My family has always had great experience with Moses Ford of St Albans from sales departments to the service and body shop departments. We love Moses because they always seem to care whatever the situation. Our family has always been loyal to Chevrolets and Joe Holland dealership for over 20 years. The time came in 2010 when we decided to switch to Ford when it came to price and quality for the dollar. Our family purchased a Explorer from Bert Wolfe Ford but was unhappy with the service end and on our next purchase we visited Moses Ford of St Albans. While at the dealership we fell in awe with the warmth and excitement from the sales staff not to mention the service we have received from the service end. My wife and I have purchased 35 new vehicles in our lifetime and since the visit in 2010 with our daughter and her first purchase of a Ford at Moses of St Albans we have purchased 7 new vehicles from Moses Ford. My wife and I own a business and live in in St Albans and we try to give back to the community we live in. If it tells you anything about the service down at Moses Ford St Albans, it is the third vehicle we have purchased at Moses. The salesman Jim Marshall was very professional and guided us thru everything. He even helped my wife order a 2016 Mustang which we purchased in the November of 2015. The only thing about the Fusion that I don't like is the voice control for the Bluetooth. I have trouble with it understand my requests. Sometime I end up giving up and saying things well I am sure you can imagine.Overall extremely satisfied with my purchase and would return to the dealership if I want to purchase another car.

I was not aware that the intake on my 2015 428i convertible was in such a low position at the front of the car until I got stuck in high water. The engine had to be replaced due to water intake, and now I know how to avoid another such incident in the future.Although I was without the car for three weeks, it was not a bad time of year to be without a convertible and I have a second vehicle, which is an off-road 4x4 Ford Ranger pickup, a perfect winter-time vehicle.My insurance company paid the entire amount of the replacement and repairs, and the car runs as perfectly as before the incident. Fortunately no water got inside the cab.I am quite pleased with the service I got at Moses BMW.

My 2014 X1 28i has had a unpleasant sound coming from up front when it went over bumps. I initially took my car in for what we thought was the front struts. Didn't fix the problem. Next time they found it to be the sway bar was loose and fixed the problem spot on. The customer service and team at Moses BMW is excellent. The repair was done in one day.

I went to get a key replaced for the 2014 F-150 that I purchased from Moses the previous year. I arrived a little before 8:00 AM and was informed all the early appointments were filled and that I would be a while before they could get to me. I settled into the waiting room, thinking I would be there at least 2/3 hours. To my surprise, at 9:15 AM I saw my truck coming to the front of the building, and was informed me that I was ready to go. I was shocked, and pleased. I believe we have purchased five new Lincoln/Ford cars and trucks over the last few years from your St. Albans Dealership plus one new BMW which we only kept for a couple weeks because it was "smarter" than we were. Your sales/service areas are always neat, clean and comfortable, providing free coffee and clean restrooms. The dealership itself is easily accessed in a pleasant location. I was treated very well, service was prompt and on time, I was informed of the progress of the required service on a regular basis, and the front people were very courteous and kind, I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I also recently had another vehicle serviced at an adjacent luxury dealership, and I have less than good satisfaction, they need to send one of their guys to your place to learn how it is done.

It is my wifes taurus sho was in for a noise in front end. Found out it was stabilizers for front sway bar. They were changed in July of 2014. So they were changed again free of charge

When BMW offered to waive he final six payments on my leased 2013 X1, I custom-ordered my new 428i xDrive convertible. I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 650i from Moses BMW and had a great experience. I live 5 hours away from the dealership, but Aaron Casto, Meghan Moses and the sales team were attentive to my every need. The returned calls and emails promptly, and offered assitance and ideas on matters I overlooked; they are defintely educated on the BMW product. Because of highway traffic on my way to the dealership, Aaron and Meghan stayed late to assist the purchase; at no time did I feel rushed to make a decision. They were understanding of my needs, and worked with me to close the deal. Even though the dealership is 5 hours from my home, I have referred several friends and coworkers to Moses BMW. But more impressive to me is the attention after the sale... Aaron followed up to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and offered additional assistance on the features and of the vehilce and BMW products. The only issue I had with the latest service is that they did not go over an issue regarding tires on the day of srrvice, but sent an email later identifying a possible problem a week later when I had driven over 800 miles away on vacation. If the issue was serious enough to send a follow-up email, it should have been discussed at the time service was performed. Otherwise, service has always been excellent for both of my Ford vehivles.

