Very UNORGANIZED!! Was told that we didn't have to do anything as far as tags go. They would mail them to us when they came in. Why are WE as buyers doing all of the tag work??!! Was told to go to DMV 1 week after the purchase to pick up paperwork, fill out and send into dealership. Now we are being told the vehicle needs to be run through inspection. What kind of dealership is this?!On top of this, we were told $0 down. We were called and told a few days after the purchase that we needed to make the first months payment. Not sure if it's the dealership itself, or just the people who work there but if I were you, I'd go elsewhere!!!!

Every time I visit this Service Dept., they are so pleasant and welcoming! This time I again had service from Joe, he is friendly and personable, makes one feel at home. I always wait for my vehicle whether it's my Dodge Dakota Truck or the Dodge Dart, the waiting area is comfortable, there's always coffee available,TV, and if you are hungry Snack and Soda Machines.When the vehicle is completed, they come in and give you it's location and information for payment. Larry and his team went the extra mile to satisfy the customers needs. HE went as far as to assisting the body shop with pinstripe removal. I was able to get off of work a little early, and knew that I wanted to get some maintenance done on my car. Usually calling a dealer service department is an appointment a week or so in the future. Joe picked up my call, I explained that I was close by, and asked if he could arrange an appointment. He was able to accomodate me then. It was at night also! He also advised me that there was a flash due for the PCM in my vehicle that they would be taking care of. reccomend anyone especially with a late model hemi to go see them for service. Bill in parts area has always helped me find what I have needed and he now stocks SRT oil filters for the GEN III hemi. Alex, Steve, and the rest of the sales staff also greeted me as I enetered the showroom. Thanks for a great experience

Only giving 1 star overall because of how hard the salesman worked to get me into the vehicle... other than that, I'll give no stars. I left the lot with my car on a Thursday & by the following week, I realized I'm not happy with it. I don't want to pay $410 a month for something I don't even like. I would like to return it & have them cancel the loan for me, but they are not helping me out by any means. They keep telling me to call the bank when they are the ones who would have to cancel the loan since it is still a NEW purchase. I won't ever go back, not even to trade in the Chrysler 200 I got from them. I had the car for a week & a half, already have problems with it. They put in a new battery for me, "they said". I have to go pick up the car today.. So I'm stuck with this car I'm not satisfied with. Won't ever go back. So much for trying to satisfy a customer. They got their money for the car & that's all they care about.

I purchased a 2016 dodge challenger scat pack in march it was listed for 45.000 when I got to the dealer and started working with my salesman the sales manager came over and tried to convince me my credit was a tear 5 but I had just purchased a car 2 days earlier from mainline range rover so I already knew that I was a tear 2 and then he tells me that the car was going to be 55.000 do to a 10.000 dollar Mark up on the vehicle so I ended up going back and forth I ended up purchasing the vehicle for 54.000. A couple days later I checked around to other dealer's every single dealer told me the same thing I got robbed my car doesn't have navigation, remote start,or the premium sound system. But that's what happens when your eager and don't do your homework first. I recommend jim pain he's a good guy just be careful when the manager comes and starts trying to up the prices and tell you your credit is not as strong as it really is

On Sept 30th I went online and found the car I wanted. I completed forms online and was contacted by call them text within 30 minutes. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Eric Spinelli, who turned out to be my salesmen.I could tell Eric was the new guy but he did a great job assisting me with selecting a car. He didn't know most answers to my questions but got the answers. I didn't get the car I wanted. And the price was a bit higher than on the internet but I did purchase a car.Bob was GREAT! Finance guy...not pleasant.

This past weekend I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with one of the finest dealerships that I have dealt with in many years.It started with Dan Swartz, sales rep and probably the youngest on their staff. He war very efficient in his efforts to find what I wanted.Next was Dean Gagliardi, Gen Sales Mgr who tried to find me the vehicle I was looking for, Registering the vehicle in another state gave him more problems because of different discounts authorized.He could not locate what I wanted in this area so recommended I order from factory.During my conversations with Dean, Alex Epshteyn, Gen Mgr was involved and really went beyond what is expected.Having spent 30yrs in the Army with more than 20yrs in Mid-Management, I can honestly say that the operation at the Mt Ephramn dealership is above normal. I would have been honored to have worked with them in the Service, not had them work for me.I don,t beleive you will find another dealership that can match their desire.

Three years ago, I went to Mt. Ephraim Dodge to get my a car; so, I decided to look online at the used inventory Monday. (Obviously I had a good first experience since I went back, right.) Online they had the EXACT car I wanted. I sent an email and I was contacted no less than 2 minutes later. I went over and Joe Fab was aaawwwweeeesssooommmeee!! I was already sold on the car and he did a great job to make sure I left happy.....and with a new car. As the kids say his customer service was in fleek!! He was professional, personable, and funny. The minute we walked in to Mt Ephraim Dodge, we recognized the gentleman that sold my husband his Grand Cherokee SRT earlier this year, Giovanni Altieri. If for nothing else, just go in and say hi to this guy. He is that awesome. He directed us to a new salesman at Mt Ephraim, John LaBarca. We were a little hesitant to work with the 'new guy' but we gave him a shot. John was a breath of fresh air and could not have been any less 'high pressure' if he tried. He was funny, genuine, professional and worked his butt off to make us happy. He found my husband the exact truck he envisioned in his head, a blacked out 2016 Dodge Ram, and the price was JUST RIGHT. My husband mentioned that we were also in the market for two work trucks for our business, also Dodge Rams. Giovanni was working on finding us two identical trucks within moments. John and Giovanni both found us exactly what we were looking for AGAIN! We walked out that day purchasing three brand new pick ups and we never once felt pressured, intimidated or like we were being taken advantage of. It was quite the opposite experience. I walked in with my brother at 4:00 to finish the deal on his truck he picked out the night before, and walked away buying a brand new 2016 Ram Big Horn edition. Alex the General Manager made sure that not only my truck was finished and ready to go before they closed but my brother and I both rode off the lot that night with two brand new trucks. He told me that they could put on my running boards in the morning. I received a phone call the next morning from Albert the Sales Manager that they were ready for me to drop my truck off. After I picked up my truck Alex called me personally to check on the service and to make sure that I was happy with my end result. I then received another phone call from John the Salesman to schedule the appointment to get my bed liner sprayed. And I got put first on the list for that morning. I cannot say enough about the whole sales team, they were phenomenal! On top of the amazing customer service I received I also got a great deal! I will definitely be recommending Alex and the guys at Mt. Ephraim Dodge to everyone!

