Luanne is someone you can really trust. She worked super hard to find us the exact car we wanted. When we had concerns she took extra effort to address them. She reached out to the auctioneers to ensure that everything about the car would work for our needs. Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by covid19 the car was unable to be shipped for an extended period of time. Even though Luanne was not obligated to do anything, she took responsibility for the circumstances and refunded us our money so that we could buy a car that was local to us. Luanne is one of the most trustworthy people we have dealt with in business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to a friend, and I am writing this review so that others will know that Luanne will work hard to find you a good deal and that she is an extremely trustworthy person.

Bought a van with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on rebuilt transmission. Had to wait several weeks for the van to be fixed. Day after I took possession of van the check engine light came on and took it to my mechanic who stated transmission was not fixed. Returned van to be repaired and they did give me a loaner vehicle. Took about 5 weeks to repair and the day after I took possession again the check engine light came on again and still had transmission problem. Still waiting for the van to be repaired.

A friend bought a van from them that had the transmission rebuilt with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. It took several weeks to buy the van because the transmission was being rebuilt and it would be ready in a week which turned into about 2 weeks. The day after she took possession of the van the engine light came on and it was because the transmission was not fixed. So they took the van back and gave her a loaner car (which was very nice) and it took about 5 weeks to get the van back. The day after the second fix she got the van back the engine light came on and she is back in the loaner car and waiting for the van to be repaired again.

The world would be a much better place if there were more people like Luanne in it. She's caring, knowledgeable, considerate, thorough, fair, patient, and simply the best. She suggested financing for me at AMOCO credit union which saved me thousands on interest charges. She had the perfect SUV for my family and made sure it was delivered, registered, inspected, and sold at a fair price and in a timely manner. I'm a customer for life, and I'll tell everyone I know about the vital niche she fills in selling gently used cars at an unbeatable price without the big dealers' overhead and poor service.

LuAnne REALLY knows her cars and the industry! She went above and beyond in finding out the history of the car we bought. My husband has purchased and sold cars quite often, and he was so impressed with her knowledge, her customer service, and her ease of dealing with people. There is absolutely NO PRESSURE in dealing with her. She guided us step by step during the final phase of the transaction when we had a minor snafu on our part. She's already on the hunt for another vehicle for us. She's the one to do business with!!!!

The Dealer _ Luann was a very nice and caring dealer. I talked to two other dealers and didnt' feel as thou they cared if i purchased from them or not. This dealer explain her product and gave me lots of information and helped with the purchase and offered lots way to be able to acquire the vehicle. From the first conversation on the phone and even after i actually meet her i felt like i knew her. The vehicle was just like the Car Fax explain and the condition just blew my mind. I have really enjoyed my vehicle and will surely tell everybody about this lady. I would buy another vehicle from her because i TRUST what she stands for. Good Cars, Good People. Nice place to shop..
