I had some damage done to the roof of my car from a roof rack system that i had purchased separately from the car. It scratched through the paint in 4 places. I needed to get 2 estimates to file a claim with the company that I purchased the roof rack from. I won't mention who the first company was that I went to, but they gave me a very high quote. Someone recommended Steve who runs the body shop at Nemer Ford. So I went to him and he gave me a quote for half the price of the first place. Awesome. I just got my car back today and it looks fantastic. Just like new. The personal there was excellent. They paint job is right on. Can't even tell I had deep scratches in my brand new car. They will be the first people I'll go to if I ever need more body work and/or a paint job. Great job !

The windshield of my 2015 RAM was smashed and the hood and left fender dented when a tree truck fell on the vehicle. I contacted the dealer, Nemer, from whom I leased the vehicle. After the windshield was replaced, I drove to Nemer's body shop in Glens Falls. The parts were ordered promptly; the paint exactly matched the color of the vehicle. I was treated in a courteous manner; even provided transportation to my home while the work was being performed.

The sales team here are very nice and they never pressure you. Today I came in for service and I am driving out with a New 2015 Focus. I said my car was in for service and we started talking about the car and he said they have some good deals going on. He got me a awesome deal on a new car. I bought a 2002 Ford Taurus SE. I went looking for a Focus but had crappy credit. My sales man Helped me get in to the Taurus. Helped MW keep my interest rate low. When I was ready to purchase another vehicle 2014 I went there first. Did not find what Iwas looking for in my Price range. But when I'm ready to go for another car I will look there first. My sales Rep was great HW did everything possible to help with everything. Nemwr Ford is a great place to buy a car. When the can sensor went in my car I called them up brought my car right in and had it fixed the next day.

The service is great. Vehicle is taken in quickly and serviced properly the first time. The service people are helpful and informed.Sales is typical sub par. Sales people can not answer questions about the cars. I am an engineer and ask technical questions. Most sales folk have not read the car owners manual.I have tried to get internet pricing with no results.

I wouldnt buy a candy bar from this place. There service for a used vehicle I bought was horrible. There service department was so poor they sent it to Della. Over a month period my truck was in for over 10 days in an out. I spent over 1200$ and it wasnt fixed until the fourth time in. After all this the fourth time they charged me in which I was assured wouldnt happen. Due to their incompetance along with dellas they put me into rentals. The first had a illegal bald left front tire. The second had cig burns on the seats, low tire pressure light,and interior leather falling off the door. When i went to get the rental on my fourth time in they had given it away and my truck didnt get in until the next day, I didnt get the rental until 3 or 4 later that day... IT WAS SCHEDULED OVER A WEEK. The greedy people must have needed to make more money so they gave my rental away. Should have thought of damage control before you let this happen to your customer. After my third time and a check engine light on again within a day... I wanted my money back "nope we cant do that you need to bring it back in." Well how much gas milage and how many more days do I have to bring this in before you guys think this is crazy? STAY AWAY FROM NEMER. BETTER BUSINESS DEPARTMENT DOESNT ACKNOWLEDGE THEM FOR A REASON !!! ALEX YOU LOST CUSTOMER

When we started talking to Joe, we knew he had our interests in mind, and that he was talking our concerns seriously. He helped us get a good price for our trade and stuck around with us while we were waiting for all of the paperwork to comeback. He was very nice, and so is the dealership. We only got one key with our car, so he took us back to the service department and helped us set up an appointment to get a second one made free of charge. It was good dealing with them.

my vehicle was totaled because of a hail storm. i went into body shop for a estimate. steve said it was not safe todrive my vehicle and immediately got me a rental from nemer so i would not have to go to enterprise. he dealtwith insurance co. and got my car to ins. adjuster.he let me know what my options were when a vehicle is totaled.I will always take all our vehicles to nemers body shop because of him and also the girl that works with him

