Staff is great & helpful. The main problem is they could not due my trucks alignment because they can't fit it on there machine. Why does the dealership I bought it at not able to accommodate me for a scheduled repair. Find this out 2+ hours after being in service window. It is not a special truck just a 1500 with full cab??

Words really can’t explain how disgusted I am with this dealership! I took my 2012 Hemi there for a new OEM 5.7 engine and it’s a bust! The engine never worked properly (I couldn’t even take the truck off the lot) and after they took my money, they did nothing to put me in a car until this disaster was over. The inside of my truck was full of grease on the steering wheel and gear shifter. In fact, they had to send it to be detailed. I can go on, but I’ll spare you the continued grief. My advice, don’t buy a dodge and definitely don’t buy it from Mt. Ephraim Dodge! Oh, they earned 2 stars because we did start out on a good note😡, and I forgot to mention that my truck is still there—in the back yard with the field mice as they eat my wiring. Little known fact, rodents love the taste of wire. SUPER UNHAPPY!

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! If no stars were an option, I’d choose that. I normally don’t leave reviews, but everyone should know and be aware of just how unprofessional Justin the sales manager is. I went there looking at a vehicle, I didn’t agree with the numbers they gave me and left. They then proceeded to text me offering me a better deal. The following week I called asking if it was still available and they told me yes and to come in. I drove 30 minutes away to come in for them to tell me we couldn’t make the sale due to the banks being closed. They proceeded to run our credit and the numbers again for everything to be approved by the following morning. However, they came back with numbers that didn’t match the quote he had originally texted. We then asked why it was different and he said because it went into the shop. $2,000 more for it to be serviced? All these questions were directed to our sales guy Andrew who was great. The sales manager Justin then came over with a hostel attitude asking if he could interrupt. He proceeded to get loud with us and tell us that the price he told us he would give us the car for changed due to them fixing a headlight and painting over an arm rest. We then questioned why and it started a whole debacle. Resulting in them telling us to rudely get out. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Went to get an appraisal on my car and take a look around. Test drove a car and liked it but didn't want to rush into a purchase. The salesman brought the sales manager over and was being aggressive and it felt like he was trying to force me into the purchase when I wasn't ready. I kept saying no and he kept on assisting, very unprofessional and I will not be back.

I would not recommend having service done here at all. They always take over three days to have my work done, give wrong pricing, are irritable at the service desk. I always have been a dodge customer for over 20 years and prefer my work done at a dodge facility but I will never use this location again.

we went to look at a vehicle as it was the first day we starting looking. the vehicle looked nothing as it did in the pictures. as soon as I opened the passenger side door, I was grossed out. they said the car had been detailed but the seats were covered in stains and it smelled bad. we had explained numerous times that we were just looking but they kept pushing and pushing to make a sale. after an hour of them trying to be little us and we said enough is enough. We just wanted our keys back so we could leave and that still took another 20 minutes or so. They never listened to us when we said we were clearly only there to look and I was beyond frustrated. I will never step foot in their door, nor will I recommend anybody to go.

I went to Mount Ephraim because of the convince of the location. As any car buyer I expected to be a little roughed up by any car salesman but this dealership proved me wrong. My salesman, Ricky Hess, was very nice and very quick with everything. I had talked to him before I stepped foot in the dealership and he was very informational and professional. When I got to the dealership we talked a little more about a few things with the car before I signed paper work but I was in and out very quick and I feel comfortable being able to go back when my lease is up.

I was shopping for new Dodge Ram truck, visited another dealer and was quoted a price that was a lot beyond what I wanted to spend. Looked on line and found a similar truck at this dealer. Took a ride on a Monday night "just to look". Arrived at this dealer at 7:15, was back home by 9:30 with the truck I wanted (many more options) for the price I was comfortable with. Jim Payne was our sales consultant and was a pleasure to deal with. The Sales Manager (name escapes me) was also a pleasure to deal with. The owner Alex, was at the dealer and made it a point to accompany us through the process. The normal "hassle" of car buying is not the case here, I will be sure to recommend this dealer and make them my next stop when car shopping again.

Went in looking for a new Chrysler 200 and worked with Jim Payne, we came to the price I wanted (with the features and color I was looking for) then Jim and the team went above and beyond to find it. Though the specific color/model wasn't on the lot they found a dealership that had it and took care of finding, shipping, and delivering all while maintaining the price we originally agreed upon (while waiting they provided a very nice rental car free of charge). Every detail/step of the process was covered thoroughly and well explained. Wound up with the exact car I wanted for an amazing deal that I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere close!

Took our 08 Town & Country in for a coolant leak only to find out it needed a radiator and intake manifold gasket along with some other routine maintenance work that was overdue Joe explained everything that was needed and why and they even paid for my rental car. Our van was ready next day as promised good as new although taking your car to the dealer is not always the cheapest choice if you want it done right it is usually the best choice,.....Thanks Guys

This could be a long story but I'll try to make it short. Our T&C was in for a check engine light that turned out needing 1 + 1/2 days of labor to fix (this was a Friday). Joe called to explain that the van needed this extensive repair and that it probably would not be done until end of business Monday. I was freaking out because we needed to leave Monday morning for medical reasons involving my son and also that renting a vehicle was not an option because our van is handicapped accessible for my son. We had a 9 hour drive to make by Tuesday. Joe was polite and said he would do what he could but the engine guys are not in on Saturdays so it would be really difficult to get the job done. Fast forward to Saturday afternoon...Joe called to say the van was done!! Not only did Brian stay late on Friday night but he came in on Saturday to finish the van. Now if that's not service, I don't know what is!!!

