The service department is a joke. I was told that it would take 3-4 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and check my oil pressure gauge. Their shuttle service took me back home to wait for them to finish. 4 hours later I hadn't heard from them and tried calling numerous times. Each time I was automatically transferred to music playing for over five minutes. Finally on my fourth call I got through and found out that they only did the oil change and they asked if they could keep my car overnight. I couldn't do that because I worked the next day. Then to make matters worst I waited 45 minutes for my shuttle before getting my sister to take me there. They told me the person was leaving the dealership in 5 minutes. These people are horrible with communicating and have poor customer service. I will never return here.

Ok I have to start by saying my salesman Daniel was very nice but misleading in the price of the vehicle. I was kinda upset to find it listed online for a lower price than he quoted me. I emailed him and was offered the price. However after bringing the vehicle home my husband noticed the front bumper has a crack and head light retaining moisture. So it appears this car had hit something. Front impact. I emailed my salesman of my concern and no response yet. Pretty crappy to not have this issue disclosed to me before I purchased the vehicle..

Already wrote a review on another site. Prius 4 very cheap, advertised with leather, Nav and garage opener. Pictures indicated cloth. Next day, test drove the car. No Nav, no leather, no garage opener and no back up camera (as they had on their own dealer car sticker.). Car fax was requested but not received. Some damage noted to the car on inspection. They repeatedly tried to tell me it was a 4 model even though I told them it was not. I was right, it was a basic 2 model. I obtained the car fax after leaving the dealership and it noted front end damage. Used car manager was of no help and blamed the misrepresentation on their advertiser. Who printed the misinformation on their own dealer information "sticker" that was in the car? Perhaps the mysterious printer phantom?

This dealership is VERY inconsiderate of peoples time. I was looking at a 2014 Nissan Armada Platinum, with 22,164 miles on the odometer at the time that I drove an hour to go look at. I went to view this vehicle at this dealership on May 21, 2016, which was a Sunday. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted when I walked in the door, by a female. I don't remember her name, but she was very nice. I asked to see Sergio, and she told me that he had left for the day, and that Caleb Tyson would be able to assist me. Well, I told him what I was interested in looking at, which was the Nissan Armada Platinum, and I must add this was the only Nissan on the lot. I guess he didn't care about what I said, because he directed me to the vehicles that I didn't care to look at. I then found where the Nissan was located and I was out in the lot looking at the Nissan Armada for about 15-20 min, and no one came to assist me or anything. I then go back into the building and Caleb asked me did I see anything that I liked and I told him, Yes, the Nissan Armada." He says, "Ok" I then said that I wanted to test drive the vehicle and he stated that I had to fill out some paperwork, before I could test drive the Nissan. I found that to be majorly weird, but hey it could've been a new thing. Well, after that day Sergio made sure to call me every day from that point on. He was leaving messages to come view the truck, and he would make a good deal for me. Granted when I went there the first day, he wasn't there. Now, on May 31, 2016 (Yesterday) Sergio calls me that morning while I am at work, and ask me to come in to test drive the vehicle and he will make me a good offer. Well, I agreed, and said that I would be there at 6:30pm. When I got to the dealership, that same Nissan Armada Platinum, was driving off the lot for a test drive by another couple. I looked at the vehicle, as it drove by. I walked in the door, and I was greeted by the same female as the last time and I asked for Sergio. She tells me that Sergio was on a test drive in the Nissan Armada Platinum, which was scheduled for me to test drive at 6:30pm. Sergio comes back and introduce his self to me and tells me that they will make a good deal for me. I said "Ok" and shock his hand. The guy that was helping me, let me test drive the vehicle and I loved it. We get back to the dealership after the test drive and we sit down and started talking about how the truck was going to be financed. Well, I look over and Sergio is getting a folder with paperwork in it. The couple was still sitting at the table. The guy that I was working with goes over to get his manager to appraise my vehicle, but something didn't seem right. Sergio started glancing over at me, not saying anything, and the couple was looking at me as well. I got up from the table and asked why do you need the manager to appraise my vehicle and they are still here at the table. The sales associate that I was working with tells me that they vehicle was just sold to that couple. Sergio knew what was going on and wasn't even man enough to come and apologize for wasting my time and gas. I will never come back to this dealership again and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP, ESPECIALLY SERGIO!!!!!! If I could've given this no stars I would have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a new Ram Friday a week ago. It took over a week for the we-owes to be completed (too long). When the truck was delivered it was dirty and I sent it back for cleanup. When it was delivered the second time there was oily residue from the tire shine on the front doors of the truck and they only delivered one key. Upon further inspection I found a chip out of the paint below the front bumper. (Could have happened during transport to my home. I will give them that.) There were several excuses made. However, this is a failure on the part of the dealership to properly complete their contract with me as their customer. I excepted this dealership to be much more professional and I am very disappointed.

I met this sales person a few years ago when I bought my car from him and I plan on buying my next car where ever he is. I found us to be kindred spirits. We have the same last name so i felt attached quickly. He was very professional and not that pushy type car salesman that we all Hate. He made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. He was wonderful at explaining all about cars. I would recommend him to anyone I knew and I have sent several of my family to purchase a car from him and they too felt like myself. Had worked a deal on the phone for a truck with the salesman and told them I was on my way to see the truck. Was told to drive three hours to see a vehicle, when I arrived they told me they just sold the vehicle. I made contact with the manager and he said the vehicle was sold four hours prior to my arrival. If this dealership would have had Good customer service and would have told the people someone was looking at it and they would get back with them if the other prospect was not interested. This is called a very greedy salesperson. Does not need to be dealing with the public.

TL;DR. No issues with car until serviced at dealership5yrs no major issues with my car. I take it to this dealership to have the ignition switch recalled. They never called to tell me to pick it up when rdy. i had to argue to find if it was rdy. I pick it up. Two days later my car dies on the hwy while driving smoke coming from hood.

3.5 hours later...test drove 2 used vehicles. We had no trade-ins and were going to finance (because its Christmas time & we were not expecting to have to buy a car at this time - blew engine in current land rover) We worked with Aaron... Nice guy, but promises the moon - "Oh, I'll change out those wheels for you, at no charge, since your wife doesn't like how the y look" / "I'll make you a big deal on either of these two used cars," "We have a lot of room to negotiate here!" "I'm a straight-shooter, I'll give you our best & you'll love it" A bunch of BS. After all was said & done, the paperwork (3.5 hours later mind you) showed us paying $19,471 for a $16,995 car. What a Deal! When asked about what happened to our "deal" it was "Oh, thats an internet special, we cant come down from that." "Those extra fees are built in on ALL of the cars, we cant take those out"I will say, that Jeff worked with us on the financing to get our payments where we wanted them / mo....but only after he Pitched us hard (like a Billy Mays infomercial Pitchman) on stupid stuff like interior scotch-guard and the obligatory 7 yr. extended warranty. No Thanks... No, Really, I'm good - No Thanks! ...No, Thank you though. No, Dont need to add another $7G to my car price right now, please lets move on. All to say, my experience was fair. Dont expect a deal - I bassically walked away feeling like this was a carmax (no price haggle) deal than a dealership ...I just wish I could have saved 2.75 hours of the 3.5 in order to do so.