If the salesperson wasn't busy talking and dealing with another sales rep and actually provided full attention at the time of signing maybe I wouldn't be without a car right now. I posted something about what happened. But from someone telling me "Not to sweat it" and a sales manager screaming at me over the phone I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. The mistake was on their end they got my registration and certificate of title filed under my current address and my loan under my old address that I haven't lived in in 2 years. They found out the problem when it was too late. I bought a car from them before and paid the car off it was mine at the time of trade. I had no problem making the payments and when I hadn't received anything from them I kept calling and was told not to worry they will get to you in July. Well that didn't happen and just to get someone on the phone after the deal is done is terrible. I don't see the sales rep on the list his name was Shannon but the manager that screamed at me is listed.

After totaling my '04 Passat of 3 years, I was really skeptical about buying a car. I started to fall in love with Kia Optimas and was determined to purchase one. It just so happen that the dealership 5 minutes from my house has a beautiful 2013 for sale. The sticker was out of my budget but the online price was. I was able to get the car for the online price. I do not want to condemn Dodge, but this dealership does not stand behind themselves. Never again. Two vehicles I bought. Treated great, but when a problem occurred, did not want to take care of it. This place welcomes you in! That's about the only thing they do right. I will start off by saying I will NEVER ever be purchasing a brand new truck from them again. As soon as they get your business the pressure you into more and more money when you want 24 hours to think about it they will not accept that. Then when it's time to sign your papers and you go there because they tell you come in whenever you are priority... You drive all the way there just for them to tell you to make an appointment and come back! Really?!!! That is ridiculous! Not to mention when we picked up the truck it was NOT detailed NO gas! How are you selling a brand new truck and not doing that?! Just rushing to get people's money!Then the papers are all wrong! They have to re do them.Then the car I traded in they never paid off my car!!! What kind of car dealership makes promises and can't keep them??) even though we all signed documents saying they would pay!!My temporary tags expire tomorrow I called them today and say are they in yet?! They say oh yes they came in 5 mins ago! Really? Were you going to ever call me?! This place was so unprofessional I don't know how they sell 50k dollar trucks and treat their customers like this. I'm really not happy with the deal that I received AT ALL. Im over here having buyer's remorse. After months of constant harassing phone calls the deal that I was promised over the phone was not the deal that I received once I drove 30 miles to Mount Ephraim Dodge NJ from King of Prussia Pennsylvania. I really feel like I've been bamboozled. OVER THE PHONE THE SALESMEN TOLD ME HE HAD THE TRUCK, THE COLOR AND PRICE THAT I WANTED TO PAY MONTHLY. So I told him Ill be right there. I got there....AND THERE WAS NO TRUCK.... OKKK!! So the salesmen told me they was having one deliver from another store. So I sat there patiently waiting for the truck just to find out it's not the color that I asked for. I was pissed to the 10th power.. I played it cool tho..... So once it was time to talk numbers the salesmen and the manager team wanted to play the numbers game. I only wanted to pay a certain amount due to the fact that I'm on a fixed income. But them hungry vultures didn't care. So after being there for over 4 hours, I agree to the deal that I really feel Iike I was hoodwinked and Lead astray. When it was time for to get my 2016 RAM it was dirty and no gas in the tank.... I would NEVER recommend Mount Ephraim Dodge to nobody on Earth.....

I went in to look at a 2014 GMC Sierra the had on the lot. I was immediately greeted by friendly salesman. After checking out the truck and taking it for a test drive I still wasn't convinced I really wanted it. They let me take the truck home for the weekend witch I thought was very helpful in making my decision. I went back on Monday and I can honestly say they bent over backwards to give me what I wanted for my trade-in and get me a comfortable monthly payment. Went there in September because my car that was less than one year old had foggy splotches all over the paint throughout the car. Ernie told me those panels had to be repainted and took photos and supposedly submitted a claim. It is now the end of February and I have yet to hear anything from them. I was able to get the marks out with a professional detail, but no thanks to them or concern of theirs. I never heard anything back saying yes we will fix it or no we will not. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was rude and appeared uninterested and bothered from the beginning.

I went to this dealer because a friend of mine said it was good. I went there and the place was very UN-organized. I went out to look at the Ram 1500. I really like this truck and did end up buying it.I went on the test drive and I asks about the GPS navigation. The truck didn't have it but was ready for it. The salesman told me he would get that in my deal. I later found out that it wasn't part of my deal. when I asks he said he never said that to me. When signing my paperwork I was left to do it myself at a table full of junk. The salesman was running all over the place. I thought buying a $47k truck it would of been a little more professional. It really felt and look like a used car lot. When I went to look at the trucks, I had to walk in the mud and cross a busy street. I have to say I will not recommend or buy another truck or car from this dealer.

I callled the service department on February 5th and scheduled an appointment for a warranty repair on February 15th. I told the staff member what I needed done and she advised me of some things I needed to do so the van would be ready for the service. So I get there at 8 am and Joe Guinea tells me he will need to check to see if they have the parts. Excuse me, check for parts for an appointment I made 10 days ago? So I wait; and guess what...no parts! 10 days is plenty of time to order the necessary parts. Now I understand people make mistakes, but he didn't even apologize! He just plainly told me he would call when the parts come in. At least make an attempt to offer an apology on behalf of the company! Highly disappointed in this service department!

Many car salesmen get a bad reputation for pressuring people to buy cars they cannot afford or adding additional things they do not need in order to get a higher commission, however Chris Bowe never made me feel pressured. I swore I would never go back here after the experience I had with my first purchase in '11 but I gave them another chance yesterday and I am so glad I did. The place is under new management with new salespeople all of which were so open and friendly, including the personnel I wasn't dealing with. Dave paired me with Anthony Castrataro which was an excellent choice. It was like Dave had a sixth sense lol. I felt very comfortable with him, no high pressure sales or alpha male attitude (like I encountered back in '11) which was awesome being a female who went in alone. I test drove a Chrysler 200. Uber cool car but I didn't like the color and it was a little out of my price range. But just when I thought all was lost, I test drove a Dodge Dart and fell instantly in love! I was giddy as a school girl and since Anthony had already known what payments I was looking for, I simply said make it work and he did! Of course he had to get approval from his superiors and they all made it work for me. I had a high payoff on the car I was trading in. They not only paid that off, but they came off a substantial amount of the MSRP on my Dart. So Merry Christmas to me!!! Go see them. You won't be disappointed. They really do work hard in helping you achieve what you want and where you want your money at and they are all very patient in doing so. I will never buy another car anywhere else now!

