If possible, I would rank this dealership a negative 1. On Friday evening, October 14th, 2016. I walked into this Honda dealership to buy a new car. Everything started off great, my sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. She looked at my trade in vehicle, gave me an offer which I declined and then I decided to pay outright for my new car. This is where it gets interesting.... My sales rep walks back to the desk where I was signing the paperwork introducing her finance manager (older Caucasian Man). The manager said I had to fill out a credit application for my new car. I mentioned to him that I will be paying outright for the car and will not be needing any credit from the dealership. He then goes on to ask me how I will be paying for the car. I responded by saying a check from my company. Then he ask's, "What does your company do?" I said, it's an "online business". His follow up question was "what type of online business", "maybe my dealership may need some things off your website"(with a fake laugh). I respectfully responded by saying "I do not carry any products suitable for your dealership" I also said, if you're wondering how I am able to afford a $25k car, I work for company xyz" He then said "Oh yes, I noticed you are wearing company xyz shirt and I was wondering where you got that shirt when you walked in to the dealership". Really? You were wondering where I got my company shirt from? Basically insinuating or assuming that maybe I stole it! Mind you, this company in question is a top 10 fortune 500 company and one of the top 15 largest companies in the world. I'm presuming he did not believe a young black man could work for such a company. I, myself, own 2 businesses, -and I've written larger checks for cars worth over $100k, and I've owned at least 5 high end cars in the past 3 years and I've never been treated in this manner. This type of treatment to buy a HONDA? REALLY? I am VERY disappointed at the finance managers behavior and WILL NEVER HIRE such an employee to run any of my businesses. Nalley has lost my business even though it may be a drop in the bucket, the question is how many other customers will NALLEY lose as a result of this low performing Manager? Business is not about today, It's about tomorrow. I wish the dealership the best and I would like to thank My wonderful sales rep who treated me VERY well. I will be buying the car from a different dealership.

I took my 2016 accord in for 2nd service today, car has 10,000 miles and advised them that rpm surges at various times while driving. They informed me that they could not duplicate! I challenged the service manager that I saw a technical service bulletin online. He said that there was not one on my car. So when I left I called another dealership and the said my car has a software update needed for this problem! I will never give them anymore of my business! That's really sad since I have purchased 3 cars from Nalley Honda./ union city

They sell car for which you already make a down payment , even without informing you. They are behind nothing but money. If someone is ready to pay a higher amount for a car, they will not inform you, even if you have already booked it with some amount. They dont keep record of anything at all. If we say we are to come and see a car, they wont register it. They will sell the car before we reach the venue. I dont blame all salesperson in Nalley Honda. Only some of them are terrible. Poor management, communication between salesperson

I dont know who or whom repaired my vehicle for the Taketa airbag recall, I had my vehicle in for repair on Monday June 20 2016, I should have completed a better inspection before accepting my vehicle because the tires appear to have been driven against a narrow drive. They have yellow strips around the circumference of all four of the tire about 3 inches in width. The right rear tire has a large 2 inch gash in the tire from someone driving up on a curb or something. Im very upset, angry and disappointed in Nelly Honda for the way they return my vehicle. That is not good service or quality control for the service person or supervisor who let my vehicle get damaged in this manner. I now have to purchase new tires because the sidewall of the damage tire cannot be repaired. Thanks for nothing Nelly Honda.

I have bought two cars from Nally in last 4-5 years. Haven't had chance to visit with new GM. Last GM didn't do much for us to return to do trade in soon. Might give them another shot. Hopefully this new GM will offer more deals and savings for former customers. Used to get free oil changes for Mothers on Mother's Day. Hope they do more to win us back. Maybe this new management will help. Nally left us with a bad impression last car we got. Hope that changes.

I took the car in on Saturday morning at 10:00 in time for the 11AM appointment that was scheduled on phone (they could find no record of the appointment). Despite the glitch, I agreed to leave the car over the weekend for diagnosis of a problem with intermittent accelaration issues. On Monday, after I called Service center and because I had not received any update on the car all weekend, I was told the the O2 sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was further told to replace that part without repairing some of the "top down leaks" would be a waste of time. Relying on Skyler's recommendation, I agreed to have the car repaired at a cost of close to $1000. Next day, the car won't start and it turns out it needs a starter. The starter was replaced by another mechanic and now the car seems to be ok. My questions/concerns/issue: why was this defect not discovered in the diagnostics process? Did you find the bad started but opted to make me aware of the more costly repair issue and opt to fix that issue knowing that the starter was likely to fail but would not be as costly as the repairs you suggested and performed? Needless to say my trust in the integrity of this dealership is gone and its not likely I will return to them in the future nor will I recommend this repair facility to anyone I like.Oh just a couple of other things1. I left a message for Skylar when the car did not start, he never returned my call. And still has not 3 days later.2. I did speak to Kwasi (sp?) on the day the car would not start and he suggested I tow the car to them for further repairs, that's priceless!3. No one has called to follow up call on whether I was pleased with my service and if the car was performing as expected, Why would you?4. I beleive you were more interested in your bottom line than my satisfaction with your service or my return to your facility.