I went in at the beginning of my decision making process for buying a new truck. The staff were all pleasant. But when it came time to talk money they presented a grid with a very LOW offer on my truck and very HIGH monthly payments. The pressure then began for me to commit to something that day. Would I buy if they could get the payments down. Would I buy if they gave me more for my truck. It is a technique that lots of dealerships use and I hate. Plus when I got home and figured out the interest rate that those payments translated into it was crazy! I researched and found a dealership in South Carolina who deals respectfully with potential buyers and I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to buy from them. I will never go back to Newnan Dodge. Ever.

I can't tell about buying a car there since I only used the service. The service is getting worse from time to time. The wait time for oil change easy 2 hours, for tires 3+ hours and then I needed to return my car because of bad tire balancing. I wasn't welcome with this issue and needed to wait another 3+ hours with the result that is still not OK. Over all my impression is bad customer care and bad management at the service. My tip, use any other dealer it can't be worst.

Called and made an apt for airbag recall and checked parts availability also. Arrived to drop off vehicle, which was a hassle in itself. Went in after ignored in line, shimmied in tiny service desk office, was not on apt list and no parts available. Left frustrated and wasted time. Called to speak to Management. Got run around, treated rudely, and left on terminal hold, sent to gatekeepers, etc. etc. You are warned.

I had found a 2010 Hyundai Elantra on the internet, and it was at an incredible price ($10k for 50k miles). It did have some issues; the GPS unit that came with it needed re-calibration, the floorboard that covers the spare wheel was missing, and (at the time I was checking it out) the power steering was out, but they were just in the middle of repairing it. While negotiating pricing, they were VERY fair in bringing down the price for me (more or less because they were understanding that I am on a budget). AND! While I was waiting for the repairs/replacements that they promised me, they allowed me to rent out one of their Chrysler 200's. For free :)The servicing that I've had done with my car since I bought it has been very professional, and their crew has done a tremendous job, many times bending over backwards, to get everything in proper order and making me a very happy customer. I'd highly recommend them to others.

We recently purchased a new Ram from Newnan Dodge and we are very disappointed in the way they handle things for one the salesman was nice and somewhat helpful, however, he didn't know all of the features on the truck but that is just something that takes time, but my I had an out of state license at the time and when my temporary tags were due, I called to see why we haven't received them they stated well cause I don't have a Georgia drivers license, My wife was on the phone with them and asked why we didn't get informed on this they said they had been trying to get a hold of us since November 2014, which is funny since we didn't purchase the vehicle until January, now here we are on the due day of the tags, no new tag, they won't give us one so now I have to go to the court house and see if they will give me a new temp tag so that I have time to get my Georgia license.. They really are nothing but a bunch of liars there as far as i am concerned. I will never go to them again.

I was in need of a new car, but I was still caught in my current auto loan. I have been to many different car dealerships around Newnan, Ga.; all of them just wanted to run my credit before I even considered buying a car (which is because they have to get a certain amount per-month to meet quota) I decided to go into this dealership because I know my boyfriend's family went there to buy a new car for their daughter. When I pulled up it felt like they were all preying on me and deciding who will get to work with me, which I didn't like; but wasn't surprised because that is just their job. But once I got inside and sate down and told them my price range and my current situation, the car dealer go another dealer to help me who is more experienced which I thought was very different and I am pleased that the original dealer to the initiative to make sure I was in good hands. Jeff Pankey was the car dealer who made everything come together , he made sure I wasn't looking at cars that were not in my budget. He got them to pay off my car and also got the price of my new car down $2,000 because it was originally said to be in my price range. I love that they stick to their word and they make sure you understand everything. He was the most honest and calm car dealer that I have ever come across! This Dealership is horrible! I do not recommended this dealership, make the extra trip and go to Dodge in Union City! Let's start from the beginning. If you are trading in a vehicle, be prepared to make a trip to dodge in newnan to inform them they have to pay off the vehicle you traded in, after having your new car more than a month. Next, be prepared for when you go to the tag office, that no paper work has been completed from dodge showing that you have even purchased the vehicle, and they will also state that the temporary tag that they put on the car the day you drove off the lot was never vailed. Also, make sure you take all the paperwork with you to the tag office so they can complete the necessary paperwork for getting your car registered, again that dodge didn't complete. The third problem is they sent the wrong lender information to my smart pay account;therefore, sending my first car payment to the wrong lender. By them sending the wrong lender information, my first payment was sent to the wrong lender and it stated my first payment was behind because the correct lender did not reiceve payment. With that being said, be prepared to call smart to give them all the correct information that dodge ( once again did not complete) and pray they take off the late charge considering it was dodge's fault. Finally, the last thing is I purchased this car on 11/25/2014, in doing so, I purchased a extended warranty which took care of free oil changes, tires rotated, etc.. for 60,000 miles. However, when I called dodge service department the extended warranty was never put into the system (by now I'm not surprised) so I had to make another trip to show proof and I spoke to Tony Taylor, General sales manager, and he informed me he would get this taken care of first thing on 2/11/2015, and he would call me Wednesday and let me know when everything was completed. I never received a call, so I called today (2/13/2015) and the service department said it wouldn't be in the system until 2/17/2015. I don't understand how difficult it is for employees and managers to do their job and input CORRECT information. I'm praying they will be able to put the information in the system and I do not have to deal with them ever again! If they can't input information in the system correctly, what makes me want to have my car serviced with them!?!? Let's just say, they will never touch my car. I also called and left a message with the general manager and (surprise) never received a return call! I'm giving you a fair warning, do not waste your time, they are all a joke, from sales, to service department, to the managers, to the general manager! Take your business elsewhere!

I had an appointment for an oil change only. 2 hours later I walk out to the service drive to see my Jeep sitting there. I asked the service tech if my Jeep was done and he said no they are still working on it. I said, are you serious, 2 hours for an oil change. It turns out that my Jeep was finished, and they put the keys on someone else's paperwork. Then they couldn't find my paperwork. Finally I was like, just give me my keys. Once I got home I opened the hood to find that the engine cover was just laying on top of the engine. This is the 2nd oil change for my Jeep at this location and I will not be going back.

