These folks recommended and then sold my spouse a complete full differential service from my 2015 CR-V with only 19K miles on it, purchased December 2014 and serviced on February 2016 only 2 years old. No two year old auto needs transmission fluid change at 19K miles - unless there's a defect which would then be covered by warranty. STAY AWAY from the service department - they are untrustworthy because they sold me this service when I was in there shop for warranty work.

All the service they have done to my 2013 Honda Accord has been done promptly. Most recently, I had an intermittent problem with changing channels on the radio. The Service Advisor (Joe) created a video using his iPhone to share the problem with Honda HQ techs. They had Honda send them a new radio, covered by my warranty, and installed it the next day. I was able to use my car while the radio was shipped from Honda and the new radio was installed within an hour.

YES - the headline is correct and believe me I never thought I would ever right a positive review for a car dealership. I've been searching for a a Honda Pilot EX-L for about 10-months. Watching prices, reading dealership reviews, reading CarFax reports. And I'm happy to say by chance I discovered Mt. Kisco Honda in a Google search for NY state Honda dealers. I found the car I was interested in last night, called and spoke to Brian Durkin. He was pleasant, professional and patient. However, most car sales people are when I've called so when I walked in today with my hackles up ready to listen to a hard or soft sell all I met was honesty. A nice person who introduced me to the 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L today!I was pre-approved for financing with an amazing rate and due to a deal at Honda I was pleasantly surprised my original 3% interest rate was beaten. Working with Michael Gallagher (Finance Manager) was also a very pleasant experience.My overall experience left me with a HUGE smile and an AWESOME vehicle. I purchased my Honda CRV a week ago. I needed a roof rack installed. For 250 they did this for me. Then I drove the car upstate. The roof rack made a terrible howling sound ... really LOUD. Today I returned to the dealership asking if the rack was installed correctly and told it was. I related my experience of the noise problem to the salesperson. He told me that no one had EVER complained about this noise before. I invited him to take a ride with me so he might hear it himself. He said he didn't want to do this. I said I wanted it then to be removed. They did this. I was not able to get my 250 refunded because Honda does not do refunds on "accessories". The two roof rack bars are now in my basement. This ruined my experience with Honda. SAD. VERY SAD.

This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013.Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?"Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?"Salesperson "that is way below our cost"high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price.Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?"Us "no thank you"Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. I have to take a moment to share the incredible experience I had with Mt Kisco Honda, and in particular salesman, Nick Gizzo on Black Friday. I had taken the day off to buy a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CRV and had targeted 4 vehicles in the greater NYC area. Unfortunately my first few stops at other dealerships were extremely disappointing as I had to deal with 'bait and switch' tactics as well as incredibly high dealer fees-over $1000-tacked on to misleading sale prices.Enter Mt Kisco Honda and Nick Gizzo. These guys are awesome! Not only were they transparent with the real price of the car, they were very fair on my trade-in value and worked super hard to get me set up to drive the car home that same day-what a team!!! Steve and the team at Mt Kisco Honda go out of their way to help and be as informative as possible. They have taken care of my 2008 Honda Pilot over the years, doing a great job with service and going out of their way to help with little things like re-programming my spare key when the battery went dead. When I needed help with my first repair other than maintenance, Steve (Vanek) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, carefully explaining what needed to be done and outlining my options. Steve also checked the whole car over for wear and tear issues at no charge looking ahead so I could plan for future maintenance. Both Steves' and the Service dept at Mt Kisco Honda ares very flexible making it ultra convenient to get the car in at any time whenever needed. The Service Department there is best I have ever dealt with.

It was a great experience from when I stepped into the door to when I left with my new Accord! They made it very quick, easy and comfortable for me to make my decisions helping me get the best possible car and what I was looking for within my budget. Usually buying or leasing a car is a very stressful and tough experience where you feel you've been duped at least for myself it usually is. This was nothing like that and I highly suggest giving Mt. I hate shopping for cars but I have to say this was a completely painless (and even pleasurable) experience thanks to Nick. He was the perfect combination of diligent and respectful - not pushy but was always available whenever I had a question or wanted to drive the cars yet again - even when I walked in last minute, unannounced. The service department, specifically David Bruder, helped make a stressful situation much easier to deal with. While I was driving my car all the engine lights came on along with warning messages. I called my hometown Honda dealer who was not very helpful. I then called Mt. Kisco Honda and was lucky enough to be connected to David who told me to drive right over, even though it was almost closing time, and they would take care of me. David kept me updated during the next 4 days regarding the repair to my car, he was pleasant, honest and accommodating. I would not hesitate to bring my car to this dealer in the future!

We went to Mt. Kisco Honda to test drive a CRV. Guy, the man behind the front desk, sent us to the salesman, while making fun of us to the other salesmen for being two minutes earlier than our appointment time. During the test drive, the salesman insisted that he sit in front and that we only drive his designated route. We explained that we wanted to drive up a hill to feel the V-4 engine and he yelled at us that he will not do it. When we asked him questions during the drive, he snapped at us and was clearly annoyed that we bothered him. He offered no information about the vehicle and did not offer to talk with us afterwards about the car, the price or about our questions. We went to another dealer to purchase our car.

I purchased a Honda accord new in 08,bought an extended warranty for $1500.00 which I was told the $1500.00 would be returned to me after the mileage or 72 months would expire if I had no claims.Well I had no claims and my money was never refunded.This was a no brainer to purchase the warranty.I was told the representitve for the ins.company could not be located,and that this Honda dealership had been doing business with him for many years.The only money I would receive would be .50 on the dollar and that my paperwork was given to the dealership lawyer.I've called to speak with David Feingold their finance mgr.3x and he is always out.As of yet I have not received a phone call or check.

The service team at Mt Kisco Honda has consistently blown me away. They work with the customer to keep the car in good shape while at the same time very mindful of the cost. I am a single mom working on a tight budget. I have a 7 1/2 year old Honda with a lot of miles and lots of wear and tear from carting around three kids. Instead of seeing me coming, this service team has consistently worked with me whether it was regular maintenance or specific repairs. My experience with this team will positively impact my decision to buy another car from this dealership. I can't emphasize enough that the service team at Mt Kisco Honda is excellent! I am very fortunate to be able to trust and work with this great team.