I was looking for a used Honda CR-V. Prior to going to Nalley Honda on Jonesboro Rd, I searched their website to make sure they had what I wanted, in which they did. The salesperson, Shawn, who has a horrible attitude, and continued to try to sell me on a new Honda CR-V, refused to listen to me on my many attempts at trying to tell him what I wanted. After he realized that I wasn't budging, he finally listened to me, and pulled up the car that I had in mind. Turns out the car was in their Roswell location. He offered to flatbed it to his location, which was great. He quoted me a price that was close to $2000 higher than what was being offered online. I had to pull up their website on my phone to show him the quoted price because he told me that he was unable to pull it up on his end. When he saw the price, he went in the back to confirm it with his finance person, and then came back with the lamest excuse ever as to why he couldn't sell me the car. He told me that their was a recall on the car because of the airbag, and that they wouldn't be able to sell it to me. He proceeded to try to sell me a new car again. When I left, I looked up the VIN number, and discovered that there wasn't a recall. I ended up calling the Nalley Lexus/Honda in Roswell, and the salesperson there also confirmed that there wasn't a recall. Therefore, I purchased the car for the online quoted price at the Roswell location. Thanks, Shawn for wasting 2 hours of my life!

It was a pleasure doing business with him, he made the tedious process of purchasing a vehicle (and trading in an old vehicle) a very smooth process. Trent was very patient and answered all of my questions. I purchased my 2016 Accord from Nalley Honda at the end of 2015. My Client Advisor was Bobby McCullough and he was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Honda brand and the various differences between the different models. There wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer. Jack Rosen the New Car Manager, was also incredible to work with as well. He stuck with us and help approach my situation from every possible aspect which resulted in me taking home my new car. When I finally sat with Finance, this individual was also great to work with. Signing all of the paperwork can be exhausting and dull however we talked the whole way through it and before I knew it, I was done.Overall, this was a great no-pressure experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda! I'd emailed the Director of Internet Sales and asked about the price of a Pilot with leather. After obtaining the "Internet Price" of $34000, I'd then inquired about leasing. After three or four days of asking, I'd finally received a lease quote. I'm sure they'd had no idea that I know how to calculate a lease, because the payments they'd sent me were outrageous. I'd then asked that they provide a breakdown of how they'd arrived at the payments quoted and was shown a price of $38,000. They raised the price $4000 because I'd wanted to lease?!?!? That's not only insane, but a violation of law. If I'd wanted to push it, I'd report it to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. However, considering that there are plenty of honest Honda dealers in the area and I'd found one of them, I'll simply inform anyone considering doing business at Nalley Honda to be very mindful of prices and pmts quoted to you before you sign anything.

I drove 9 hours from Coral Springs, FL to meet with sales representatives Mohit Whabi and Sean Plummer. Before I even parked my vehicle, I was greeted in the parking lot by both representatives. During the transaction process, I was always asked if I was ok or if I needed anything (coffee, water). The General Manager, Mike Higham, came over to me and thanked me for making the trip up, also asking if I needed anything.....he did not have to do that. Mohit Whabi knew exactly what my vehicle needs were and made the transaction process go smoothly. Mohit Whabi was professional and courteous, but most of all, he treated me like family! I highly recommend the services of Mohit Whabi!

Everything from the ease of making an appointment online to the quality of service was exceptional. My service advisor, Mr. Tutt, allowed me to use multiple discounts toward the cost of my repairs. Nalley Honda provided a Thanksgiving-style lunch for its employee and even extended their generosity to me and a few other customers. As I was returning from taking a friend to the airport, an orange light came on that looked like an explanation mark. As I was nearing your Honda dealership where I purchased my CRV, I stopped in and asked what the light meant. I met the most impressive service advisor, namely Wesley Overton, that I have dealt with so far in having my Honda serviced. He told me immediately the light indicated low tire pressure, and he could take care of that and I would be on my way.Even though I did not have an appointment, I asked if I could get my oil changed and tires rotated since I was already there. He suggested that I might want to get my tires aligned since it had been a long time since having that done. I said yes. My experience with this man far exceeded any service I have had. In the 30-point inspection with the oil change, it was discovered my battery was very bad. He checked my warranty and said my battery was covered and it would be replaced free. This truly saved my day in many ways.He was very polite and courteous in working me in that day. I appreciate so much that the Union City Honda dealership keeps on improving its quality of service advisors and technicians. I sincerely believe Wesley Overton needs to be commended for representing your dealership so well. He is very genuine and respectful. Now that's Customer Service!!

Called in the morning to a report mechanical car problems, Dustin advised what the problem could be, and suggested my having the vehicle towed in for diagnostic check, and service. Vehicle was towed that morning, and I was advised of problem and told repairs could be made the same day, and what it would cost. I was also advised that some repairs was covered under warranty or reult of recall. I was able to pick my vehicle up that evening. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long. My service tech, Dustin, was courteous and very helpful.

My family has went through a lot of personal tragedy within the last year. October 2014 I was in an accident and my wife's car was a total loss. We went to other dealers and they didn't care about our needs. They just wanted to sell a car. We ended up at Nalley Honda in Union City Ga in November . Jeanette was concerned about our needs first. She used her expertise and translated our needs into a vehicle that my wife and I love which was a 2014 Honda Civic Ex. Fast forward to ten months later during the end of September 2015 a deer ran in front of my 2005 Chevy Malibu and cost damage to it. Since the car was ten years old with 235000 miles on it that car was considered as a total loss. We immediately knew who to call. Once again Jeanette along with Thomas White came to the rescue. My next vehicle that I was going to buy was a truck. Once I described how I was going to use it we decided that a SUV fits the type of vehicle that I needed. I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot this time. I have not bought a used or new car from any dealer for over 30 years. Everyone knows it is a pain and generally full of bad surprises, generally of the money type. Well I bought a new Honda yesterday from Marty Hagood after coming to an agreed upon price via an email and two phone conversations. The car I wanted had some dealer installed items and when I said did not want them, Marty had them removed. I showed up an hour after we agreed to the price on the phone. In another hour all the paper work was completed, I gave them the money and drove my truck home, while Marty followed in the new car,to give the wife instructions. Only heartache I experienced was letting go of the money.

