Such a wonderful experience at Nalley Acura. Aaron is the best. He kept me inform every step of the way. I had multiple things done to my car, Aaron made the experience seamless . Hands down best experience I had buying a car. I bought my 4th car here it was a 2012 Honda Pilot and I loved it. It had so many features that I appreciated it and plenty of room for taking my family on trips. Chris Pugh listened and help me in making a great purchase while I was there. Now realistically I did spent some time their to finish the deal but it wasn't an all day event like I once experienced from a Toyota dealership. Service Manager David did a great job of getting all the service I needed done and in less time than he quoted me. Daniel was very thoughtful and caring. I asked him what to use to get the inside of my windshield clean because in the sunlight it always appears smeared. He got what he needed and cleaned it for me. He also saw me carrying some folding chairs and asked if he could help me and put them in the car. The mechanic I spoke with briefly was also very pleasant. This is the best service I've ever had from a dealership and I've been to a lot of dealerships in my 70 years.

Took my car in for only it's second service since I've owned it and could not have been more pleased. Al was very friendly and transparent about what actually needed to be done. I was presented with the pricing estimates upfront, which I really appreciated, and I felt that the cost was appropriate. (I was actually a little surprised it wasn't more). The service was quick and thorough and they did a great job cleaning my car. Al walked me through everything once the service was complete, walked me to my car and sent me on my way with a smile. I was also happy to find a discount coupon for my next service in my car. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be visiting Al and the team for my next service!

I purchased a new battery. The mechanic that installed it forgot to tighten the connectors. Two days later my car would not start. Luckily this happen in my drive way. Acura wanted me to tow the car back thinking it might be the starter or something else. My friend found the problem and tightened with some tools he had in his car. Probably the most simplest job and it was neglected. The battery I had purchased ended up not working the following year. Glad it came with a warranty and Acura gave me another battery at no charge and life went on. Several months later the SECOND battery went bad. I had to use my AAA club to jump three times through out the year. Finally the man printed out a piece of paper which said BAD CELL. So in less than two years I had to trade in two batteries. Now, I am on my 3rd battery hopefully this will be the last one.

Our 2002 TL Type S runs like a new car, and Al McGowan deserves a lot of the credit.Al has been our Nalley Acura service manager since we moved to Georgia, seven years ago. Repairs are always fairly priced and efficiently performed, and the people there couldn't be nicer.We are extremely pleased with our most recent visit. I have owned a car for most of adult life, so when shopping for a new car I was quite apprehensive about my car buying experience. I went to this dealership based on reviews and recommendations, but was utterly turned-off by the demeanor of my Sales Rep. While it started off well; I saw and test drove a car that I really liked. The Sales Rep made remarks about not needing my sale and began bashing the competition. This was supposed to be a personalized experience to suit my needs, but instead I felt dismissed. This may be a good dealership, but David was not a great representation of the establishment. I left and got much better service at another Acura dealership!

Leased my first Acura here 2 months ago. I was never informed that the car does not come with a spare tire. Got a flat last night. Tried to call Acura Roadside Assistance. I was on hold for 30 mins. So, I called Statefarm to come put my spare on that I assumed was in the trunk. When Statefarm got there, the discovered there is no spare. By this time it was dark, and all tire shops were closed. I had to either wait another couple hours to have my car towed or pay over $350 for a guy to come take my rim to one of his tire trucks and put a new one on. When I called Acura today to ask why they did not make me aware of this, and let them know that I was on the side of the road, the manager was very dismissive. His response was that he would have a talk with the salesman, and that they could sell me a spare kit for $600.

Ed Wilkey and I became acquainted when carmax failed three times to correct a squeak in the engine of my 2006 mdx. Not being a top tier customer, I anticipated getting so so service. On the contrary, Ed treated me with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. He dealt with the warranty company without complaint. I was set up with an awesome loaner vehicle too. I didn't want to get the call that my old girl was ready, but it came in two short days. That was just my first experience. We have been back several times, either for recalls or repair visits. One gloomy morning on my way to work, every light on my dashboard lit up. I called Ed, he said get off the highway now, your alternator is going bad. I did, and coasted safely into a lit parking lot. I call him my hero now. He literally may have saved my life, as I was on 75, in the middle lanes, at rush hour. Not a good place to lose power. Nowadays, the mdx runs better than when we bought it. Looks better too. I cannot recommend working with Ed Wilkey enough! He is an exemplary service professional.

