I recently leased a car from Morrie’s Inver Grove Mazda and Unfortunately, I did not have a “Buy Happy experience”. The issue(s) appear to all come down to the salesperson assigned to the transaction. I found him difficult to work with and argumentative. From finding the desired inventory, to finalizing the transition I did not feel supported or appreciated. Upon taking delivery of the car, I notice an issue with the navigation system; it was missing the SD card that enabled the map to display on the dashboard. Rather than looking into the issue, the salesperson refused to believe that there was an issue and suggested I could just use my phone while it was connected. After a futile debate with the salesperson as to why I felt this was incorrect, I left the dealership, realizing I would have to take a different course of action. The next course of action was to leave a message for the sales manager, but unfortunately, no one ever returned my call. I then decided to go back in person and ask to speak to someone. The assistant sales manager was working that Saturday, and I explained to him what had happened with the navigation system. While he appeared reluctant to take any action, another individual came in to assist and confirmed that there was a problem. Once that was established, I was able to get the expected SD card within the hour and finally take advantage of all the features I came to expect with that model. While I can at least give some degree of complement to the management team for eventually resolving the issue, the larger problem is that this issue should never have happened in the first place. This could have all been easily avoided had the salesperson investigated the issues, kept the customer’s satisfaction at the forefront, and delivered an actual “Buy Happy experience.”

I had a great experience buying my new car at Morrie's. John was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They said things were moving a tad slowly because of a new computer system, but they kept us informed and updated on each step of the process. Adjusting to a change like that but still providing top-level customer service just goes to show how professional these guys are. Financing was also a smooth process. 100% recommend!

2 years ago, John got me out of a hole. I was in a rough place, and he was personally responsible for getting me into a vehicle I could afford. He went above and beyond then, so my first instinct when looking at another vehicle was to look to him. He was prompt in his responses, listened to what I was looking for, and remembered details about myself and my family I had mentioned only in passing that were prudent to our search for a car. He once again exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend working with him, and the entire crew at Morrie’s Inver Grove to anyone. Lights out all around!

I was very excited when I found a 2008 Subaru Impreza hatchback that was within my price range at Morries Inver Grove Mazda. Initially, the car looked nice and I liked how it drove. I even liked our salesman (Im not posting his name here because I truly believe his has ZERO fault in this and was nothing but gracious). When the time came to sign the papers, we met with a rep from the finance department (who I later learned was extremely new on the job). While I was going through the paperwork, my boyfriend asked if we could see the title and a few other questions in regards to the transfer and chain of title (as we had done our research and knew the car was from NJ and purchased at auction). The finance rep seemed taken aback and replied with an annoyed response about privacy laws and how the title is in a warehouse. It is directly stated on the website of Lori Swanson, MN Attorney General that licensed dealers are required to keep titles on premises. When we returned the next day to provide final payment and auto insurance information, we asked for a photocopy of the title application I had signed the night before, so we could verify some information. When we asked the rep for the copy, he was very short with us, borderline aggressive, and lashed out at my boyfriend. He was saying things about how he didnt see why we needed a copy, did we think they didnt legally own the title, and why would they risk their license on not having a title. Knowing they had a 7-day return period, it was solidified in my mind right then that I would be getting an independent inspection and taking some time to reconsider, given how this deal was souring.My mechanic looked it over and found a handful of problems ranging from easy/cheap to fix (air filter, worn belts, tire pressure light) to WOAH (DUCT TAPE holding the fender together and seeping head gaskets). The $90 I paid for that inspection was the best money Ive ever spent. I called Morries from the parking lot of my mechanic to inform them that I was on my way to return the car and the service manager claimed he had no idea these issues were present. My mechanic had no reason to lie to me, they didnt even provide me a quote for the work that was needed.I got the final run around when the time came for them to give me my check back and they told me I would have to call my bank and have a stop payment put on it. It was 7:30 PM so I would have to call the bank in the morning. On the phone the next day, my bank tells me that Morries had already deposited the check and I would have to get a check back from them. I call Morries again, extremely frustrated, and they tell me Oh the check had just been deposited before you were here and the billing team left. It was like pulling teeth to get the whole truth out of them! I tell the billing guy om the phone I my check in the mail that same day. I get a call back 15 minutes later and they tell me the check was just put in the mail. I then email the woman I had contacted at Morries previously about the return policy asking for confirmation that the check was sent that day. I didnt hear from her for the rest of the day. I emailed her the next morning to follow up on my request and she gave me the contact information for the guy in billing I had spoken to the previous day. I emailed him and asked for confirmation that the check was mailed the day before. He sent me a copy of the check and a tracking number and said the check went out in the mail yesterday. I looked up the tracking number and there is no package associated with the number. So, I emailed him asking for an updated tracking number and he said I apologize, we didnt get our GM wasnt here to sign the check yesterday, it was sent out today and you should have it tomorrow. The tracking number is correct and should be in their system soon. (this is verbatim from his email). I replied and asked to have their General Manager call me personally. The GM and I spoke, and he offered to have the check hand delivered to me that day, which I accepted, for good reason.