The wait was a little long because one service person was checking in multiple people. I also was expecting to receive a complimentary car wash; as this is advertised in writing inside the service waiting area. Took car in for service on transmission. It was not changing gears as it should. They pulled it back into the bay and an hour and one half later puled it back outside and declared the transmission burnt up. I knew that was not true for I would have smelled a burning transmission. I thought it only needed a seienoid . There was no evidence that the transmission had even been touched. I took the car to a transmission expert. He drove the car and immediately declared that it was not burned up. He checked it out and all it needed was a $40 selenoid , not a $3950 transmission. Nalley will never check out one of my cars again.

Once in the shop, Hollie tells me what is wrong with the car, approx. cost of repair and time to repair it. This is the dealer I trust to take care of all my repairs and oil changes, but anytime I get my brakes replace, I always end up going back because they continue to squeak. If a customer comes in with brake concerns, you assume they would check all breaks (front and rear) to ensure all concerns are addressed. They replaced my brake pads and did not notice that my rear brakes needed to be cleaned and were the ones squeaking in the beginning. I returned to have the squeaking looked at, and they forgot to close my hood all the way. Thankfully, I made a stop and saw that my hood was open.

First of all, normally we dont go to the dealership for service but this time we had no choice because it was a factory recall issue. Our appt was at 945am on a Saturday, and it busy. After waiting about 5 minutes for a service person to greet us ( Marty), he got us checked in and told us Hollie was the actual person we made the appt with and we would talk to her later. We went into the waiting room and saw Hollie walking by and told her who we were. She immediately knew who we were and thanked us for being patient. She then gave us an update on our car and told us she would call us soon when it was ready. Hollie was very personable, genuine, and made us feel really important. Becuase of her personal attention we will rethink using the dealership next time we need a mechanic.

I can't say enough good things about the Service Department. All the people there are very polite and enthusiastic. It's all clean and orderly, and repair items are explained and well-documented by their computers. Service Adviser Kwesi Bramble and I have even become friends. The shop back in the back is as clean as one would wish it to be, and the cars are protected properly from unnecessary grease and dirt and are cleaned before being brought out. The service intake bay has plenty of room to pull in and get out of the weather while you do business. The .waiting area inside the showroom part of the building is clean and one is not bothered by salesmen as one waits; there is complimentary Wi-Fi.

I came in for a routine visit to get my oil changed and received much more. My service light had come on the day prior and I had no idea what it meant, so I told my service rep that I had never allowed my oil % to get that low and that was why the check engine light had come on. Zahe Muhammed was very thorough while explaining that it was not my check engine light, but was an indicator light prompting a specific service needed and why. He was also very patient while I played 100 questions to better understand what was going to and needed to happen. Zahr also overheard my sister reference being hungry and he arranged a shuttle ride while my car was being serviced. Upon returning back to the service center, Zahr spoke with me about what was needed for my upcoming visit as well as gave me a couple of quotes for some tires. Before escorting me to the payment clerk, he gave me a coupon book to save a little bit on my current and future services. Zahr was great and I will definitely be back in to see him. Thanks Zahr for the great service you and your team provided. It's much appreciated!

Well, I and my husband came into have our Civic service with a oil and cabin filter change almost a week ago.Before we came down I called to see if they could change our appointment from August 31 to August 23 the guy Mark said yes he can do it. He was honest about the wait times because he said Saturday morning was their busy day. Well we finally arrived at Nalley Honda and the line was out the door. So I spoke to another friendly service advisor KWEISI. I asked KWEISI if I could bring the car back at a later time he said yes. I told him I would be back at 3 pm. I arrived early so KWEISI greeted me and started the paperwork for service on my car. Kweisi was professional and friendly. The wait time was less than an hour. I was happy because I was on a time schedule. As I was leaving the manager to other service advisors were friendly and thank me for my service. I will definitely take my car back to Nalley Honda for service.

