I found my car, a 2015 Nissan Rogue, here. Went to Mossy Nissan Poway and bought it. My sales guy was named Walt (an older gentleman) and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He took a collaborative approach during my purchase, keeping my priorities in sight at all times and it made for a relaxed, smooth transaction with minimal stress. Walt was low key and respectful and made sure I understood and was comfortable with each step in the buying process before moving on to the next. I would be very comfortable and confident with returning to Mossy NIssan Poway for my future car needs.

When walking onto this lot I was greated by a very personable guy name Vic. He listened well to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. From the lot, the manager and onto the finance department it was an all around much better experience than expected. I stopped by Poway Nissan after spending a whole day last Saturday looking for the right car. After visiting 6 different dealerships and done for the day my wife and I came across Poway Nissan on the way home. My wife said no more and I said one more try. We were greeted by Mark. We explained what we had gone through the whole day of being pushed and shoved by sales men and just wanted just to look at the inventory. Mark said no problem and felt very much at ease with him. He got down all are wants and needs we were looking for in a new car, (he actualy listened to us). We found the Altima Sv trim level, it was perfect and we went insde to see what kind of deal we good get. Inside we met his sales mgr Jason, he was stright forward, gave us all the numbers with the awsome discounts and rebates up front. The numbers worked for us and we drove home in a new Altima. Mark and Jason changd our minds that there are good car salesmen out their ! Thanks guys so much !!

After stopping by 3 other dealer's in the area my last stop was mossy nissan poway. It should of been my first, then I would not of wasted the reat of my day. I met bernard and he was funny and got strait to the point. I ended up buying the car that I wanted. He offered a deal that was affordable without all the games that the other 3 dealer's were playing. Jason as well as toby were also a great help. If you are in the market for a car it is worth the drive out there. Thanks Guy's.

We went to Mossy of Poway to look at a Frontier SV Truck I saw on line. When we arrived we were greeted by Mark. He found the truck and brought us over to look at and explained all the features and the benifits to owning this truck. It happened to be just the truck we needed and were able to get the right deal with the help of the sales manger Jason. It was the smoothest and simplest car buying experience my wife and I ever had !!! Thank you Mark and Jason

My wife's car was totaled so we had to replace it. We stopped by Mossy Nissan Poway to do some test driving. At the time we were not sure how much we qualified for through California Coast Credit Union because we financed with them before and were very happy. Upon discussion of this with the salesman he stated that Cal Coast was one of their preferred lenders. So considering that we decided to run the numbers through them. THE FACT THAT THEY COULD FINANCE THROUGH CALIFORNIA COAST WAS THE ONLY REASON WE BOUGHT THE CAR THAT DAY. After discussing this point with the salesman and the manager THEY SOLD THE LOAN TO WELLS FARGO. After finding this out too late for them to fix it, I guess they already got payed that nice sum of money from Wells Fargo, I talked to California Coast and found out that Wells Fargo pays a lot more for the loans than they do. I then tried to get another key made, since our car only came with one and a new one was $200. I figured it was the least they could do since they promised one thing then did another so they could make more money. But that took about 2 weeks with the manager blowing me off saying he would see what he could do and he would call me back and never would. Eventually I went above his head to try and get the second key free and that guy BS'd me like non-other. When I explained the situation he told me, without knowing my wife's credit score, that she did not qualify for California Coast. He then pulled up a PDF on his computer, which is the equivalent of pulling a piece of paper out of his pocket, and pointed to the 500 - 600 credit score are that showed the interest rate we got and said that that is where she qualified. My wife's credit score is around 750. In the end he finally gave me a key which should have been with the car in the first place.Despite how terrible, shady, and manipulative the salesmen were I would still recommend it because Nissan makes a good car and we were happy with the price. So there are great deals just go prepared and make sure you get what you want.