I drove an 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I brought a check for the full amount so they had min work to do. They insisted on doing my tax & tags there, so to my knowledge everything was done. They called the nxt Thurs. saying I needed to inspect the car & send the paper to them. I next day mailed it that Mon. Now Joe P said I HV to wait 6-8wks for tags when they only gave me 20day tags so I'm SCREWED! I keep calling and they act like I'm bothering them. The title lady was rude. Robert Peters was of no help, again I felt as if I was bothering him! Joe acts like its my problem and doesn't return my calls. He said the title lady had no tracking # what business mails official documents with no tracking! They need to do something! I spent 62k on a car I cant drive. No one even apologized for my inconvenience! Terrible customer service after your money is in their hand!!!

I went to Mount Ephraim because of the convince of the location. As any car buyer I expected to be a little roughed up by any car salesman but this dealership proved me wrong. My salesman, Ricky Hess, was very nice and very quick with everything. I had talked to him before I stepped foot in the dealership and he was very informational and professional. When I got to the dealership we talked a little more about a few things with the car before I signed paper work but I was in and out very quick and I feel comfortable being able to go back when my lease is up.

I went to look at a Honda Civic and had my loan already approved before going there. I spent my whole evening there with them trying to go back and forth why I shouldn't do my loan and take one of theirs instead. When I finally thought we came to a deal I signed all the warranty papers and a spot delivery and was told that I had to come back on a weekday because Saturday's were too busy and to get a better rate. I tried to come back the next day to return the car because I realized everything but the locks were manual. They were busy so I came back that next week to talk the financial officer and he basically told me I had no warranty and my loan wouldn't cover everything so I would have to get one of their loans. I tried to get them to include power locks but they wanted me to pay for that out of my pocket $700. When I told them I no longer wanted the car they said it would be a restocking fee of $600 plus .50 cent a mile. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have a family I have to support and these guys aren't making it any better. These guys were the nicest people in the beginning and then became very sneaky and shady in the end. Let me start off by saying I used to be a car salesman and I hate buying a car. I went there today without any intention of taking a car home. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. I was introduced to a salesman very nice young man. I had my vehicle picked out that I wanted to see. My salesman name slips my mind only because I can pronounce it let a lone spell it.. he was dressed appropriately and listened to what I had to say and it was retained. Clean cut and knowledgeable of the cars. I went for a test ride came back discussed some numbers. What I appreciated was I wasn't bombarded with the normal jargon what can we do to get you to take this car home. Or how can we close this deal. We were some distant apart then I met Mike Myers one of the managers. He looked said let me see what we can do . I had what I wanted set in my mind. Mike's honesty and willing to listen to my concerns and needs is what closed the deal. I am very happy with my 2015 challenger SXT

My husband and I purchased a Dodge Durango from this dealership Nov 2014. At that time We dealt with Anthony and Dean ( Joe was later in the deal) After sitting in there for almost 2 hours and not seeing the exact Durango I wanted Dean told Anthony to bring out the new trade they just took in. They JUST received the trade in that day and still had dog hair on the seats and candy wrappers on the floors. I wanted a sun roof which they promised they would do. They also promised me a full detail. My husband took notice to the tires. They looked as if they would have to be replaced soon. DEAN SWORE UP AND DOWN that they have more then 50% life on them and said IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THEM WITHIN A YEAR TO BRING IN IT AND THEY WILL REPLACE IT!!!! Soooo 5000 miles later and less then 9 months I take my car into another dodge dealer to fix 2 recalls. They then tell me that #1) I have NO POWER STEARING FLUID and NEED NEW TIRES ASAP!!! They were shocked to see that I didn't have any fluid since the car was just purchased last nov. They also told me that the "pre owned certified" car that Mt Ephraim sold me was NEVER REGISTERED TO DODGE AS PRE OWNED CERTIFIED!!!!!! NEVER had the fluids checked or changed when took trade in and NEVER looked at the bald tires. So after going back and forth today with DEAN AND JOE SALES MANAGERS there is nothing that they are willing to do to fix the issue caused by the idiots that work there. I will be filing a complaint with Dodge, the NJ attorney general the BBB AND going to file with the court for selling me a $27000 car with 40000 miles and not registering it with dodge as certified as my paper work shows!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

Sent an e-mail about a used car, responded to by sales manager Joe Nelson. Texted me saying price was reduced. Went to dealership, management refused to honor price even after showing text from their employee. Car was advertised as having remote keyless entry, but no one could find the remote. When asked if Mt Ephraim Dodge would provide one at no cost after purchasing car, was told no and told to go to Hyundai dealer and purchase at my expense. When registration came in, wouldn't even install my tags. I have purchased 4 cars in last 20 years, but will not go back and will not refer or recommend anyone.

Chris Bowe assured me that I would leave out with something nice, but I was skeptical cause I heard this from other dealerships previously. Well, Chris allowed me to test drive a 2012 Dodge Charger...needless to say, I was in love. Remaining skeptical, I maintain my emotions & sat at the table to discuss price! I was so tempted to get up & walk out but....then Bob Peters walked over. In my head I kept reminding myself,"don't get talked into something you know you can't afford ". Bob started talking to my sister and I... I guess an angel touched his lips & he said... I'm going to work a deal with you. He made my payment only $65 dollars more than what I was paying on my current vehicle, paid off my current vehicle, no money down! I've been taking my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country to Mt. Ephraim Chrysler, Dodge Ram, since I purchased it on New Year's EVE, 2010. I've worked with Joe Giunta and his staff since my very first scheduled service. Going to Joe is kike going to a private mechanic, but with the benefit of having a trained Chrysler trained staff with the know-how to handle my service needs. He remembers my name and my van and makes sure I'm always up to spec. My wife, Nancy, is handicapped, which is why we purchased the T&C, Joe understands my concerns and I always feel confident when I drive my car out of Mt.Ephraim's lot. I always get a ride to or from the dealership. This visit the van was tied up and Joe sent a really great driver Roberto to pick me up in a Dodge Challenger! Roberto is a very knowledgeable young man and had a great conversation on the way back to the dealership. It's the little and the big things combined that make working with Joe and the staff at Mt. Ephraim such a great experience. I give Joe and his staff solid 10's across the board.