I had the worst experience with Nalley Honda Pre-Owned Department. Sales Managers Anthony Russell and Steven Rotenstein were beyond rude and offensive. There is no sense of customer service whatsoever! They rather give up a $17k deal than to replace air filters and brake pads. On Friday, August 1st, I placed a call to Mr. Russell to get clarification as to what all is included in their 150pt inspection, as I was told the night before the vehicle had undergone. I was under the impression that air filters and brakes would be a maintenance issue handled under the inspection. Yet it was brought to my attention, during a visit to the Nalley Toyota (for a tire pressure light issue), that the filters needed replacing and the brake pads were at 4mm out of 9mm (mind you it had been less than 24 hours since leaving the dealership). Mr. Russell's first reaction was to ask, who told me that the car had a 150pt inspection as, and I quote, "I didn't tell you that!" I inform him that the gentleman who closed out my purchase had provided this information during conversation. He placed me on a brief hold then returns stating, that the vehicle went through their service department and checked out so, he rather take the car back than to take the hit for repairs, especially for the price I was purchasing it for! I was taken aback because first, he wasn't selling me the car at any lower rate than what was advertised online and secondly, I didn't mention anything about wanting to bring the car back. He was so abrupt and boorish that on principle alone, I was compelled to return the vehicle- accompanied by my husband and father. I refuse to spend my money where it clearly isn't wanted! When I arrived to Nalley Honda, Mr. Russell was quick to show me a list of what work had been completed on the vehicle however, we were past that point. My intent was to return the vehicle, and get my down payment back. I informed Mr. Russell that my initial call was merely to get clarification but since his response was to be nasty and condescending, just as he suggested, I'm returning the vehicle. I asked for my deposit back. He proceeded to tell me the office was closed and he could not have a check cut until Monday. I requested that this be put in writing, and asked for any paperwork with my information be returned to me. Mr. Russell then opted to have Mr. Rotenstein come in to the office to speak with me and he was even more offensive than Mr. Russell. He refused to return any of my paperwork, stating it was policy to keep it for 36 months on file before shredding all forms, and refused to also put in writing that it is corporate policy to run a person's credit for identity verification no matter if he/she comes with his/her own financing. When my father began to mention contacting the corporate office, Mr. Rotenstein became extremely discourteous - flinging folders in the air and being snide. His exact words were, "Why?![Regarding written statements] You're going to call corporate anyway!" He suddenly asked us to leave as though we were being threatening or aggressive in any manner - I was visibly upset but never threatening. I again requested he provided a statement regarding my full deposit refund, and he repeatedly demanded we leave the office (which we were initially asked to go in to by Mr. Russell) and he stated, "There is sensitive information in this office". I was furious at the implication that we would tamper with or steal other's information, especially when Im expressing concern about my own personal information. At that point, I was seeing red. I had to step outside while my dad and husband waited in the lobby for the written statement. Never in my life have I had to deal with such blatant disrespect from individuals who are supposed to be managers. As a first time car buyer, this experience has definitely soured my outlook on shopping for a vehicle. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to shop at Nalley Honda Union City! Save yourself!

The negotiation process was smooth and logical although we went back and forth about 4 times on pricing I know that they gave me the best deal possible and that I will continue doing business with Nalley for many years to come. The buying process was painless and I have no regrets about the business end of the deal( the cost of the vehicle ). I would recommend Thomas White to anyone looking for a Honda. We upgraded from a 2013 Honda civic which I would recommend to anyone looking for fuel efficiency(if you are a technological person I suggest the EX-L with navi) to a 2012 cross tour fully loaded. I live in Newnan but drive to Union City to have my 10 year old Honda Accord serviced and will do so as long as they continue to provide me with excellent service. Nalley Honda recommends services for my car then I compare their recommendations with the maintenance schedule in my car manual. They are never pushy and politely educate me. I always ask a great many questions. I have never had anyone in the service department be anything but helpful. I do sometimes decline a few of their recommended services because they aren't listed in my car manual schedule and after discussing with technicians. I love that I receive a report on my vehicle and any optional and/or upcoming maintenance my car might need in the future. I have been to other shops here in Newnan that performed services on my car that were not required, then overcharged me for that unneeded service. I plan on keeping my Honda for another 10 years. With regular maintenance and the service from Nalley, I expect to do just that. If I don't, you'll hear about it!

The buying experience was wonderful. The salespersons were so personable and helpful offering me options and explaining in great detail. I felt like a special client....not like I had been treated at another Honda dealership of which I did not do business. Mr Bobby stayed until 10:00 PM showing me all the features and how to work with the new technology of the 2014 which I did not have on my 2007 Honda EX coupe. Jack Rosen, the manager, seemed like someone I had known for a long time. I love the new Honda and have already sent out an email to a network of people about Nalley Honda in Union City. Hopefully it will generate a lot of business for Nalley there. I thank all who helped me in the buying experience. I feel I made a great choice and got a wonderful deal. Even though I thought i would buy a used car or lease, I ended up buying a new 2014.

I unexpectedly found myself shopping for a car last week. I did all of my shopping online and eventually identified a car that met most of my criteria and fit within my budget. I scheduled an appointment online with Nalley for the following day. The salesperson (Lou) answered my questions via email and even sent me the Carfax report when I requested it. When I arrived for the test drive, Lou greeted me prompted and pulled the car out for my inspection. He did not rush or distract me through the inspection, even though it was below freezing at the time. He also let me focus during the test drive and responded to my questions. My trade was appraised in a reasonable amount of time, and I received more for it than I was expecting. The car I purchased was already priced very aggressively online, so the bottom line was very good for me. My only complaint is that the entire process (from drive in to drive off) took 3.5 hours. I know that this is not an issue unique to this dealer, but I don't think that it should have taken this long, especially since I was not financing the car. I appreciate them detailing the car and filling it up before delivery, but it still makes for a long day, especially considering that I drove 1.5 hours to get there. With that said, everyone I spoke to there was very nice and did not hassle me in any way. I've purchased 3 cars from various dealers over the years, and this was the best experience I have had. I would gladly do business with them again or recommend them to a friend.

She took the time to explain where various things were in the car, especially helpful since it was raining.I had not come prepared to purchase the vehicle, only to test drive it. I liked it so much, I decided to see what type of deal could be made. Amber and her Sales Manager worked diligently to put together the figures for me. I had told them that I was prepared to write a check for a specific amount and it was up to them to make it work. It's been many years since I've purchased a car so I was skeptical about the process including the length of time it would take to close the transaction. Shopping on line was a new and unique experience for me. I was able to get the internet price of the car. That made me happy. Saliou Ndoye, the salesman, was very professional and did everything he could do to address a bump along the way. I did not initially receive the correct paperwork for the certified inspection. I asked to speak to David Byrd, a Sales Manager, about it and he made sure I received the proper paperwork rather quickly. I would not have purchased the car had I not received the financing I wanted. Jason Tressa, the Finance Manager was very professional. He gave me an acceptable rate, explained everything related to the purchase in detail and assured me that he would help with any problems. I am happy that I chose Nalley Honda, not too far from my neighborhood, because I believe I've made a contribution to my community and the service was great. I'm waiting for my tag and am confident that if I do not receive it in a timely manner that I'll receive assistance. By the way, it did not take long to close the transaction. That really made me happy. Also, the dealership has a great team of people who work together to satisfy customers.