After an excellent experience purchasing a car there for my sister in December, I went back this month to purchase a car for myself. Sam Alsayegh once again listened carefully and gave me excellent guidance. He located a car in the color I preferred, and delivered the car very efficiently with a lot of explanation of all the features and personalization options.

Either I am naive or just been played or... just met a cars salesman that did not try to give me the usual buying a car at the dealership experience. Here is what happened to me this afternoon: I walked into the dealership, I sat down, asked for numbers, requested a little price 'shave', got it and signed the papers.From that point on, Bill took care of all the rest (including 2 or 3 agonizing put on hold and disconnect by the insurance call center) and I paid the 'man' and got out with a great looking, awesome smelling new 2015 Honda Accord.I am happy and maybe he is happy too so what more can I ask for?

I've owned cars for over 20 years and I've never had as bad of an experience as at honda. I decided to lease for the first time and they scammed me. They put things in fine print you'd never agree to and the manager is very nasty if you have any issues or concerns. With several other Hondas in the area you are better off going to one of them. This location is nasty, unprofessional. My wife drived a Honda which we own and we brought it to get serviced. We got ripped off there too. They tell you things are wrong just to make money.

Put my family's life in danger twice with negligent service of a serpentine belt. Non-sensical explanations of why my Honda Odyssey would have died at 55mph twice with new serpentine belts that they installed (first, mechanics error, then bad batch of belts, then they're not sure). And have not accepted responsibility for costs and damage to the car.

Dealt with Dave in Service. Having had experience with other Honda dealers who weren't very pleasant, it was very refreshing to see such great customer service from Mt. Kisco Honda. Felt like a celebrity, and was remembered the next day on a first name basis. Labor was a little expensive -- but it is Mt. Kisco, so comparable for the area. I live in Danbury, and work in Mt. Kisco -- would gladly drive out of my way to see these guys again. They even gave me touch up paint, on the house, and shuttled me to work. Excellent!!

Ask for Joe: Professional, down to earth, and very ethical. Got a Check Engine light on the highway. Steve and Joe kept the service center open for us after they closed so we could drive the 10 minutes to the dealership. Thank goodness, because my wife and I were on a long road trip!Joe owns his own Honda, which he completely rebuilt using his vast knowledge and experience. He diagnosed my problem methodically and suggested that I start with the least expensive fix first. If that didn't work, we could go from there. He also explained how I could swap out a temperature sensor myself in order to save some $ from the repair. He even gave me directions on how to do it!At no time did I feel I was being pushed into an expensive fix or superfluous services (e.g. battery terminal cleaning?!). Joe is earnest about saving his customers money and his happy to offer advice on how to do small repairs yourself. Otherwise, he will steer you toward the most reasonable and least costly repair. Although I don't live in the area, I will call him for advice on future issues with my Honda Fit, knowing I can get a fair shake from a professional who knows every bolt of my car.

Mount Kisco Honda provides exceptional service via their fantastic employees! I have been using this dealer for many years and will continue to buy Hondas when I need a new car. I like my car but I love the service. Time after time, the staff makes car issues, large or small, easy to deal with. They are friendly, courteous, can do, and competent. From the fellows that check me in to the woman who I pay, the staff makes it easy and pleasant. For several years, I have had particularly great experience with Dave and Joe in service and Cesar in sales. A few days ago I arrived at Honda with a flat tire and coincidentally I needed a regular service. Dave Bruder took care of me right away. Not only did he make it easy and let me know when my car would be ready (the car is almost always ready before they say it will be) he spoke to his manager, Steve Barbosa and arranged for me to have a loaner while my car was being serviced. This is highly unusual and so helpful and much appreciated. As always, because of Honda's exceptional service, something that can be inconvenient is easy. Hooray for Honda Mount Kisco!!!!

They always give me the best price available and always take care of me. The service department is amazing. I've been in and out for an oil change in less than 10 minutes. In 10 minutes, he called me with the confirmation that he had the color and the trim I wanted. We did not haggle over the price, he gave me a very good price. This is my second lease from Honda Mt. Kisco and I wouldn,t go anywhere else. Even thou I live about 35 miles or so from there. They have a very friendly operation but with out being overly aggressive in the sales pitch. They ask You what your looking for and seem to have a sense of matching you with exactly what u want. They are professional and very pleasant. I have the highest regard for Mr. Cesar Mota he's very knowledgeable and intuitive with my needs and wants in regards to my automobile needs and has always given me a great deal. Our experience with the Mount Kisco Honda service department has been nothing short of outstanding. They are prompt, courteous and most importantly honest. Service manager Dave Bruder makes dropping the car off a delight. I work in NYC and the moment I arrive typically early in the morning -- he has the shuttle van ready to take me to the Bedford Hills station. Upon completion of the work, he calls and we review the service and fees accordingly. On one occasion he had the shuttle pick me up at the train and return me to the dealership in the evening. It makes the entire experience easy and painless. We appreciate his honest and forthright explanations always. We even bring our other non-Honda brand car to him! Great dealership!

Kisco Honda was great, this was my fourth time leasing a vehicle from this dealership, I had done a lot of research prior to going back and there were plenty of good deals out there, some even better but I chose to stay with Mt. Kisco Honda mainly due to my great salesperson, Andrew Silfen, he was easy to work with, had a great sense of humor and was very efficient. My finance person was Anthony he was prepared, he didn't try to force anything "extra" on me he excepted my "no thank you" and got me out of there quickly.