I set up an appointment by phone before ever coming to the dealership. I told Chris what we were looking for and he had options ready when we arrived. He was very helpful, not pushy and very professional. The negotiations were low pressure and we negotiated to a fair price almost immediately. This is the way car sales should be. From the second I pulled into the parking lot, I encountered very friendly people from the employee I ran into in the parking lot to the receptionist at the front desk to Chandra, the client advisor I had been working with through e-mail, to the finance department. Chandra's desk was out in the open so I was able to see a lot of the employees, and they all seemed to enjoy their work assisting customers. Unlike at a lot of other dealerships, I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I got a really great deal on a brand new ILX. Both Chandra and the finance department were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was definitely a painless process buying a car, and I would highly recommend Nalley Acura to anyone looking for a friendly dealership environment and a great deal on a car!

Purchased our new MDX in November and had to get some scratches in the passenger side doors removed last week. Both our service advisor, Carlee and the service director, Joey Kelley went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that the end product was more than acceptable to us. After dealing with all kinds of shady, clueless, and down right rude salespeople, Last on my list was Nalley Acura. Voyles wouldn't return phone calls, Acura in Columbia wanted 4k over the fair market value, the Acura lot in Augusta looked more like a welfare office than a premium dealership. I submitted my very specific query online and got an email in a few hours from David Bowman. At first I was skeptical, but David's friendly attitude and honesty led me to work with him and find exactly the kind of vehicle I was looking for. I'd been calling and visiting dealers for months, and could never get the honest trade in and purchase price I wanted. David did all the work via email, I simply drove down, signed papers, picked up the keys and drove home, all with two little kids. Easiest car buying process I have ever been through. Highly recommend both David and Nalley Acura.

I've been coming to Nalley Acura for several years now, whenever my old TL and now my wife's MDX has needed service. I was here on Saturday for an oil change and also reported that the lock confirmation and tailgate/trunk opening and closing beeping noise had stopped working. The oil change was given attention to along a slew of other "required services" that cost me $474 out the door but the beeping noise issue not fixed. Instead they called me to tell me it was all done. I got there and thought to myself I should check to see if the beeping now works. No, instead of it working, I discovered a large panel in the interior of the trunk was broken off. I went back to my service advisor, who said: "Oh yeah, I meant to tell you about that. Don't get upset". Of course I'm upset. If I had driven off, the dealership probably would've conveniently forgotten that they did that. At this point the story evolved to them having to order the part and it will take another 3 days for that to come in. Fast forward to 3 days later, no phone call check ups from my Service Advisor giving me an update, Instead I got a call from an appointment specialist stating "It looks like you missed your appointment on Saturday, would you like to reschedule?". Uh, no. You have my freaking car right now. What is going here? And she hung up on me. I had to call my Service Advisor. He said: "Oh yeah, let me check on your car and call you back". 2 hours later "So, I have bad news. Unfortunately the ordered the part for the wrong side of the car, we now have ordered the correct side and it will take another 3 days before it's ready". This is unacceptable service.

I've been coming to Nalley Acura for about two years now, whenever my MDX needs service. I was here yesterday for an oil change and also reported a chirping noise in the car's engine bay. The oil change was given attention to but all I got on the chirping engine noise was "it's normal" from the service advisor without having it diagnosed. I mentioned to him about an Acura service bulletin on how to fix the engine noise but he just ignored it. All his response was it's normal.

I had a limited budget, but Nalley Acura was able to put me in my dream car, a 2016 Acura ILX. Ryan, the salesman I worked with, was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was not pushy at all. I got tons of automated emails and continuous phone calls from other dealers, but not from Ryan or anyone else at the dealership. The manager, Ken Meagher, was also very understanding and friendly. Ryan helped me set up my phone and other features within the car, even though it was late and past close time. This was my first car buying experience, and it was pretty painless. They gave me an amazing trade in value which really helped me in my decision to purchase from them. I would have liked a bit more thorough demo of the technology and features on my initial visit, but they are so intuitive they're easy to pick up. (And I received a great demo after purchase!) Ryan was great to work with, super nice and helpful. He was wonderful to follow up and answer any questions, but I never felt harassed as you often do when car shopping. He even went the extra mile and drove my fathers drivers license to us where we were eating after the final purchase when it was left behind at the dealer.

I went to this dealership looking for a used car. I met with Ryan who showed me the car I found on the website. We test drove it but it wasn't what I needed. I contacted David through the internet and spent minimal face time in the dealership. David arranged a test drive for my wife which accommodated her busy scheduled. We live 250 miles from Nalley and this is the 2nd Acura I've purchased there in 6 months - these guys make buying a car fun, which it should be. Ryan Wilensky is a car guy's car guy. Excellent service before and after the purchase. I'm a car nerd and for once, I've met people that work at a dealership that actually know more about the car than I do! I could not recommend these guys any more highly.

