Murphy Service Personnel greeted me promptly and courteously upon my arrival in the service bay. Tho the car was only in for routine maintenance, the Service writer reviewed all aspects of what would be done. Only then, and with my complete understanding, did he request a sign-off on the service ticket.

Satisfied with work and time. Carlos was a great contact person. Very polite and professional. Was disappointed when I picked up my vehicle and it hadn't been washed. Kia ALWAYS washed my vehicle when it came in for service, no matter what. I expected that same level of appreciation at Ford.

I came because i had an issue with my break lights which caused some speed limitations on the car. i have asked while giving the car to perform diagnosis on the car and check that the issues are related, i also asked to fix one of my tires and screw nut for my battery. Only the break issue was fixed which costed almost 400$ labor only with no parts replaced. With that in mind the car was not diagnosed and i was told that it was gonna cost me another 200$ to perform or i can come myself drive the car and check if the issue is resolved. Also tires were not fixed and the screw nut was still missing… All simple things but just says a-lot about how much you care about your customers . This also tells me that the 20 point free inspection was not performed or these things would have at least been flagged.

My 2020 Escape was involved in a major accident in early April of this year so I took it to Murphy Ford for repairs. It is now September 22, 2021 and I have yet to get the SUV back in a safe and acceptable condition. They tried to give it back to me saying all repairs were complete but when I inspected the job it looked like a bunch of 3rd graders had put it back together! None of the body panels were alined, they broke the only good headlight, there were scratches and gouges in the paint that were not there before they started work on the SUV. The body shop manager is not helpful, the “Fixed Operations Manager” said he would have everything fixed in a week after agreeing with me that the final product was anything but fixed, that was 5 weeks ago! I called corporate Ford to complain and they have called the dealership several times to get updates, they got the same runaround as I get. The only difference is someone answered the phone when they call, I have to drive down there in order to communicate with them. I wish I could give a -5 star rating because it’s my opinion that Murphy Ford should have said with the extent of the damage to the SUV, it was beyond their ability to repair it. I would have respected that decision but they took it on and have totally screwed it up. I’m throughly fed up with Murphy Ford’s managers and the organization as a whole. If or whenever I get the SUV back, my first stop will be to have a complete inspection done of their workmanship.