Normally I do not write reviews either good or bad as I am very hard to please, but in this case I feel like it is needed. I purchased a 2007 F150 on 5/22/2015 from Moses Ford Pre Owned Vehicles. This was truly the first dealership I have been to that made feel like they were working for me. I could not be happier with the 2015 BMW 428i xDrive convertible I purchased from Moses BMW of St. Albans. I built my dream car online and ordered it to my exact specifications. I was able to track it online as it went through production in Germany, crossed the Atlantic on an ocean freighter, arrived at the port of Baltimore, and was transported to St. Albans in an "enclosed vehicle carrier."The car is beautiful, comfortable--it has everything I would ever want in a vehicle, and I hope to keep it for 20 years or more. A friend of mine who is a "car nut" and has owned or rented several high-end vehicles told me yesterday that a Mercedes of comparable size and equipped with all of the features my BMW has would cost twice as much. The German engineering and recent advances in technology at BMW are truly amazing!

Body shop was great, ordered a side mirror, the company sent the wrong side so I left my truck until it came in. As soon as it arrived it was replaced and I was notified it was ready. I stopped to pay on my way home from work, had no one with me to pick it up, the gentleman, David , offered to drive it home for me (I just live a couple of blocks). Price was reasonable and service was great. Because of the delay in getting the part, they even had my truck cleaned for me.

I had previously reviewed this dealership with negative review but I am unable to amend what I had previously said so I want to share how my experience was turned completely around thanks to TJ. I had a Ford Fusion in mind when I started working with TJ and unfortunately on his day off the vehicle I thought I would be getting was sold. I was pretty crushed when I found out and I considered that the end of my dealings with Moses Ford. I am so glad TJ was persistent in making sure his customers leave satisfied. He called me with every option I had after he spent most of the afternoon looking at all the Moses dealerships in the area for vehicles he thought I would be interested in. He ended up finding me an Impala that was actually newer with a LOT more extras than the Fusion had and marked thousands down from blue book. After making my way to the dealership I saw the car and knew it was the right vehicle for me. The process took all of 30 minutes once I said yes to the vehicle and Derrick the finance guy made it an enjoyable process when it came to actually signing the papers. I had to call today to see about having one of the tires replaced on my new vehicle and even after TJ could have washed his hands of me he worked all morning to see what he could do for me on a new tire. He ended up getting me a fantastic deal and I am extremely satisfied with my new Impala and the entire experience I had at Moses Ford. Thank you again

I have been working with this dealership for the last 4 days on a car that I had planned to buy. We have had some extremely bad weather (snow and ice) which caused me to have to postpone my trip. I had settled on a car, got my money order for the down payment and actually added the vehicle to my insurance. The car was supposed to have been held for me based on the weather and the understanding that it was going to be picked up today. I received a text at 7am from the sales person I had been dealing with telling me "Sorry I was off yesterday and the car was sold. We just can't hold vehicles." Now not being able to hold a vehicle is one thing, but if you tell someone they have nothing to worry about and then sell the car out from under them that is the problem. The day the weather was at it's worst I had told the sales person I'll come down now if holding the car isn't possible. I was again assured the car would be there. I now have to bring the money order back to the bank and hope they can put it back in my account and cancel the insurance on a car that someone else is now driving. Waste of time and points on my credit.

Well I had been talking with a Sales rep for a little over a week about what I was looking for.. I even told him, what I was looking for, and that I would only deal with him, since he was who I started with. I went by after hours, seen a car I wanted to test drive, called his cell phone and set up an appointment... Told him when I got off work I had to grab the wife and kids.. He said he would have it ready to go.. Got there and he was busy, but hey that's great.. He had another sales person that was going to help... Now I had talked to him about getting the car ready, so if I figured warm ( since it's 25 outside and I told him I was bring the kids), gas in it, no ice to scrape off... When I got there the car hadn't been touched, and it was so low on gas the light was on... I told him I would come back when he was better pre-paired. His words, "I got busy", and he looked at the guy helping him and said park it... Now that was crummy service, my advise to anyone looking to buy a car from them, don't call ahead, it doesn't matter it is a first come first service place.. I have had amazing customer service in both parts and service department and drive past another ford dealer to go there, but to buy a used car from them, not unless the sales man calls me tomorrow and says sorry and makes me an offer I can't refuse.... Awesome! That sums it up, the whole experience was just awesome! No pressure sales, friendly atmosphere and extremely knowledgeable staff. The most relaxing and pleasant car buying experience I or my wife have ever had. If we had needed another car we would have bought 2 since it was such a great time!We dealt with Aaron and Zack and could not have asked for better people to deal with. Everything was set up and ready for us when we arrived for the test drive. A quick copy of driver's license and away we go (without a salesperson! --- scoring bonus points with both of us). A warm farewell from Meghan was the icing on the cake.We had been looking for a new vehicle for the last 4-6months across WV, VA and NC at all manner of dealerships and Moses was by far the most appealing. This is my second car from this dealership in the last 2 years . The service deptt first time , I took my car for a problem was less than satisfactory . They gave me a rental as no loaner was available then , the girl working the counter at the service deptt, had trouble filling the paperwork . This was 2 yrs ago. Since then it has improved tremendously , Last couple of times the service has been great . One of the reasons you buy a car like this is hassle free service in case of a problem or when you bring it in for Maintainence . Therefore I didn't have any hesitation buying a car for my wife this time . Hope after sales service continues to be good .