I went to Nalley Acura for a routine oil change. I did not have an appointment. I come to the dealer because they are predictable, efficient, caring and accurate. Signs in the garage mentioned an express service, stating that an oil change would take up to an hour. I was in and out within an hour, as promised. My car was clean and ready to go. I visit the same service rep each time and she has come to recognize me. It's a nice touch.

Very pleased with the entire purchasing experience of my CPO Acura MDX from Nalley Acura. No pushy sales tactics or gimmicks and in fact, it was a much more relaxed environment than the prior 2 cars I had purchased. I visited the dealership twice, once for an initial test drive, then once again to drive it again and make the purchase. The second time was very efficient and we were out the door happy with the experience and our new car. My car was having some problems related to the remote key and because I had the battery replaced. They fixed the problem and also told me that the brakes needed work (which I was aware of). Since I had time and was already there I let them do the work. The Customer Lounge is spacious with all the amenities. I would definitely go there again.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2008 Acura RDX from another dealership and when I brought it to Nalley, Al quickly assisted me with diagnostics and found that my power steering was not working properly. He then recommended that I go back to the seller for warranty on the part; I returned to Al for the repairs under the seller warranty. He provided me with a loaner vehicle and made sure the repairs were made ASAP. Our overall experience was pleasant. The used car sales people(Ryan & Mayo) were very nice and helpful. The only glitch in our experience was after deciding not to take the extended warranty on Monday after purchasing on Saturday, we were told we'd have to wait until we received our payment paperwork to cancel. That's 30 or more days later. The insurance company told us we could cancel by letting the dealer know.

Service was fine; however, the prices are ridiculous. 269 for a BULB and 438 for the igniter. How do I really know my igniter went out, no one showed me, Al just came back with the amount of cost. Also, I made an appointment the day before and Al didn't even know I was coming to see him. I had to send him the email with my confirmation number in order for him to proceed.

I recently purchased a late model Acura TL (2005) from Nalley Acura, the care had over 111,000 miles. I was extremely reluctant to look at the vehicle, and it was the last of 4 vehicles I inspected at that day. It should have been the first. The service record (car fax) was outstanding and almost all the work was done at Nally Acura. Chandra Mayo, my sales representative, had the vehicle ready for me on my arrival. She took me through the car and we went on a test drive. She was quick and efficient, the vehicle sold itself. The vehicle handled like new, interior was immaculate. Chandra also stayed after the dealer was scheduled to close, on a Saturday, with her finance representative Bradley Bentley. The team really got me in and out painlessly-it was a great experience. Ms. Mayo greeted us upon arrival at the dealership. When the car advertised was not available, she promptly asked what we were looking for and showed us cars available on the lot. She further searched her inventory and found a car at Nalley in Roswell. She personally drove us to the dealership and had us drive the car back to Marietta. It was about 3PM on a Friday in rush hour traffic. That was a great way to test drive a car! After settling on a price, Ms. Mayo helped us through the financial process. The car also needed some minor repairs. Ms. Mayo arranged for a courtesy car and kept me up to date on when the repairs were completed.Ms. Mayo was always polite, courteous, professional and went the extra mile. I felt as if she placed my interest and wishes first. She went above and beyond in my opinion.

I bought a 2014 Acura TL from Charlie and the great staff at Nalley Acura about 6 months ago. So far I've had ZERO issues, and even got a personalized email and phone call on my birthday. About 3 months after buying my TL, my wife and I went it so that I could get my oil changed, and Charlie remembered us, let my wife test drive some cars on the lot she was looking at, and really just made us feel like valued customers. I wasn't an Acura man before, but thanks to this dealership and in particular, Mr. Barlow, I just don't see myself going anywhere else.

