We just bought a brand new 2016 3500 dually from the dealership. We dealt with Jessie Richards and he was superb! They went out of their way to get us at the price we needed and to make it work for our budget. They were friendly and attentive. Also, they worked to get us in and out as quickly as possible. This may not seem like much but the paperwork can get lengthy and with children at home we wanted to get home as soon as possible.

Very good communication through phone/texts/emails. We shopped blindly online through several dealerships. We did extensive research. When we finally chose the dealership to deal with, it was Nimnicht! All of our questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase, just helpful guidance. We were amble to do much of the "paperwork" over the computer. We wanted to minimize our time on the car lot and in the office. They met all our needs and requests. We look forward to dealing with them for many years to come. If we had just one negative, it would be that the second we parked (to finish our in person paperwork), we weren't even out of the car, and 2 salesmen were already approaching us. That's the reason we shopped on line, to avoid that. Overall the experience was wonderful for us.

We came in expecting one thing and got another. It wasn't like other experiences I've had. I was greeted with a smile and handshake, not the usual pushyness I've experienced before. ( I actually had two guys sprint at me to see which could get to me first, without a smile or handshake.) I was actually talked to and treated respectfully. After a head on collision my insurance company totaled my vehicle. I searched for a similar vehicle and found it at Nimnicht. When my husband and I drove up we met Errol Farber. He found the vehicle and while on a test drive the check engine light came on. We really wanted the vehicle and Errol promised to have repairs done. He kept us posted each day until all the repairs were made and we were able to pick it up. He arranged a courtesy vehicle for us as well.

My car is special to me as other people's cars are to them. If your car is special to you, don't expect your feelings to be shared by the people here. The service department treated my car like job number X or Y for the day. Here's my story:When I made the appointment for my 500 miles oil change, AND when I arrived at the dealer and spoke with the service writer that morning, I wanted to verify a couple of things beforehand. First, that a Corvette trained tech would be working on my car. I was assured both times that that would be the case. Well, luckily I followed my car within the dealership compound and noticed that a junior tech was about to work on my car. I had to ask that he not work on it, and that the Corvette tech do the work. They obliged, but I had to be there and say something. Also verified when I made the appointment and with the service writer that morning is my second request, and that being that 9 quarts of oil be put in, and I be given the 10th quart to add (if needed) when I got home. This is a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport that is equipped with a "dry sump" oil system that mandates the oil be changed after the initial 500 miles engine break-in period. It should also be mentioned, that there is a special oil level check procedure for the Corvette's dry sump oil system, and that all too often too much oil is put in, resulting in the oil level being too high. Well, 9 1/2 quarts were put in, and when I got home, the oil level was over the "full" mark. Also, I had to ask for the remaining quart- rather 1/2 quart. Perhaps if I stood over the tech's shoulder while he was doing the job I wouldn't have this overfill situation.Not something I requested, but had I known the following was to happen, I definitely would have, and that is for them not to park the car over a huge puddle while the car is waiting for a lift, because doing so would force whoever gets in it, to step in the puddle of who-knows-what, and leave a trail of that muck on and in the car. And that is exactly what happened, and, to add insult to injury, the mess was left for me to clean. And before the car was driven to the front for me to pick it up, I took a picture of my car on top of the puddle and showed it to the service writer. His comment was "that's why we put mats in the car". BTW- there were no mats put in the car.

We purchased a 2016 Chevorlet SS and unfortunately the vehicle was placed on a Do Not Sale list due to a manufacturer recall for the seatbelt tensioner. Our Sales Associate Torie did an amazing job keeping me up to date weekly and sometimes daily. Due to no fault of her own we did have to reach out to GM to get the part expidited and Torie continued to keep in touch and up to date with the status in order for the Sale and purchase to go through by months end with the agreed upon pricing. I purchased a new vehicle from Nimnicht a couple of months ago. I didn't want a vehicle without leather seats and a navigation system. The first car I looked at had both of these but was sold before I had time to think about it. A second carwas brought from another town but did not have the navigation system. Thanks to wonderful sales people like Justin Drake and Deborah Bass, the navigation system was put in and I feel I got a great deal. This is the 4th purchase fromNimnicht starting in the late 60s and I wouldn't go any place else. After purchasing my vehicle, Shane, whose job is to show people how to work all thecontrols inside was very helpful and patient with explaining how everything worked. When you have people who go out of their way to please, why go anyplace else. Why settle for less when you can get the best at Nimnicht.