Went in for a 52,500 mile inspection, meaning basic oil change, tire rotation, 30 point inspection. Service was quick, about 1.5hrs as expected. Upon arrival to pick up my truck. I noticed some new scratches, 3 to be exact above my tire around the wheel base. I love my truck, I've had it only a month and a half and wash it, clean the tires and clean in the inside once a week. Two days prior to be exact I did just that. These scratches must have been done when rotating my tires. I informed the service clerk, she was doubtful it was their doing but did the right thing by taking my truck back to detail and having the scratches buffed out. When the truck came back I was actually impressed how well the buffing did, still upset though for the scratches in general. Once my truck arrived back to me again I then noticed my center cap on the rear tires rim was missing. I brought this to their attention and went back into the garage and possibly back into detail and "looked" for it. Came back and said nothing. The female clerk(forgot her name) insisted I came with it missing, then brought her manager into the discussion and he immediately refuted what I said, basically calling me a liar and insisted that my truck arrived like that. This is a complete fabrication, this missing center cap is noticeable from 50ft away, I would have noticed it walking to my truck in the morning getting into it. It's that noticeable because my rims are the first thing that stands out on my truck, they are 22's. I was getting nowhere with the staff and they started to become very assertive and rude where I had no choice to leave, they clearly didn't care. After I got home, I called the GM(General Manager) and of course he didn't answer so I left a message. I have not received any phone calls back from him and I find this to be very poor customer service on his part.

I bought my 2008 Nissan Rogue in 2010 and I am absolutely inlove with it. Everytime I bring her in the service department is extrememly helpful and always very polite. Travis Winn- one of the technicians there went over and beyond and found out what was wrong with my car when three other places told me that could not find the source of the noise. I feel very confident with my car in the hands of the service department at Mossy Nissan in Poway. Thank you guys!

I work in the VIP Costumer Service Department. Sincerely Mr. James Smaller went more than any seller will do, VIP service. I am very surprise the kind of service he offered me since the first call, to the end of the deal. Very Professional and communicative, since the first call he gave me, he offered me an awesome deal, and offered me different options, at the end he found the car that I wanted, exactly the way I asked him to, and he found it for me, very impressed, ++ great seller. Highly recommended.

Buying a car (new or used) should be a fun experience. I recently purchased a used Nissan, and the Poway Nissa dealership made the experience a fun one. They weren't vultures preying to push a hard sell. If you're in the market for a Nissan, I encourage you to make the trek to the Poway dealership. It may be a little out of the way, but for well you're treated, it's worth it!

We recently bought new Leaf. We had a great experience at Mossy Nissan in Poway. The sales team was very helpful, but not overbearing. Gil Richardson was especially helpful with the entire process. He has been in contact with us to follow up and answer any questions we may have. Great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at Mossy Nissan Poway when test driving and purchasing my 2011 Nissan Juke. My sales consultant, Tim Gamble, took his time with me, was up front about all the pricing options and was a lot of fun to work with. I felt the same way about Matt Alexander, the sales manager, who reviewed all the financing with me. Both representatives made the car-buying experience as pain-free as possible. I am very happy right now and hope it continues when I need service. Overall, I am a very happy customer and, at this point, would highly recommend Tim and Mossy Nissan Poway.

Mossy Nissan Poway is a great dealership to work with. Tom Gamble in the sales staff is wonderful, both informative, friendly, and with a no pressure approach to purchase of a vehicle. This is the 2nd Nissan car my husband and I have purchased from the Poway dealership and I'd purchased 1 vehicle from Mossy Nissan Escondido. Service at this dealership is great also easy to work with. Both Darrin and A.J. are great service managers. I recommend this site for both purchase of a new or used vehicle and for service needs. And using the Costco Auto Referral not only saved me money at purchase but I received a $100.00 credit to be used at the dealership. You couldn't ask for more!

James wasn very personal, friendly, and most important he wasn't pushy or pressured us into buying the car. we were just window jobing comparing different makes and models. When we decided which one we liked he wrote up an offer including price and payments for purchase and lease. It was a nice experience purchasing the car.

The sales staff were extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect pre-owned car. The entire dealership experience was great! I was searching for a used car around the other Poway dealerships for some time, and from my opinion Mossy Nissan in Poway have the best looking used cars around. Their used cars looked fantastic, inside and out! I thought that the pre-owned cars looked better than even the new cars. The prices were great too! Overall, I am a very satisfied customer recommending this dealer to any person in San Diego searching for a car.