I purchased a new car from Morrie's. I went to many different dealers such as Chevy, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, and Dodge. At all dealerships I knew what I wanted and most salesman just played games or didn't take me seriously. I contacted Morrie's and within a 15 minute phone conversation they found the vehicle I wanted and within an hour I had a real price. And a great price! They got the car to the dealership for me to test drive from another state in a day, and also gave me the out the door final price and deal. This was actually difficult at many of the other dealerships. I was greeted with great staff that were professional and quick. The staff was also considerate to our need to hurry. I paid the quoted price, and drove off with my new car. I've purchased many new cars, and this was by the far the best process I've experienced. My thanks to Jesse and Bob, and I fully recommend them.

My wife and I were on the hunt for a 3 row crossover.. We visited several dealerships, but landed at Morries IGH Mazda. Amazingly nobody did anything to chase us away. Our experience with all members of their team was consistently excellent, but for one understandable hiccup in the finance office that was quickly resolved. We noticed everyone there works well together in their roles and actually seem to like each other. The effect is synergistic. We felt we received excellent value for our trade and a fair price on our purchase. Win win for us and Morries.Our salesman Steve went above and beyond my expectations. Kudos also to Angela, Gabe, Bryan, and Josh for their grace, professionalism, expertise, and making this the best car buying experience in my 67 years. Inver Grove Morries rewrote the book on dealership experience and customer satisfaction. I was in a market for slightly used lease or trade in. Danny was taking a lot of his time sending me pictures and videos of cars that we previously discussed might work for me and my budget. At no point I felt pressured into a buying anything. He was very courteous and patient with me and I am a tough customer. When we finally agreed on a car, Danny took time from his day to actually come and pick me up so I can drive it home. Driving my car for a month now, I have no regrets--not about the car, not about the price, not about the dealership.I worked with Danny in sales, Issaic in finance, and Jesse the manager. My wife and I already had an idea of the car we wanted going in. Steven asked us a few questions and knew we had already done some research and were more interested in the car driving experience. He was, and hopefully still is towards others, appreciative and respectful of our time as he never bored us with things that we already knew or would know from doing research. Steven is chill and friendly, the whole atmosphere at Morrie's feels like this, and answered all of the questions we had. We never felt like we had to commit to anything. He took us out for one of the best test drives we've ever had, or I suppose I've never really test drove a car until now. He showed us all the safety/tech features of the car, what the car can do and how it handles.Since we knew our price point, and so did Steven (could be bad, could be good), it wasn't really hard to find an affordable car and trim that we were interested in. The car buying process went pretty quick and smooth since we had all the paperwork, we assumed we needed, prepared beforehand. If I remember correctly we only spent about 2-2.5 hours at the dealership.

I was shopping for a new car but hadn't put a whole lot of thought into what I wanted to get. Steven was very helpful in narrowing down the models and trim packages to what I needed. He was very informative and pointed out all of the bells and whistles in the cars we test drove. He also was very nice to include my young son in the conversation and answered all of his questions in a very thoughtful manner. I also liked the whole Morrie's no haggle pricing and other buy happy programs. I didn't buy immediately that first day but rather went to test drive other cars at other dealerships for the next few weeks. Steven kept in touch but wasn't "pushy". He continued to answer questions for me. I returned to Morrie's Mazda for another test drive but really felt uncomfortable with parking a large SUV. Steven took the time to show me how easy it was to maneuver the car around parking lots and even parallel park (which I am terrible at!) I appreciated his mini driving lesson and it helped me make a decision on the car to buy. Overall a great buying experience and I got the car I really wanted and am really happy with.