We drove 2 hours one way to buy the 2015 Jeep Wrangler I wanted. I was looking for a vehicle to replace my old gas guzzler, I wanted to look for some options and was dreading the normal visit to the car dealership where they try and get you to spend the most amount of money for the thing you want least, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived I was greeted by not a face that told me "I am going to take all of your money" but instead a friendly face and a greeting with his name, by that point I was interested, because other places they usually ask my name before giving theirs. I was genuinely surprised when he [Joe] was straight to the point and he took me to the kinds of cars I was looking for, and he quickly narrowed down what I was looking for. (before I even realized it) I also appreciate that when I said 'No' no meant no and not 'maybe'. I was prepared to pull teeth to get him to show me something else, but it was a quick and easy look through, he tried to target what the general population is looking for, which again, impressed me, even though that's not something I was personally looking for I definitely am thankful he was trying to meet needs I hadn't mentioned when he asked what kind of car I was looking for. I appreciate his openness, I didn't feel like he was trying to hide anything or bamboozle me out of any money and I would definitely recommend him to someone who is looking for an upfront sales person who seems like they are there to help you and not pocket all your money! I also worked with an unnamed employee with pretty blue eyes, I liked that he was trying to help with the sale, and appreciated his skill in the art of sales.. But I did not catch his name, I don't know whether he mentioned it or not and he seemed kind of like he was skeptical of what Joe went over with me. He was very friendly other than those hiccups! Chatty and personable! The whole experience was definitely not what I was prepared for.

I have a walking disability, and the car I was interested in was displayed on the front line (a very long walk for me). I called ahead of my visit, and spoke to Jeff Pankey about that specific vehicle l, and he arranged to have it at the entrance area before I arrived. He met with me, let me inspected the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and gave me info that I hadn't even thought about, followed by my test drive. Less than an hour later...I drove my new vehicle home! It was a great experience, with no pressure or complications! Definitely where will send family and friends to do business!

Working in Newnan for a few weeks but needed to have a light checked on my Jeep Grand Cheerokee. Found Newnan Peachtree and visited them mid morning Saturday. What a pleasure it was from the moment I was greeted by Eric in the sales department and the very friendly ladies (so sorry I did not get their names) working with him. Eric and another gentleman checked my car immediately and found I needed a simple repair (bulb replaced) and before I knew it the job was done. I can honestly say I have NEVER been to a dealership for any reason where from the time I walked in until I left they made me feel like their primary reason for being there that day was to make sure I was given great service and felt appreciated. I could tell also from others in the waiting area that they were receiving the same great service. While waiting the short time for the repair I met Isaiah in sales and asked him if he show me the area where the new Jeeps were. I told him I was not really interested in buying and did not want to waste his time but just liked to look....he did not just point and leave but insisted on showing me the new Jeeps on the lot!! When I do get ready to buy my new Jeep I can tell you this dealership will be # 1 on my list to consider that purchase even if I do have to drive 5 hours to visit them!!

The wait for an oil change should have been discussed up front. I made an appointment through their website to make us wait when I had an appointment I would classify as poor customer service. Had the adviser been easier to deal with when I called I would probably have been ok with it. The dealership was good she just could have done a better job will try another one next time.

I cannot ask for anyone to be more efficient and caring than Nikki. Her addition to the service department is definitely a plus for the dealership. She appears to be very knowledgeable about the service available and what is best for me. Also, she always offers the car wash with the service no matter what the service entails. Eric, in Newnan, went beyond the call of duty in determining the problem with my bluetooth and seeing that it was repaired. Had to go back about three days later when a shortage caused my bluetooth to not function but Eric was on it and in no time I drove out a very happy, satisfied customer. While waiting looked at trucks as my husband is in the market since his truck was totaled in an accident. Mike McElhannon was very helpful and when the time comes, we will probably visit Mike for a truck.

I came in looking for a couple of selections for a new car. My old car was just not reliable and I have heard great things about Dodge. I looked at the 200 series and the Darts. I was prequalified and ended up selecting the Dodge Dart. My salesman took me out for the test drive and showed me how to use all the special gadgets! I am very happy with all the results and will recommend Dodge!!

After recently having a bad experience at another local Dodge dealerships service department, I was hesitant to bring my Durango to another dealership for service. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service that I received at Newnan Peachtree CDJR. They were able to complete the repairs that were botched by the other dealership and performed a recall that the other dealership told would take months before the parts became available. Nikki was very friendly and professional. Even though I work closer to another dealership, I will be sure to bring my Durango back to Newnan Peachtree CDJR for service.

Saw a Prius online that was the perfect car for me. Price seemed to be right too so i called to get info. Guy was nice but knew nothing about cars, pre owned certified or anything else. He said the car was there and that he had driven it himself. He asked what i was willing to pay and that they wouldnt lose my business over 1000. He said he would take to his manager and call back. When he called back he said the car had been sent to another dealership and that he had a another car to sell me that was the same car. It wasnt even close to same. He said they would discount it 5000 but when i looked it up online he had given me the same price from website. I wasnt too upset ao far because i know cars get moved. Well he said he thought they could get the car back and he would call just right away and tell me if they could or not. To say the least no further calls to me. I waited a day then looking online the next day the car was still at their dealer and they had even updated the listing. I emailed them with my thoughts. Why didnt they at least call back. Horrible experience!

I wish I could say I had the pleasure of walking into one of Chrysler's finer dealerships in hopes of getting a new Jeep. As I pulled into the lot of Newnan Peachtree City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I was met promptly by Micahel (Mike) McElhannon. I explained I was interested in purchasing a Jeep, as it has always been a dream vehicle of mine, and he collected my information and began the financing process. I won't bore you with all the details, but everything seemed fairly normal with the sales process until he came back to discuss my credit. Mr. McElhannon revealed to me that I required a co-signer in order to get a new Jeep. My heart sank, my dream vehicle was going out the window due to my poor credit history. Alas Mr. McElhannon told me he guaranteed me I could still get my Jeep and a co-signer. I thought to myself, "Okay, I'll bite, maybe he knows something I don't." I nodded at him. He then looked me in the eyes and held his hand shaped like a gun up to my head and said, "If I were to hold a gun to your head and say, 'I will take your life right now if you don't get a co-signer.' I guarantee you will walk out of here right now and go get one." I had no idea that threatening and striking fear for one's life was considered professional or proper when it came to landing a sale. I think this interaction poorly reflects the type of company Chrysler Group LLC is and wants to have displayed to the general public.

I bought my Jeep at a dealership in Griffin. Had a problem with oil pressure switch. They told me that they did not have the part and I would just have to wait and that driving the vehicle could cause damage. They offered no help as far as resolving problem. I called this location and explained the problem to me and Eric in the service department told me to bring it on in and he could get it taken care that afternoon. My wife took the jeep over to them and they provided her with a vehicle to use until they got the repair finished. They finished the repair in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone. They went way out their way to help me. Thanks Eric and Nikki.