From the moment we walked into Nimnicht Chevrolet until we drove home in our brand new Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport was an exciting experience. Don Sanders worked with us tirelessly and answered every "silly" question I had. Don treated us like old friends and took extra time to explain everything to us. He even helped set up My Chevrolet and OnStar apps on our phones. His patience was impressive and he rates 5 stars all by himself! From the moment i stepped on to the dealership until I left I have nothing bu rave reviews to shout about! first of all unlike some other dealerships that I have visited recently, I was greeted as I approached the door. I have been totally ignored by salespeople at some other places and left to wander the lot alone. The salesperson Jessie who assisted me through the process promptly came to escort me to his office and within 20 minutes we had completed most of the paperwork and I was given the keys to go on a test drive. Just a short while late I was signing my loan agreement and out the door with my new car! I won't make this review too long but I can say truthfully if you are need of a vehicle Nimnicht Chevrolet is the place to go!

After spending the previous day searching the area and finding nothing in my price range or anybody willing to work with me, I was pleased to find a deal on the website that fit my range. We pulled up on the lot on a Saturday morning and drove off with my truck a couple hours later. Our sales person, Gary Berger, made us feel welcomed right away. There were no tricks or gimmicks. Just a straight forward buying experience. Mr. Berger stayed with us the entire time through the sale and signing papers. We had a great talk as well. In the end I was more than satisfied with my truck and the price I got it at. Next time we buy a car we will start with Nimnicht first. Thanks to Gary Berger and the team.

Worst paperwork processing ever delt with for buying a new vehicle. Did all applications before ever showing up at dealer, (We live an hour and a half away), still took 3 hrs.and that was only after I threatened to leave in 15 min. if they could not get it done. It has been over 5 weeks and still do not have a tag. For a dealership who claims they sell over 400 vehicles a month they just lost one who will not return.

My experience at Nimnicht was exceptional starting from the time I got there till I became the proud owner of a car. The sales representative was very cordial and I could tell almost right away that he wasn't just trying to sell me a car, but he wanted me to leave the dealership a satisfied customer. I went with so much confusion that I wasn't sure of what I wanted. The sales rep was not pushy at all, but he took time to ask questions in stages till I envisioned a picture of what I wanted. Then he brought 2 cars that were exceptional and he gave me as much time as I wanted to look into which one will work best for me. I was extremely impressed because of some difficult questions that I had and how he answered them with ease and assurance. All the staff that I encountered from then on even through the financial department were very amiable, and I got an excellent deal such as I have never experienced before. Bought a used Suburban for a very good deal. Their price to begin with was not above the NADA (which many have been at other dealerships) then they made a fair deal from there. Gary Berger was very helpful and professional through the whole transaction. Vicki in finance was also very polite and professional. I would have given them 5 stars, but it took about 4 hours to do all the paper work (I don't think they expected to be so busy on Father's Day). Although the play area did entertain our daughter very well.