When we were in a pinch to find me a car on a budget, and fast, our experience with Morrie's Mazda far exceeded our experience with any other dealer in the area. Ryan was phenomenal, and we loved that when we mentioned our budget and expectations, he didn't try talking us into a new car or trick us into getting something we didn't want - all things we received from other dealers we had visited. He/they didn't care about whether we wanted to go new or used, just in finding the right vehicle for us. When we needed to buy a new vehicle for my husband within the same year, Morrie's was our first go to, and thankfully we were able to work with Ryan again who found us another great match for what we were looking for.

After dealing with another dealership and not getting anywhere with negotiating, Morrie's felt like a breeze. They are happy to go on a test drive and price their vehicles at fair market value. While I went down another route with a private for the time being to save money since I unexpectedly needed a car right away, I plan to go back to Morrie's when I have a secure budget to get the vehicle that I really want.

After posting this review, I was contacted by Morrie's General Manager, and he had the shop look over everything and ended up reimbursing me for half of the repair costs, as they agreed that they had some fault in the matter. They told me that if I had talked to them before getting the repairs that they would have done more to take care of it, so if you do buy a used car from them, make sure it is all inspected, and let them know anything you observe.We bought a used 2003 Nissan Altima from them in August as a second car for my household for my son to drive, and it has been nothing but problems. There has been a massive amount of problems, where I have had to pay out $1,600 in repairs on a car I paid $5,000 for under the Public Before Wholesale program. Repairs were done by a reputable repair shop, and am still dealing with the problems. So far the PCV Hose has been replaced, the power steering pump has been replaced, gasket replaced, and other various repairs.This car was supposedly inspected for any issues when it came to them, and they obviously either didn't inspect it at all, or not in any through manner. We were told that it was well inspected, and by the problems we are dealing with now, that is clearly a lie. I will never buy from them again, and I will insure that everyone I know is aware of their business practices so that they are not subject to this kind of experience.

I recently traded in my old eclipse for a 06 dodge Dakota. My salesman (Mr Ryan Korpi) while not only a ravishing and well spoken individual, was also incredibly helpful and diligent in taking care of my substantial needs. After buying the vehicle, it came to light that there was a problem with the exhaust and mr Korpi handled it efficiently and effectively, providing me with a loaner and checking in to give me updates on the completion and progress. I am overall very pleased with the experience and would recommend IGH Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future.

Purchased a new vehical from Morrie's IGH. Initially, I knew little about the Mazda brand of vehical. Worked with Jody Blain. He was extremely knowledgeable and led us to the perfect vehical for us. Test driving the vehical was the turning point in deciding on a Mazda. The purchasing process was fairly easy. There's no negotiating so things are straight forward. All the employees we worked with were pleasant and professional. When picking up my new vehical, Jody did a great job of going over the basic tech features so I could access them before I had time to read the owners manuel. That can be overwhelming but he knew what features to focus on to get you comfortable with the car. Another added bonus is the showroom. It's quite nice.

My husband and I just purchased a used Silverado from Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda from Danny. Danny treated us as if we were buying a brand new vehicle. No pressure, listened to our needs and budget, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. This was my second visit to the Service Department for a recall on my 2nd vehicle. My first failed the test and the recalled parts were quickly replaced as was another failing part. This visit, the vehicle passed the recall but went on the "fix when parts become available to repair all list." The full service checklist found I needed a cabin air filter which was replaced. The Service folks were right on the spot and got me in and out quickly -- with a freshly washed car to boot! Needless-to-say, I'll be back!