Customer service is fantastic. Meghan is a great lady, she helps out every time I need a loaner while my car is in for service, that makes a big difference in convenience. Rob Kelly is great at getting us in and works with our schedule. We have had several cars from Moses and can not imagine buying a car someplace else because of their customer service. James Hodges was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the different models of BMWs. He really is the BMW genius! Thank you James. I looked at several cars asking questions and stayed way beyond closing time but the staff was very patient. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Of course this is a BMW and and it sells itself. This is the second new car that I have purchased from Moses BMW. After looking at all of the possibilities I selected the X1 because it met my needs and then some. Once I made my decision the Finance Manager Andrew Hager gave us a great deal and made purchasing the BMW quicker than checking out at Walmart. I know I got a great deal because I never buy anything without doing my research first. Thank you Andrew. They washed my car, then James explained all of the control buttons and even paired my phone with the stereo before I left. I can honestly say that when I drove off the lot I was happy and very satisfied with my car buying experience. After they washed my car I was ready to have the ultimate driving experience and drove away before they had time to place the back floor mats and tow hook cover back into my car. I called the next day and spoke with the Sales Manager Meghan Moses. After explaining what had happened I was expecting her to hold them for me until I could make it back to the dealership to pick them up but Meghan sent them to me via overnight express. Not sure what's going on at Moses but customer service seems to be their last concern as of recent. Contacted the general manager about a situation with service department and she seemed unconcerned to say the least. Service department staff are either inattentive or just plain rude. I refuse to buy another BMW and deal with this kind of customer service for the next 4 years. Have had good experiences with them in the past thanks to Rob Kelly. These things shouldn't happen with Moses' premier brand. Jack would be very disappointed.

Moses has the most friendly, available, and attentive staff I have ever seen at a car dealership. They go above and beyond to make sure the entire process of buying a new car is pure joy. I got an incredible deal on a new car (below MSRP) at a time that most other dealerships were marking it up by at least 5 - 10k. Their service department is amazing and valet service makes it really convenient. They are knowledgable and timely. I have no reservations recommending this dealership for anyone who is lucky enough to be in the market for a BMW.

What an absolutely wonderful dealership!! My husband and I were out shopping one Sunday and stopped by Moses to look at their stock of BMW X5's. They were appartently open that day and were getting ready to close in five minutes. Meghan came outside to help us and even took the time to let us take a test drive. She located a model that we were looking for and told us of the incentives that were available. All told, she stayed and worked with us an hour after closing ... very impressive. Needless to say, my husband came back the next day and purchased the X5 35d which we are totally thrilled with. We can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience this was dealing with Meghan and the rest of the staff at Moses.

We bought a new 1994 525iBMW from Moses and received excellent service. We then kept it and bought a 2001 740ilBMW. The service we received at Charleston beat the pants off the service in the Sewickley service department. Sewickely was rude. When we made service appointments, and I live almost 3 hours away, they would not have the parts to service my vehicle although we had gone over the parts needed when I made the appointment. I never ran into any issues with Moses. Larry Salisbury was the service manager whenI originally bought my 1st BMW and he is now a sales representative. He is very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

Took my wife in shopping for a blue z-4, they were wonderful and put up with us. Three cars and two days we finally decided. I think if it was me behind the desk I would have gold us to go somewhere else. Then -- I went back to look for me. Test drove four different vehicles and two of them was in the back of the showroom, they had two move the entire showroom around not twice, but three times - had to drive one of them twice. Finally figured out what I wanted and they did not have it on the lot, so in came the dealer look up. Found my car in another state, they called and made it happen I picked my new car on Thanksgiving eve after normal hours due to traffic. Everyone was great and still friendly with us. I know they went out of their way and for that I say THANKS!!!

Meghan and Aaron were integral to my overall impression of Moses BMW. I pre-ordered a 2013 BMW M5 and given that the car had not yet been released to the United States, I was in close contact with both Meghan and Aaron in deciding between colors and options. I found their conduct highly professional, timely, and with upmost respect for my preferences. Even during a power outage at a time when the car was about to enter production, they facilitated making last minute changes in the exterior color and I am so happy with my final decision. All in all, they made me feel like a celebrity and I have since then referred many of my colleagues to Moses BMW for new car purchases.