A friendly greeting was given even though I was dressed in dirty work clothes. I'm retired though and was looking for a used truck or SUV to pull a brand new RV trailer. Matt (I think was his name) was very helpful in showing me what was available on the lot after precise questions as to my needs. He even called over the truck sales manager to discuss towing requirements and other details regarding engine size, power and torque. I belong to the Ford Plan. I looked on Nemer Ford's website and gave them contact information. I received a callback from Charles Albrecht, Finance Manager. When I identified myself as a Ford member, he said to me,"Certified Pre-Owned Ford's are now under the plan." I thought this was great so I scheduled an appointment. I downloaded all of the required paperwork from the plan and took it with me. When I arrived at the dealership I picked out a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape Limited with 18k miles. Yes, I was given the plan price, but the plan price is for a NEW CAR, not one with 18k miles on it. Also, I wasn't given any of the incentives. When I kept trying to give them the plan paperwork, I got blown off. After I got home with the car, I contacted Ford. I was told that Certified Pre-Owned was not covered under the plan. So, in essence, Charles Albrecht LIED TO ME. I NEVER would have bought a used car if I had known it wasn't covered under the plan. I would have bought a NEW car because then I would have gotten the plan price, plus 2,750.00 more in incentives. So I was cheated out of an additional $2,750.00 in incentives. Ford wants me to file a formal complaint. I am just waiting to see if I get the promised email from Mr. Albrecht before I call them.

Sales staff great. Dashboard lighting an issue repair dept tried to remedy...turns out it is a defect in Ford design....not repair dept problem. Closing went quickly and smoothly, but business dept incorrectly typed address on papers which meant I never got notice to start making payments....got charged interest on late payment....still charging me for it....Ford Company will not accept responsibility....ongoing unresolved issue. Truck handles its chores nicely

My wife and I visited Nemer Ford to look at a few of their new Ford autos, we were not rushed, pressured, harassed,or made to feel guilty about not making an instant purchase.We are presently watching for a new vehicle to replace our present Hybrid SUV, and I am watching Ford, as I know that they will not be shutting down a whole series of vehicles and leaving the customers in a lurch. The salesman that we chatted with was extremely pleasant, caring, and attentive. He brought our any and all vehicles which they had in stock which we were interested in looking at, sitting in, and or test driving. He has been very helpful with his expertice in the knowledge of the ford products I was interested in. Also I would like to mention the Auto Body Manager, who's name escapes me now, he was also a great help with a problem I had. Overall all the staff at Nemer were very helpful both in sales & service. If I was asked of one thing I could find wrong with the dealership, it was with repair people, which was minor.

Had brake problem and oil change repair visit recently, which morphed into a recommended fuel injection system cleaning, wire harness replacement, coolant system flush, at significant expense. My only complaint was that after we drove the vehicle home, we noticed a coolant leak from the radiator return hose- it had not been properly replaced after the flush. I repositioned/reclamped the hose myself and stopped the leak. Otherwise, Nemer did a fine job. The service dept. people are excellent.

I took my car in for a new fuel pump. Its a 3 hour job, I was charged for 5 hours of labor. The fuel pump, if i bought it from napa was $199, Im sure the dealer gets it for half that price. Nemer ford charged me $395 for the part. All in all a new fuel pump for my lincoln $913 !!!! I complained to customer service and was told a manager would contact me, it never happenned, I imagine b/c the price gouging was inexcusable. I understand that "the dealer costs more&" for repairs but this abuse was obnoxious and insulting. I cannot believe it even went on at a business that considers itself professional.

Brought our truck in for a recall and realized it needed to be inspected and they were great about doing while the truck was there. The gentleman also called me as soon as the truck was done. Some dealers I've been to with our other vehicle didn't call when they said they were going to. Was not happy about that. When I made the appointment the guy told me it would take anywhere from 2-3 hours and it only took about an hour. Was very pleased with the service.