I was interested in one of the car on their website, and called their internet sales at 9:30. He has assured me that they have the one I want in stock, and a couple other similar ones. Setup an appointment at noon, and I took time off work to visit the dealership. However, once I got there, they told me the car is actually not in stock, and they try to sell me other trims/packages. This disrespect to other people's time is simply not acceptable. Other dealers would have already pulled the car up front before my arrival. I guess some people know how to do business and get returned client, and some just like to screw with people and get some quick/pressure sales.

Over the years I have bought several new cars. This was by far the worst experience. There was a total lack of transparency, and they misrepresented or just plain lied about everything. Upon arrival they immediately linked the sale of my trade-in to the purchase of the new car and said that was the only way that the deal could be done. I should have walked out then and there. With a 785 credit score and an 'Excellent' rating, I wanted the 0.0% with $500 rebate. Instead, they gave $3,500 off the MSRP that was $490 more than the MSRP listed on their website. When I complained about that after signing the contract, they then said there was a $1,795 Appearance Package for which I was only charged the $490; never mind that the Appearance Package was never mentioned beforehand, or that its contents and breakout costs were ever listed anywhere, at any time. Im still wondering what was included.I bought the car on a Friday. It had scratches that needed to be touched up and front brake rotor problems. I did not want to take it home, and I wanted to take the contract home to review it. The manager, Mike M., after being real nice with conversation about family and the old neighborhood, ask if I could take the car home so they could clear it off the lot for inventory purposes. They would come to my house with a loaner the following Monday and would take my car back to the shop for the touch up. Against my better wishes, I agreed, because I'm basically a nice guy. What a mistake. I'm 67 years old and hypoglycemic, which means I have low blood sugar and need to eat on a regular basis. I arrived at Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge about 10am, was there for over 5 hours. Not once did anyone even offer me a bottle of water, let alone something to eat. I guess that is part of how they wear you down. At the end of the day I was starting to get the shakes and all I wanted to do was get out of there, go home and get something to eat. So finally the salesman, Steven Folbaum, comes out with a pile of papers. Exhausted, I signed everything, including the extended warranty service contract. During the signing, I asked about its cost; and as I learned later after the fact, he underestimated the SC cost by a factor of 4x. The following Monday, I called and cancelled the SC. I wanted to cancel everything but they said it couldn't be undone. I also wanted my trade-in back because they only give me $2,000, even though the Kelly Blue Book high end valuation put it over $6,000. Surprise, they now have it for sale on their lot for $8,377.00. They disregarded the KBB price, and said the low $2,000.00 offer had to do with the $3,500.00 rebate they were giving me. Auto Trade offered me $4,700.00. I should have taken it. I'll never offer a trade-in to a new car dealer again. It was only at the contract signing that the 4.19% loan interest rate was revealed, telling me 'that's a good new car rate'. Remember, I have a 785 credit score and an 'Excellent' rating. At the end of the day, doing it Mt' Ephraim's way costs me over $3,000.00 more than it should have, had I sold my old car to Auto trader and held out for the 0.0% plus $500 rebate. I wasn't able to figure this out until I got home and was able to put everything onto a spread sheet. The next week, to make me go away, they cut a check for $500.00, so I'm only losing $2,500.00. This I will mitigate by tapping into my home equity line of credit and paying off the Chrysler loan in short order once the cancelled service contract cost and taxes are credited; but doing this is not something that I should have to do. It's still costing more than it should have.Finally, they provided absolutely no instruction whatsoever regarding any of the cars features.

The day started with my wife and I walking into the dealership with dealer incentives to help eat away my upside-down loan. We took in our 2011 Chevy Equinox with 84, 000 Miles on it to trade in, I must admit the vehicle wasn't in tip top condition. I knew i was going to get a low offer and was fine with it. I estimated the offer at 8000. The dealer offered 8500 so with the extra 500 I was happy with it. I told the car salesman, whom i will not mention by name because i 100 percent believe my soon to come problems were not his fault, what my credit score was and what i was willing to pay for the 2015 dodge journey we were looking at. It was later in the night so we did the basics he ran my credit confirmed my score ran the numbers and came back everything was falling into place. I even had the money to put down that night. All excited about the deal he came back from the finance person named Deans Desk. Dean suggested we wait till tomorrow to do the deal because it was late. The salesman came back suggested this to me and I reluctantly agreed, so he allowed us to leave with the vehicle. The next day i had work but called the dealership the salesman said he talked to Dean and everything was fine they would finish it up that day and he would call me. Heres where it starts to go down hill, no call for three days starting to get concerned i called I was told my credit dropped a bit but not to worry Dean was the best in the business and he would get it financed. I was curious how it dropped and why wasn't the paperwork done i couldn't get an answer Dean apparently kept putting it aside from what i was later told. Another three days goes by i call again they tell me to keep calm and patient they are working on it. Another 3 days i call back to find out they are having issues getting me financed but again not to worry. So here we are at 9 days out "not worrying" i waited till about a week and a half passed, mind you still driving around the new dodge journey. I have to call the dealership again to try and find out what is going on. Im told they can't find me financing but hold on try to find my own options and while they still work on their end. At this point i missed the payment on my equinox since the dealership had possession of it and i was waiting to make the down payment on the new dodge, dropping my credit more plus their 21 points in inquiries. Let skip ahead to 3 weeks driving the dodge journey and putting 400 miles on it. On a friday I call the dealership enraged at what is going on and ask for a manager. I am transferred to the manager that goes by the name of Mike M. Mike at first is very apologetic and concerned because he was totally unaware he was missing a brand new car for 3 weeks and had no knowledge of the fact also unaware of what was going on with my deal. Mike insists i call him on monday. While at work i called 3 times only to have my calls dodged. On the 4th call i tell the receptionist to let Mike M know i am on my way to resolve the situation. I am greeted with confusion and flattery, more apologies of course. I tell you what if Mike M put as much time trying to resolve the issue and find a solution as he did hitting on my wife. Im sure we would have came out of there with a much better opinion on the dealership. As we gave the car keys back and retrieved ours he continued his flattery and downplaying of the situation telling me he would personally look into the situation to give him till friday to solve the issue and not to write any reviews until i hear from him on friday. Her were are at Sunday. I didn't hear from him not even a phone call to apologize. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN.