Everything went very smoothly. Rich was very patient and thorough going over the options before I purchased my new Honda Accord and afterwards once my vehicle was selected. He made sure that I was comfortable with the set up of the vehicle before I left the dealer. I had no issues with getting the insurance and registration set up. Do not waste your time. I bought my car here a year ago and I bought the warranty with it. There have been a few things wrong with my car and nothing that has been covered under the warranty I bought. They tried charging me 1500 for something they misdiagnosed on my car which another mechanic fixed for 100. I also had them fix something else which they charged me for which should have been covered under the warranty which then broke again 2 days later. And they are trying to charge me again for a problem they never even fixed in the first place. Horrible customer service and management. Go to brewster or white plains honda both of which have better service and prices then mount kisco honda.

We went back to Mt Kisco because we have been very happy with our first Honda as well as the car buying experience we had during its purchase. My last four purchases have been Toyota, and this is my first Honda experience. The following will explain what happens when a buyer is "rushed" into a decision: Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Drove the Accord EX w/ salesman JP and really liked the car. I really liked the "Honda Lane Watch" and Mr. Kupper commented about my enthusiasm for the feature! I also really liked the "10-way Power adjustment seats". However, I wanted a Coupe EX, so JP took me to another "dirt" yard and was showing me the various dirty Coupes in stock. I asked NUMEROUS times about the car's equipment and mentioned NUMEROUS times that I wanted to get the Lane Watch and Power Seats. My concerns were met with affirmations that the EX had the features I wanted.When I took ownership of the vehicle and signed all the papers, I noticed the car was not detailed well, for there were old, wet and sticky leaves under the hood and down at the bottom of the windshield. I also looked on the screen to see the Lane Watch image, but it was NOT THERE. JP then looked to see if there was a camera in the mirror and replied, "oh, the Coupe EX does not have this feature"! Furthermore, I went to adjust the seats and discovered there were NO CONTROLS! Again, JP looked around, came up and said, "I told you the Coupe EX does not have this feature"....NOT! When I got the car home, I found a plastic plate in the passenger side door pocket I had to snap into place after looking all over the car to see where it went. It appears the salesman told me what I wanted to hear to get the sale, did not know the product he was selling, or there was a car in stock the dealership wanted out. Bottom line, something was very wrong with the sale. There was a car in the garage I wanted, I believe it had the Lane Watch and power seats. However, I was told that they had to get rid of another one first because of serial number order. Again, the prep was bad (still some kind of silt in some of the lower lights and sections of the car). Was this car in some kind of deep water? My other mechanic will soon let me know. I was in no mood to go back inside and negotiate for a clean car with Lane Watch and Seats because the car-buying experience is not my thing. I can't blame everything on the dealership because the decision was mine to put "trust" in them. My failure to slow everything down probably played a big part in a not-so-good deal. I love the car, but will most likely go somewhere else for service, nor am I likely to return in the spring when I purchase my wife's next car.G.H.

Instead, it's been replaced with a partnership to ensure the drive in with the old, drive out with a new is an all-around positive experience. My experience at the Mount Kisco Honda service department was as painless as possible. Drop-off was easy, and the service department was clean and comfortable. My service advisor, David Bruder, was attentive to detail and communicated every aspect of the service being performed on my car. He was responsive to my needs and concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. His perfect customer service is the main reason I choose to have my car serviced at the dealer. The work was performed in a timely manner, and was to my satisfaction. My car is running like new. Hats off to the Mount Kisco Honda service department.

For most the thought of entering into a dealership and "NEGOTIATING" a car purchase is daunting and exhausting at best. This is not and has never been my experience at Mt. Kisco Honda. Mt. Kisco Honda has become part of our family. I walk in and they know me and my kids. They have seen us evolve from married with no kids through two kids now. We have purchased three cars from them up until this point and will buy all the rest there as well. We live in NYC and drive an almost two hours to go to this dealership because they ALWAYS do the right thing. There are no games here. They understand that your time and their time is precious. They are striaght shooters and I have never walked away feeling I hadn't received the best deal out there. Anyone who knows me knows I run a hard bargain. I go in with research into all the offers out there. I search blogs etc... I know what the bottom line is and I walk out with the bottom line. I am confindent and can almost guraentee that you will feel the same. They reward loyalty and I come back because of it. More specifically, I have worked with one specific associate Cesar who literally is on speed dial. Cesar is a bottom line kind of guy. Very good natured and fair. He is a buisness man but knows the needs of a family finacially and doesnt want you to hurt yourself finacially. He has always been honest about his vehicle and inventory. Has made very intelligent suggestions which have helped us to address our specific vehicle needs. Cesar knows his Honda. I am a mom of two small children buying a car is a scary endevor. Saftey and reliability are tangemount. Cesar has always been able to adress my hundreds of questions and if he copuldn't he would always get back to me. His Manger, Andrew has also become a staple in this process as well. He knows I am a tough bargainer and has never let me down. he is resonable. He knows he needs to make a profit but always is within resonable parameters and really appreciates my loyalty to his dealership. He knows it is a very large expense for my family and that I have at least 20 closers dealerships but that I keep coming to his. He knows I come there because he knows my name. He knows what my needs are are and they meet it everytime. I am a loyal costumer of Mt. Kisco and will be for years. Stop in I can guarentee you won't be disapointed.

The salesman had poor knowledge of the process and terrible time scheduling and managing skills. Only a last second intervention from the manager saved the sale. Spending over $20,000 never felt so painful. To make matters worse I was told to pick up the new vehicle at a specific time and I spent over 2 hours waiting for the salesman and staff to help me. After I had signed everything I needed to with the finance manager I was ready to take delivery. As I was waiting I realized I was overcharged and had to have my lease revised.The only bright spot of this dealership was Salesman Alex Benaissa. Since our original salesman was preoccupied, Alex stepped in to do a test drive with me and my wife. He was wonderful, explaining the features and benefits of the car. My wife asked me to switch salesman, which in hindsight I should have. The next day Alex noticed me waiting around the showroom and I told him I was there for 2 hours waiting for the new car. He took it upon himself to switch my plates and present me the new car. He is a terrific salesman and a nice guy.Simply put if Alex is there, buy your car from him. If he isn't, go to another dealership.