I had the great opportunity of driving a 2000 Acura TL for a few years. I am very particular about the service I receive on my cars. Over a three year period, Nalley Acura provided great service and recommendations to my not to new but pristine and well-kept car. After I learned that the transmission was failing, I decided to start looking for another Acura. Because of the great service experience, I had no doubt that: 1) I wanted to another Acura specifically the MDX; and 2) I wanted to purchase from Nalley Acura. While waiting on my car's last service, I met Andy. Andy was very approachable and helpful in educating me on the features of the MDX. After a few weeks, I met with Andy to finalize my purchase. I wanted to do everything over the phone but Andy encouraged me to return to the dealership for a test drive to be sure this is what I wanted. When I arrived, the car was ready for a test drive. Andy continued to educate me on the car features. Andy was right to encourage me to return because I fell in love all over again with the car. After an hour or so, I was the proud owner of a MDX. Richard also made the finance process go very smoothly. (I have left another dealership after the finance manager scared me with their unprofessional tactics.) I said all that to say, Andy never came off like a "sales person" which was GREAT!!! His approach is more of an educator and wanting to understand your needs. He was also very responsive to emails, and text messages. After my purchase on 07.21.14, Andy has continued to follow-up with me to make sure that I am still pleased with my purchase and I AM!!! After test driving a pre-owned car that was filthy inside, I told them we wanted their so clean it up and we would bring our trade-in for them to assess. When we got to the dealership to finalize the numbers we were told that another couple were preferred to us because they needed to use the dealerships financing and we did not. The manager refused to speak to us personally and explain his decision instead he would not leave his office. Horrible business even for a car lot.

My previous car completed died on the interstate. I had heard good things about Nalley. I called the service department from the interstate practically in tears.. They picked me up and towed my car. They gave me the news I already knew was coming: my car was done for. Eric Lauterbach met with me right away. I gave him my budget (which way basically zero because this was out of left field) and what I needed in a vehicle. That night Eric sent me a list of options and his personal recommendation on the best deal. The next day, Eric personally picked me up to test drive a used vehicle that fit my needs. He was super friendly, made me feel right at home and under zero pressure to purchase the car even though I was in a stressful situation. It was black tie service from start to finish and I will absolutely be returning to make my next purchase.

As a growing family we were in the market for a minivan. I am a very indecisive person and would normally take months of looking and test driving vehicles before making a decision. Took my 2014 RLX in for service on June 9, 2014. Can't believe a part has gone bad less than 3 months after I leased the RLX 2014. However, that being said, the Nalley Service Department representatives, including the Service Department Manager, provided totally unacceptable service, failed to initiate communication with me regarding the status of the ordered part, and failed to respond to my phone calls when attempting to find out the status of the work authorized and parts ordered for my car. Although the service department representatives told me that the part would be back and available for installation on my car in 2-days, two weeks later no one from the service department had initiated contact with me or returned any of my calls. More specifically, I made calls to the service department representatives and the service department manager. However, NONE of the Service Department representatives responded to me or my various calls until a very responsive Parts Department representative, who provided exceptional service, contacted the Service Department and told them that they needed to respond to my calls and questions. Totally unacceptable service. Will NOT recommend this service department to anyone!!!!

I purchased two cars in October 2011. One car has had a loud noise in it since it was purchased, but having not driven my wife's car, I wasn't aware of the problem. It felt and sounded like the car wasn't coming out of third gear. I brought the car in, they diagnosed the problem, and discovered that the my self diagnosis was not the issue, it was an issue with a wheel bearing. They fixed it without issue, still under warranty. I would have paid for whatever the cost was had it not been out of warranty, and was ready to, but the work, labor, and parts were covered. I appreciate Nalley for their integrity, honesty and overall customer service.

We began the new car buying process online, Friday 4/4, visiting USAA.com and Edmunds.com, to research midsized SUVs - with Acura and Lexus being our focus. Sam called us within 30 minutes of our initial browsing on Edmunds, and we found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and NOT high pressure - very UN car salesmen like! He presented us with excellent information and a 'walk out the door' quote on an RDX via email. Saturday, we visited Sam at Nally and test drove the Acura RDX first, finding it nice, but we weren't quite sure it was our choice, and then decide to drive the MDX - winner! Our only concern was fitting in our somewhat small garage, so Sam gave us a loaner to take home - perfect fit! Sam got our new MDX ready and we were out the door later that afternoon. He also followed up today (Monday 4/7) with a call. Excellent service and we could not be more happy with our purchase and treatment from Sam and others at Nally. We'll also commend Sam on his very fast response which undoubtedly helped make the deal happen. I purchased 2 cars from this dealership 6 months ago, and they treated us like royalty, of course. But 1 month after I purchased my used car, I had issues. They begrudgingly fixed the bearing issues I was having, but failed to fix the other noise issue I was having. So I took it back again to try and get it fixed, yet again I leave with it not totally fixed. Soon after that, more noises started and more issues arose. 6 months after my purchase, My salesman happens to call me and ask how I'm liking the car, and I let him know my displeasure. He has the service dept call me to, what I assume, take care of the issues and make it right for a valued customer who purchased 2 cars from him in 1 week - but I was wrong. So now, my car is there for issues for the 3rd time in 6 months, and I'm now being told I'm responsible for all repairs. So, in summary, for 6 months I have had this car and have had issues with it pretty much constantly, I was contacted and voiced my displeasure, asked to bring it in, now they won't fix it because I "didn't get an extended warranty." Wow. No standing behind their product or any attempt to make it right and stand behind the products they sell. Once the sale is made, that's all that matters. Buyer beware - if you start to have issues, you are gonna have a bad time. Nalley will never get my business again. I hope you think twice about going to a large dealer as well, where you are just another #.

