BEWARE of this dealership!! This man is a liar and a thief!!!! He has our $5000 and the car 1-1/2 years later. He actually thinks he is above the law, why did you hide the car Scott when the police came to your lot? Why wouldn't you talk to the media Scott? I know why, because you are a liar and a thief!! Edit: This man isn't qualified to change a tire much less sell a car. He assured us he was taking us back to court....still waiting!!

Bought our Honda Fit here & we are soooo happy! It was an R title (reconstructed after an accident) Anyhow even after owning it for over a year we have not had one problem. They are reasonably priced & very nice. 5 stars from our family. We will look here for our next vehicle purchase. : )

WOW, I love Naylor's in Red Lion, my family has purchased 5 cars from Naylor since finding them. I have always been given very high trade in values and their prices can't be beat. I have had no complaints with any of the vehicles that I purchased, they ranged in years from 1997 to 2010 vehicles purchased over the last 5 years. 3 "R" titles and 2 not. If you need to see the repair list for an R title, all parts are shown to you after it was replaced. I have never seen aggressive behavior from anyone, they are the most calm and decent dealers on the planet. They will give you a good vehicle at a great price and great trade in values. I challenge you to beat the trade in price or the asking price of their cars with ANY dealer, they won't come close. If you get lucky and find one, well then buy it. You can't go wrong at Naylor, period !!

Recently (within 4-5 weeks) purchased a used cargo van from Naylor Automotive (small used car lot south of Red Lion). In doing internet searches for used cargo vans, I found Naylor had 2 available, and they were the most reasonably priced of the ones that I found. So, test drove a few at other dealerships, and also test drove the 2 I found at Naylor Automotive. After negotiating with all of the dealers, I found Scott at Naylor's to be the most helpful in suggesting ways to maximize the deal for us, so much so, it was easy to come to an agreement with Scott. I will tell you that he does not negotiate much off of his asking price, but I also felt that his asking price was the most fair of all the vans that I looked at. At the end of the day, the deal was fair, and I was very happy with the vehicle & the price I was paying. I'll also add that I just took the van in for service (replacing tranny fluid & coolant), and the mechanic who worked on it told me that the van was in great shape, and I should be able to easily get another 100K miles out of it. If in the market for a used vehicle again, I'll definitely keep Naylor in mind. Just one last thing - don't turn left into their car lot - the police have set up no left turn signs, and they closely monitor it. If you are heading to Naylor from Red Lion, drive past their lot, turn around somewhere and come back so you can turn right into their lot. Just trying to save another unfortunate soul from getting a ticket.

My family has bought numerous cars from Naylor Auto, and never had a problem with any of them. The worst part about Naylor Auto is not being able to turn left coming from the North! I wonder how there can be so many huge differences in what reviews I have seen for Naylor Auto on here. It seems to me that the positive comments come from actual "buyers", people with realistic views on used cars. A used car is not the same as a new car, even if the brothers cleaned the car up like new. The negative comments seem to come from people who want a car to be brand new, no scratches, and have a 10 year warranty. Those same people also seem to want unlimited work for free even after a purchase. The brothers would never make a dime if they fixed every car on the road for free. The only true way to give a review is to have a realistic approach.

Purchased a 1997 toyota tacoma for a very fair price from Naylor Automotive after exchanging it for a 1998 of the same model which had a defect. Naylor Automotive was kind enough to give me a 1997 for the 1998 with 10,000 less miles and did not have the defect that the other vehicle had. I would not hesitate to purchase again and I would recommend others to this dealer.

These people live around the corner from me, so I thought I would try them. They had a 98 Camry with only 84K miles. The car had a flat tire. The one brother said he would fix that. I decided to buy it. Negotiating with the one brother was not positive. He just dismissed anything I said then talked on and on, telling me I would have to go to Baltimore to find a similar bargain if I didn't buy there, and then I would be ripped off. We agreed on a price, I bought the car. He was kind enough to help me get it home. The engine light came on. He went back, cleared it, wrote down the code. Since it was the weekend, he said it would have to wait, he would figure out the code and let me know Monday what it meant. I never heard. The light has stayed off so far. Took the car on a trip. The tire went flat again. The tire repair person said it had been put on wrong, and couldn't believe a mechanic had looked at it. The tires all had unequal air pressure as well. Some had 45 lbs, some had 35, one had less. He banged the rim in and put in fittings that were the right size. So far so good. Then, was driving and all of the sudden the car got a lot louder. I took it to my repair person. He is an inspector, and teaches at the local Vo Tech. He said the flex pipe had been repaired so poorly, it was unethical. Instead of a repair, someone just put a bandaid sort of patch on. He said they had to know it would never hold for long, but just wanted the car quiet for a sale. He suggested I call them and see if they would help. I called. First brother was very nice. The other gentleman was out and was to call me. I ended up having to call him. He said that the poorly repaired muffler was a matter of routine maintenance. He refused to help in any way. When I bought the car, he told me that Camry's were very reliable and for that reason, they don't offer warranties other than a short time on the engine. Other cars came with warranties. He said that they stand behind their vehicles, and want customers for life. He said if there was a problem to contact them. I now feel the vehicle didn't have a warranty because several things need repair and they didn't want to bother. It needs new bearings, a timing belt, there is an issue with rust. Car looked great. I admit. Personally, I wouldn't buy another car from these folks.

I am very happy with my purchase from Naylor Automotive. I got what I thought was an excellent deal on my F150 and the truck has been solid under heavy/moderate use over the last 2+ years. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle at Naylor Automotive.

Purchased a car from Scott, not fancy, but good value for the money, honest and fair. Scott stood behind the car even after the sale. Easy to deal with, no added fees. I'd go back and buy again!

I have bought 4 or 5 cars so far from Naylors. Most of them had an "R" title, which did not matter to me because they were repaired correctly and I got them at a really good price. They have all been reliable and if I ever have a problem, I just stop by and thye will gladly look at it.

Scott was patient and concerned and professional. I got a CarFax report on the car I bought and there was a small discrepancy on the mileage which turned out to be the fault of someone who wrote down the mileage incorrectly when the vehicle was transferred from NJ. Everyone who has seen my car loves it. It has low mileage AND a low price. I will not only send friends to Scott, I'll send family.

I've purchased three cars from the Naylor brothers since 2006 and feel as though I got a good deal each time. The brothers are friendly and the autos they've sold me have been "good working cars." I use Naylor's as my commuter car resource and have recommended them to several of my friends in the past. I highly recommend...

Scott Naylor called me after I contacted his dealership through cars.com. I asked him about a Toyota Tacoma pickup I was interested in. He told me the truck had only one owner. I followed up by getting a CarFax report and learned that the truck had three (3) owners, the first of which was a corporation. In addition, the truck has an odometer inconsistency. It seems as if Mr. Naylor is not familiar with CarFax reports and that he fabricated a false history.