I had been dealing with another local dealer which actually was closer to my residence for the last month. My experience with them was stagnant to say the least. I felt what I was wanting to pay for my vehicle was fair after much research and with the information I saw other customers had paid. First of all, I thank Matt Golat who were my salesman for calling me, about my 1 year experience, I told him I like my Equinox, and I had two concerns he said, "call service and make an appointment". I did and the appointment were made. Second, when I stepped out of my vehicle there were Patrick Harper, I felt at home, I had this vicarious feeling... like returning from overseas and stepping of the plane on United States sole . I saw him before and he helped me before...but I forgot his name...This time I asked for a card.. I shook his hand and he smiled, he said to me you got coffee we have coffee inside, I said, "oops", and I told him my concerns he stated Ms. Kim is going to help you and I give my keys to Ms. Kim and I told her my concerns, she had a smile. Third, my name were called over the intercom to come to service. So they took care of one of my concerns. But my second one I wanted my head rests to be replaced. My head rests on the driver and passenger side is uncomfortable they sticks out...I were told my service that is the way they are made... Finally, I went to my vehicle and got in and look down and it were not vacuumed, I stepped out of the vehicle and Patrick Harper were walking towards another vehicle, he seen the look on my face he said, "what's wrong"...I told him.. He "said" give me the keys, I will take it to be service,. Sorry about that". Then my name were called over the intercom again, when I saw my vehicle I "said Wow...the tires were shinning, the body were shinning and it looked like a fresh haircut. Nimnicht Chevrolet in my not so humble opinion is the best dealer in the region and Deborah Bass is one of the reasons why. Deborah's enthusiasm, product knowledge and professionalism are without peer at any of the other dealerships. I had shopped for my Corvette Stingray at several other dealers and was treated well, given the necessary information and sent on my way. In contrast, at Nimnicht Chevrolet I was treated like royalty. I was offered every courtesy and Deborah took the time to explain all of the advanced features of the 2016 Stingray. Every question was answered in a concise manner. Car buying I have always dreaded but Deborah actually made the experience enjoyable. The entire process went incredibly smooth and organized. Everyone that I dealt with was a true professional. Some of the other fine people I dealt with were David Mason, finance manager, he was straightforward and pleasant to work with. Deborah arranged a technology brief with Ricky Penick. Ricky walked me through all of the numerous technology features, making absolutely sure that I understood everything perfectly. Deborah also introduced me to the service department and I fully expect my future dealings with them will be equally professional. I had spent 3 weeks searching for a 2004-2006 BMW M3 with a manual transmission. After 4 dead end searches finally saw one at Nimnicht Chevy. I called their sales number and Craig Powell answered. He made sure the vehicle was still on the lot, it was actually getting prepped to be sent to auction, and worked with me in my situation. I live in Huntsville, AL so it was going to be very difficult to see the vehicle before I traveled to Jacksonville, FL. I told Craig Powell my situation and asked if it was possible for the vehicle to get taken to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. He had no issue with that, made sure the vehicle was at the location on time early the next morning. I never had to call Craig to follow up with anything. He always called or texted me back when he said he would. He always kept me aware of everything through the process. Craig even picked me up from the Jacksonville Airport when I flew in. He had all the paper work prepped when I got there. Even Nimnicht's finance team took the time to validate some pieces of information with me since I was purchasing out of state. They wanted make sure I was fully aware ahead of time of the additional taxes I would have to pay in Alabama so that I would not be taken off guard. Terrific experience, Craig had me in and out in just over an hour and that included a test drive. Still can't thank him enough!

Purchased a new 2015 Tahoe. Started having idling problems. Took vehicle to dealer 3 times for the idling problem. Dealer says they could not find problem. We dealt with Scott Garmin and Don Sanders. GM Corp got involved and nothing got solved. Situation came down to us downgrading to a Traverse since the dealer wanted another few thousand down on top of the hefty down payment we previously paid for another Tahoe. GM Corp and Nimnicht Chev took us for a ride. This is our last dealing with Nimnicht and GM Corp.

Service Department is a JOKE! Bad Service = never sending a Survey...how convenient!!!Schedule appointment online as requestedDrop car off 30 minutes prior to appointment at 1030amBy 4pm same day not one phone call received and I have to call them, and then get told the Tech had his own appointment and left. NEVER bothered to look at my car! No attempts to call and notify me and now I have to juggle through hoops. The following day (my car was left overnight) again no bother to call me with an update until I call them at 2pm, still had not looked at my car and all they got done was the oil change!! 48 hours and $152 for an oil change! Horrible Service and unprofessional team.

