 minivan however with 3 boys in sports had to make sure we had the space for passengers and or equipment. We quickly jumped into one and took it for a test drive however due to the gas mileage ratings we took it out of the runnings. We moved on to a few other ones however the second one I drove was the one we fell in love with. Mike knew all the reviews on the Kia Sorento, the improvements that had been made recently, and recommended some upgrades that we could do after the purchase. Although I took my Dad in with me for support I believe I would have gotten the same genuine service from Mike with out him. He understood right away that there was a sticky situation that had brought us in that day and he was very polite with his questions and understanding of some difficulties we may encounter. Everything worked out great!

My experience at Moritz Kia of Hurst can be summed up in two words: "stress free". Michael Redwood was as professional and courteous a salesperson as I have ever dealt with. He did not employ any of the pushy tactics you might expect from a car salesperson, even when I told him I would have to take some time to consider his best offer. He just politely thanked me for coming in. When I did return to purchase the vehicle, Michael had it washed, gassed and ready to go. He was also very good at including the younger of my children who were with me, making them very excited about getting a new vehicle. I received the same honest treatment from David Tedesco. I had already mentioned I would be paying cash for the vehicle, but expected to get a sales pitch on why I should instead finance thru Moritz. I was pleasantly surprised when there was no such pitch. David walked me thru Moritz's "wrap" warranty coverage briefly, and gave me his card in case I reconsidered when I informed him I was not currently interested. I signed a my check and the paperwork for the warranty transfer, title and such, and was on my way in my new (to me) vehicle. I look forward to the same great service and honesty from Moritz's service department.

I went in to this dealership at the end of my rope with sales. I had a horrible experience at another dealership (Carmax) and when I spoke with Jerry on the phone he assured me they would help me in any way and he literally meant that. I was greeted by Michael Redwood when I pulled up and he took over the sale of the vehicle... He made sure I was comfortable and that my daughter was comfortable. The time there was not near as long as I Expected but the time we were there was great. Purchasing a car with a 3 yr old is not always easy but the people who helped me here made it wonderful. I worked with Charwick in finance and he was also an amazing person to work with, he explained everything to me step by step and made sure I understood everything along the way. In the service department I have work with Mark S. and he is a wonderful person to deal with as well. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership had a smile on their face and made sure that their customer left with one as well, they all went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I left. Russ was considerate and went out of his way for us. We came in originally about a month before purchase to see if a Kia Soul was really what I wanted. We narrowed it down to the Kia! We then took our time and test drove some others, a Scion XB for instance, which was great, but my heart was with the Kia Soul. So, we contacted Russ on a Friday evening on his day off and he came in and worked and worked and worked until we got the deal we wanted at about 9pm at night! We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to it being a reliable vehicle for the future - my last car, a RAV4 lasted me from 2001 - 2013 with 197,000 miles on it and very few problems and I high resale. I can only hope for the same from this cute, little, fun car. I spent a year trying to decide which small SUV to buy, the entire time dreading going to see a "Used Car Dealer" because my experience with them has always been so bad. I have always come away from a used car shopping experience feeling like I was about to be fleeced or that I needed to bathe. As was part of my usual Sunday routine, I was looking through the car ads in the Star Telegram and saw an ad for Moritz Kia showing a new batch of "gently owned" Sorentos, which was one of the three cars down to which I had narrowed my search. I had previously driven the 2012 Santa Fe and Ford Escape but not yet the Sorento. So I set off to Moritz to see what they had.Within 30 seconds of my arrival I was greeted in an entirely genuine fashion by someone I would come to know as Michael Redwood. He understood my sense of humor and we hit it off immediately. We talked about what I wanted and what he had and what the tradeoffs were and options, and, and, and... It was an entirely new experience for me to have a conversation (and a number of test drives) with a "used car salesman" who entirely destroyed the stereotype of what I had come to expect from someone in that line of work. I thoroughly enjoyed my tiem talking to Michael and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a car -- especially of course, a Kia. When I tire of my Sorento, I will head back to Moritz and hope that Michael is there to help me select another car.