After talking to the sales representative Chris Pugh and him sending me pictures of the vehicle, my wife and I decided to drive two hours to test drive the car and hopefully leave with the Acura MDX. Like most people, I don't look forward to buying either a used car or new car cause of all the back and fourth negotiations and fear that when you leave the car lot that you might feel you got the bad end of the bargain. Well, that was totally not the case for my wife and I. After trying to self diagnose the source of an intermittent electrical problem in my 8 yr old Acura MDX, I took the car to a local shop who could not find the problem either. They referred me to the dealer. I have taken my car to Nalley in the past and like the service and honesty there so I brought the car in for more diagnostic tests. Unfortunately Nalley could not locate the issue either but they changed the oil, washed the car and didn't charge for the full range of diagnostics tests run. It felt great to not pay for a problem not found and my car was clean. Great customer service from trust-worthy guys. I will bring my car there again.

I took my Acura TL to two places to have my emissions fixed. The first place quoted a $1200 catalytic converter repair and the other recommended several O2 sensors. I took it to Nalley, and Al in the service dept was awesome. They did a software update for $75 and it remedied the problem. I will be taking my Acura to Al at Nalley.

I came a little late close to closing time but was still treated like the facility had just opened up. Charles Barlow was the advisor that assisted me. I had a special situation of needs. Michael first approached me on the lot while I was considering either an TL or TSX. He was wonderful in explaining both the differences and similarities of the two vehicles. The pros and upgrades according to price were also explained. Michael not only explained but physically demonstrated these differences by having me sit in the drivers seat of both vehicles during his explanation. This above and beyond action helped me to phsically compare the two vehicles personally and thouroghly. Proof is in the pudding, Michael's next step was to get me moving:) He suggested I take my vehicle of choice for a spin around the block! We hopped into the TL and were rolling. Michael encouraged me to take full advantage of my test drive and I did! I was sold!!! I had to own the TL! Michael spoke for the vehicle before it could speak for itself! My 90-year old dad was in the hospital and I was doing a lot of traveling back and forth, so needless to say, I was panicked when I heard a noise coming from underneath my TSX. I had to have my car, but I was concerned that I was going to be stranded by whatever was causing the noise. I took a chance and stopped by Nalley on my way to the hospital at 7:15 AM (I lease the car from them & do service). I was greeted by Ed Wilkey and explained my situation, that I had to be at the hospital very shortly. He quickly got me in, discovered that there was a tree branch lodged underneath my car causing the noise, removed it and I was on my way. No charge. This is not my first good experience at Nalley. They have a great waiting room and extremely helpful. They communicate with the customer to let you know how long it's going to take, etc. Can't say enough good things. When my lease is up, I'll probably get another Acura. Thank you Nalley and Ed.