I was in the market for a new car for work. I was happy to see that Ray Burnam was still a sales rep at Nimnicht. I had already picked out the car online (had Vin and Stock Number with me) that I was interested in. To my surprise when I showed up Ray already had the car pulled and waiting for me to test drive. (Love the live chat online function on the website as I let the representative know the VIN# number and asked for Ray.) Overall another Great Experience!! Ray is truly an asset to your organization! To be honest, I would recruit him as a sales rep, however I work in the entertainment industry (video Games) and he is obviously well placed in his current role with Nimnicht as he was my sales rep 2 years ago. He called to follow up with me today and see how I liked the new car and followed up on my service scheduled for Saturday on my other vehicle. The person I worked with, Matt Golat, was very patient and up front about everything. There was no trying to scam me or just get my money. Our experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet exceeded my expectations. We looked at other dealerships trying to find the right vehicle for the right price. Not sure how many people know about the Chevy SS sedan; especially in the recently offered 6 speed manual format. I can tell you that my local dealer doesn't know squat! And, beyond that I'll say no more about that operation because I'm the type of person that doesn't have much good to say about something or someone, then it's better just to keep your mouth shut. But folks, all is not lost and there's actually great news to be had which I'm sharing here and now -- that's found at Nimnicht Chevrolet in Jacksonville FL. The sales person I am dealing with Kenya Beil has been exceptional to work with and has been able to answer just about every question about this vehicle. I can't say this for a single other dealer I searched through til this one. And, certain questions I did have -- since the car is coming from far away, she was able to get to the precise answers in a relatively short amount of time. I've been to the dealership and everything is top notch. As luck would have it, on the day I was there, there was a used model in stock. Kenya got me to the service area out back to actually see the car and to hear one run. Don't laugh folks, as this seemed like a huge deal from anywhere else that couldn't even produce the car for a simple visual inspection. When my husband and I came to the dealership we were looking at the time. Errol approached us with a fantastic attitude. He came to us like he was family. He didn't hound us about buying a car, and made our experience very comfortable. When I was talking to my husband, my husband stated how Errol was different than other salesmen he has dealt with in the past. My husband was very impressed on how Errol was taking care of us. Errol came to us even when we were waiting to check up on us to see if we were alright. He would apologize about the wait. He got us something to drink and made sure we were very well taken care of. My husband approached him, because we had to go get our kids from school. Errol work around us and had everything ready for when we came back. This started out as a great experience but business wise is where it falls short. Love our salesman Matt. He got what we wanted and we was pleased with our purchase. However when it comes to the business side of it that where it falls short. Car was purchase on 2.9.16 and it took 2 weeks to deposit our check. Another week to get things sent to finance company and now its a month later and we are still riding with temporary tags because the person that send paperwork to DMV is out sick. Needless to say they have no back up for a person who's out. Things just stay on hold until the person return and to make matters worst we would not have known anything if we did not call the dealership! Lets just say if you buy make sure no one will be out of office because nothing will get done until they return!

I have been using Nimnicht Chevrolet at 1550 Cassat Ave. several time since I purchase my Tahoe there in 06. On Monday 22 Feb. I encounter a service that one would not want to go thru again, therefore Monday could be my last visit.. I arrived at 7am to have my car Diagnosed due to a fuel problem. I was informed that service was booked and they would work me in... I ask, should I make an appointment for another day.? I was told that would not be necessary..... I ask, should I wait? No, I will have the service car drive me home and once the Diagnoses was complete they would call and we would make a decision on the problem and cost. This never happen! Some time after 1pm I called to check the status. I TRIED SIX TIMES TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN..I final left a message and final received a call back. The car was still in the holding area. I ask the question, will the car be Diagnosed today? Ans. I don't know! Is there any one who does know? No ans.... I will return to pick up my car.. I know dealers like yourself are busy.... I would have appreciated being told that making a appointment would be a better way to go. ( due to your work load that day) I would also have appreciated a phone call after about six hrs. suggesting we will send the service car to pick you up (again due to your work load.. Last, someone should ans. their phone.. I do not like leaving messages.. I like to talk one on one..

I've had my truck serviced 4 separate times in the past 4 months for the same issue. I have this annoying grinding/screeching sound coming from rear of truck. It can be heard when turning, braking, stopping or going over bumps. The service department seems to incompetent and not able to address/ fix the issue as I've been up there 4 different times. All they say is that we " readjusted", "retorqued", or added "pads" but the situation seems to be getting worse. All of these things should have been done and addressed With my first visit. I get the impression as if it's a race to finish each vehicle, instead of taking the time to diagnos and fix the actual issue. These things shouldn't be happening on a brand new 2015 truck that you pay 60,000$. I've also had a difficult time with getting in touch with management in the service department. They don't seem to answer the phone and messages don't seem to get delivered. Lets see if anyone takes the time to address this issue properly now that I've given this dealership 4 separate opportunities to address this single problem with out complaint.