I bought a 2004 jeep liberty from this dealership Sat, took it right to my mechanic to have it checked out. Thank GOD i did because the vehicle had rotted splitting tires, bad head gasket and heating/radiator problems. Thank god i didnt sign the finance papers. when i returned the Jeep to them, a person(dont know what his title was) got VERY rude to the other dealership that I had just left (looked at a 2006 Jeep Liberty). he hung up on the other sales rep and kept insisting that I do the deal with them. I have never had such a good experience buying a used car. My wife and I went to the dealership to look at another vehicle. When we saw the car, there was a little more wear and tear than what we were expecting. We were quickly guided by Dennis to another good deal on the lot. Upon research, we quickly understood the value at hand. We went for a test drive which reinforced the value of the sales price. The salesmen at this dealer are the worst. They use dishonest tactics and will take advantage of you in a heart beat. I have been a loyal Dodge customer for over 20 years. I have owned 3 Dakotas, 2 Durango's and a Ram 1500. I bought 2 new Ram 1500s everything they promised was taken back but not before telling me to take the trucks and sign later. They said we will come to you to sign the papers. They purposely waited 3 weeks before coming to me to sign the papers. When they did come the discounts they promised me for buying 2 new trucks instead of 1 was not in the paperwork. When I refused to sign the salesman told me I would be sued because I took the trucks and drove them for 3 weeks; what criminal's! I am never ever going to buy a Dodge vehicle again for as long as I live. In fact in 3 years when the warranty is exhausted, I am immediately going to Chevy or Ford to get rib of the Dodge brand in my life forever (I also just sold my Durango and have purchased a Chevy for my third family vehicle.) The sad part is I love the brand but if the brand is run by a gang of criminals, I can no longer support the brand that I have loved for over 20 years. Now to add insult to injury the dealer refuses to give me my plates. Michael M. sales manager promised to mail my tags to me by Friday, May 22, 2015 so I would not be driving illegally, butt of course no tags. As of Saturday, May 23, 2015 I am driving on an expired temporary registration. It is very sad that I have to now hire a lawyer just to get what I am entitled to (my plates and registration). I will also for the rest of my life mail copies of all new truck titles I purchase to this dealer and to the CEO of Dodge so they can see first hand how much money the brand has lost by treating a 20+ year customer like they are nothing, worthless. If you are even considering buying a Dodge please call me and I will give you the names of who not to use, but more importantly how they will try to rob you. I have seriously had it with this place. I don't know what else to do other than write up a bunch of negative online reviews, so here it goes. I walked into this place over 8 MONTHS AGO. I was looking for a new SUV and was shown a new ford explorer. Granted the thing was absolutely filthy from it being driven by one of the lot's employees and the "somewhat white" paint on the car didn't match the yellow-tinged bumpers but I decided to give it a chance and see what they could do for me. Oh wait, I also forgot to mention that the rims looked as if someone took a hack saw to them in anger (perhaps a scorn lover??? who knows) Anywho, I ended up sitting down with this extremely rude man to talk price, even though I clearly explained to him that I was on lunch and had other errands to run before I returned to my office so I didn't have much time. He was the typical sleezey car salesman. He basically offered to jimmy-up the paint job, but laughed when I said I wanted new rims or money off. I pretty much just told him that I would come back if I was interested. I did not return. I completely forgot, however, that I had given this guy my business car....HUGE mistake. He has called at least a dozen times harassing me non-stop. I even called the sales manager and asked him to tell this guy to stop calling me. I have at least a half dozen voicemails from this guy guilt-tripping me for not buying that xxx Ford. I have never been so irritated by anyone in a sales situation in my entire life. I don't care if they were the last car company in New Jersey, I would NEVER return to this place. The latest call was today and the same xxxxxx-bag salesman said he had a coupon for me. Now, this is a complete shocker because the call before this one I really tore into this guy and advised him to stop harassing me. So, I will give him credit...where the guy lacks in brains, he makes up in xxxxx. I just hung up today without digging into him again since it was late afternoon and I was at my office. I may however, take a drive over in my brand new JEEP (which I paid for in full CASH) and show them what a real quality vehicle looks like;) Stay away, stay FAR away.

Took our 08 Town & Country in for a coolant leak only to find out it needed a radiator and intake manifold gasket along with some other routine maintenance work that was overdue Joe explained everything that was needed and why and they even paid for my rental car. My salesman Joe was great and the Sales Manager Bob was very friendly and gave me a good deal on a 2015 Dodge Ram Sport but I left there not 100% satisfied. I had my eye on a $50,000 truck and the whole time they were talking it up about how much it towed and how it has everything..They told me to drive it home (which I did) and fell in love with it!!! Come to find out in the later stages of negotiations that It didn't come with a TOW hitch( which I had to purchase myself) and that it didnt have navigation!!! 2 of my must haves!!!! It was NAV READY, I was told!! I was fooled by the sales gimick that bc it was listed on my sticker that it came with it!!! The hitch is $150 and the nav was $600 and they wouldnt throw that in the deal..I couldnt believe it!!! A $50,000 truck without navigation or a toe hitch!!! and its the " SPORT" model ...I bought the truck anyway but sort of regret it now!!! I was shocked that for a couple hundred dollars that I couldnt leave there COMPLETELY SATISFIED...I was recommended to go there by my dad who bought a truck there a week prior so I spent 2 days there looking for the right vehicle!!!

This could be a long story but I'll try to make it short. Our T&C was in for a check engine light that turned out needing 1 + 1/2 days of labor to fix (this was a Friday). Joe called to explain that the van needed this extensive repair and that it probably would not be done until end of business Monday. I was freaking out because we needed to leave Monday morning for medical reasons involving my son and also that renting a vehicle was not an option because our van is handicapped accessible for my son. We had a 9 hour drive to make by Tuesday. Joe was polite and said he would do what he could but the engine guys are not in on Saturdays so it would be really difficult to get the job done. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon...Joe called to say the van was done!! Not only did Brian stay late on Friday night but he came in on Saturday to finish the van. Now if that's not service, I don't know what is!!!

Went in to buy a Dodge Ram 1500... The sales manager seemed not interested in trying hard enough to get me approved, I don't have the best credit... Spent close to 4 hours there... Finally they told me that I needed more income in order for the bank to approve me... 3 days later I went to another dealership, got approved, got them to get the same Dodge Ram from Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge, and next day I was driving the brand new Ram. Also, the sales staff hanging around the sales floor was very unprofessional using foul language and fooling around while I'm sitting there watching it all... My Sales guy, Anthony, was very nice but needs to learn to NOT be on his personal phone taking calls and texting when he's with a customer, very unprofessional... I also must of used the bathroom 4 times while i was there and walking by other employees there NOT once anyone say hello or WELCOME...