I was already a Miata owner, and Morrie's helps support our local Miata club. So when it recently came time to trade my BMW X3 for a CX-5 I naturally included Morrie's in my list of possible dealerships. But the reason that I ended up buying from Morrie's went way beyond simply the sponsorship. First, Danny Truong provided a great, easy, and confident sales experience answering any and all questions I had and giving very honest input. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and builds trust through credibility. I found a very straight-forward experience there. Nothing was being hidden under the covers. The finance process was done very well, professionally, and straight-forward. Things were explained well they were willing to take all the time necessary to look at it from any angle that I wanted. Morrie's is a no-negotiation dealership, which is actually very refreshing. The price they had was well positioned against benchmarks like True-Car, etc. That said, they weren't actually the lowest price offer that I had, but were within a few hundred dollars. However, when you look at the benefits from their Buy-Happy program, it is more than worth the difference that was there, especially if you plan on keeping the car for a number of years. I am much better off having that program included than not, and it's built to establish a good long-term relationship with the customer by delivering rewards that keep going on into the next vehicle. That's good business practice and nice to have. I did a lot of research ahead of time and the CX-5 that I purchased is turning out to be exactly what I wanted it to be, and giving me exactly what I wanted to get from buying it. That's from someone that is a fan of BMW's and still owns one. But I haven't missed a single thing about the X3 that I traded-in. Morrie's is a great place to buy what is proving to be a great vehicle.

I have never been treated as well as i was at Morris Mazda. From the time I drove onto the lot, I was greeted by a friendly salesman. I felt absolutely no pressure at all. Just like their slogan: Buy Happy.I purchased a gently used 13' Cadillac CTS and I made it completely through financing with out any stress, Amazing!! The building is spot on comfortable, and very nicely updated. Free Wi-Fi. I will definitely be using their service dept when needed and look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from them as well.

I was having a very difficult time deciding between two vehicles but the way that I was treated at Morrie's made the decision easier. As opposed to the other dealerships, I felt like everyone actually cared about helping me find a car that would make me happy, even if it was not one of their's. The salesman was very patient with my indecision and while he always made himself available, I never felt pushed to buy before I was ready. By the time that I was ready to make the decision I think that just about everyone had spent time helping me. It almost became a group activity and everyone was wonderful. The result of my experience is that I do indeed feel happy with my decision and have had no second thoughts. Thanks to all of the people that helped. What I've written below is long, so here is the shortened description:My experience at Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda was a very positive and fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly, direct, straightforward, and at no time did I feel that I was getting "taken". The following people assited me, and all should be noted for their exceptional customer service, friendliness, and personability: Jamie Bewley, Zaid Hunitie, Jody Blain, Jesse Howard, (unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the individual who handled the trade-in evaluation), and Janna Novak. I highly recommend them.(Long version)My past experience with dealerships, like many other people, has been filled with negativity and high pressure sales. My experience with Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda was what I imagine it should be like when buying an automobile. I spent a long time researching and making calls to dealerships trying to find the right vehicle, and prepare myself for the upcoming "battle". I was dreading the whole process. My motivation to go to Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda was very simple: they had the car I was interested in, but more importantly, the wonderful customer service, demeanor, and enthusiasm of Jamie Bentley on the phone. The other dealerships I contacted were not so pleasant over the phone, and rather condescending. My next contact was with Zaid Hunitie. He was very kind and helpful on the phone. The intention was that he would be the sales person I would meet at the dealership. However, once I arrived he was already assisting other customers. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jody Blain. He did a wonderful job of modifying my negative perceptions of sales and dealerships. He was very informative, calm, and at no time did I feel that I was being pushed, coerced, or sped along to finsh the sale. I admit that my defensiveness at the beginning made the situation slightly discomforting, but once that was by the wayside everything went smoothly. Additionally, he made the test drive very comfortable and covered many details.I admit I was dismayed to find out that they did not negotiate on price. However, wiggle room can be found where one wants to find it. That discussion was found in my trade-in. I feel embarrassed to say that I do not recall the name of the individual that assisted in evaluating my trade-in (I wouldn't be writing all of this unless I thought this dealership, and those who helped me, truly should be recognized doing such a good job). He was straightforward, informative, answered any questions, and made the process painless. Once a car was chosen (a 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT), the New Sales Manager, Jesse Howard, was introduced into the conversation. He was very reasonable in the price discussion. I truly appreciate his enthusiasm in selling the first 2016 CX-5 from the dealership; just as excited as I was to get behind the wheel and drive my new car home!The end process was the part I dreaded most; lots of documents to sign, agreements to understand, and warranties to digest. Janna Novak helped make it not so much a blur of thousands of meaningless definitions and descriptions, and she did a wonderful job answering all of my questions.Before I left the lot, Jody Blain made sure to show me how many of the key aspects of the infotainment center, and other important equipment functioned. I really appreciate the time and attention he gave. Next is to have some extras installed. From the brief conversation I had with Dan in the Service Center, I feel comfortable that they will do a good job of taking care of my car.