Next is the service experience. Nimnitch's truck service area is aged and far from state of the art, but again the personnel that work there are proffesional, curtious and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate recommending Nimnicht to anyone looking to buy a truck. During my normal service visits, I was surprised to see my salesperson Don Sanders locate me just to make sure that everything was going well. I took my car in to be looked at and was told what needed to be done. My insurance wrote the check then I waited a week to hear from them that they got all the parts. When I didn't get a call, I called and was told he would give me a call when he got back to the office. More than a week passed before I finally called again and have them tell me they've had the parts. So I brought my car in on a Monday, and I was told it would be done on Friday. I know things come up so I asked that if anything went wrong or something came up they call me to let me know. No one called me so one Friday I called and was told they needed more parts but it would be done no later than the following Wednesday. No one called me so I called again on Thursday to check on it. They said they'd talk to a guy and call me back asap. Once again no one called so I called 4 hours later and they said they forgot and that they needed even more parts so it wouldn't be done til the next Monday. That makes two weeks without a car and trying to juggle work schedules. The man was very rude and I will NOT be taking my car back there ever again!

I totaled my Avalanche while I was out of town and started searching while still on vacation. Craig Powell communicated with me throughout my vacation supplying any information I requested. When I arrived back in FL he contacted me and I told him I was going to shop 3 other dealers before I came to see him because I knew what he had. He was fine with that and we set an appointment for 3 days from then. I showed up at 4PM to see the Silverado I had in mind. They had a huge selection compared to the other dealers I visited. We took it for a test drive and I left at 6 PM a new owner of a 2015 1500 series. I would like to acknowledge an employee at Nimnicht Chevrolet who has gone above and beyond to help my family find a safe and affordable car. Without her help we would probably still be car shopping and I sincerely don't know what we would have done without her hard work and help. In October of 2015, my fiance and I put our entire savings into a car we purchased from Hertz Car Rental. We had the car for a total of 3 days before a light appeared on my dashboard while on the highway and I was unable to accelerate. After contacting Hertz and having the car towed, I researched what the light on the dashboard meant and realized that this malfunction with my new car was serious and a major safety issue, which was a computer malfunction not mechanical and very expensive to fix. I found this VERY concerning because I have a baby under a year old and her safety is our number one priority. Hertz repaired the car in one day and LESS THANK A WEEK LATER, THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM OCCURED! Frustrated by these issues and feeling as though General Manager at Hertz did not see us as a family who had invested thier entire savings into what they hoped to be a dependable safe car, we felt as though we were an enhancement to his paycheck and if he could keep our money within his company long enough until the warranty expired, he could get rid of a problem car and walk away with our money. The fact that he claimed to have taken the car to the Chrysler dealership due to the computer issues, rather than Pep Boys and guaranteed the mechanics work after the first time it broke, but refused to provide any proof of paperwork in repairs was VERY CONCERNING. I did not feel in anyway assured that our car was safe to travel with my daughter inside. That evening out of desperation and the feeling of urgency, as our 30 day return warranty was coming close, I posted on about Facebook the situation taking place with our car, hoping someone could offer any advice that would help us. Later that evening I was contacted by a former co-worker, Deborah Bass. She informed me that she now worked for Nimnicht Chevrolet and that I should return the car to Hertz as soon as possible rather than keep our hard earned savings with a company that was not taking care of us and most importantly looking out for our safety. Having worked with Deborah years ago, I know her strong work ethic and means of integrity. Since I was currently dealing with a company who completely lacked integrity and concern for the safety of its customers, especially the safety of a 5 month old baby, I felt an immediate sense of relief, because I knew that I had someone I could trust to help my fiance and I find a safe, reliable and affordable car for our family. Without any hesitation Deborah immediately began working on finding a new car suitable for our family. The very same evening sent me links to Nimnicht's website, inquired about the type of car we were looking to purchase, along with additional information such as desired milelage, car features, warranty information, and payment options. It was 11 pm at night, so she began helping me on her own time. From there, I believe when she arrived at work the following day, she entered the criteria I gave her into a database used by the dealership and she emailed me several options for cars using that critera. That very same day, I returned the car we previously purchased to Hertz. This was the day before Thanksgiving and due to the holidays and general buisness we were told we would not receive our refund check for up to two weeks. I let Deborah know this out of curtisy, I know she is a hard worker and I did not want her to spend so much time helping us until our check arrived. This did not stop her, anytime she came across a car that matched our criteria she emailed the information to us. We received the check later than expected and during this time my daughter and I had fallen very ill with the flu and wanted to wait until I was better to do any car shopping. My father was very eager to find us a new car as he was tired of transporting my Fiance to and from work. He knew I had a friend who worked at Nimnicht and decided to take it upon himself to go car shopping for me the day after Christmas. He was so eager and acted out of impulse that he did not think to ask for Deborah who had been assisting us for a month. Chris Martin assisted my father in finding a car and when my father brought it by for me to see it, I really liked it. I was very disappointed that he did not ask for Deborah, but my father was unaware of all the work she was doing for us. I contacted Deborah to let her know we had found a car at Nimnicht and that unfortunately my father had gone through another salesman. When we arrived at Nimnicht Deborah was still of great assistance. She went with me on a test drive and showed me all of tge cars features. When we returned to the dealership she assisted us with our paperwork and all of the procedures that went along with purchasing the car. Although she was not the salesman, she assisted us through the entire process as Chris did not. I strongly feel like she deserves recognition for this because she made sure everything was taken care of properly and offered assistance and guidance which I did not receive from Chris as he was nowhere in sight. We paid for our new car outright with a check from Hertz. We were told by the employee in finance that it would take about a week to clear and we would receive a check for the differnce. A week later I contacted Chris in regards to the check and he assured me he would contact me as soon as it was ready. The next day I received a call from Nimnicht, but it was not about the check, it was Deborah checking to see how the car was working out. Two weeks went by and still no word from Chris in regards to our refund. I decided to contact the employee who has been working with me since day one Deborah, it turns out our check had been ready for days. Although Deborah was not the salesman who helped my father find our new car, she has worked extremely hard for my family in helping us find a safe and reliable car. When she found out we were having trouble with the car we orginally purchased at Hertz, she contacted us, referred us to Nimnicht Chevrolet and got right to work, even on her own time. I truly hate that she did not recieve credit for the car sale because she worked so hard with the criteria I gave her to find us a car. And although she knew my father had gone through another salesman, she did not stop working with us and helping us with our purchase. I feel as though her dedication in serving us as customers at Nimnicht Chevrolet deserves recognition. Once she found out my father worked with a different salesman she could have stopped assisting us, but she did not. She has continued to help us through the purchase of this car from the beginning by referring us to Nimnicht Chevrolet, to helping us with all of the purchasing procedures although our salesman probably should have overseen the handling of our paperwork, but he did not, to helping me get my check, and is now currently helping me with a warranty and the issue of our tag. She could have decided to let our salesman take care of these things but due to lack of communication on his end she is looking after these things for me and it's not because she knows me, it because she is a dedicated employee to Nimnicht Chevrolet and wants all customers to be taken care of. If ever in need of a good car salesman go see Deborah Bass at Nimnicht Chevrolet. You may get the impression that Deborah took care of me so well because we knew each other prior to the purchase of my car, however, as a previous co-worker, I know her work ethic and she listens and takes care of people, and she does not mind taking that extra step. She will work hard for you, she is a very dedicated hardworker with intergrity who will look out for your best intrest so that you leave happy and what to come back!