I came to the dealership today without an appointment to have the oil changed in my Wrangler. The wait was approximately one hour which was not bad. However, after my vehicle was brought out from the service area, I waited for over 25 minutes and no one ever came into the waiting area to give me my keys and receipt. I finally went into the service area and obtained both. There was a woman in the waiting area who had an appointment at 9:00 am to have the oil changed in her truck. She waited for over an hour and a half, and had to ask the service rep about her vehicle before it was finally ready. Maybe this was just a bad day for some reason, and not their normal type of service. I will give this dealership one more try the next time I need service and hopefully my experience will be better. I will give them props for washing my Jeep - it looked like new again, and there was no charge for washing.

1) The folks in Customer Service and the Technicians never need to discuss their opinions of customers or other employees in front of the Customer. Employee only conversations need to take place behind the scenes. If the staff does not agree with a customer or has opinions about other employees or customers they should keep it to themselves until they are safely out of the vision and listening of the customer. I observed all three of these types of conversations while in the service department. It should not be a place for employees to "Hang Out" Management needs to remain on top of their employees and redirect based upon the work load. The parts staff was the most professional of the staff I encountered. The Expectation for professionalism needs to be understood by all of the Dealerships employees. My interaction seemed as though the dealership was a silo arrangement of departments who did not interact or interacted poorly, which is a direct reflection of the management teams approach to business and customers. 2) Service needs to consider maintaining A list of Current and Scheduled customers with entry and exit times and who is assigned to them. When I arrived (and I was scheduled) The folks in Service were unaware of who I was and sent me to the parts dept. They need metrics which focus on wait times and satisfied customers. The metrics need to visible to the customer 3) The Service waiting area is a pathway from the show room floor which was noisy with employees constantly cutting through the area to get to service or go outside. Further the employees were taking food set out for the guests, the coffee machine in the waiting area did not work. Customers are paying this dealership $100 /hr to repair their cars, consideration should be given to it being segregated out for service customers only. People purchasing vehicles will observe how the service customers are treated which could be a deal breaker for them. People waiting for service are not comfortable in the narrow corridor. Not every customer likes sports, Change the TV station please. 4) Sales persons should be discouraged from sitting on the tables (exterior), perching like hawks waiting for prey. They should be in an office, or on the phone with potential customers or walking the lot (becoming familiar with the inventory) or learning how how to special order and all of the details of the current products (etc). Additionally sales staff need to be identically clothed as do service staff so the customer can easily tell the difference visually. 5) Dealer Staff should not be taking a break in direct vision of the customer (either sales or service customers). They should take their breaks and have their private conversations completely aside from the customers view or hearing 6) Service needs to consider providing some type of electronic device to their customers which it can use to page them (or use their cell) especially if there will be long wait times Additionally the dealer needs to consider their potential to reach out to service customers and advise them of upcoming events and specials (Free wifi which was provided, was not advertised in the service area?). There also exists the potential to sell the service customers food and drinks. 7) The young lady and Tech working in the service department were courteous and their attention to the customers personally was a benefit which was very helpful in my situation. 8) Consideration needs to be given to providing for consultation areas where the technicians and customers can interact concerning their vehicles with the service department employees (when necessary) 8) The dealership was clean and the staff presentable, however it lost its luster because the staff was unprofessional in their actions. Consider having the sales staff wait out of sight until called by the greeting staff (front of the sales lobby), then respond immediately.

My wife and I bought our dream Jeep from this dealership with no complaints at all! Any questions or issues we had were taken care of in a professional manner. Nate Roden has been there with us every step of the way with all of our service needs. Today was no exception. I was running late to have our jeep dropped off for routine service (oil change) in time to get to work. Even though they were busy I was in and out in less than an hour. This in turn gave me plenty of time to make it to work on time. Our Jeep tends to stand out in a crowd and because of the service we have received we always point potential customers to Newnan Peachtree!

I went to newnan chrysler to look for a jeep rubicon. I was met by a friendly salesperson keith. He showed me several jeeps. He was never pushy or tried to rush the sell. We found one i liked and he did a good job negotiating the price with the sales manager shane. We agreed on a price and i was able to get a great finance rate! This dealership is by far better than some others i have been to. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt right at home at this dealership.

I received a letter in the mail regarding a recall on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There was an issue with the air bags which gave them the potential to deploy at any moment. I called the Dodge dealership that is closest to my residence in Newnan. I was given an appointment for the following morning. When I came in, the gentleman at the service desk, Nate, what courteous and polite. He informed me that the repair would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was given a shuttle ride back to my abode, which was very convenient. The shuttle van was clean and enjoyable. Sure enough, less than 2 hours later, I was called by Nate to tell me that my Jeep was ready. The shuttle driver came to pick me up. He was very prompt. I apologize for not catching his name. The repair was free, and the service techs even washed it for me. The best attribute I could give to this particular service department is that everyone seemed content with working on a Saturday morning which made them pleasurable, and everyone talked to me on the customer's level and not like I'm just another invoice to be reconciled.

Cars break. Anything made by man does. The true test of any service department is what they are focused on. Just the repair or the customer? I had a problem with my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. Thanks to the wonderful 100,000 mile power-train warranty, the repair was covered. In fact, the dealership even offered to coordinate a rental car for me free of charge. The staff in the Service Department paid close attention to my needs and communicated effectively. They definitely focused on the customer and the whole experience and not just the repair. Nate and Nikki were both great to deal with. They deserve a raise! Not only will I continue to take my car there for service, my next purchase will be from there as well.