Owner manuals were missing from the 2009 Infinity we purchased when it came back from the detail shop. We were promised by both men that they would be overnighted the next day to us. Three weeks later and 4 unreturned phone calls later, no manuals. The Navigation isn't real easy to deal with without some instruction.run,don't walk. There are many reputable dealers you can do business with. You would think they would have the professional courtesy to return a call and tell us they don't plan on following through with the promise.The dealers GM, won't even return our call.

My wife and I had a miserable experience today with your dealership. I am a USAA member and have bought many vehicles through zag/truecar and this is by far the worst case of bait and switch that I have ever experienced. By contrast, I purchased a 2014 Accord yesterday at Autonation and it was a very smooth process. I felt misled regarding the discounts, dealer installed equipment, and trade appraisal. I specifically confirmed with Amber the sticker price and discounts prior to having my wife bring in our trade. Later I was informed that the "guaranteed" discount would not be honored and that that I would have to pay almost $2K in peripherals that represent zero value to me. Also, Leroy and I had agreed on a trade value over the phone of $30K if the vehicle was in "good" condition. I was later told the car appraised as "very good" but the offer was now $29K. Lastly, I let Amber and Leroy know that my wife was on her way and yet she waited 45 minutes upon arriving for Amber to greet her. I let them know that I would be buying the vehicle with my wife and yet Amber was extremely dismissive and kept her in the dark for over 4 hours.

I would like to start out by saying Amber Jefferson was great but one of the co-workers wasn't. One if th finance guys decided that I didnt have to make any payments on the car I had until he told me to. He call and text me after hours just to see what and how I was doing. NOT THE CAR! As I recall, they close at 8 pm so there is no need for you to be texting my 11:30 at night. Not to mention the fact that he was a lot friendlier with the late night calls and text when he found out the guy with me wasn't my boyfriend. He decided that he needed to repo my car after he met my actual boyfriend this month. In the text or calls he never said when a payment was gone come due after he decided that I didnt need to pay Sept as originally planned after changing it in his office verbally. Inever gave him the assumption that i wanted him. So he shouldve just did his job from the jump instead of dreaming up some crazy life he wanted.

I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Nalley Honda (Union City, GA) about three weeks ago. Although pleased with my vehicle, I'm unhappy with the sales process. The dealership has yet to address my concerns after multiple contacts to general management. My husband and I drove two hours to Nalley after negotiations via phone. A sales manager, Mr. Byrd, told us our sales price included the accepted certificate from our banks car buying service (USAA), plus the cost of add-ons. One of the add-ons discussed at the dealership was the Protector package. Our sales rep told us the Protector was included in the price of our vehicle and it comes with every Nalley vehicle. We were not given the option at that time to decline, so I was shocked to see the $799 price tag for the Protector during financing. But, after nearly 5 hours at the dealership, we were in a rush pick up our son from daycare. So, we confirmed again with financing that the $799 was included in the sales price of our car and signed.When I got home, I noticed the $799 had been added AFTER taxes, and the sales price of my vehicle had been manipulated. So, the Protector is clearly an option, not an add on. I called the next day requesting a refund of the $799. It was denied. I was told by another manager and then Mr. Byrd that I could decline the Protector now but the sales price of my vehicle would be the same, and even if I had declined during the sale, negotiations would not have gone lower. In the end, this dealership took advantage of our exhaustion and need to get our son. It was easy, then, to creatively explain and manipulate numbers without us noticing. Not only am I out $799 in potential savings, but the sales staff also used a $500 cash back entitlement I received as an active duty military member to make their calculations appear seamless. We should have checked our paperwork more clearly, but I am appalled a reputable Honda dealer would include the Protector without clear consent of the customer, not disclose such an expensive price tag during the sales process, and take advantage of its customers in such a way as we were. As a customer, I expect to be treated with honesty and integrity, and Nalley Honda did not do that. They sold me a car and when I came out to drive the car off the lot, turned out they had switched out my car to a cheaper model thinking I might not recognize the car they sold is missing the navigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! Oh FYI - LEEROW - He does not have any sort of professionalism. Half way throughout the deal he will start calling you "bro" instead of "sir" like other salesman do. If they don't like you they will stop answering your calls.

I made the mistake of purchasing a new car at Nalley Honda about a month ago. Thinking that i had a firm deal with the internet sales department, i had a coworker drop me off at the dealership. Things soon began to slowly go downhill as i was passed off from person to person with lengthy intervals in between. I indicated that i had already arranged a deal on a specific vehicle, and that i just needed to verify the figures. Yet another person comes out with all kinds of pricing and interest rates and such written on the dreaded "four square" document that car salespeople try to confuse you with. I told him that i would buy the car at the price given to me over the phone, and not one penny more. So, at around 10:15 that night i finally was able to leave with my new car. In the light of day the next morning, i discovered remnants of the plastic coating all over the car, which took hours to remove.Fast forward about 4 weeks, and my tag had not yet arrived. So, i called the dealership to find out that it had not even been applied for yet. Three different people, including the general manager, said they would find out whats going on and will get right back with me. Of course, no one ever called me back, and it looks as though i am going to have to sort out the tag on my own. In conclusion, i severely regret giving my business to such a poorly run dealership.