I was in desperate need of a replacement minivan, but I had such a tight budget and very little time - it was basically an emergency. And I was very anxious about the whole situation.As a single mother just barely scraping by, I could never have prepared myself for the warm welcome and acommodating staff at Morrie's. From the minute I walked in and still today in my dealings with Morrie's, they treated me like I was a top tier customer buying the newest and most expensive car in the lot, even though I chose a 10 year old minivan for under $3k.(I should also add that along with the suprising wonderful costumer service, I was also shocked to see that they had such good quality cars in PB4W that I could actually afford.)There was no pressure and no judgment. It was a huge relief. Dom, Tiffany and Brian did everything to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and went above and beyond what I expected. I will always go to Morrie's in Inver Grove, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

My daughter is an undergrad student at an out of state university. She was wanting to buy a vehicle to replace her 2003 Chevy Cavalier with peeling topcoat and windows that didn't operate. The windows were so bad, I had to caulk one shut so it wouldn't whistle when she drove.Based on her budget, she could afford a $4,000 to $5,000 vehicle, not an easy type of car to find at most dealerships. However, the Morrie's dealerships seemed to have a good quantity of these vehicles thoughout their dealerships. My daughter saw one at their Inver Grove location and asked if I would check it out. While it was good, we wanted ot check out some other options. Because it was a good deal, it was sold before i could make a decision on the vehicle. It also got me introduced to Dominick Butts, our sales consultant. Dom was patient, took the time to ask questions about exactly what we were looking for, and was willing to deal with both my daughter in Des Moines and me up here with tight schedules. He continually scoured their inventory looking for a vehicle apporpriate for a young college student. Eventually, a 2006 Mazda 6 at the Brooklyn Park Morrie's dropped their price into our price range. Dominick wnet to the Brooklyn Park store to get the vehicle and brought it to Inver Grove for me to test drive. It was the vehicle. That thurday night, we put the money down and arranged for the paper signing on the next Tuesday evening.Due to some miscommunication, Brooklyn Park lowered the price on the Mazda after we had put the car on hold. Dom was gracious enough to honor the lower price.On Tuesday night, Dom and Tiffany Awsumb, their business manager, were all set for the closing. Tiffiny was a pleasure to work with, taking the time to make sure everything was correct, but not pushy with any type of additional products or services.Overall, we dealt with three of the Morrie's locations and had a great experience at all three. Dom and Tiffany in particular did a great job in making the finding and purchase of a vehicle easy and non-stressful. Josh Nusman at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru also was very helpful as my wife and I test drove a half dozen vehicles on an afternoon.I will recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle for their high school or college kids, or just need a less expensive car, to look at Morrie's and their low pressure sales staff for their next car.

I've never bought a car through a dealership before and, after visiting a few, I have to say I was dreading another test drive with a pushy sales person that didn't listen to my needs. After visiting the Morrie's website and reading about how their salespeople don't work on commission, I was interested to see how this would go. Upon meeting Jana for my appointment, she was so easygoing and friendly and seemed to truly want me to find a car that I loved and felt comfortable in and...I did! The whole process was so easy (I bought a car on a Saturday, I've heard horror stories about how long this can take) and Tiffany was so organized that I was done with the financing portion in literally 15 minutes. Jana even called me a week later to see if I was still loving my car and if I had any questions. I work in customer service, so to me the buying experience is just as important as the price, and I could not say enough good things about my experience. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others as well. Thanks again for the great service!