Bill was very friendly through the internet process and then when I got to the dealership, Dustin handled the rest.There were a few hiccups in the financing department, so Brian got involved. I don't remember the finance guys name but he was very helpful and the whole team worked to get me my new Kia at the payments I needed them to be. I traded my Ford Fiesta that I was very displeased with and got a brand new Kia Rio. The Rio is a much nicer car with a lot more features and a much better warranty. So far I haven't had any of the problems I had with the Fiesta like the jerky transmission or the voice control that can't understand names correctly. Everyone we interacted with were very welcoming and helpful although the lady at the front desk kept telling my wife and I to have a seat repeatedly which was odd. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend others to this dealership.

We would be out of business. Good luck finding yourself a new car...then smiled and turned away. I left crying and hopeless.Michael Redwood was kind, patient and willing to go the extra step for me. From the minute I drove on the lot, Mike walked up to me and asked how he could help. I told him I was interested in taking the Soul for a ride, and find out the details about the car. He took me for a ride, then stopped in a parking lot and showed me everything about the Soul. I've never had such detail explained to me by a sales rep. Mike KNOWS his product, and wanted me to experience everything from driving it to being able to set the radio. I was so impressed that I wanted to learn more. He showed me different models and I ended up choosing the Kia Exclaim. Very cool car. I've been very happy with it. Mike made sure I understood my contract, how much they were giving me for my car, and what the process in general was going to be. He met me after I completed the financing and told me when my permanent tags would be in. I drove off a happy camper! It was a smooth, steady, and pleasant experience. And, it was Mike who made this process smooth for me. He's a fine sales person!

I recently purchased a new Kia Soul from Moritz Kia and was very pleased with the entire experience. I was referred to Dustin Cox by a friend and Dustin was great to work with. I conducted the majority of the transaction by email and Dustin was very accommodating. This was my first new car buying experiance. I came into the dealership and started working with another sales man and he wasnt the guys for us. (i have a very strong personality and we just didnt mesh well) Then i met Allen and i knew i would be buying a car from him in the very near future. He found me the perfect Sportage at an amazing price. A little haggling and two panic attacks later i drove away in my new Sportage. The Moritz family is amazing and I'm glad im now part of it. I have even gone back a few times in the last month for them to show me how to work things I couldn't figure out on my own! I know without a doubt when my husband is ready for a new car in the next 12 months we will only by for Moritz and hopefully only from Allen. Car buying is never 100% stress free but they made sure I understood everything and was ready to make the choices i did. He answered my questions and tried to demonstrate and explain the many features of the vehicle in a clear, concise manner that was neither condescending nor abrupt.and as if I was an 'idiot' (which, with all the new features and electronics, I was very naive about). Everyone on the showroom, as well as when I visited the Service Dept for after-sale addition, has shown this attitude of friendliness and helpfulness. Everything was great! I have no complaints at this time. The only thing that was slightly off was the detailing of the car. All the platic wrap was still on and any other new car I bought.... was so slick I couldn't sit in the seat upright. Not really a compalint. Just difference I noticed. Allen was a very Friendly salesman, very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The overall rating of the purchase is rated between ok and good. This is due to it being an old traditional "we give you an outrageous first price....then go talk to the manager for 20 minutes, then come back a little lower...then back to the supervisor for another 15-20min....repeat 3 more times". It was not the sales persons fault, but I wish they would move into the world of best price period so people don't have to waste an extra 1-2 hrs haggling. At the end I was happy with the price I received just dislike the beating of the process here. Again the Salesman was very nice and personable, and I am happy I ended up buying a vehicle from her now that the process is over. Had to go back the day after purchasing for an add-on and really enjoyed the same friendliness from the employees, and the quick service.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle after driving with Saturn for the last 10 years. My family and I had been looking for a good car to replace my Saturn Ion. She had a warm smile, and right away I could tell that she was interested in helping me make the best decision for my family. Laurel has a genuine approach and she showed me several cars in 3 different prices ranges. She did not mind that it took about 4 hours to find the right vehicle. After test driving 3 models we decided the Soul was the right choice. Laurel was very knowledgeable about all the features and quickly found the car with the options I wanted. Laurel walked us through the buying experience and continued to check up on us even after we had gone over to finance! I have been to several car dealerships in my 39 years and I have to say that this one, because of Laurel, really has been the best. I loved the no pressure sales. Greg and all the employees at Moritz Kia of Hurst, Texas were very respectful of my time and myself. If you go to Moritz Kia of Hurst, which you SHOULD, ask for Waymon Patterson! He was a great Sales Consultant. He knew what he was talking about with every car we asked about and he didn't bash his competiters. He told us like it was and got us into the car of our dreams! He is a great guy! From the moment I arrived on the lot the salesmen and reception were so friendly. Greg brought a car for me to look at and we did a test drive, then another with side by side comparisons. Unfortunately the car I bought was not originally on your lot but on one on the other side of town that needed to be picked up and detailed. The detail guys did a great job. The one thing I do wish is that I could have gotten my car with less miles even if I would have needed to wait, I did not feel that the final number would have been shown to me prior to signing.