We arrived at Nalley at 9am. After test driving 1 Odyssey, we decided to get a price on it with our trade in. Little did we know that we wouldn't leave till 1:30pm. Needless to say, we were in a hurry by the time we got to financing because we kept telling them we needed to leave for an appointment at 2pm. So, they were able to easily slip by us over $3000 in extended warranties and service plans. We were never presented with the terms to not purchase them. We were shown a sheet with our choices and not selecting any of them wasn't on there. Yes, we should have read the contract more carefully, but they took advantage of needing to leave and being exhausted by the whole process.We did discover we could cancel the service, but that is a terrible waste of time also. They tell you both you and your spouse need to come in. There should be a way to cancel over the phone, by fax, or online. Still, we don't think this warranty is priced reasonably. Plus, if we don't return to their dealership there is a $100 deductible. So, we both went in to cancel. To our surprise, they only had me sign it and not my wife. So, there was really no reason why we both had to come. Again wasting our time again. Cancelling took a half hour including our time waiting for someone to see us.We have also learned that Honda offers an extended warranty and service that is good at ANY dealership without a deductible. We were never offered that as an option either.Finally, we managed to get a very small scrape in the back door when we opened it in our garage. No one there seemed to be able to tell us how to fix it. The parts department had no touch up paint for a 2013 model. They kept wanting to send us to a collision center. We just left disgusted. Overall, we like our Odyssey, but have serious reservations with ever doing business with Nalley again. We might try the dealership in LaGrange instead.

We searched THREE COUNTIES, and ended up at Nalley's. At the other dealerships, we only had one to two choices, often not good or compromised some features we wanted. When we arrived at Nalley's we had at least four. We are thankful for the used van we bought. It wasn't the one we came for, IT WAS BETTER, and the CarFax was clear and price was great! BETTER CHOICES than the other ones we were offerred. They also DID NOT crowd or pressure you while you were browsing vehicles. Definitely would refer them to others...

I requested quotes from several dealerships on a 2013 CR-V and even visited dealerships to start the footwork for purchasing a new car. After visiting a dealer and feeling like they didn't take me seriously, I decided to call Nalley and speak with the internet manager. Lauren Davis recognized my name from my internet quote request, was friendly and patient with answering my questions. She quoted me a price for the exact vehicle (including color) which was already $400 less then previous dealer. That same night, I drove to Nalley where to my suprise upon arrival, Chris Akpan had my top 2 color choices parked right up front. I knew from that moment, my experience at Nalley was going to be different. I took a test drive with Chris, where he pointed out highlights of the vehicle and was courteous in answering my questions. Upon our return, we sat down and talked the numbers game which is to be expected when dealing with any dealership. This was my first time purchasing a new car and walking in as single female, my guard was up but I was ready to negotiate based on the research I had already gathered. When the first offer came my way I was surprised as it was almost $1000.00 higher then what Lauren had quoted. Of course, it included options I did not want but I was ready to put the work in to buy a car. LeRoy Slater (Business Manager) was quick to introduce himself and work with me to get to a price point that I was comfortable with. It was definitely a team approach which included the above, along with Shemar Jones and Demetrius McLendon (Finance Manager) to work with me to feel that I was getting a fair price on the exact car I wanted with options. All of their patience, friendliness and willingness to negotiate with this skeptic NY buyer put my preconceived notions to rest. I was absolutely delighted with my purchase of a new Honda today at Nalley Honda. This was the first new car for my son and the experience could not have been better. I requested quotes from four Honda dealers and Nalley was by far the most competitive. The three other dealers kept contacting me, whittling away at the difference in price, yet Nalley's initial quote was still the winner. Daniel LaFavor contacted me in response to a request I submitted through USAA's car buying service. I had already received a quote from another dealership that was quite reasonable. Daniel said he would have no problem beating that quote. I had the other dealer's quote in writing with a nice breakdown as to exactly what I was paying for (price of the vehicle, taxes, document fees, etc). Daniel asked that I forward the quote to him and he would respond with their own quote. I did so and received a reply from Daniel that was about $1000 cheaper, although the quote was a one line email which did not specify the precise breakdown as the other dealer had. I was a little uncomfortable as I had asked for an exact breakdown of the price but decided to move forward anyway. I called the dealership the next day and spoke with Lauren Davis. I was skeptical of the price....it seemed a little too good to be true. I conveyed this to Mrs. Davis and explained that I had not had great experiences with car dealerships in the past. I was looking for something a little more "official" than a one line email regarding the agreed to price. Mrs. Davis seemed annoyed at my apprehension and tried to assure me that the price I was given would be my price. After some discussion Mrs. Davis did say that the price "might" change if the dealership had added anything to the vehicle. I asked that she please check to see if anything had been added as I wanted to know that "real" price of the vehicle before I made travel plans (I was travelling to Atlanta from Memphis, TN). Mrs. Davis said she would check and call me back. Mrs. Davis never called back. I contacted the dealership again the next day. At that time Mrs. Davis informed me that there was no way they could honor the price I was originally given. She said Daniel was going to call me to explain what happened. He never did. It seems my skepticism was valid in this case. My experience with Nalley Honda of Union City is that they are a typical car dealership. They play the same games that 90% of car dealerships play. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and then the truth comes out. I'm glad I didn't waste any money on an airline ticket to Atlanta. Instead I bought my car in Chicago without any problems.