Kisco Honda, I was immediately surprised at the professionalism and positive "customer first" attitude. My initial communication was with Cesar Mora, who was outstanding in his ability to 1. Get the car I wanted, 2. Get me a price that fit within by budget, 3. Help keep my financing affordable. Cesar not only stepped up to the plate to meet my needs but he also kept me informed of the progress on the delivery of my car along with my financing situation. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up my car, I met with Dave Feingold, who in keeping in my budget constraints, provided me with the extended warranty, putting closure to my whole ordeal. My wife and I had a terrible experience and would highly recommend to all that you avoid this establishment at all costs. My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Pilot and began conducting an extensive amount of research about the vehicle and the vehicles price. Fortunately, we had a family member who works for Honda and was able to provide us with a great deal of information about the vehicle and the dealer's price. Armed with this information, we went to Mount Kisco Honda for a test drive but with little to no interest in buying the vehicle. My wife drove the vehicle and after the test drive, prices began to be discussed. My wife was completely up front and told everyone that we had information from our family member about the actual price of the vehicle. Ultimately, the dealership voluntarily agreed to a price that was clearly in our favor. We were also told that we would be able to get the .9% financing rate. At this point, we were ecstatic. We then told them we had a trade-in; we were told to bring it in for inspection the following Monday. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the meeting the following Monday and sent my pregnant wife in my place. From the outset, my wife has told me that 3 men ganged up on her to try to get her to void the deal. We were given a lower than expected offer on the trade-in. However, that was not too unexpected given the price we were given for the new vehicle. She was told, if you dont like it, then void the deal. Then, she were told that we would be unable get the .9% financing because we did not pay enough for the vehicle and that we need to buy points (only ever heard of that when buying my house). My wife was again told, if you dont like it, void the deal. After dealing with various intimidation tactics, my wife was able to ultimately get the .9% financing. Finally, we were told that we could get a warranty of 5 years/82,000 miles for $2400 despite telling them that we knew we could get a warranty of 7 years/100,000 for $800. If you dont like it, void the deal. Despite their best efforts to intimidate my pregnant wife, she stood strong and did not void the deal as they wished. The next day when we called to pick up the vehicle my wife spoke to the GM Guy Colaneri to complain about how she was treated. She was told: 1) she would not get an apology; and 2) it was an awful deal and that they want it void. Admittedly, Guy said that he told the 3 gentlemen to do whatever it took to get this deal voided. While our salesman did offer an apology the next day, it was almost too little too late by that point. It almost seemed that we only received the apology so we did not blast him on dealerrater.com. Obviously that didnt work. Its unfortunate that Guy and his 3 employees had to resort to such tactics because they made a bad deal. Ultimately, we secured a fantastic deal and have a fantastic vehicle but were made to feel as if we did something wrong. I hope that anyone who reads this stays away.

I was greeted by Joe Cicchelli in the showroom and test drove the Honda Accord LX and EX on 2 separate days. I visited 3 other dealers in the area to view the colors on the Honda Accord Sport Edition and to make a comparison before making a decision. Joe's style and approach (patience) made me feel very comfortable. It was a 2.5 week process but I finally purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Sport Edition in the color I wanted. I wanted to make sure that I was going to get a good price with the terms (color etc.) that I wanted. If you want to be treated like an adult in a professional manner and not get irritated with the new car buying experience, then I would highly suggest you see Joe to walk you through the whole process. I had a wonderful experience at Mount Kisco Honda...and the car I bought is literally the best most comfortable most sturdy feeling car I have ever owned and driven! My siblings have a Mercedes and an Audi and I wouldn't trade with them for anything...I love my certified pre-owned Honda Fit Sport! My salesman, Andrew Silfen, was a doll. At first I thought he may be too relaxed for my taste, but as a stressed out New Yorker he was perfect for me! He knows his job well, he is compassionate, realistic, and resourceful...and I will seek him out when I am ready to trade in in a few years. But also, Anthony Centorrino was wonderful to deal with in the financing department; kind, patient, and thorough. Lastly, although hardly the least, Andrew Gorran was great! He is the general sales manager and appears in the local Honda commercials, although I almost thought he must be the younger brother of the TV guy because he has lost weight and is looking better than ever...and what personality! We were looking to lease a small SUV and were considering both the Toyota Rav4 and Honda CRV. We visited Mt. Kisco Honda first and explained our interest but that we were also going to the Toyota dealership later the same day. Nick talked to us about the CRV, but was upfront and low key - no pressure sales job and no "let-me-check-with-my-manager" or "I-can-get-you-this-price-but-only-right-now" gimmicks. Instead, he trusted the quality of his product and the intelligence of the buyer - an all too rare phenomenon in car sales. We left, visited the Toyota dealership, and decided we liked the CRV better - Nick was also far more informed about the CRV than the Toyota rep was about the Rav4. The price was completely fair (the dealership is of course going to make some profit, but I didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze me for every last penny), and when the car arrived in stock two days later and I came to pick it up, Nick was very thorough about walking me through the various features. In all, it was a very good experience and I'm pleased with both the purchase and the process.

There are 2 ingredients of equal importance that I find necessary when buying a car. A) I must love the car, and B) I must feel comfortable with giving my money away, which means I must like the salesperson. I'm happy to say I found both with the Honda Accord and my salesman, Andrew Silfen. I traded down from a high-end car, but now I don't feel that way after driving the Accord. I was so impressed with it's handling that I bought it on the spot. Kudos to Andrew Silfen because I had every intention of "shopping around" before I bought but I felt comfortable in making my immediate decision.

I found Honda's customer service to far exceed that of neighboring dealers. I walked into the Chevy and Ford dealerships and they didn't speak to me. Nissan only had one preoccupied salesperson. Honda's general manager greeted me upon walking in, introduced me to Andy Silfen who gave me his undivided attention despite a busy showroom. He took me expertly through the process of selecting the right vehicle for me, test driving, comparing, choosing options, and turning over the vehicle to me. I applaud Andy for his commitment and follow through. Honda offered no pressure sales, Andy and the general manager were very responsive to my requests and patient. I am very happy with my Honda CRV.