I got approved for a charger on the 18th drove off the lot the 19th with temp tags (old tags in trunk until next month)registration and new insurance on the vehicle also they accepted my trade in and put it up for sale the following day. Joe Primo was my salesman, he told me his finance manager was out of town, so I had to wait to finish the rest of my paperwork but after 3 weeks of having the vehicle he then tells me that the bank that approved me for the car denied me because of my credit. I talked to another sales person to verify those reasons and he told me I was approved he's not sure why he told me they denied me, so how can I trust this dealership if they are just trying to scam me on a deal with the car. Will never do business with them, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Thank goodness I got my trade in vehicle back.

We could not have been more pleased with this dealership. I contacted them online to inquire about their 2014 Chrysler 200S, from my computer at work around 3pm. After a few brief emails with Frank Russo, we secured an AMAZING deal by 5pm. We drove about an hour, and even though they were closing at 7pm, they were very gracious and did not make us feel rushed at all. Since purchasing my Sebring, I have only been to the Service Department twice. Both times I was greeted by Joe Giunta. Today I had a problem and brought in the car. He greeted me with a smile and a joke. He said, What did you break today? He then listened to my narrative about the problem and filled out the paperwork. When he was done, he explained what they were going to do and possible reasons I might have had the problem. He was kind and answered all of the questions I had. I waited for my car in the customer waiting area and each time he came in for someone else, he smiled and answered other questions I had thought of while sitting there. After the technician had check my car, Joe came in to explain what was found and again answered my questions. He did not give me any reason to think that I was asking too many questions. He just was a very pleasant person to deal with. He is a real asset to the dealership.

So, I think I have been in enough Chrysler dealers and service departments with the experience to know a good one when I see one. This dealer although, not as fancy as some of the competitors has an excellent staff and group of honest working people. There slogan should read "We treat you like Family" because that's how I think they treat me. I really enjoy my visits and thorough care they provide to my family vehicle. Thank you! E.E.

found the BLUE car i wanted at mt ephraims website, entered my name and info and kept browsing... got a text that same day from a salesman which said that the BLUE car i was interested in was at their shop, when can i come in to look at it., Very excited,, i went to the dealership to see the BLUE car.>GUESS WHAT the BLUE car is not here yet, but we can show you this lovely black one. FOR a HIGHER price, WITHOUT the same features...So i say ok, but i really wanted to look at the bLUE one...no sir, not here yet. But i will sell you this Black one, ok i like it. LEts talk price..HAS ANYONE EVER PAID HIGHER THAN THE STICKER PRICE??? well sure sir, thats the way we do it here, and i am sure you wouldnt mind if we add an additional $1000 for some made-up stuff we did to the BLACK car while you sat and haggled with us. Well I am an awesome salesman and i will talk you into saying yes if i promise you all kinds of rebates, that really dont exist..THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE BOGUS!! NOBODY really gets those prices - the salesman actually told us that. So im hooked, sell me the overpriced car and tell me you are doing me a favor..thank you very much....NOW i need the registration done really soon, because i am going to need to go out of town NO PROBLEM - 1 week WE TAKE CARE OF YOU..15 days later, no paperwork!! I have been buying cars and getting service on those cars for 15+ years at Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge. I keep going back because of the level of professionalism of both the sales and service teams. I leave the care of my vehicles in their hands, and they never disappoint. I generally seek out and ask for their advice on what's needed to keep my cars running in peak condition. They never recommend more than I need, and have numerous times advised me when I didn't need a service I thought I needed. There's nothing better than being able to trust in a dealership; and I trust in Mt. Ephraim Chrysler Dodge. My only regret is that they are located about 20 miles from my home!

I have repeatedly asked them not to call again and they say they won't but another couple weeks go by and again they call. I have a 2012 Dodge Caravan II and it is my responsibility to make sure my invested vehicle is up to date or close to service dates. I purchased a used car from this place on in May of 2013. Upon me pulling into my apartment building, my engine light went on and I noticed that one of my daytime headlights wasn't functioning as well. I called the next day and set up an appointment to bring it it in. So I brought it in, they ordered the light and ran a scan on the car for the engine light. They told me it would be a few days for the headlight, and they had to order a replacement part so the engine light would go off. When the parts came in, I took the car in to get it fixed. Yes they fixed the headlight and apparently installed a new part for the engine light, but when I was pulling into my apartment building again, it came on. So I called and scheduled an appointment (again) for this engine light which has been on since I bought the vehicle (it's been a solid three weeks by now). I bring it in and wait for them to "run a text" on it. An hour or so later they pull me from the waiting room to tell me that I have to leave the car there overnight because their computer can't get an accurate read because I brought the car in "hot" and it would have to be hooked up to their diagnostics computer "cold" so it could get an accurate read. So I leave it over night, they do their thing with the computer and then call me and say they have to order a new computer for MY car. I came in that night to pick up my car because they said I could, but when I showed up, it wasn't put completely back together and the service people were gone for the night, and they couldn't let me take it because of liability reasons. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COMPUTER PART THAT THEY "ordered". It's almost a year now and my engine light is still on, and last Friday 3-21-14 my car wouldn't start, even with a jump by two separate tow truck drivers. I had to get it towed to the dealership. I left my keys with a note of everything that's happened and my phone number. That was FIVE DAYS AGO, yet I still haven't received a phone call from the dealership acknowledging my car being there. I've since called corporate and they've opened a "case file" for me (although my "Case worker" has been outsourced). If nothing comes of this, i'm taking my invoice papers to Kimmel and Silverman and filing Lemon Law. I've had my car in 3 or more times for the same problem and it's NOT been resolved. I may even go to the local Philadelphia News and let them know of the LACK of customer service that goes on here. I JUST WANT THE CAR IN PROPER WORKING ORDER LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SINCE THE DAY I PURCHASED IT FROM THEM! I have to take my hand-capped mother and father (Vietnam vet) to doctor and physical therapy appointments a few times a week, and the SUV I bought was great for this. It sat high up and it is easier for them to get in and out of, plus plenty of room for their walker, walking cain and scooters. NOW i'm left with a 4 door rent -a -car that sits far too low to the ground and they have aches and pains from this. I'm sure Mt. Ephraim Dodge could care less, but this is being put out there so YOU might not make the same mistake in buying a faulty car from them, and wasted your time trying to get it fixed.