I spent two days on Phone talking to a Salesperson about an '09 Grand Cherokee I was super interested in going down to see. I was selling my'09 Honda Fit (or trading it in to this Dealership whichever came first) to upgrade to SUV. I had my Honda on Craigslist and had given the info to the Salesman so their Sales Evaluator Person could at least get a general idea of the vehicle I might be trading in if it came to that. The pictures of the Cherokee on the internet looked fantastic and I was excited it would be the vehicle for me. We made approx. 8-10 phone calls back and forth for two days as I was an hours drive away from Dealership to discuss possible trade-in and haggled a little on the prices of both vehicles until we reached a verbal agreement on both (depending on them seeing my car and me seeing their in person of course). Well turns out I sold my car to a private owner for 2K more than I owed on it as it was in Pristine condition and immacutely clean (I had detailed it myself for three hours before I put it on Craigslist) the couple that bought it said it looked brand new to them. I called the Dealership, told them I had sold my car and would no longer be interested in trading it in, but, was still super interested in buying the Cherokee and that I could come down that afternoon to look at it. They were excited and made an appt for 2pm, even had someone call me back to confirm the appt time. They also said since I was coming from a ways away they promised they would work with me to make me a Customer for life and would not lose my business over Price, Financing or anything else.My husband and I go down (an hours drive one way) and get to Dealership to find the Salesman finishing up with another customer and are told to take a look at the Cherokee in lot out front till he brings keys to us in 5-10 mins. We walk over to vehicle and immediately see that it is Filthy on the outside and don't understand why it looks like this. We proceed to look thru windows and find it is also Dirty on the inside. The Salesman comes out with the keys and I say "It is not necessary to open the doors, I can see how Dirty this vechicle is and I'm not interested in even looking at it (the pictures appeared to look fantastic). He proceeds to tell us that they don't detail a trade-in vehicle until someone buys it-----------------SERIOUSLY--------------------you actually expect me to sign my name on the dotted line for a $12K vehicle and hope the stains come out of the inside cloth seats and carpet when it is cleaned up. Well we decided to drive it anyway since we had come a long way to look at it and found it had several issues besides the filth. The Salesman rode with us and did not speak a word to us the entire time the three of us were in the car unless I spoke to him first (it was very awkward). Got back to the Dealership and told him this was definitely not the vechicle for us, I said if we don't find something in the next few days we may check back with you (just trying to be polite) and his response was "Oh, well, this car will be gone tomorrow as it is going to the Auction house"------------------------Now I get it------------you were trying to sell me a piece of Crap!!!!! He shook our hands and thanked us for coming and went back into the Dealership and left us standing on the sidewalk-----shaking our heads at each other. We got back into our truck, looked at each other and said, "What just happened here"? The one thing I REALLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND was why the Salesman did not try to simply sell us another vehicle, he knew we were READY, WILLING, AND ABLE BUYERS AND A SURE SELL!!!!!!I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Several reasons:1. very little product knowledge-I purchased a "certified pre-owned" Jeep. The screws were missing to take out the two front tops of the hard top. I was told those weren't needed but were only for cosmetic purchases. Only one salesman knew those were NEEDED, not optional.2. they took the tag off my car (they weren't supposed to keep it).They lost my tag and I had to purchase a new plate.3. when I went to pick up my tag (3 days after the expiration date of my paper tag because no one could tell me how to get my tag) i was told it would come to them adn they would call me. I was later told it would be mailed to my house. I was told two days after mine expired that it was at the tag office waiting for me to pick it up. When I went to get it I was told they couldn't sell me a tag because the DEALERSHIP DID NOT HAVE AN EMISSIONS TESt PERFORMED. (what does certified pre-owned mean?????)4. The radio was not working properly, the stations would not come in clearly. They were all static. They ordered a new antenna. IT DIDN'T CORRECT THE PROBLEM!! 9(again what does CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED MEAN????)5. i PURCHASED MY jEEP IN DECEMBER AND HAVE PUT RIGHT AT 2600 MILES ON IT. NOW MY "CHANGE OIL" LIGHT IS ON. WAIT- WOULDN'T THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED DURING THE 100+ POINT INSPECTION THAT A "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" VEHICLE GOES THROUGH?????6. i JUST RECEIVED A BILL TELLING ME I HAD NOT REGISTERED MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT AND I SIGNED THE PAPERWORK SAYING THEY TAKE CARE OF THE TRANSFER.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME STOPPING AT THIS PLACE. NO ONE HAS A CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AS NEW AS IT IS-THEY ALREADY HAVE A NEW OWNER AND IT IS WORSE NOW THAN BEFORE. SALESPEOPLE DO NOT STAY. IN TWO MONTHS SINCE MY PURCHASE, MY SALESMAN HAS QUIT, ALONG WITH 2 MORE THAT I AM AWARE OF. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS SENSE AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL "MAKE IT RIGHT" THEY DO NOT!!! THEY EVEN LAUGH WHEN I GO IN THERE AND ASK ME "WHAT NOW???" REALLY??? I HATE EVEN GOING BY THERE. I HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO CONTACT THE CHRYSLER COMPANY TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION. I THINK THAT IS AN EXCELLENT IDEA.

First, they sold me a car for 2,000 dollars more than what it was listed for on the internet, which I will take some of the blame for not having my phone with me to check. When I asked about this discrepancy my answer was basically, "oh well". Second, my car had a nail in the tire when purchased. I had taken it in twice to have the tires checked, and it wasn't until the third time (almost a month after purchase) did they ACTUALLY look at it to find a nail. At this time they tried to tell me that it was my responsibility. Third, I was promised mats for my vehicle by TWO of the sales team members. I called several times, got the run around, they lied to me about the situation and told me they were on the way, on the way, on the way. I finally spoke with the Sales Manager, Shane, and he told me that he would contact me ASAP to resolve the issue. He said that Laurie made a promise that was not approved but that he would get everything taken care of. Instead of him calling me back, he had Keith or Kevin, or whomever call me back. He stated that he knew exactly who my boyfriend and I were, he remembered us, and that he would NEVER say we would get mats and he didn't remember anything about that - OF COURSE HE WOULD SAY THAT! Either way, he did. The saleswoman also knows she said it too, otherwise why would she keep lying about it. After Keith/Kevin got loud with me and began to talk rudely over me while I was talking, he brought up that the dealership had already had problems with me about my tire and that I would not be getting what I wanted. I asked him to have the Manager return my call, he said he would. Which I still have no heard back. Shocking.With all this being said, I still have to use the dealership for maintenance and the oil changes I bought through the extra insurance. Luckily, I will only have to work with the Service Dept, and I thought they were wonderful.In hindsight, I wish I would have returned my vehicle within the three days so that I never had to step foot in a dealership that calls their customers liars and refuses to follow through on their word.Very unhappy, will post this review everywhere so people can see how they treat their customers.

I was stuck in Georgia about a year ago and trying to get back home. my radiator fan motors died and my car was overheating. it seemed right to go there at the time. I knew nothing about cars and wanted the quick easy solution. I went in and told them my situation and they were extremely nice to me and understanding and told me they could get it done within the next two days but they would tell me the cost over phone after they find the problem (could of been wiring, motors, relays etc). I waited for the call which was extremely fast it was the next day he said they charge an hourly rate of $80 or so and then parts he said it shouldn't take any longer than an hour to install. so I was fine with that he went ahead and ordered the two motors. then said the shipment didn't come in today three days go buy he still didn't have the shipment in. I sat around and waited about 5 days until he received them, then he told me the total cost would be around $700. which it outrageous for two fan motors which are $66 each and the fact that I had to wait that long for that ridiculous price. WHO HAS THAT KIND OF MONEY WHEN YOUR 18!! I felt conned into that because I was stuck and they trapped me by taking my radiator apart so I couldn't drive it off the lot without paying them anyway even if I chose to do it on my own at that point. so I went ahead and paid them to do it to get home I WOULD'T recommend going here unless you have a ton of money to waste. I could of ordered the parts and fixed It for $160!!! for the whole fan assembly and two motors off of rockauto, and got it done in the same amount of time it was there. Plus I would of saved over $500! and a lot of my time. Other than there ridiculous pricing and spotting a way to take advantage of someone they were really nice and polite and kept me up to date on things.