Simply put, this is the best Honda dealership in Westchester County, and is likely to be one of the best dealerships out of any manufacturer in the area. Unlike other dealerships in the region, they were willing to work with us on the price because they understood we had a limited budget, and that was the most important thing. I was looking to lease a 2013 Honda CR-V and had visited many dealerships in the lower Westchester area. The people at Mt. Kisco Honda were, by far, the most pleasant and accommodating to work with during the search for our perfect car. JP was our "go-to" guy and we couldn't have felt more welcomed or satisfied with the high level of service we received. His attention to detail and desire to be up front and honest with the customer were one of the main reasons we decided to buy from Mt. Kisco Honda. Not once did I feel as though we were getting "scammed" or that he was trying to sneak something behind our back, as is sometimes the reputation (warranted or not) of a car salesman. I heard an ad on the radio for Mount Kisco Honda for their Midnight Madness sale that they were having 3 days after I had decided to buy a 2012 Honda Civic from another dealership. I decided to stop by to see if they really could beat the price that the other dealership had given me. I met Luis who was extremely accomodating, and after some negotiation they were able to beat the price by $1 a month. It doesnt sound like a huge savings, but the friendliness of the staff and the ease of the purchase made it worth it. There was some trouble getting me the car by the time I needed it, but Luis made sure that I had a rental car that they paid for so that I wouldnt need to miss any time at work. Luis and Mt Kisco Honda was extremely friendly and helpful and accomodated all of my needs and wishes. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership- and definitely stop by and ask for Luis.

After spending two days in the dealership discussing new vehicle pricing and trade-in value, we could not reach an agreement. Then, after receiving a far superior deal from Curry Honda in Yorktown, JP Kupper from Mount Kisco Honda called me and beat the Curry deal. I left work early to go to Mount Kisco Honda and sign the deal. Before signing, we reviewed all the numbers and JP's deal in fact would beat Curry's. JP then went and discussed this deal with his manager. Upon returning to his desk, JP Kupper told me the "best he could do" was now $1400 more than what we had agreed upon, and tried to pass the blame onto his sales manager. This is some of the most unethical dealing I have ever experienced, even for an auto dealer. I walked out of Mount Kisco Honda, and directly to Curry Honda in Yorktown, where I received the originally quoted deal. Curry Honda served my needs perfectly and courteously, and did not play unethical pricing games like JP Kupper at Mount Kisco Honda.

I went to Mount Kisco Honda after shopping around at numerous other dealers for a 2012 CRV EX lease for my 17 year old daughter (a first car!!). The experience here was pure pleasure. The other dealer was matched the price (actually was $4 less) per month, but I decided to go with Nick and Mt Kisco Honda. Do not underestimate the importance of treating your customer with respect.

We were owners of the Honda Odyssey, but unfortunately the car was totaled the first week of June. We decided we did not want another mini-van and therefore began our search for an SUV. We stopped by Toyota and Chevrolet but realized that there was nothing that suited our needs (family of 5 along with Grandma and sometimes Aunt Kathy). The Pilot attracted us immediately. Very roomy, 4-wheel drive and trunk space. JP was our Sales Rep and he was perfect. He was informative and so willing to help us. We did not have time to test drive and I also wanted the kids with us so that I could see how they managed getting into the third seat. Two days later, we went back to Honda and loaded up the car. Kids get into the 3rd seat very easily!! After the test drive, we decided that the Pilot was the car. JP made everything very simple and he introduced us to Anthony who explained the financing.About a week later, we arrived back at Honda to pick up our Pilot. Anthony had all the paperwork ready and waiting and JP gave us a full demo of the interior. About an hour later, JP called us to see if we got home okay and if there were any issues. Wonderful Customer Service!

While I had a very good experience, the dealership's website is not very user friendly and not adequately accessible by smart phone, at least compared to all the other dealership websites I visited. As a result, I did not contact them initially in my search for a new car. I did find my way to Mt Kisco eventually for other reasons and I am glad I did because once there, I found a great sales team. I initially worked with JP Kupper and then with Tom Curran (Tom should be on the list of employees to select on this website, fyi, but is not). JP was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, and very helpful. Tom was great, was my go-between with the finance staff, was always eager to make sure I was happy and taken care of, and was impressively patient with my myriad of questions and concerns. Tom knew alot about the cars and always knew or found answers for me. I couldn't have had better sales help, with both guys. I wish my trade-in value was higher, but they had flexibility which I appreciated. The finance/business side of the transaction was good, but not great, because of the staff not being as accessible as I would have liked by phone in answering questions and confirming financing information during the 5 days between agreeing to the purchase and picking up the car. That said, they ended up being very good in terms of helping me finance with a terrific rate and getting a good deal on an extended warranty. Overall the experience was very positive, and I love the car and am very pleased with the dealer. They made the transaction really overall quite easy and painless.

I came to Mt. Kisco Honda to repair an exhaust system on a '96 Accord (over 250,000 mi.). In addition, a leak in the oil pan was found and the shields on the catalytic converter were missing. Jaime in the Service Dept gave me such a great first impression that I had the confidence to re-think the repairs in light of what I knew about the car already. I knew that a timing belt was also needed and the air conditioner no longer worked, so I decided to look at used cars. That was when Nick Gizzo took over. I can't say enough good things about Nick. Intelligent, professional, courteous and clearly honest and forthright with me. When I needed to get to my bank but did not want to drive my 96 Honda which sounded like a Mac Truck, Nick chauffered me there. Needless to say, I wanted some touch-up paint for the "new" Honda and two masters plus one valet key which Nick graciously obliged. Moving all my "stuff" from the old to the new Honda, Nick kept up with good homor and wit throughout. All in all, I walked in at 9am and left at 3pm with plates transferred, financial transactions complete, and the proud owner of yet another Honda Accord. I have never received better service anywhere and at age 71 with a lifetime of cars behind me, that says alot!