I give this dealership 5 stars, I have bought 3 Chargers from them and a pick up, the sales people are very kind and helpful not pushy at all, and the Finance man works very hard to get you where you need to be for payments. My husband and I looked at 2 other Dodge dealers in our area, and one was wonderful and the other not so much. We went to Mt. Ephraim Dodge, knowing what we wanted. Spoke to Grant, he is very personable, and he found a Durango that was near our list of wants. Actually the Durango was more than we actually wanted. They worked with us, and we ended up leasing a 2014 Durango, for more Truck and less money than we anticipated. Kudos to Mt. Ephraim Dodge, so happy with my truck and my monthly payments!!

I wanted to thank the team at Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge for making my new buying experience enjoyable. I was in the market for a new sedan and after a lot of research, wanted a 300 as my next car. I found the car with the options I wanted on their website and called to ask if it was still available. Jim Payne, my sales rep, said they had it and to asked if I wanted to come in and look at it. Upon my arrival, Jim had the car pulled up front, plates on, waiting for me. A unexpected surprise. Jim went over all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and I never felt pressured. I tend to ask a ton of questions and he answered them all. After the test drive I knew the 300 was the car I wanted and met with Alex Epshteyn, the sales manager. We discussed price and my trade in and he did everything to make sure I was happy with the deal. We went methodically through all of the details and after a short time, I ended up walking out with a brand new car with everything I wanted! So happy with my purchase! Both Jim and Alex made the buying process so smooth. I never felt hurried and they were really focused on assuring I was happy with the purchase. Both were very professional and made the buying process easy. I will definitely recommend Mt Ephraim to all of my friends and family!

Walking on to the lot is enough to give me heart burn. I HATE dealing with this stuff. However, my 2004 Cadillac CTS was garbage, I needed more room for my family, and I wanted it gone. Anthony Castrataro was the PERFECT salesmen for me. Absolutely NO pressure, VERY down to Earth and easy to talk to. He listen to my exact demands (which were NOT easy) and smiled through the whole thing. He assured me that he'd do whatever he could to help me and I believed him. Alex Epshteyn came in later in the process when it came to price and financing. He did what it took to get the deal done. I'm telling you it wasn't easy, I was completely prepared to have to walk off that lot with my sh*tty Cadillac and be miserable for another year. Nope. Alex came through. I walked out with a new minivan and a promise to send more customers their way. These 2 gentlemen made something I absolutely HATE, into something fun and memorable. I would recommend these guys any day, to any one. Even my father, whom I'd brought with me, was amazed at how well and how hard these gentlemen worked to get me in that van. You can bet your xxx I'll be back to Mt.Ephraim Dodge the next time I, or any of my 7 kids need a car.

Check in was excellent -pulled into garage and Joe got the paperwork completed quickly and called Chris, mechanic, to front desk for us at our request. We were given a ride to and back to a diner right down the road where we enjoyed a good breakfast while the car was being serviced. Chris also had the car washed for us as part of the service. Went to trade my 09 ram. They had the truck I was looking for. Ask about leasing versus purchasing. That is when the lies began. Kept there as they had keys to my truck while sales person went back to finance several times. I was quoted one price that was not on lease agreement. I was promised miles that were not on lease agreement. They promised a buy back at end of lease. We shall see. Sold on a big horn, sirius works, u connect does not. Uconnect is also no help. Promised brake box could be installed at trailer dealer, not true. Trailer dealer price, 175.00. Had it installed at dodge for just under 400.00. More lies. will not buy another ram because of this dealer. Talked to Ram about issues and was informed that each dealership is independently owned and they do not interfere with sales of their trucks. The big horn is a nice truck but not worth the trouble I had experienced to get it. I buy a new truck every few years, but will be looking at other models after this experience.Final note, the truck had to be put in shop to adjust the brake box. Never had this problem with any of the other 9 trucks I have owned when installed at a trailer dealer.

Joe Giunta, Service Manager, and Lee Collins, Body Shop Manager, are outstanding when it comes to customer service. Both work with me at my convenience. I recently had body and paint work done. The quality of both was above reproach. During the process, it was discovered that the power steering pump bolts were backing out putting a severe strain on the pulley which was grinding into one of the aluminum housings. Upon paint work completion, the vehicle was immediately accepted into the service area, and the power steering pump issue was corrected. I picked the car up and when I stopped for gas, it required a jump to restart. I took it back to Mt. Ephraim Dodge Service, and Joe immediately took the car in. Everyone I've come in contact with at this dealership is truly professional and now has my loyalty. I am a Chrysler product fan, and will deal with no one else in the future. On a scale of 1 - 10, they are an 11.

We were referred from a client to this dealership and Sergio Morales. I was amazed at how friendly they were there, normally you would go to a dealership and they are trying to hustle women, but they were very nice and very helpful. The price was a little more than our spending limit, but we are very satified with the car and we think it is worth it. I would say that they were pretty accurate on the type of car that my spouse and I were looking, it only took three cars until we found the perfect one. John Ohanian is the only reason why I bought 2 brand new cars there (2013 Dodge Journey and 2013 Dodge Dart Ralley). The rest of the staff is great as well. I had car repair for my wife's Journey which I would recommend anyone to go to. The sales man John is so good I talked my mother in law into trading her car in and she too bought a car from Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge. Reason why not all 5's is not on Johns part but I have been back 5 times (3 times for the same problem) with my 2013 Dodge Dart Ralley. I love the car but hate the head ache of bring this car back over and over. Bottom line, even with my problems I still would by my next new car from John here at Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge.