On Saturday, January 19, 2013, I brought my 2004 Acura TSX for maintenance work. Mr. Al McGowan was my service advisor as he has been on and off for the last seven (7) years. The sales department was helpful, friendly, and willing to help get me the car I wanted at a resonable price. Chris P. was a wonderful salesperson and made sure he worked hard to get the car we wanted and the right price. Brian Echols was great too; he accepted our requests and made sure we were satisfied. We even ended up getting an extremely low interest rate on an auto loan, which was better than the one we were quoted from our car insurance company. I went to the Nalley Acura dealership in search of a used Acura MDX and was looking to trade in a used Yukon. I dealt with a very personable salesman, Antonio Gary, and was initially pleased with our dealings. He didn't have any used MDX's that were of interest to me, but he did show me a few other used cars that I was able to test drive. I decided against the other cars and asked him to contact me if he got any other MDX's in inventory. Antonio called me several days later to say that he had just received a 2007 MDX Sport with 50K miles and the sales price was $27,900, so I went in the next day to look at the car and take it for a test drive. Antonio was busy with another customer when I arrived so he asked a co-worker to show me the car. His co-worker showed me the car and emphasized the fact that his dealership had done over a $1000 worth of work to the car in order to get it into condition to be classified as "Acura Certified", which meant the warranty on the car would be extended. He even pointed out that they had put brand new tires on the car. When I looked closely at the tires, I noticed that they were not the Michelin tires that were standard on all the MDX's, but were some unrecognizable, third rate brand (in other words, they were junk). I mentioned that it would cost me an additional $1000 to get 4 Michelin tires put on the car and would need to take that into consideration if I purchased the car. After taking the car for a test drive, I decided I would like to purchase the car, assuming they gave me a decent price for my Yukon. When we sat down to begin negotiations, the salesman brought over his manager, Fred McClure, to do all of the talking. He put down an official worksheet showing the selling price of the MDX minus a discount he would take off of the asking price, minus the trade in allowance for my Yukon, plus tax and an administrative service fee. I looked at the selling price, which said $28,991, NOT the price of $27,900 that Antonio quoted to me over the phone. When I questioned Fred about that, he tried to brush it off as if it didn't matter. I told him that I wanted my husband to take a look at the car before I purchased it, so we made an appointment to come back the next day. When I got home I decided to do some pricing research on 2007 Acura MDX's and I found this exact car on a National Acura website where all Acura dealerships can advertise their inventory. The VIN # on the car matched exactly and it was the same dealership, Nalley Acura on Cobb Pkwy. The only difference was the price......the asking price was $26,991......$2,000 less than the Fred McClure asking price. I called Antonio the next day and told him everything that happened and said that I would never do business with such deceitful and dishonest people. He asked me to speak with Brian Echols, the branch manager, and explain what happened. Speaking with Brian only resulted in hearing more lies from this dealership. First he tried to tell me that they had the car in inventory for such a long time that they decided to lower the price to $26,991 and Fred must not have been aware of that. I told him that Antonio said they "had just gotten the car in" on the day he called me, to which he replied "well, he must not have known that we had it in inventory." Then he tried to tell me that they had just lowered the price the day after I was in the dealership. I told him that was also a lie, because I saw the car on the website the same day of my visit. Every time he opened his mouth, he lied.Then he tried to convince me to do business with them by saying they "would make it up to me." I told him that I don't do business with liars or cheaters and he could keep his car! My experience with this dealership was the nightmare story that you always hear about and hope never happens to you. Stay away from Nalley Acura!!!

When needed, Al makes sure I have a loaner car and explains in detail what work needs to be accomplished and what work can wait. Pete takes the time to explain how and why a repair is needed. I never have been disappointed buying or servicing my cars at Nalley Acura. All the employees at Nalley Acura are very friendly and make you feel that they appreciate your business.

Brian Echols was my first contact with Nalley. Over the telephone he answered every question I had about the three vehicles I was interested in. I drove to Nalley still undecided as to which vehicle I wanted if any. Ken and Brian patiently answered my questions treating me with respect and not pressuring me in any way. When I made my decision, the deal was consummated efficiently. We arrived at a mutually satisfactory price quickly and the paperwork was completed with Rene in an efficient, professional manner. That completed, Ken showed me the salient features of the vehicle and set security items(door lock/unlock)to help protect me. He went with me on a test drive to demonstrate the paddle shifting feature.Every employee I encountered at Nalley was polite and accommodating. I was offered food and soft drink/water on numerous occasions during my stay there.This is the second vehicle I have obtained from Nalley and certainly will consider returning there if/when I need another vehicle. The attitude/service there far excedes other Acura dealerships I have encountered.

After taking my son's 96 Acura TL to the local Honda dealership in Cartersville where they could not fix the car, I decided to take it to Nalley Acura. Al McGowan was very nice and valued my business. Before installing a timing belt and fixing an oil leak that I had asked them to do, they called me to tell me that their diagnostics indicated I was having a transmission problem. So I decided not to invest any more money in a 15 year old car that was having transmission problems. I picked up the car later that day and they Al didn't even charge me for the diagnostics work!!!Fantastic service from a great guy.My experience from both the Nalley Acura and the Nalley Lexus dealership has been fantastic. When other mechanics or dealerships were not willing or able to tell me what kind of problems that my cars were having, both of these dealerships were comprehensive and straight with their diagnosis enabling me to make an informed decision about fixing my car. Thanks.

I was having an additional key programmed for my car; I was originally told that I would have to wait approximately two hours to have my car serviced prior to the Thanksgiving holiday, but when I arrived I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I was quite pleased with the promptness!