Yet again, great customer service. Took the Challenger in this weekend for oil change and small maintenance issue. Jason took good care of me: oil change complete, small maintenance issue addressed, and they washed my car as well. The waiting area has a new coffee machine that is awesome (try the french roast). I had a very good experience with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and seemed excited you stopped to look at their cars. Tiffany Little was very nice to deal with. She was interested in answering all your questions or went to the source if she didn't know the answer. She has since written me emails and thanked me profusely for doing business at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler. My only complaint was that my car did not have an owners manual in it. It had to be ordered. That is not the dealerships fault though. That is a Chrysler problem. My car has alot of bells and whistles though and I do not know how to operate them yet because I have not received my book. I would recommend this dealership though. They are very anxious to earn your business.

On November 20, 2013 I decided to buy a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Don Jackson in Union City. I chose Don Jackson because it was a closer location. Two months later, I woke up at 6:30 a.m on a Saturday because I got called in to work. 28 degrees and earlier than anyone should be up on a Saturday, I jumped into my truck to head to work. I turned the key and a message came on the digital panel that said "wrong key fob." I called Don Jackson and after sitting on hold for 8 minutes, they put me on the line with a man in the service department that was irritable and acting like I was inconveniencing him. I spent the rest of my morning trying to get the situation handled through Don Jackson. Around noon I was extremely frustrated, missed work, and decided to call the Newnan store. I was greeted by a much friendlier receptionist who told me she would transfer me to Jason. At this point I had an attitude and hopefully by judging the scenario you can understand why, but when Jason got on the the phone he sounded sincerely concerned with my situation. He wasn't able to do anything over the phone, although he made great effort to find a solution. Looking back, it doesn't matter that I still had to get the vehicle towed in and the mechanics probably will fix the vehicle the same way as Don Jackson would have. What does matter is that when I was in a bad situation, Jason and everyone I interacted with at the Newnan store were empathetic, helpful, polite, and just good people. I will certainly share this information with anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and would certainly make my next purchase there. Thank You!

This dealer has no regard for anything you say. You tell them you're not ready to but, and they start throwing in all these take-it or leave-it offers of payment deferrals and such. Then, after they tried offering me $8,000 for my $12,000 car(KBB & NADA), they have the nerve to ask me for $5,000 to shore-up the "negative equity" that they just created. You could've had a great customer and your salesman could've had a great sale, but Ray obviously didn't want my business.

I went first time there, after one month of their ground opening, I pull up my vehicle in their B no one say hi or can I help you?, I wait for a while, still no one talked to me I entered their office, two people working behind their computer, they did not look at me I waited, they seemed busy but again no one talked to me then I talked to them and one of them answer me that they are very busy and they can not take my car, I asked what should do, he said to come back latter, asked when he said he do not know but at least after one week, I took my car to Dodge dealer in LaGrange, they were great, they fix it in same day. After three month from this or more, I have check engine light on, went again to them to give them another chance, it exactly same thing happened no one will say hi to you, I have to wait again and again before some one feel sorry for you and talk to you, but this time they took my car and they said they can not get into it but next day, the part that need to be changed only for $30 but the final bill was three hundred dollars, even they told me that it will take only one and half hour to be replace, when I questioned the prices they said they will wash my car too include, but they never did

They don't stand by there word. Wife signed a contract that they withdrew after it as signed. She had no proof of income so I had to co-sign for her. With a interest rate locked in on contract they came back and changed the interest rate saying the bank changed it. Salesman lied to make a sale. Jeff said and I quote " they will make the contract good if not will have to put you back in your trade-in. It took the dealership three days to get the banks approval. They also told me they would pay the trade off at 5530 and only paid 5230 and put it wrong on contract. The finance manager keep changing as the original knew of his mistake and passed it off to Ray. The car was not even detailed, my 8 year old son does a better job. Only one key came with car and they would not even give me (order a spar key for the deal). I asked to speak with General Manager and wouldn't even allow me talk with him. This dealership is not in it for service but for the money. They didn't even mention the OwnerCare that comes with the car. I have purchased five new vehicles and will not be back to this dealership for purchase, nor refer anyone here. There service is excellent although when it comes to the care of your vehicle. Jason is very friendly and listens. I have been a Dodge owner for over twenty years and this is the wrong place to buy.

I believe investing in a Quality team to give a quality experience to my clients and that is what Newnan CDJR has done with Rodney and Ray on their team. Rodney really helped me recognize the value in my decision and never once tried to over sell or push me around. He recognized my need and budget and worked his hardest to get me where I needed to be. He was patient with me as it took a couple of days to make a decision. We went on several drives before I was completely satisfied with my choice. He even sent it through detail twice after it came out to be ready to get the slight discoloration on the new tires from the markings on them. He was not going to let me out of there before I got exactly what I paid for, whether I realized the imperfections or not. I trust this guy. Honesty, integrity, and respect. Ray was the same exact way. He gave it to me straight and did his absolute best for me. I was happy with the entire experience.

Both the automotive service and the customer service were excellent. While they kept my car for a few days, they made certain that I had a loaner, and my car runs very nicely since it was fixed. The customer service, as stated, was also excellent, with any employee interactions being friendly & professional. In particular, my service advisor, Nate Roden, was very friendly and helpful, doing his best to clearly explain what was needed for the car. Additionally, Nate went above & beyond the requirements of his position to ensure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible, due to the lack of my own vehicle. All in all, while no one likes to spend either time or money getting their car serviced, the folks here did their best to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

I was in your dealership on Thursday, I had the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Your staff was very friendly and professional. I did not intend to buy a car when I visited the showroom. I was going to come by and just "kick some tires" and leave. I honestly did not expect to even qualify for any car that day. I had planned on buying a car next year. But when Tiffany Little, with her kind sweet demeanor, took me on a few test drives, I fell in love with that pre-owned Chrysler 200. With a lot of numerical maneuvering from Zeek and Ray Gibson, they were able to get me close to the payments I wanted. I thought I would have "buyers remorse" but I am so happy with my purchase that I smile every time I get in my car. I will recommend everyone I know to this dealership. I plan on a future purchase of a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter when she is old enough to drive, and I'll be getting it here at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler. You guys are fantastic. Aaron has been working to find me the "perfect" Jeep for me. Price was a big factor, but I had specific requirements like color and power options. He stayed in touch with me weekly to let me know where he was with his current inventory and as soon as a used Jeep came in fitting my criteria, he contacted me. My son and I were looking for a good quality used car for him to use through college. We saw a used Civic listed at Newnan Peachtree City Chrysler Dodge that was at a great price. We were just looking, but when we saw the car, it was very clean, in good shape, and at a price he could afford, we figured that we would talk about it. The test drive went great as well as the customer service. Donald O'Neal was very helpful, and we ended up purchasing the Civic that evening. We did have a concern about one of the seat belts, but Newnan Dodge was quick in helping us to solve that issue as well - with no hassle! It was a great buying and learning experience for my son. He loves the car, and I would recommend this dealership.