This was my first time purchasing a car so I visited several dealerships and looked at different makes/models to gain an understanding of the buying process and also test drove vehicles. My experience visiting dealerships was mediocre until I visited Morrie's in Inver Grove Heights. I was immediately greeted by a staff member who provided a nice welcome and opened the door for me. The dealership was clean and looked fresh and modern.I was able to check out the CX-5 on the showroom floor and within minutes Gabe Schmidt greeted me and impressively answered all of the questions I had and listened to me ramble on about my prior shopping experiences. I instantly felt comfortable sharing information with him and more importantly felt like I could trust him. He is not only knowledgeable about the Mazda inventory, but also about the other makes/models that I was considering to purchase at the time. This was extremely helpful when trying to compare and ultimately make a decision. Gabe happily obliged when I requested to test drive a CX-5 and the route we took was perfect for experiencing a variety of speeds, turns, braking, etc. Gabe did an excellent job explaining the features as I was driving so I was able to use them as I would on a typical trip. During the test drive was the first time I had a positive feeling that I had found "my car".When we returned to the dealership Gabe provided financing options and explained the Morrie's "buy happy promises" in detail. I really appreciated Gabe's opinions, knowledge, and no-pressure attitude. I felt like he really was invested in me finding the perfect car to match my needs/wants and was realistic about it. I left feeling like I had just found the car I wanted to purchase, but being that this was my first time buying I wanted to check out the last choices on my list to compare before I made my final decision. Needless to say I returned to Morrie's Inver Grove to meet with Gabe a few days later to purchase the CX-5. I have to add during the time between my last visit they received the exact model/options I was looking for. Meant to be!Now it was time to review numbers and financing options in detail and I couldn't be any more impressed with the finance team. The trade-in process was a breeze and I felt very good about the value they were willing to give me for a car I had a tough time parting with. Gabe, Jesse Howard, and Tiffany Awsumb stayed with me passed business hours to explain every option available to me and ensured I understood all that was presented. I felt confident that my decision made sense and was the best choice for my particular needs. When it came to making the purchase official by completing the paperwork, the finance manager Tiffany Awsumb lived up to her name! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. During the part of the purchasing experience that would seem the most daunting I was relaxed and really enjoyed the conversation so much thanks to Tiffany for making this process quick and painless!Overall I was very impressed with Morrie's Mazda Inver Grove and its staff members. Though a Mazda dealership, I actually went to Morrie's Inver Grove to look at an Acura wagon. Zaid the sales rep had the car waiting for me to test drive, and it was just as advertised. They had taken very good car of the car and treated it like one of their own models. I realized yes, this was the car for me, and Zaid and the rest of the team were very professional throughout the purchase, including trading in my vehicle at the time and a late in the day (around 7:30pm) call to see if I could get a better interest rate on my payments, which I was able. Overall a very good experience and very happy this dealership had the car I wanted.

I needed an affordable commuter car and had many undesirable experiences trying to find a vehicle from a private party. I eventually believed I found what I was looking for at Inver Grove Mazda, almost 2 hours from my home. I am a single mom of 4 kids and have long work hours. Because of my schedule challenges, on a day I worked about one hour from the dealership, Dominick drove the car all the way to meet me so I could test drive it on my lunch break. The next day, the crew stayed quite late for me so I could drive to the dealership to sign for the car. The following day, Dominick delivered the car to where I was working, an hour and a half from the dealership. This was not an expensive car, yet the crew at Inver Grove Mazda paid attention to me as if I were purchasing a new luxury vehicle. I am amazed by this kind of service in this day when personal attention and assistance is such a rarity. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my next experience purchasing a car from them.

Very disorganized, and they don't follow through on their promises. You will have to watch every single move they make, including trying to drop items from the agreement, promising cars they don't actually have ( or can get), and mistakes on the paperwork. I'd like to think they mean well, but I'm not convinced their problems are mererly growing pains and a lack of training. Be prepared for one problem after another, leading to a very stressful, frustrating, and time consuming buying experience.