On Sunday 10/30/11 I purchased a beautiful 2008 328 BMW as a gift for my daughter's college graduation at Nalley Acura. That Monday, I took it to get it checked out by my BMW mechanic where he found a couple of minor and a couple of important problems with it. Mind you, I purchased this car "As Is", so I was willing to deal with the minor issues, however as for the major - not so much. So I prayed first, prepared for a battle and bravely took the car back where I presented the list of issues to the Sales Manager Brian Echols. After he reviewed the list he did something that I found to be incredible. Without hesitation he said he wanted to make it right and he wanted me to be happy. He then said I could exchange the car at ANY Nalley Dealer or he would be willing to repair the major items for me at no cost. Since my daughter was in love with the car I agreed to the latter. Truth be told - I expected them to get the car and just pretend to work on it. However, once again Nalley Acura surprised me. I got a follow up call the very next day from Mr. Echols. He informed me on the status of the car and that he would be out the next day, however, that the car should be ready and someone would contact me. Low and behold, on the day he was off a member of Nalley Acura called me and the car was ready! Not only did they fix the major items, they even took care of a few of the minor, as well as detailed the car. WOW sprinkled with a whole lot of Thank You(s)was all I could say of course!!! You can't imagine how happy I was, because what you didn't know until now is the fact that I was so completely stressed out with my husband being in Afghanistan and me having to deal with this situation on my own I had convinced myself that this wasn't going to have a "happy ending". Needless to say I couldn't have been more wrong, thank the Lord, for the ending of this story was truly a happy one! From the salesman Chandler, to Amy in finance all the way up to the sales manager Brian Echols, I couldn have been in better hands! What I experienced at Nalley Acura was customer service at its very best! Integrity, Compassion and Highly Ethical.

Everyone was helpful and very professional. As we all know, getting repairs done can be costly and timely, so I really appreciated the regular updates from the manager on what was going on with my vehicle and how much longer it would be to complete the repair. I recently was referred to this service center by a friend. When I got there I was greated by a young gentleman named Philip. I told him I was hearing a weird sound in the front of my car.He took notes on what the noise sounded like and looked at me when talking to me, which made me feel like a person NOT a dollar sign. He then asked if there was anything else I needed to have looked at. I wasn't sure at the time and I informed him of that. He understood. He did not try to push an oil change, rotation of tires or something that was unrelated to my car's issues, which I greatly appreciated due to not knowing the cost of the repair I would need fixed on my car. After that type of service I will definitly come to this dealership again. I feel they listened to my needs and were professional. I will recommend this service department to all of my friends!!!

I went to this dealer yesterday, walked around for 10 minutes, saw 2 salespeople look at me, and never got service. I am pre-qualified for a loan and can't believe I never got a chance to actually look at a car. I do not recommend this dealer.

I would not have driven to your facility for lube change and tire balance/rotation except I had an Air Bag Check warning. The trip is at least one hour AND $17.00 in gas. AND you did not have the replacement part, so another trip, as above, is required. Another six plus hours in your waiting room is not going to happen. Now I'll answer Melissa Rafig's survey without calling her first.

I absolutely love this service center... I have never been to a car dealership, or most companies for that matter, that treat me like their most important customers. Jason York price matched an online dealer for parts for me, and even discounted car service since I was getting more than one repair at a time. I bring my Acura here for any and all needs, and I have never been overcharged or been taken advantage of. I have actually been here numerous times and they have run diagnostic tests and haven't charged me at all! Great people, prices, and service. Love it!

After several emails to the dealership and either slow or no response, I still have a balance showing for my trade in! This is after purchasing my TL over 6 weeks ago! Finance department hasn't resolved or contacted me about the issue. They simple said " I am working on it" They answer one for every 2-3 emails that I send! Pathetic! I have purchased many cars over the years and this is the first time I have had a dealer send me to the DMV for tags! Most dealers are able to transfer the tags or get new tags at the time of sale. Thanks to Nalley Acura's poor customer service I had the pleasure of spending an hour in line at the DMV just to go through a 2 minute and $5 transfer of tags. Not exactly the type of customer service one would expect with this class of vehicle. Love the car but can't recommend the dealership.

Sales staff was nice enough at first, but lied to us about being able to get more information about using the ipod dock in our pre-owned vehicle. The sales person, Zack Spillers, told us he would contact the previous owner to find out how to use it. After weeks of going back and forth with him saying he was trying to contact the previous owner he finally told us the management had burned some bridges with the previous owner and he wouldn't return their calls. He told us he would put us in touch with an audio person to straighten things out. Never happened. I ended up calling the previous owner (Nalley forgot one oil change record when they threw out the rest of the maintenance records) to have him explain it. He was able to do so, but informed me that Nalley had never tried to contact him and that he left specific instructions on how to operate the ipod dock as well as all of the records for the services. Lets just say Nalley will tell you anything to get you in a car and out the door.