I am a repeat Mt.Kisco Honda customer. You service team that I deal with is invaluable. I've worked with Joe Haughton and David Bruder recently and in the past and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I've had some ticklish situations which required their attention and I received full focus that the job got done correctly and within budget. If there is a surprise or two, they explained why and are very knowledgeable. They both also have excellent communications skills and phone follow-up technique. For example: David sent me an email on his day off this past Friday to check that everything went well with my car pick up at service as he was not there for the final exchange of communication. re Joe: When I heard strange brake sounds in my wheel wells, and thought I saw smoke while driving on I-684, Joe was waiting for me at service, much later than usual, with water and emergency tools on hand and was very concerned. He had one of the technicians ready and waiting to check everything before letting me drive home. Who does this? I feel very confident when your service department has my vehicle and know that even if there is a problem, they can explain it. You have a great service team who gives more and goes beyond the basic requirements.

Receicved a monthly price for a lease on a Civic in person at the dealership. Confirmed both verbally and in writing monthly price included everything including taxes with the exception of first month and DMV fees. Following day went back to purchase the car and was told there was a "communication" error and couldn't purchase the car at this price monthly. Subsequently was talking to a friend and related my frustration and experience and was told the exact same thing happened to them at this dealership.

I've tried the service departments at many area Honda dealers and have walked away from all after my first (and last) visit. That changed about 5 years ago when I found Mt. Kisco Honda and I haven't gone to any other Honda service department since. In fact, I drive past Honda dealers that are closer to my home just to go to Mt. Kisco Honda.Service Advisor Joe Haughton, whom I work with the majority of the time, is a first rate A1 professional. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. I can also say on the occassions I have worked with Service Advisors David and Jamie, they are equally excellent.Service Technician Jake McKenna is also to be recognized as a first rate A1 professional. He too is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. And he too always listens to my concerns patiently and carefully and always finds the right solution to my problems. Because I still drive a (mint) 1995 Accord, I tend to run into alot of problems - and tough unorthodox problems at that - because of the car's age and Jake solves them every time. Luis DeOliveira was very patient. He answered all our questions about the 2012 Honda CRV, including differences between the LX, EX and EX -L models. During the test drive, he was able to describe and teach us about the new accessories and standard features of the Honda CRV, and did a step beyond to show us the colors of the models, even out in the sunshine. Luis worked to get us a good deal on our new CRV and a good price on our trade in. I would recommend his service to a friend. I first called and talked to Brittany on the phone about 2 other ads that I had seen. She told me to bring them in and they would match them. Brittany was able to do better then the ads. I later came to pick up the car with my six year old. Brittany was busy with another customer. I was offered coffee, and they gave my daughter coloring books and crayons while we waited. This is my 2nd purchase with MT.Kisco Honda.Nick is very helpful and accomadating to work with.However,the financial person I dealt with was not helpful at all.I had purchased an extended warranty on my first Honda with I only kept for 2years which I paid $1500 for and when I inquired about it his answer was very vague.He offered me some kinda tire warranty and I didnt want his whole manner changed.I finally had to ask Nick and he gave me some information how the process works and when I can expect a rebate.As the extended warranty never was used due to the time of me owning the car I feel I should get a full refund but we will see.All other salespeople were very friendly as well as the receptionist.

From the moment I walked in everyone was courteous, helpful and professional. I did not feel like I needed to keep my hands in my pockets because I was going to be flimflammed. Cesar though in great pain went out of his way to help me with our returning our leased Accord and showed me the best way to overcome our financial situation. The sales manager was very kind and also did every thing he could to help me with the decision without my feeling pressured. Nick took over and wrote up the sale as Cesar had to take the night off because of his pain. Nick was diligent to explain things to us and worked hard to make things clear in the most difficult part of the process the costs of each time and the process. He did as great as Cesar told us certain things about the car and Nick was able to bridge those discussions very well without us feeling like we were being told two different things. I was in the car business for a short while selling. In fact it was right across the street. So I know how these things can go downhill quite quickly with the customer feeling like somebody just robbed him. I am a Relationship Management Consultant and have high expectations of the sales process. My experience with Mt Kisco Honda overall was good but I needed to drive the process sometimes and be careful of upselling. I very much enjoyed working with Brittany Cruise. She overcame her lack of experience with courtesy, professionalism and a drive to find out what she did not know off the top of her head. While obviously not give the power to negotiate price she did a very good job of going back and forth to her manager and trying to explain their pricing position. Not an easy job when given answers that did not always fit my questions. However, she managed to get approval for the price I was willing to pay and she finalized all the paperwork so that I drove the car home in less than 2 hours. I would reccomend Brittany and work with her again.Everyone was very friendly and responsive. My only critism is with your extened warrenty/service products proposal. I am sure David did exactly what he was told, the idea that it was a hard impulsive sales approach left me cold. The fact that I had to decide to spend $2000 plus without time to consider the product tells me that there is something wrong. Then to offer me a 1% decrease in my financing rate to apply to the product is not very professional. I should of been offered that rate from the begining. Obviously to many incentives given by Honda for selling these products.

I needed a new car, my odyssey had 216,00 miles, it still was getting me from point a to b, so I had time on my side. I went to two dealers in my side of town . One told me they didn't have any crv lx . The other gave me a test drive and told me he had another customer because everyone was trying to get the end of month promotions , to make an appt next time . I worked 7 days a week ' single mom and I was getting so frustrated trying to get the car I needed , at the price I wanted. She is always very courteous, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain all requirements for services and issues for our cars. Jamie and everyone from the Service department at Mt. Kisco Honda has always made us feel welcomed while our car is being tuned-up.As an example, during our last visit for a "C" service checkup one of our cars required an additional part for a separate known issue. This part is not normally stocked in-house. Originally we would have to bring the car back a few days later when the part arrived. Instead Jamie researched other area dealerships and was able to find one with the part needed. Through this effort our car had the normal service required and our additional issue resolved all in one visit, thus saving us time, travel and additional labor charges.Thank you Mt. Kisco Honda!!!