In looking for a new car, which I hadn't done in 16 years, one of the first places I went was Nimnicht Chevrolet. I met Mr. Gary Berger and explained I was looking online and was interested in the Malibu but wanted to see several different cars. Well Mr Berger showed me several different cars and we test drove the Malibu, Cruze, and Trax. I narrowed it down to the Trax and cruz and wanted to test drive them again. Mr. Berger was extremely patient with me, especially after a 3rd test drive of both vehicles and knowing I had just started looking and was not buying that day. Well after looking at other dealers I returned with my husband to nimnicht and Mr. Berger showed us the vehicles again and after test driving each one twice, I came home with a new Chevy Cruz, and I absolutely love it. The online process was very pain free! I applied and did all my information online. Then after communication with Steve over the phone I went to the dealership met with him face to face. The same non pressure and very friendly person met me and reassured me no pressures. Steve was tied up with another customer but excused himself to introduce himself to me and introduced me to his team mate John Farley. John Farley then took over and gave me the same friendly no pressure help. I was recently searching for a new 2015 Tahoe and sent out detailed emails to 10 different dealers in my area to see what kind of price and service I could receive. John Farley at Nimnicht Chevrolet was the first to respond to my inquiry with a vehicle that met my every requirement. He also sent me pictures of the vehicle and a price quote. As his quote was on a LTZ trim and the other dealers quotes were on LT trims, his price was a little over what I wanted to pay. I requested him to send me a quote on a LT trim so that I could equally compare the quotes, but he did not have what I was looking for in stock. However, to my surprise, a day later he emailed me back about lowering the price of the LTZ to see if he could meet my needs. He was able to get the price down to where I wanted it and had everything ready for me to sign when I arrived. There were a few details about the Tahoe that I wanted changed and he was very attentive and handled all of those requests for me. I drove back to Jacksonville, over an hour away from where I live, to allow Nimnicht to add the accessories I wanted and to take care of my other requests. Ryan Johnston, the internet sales manager, was also very helpful and quick to respond if John was unavailable. They made my car buying experience easier than I could have ever imagined! When I decide to purchase a new vehicle again, I will definitely go back to Nimnicht Chevrolet!