A few weeks ago I bought a 2011 Acura TSX wagon form Nalley Acura. After reading several reviews on the internet I was somewhat reluctant to visit the dealership, but none of the reviews were very recent. For the past 20 or so years I have purchased Hondas from the same salesman at the same Honda dealership and have been extremely pleaded with all my transactions. But my needs demanded a station wagon and I had searched the internet and Consumer Reports to fine the vehicle to fit my needs. The best fit for the money was the Acura TSX wagon. A physical inspection confirmed my on line conclusions and the Acura TSX was by far the most car for the money...and to my eye a very nice looking vehicle. When my wife and I visited Nalley I was pleased from the time we entered till the several hours later when we drove off in our new vehicle. Everyone, to the man/woman treated us with the upmost courtsey and respect...and NO high pressure sales tacticts...everyone acted as though I was their oldest/best customer, even though this was the first time they had ever seen me. The deal was a bit complicated as I had two 2003 Honda cars to trade in and I had arrived in only one, an Accord coup, while my 2003 Pilot sat at home. Without my Pilot in tow I really was not expecting to trade autos, but I had all the facts and figures the internet and consumer reports could provide so I was as prepared as possible. All car dealerships have to make a profit to survive, but it really boils down to how much they make off you...a reasonable amount is fine, but you have to go in with somewhat firm figures in mind backed by facts supported by internet sites...the folks at Nalley had no problem bringing up the sites I quoted during our price negoiation. Since I had two cars to trade, one unseen by the dealership, the whole process took several hours as they worked toward a figure I was comfortable with. In looking back, it really took about the same amount of time as it ever has to purchase a new car where a trade in was involved. During the entire process I cannot stress how PLEASED I WAS with the treatment I recieved from EVERYONE at the dealership. They did everything they could to work with me and got me CLOSE to the final amount I was willing to settle for...close is the best I've ever done whenever buying and trading a car...in the final analysis I wound up paying $7 more per month than I had seen as by best deal possible. The buying experience with Nalley is a bit different than other dealerships, and is geared toward total customer satisfaction rather than a salesmans commission. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought cars for over 40 years.

I contacted this dealer on an advertised 2006 Hyosung GV650 motorcycle that they recieved from a previous customer on a trade. Nalley sales treated me like they could care less about my busines until they realized that I had cash for the out right purchase and was ready to walk. We finally closed the deal a I paid for the bike outright. 3 months later they still will not give me my title. Stating that they had a clerical error with the milage on the paperwork. BS because their title clerk verified the exact milage that was on the od at the time of purchase. I never even took they up on their 'Complimentary Oil change', I don't want they anywhere near my vehicle. STAY AWAY!!! I ALSO PLAN ON PICKETING THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!

Went in to purchase and repair a $27 part and they wanted $375- when I told them no, the still charged me a $70 fee for them to look up a freaking price?? Then got home and saw my car was covered in scratches and oil smudges and handprints from the complemetary car "WASH". I will never step foot back into any Nalley and I would recommend you do the same. They are completely over priced and their customer service SUCKS! I was warned by family and friends to stay away from Nalley Acura, however I went b/c its nearby- I REGRET IT b/c my 2009 TSX is now going to have to be buffed and detailed from their lack of work!

Purchased a car from this dealership 3 years ago. When I decided to get a new vehicle, we went back to them. We were given major runarounds and lots of pressure. I did not feel respected--felt cheated in what they were trying to get us to do. We found another dealership in the Atlanta area that offered much better pricing and service with much less hassle. The drive is further for us, but it is worth it. I will never walk into this dealership again.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned TL. When I got home after picking up the car I realized the inside of the car was very dirty. I found old bank papers in seat pockets. I told the sales rep wht I found and the reponse was 'Well I checked it". I guess he checked it in the dark.When I was shopping for car I was told intrest rate would be 8-12%. When I returned to pick up car I was told the APR could be 3.9% BUT I FOUND OTEHR FINANCING BASED ON PREVIOUSLY QUOTED RATES.I sent a letter stating my dissatisfaction but no one responded. I even spoke with Acura, they spoke to this dealer and the dealer still did not respond to me.It is a great car but the puchase experience stinks.