I first heard of Nalley Honda through an old friend of mine who leased a new Civic from them several years ago. She got such the great deal at the time. She even kept the Nalley plate on front of her car the entire time. She later purchased a newly redesigned Civic. So when I purchased my Acura RL, I already had in mind where I planned to get it serviced, although there is a Honda and Acura dealership closer to where I live. From my first phone call with Hollie to doing the road drive with Andre', I could tell their goal was to have another very satisfied customer. Chris was outstanding in listening to our needs and wants. My wife was specific in what features she wanted and he put that together to show us what they had. After all of the haggling he came up with a car that was a perfect fit. Overall a great choice that made my wife happy which makes me happy! Chris went out of his way by staying late to watch her drive off and even took a call late the next night at home from me over a concern I had. I went back and he was able to get me with who I needed to talk to and we had everything straightened out and now we are just awaiting our appointment to get our lojack and bluetooth handsfree installed. I have been to Nalley numerous times over the past decade, as well as many other Honda/Acura dealerships for service, and she has been the best out of all of them. Very personable and will spend a great deal of time to ensure a thorough job is done. A genuinely honest, sharp and pleasant person to work with who truly cares about her customers. Very rare at car dealerships these days! Car service was well done as usual at Nalley. Of course you pay a little extra over the local mom & pop mechanic, but many people believe it is worth it to have Honda technicians do the work and I often agree. She was friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and communicative throughout my entire service experience, and met the stated time of completion goal for the vehicle service while even being able to have the car washed and vacuumed before returning it to me. I traded in my old car for a 2009 Honda CR-V. Although I feel I got a good deal, the rest of the process was downright painful. I purchased my car on a Saturday afternoon/evening and it took 4.5 hours. Most of this time, my fiance and I sat by ourselves, awkwardly alone in a used car dealer's office while he took phone calls or was walking around the used car department. Once we agreed upon a price, we were shuffled down to the finance department, which took an additional hour. We sat alone for 30 minutes in the finance department with not so much as a hello from anyone. We were then told that there would be no time to have our new vehicle detailed that evening and we would have to come back on Sunday (despite prior plans) if we wanted the vehicle detailed. On Sunday, the service department was late opening, so we sat for 30 minutes until they opened. We handed over our key (note: 1 key), and sat looking at the vehicle for 20 minutes before anyone even touched the car. The detailing job was, hands down, the worst job I've ever seen. As far as I can tell, they ran the car through the $5 car wash down the street and put the floor mats in. There were still noticeable marks on the interior. The finance person also sent us home with the wrong paperwork, so we were asked to please overnight the correct paperwork to her on our own dime. We refused to be penalized the cost of overnighting paperwork for her error. I am currently on my third trip to Nalley in a week to get my spare key, since the salesperson couldn't find it the day we purchased it. (Please note: the owners manual clearly states I should have 2 keys and a valet key.) After speaking with a rude service person who told me that they were only responsible for providing me with 2 keys and refused to answer my questions about what I read in te manual, I am still sitting in the service department. I have been here for 45 minutes to have a key programmed to my vehicle. Quite frankly, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received after making one of the biggest purchases in my life. I will not return to Nalley for servicing or to purchase my next car, and I will certainly be advising anyone who will listen to find a dealership where they are actually valued.

I did my homework on this one. First visited the showroom to test drive vechial. There was no pressure to buy on my first visit. Went home and researched the pricing. Called Nalley they gave me there best price. It was nearly Identical to my research. Went back to the dealer pick out the vechial we wanted. Teat drove and purchased the car for their lowest quoated price. Painless!

I brought the car in for a recall item. She set us up for a 7am appointment and told me it would be one hour. I have a life and can't spend it covering for Honda's production screw ups so the timing was critical. I got here right at 7 and they didn't even open the doors until 7:05. Incredibly, when I gave the keys to the guy he said I wouldn't get out until 930 or so, that it was 1-1.5 hours and the technicians didn't even get in until 8am. Why did this person not tell me the truth - did she not care? Is she only compensated by the number of people she gets to make an appointment so she is incentivized to lie? In any case, if the service manager gave a rip about it he didn't show it. Not even an apology. Certainly no offer to actually try to help by offering me a rental for the day or even asking where I needed to get to so he could get me a ride. Horrible service and you should come here at your own risk. I will not return.

I can't begin to say enough great things about the experience I had at Nalley Honda. I was purchasing a car from across state lines and using financing through my credit union and everyone on the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. Carlos and Roman were both extremely professional and courteous. They represented the vehicle honestly and accurately. They went out of their way to make sure my credit union had all the information they needed. When I arrived on the lot to purchase the van, Carlos came out to greet me and show me the car. It had been thoroughly cleaned, filled with gas, and was ready to go. They had all the paperwork completed and it was just a matter of signing. All in all, I would recommend Roman, Carlos, and the rest of the used car staff at Nalley Honda to anyone. They beat the same price on the same van by almost $6,000 when compared to the prices I had seen in Birmingham. They were up front and honest about the vehicle. This is the first time I have bought a car and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of.Thanks to Carlos and Roman for making this my best car buying experience ever.

We went into the dealership for service on our 2011 Honda Accord, in response to a recent recall. Prior to our visit, I called to schedule an appointment, and was able to select a time and date most convenient for me, without hassle. The attendent was very prompt and courteous. The service was completed in less than an hour, and we were on our way. This was our second visit to the dealership for service, the first was for a scheduled oil change, and we received very personalized service during both visits. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase our new Honda from Nalley!