We could not have been more pleased with this dealership. I contacted them online to inquire about their 2014 Chrysler 200S, from my computer at work around 3pm. After a few brief emails with Frank Russo, we secured an AMAZING deal by 5pm. We drove about an hour, and even though they were closing at 7pm, they were very gracious and did not make us feel rushed at all. Ricky Hess gave us plenty of time to test drive the car and by 8pm we were on our way home with a brand new car for our daughter. It was the easiest car transaction we have ever experienced. Both Frank & Ricky were great, the staff as well. I did not feel any of the jitters you normally feel at a dealership. We will surely be back and will recommend this dealership with pleasure. I walked in wanting to buy a charger,got approved for the car I wanted then drove off the lot the next day with what I wanted but paperwork was not finished because finance manager was on vacation although sale was still being put together by sales associate. After transferring tags, registration and insurance for my new vehicle they wait a full 13 days to call me back stating I wasn't approved for the car I wanted. Instead of waiting for an approval they still wanted to have the sale underway so if I wasn't approved then why take my trade in and let me drive off the lot without sale being finalized,poor salesmanship lack of communication but I will never recommend anyone else to this place of business. I wonder if all their customers have to purchase a vehicle then have it returned because of their incompetence.

basically went up there test drove the dodge challenger gave GRANT CUNNINGHAM all my information and my co-signer information didnt hear from him in a whole week finally he sends me a email blah blah blah tried to give him a second chance he didnt have none of my information i gave him or my co-signer the first time and on top of that they sold the challenger and he still tried to have me come up there and waste more of my time knowin they sold the car and tried to get me to get another vehicle which i already stated i wanted that particular vehicle.The customer service i received was horrible it shouldnt take anyone a week to get back to u .I think a car company should be chasing u and tryin to sell the car to u 100% not u chasin them and drivin 1hr for nothing get that handled. my 2008 impala lt drives wonderful so ill be keepin that till i find a better delaership to go too i recommend u to look somewhere else They dont know good customer service at all

I wanted to take a minute to thank the team at Mt Ephraim Chrysler Dodge for making my new buying experience enjoyable. I was in the market for a new sedan and after a lot of research, wanted a 300 as my next car. I found the car with the options I wanted on their website and called to ask if it was still available. Jim Payne, my sales rep, said they had it and to asked if I wanted to come in and look at it. Upon my arrival, Jim had the car pulled up front, plates on, waiting for me. A unexpected surprise. I basically parked my car and jumped into the 300. Jim went over all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and I never felt pressured. I tend to ask a ton of questions and he answered them all. He is very knowledgeable. After the test drive I knew the 300 was the car I wanted and met with Alex Epshteyn, the sales manager. We discussed price and my trade in and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with the deal. We went methodically through all of the details and after a short time, I ended up walking out with a brand new car with everything I wanted! So happy with my purchase! I went to the car dealership last week. I was suppose to be there at nine. The manager albert? Was late for the appointment. I was there the day before speaking with Dennis? I discussed with Dennis what I was looking to buy and the price range I wanted to be in. When I discussed this Albert ( short guy late thirties) he told me it was impossible to get the car. I understood. He never offered to show me cars in my price range. Neither did Dennis. Your place runs shotty and I do think I could of got the vehicle with the money I was putting down and payments. Change your salesman and managers.

How ironic... Val below had the same problem I did. If any of you get in touch with this dealership. DO NOT SPEAK WITH FREANKIE! He has no idea what goes on in the car sales, he doesn't even work with cars, he does their internet service! All day I have been contacting this Freankie fool talking about this Dodge Charger I want. Of how it is still there and I was telling him how I am coming from Point Pleasant, NJ to get it. I'm in the car leaving my house and I text Freankie and tell him I am on my way to come purchase it he tells me it is still at the dealership. I get there, ask for this Charger and what do you know... THEY SOLD IT 5 MINUTES AGO! I wasn't even allowed to put a down payment on the car because they don't accept them. Now here's my point to prove why he has no idea what goes in in sales... The people who had bought the Charger have been working out a deal on it for the passed two days! DO NOT GO HERE, you're foolish if you do.

I drove for an hour and a half to look at a vehicle that was advertised on line. I looked at it and liked it, when I asked for the key to test drive it all of a sudden someone was making an offer on it. They did however suggest I may be interested In the other one on their lot 15,000 more. I thanked them and was leaving when they also suggested that I could go to their other lot 10 minutes away they had one that was more expensive than the original I went down for. I said no thanks. Funny how the vehicle is still listed on the Internet as available and the price is suddenly reduced. DO NOT waste your time. Go to Lenihans Auto first. They will take care of you. I wish that were my first stop and my used car purchase could have been an enjoyable one.

If you're looking for a used vehicle, make sure you check it out good first! They got me!!, 10 miles up the road the check engine light came on. Maybe thats why the salesman only took me 3 miles round trip to test drive it! Of course, they sold it "as is" so the slipping transmission problem was mine. Would NOT recommend!