She is very genuine and passionate at what she does and is determined to satisfy any customers needs.Toward the end of my purchase I was introduced to the finance manager named Reed Charwick he too did such a great job with working with me in the financial aspect of the purchase. Greg was certainly courteous and mannerly throughout the entire purchase transaction.But the bottom line here is which I appreciated:He was very professional, very knowledgeable, never pushy and so helpful to assist with our decision making. And if he didn't know the answer he would go get the answer. Further, he was observant enough to realize that I had left my Toll Tag in my trade in-car and saved it for me. In the past, car shopping at a big name dealership was never something I really considered. I did some homework, read up on the car I wanted, and even more so read up on the dealership that was selling it which happened to be Moritz Kia of Hurst. I had driven by there countless times and it always looked like a good place and once I started reading reviews I decided to take a chance and see for myself. I'm happy to say that I came, I saw, and I purchased and it was an all around great experience, from talking with Amanda on the phone as part of the internet sales team, to working with DP as my salesman, to everyone in finance, the maintenance crew, etc, etc, etc. Everyone there was very positive and upbeat and I can't say enough good things about DP, my salesman. He is a genuine man and truly helped to work with me to make this car purchase happen, on my terms, while handling my requests graciously. I'm no easy sell so I commend him on that regard alone. Everyone even stayed past closing so that I could leave with the car that day, which was impressive to me. They were on my watch not theirs and I appreciated that. If you're ever in the market for a new car first consider Kia as they are great cars, but equally as important consider Moritz Kia of Hurst. They offer incredible service, fantastic bullet proof warranty's, and the comfort in knowing that you're being helped and taken care of and also listened to, to have your needs met. Don't forget to see DP! -2nd impression: Upon going back to get my car detailed at Moritz Kia of Hurst, I realized again that I truly made the right decision in purchasing from such a classy dealership. As soon as I pulled up DP was waiting and even found a couple items that I had mistakenly left in the vehicle I traded in, and returned them to me. As I waited for the car to get detailed the staff were all very polite and chatty even. The vibe was comfortable and warm which I had never felt from any other dealership ever. Once I got the car back I shook hands with everyone I had been chatting with and DP and they all waved as I left. It was very much like the commercials you see on TV of the "perfect dealership". Again, the little things like this only add to how classy Moritz Kia of Hurst is. I again cannot recommend this dealership enough!