I had every intension of writing a review prior to the ipad deal. Recently, I was in an accident where I was read-ended by another driver. It was suggested that I take my Ford Focus to Nemer for the body-hop repairs needed. Sherry was the forst contact I had who told me that I should go through the other driver's insurance company so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket right at the holiday time. Though there were all sorts of insurance issues, Nemer made the experience easy, and Sherry was at the forfront. She made phone calls, was on the ball every step of the way and ensured that my car was taken care of and that the other company paid quickly and totally. I couldn't have asked for better service.

They becomes liars after you buy a car from them.1. Took me over a year and a few phone calls to finally get my extended warranty refund I didn't need. And I still didn't get the entire refund. Missing about $500.2. Horrible job by the body shop. It was a very simple job - re attached a weatherstrip to rear window. Ended up putting scratches on paint along the weatherstrip and the weatherstrip STILL comes off easily just by opening the trunk lid. Body shop manager told me it is normal for the weatherstrip to come off easy. 1st time, the weatherstrip was off aligned, brought it back to dealership, 10 mins later, it's aligned but glue was seeping out the weatherstrip against the rear window glass - looked horrible - it seemed like they fixed it by trying to slide the weatherstrip over. Third time was still coming off and there's barely any glue and the window edge looked dirty. I don't think they did a proper job of cleaning them and reprepping for new glue. Manager also lied through his teeth that they never put those scratches there. I cannot believe of all the stupidity of all this. If they cannot fix a simple job, I can't see how I could trust them with any other work.

Visited Nemer Ford on a Saturday afternoon. our sales person Tia was very helpful. We were interested in a used 2008-2010 vehicle with above avg cargo room, low miles, etc to upgrade from our minivan. We saw on the internet they had a 2008 Mazda CX9. We never drove a Mazda so we were open minded. CR gave it high ratings. It drove well. We were not ready to buy. The price seemed high. Tia was not that familiar with the Ford and Mazda relationship. The vehicle looked exactly like a Ford Edge. We owned 2 Fords in the past and were not happy with them. We were not in a hurry to buy. We have driven 5 other SUV type vehicles and the Mazda was in our top 2.

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone anywhere. Very rude and disrepectful in all aspects. Did not even service my vehicle and refused further service. I was not disrespectful in any way,shape or form. I am in total awe. I have a 2008 Ford Edge and my husband has a 2500, 2009 truck. They pretty much informed both of us to take our business elsewhere. Of course there is a story behind my critique, one in which I will deal with in the immediate future. I purchaced 2 F150 king cabs at the same time from then i think 2 years and i paid cash in full on mine and for my son got his payment down to a little over onehundred dollars a month to build up his credit.Im a Disabled Vet and all the folks that worked with on the purchace of them and the service dept.for oil changes and some extras had done after have been great they say it would take 2 hours or what ever time and it would be done at that time or some times before.any problems i have they work with me on it.I told a lot of my friends about the service they provide and i belive a few of them have bought vech. from themThay are just a good dealership not much elce i can say except when i go to get another one or trade this one in they will be the first one's i go to thanks to the hole team

I purchased a 08 Ranger from your dealership Back in August and drove it for approx. 400 miles. My requirements for a vehicle changed near the end of August or early September. So I contacted your dealership about trading in my Ranger towards 2010 F150 FX4 4x4. To my surprize the Ranger that I just payed 11500.00 was now worth 6000.00 in trade just a month later so I purchased elsewhere and kept the Ranger. Its too bad if not for that trade offer I would rate you higher. I cant help but wonder did I get taken a little on the Ranger purchase? or was I being taken advantage on the trade?

Any and all experience I have had at Nemer Ford has been great. My only complaint is that the last time I was in for service in December, I drove 8 miles on my way home and my "low tire pressure" warning light came on which means that apparently no one checked my tire pressure which I thought was part of routine service. We all make mistakes or try to hurry. I am still very satisfied but I hope this does not happen again.Janet Hicks

I felt that the customer service was the best I have dealt with over the years of trading automobiles with different dealerships in the area. I liked the way Travis and Chris kept me informed on how my transaction was going and I was offered coffee or cold drink while I was waiting. I was truely amazed at how friendly the other salesmen and associates were. Not being involed in your transaction they still made time to talk to you. That makes the deal that much more easier and enjoyable. Nemer trys to get you the best deal possible. It is like family and I will deal with Nemer Dodge for a long time to come because of this.