Stopped by to look at a Charger. I had been considering buying one for a while. I generally HATE the process and pressure involved in buying a car. However, Rodney, our sales specialist, was awesome and very knowledgeable about the products and all of the packages. I found him to be very honest, personalble, and friendly. The entire staff was great to work with and the atmosphere was friendly and not overpowering. I had a good expereince. The Manager was very nice and easy to talk to, I had a good feeling when speaking with both he and Rodney while negotiating the deal. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and Rodney to my friends and family! I asked for cards when I left to hand out. Great folks!

We bought our Jeep in another state and after driving it we found two minor issues with it. The Jeep dealership we bought it at disregarded our concerns but Jason and the team at Newnan CDJR fixed everything and did it with a smile. I had to leave our car with them for a week and even though I called everyday to see if it would be fixed that day, they never seemed annoyed with me and promised they were doing everything they could to figure out the problem. This was the first time I visited this new dealership (it has been open for 7 mos.) and I was very impressed. With it being new, the facilities themselves were very nice, well maintained and clean; the waiting area was large enough to handle lots of people with complementary coffee to drink and TVs to watch.As for the service, I brought in my Dart which is still under warranty. I had brought it to the dealership I bought it at and asked them to try to identify and fix the problem for me, they had it for two days and all they could tell me was "we couldn't replicate the stated problem" (This was the second issue I had with the car that rendered this same response from them). This was very frustrating, so I decided to seek out a different service department. James Buccini was my service writer in Newnan; he had the techs look at my car, identified the issue quickly and got me a loaner so I could get into work. I would also like to give credit to the Enterprise there in Newnan who contracts loaner vehicles with this dealer, they work quickly and efficiently together to get the customer on their way with no hassle and are very helpful and professional. All the staff, from the moment I pulled in the service bay to the time I picked my car up to drive home, were very attentive, asked if I needed anything, if I had any questions/concerns, and explained the status of my vehicle at multiple times without me prompting or pestering them for information. And with all this, they managed to do it in a respectful and friendly way, where I didn't feel like I was being treated as a "dumb female" who doesn't know anything about her vehicle or excluded from the "good 'ol boy's club" that car care can be at some places (namely the Columbus dealership I bought it from...and the Union City Chrysler/Dodge dealer who I have also brought the car to).My car is now safe to drive again, and I will definitely be returning to the Newnan dealership when my car requires service again.

My experience there was excellent. My reason for going was not so pleasant being that my Jeep had just blown up and I had no plan of getting another car. But Mr. Smith overheard me talking to my parents and decided to help me out. He was very patient and understanding. He reassured me that you all could solve my problems. And he went above and beyond to insure that we were comfortable. He also showed great salesmanship by taking us on a test drive. My husband, parents and I were extremely pleased. My 18 year old Son return to Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday due to a warning light on my 2010 Chrysler 300 certified preowned automobile that I purchased 30 days ago. After leaving my vehicle with James in the service department my Son waited to get the results. Surprisingly to me I received a call from Anthony within the hour! He advised me there we some codes found and they would need to keep my vehicle to trouble shoot. I agreed and we made arrangements for a loaner vehicle. Later that afternoon James telephoned to tell me they found and corrected the issue.I have been to other dealerships/mechanics in the past (with previous vehicles) and always seemed to have had a hard time trusting the way they serviced my vehicles, possible costing me at lot of money. I have not experienced the level of commitment to customer service as I have with the service dept. here at Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. A special thanks goes out to James and Anthony for being so helpful in assisting with the servicing of my vehicle. Newnan CDJR has recently opened in Newnan, GA and I believe they are on the right track for success. I feel its a great dealership which has earned my trust and continued business. I am from Auburn, Alabama and called and spoke to Rodney Prather looking for a specific van; 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. The van was just loaned to a customer while they were fixing hers, but he managed to get it back by the morning and get her a different vehicle. He was proactive before I even came to the dealership. Super friendly. My husband came to deal with all the pricing back and forth negotiations and everything went great. Taurus Williams was a pleasure to work with and finalize the closing paperwork. After my persistence with Rodney, Dave Refsland really made me happy when he ordered/included 2 wireless headsets and a remote. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased my van and I have stayed in contact with Rodney several days a week because he wanted to make sure I was getting everything I was promised. Terry Holmer just sent me another key fob, key already cut, i just need to get it programmed. He also included touch-up paint in the overnight package. Everyone has gone over and beyond, even weeks after the sale has been finalized. Customer service is very important to them and to me, they mastered this! It was worth driving 75 miles one way. Actually - was worth the total 300 miles to complete the sale. I would do it again. I highly recommend Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Team Rodney!

This was my second visit to this dealership and I have found them (especially Nate Roden) to be the best. I had previously used the dealership in Union City for my service, but I have to say, the service staff at Newnan puts them to shame. Went in this weekend to get our Durango serviced (oil change, tire rotation, and minor maintenance issue). Nate and Jason were working, and did a great job as usual. James fixed the accounting issue that had caused a hiccup with my service contract, so this time it was accepted with no problems. These guys have a great attitude, are truly focused on the customer's needs, and deliver outstanding service. After that a technician helped me install new rear cordless earphones for the DVD player. He showed me the procedure once again so that I was sure how to do this again if needed. I went to this dealership and found a used Civic there for sale that I wanted to buy (this was on a Friday). They told me they would fix the two obvious problems with the vehicle, do an inspection, and that I could come back and pick it up and pay for it that afternoon. When I went back the car was not fixed or ready, but I went ahead and paid for it. They told me they would have the car fixed the following day (Saturday). They did not. Then they told me it would be fixed and delivered to me a couple days later on Tuesday. They brought the car to me, but had not fixed it. So, I had to send the car back. Then they were supposed to fix the car and bring it to me on Thursday. This did not happen. On all of these days I called the dealership repeatedly to find out the status of the car, as I was leaving town and needed the vehicle. I could not get any of my sales representatives on the phone. One time late in the day I told the receptionist who answered the phone that nobody had contacted me and she said she would have them contact me. They did - by texting me. How discourteous and unprofessional. That Thursday when I still did not receive the car I ended up talking to David, the General Sales Manager. He was very rude and unapologetic on the phone, making me feel like a second-rate citizen for buying a used car. He promised they would have the car fixed and delivered to me the next morning. This would be the fifth time they had promised me the car. It didn't show up. I finally had to call them that day and remind them to please bring me my car, which they eventually did.And when I first purchased the car on the previous Friday they told me they would do an inspection and make sure the car was in good working order, and let me know if it had any issues. Since I have gotten the car I have had to spend about $1200 just to make it drivable.The staff at this dealership was so rude, so evasive, and had a complete lack of concern about the safety of my car or customer service towards me.