I must say this little bit...I have not enjoyed buying cars in my life...However this past Saturday we were only getting information from the dealership...when we met Mr.Deepak DP...his serving us convinced us to make a decision rightaway...?? I have never done this before...These Moritz Kia guys were very helpful in our arriving at a mutually beneficial decision Thank you ! Next thing we know we are enjoying our Kia Soul...! The other thing is that we met the Boss who was young and CARED !! The finance officer was very informative and another gentleman we met who had nothing to gain by helping me and yet arranged for taking my Title and got me fixed up ! Such good treatment is very rare so I write this !!

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Sorento 3 years ago when dealership opened at Hurst location. The experience was enjoyable and we got a great deal. Paul Mainer was the sales manager and he was right there with the salesperson and I after the lights were turned out making sure everything went great. We returned 3 years later not intending to buy yet but Paul who is now the general manager gave us some incentive. Our salesperson was Mike Ford and he was great throughout the whole process. He was personable,professional, knowledgeable, patient and best of all..he wasn't pushy! He worked for us to get the best deal possible. Even though we owned a Sorento for three years and were very familiar with the features, Mike took extra time to go thoroughly explain the new features on our new 2014. Great job Mike, thank you very much. And also thank you Paul for being there twice for us, Moritz Kia Hurst is tops!

Went to Moritz Kia to get some information on the Soul. Met Leo Amaya who answered all my questions and educated me about the vehicle. His focus was finding out what I was looking for. Turns out he didn't have the vehicle I was looking for but he told me he could get one in a few days and would honor the price of the car we test drove. My new Soul arrived earlier than promised and when we went to sign the deal they LOWERED the price by $500.00. Seems there was a Kia cash back incentive that just started that week. If they hadn't told us about the incentive we would have never know about it. Thanks Leo and Moritz staff for a wonderful experience! Angie

Me and my wife last year decided to buy a suv, a friend from church sugested Moritz Kia so we contacted the salesman and told him what we were looking for. He contacted us a few days later and said he had a Sorento that came in and thought it might be what we were looking for, he had it serviced and brought it to my house and showed it to us and we loved it, so we went there the next day and was only there maybe 1 hr and we got the car we wanted at the monthly payment we wanted. We were very satisfied we our experience there. if you are looking for good service please try them.

Ask for Dustin Cox!!! My wife and I bought our first brand new car, and he was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgable, but he was more about tailoring our needs and questions than trying to throw a sales pitch. He definitely went above and beyond, but not because he had to, but because he wanted to and it was very genuine. This was by far the MOST enjoyable experience I have ever had while shopping for a car!! Dustin made us feel confident in our selection, and it has been 2 weeks and we LOVE our Kia Sorento!! Buying process was pleasant and smooth. I purchased a 2008 Spectra and the dealership performed a wheel alignment for me. However, when my wife picked up the car it drove exactly the same, pulling to the left. The service guys did not bring the car up to my wife (who was trying to deal with a screaming baby.) Also, the techs left grease smudges all over the interior. When I contacted Moritz to address my concerns nobody responded to my request. I tried again. and again. and again. On my fourth attempt, after becoming impatient with the lack of communication (over a period of 4 weeks!!!!), the manager, Jim Cartwright said they would take a look, although they did what they were supposed to. He offered no apology. Okay....so I take it back in and they perform the alignment (for real this time) and it drives perfect. I also sent an e-mail to 5 different people at Moritz (a complaint letter) and only received a standard template response. THE STAFF HERE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. I even sent an email to the General Manager and still received a template e-mail response. This was a week ago. Mr. Cartwright was even able to find my e-mails but when I asked if he knew why he or anyone else didn respond he simply said "NO." Very unfriendly and uncaring attitude. STAFF DOES NOT HAVE "I'M SORRY" or I APOLOGIZE in their vocabulary. As a customer, YES, these few small words matter to me. Horrible.

We drove up to the dealership and were met by salesman Steve. He was friendly and very helpful. We got into their golf cart and looked at the entire inventory on their lot,it was nice that he offered to show us around...even though we told him we were still looking...