My vehicle (a 2008 civic si purchased new from Mt. Kisco Honda) required a clutch-repair. David, the service representative was extremely professional. David called to follow-up after the repair was performed. The vehicle drives like new and I compliment the Mt. Kisco Honda technicians, as well, for their excellent work. I've purchased my last two Hondas new from Mt. Kisco Honda since moving into the area and will do so again, as the staff is dependable and outperforms other dealerships from which I have purchased vehicles of all makes and models.

I have bought several cars from this dealership, and throughout the years, I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Their service is top notch, and you know you are getting genuine Honda replacement parts at each service appointment.Jamie has always been a pleasure to work with. When I purchased my Honda Element in 2005 from Mount Kisco Honda, I also purchased an extended warranty. The purchase price of the warranty was fully refundable if I had not needed service by the end of the warranty period. My Element has been exceptionally reliable and I did not need any warranty service. I submitted the request for the refund of the purchase price to their agent as per the terms of the agreement.As it turns out, through no fault of Mount Kisco Honda, the insurance company handling the contact was in bankruptcy. I contacted Guy from Mount Kisco Honda asking for his assistance. Mount Kisco Honda stood behind their committment to me and refunded the purchase price of the contract. This was done with no hassle in a very timely manner. I was called by Vicky once it was done to arrange for me to pick up the check.I was very, very impressed by the way Mount Kisco Honda stood behind their committment when their sub contractor was not able to meet their committment. I would highly recommend Mount Kisco Honda and will be back to buy my next car from them. (Although with the reliability of my Element, that may be a while)

After visiting many of the car dealerships in the area, we only revisited Mt. Kisco Honda to seal the deal. The showroom itself was clean and beautiful. When appearace is your first impression from walking off the street, this means everything. We were shocked with some of the other showrooms in the area. Isam Alsayegh and Andy Gorran could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We never felt pressured and truly felt like they wanted to make us happy. They achieved that flawlessly! We were able to drive our brand new CR-V home today, the same day we made the purchase and it is everything and more we could have possibly wanted in a vehicle. This is our first Honda and I think it's safe to say it will not only be the only make of car we will ever drive, but this will be the only dealership in the entire area worth working with. After all the years Ie been a part of the Lexus of Mt Kisco family, Ie never written a review, but after my most recent experience with them in their Service Dept, I felt compelled to! I always take my car to the dealership where I purchased/leased it to get serviced, which is usually a headache. Mt Kisco compared to the other dealer I deal with, a different name brand, is just crazy. At Mt Kisco, they accommodate you best they can, the estimates and prices are reasonable and there never an issue getting a loaner. I recommend Lexus of Mt Kisco, even if you didn lease/buy your Lexus from them.

Positives - I was looking for a Civic Si and J.P certainly kept an eye out for me and truly stayed on top of things, informing of every possible dealer trade he could get his hands on. He even spotted a used Si at a local used dealership and mentioned it to me as an option to test drive, and even offered to let me test drive a colleague's car. I can't stress how much J.P kept on top of things for me and time he spent(Unfortunately since the 2012 Si has a different engine, it wouldn't really be driving the same car. Also, Anthony, the F/I guy, was very straightforward and non-pressuring.Negatives - the price and sales tactics once inside: - The salesman strongly implied that if I came in one morning, he could use some dealer end-of-month credits to help with the price. However, the never came up i discussions once I was in the dealership. - When looking at the sticker price on the car, strangely I was told that the price of the car had gone up to $75 over sticker.- There were some additional small fees, like oil disposal, etc., that were never mentioned by the salesman.

It was 8 years since I was last in the market to buy a new car and my past experience was horrible to the point in which I would not wish that experience on anybody! Due to my past experience, I was dreading the day I had to step foot into a car dealership, but it was time for a new car and time for me to step up to the plate.When I walked into the showroom, I immediately felt at ease because nobody tried to jump at me as a potential customer. I introduced myself to the sales person Brittany. When I told her which vehicle I was interested in, it only became easier from that point. During the process of discussing the price negotiation, the manager came over and politely introduced himself.My biggest fears of a car dealership are when the employees spin the numbers to confuse and pressure the potential customer into making an immediate decision on impulse or when they try to sell you a vehicle that you don't want - which was not by any means the case or an issue. The entire process (negotiating the price of the new vehicle, negotiating the trade in value for my (then) current vehicle, test drive, paperwork, etc.) took about two hours. My previous car dealership experience took over a week so two hours was a sigh of relief for me. Overall, the customer service was great and this was hands down the easiest car-buying process I've ever experienced. At no point did I feel pressured, feel like the sales person or manager were trying to take advantage of me or even worse not taking me seriously. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new car.

JP Kupper, is an amazing sales representative at Mt. Kisco Honda. I purchased a new CR-V from JP who spent a great amount of time "listening" to the specifics of what I was looking to buy and why. He was thorough, efficient and reviewed important details with me in a friendly and detailed manner. I found his approach to be more welcoming than that of any other dealership I had visited while looking to purchase a new car. JP's style was not only professional, but direct and sincere. I was in the market for a new vehicle (a small sedan), and was interested in the Honda Civic. I visited Mt. Kisco Honda and met with J.P. Kupper, who showed me several vehicles, including a 2012 Civic SI. Mr. Kupper was very enthusiastic about the Civic SI, and, upon taking the car out for a test drive, I was impressed by its performance and handling. After the test drive, Mr. Kupper genially asked me what he could do to convince me to lease the car. I mentioned that I was looking for a satellite radio addition and a certain lease price range, and Mr. Kupper spoke with his sales manager and worked out a package that included the Civic SI with a satellite radio option at a lease price within that range. Furthermore, after I agreed to the offer, Mr. Kupper took care of sending along the necessary paperwork to my insurer and getting everything ready for delivery. He even contacted me several days after delivery to see what I thought of the car. Although I have only had the vehicle for three weeks, it has been a thrill to drive, and I have been impressed by its combination of safety and sportiness. I gladly recommend Mt. Kisco Honda and Mr. Kupper to anyone interested in any Honda model. The staff dispalys a genuine dedication to working with customers to satisfy their interests and needs.