This place was so great! I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships and this was not one of them. I was looking to trade in my honda civic and purchase a new crv without having crazy monthly payment,. They were VERY low pressure and I felt like they actually cared about us. They worked with us to get the payments to where they were affordable. Everyone there made the experience exceptional. Cannot say enough nice things. Mr. White was just the salesman we needed. After visiting many delearships, here are some of the reasons we felt Nalley Honda outshone the others: The service was outstanding. The salesperson approached us immediately when we pulled into the lot. At one dealership we visited, we looked around for 15 minutes while salespeople chatted with each other. We were never approached, so we finally just left.The personality of the salesperson was so nice to work with. He was not pushy, but very friendly, courteous, professional and down to earth, with a genuine interest in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Even when we told him we wanted to look around a bit before deciding, his level of courtesy and attention did not waver. Salespeople with the other dealers seemed condescending, short, and pushy, and any "enthusiasm" they demonstrated for earning us as a customer quickly fizzled when they learned we were looking around before making a decision. The salesperson also has a very high degree of product knowledge, even the fine details, and we really appreciate that. We also appreciate that the sales staff drives Hondas. One other saleperson at another dealer didn't know anything about the car we test drove, and he'd been with the company for 5 years! Keep it up!!The same is true with the sales manager with whom we wroked. Very nice, friendly, and down to earth, not pushy, but honest.The same is also true for the finance person. He was also professional and down to earth, and knew the finance options and extras very well, and was honest about all of it. This is usually the most stressful part, but he made it a very comfortable experience.The facility was very nice, clean, well-run, and organized. It did not feel like a "mad-house", but was very professional. We did not see the same in other dealerships.The vehicle selection was just right. Some other dealerships we explored didn't have much to choose from on their lots.And last but not least, I LOVE my new Honda!! I am definitely a believer now! Overall this was by far the most positive car-buying experience we've had, and we will definitely be back. It was actually a good thing that we looked around before coming back to Nalley Honda that day - it reinforced our opinion 100% that Nalley is the best in every way! I was very skeptical about buying a car without a male to accompany me, but I decided to go into Nalley Honda anyway just to see if I could qualify for a used Honda; and just to see what kind of sales pitch that would be used to sale me a lemon. Rodney Wyche the sales person told me that I would have a car before I left the dealership that day and he was correct, to be honest my thoughts to my self were "yeh right and I am sure you can pull a rabbit out of a hat also. Well to my surprise I brought my first Honda, a Honda Accord, yeh me. After Mr. Wyche collect all my personal information.Joe Freeman, one of the use cars sales managers, came over to explain the process of how Nalley would find a bank to finance my vehicle, in doing so he was very respectful of my wishes.Joe came back about 15 minutes later with a deal, he gave me a list of vehicles to choose, I picked the 2003 Honda Accord, load with everything, leather, moon-roof, security system, etc., after examining the car, I noticed that the radio/stereo didn't light up apparently there was some electrical problems that caused the system to malfunction; I also noticed that the headliner in the car needed replacing. I was directed Roman Byczek one of the other use car sale manager's who handles this area, I asked if they would replace the headliner and fix the problem with the stereo electrical problem, he said that it wouldn't be a problem, the stereo/electrical problem and the headliner was fixed without any additional charges.It took longer than expected to repair my car, so I asked Joe for a loaner car he said no problem and he even sent a shuttle to pick me from work to bring me to the dealership to get a loaner car, but by the time I got there my car was ready and everthing worked and was repaired to my expectation. I am very happy to say this is the beginning to a happy relationship with Nalley Honda; I have no problem referring my friends and family to this dealership, Not only was I able to get the car that I wanted, my payments are lower than expected.I would like to thank the entire sales staff, from my initial contact with Rodney Wyche to the sales managers, Joe Freeman and Roman Byczek and Karim Easley who worked in the Servie Area.Thank you all for a job well done.Nalley Honda of Union City

After a less than ideal experience at a dealership in LaGrange, Nalley Honda exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing the new vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. The car had to be ordered from another location, and they gave us a loaner car at no charge in the meantime. When we returned for delivery, Nalley Honda again exceeded our expectations, and the salesman stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I LOVE my new Honda, and I will return to Nalley when I am ready to purchase another one - which will be in about 500,000 miles the way Hondas last!

Overall I had a good experience with Nalley. They gave me a great deal on my new Fit. We did have to go back and forth a while on the amount they were giving me for my trade-in, but we came to an agreement and I left happy. One bit of advise to all car buyers...make sure you do your homework beforehand. I knew what my car was worth and what I was willing to pay on the new car. I knew my credit score and the financing I should qualify for. After I purchased my Fit, I had to return to the dealership the next week so they could put the splash guards on. After waiting for almost an hour, I was told the splash guards didn't come with the Fit Sport, even though it was on the sticker (made no sense). My salesman, Samuel, deducted the amount of the splash guards from the All Season mats I wanted and filled up my gas tank. They also re-vacuumed the interior. I was very happy with the dealership, my salesman, and the sales manager! If you work with them, they'll work with you. If I ever purchase another vehicle, I will be returning to Nalley Honda! I'm not too sure about the service department however, they didn't quite seem "together" and it was hard to get someone to help me in the first place.

Run do not walk from this dealership. They ruin the reputation for a Nalley dealership. They didnt even own the title to the car they were selling. Then they pulled a bait and switch trying to get me to accept an inferior car while they held my money hostage. Then weeks later put the check in the mail. Such a shame but dealt with the entire used car staff and none was professional. Smoking while dealing with you, completely stereotypical used car salesman. We are no longer in the 70's people get with the program.