I am a mother of a 2 year old with a baby on the way, so I figured it was time to upgrade to a minivan. After research online, I decided to look at the Chrysler Town & Country. Within minutes of pulling onto the lot, I met Ray Gibson, who was so very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He pulled the vehicle up to the door for us and promptly took us for a test drive. He thoroughly explained all the features of the van and provided pricing information. I returned with my husband a few days later. We were so impressed with the used vehicle we had originally looked at, that we ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. The "negotiating" process, which I usually hate, went very smooth and quick. Our last car purchase at a VW dealer took forever and was such a hassle. This was definitely not the case here at Newnan CDJR. Ray and the business manager Taurus Williams were both so great to work with. Taurus was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable while discussing our financing options. He reviewed options to see what worked best for us and went over all the paperwork in detail, confidently answering all of our questions. Our experience was fantastic in buying our new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. Malcolm Smith was thorough with his explanations about the vehicle and follow-up to our questions. In addition, his style seemed to fit exactly what we were looking for in a sales person. He was not pushy and allowed us space to make a decision. Other experiences we have had at other dealerships (Toyota of Newnan in particular) was not so positive. You can't even drive on walk on the lot without being hounded and prodded to purchase. Our experience with Malcolm could not have been better and makes this dealership a place we will more than likely continue to shop for our vehicle needs. Finally, our experience with Taurus Williams was just as fantastic. He explained all of the warranty programs in detail and made us feel like he cared about the financing rate that would be afforded to us as part of the transaction. This was my first car purchase in 14 years and I was nervous about it. The second I met the friendly staff at Newnan CDJR, my fears were put to rest. They had me laughing and relaxed within minutes and my nerves calmed. They took the time to get to know me and my personality and made the entire buying experience almost seem to fade away! Before I knew it, I had my new car and was driving off the lot, feeling like I was the winner of the day... here is the story of my Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience:I had no idea what kind of car I wanted but I went to the dealership prepared with how much I could spend per month. I asked Ken and Keith to give me 3 choices to look at within my budget. They took the time to ask me questions about my lifestyle and needs for a vehicle. I'm an outside sales consultant with two kids, 4 & 8 who both still use booster seats and I'm an avid golfer who carries my clubs wherever I go. Until that day, I'd driven an SUV but felt it was time to "step it up" a bit and represent myself better for my job. In addition, my kids are a bit older now and are not as messy as they used to be in the car (ie; food, crayons, toys everywhere) and also, I don't require the amount of kid gear I used to have to travel with. I was ready for a new "grown up" vehicle.With this information, they chose a really cool looking 4 door Jeep, a Jeep Loredo and something I would not even think of for myself, a black on black on black Dodge Charger. I wish I could post a picture here. It was so cool looking... certainly not something a Mommy might drive. I looked at them like they were crazy. Then I made them go on the test drives with me.We took the roof off of the Jeep and cruised around town - very cool vehicle, I thought my kids would LOVE it and it had plenty of room for my golf clubs and various sales materials I carry around with me all day. Next the Jeep Loredo - classy! I liked how smooth it drove and it had some amazing features inside that made me feel luxurious and very important :0) I thought this one would be the one.Lastly, the Dodge Charger. We left the lot and I told them I wanted to drive on the freeway to see how it felt. Right away, this car and I bonded. On the freeway I opened her up a bit and oh my ... people were getting out of my way! I'd never experienced road respect before driving this car! We pulled off the freeway and headed back to the dealership on some country roads - the back way. It handled so well on the windy roads! By this time I had lowered my windows and opened up the sun roof (I'm a fan of the wind in my hair) and I started recieved some funny looks from people around me in their cars ... looks of surprise that a Mom was driving this cool car!Needless to say, this car has brought out some inner cool-Mom being I didn't even know existed! Yes, I bought the Charger. If those guys had not gotten to know me, they likely would not have even suggested this car. They listened to what I said, learned about my personality and successfully matched a car with a Mom and made me feel cool in the process! Thanks to everyone at Newnan CDJR: You guys are super-fun, the showroom is beautiful and state of the art, the music is up-beat, everything down to the art on the walls is beautiful. The buying experience was a very pleasant experience. The Sales Associate (Ray Gibson) was very patient and provided several different sales figures for various vehicles. I appreciated that all scenarios were upfront and and easy to understand. During the final completion of paperwork in the finance office, I had several questions. The Sales and Finance Manager were very cordials and explained everything in a non-defensive, non-aggressive way and in straight forward and clear language. Ray took me back to met the service manager and spent at least 30 minutes with me to setup the bluetooth application and went thru the various systems of the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was at a "better than average" price and fell in the NADA, Kelly blue book and Edmonds Range figures.

Very friendly and helpful. Test drove 4 different vehicles on a miserable rainy day. Malcolm answered all questions and even have a breakdown of all car features after the purchase.

From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was a pleasant one. My Sales associate Malcolm Smith was exceptional in showing us the inventory as well as letting us our options and adding his experience. While the entire purchase experience was great from our interaction with the owner on down to the team, this notion was driven home once we purchased our vehicle and reconnected with Malcolm for the vehicle function and accessory overview. Malcolm spent near 40 minutes walking my wife and I through the points of the vehicle, details and features. this was EXTREMELY helpful as my wife had recently been in a car accident and wanted to ensure the next vehicle we purchased was in good or and secure. Malcolm most definitely fortified that notion. The walk through and introduction of the people in the Service Center was also a wonderful experience. Quite simply, you just do not receive Customer Service like that anymore! This experience with Malcolm with the entire Newnan Chrysler Dodge team was wonderful and I am planning to by my next vehicle from them and have it be part of the family. Hats off to you guys for a wonderful experience on the Southside.

The service was impeccable from the time I walked into the door till I walked out with my crystler 200!!! I love it. Seth was my sales man and didn't try pushing me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I highly recommend him he was very Knowledgeable of the cars they had on the lot. Ken and Taures were awesome getting me the lowest rate possible. I stopped in just to look and ended up buying a new truck. Matt, being new to car sales, was refreshing to deal with. The manager was honest and up front with the deal. Even sitting in the dreaded cubicle of finance was pleasureable. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The longest part was waiting on me to decide to sign the papers.