He used his best judgement based on our conversations and I picked his vehicle. They allowed me to write two different checks cashed at different times for the down payment. We purchased a Mazda 6 at Morrie's in Inver Grove Heights yesterday. Every single person we met was friendly and courteous, and we never once felt pressured to buy anything. After our first visit we agreed we would go back to Morrie's in IGH because the salesperson who worked with us was simply the best. I would recommend Dominic Butts to everyone who is thinking of buying a new or used vehicle. He's genuinely warm and friendly, and very easy to talk to. He's truly interested in learning more about you - not just what you're looking for, but what you do for a living, your hobbies, and your interests - because it gives him a better idea of what you're all about and helps him come up with ideas for different vehicles you may not have thought of looking at. We thought we were sold on the Ford Fusion until we drove the Mazda 6. :) I also want to give kudos to the Business Manager, Tiffany Awsumb. She was terrific at explaining everything I was signing, what it all meant, and made certain I understood everything before I left her office. She's friendly, efficient, and very organized. THANK YOU Dominic and Tiffany for such a great buying experience! You will definitely see us again when the time comes to replace our other vehicle. You guys ROCK!

This dealership is wonderful!I was in multiple times to speak with Jody about possible buying a new Mazda.He has a very friendly personality, and new EVERYTHING about the cx-5 (and I'm sure every other vehicle Mazda sells). He met with me on multiple occasions and worked with me so that I could get exactly what I wanted. He understood where I was at with what I could afford, what I wanted/needed the car for, and he did not push me to buy anything. He simply gave me all of my options and all the information I could possibly need to make the right decision.Hands down the best salesman I have ever met with!Tiffany in finance was also very polite, cheerful, and helpful when I went in to buy my Mazda.

We are in love with our newly leased CX9. Our intentions were to buy used and we tried out a few vehicles. It didn't feel right for us and when Tiffany came and explained leasing to us we were sold! She had an easy-going way of helping us learn more about it. Our sales person Ryan, did everything he could to get us into brand new SUV at price we could afford...and now here we are enjoying our Mazda! We will definitely return when our lease is up. Wow!! What a great experience. I've bought several cars from dealerships over the years but this was by far my best experience. My sales representative was Bob Erdman. His professionalism was top notch from start to finish. Bob gave me the space and time I needed to shop the lot and when I had found an auto that fit what I was looking for he made the purchase process easy, informative and relaxing. I came in at 4:30pm on a sat night.I had a specific kind of used vehicle and set budget in mind when I stopped in. I had already looked at several other dealerships.Ryan found what I was looking for, we test drove,& prchased, & i was out of there in under 2 hrs.with no hassle, and everyone was great!I appreciate straight forward pricing, and courteous service.Tiffany and Ryan were both very friendly,& helpful.I wlil definitely consider returning for my next car purchase!

He also shared some information about this new dealership and is very friendly. My fiance and I came in looking to buy our first vehicle together. Bob Erdman worked with us almost all day to find the exact car that fit our needs best. He was able to ask us all of the right questions, and we had a very specific list of must-haves and would-likes, to figure out what we needed to test drive. Bob was able to find us an SUV with everything we wanted and more - and in our budget! Bob Erdman made our day enjoyable. He had a fun, easy-going personality. After, finding our SUV with Bob, we met with Tiffany Awsumb, and she was wonderful too. She was very outgoing and friendly and reexplained paperwork multiple times until we understood everything! We couldn't be happier with our experience.

From the minute I walked in the door to the moment I signed the papers for my Mazda3, I had a very positive experience at Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable--not pushy at all. As a single woman who went to buy my car alone, I felt respected by everyone who worked there (no feeling that they were trying to trick me, etc.). The finance team was incredible--so kind and honest. Everyone at Morrie's was nice, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, fun, and forthright. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though Young Master Bob didn't realize that we were there to buy the car. Who would have thought, going to car dealership to buy a car. I stopped at Morrie's new Inver Grove Heights Mazda location for a car wash. I had recently purchased a new Miata at the Minnetonka location and was excited to hear the IGH location would be opening soon (IGH is much closer to home). I waited a couple days after the location opened to head over for a car wash, only to find out upon arrival that the wash wasn't open yet. Luckily one of the sales guys didn't want me to leave disappointed, so a service guy was able to give it a hand wash. I really appreciated that they took the time to wash my car, even when it was clear I wasn't making a purchase that day.