Back in April 2010 I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I desperately needed a new vehicle. I didn't have much time to car shop because we had a baby who was a couple of weeks old and we were also in the process of closing on a new home and moving. I have had the opportunity to interact with the sales, service and parts department of Nemer Ford. In February 2009 I purchased a 2008 Mustang. My salesman was Jim Sears, he was friendly but direct and in a very short time we were able to come to terms. Once the terms were decided the deal was executed flawlessly. It was absolutely one of the most stress free car buying experiences I have had. I have also bought parts and had my vehicle serviced at Nemer. Both departments have very knowledgeable staff and will work to earn my business.

Oil changes are fast and prices are very good. I took advantage of the buy 1 get 4 (i think) oil changes). service has always been very fast and friendly! The lady behind the service counter is always fast, efficient and professional. services covered under warrenty have been delivered with no problems. I would buy from this dealership again and plan to purchase additional vehicles in the future. I would also recommend non-Dodge owners to have their vehicles services here. My husband has a caliber and I have an avenger. Both were purchased from this dealership within 2 years of each other. We both have been extremely pleased with the speed and quality of services (both repair and maintenance).

My experience was good but I had to come back a couple of times to complete the deal. The monthly price turned out to be a bit higher than negotiated but was miraclously lowered when I refused to accept the higher price. I went to the dealership with the title of my car in hand. It was cleaned out of all my belongings. I was ready to buy the car at the agreed on price. What should have taken a couple of hours caused me to miss out on a golf outing. I did get the car I wanted at the price I wanted in the long run. It was just harder than it needed to be.

The salesman I had buying my car worked hard to get me into a vehicle, but I wish I had used Jim Sears. After recommending him to my sister we went to see Jim and he gave us a great deal on a used toyota. As for the service department my reaction to this so far has been bad to mediocur. There good about getting my truck in for service, but it seems every time I bring it in that they try to find something wrong with it!

My car was in for its first major oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and it took about an hour. When I had other cars the dealership would actually wash the car before returning it, the waiting room had a coffee/tea machine and snacks, there was WIFI and computers for customer's use. These were very nice touches and made the trip to the dealership actually a pleasure.

The salesman was great! He explained everything about the car and showed us how to use all the features; the parking assistant, sync the phone, etc., excellent! One complaint about him though. On the phone I was told I would get 0% interest, but when I did my paperwork, I did not get the interest rate I was quoted. We had ordered the car and driven 4 hours to get it so I let it go. Also, when I asked about life insurance on my Ford loan to the person doing the paperwork, he said Ford didn't offer that. But, when I was at my local dealership getting an oil change, they told me Ford does have life insurance on their loans. I am disappointed I have a loan with no life insurance on it when it wasn't necessary

No one in NY could help, so, on a whim, I checked out Nemer Nissan in VT, because I have had such good experiences with Nemer, and they were able to find the van I wanted at the price I was looking to pay, and had everything ready, except my signature, when we arrived at the dealership.

I do not recommendt becoming a repeat customer or being an elderly women and going in alonge to this dealership. It is no wonder Ford Sales are up with them making your decisions and not answering your questions promptly. Rather it is like the when one was young "ask your mother" "ask your father. You wait and wait as they go back and forth so many times your head is spinning. In the meantime they are preparing a loan and you don't even know the facts, ex: what kind of a trade in amt. did I get. Maybe those with funds don't care to know but their are those of us who do.

I feel that Nemer Ford is doing the best that they can, with what they have to work with. The thing that I personally feel would help them immensely, would be to try and have a bank that will work with people that do not have good credit. I know a lot of people that have tried to go to car dealerships with $1000.00 or more to put down, but because of their credit rating they were turned down. Other than that, I feel they(sales people) all put forth great work ethic's!