It had been 12 years since I was in the market for a new vehicle. Back then I had pleasant dealings with Mt. Kisco Honda when I purchased my car. But as I said, it was 12 years ago, what would the chances be I'd be satisfied once more. (Especiallly since we had priced this car and another with local dealers and received the "salesman" approach. Who knew what to expect?) So this time around I was resigned to receive the "salesman" approach when we went to Mt. Kisco. We were wrong, Mt. Kisco Honda has a straight forward approach; they get it. You are here because you want to buy a vehicle and they want to sell it to you. I am very happy we went to Mt. Kisco Honda. We got a fair price on my 12 year old Honda and great customer service. We had to have our vehicle located, which wasn't a problem, because they have access to a selection of vehicles with sister/brother dealerships to work with (not like other dealerships that want you make concessions and decisions based on their current inventory). My husband and I dealt with JP who is enthusastic, very personable and knows how to respond to people, not to mention patient. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Mt. Kisco Honda and JP to my friends and family. JP and the dealerhip as a team excelled in meeting our requests and satisfied us from the begining until the sale was complete. I haven't had any repairs performed yet, but I don't anticipate any issues. It's a solid dealership with "real" people working there.

1. Brian Durkin, who claims he was there 27yrs, lied to my face and over the phone about Doc Fees....he swore up and down that there were no document fees, other dealers said that was impossible, so I called to verify. He still insisted that there were no doc fees. When I went to put a down payment the sales manager told me there was a $75 doc fee.2. The sales manager Andrew Gorran told me that the registration fees would be $180. David Feingold charged me %256.3. Days later I had to dispute the charges on my credit card because I noticed that the invoice was added incorrectly. How can a system generated invoice add up my charges incorrectly??? Are they doing this to everyone?4. I paid for additional extended warranty that included roadside assitance. The very next day my used car that only had 18,000 miles would not start. I called for roadside assistance and was told it was not included with my extended package. I called and left a message with Andrew Gorran, the sales manager, and never got a call back.5. Less then 3 days later I had a flat tire. I called the service dept manager, Billy, and nobody ever replied about my flat tire. That's twice now i needed roadside assistance that I purchased and didn't receive!

We've been going to Mt. Kisco Honda to have our car serviced for approximately 4 years...and we purchased our most recent car from them in 2009. Joe Haughton in the service department is excellent. He and his colleagues are honest, anxious to please...and will do whatever it takes even in case of last minute problems. This year as we were leaving on a trip, we drove through a pot hole and damaged a tire. Joe found us a replacement and had it installed in time for us to get back on the road and not be late for a wedding in Philadelphia. Most recently, someone backed into our car, and Joe arranged for excellent auto body work. All-in-all, Mt.Kisco Honda has the best service department around. And on the sales side, Mt. Kisco Honda gave us a fair deal on our new car and trade-in. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My vehicle was overheating so I stopped in to get it checked out, they took me in without an appointment and arranged for a rental to be ready for me within an hour. Ihad my vehicle back within a week and they covered both the repair and rental. I am very pleased with this dealers service department and would highly recommend to others.

Purchased a used off lease Honda Pilot on Monday afternoon, filled out paperwork and left $500 deposit. Set the pick-up of the vehicle for Friday. Used car manager calls me Thursday 5:15 PM to let me know they won't certify the car and won't sell it to me. Too expensive to certify and sell at the price on the sales contract. This is after I have already visited my bank and had a bank check made up for them and calling the salesman "Adam" to confirm that the car is ready to pick up.I immediately drove up to Brewster Honda and found the same model in better condition for the same price. I have no use for these Mt. Kisco people and I know BS when I hear it. After reading all the reviews on this site tonight I'm relieved I didn't buy the car from them.Run away, please... as fast as possible!

Nothing but lip service from the sales dept. I purchases a brand new 2008 Civic for my daughter. The car was supposed to be ready on a Friday at 2PM. I was told "It had a big scratch on the bumper" and Honda would not deliver a car with "damage to it". We were told the car would be ready Saturday at 10AM. We arrived at 10AM and was told it was not yet ready. The body repair shop was out on a tow and could not be reached. We told to go have a cup of coffee and return in an hour. We left Mount Kisco Honda at 2PM with the vehicle with a brief overview of the features of the car.Now for the fun part. The salesman Adam Gittman who sold me the car, told me his wife worked for the motor vehicle department and he would give her the plates from the car we were trading in, and sen the motor vehicle documentation information to my insurance company so they could cancel the insurance on the car we traded in. It did not happen for three weeks. Numerous calls to Adam Gittman fell on deaf ears. Bottom line. I paid insurance on a vehicle that Mount Kisco Honda owned for three weeks.Insult to injury. My insurance company did not get documentation from DMV!They received a letter from Mount Kisco Honda stating "lost plates".Conclusion: Honda Civic a great car Mount Kisco Honda unresponsive Salesman Adam Gittman a disgraceFirst and last time I will do business with Mount Kisco Honda. That includes sales and service.

We knew we didn't get a great deal but we didn't know how bad it was until we checked on the extended warranty we purchased with the first car. I'll spare you the details and just say that we were ripped off for $1700. The folks there were friendly but that's par for this business. Also, the dealer charged me more than list price for parts.

The dealer quoted as the MSRP and didn't even bother to make a counteroffer when we made an offer above invoice but below his. He pretended to be unaware of Honda national promotion for 2007 accord models - they are changing the model and they have $2000 dealer incentive. Don't expect a deal from them

went in for an oil change and was called on the phone that i needed new rear brake pads. so i agreed so that they can get done on the same day. later found out that i didnt need new rears at that point but thats a way they pressure ppl into using their service.<br>also, wanted a alignment done on the car. i had aftermarket 17" rims on my accord. the service guy later tells me that they cannot align the car with the rims. but they still wanted to charge me 72 bucks plus they damaged my rims. took the car to a local tire shop that aligned it with no problem. if you cant do it, dont. dont tell me you can and then tell me you cant later and charge me for it. and damage my wheels in the process.
