On March 12, 2016 I took my car to Napleton Lincoln for the works. Jim Belinda told me that eventually I would need some work done on my brakes. On August 10,2016, I took my 2004 Mercury Sable Sedan LS in for routine service including L O F. Mr. Belinda had his guy replace my rotors and pads + other work. When I left the shop, my car ran like a brand new vehicle and the brakes were great.Mr. Belinda, Ms. LaVigne and the mechanics at Napleton are an asset to your company. I brought my vehicle in for two distinct noise problems. The Tie Rod end (front of truck)and another noise from the front end. They fixed one noise the Tie Rod End, but, did not know, or, could not locate and identify the other noise problem. I'm still having the noise problem.

Quick and easy service. TJ was very professional and alert. The moment my mom and I arrived to the dealership for my appointment, I noticed that he got up from his desk and welcomed us with a smile. I called to find out how much cash to pay for car out right (No Loan ) and was told they would have to call me back with total they did call me back but told me that the car was not for sale and tried to sell me something more expensive and one I didn't even want. Just bought my new Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. This was the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. They didnt have what I wanted in stock but the salesman went above and beyond. When you didn't have the color vehicle I wanted, you found it and had it there within a couple of days. They even delivered it to my office so I didnt have to make another trip to the dealership.