I felt very little pressure to purchase from Sean. He listened to my concerns when purchasing a car and helped guide me during the sale. I left the dealership and then went out and tried several other cars and dealerships. I also went to other Huyndai dealerships and was not treated as well as with Garvey. I came back to Garvey Huyndai to make my purchase about 2 or 3 months later. The deals at the time were very competitive and I did the full purchase of the car in cash. There was a problem with the car during the delivery. The hood had been dented. This was taken care of quickly and a new hood was put on the car and I left with it later in the week. I wasn't in a big hurry to get the car so, the wait was not a big deal.I also was not pressured into purchasing extended warranties or other add ons.If I am in the market for a new or used car I will stop in at Garvey. The service writers are very warm, understanding, and reliable in providing me with an approximate cost for the needed work and the time required. They make me feel welcome and even allow my two well-behaved dogs to stay with me in the waiting room which allows me to combine my visit to Nemer Ford with a dog walk in the village thus saving time and driving. Randy was very good to us during the whole process of my husband and I purchasing the vehicle. It was the service that we weren't happy with when the axle had to be replaced. It was given back to us and we weren't informed that the axle needed to be replaced and was on order. Then I lost a bunch of transmission fluid. We requested the vehicle to be picked up and fixed properly. We have considered purchasing a different vehicle, but haven't had the time to come in.

It was installed incorrectly twice by another Ford dealer, and Steve took care of it after pointing me in the direction of the customer support hotline. it's fixed properly now, and it only took his team once.

Waited 30 minutes in person to get parts ordered that had been identified (correctly) over the phone previously... Wendy could not properly located them. In another instance attempted to get a price for an item over the phone and was told it could not be done without the VIN... Don told me he would not even try to look it up (I did not ask him to order anything, just for a price) and then hung up the phone when I told him to try. I then called another Ford dealer who had no problem giving me a price on the correct part, over the phone and without the VIN! It left me so irritated that I will no longer use the Nemer Ford parts department, despite its convenience for me.

I went in to get my car serviced and knew it wasn't under warranty at that time. It is a Saturn and the parts sometime are unavailable. I had gone to another service place and found my car needed a bushing? I was told it would cost over $200. I was Very concerned as I had just gotten the car about 3 mo prior and didn't have the income to get this work completed. To make a shorter story, service contacted sales and the work was done at your cost. I don't choose to take advantage but it was worked out w/the sales-service managers.) I was offered to go home and come back at some other time, as I had to go into the hospital. I feel and Firmly believe that your service people Know their business when it comes time for car repairs. They fixed it and it runs Better than when I left the lot with it, 3 mo. prior. I've had NO problems since. I thank you for this service that you gave me. My only thing that I would like to see in your waiting room is maybe? some complimentary cookies or some "reasonably priced food" at no cost, like a donut or ? so you can grab a quick bite to eat should you run out of your house in a hurry and not have any money on you to use the vending machine. I remember Saturn had that and I Loved it for that reason. It is just a Suggestion and I would hope you wouldn't take this personally as to your waiting area for service customers!!!

I contacted Nemer regarding buying a mini van. I have less than perfect credit and I am upside down in my current vehicle loan. They agreed to look at my situation. They helped me look at a van and come to find out they could not help me without a strong cosigner. At that time I did not have a co-signer, I still do not, however, if in the future I either fix my credit or come up with a cosigner I know I can go back to them and they will continue to be friendly and honest and contact me in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with their honest and courteous staff

I have used Nemer Ford to Service my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid for nearly 3 years. I commute between the Adirondacks and southern California an average of 2 times per year and trust Nemer over any other dealer to keep my Hybrid Escape in shape. I have around 76,000 miles on the vehicle (mostly highway). Nemer Ford has a wonderful and very competent service department. I feel that I can trust them with my vehicle and I am always treated with the greatest courtesy and friendliness. I predominantly deal with Larry as my service representative and he is great. I will not trust my vehicle to Capistrano Ford in Southern California because I found them to be expensive, and dishonest. Larry and Nemer are the exact opposite. Prices are fair and work has always been very competent and I feel that they are always to be trusted. I try to make sure that my Hybrid Escape is taken care of by Nemer before I head back to California to avoid having to deal with Capistrano Ford. Nemer deserves more recognition and I recommend them to everyone who has a Ford product.