Called about a certain color car.I was told they had a few in black,and the purchase would be fast.When I got there no black cars.Decided on silver.Was there for 5 hours.That is not a quick purchase.Salesman Tony was nice .They dont tell you the price of the car.They ask what monthly payment you want.They were surprised when I asked to see sale agreement first.It was the last document they showed me.The trade in value on there website and other dealer websites are BS.My trade was perfect shape,value was $10,800 - $13,750.They gave me $10,500.When I told them I didnt like the deal they were not happy.I finally got an good deal after 5 hours.The car was not cleaned well at all.Took me an hour to clean it when I got home.They didnt even give me a full tank of gas,half tank.Employees were ok but not to knowledgeable about there cars.Look up information on the car before going.I got a good deal

My truck buying experience at Mt. Ephraim Ram was better than I could have ever expected. Having been through several car buying experiences in my lifetime I wasnt much looking forward to the "process" and never have I left a dealership feeling excited, satisfied, and comfortable with the large purchase I was making. I was so fortunate to have walked into Ed Heisler when I pulled into the lot. While I was only coming into browse, from the beginning Ed's main focus was finding me a truck that I, and my family, would be excited about. I was a little uncertain about what I actually wanted in my truck, but that didnt frustrate Ed. He showed me everything I had even the slightest interest in and we took several test drives in various trims. I even brought one back to the house to get the wife's opinion. Despite all my uncertainty, Ed never once got irritated and simply reminded me that all he cares is that I choose something that makes me happy, he didnt care how long it took me, even though it took me about a week. I finally decided on a truck that I would have no regrets about. There was no hassling me to hurry up and pick something, no hassling me to purchase extended warranties or any number of other things that nearly all other dealerships try pitch you. In fact, I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me anything, Ed and the dealership simply provided me great customer service and a comfortable buying experience as I shopped for a vehicle. I would strongly recommend visiting Ed Heisler at Mt Ephraim Dodge/Ram if you are in the market for a vehicle (they dont only sell trucks) and tell him I said "Hi".

HORRIBLE! Wasted our time and played games with us for about 40 minutes. We went to look at a specific car they had online, which was the type of vehicle we were looking for. We got there looked around the lot with no luck finding the car. We were on our way to our car to leave a guy came out and "tried" to help us. We explained to him what vehicle we were looking for he said why don't you come in and well check our computer to see if its here. 10 minutes later he comes back to ask for our liscense to copy to get out of the way so when they find the car we can test drive (yeah right, we knew at that point there was no car). So he leaves for another 10 minutes comes back with paper work, saying they're still looking for the vehicle and wants to run a credit check we refused to allow him to do so considering we only were interested in that car and he got mad at that. Then he leaves us another few minutes comes back and says oh were sorry we sold that car and all of a sudden he remembers this car SO well. Then tries to show us a bunch of cars that are nothing like what we wanted and we tried to say hey you don't have what we want thanks though he wouldn't let it go and was begging us to come back in so he doesn't get fired. Really?! We eventually had enough and left he got all mad and stormed off. Unprofessional, rude and extremely pushy. I understand their job is to sell BUT you talk to costumers you are suppose to take what they want and help them not show a bunch of cars nothing like what you're set on just because you don't want to lose your job. How many times do you have to say no before they let it go? I don't know but this guy then comes to our car when leaving to try and make us feel bad for him, my husnand ripped up his card. Never again!

Easy going,friendly, very well educated on the truck that I was looking for and most of all they gave me an unbeatable price, period. They delivered exactly what they said they would on a "handshake". No BS ,no pressure, just extremely friendly and courteous. Very nice experience and I would recommend them to anyone for a used or new vehicle. Even the financing rate they got for me was unbeatable as well. These guys are down to earth, just good guys'and I certainly will be back for another vehicle...Highly recommend to anyone , super nice guys'...

Was Emailed with a price of the new car is the reason I drove 1.5 hours to their dealership. Test drove car and started to make the deal. I asked what I was geting for my trade and what I was paying for the car and Albert told me I will know when I sign the contract. Right there I should have walked out but working late the night before and very tired, I did the deal. They gave me 19k for my car which was lower than I wanted but accepted that. When I signed the papers it stated that I was paying 980.00 more than sticker. I thought it was Ok since I have bought from another dealer before and they juggled the numbers aroud to make the finanice look good. When I got home I redid the math and I did pay 980.00 over sticker which I was told from Kevin (Internet MGR) that I would have paid 10% less of the sticker. I have called them several times and they do not return my call even the owner and GM. I called Chrysler and filed a complaint and they came back stating that they added the 980.00 to the price of the car since they gave me more for my trade. No discount from stricker. I am now seeking further legal action against the dealer. I have files a complaint with the BBB and they came back with the they did discount the vehicle since there was an ammenent added to the car about a added accessory group which was not on the vheicle, again another change of the story. My advice STAY AWAY of this dealer. They are worst that I ever dealt with. Dean reached out to me to discuss what can be done to make me happy, we discussed some options and the dealer came through which resolved any issue I had with the dealer. I have changed my rating and would recommend this dealeesship

I have never dealt with such a horrible dealership. I brought my truck in to have the horn fixed (only one of them worked), they quoted me $150 to fix the horn. I declined the work and when I received my truck back neither horn worked. The dealership refuses to fix the problem now. Trevor and the service manager are impossible to deal with; they are condescending, extremely rude and not helpful. I have had poor experiences with the service department in the past and I guess I haven't learned my lesson. I will never use them again and I am contemplating my legal options for the horn issue and other issues which were not fixed to my satisfaction.

The dealer was very rude. I sent emails to ask for a price. Doug Bryson,replied in a very rude tone. He didn't provide me any information about the car. He even doubted I am a secret shopper. How rude that is. I just bought my new car from another dealer yesterday. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.

Everything was perfect. They honored the online price and they paid me what I considered fair for my trade in. The check to pay for my trade in was sent right away. It was an exciting and relaxing experience to buy a car from them. I totally recommend them.

I've purchased two cars at this dealership, and both times it has been wonderful!Also, the service department (and Bob), have been great!I just purchased a 2010 Chrysler Sebring (I had owned a 2003 Sebring), and I find the Chrysler products exceptional!

Games, Games, Games. After wasting my time on a 2 day negotiation I was told at time of signing that they suddenly were reducing the trade in value by $6500.00. This was after they had already inspected the car on day 1 and after negotiations that specifically hindged on their origninally estimated trade in value. So even when you make a deal...make sure they stick to their word. These types of car dealers are the ones I will never return to regardless of the sales they might have. Im a one and done customer when treated like this. I will gladly tell my friends of my bad experience at Mt Ephriam Dodge. Dont play stupid with me, dont disrespect me.

I purchased my Dodge Challenger out-of-state but received excellent service for warranty work. In replacing a battery, they checked technical service bulletins and performed a reflash of my PCM for corrections to the key fob and driveability. In addition, they provided courtesy van service.

Wonderful experience - that truthfully, we weren't expecting. No pressure. No bait & switch. Friendly, helpful staff - especially Justin (Internet Customer Service) who looked for cars to fit what we wanted; and Ed H. in Sales who went the extra mile to ensure we got just the right car with all the options we wanted, at a price we could work with. They also gave us a fair price on our trade in. We had dealt with several other dealerships (via the Internet & in person) and Mt. Ephraim Dodge stands out like the mountain in their logo.