Nemer Ford is roughly 4 hours from my house and since meeting Jim Sears, I will go to no other dealer! Jim has been an honest, up front sales man since I first met him. A couple of months ago my father in-law purchased his F-150 from Jim. Since then, I have made the trip twice - 1st to lease my Edge and 2nd, most recently, to purchase my F-250. I walked into dealership on a very busy morning as they were preparing for a vehicle liquidation sale and several of the sales persons were busy moving inventory to another location. I was greeted promptly and helped with exactly what I was looking for and most importantly - not pressured and treated with respect, courtesy and patience. The first time we walked into Nemer Ford we were greeted with appreciation by the Service Department. Everyone I had an honor to deal with at Nemer Ford were very friendly. But Larry and Steve has this personality that makes you want to do business there.

My father-in-law purchased his truck from Nemer and I drove him the 4 hours (we live on Long Island) to pick it up. I was so impressed with the service that Jim Sears provided, I decided to order my new Ford Edge through him. My previous Ford Edge lease was ending and I really wanted the same car. The dealer that I originally leased my car from went out of business. Jim worked very hard to get the exact car that I wanted, at a very fair price. Living 4 hours away was no challenge for him. We communicated via email and telephone conversations. He kept me in the loop at all times. My husband will be in the market for a new truck soon and the only place we will purchase it from is Nemer Ford. It has become our new Ford Dealer, even though it is 4 hours away!

Have purchased a half-dozen cars at Nemer for myself or family members, including my 2010 Mustang GT and my wife's 2010 Fusion. Always treated well and fairly, with good pricing and reasonable trade values. No games, no tricks, just an easy purchase of great cars. Also, have had great experience with the body shop, as well as the service department. Good people, good cars, good place to do business.

This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had in purchasing a car. I have been to many places but I could not get approved for a loan. Thank you to the finance department at Nemer Ford for trying so hard. I finally have the car I wanted!

Service Dept is GREAT!!! Always has been very helpful and fair! Never Felt like work that was not needed was performed. always did exactly what was needed. Would buy another Ford from Nemer!!! Larry is always very professional. Service guys who I have had talked to in past were great as well.

The place was nice, the vehicles were great, the problem was the salesman was very vague about the price until well after the financing was arranged and the down payment was made. Other than to narrow down the monthly payment amount and to say we were getting an awesome deal...he kept saying he didn't know the exact price of the truck, he needed to go through it w/ the sales manager...weird, right? The final number ended up being at least $7,000 dollars more than any consumer rating service would appraise the vehicle for...they wanted 21,9000 for a 2005 f-150, in 2009. You could get a brand new truck for that w/ all the deals and incentives they were offering at that time on trucks!!! They must've thought we had stupid on our foreheads to accept the deal! We asked for our down pmt back so we could go elsewhere, which we had given them in cash an hour beforehand and they said they didn't have it because it had been deposited already and the best they could do was give a check if we came back the next Monday. We said absolutely not, we just gave you cash, where did it go?, and they just kept trying to blow us off. Then they finally said all they could do was give us a check that day. My fiance went through the roof and threw out a quite a few very loud expletives to embarrass the manager in front of a showroom full of customers and at that point our cash down payment magically re-appeared in full in their hands. It was a total fiasco. The salesman is no longer there that we had, but the financing manager is and he was the one pulling all the strings anyway. We took our business to Warren Ford in Warrensburg and had an excellent experience with Scott and we've had the truck for 8 months and love it, got a good fair deal on it, and will go back to them again and again.