Working with the sales and finance staff was a, pleasure. I don't like salesmen, especially at car dealership. But I can't say this any longer. The staff was not pushy or too talkative (for information I don't care to give). We started with one salesman, Josh. But ended up doing business with Chris Martain because Josh was not working on the day we went back to the dealership. We looked around at other dealerships but did not want to buy from anyone else because the staff was so nice (not brainwashed in a routine of sales "words"). I actually found the experience pleasent working with Chris Martain to finish the deal. Even the finance staff was just presenting information on warrenties as FYI, no presure at all to buy.

By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made! We looked at several different makes and models tying to decide what was best for our growing family. Working with Josh Ayers was wonderful. We were allowed a through test drive and explanation of the features that would best meet our needs. From there we were convinced the 2016 Tahoe was the vehicle for us!! It was sad to see our "fun" car go ( a 14 Jeep Wrangler) but knew we were getting so much for in return. All of our expectations were met and exceeded. Why did I give this rating? Why else? I dealt with a fantastic salesman is the main reason why! He was straight to to the point and always had a smile on his face. I never once felt like Mr. Sanders was looking at a female who did not know what she was doing. Granted I had my husband with me, but Mr. Sanders included me in the discussion and valued what I had to say. What a wonderful experience that was. Mr. Sanders is down to earth and never, ever pushy. There is nothing worst than a pushy salesman. I bought my 2015 corvette from him and hopefully, this coming week will be purchasing another car from him...and maybe even trading up on my corvette. I had a great experience. My budget was $7500. I told this to John Farley. We found a 2009 that was listed at 7000 before tags, title and dealer fee. I told him I would pay 7200 walk out price to which John replied "I think we can do lower...I'll try $6900. "The deal went through and they also added in a 3 month all covered warranty. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle independently and it could not have went better. I kept John's card and hand it out to any of my friends in the market for a new vehicle.

He walked me through the ENTIRE process including getting in by back seat - calling OnStar to get me all set up. The finance manager John was extremely helpful as well- I had already filled out the paper work with regard to the number of months I planned to finance to fit my budget- but he show me the small difference I would be paying and helped me reduce the # of months financing. Bought a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado 3 weeks ago and still no second set of keys. Was told they only ran my credit thru 4 lenders but turns out they forgot about the other 7 which makes it 11 total. Went in to get my car serviced and made sure to explicitly state that I wanted the car washed and waxed. Dropped off the car and went to run errands then came back three hours later. The servicing was complete, but my car was not cleaned even though I requested it to be. This is the third time I have taken it there and it has not been washed either time before. I have had the car for just over a year and the first place finish coating hasn't been redone since that first day. All in all, I do appreciate the level of service I receive there, I just wish that within the three hours that the car was there it could have been serviced like I requested.

Same as the person below me these people scammed me out of my vehicle that I traded in which was brand new as soon as I drove off the lot the tire pressure light came on and come to find out the underlying issue was the sensors not being "learned" it took me to go past my salesman to get the issue fixed by the second day I told them I just wanted my truck back and they called navy federal while I was trying to get my vehicle and funded the check which meant I was stuck with the bs they gave me which already had 3400 miles on it (they said was a demo and was brand new just because it hadn't had a "owner") which I found out should have been cheaper than the car I wNted (that didn't even have miles on it) but instead they sold it to me for equal price all around this dealership is horrible I have been in contact with navy federal as to black list this company to protect other military members from the same mess that general sales manager Ryan and salesman Steve jobs took me through please try another dealership before this one I am anxiously waiting to hear from the better business bureau about this one and once I get my survey it will be all zeros

Yesterday I brought my truck in for a oil change, I was very unsatisfactory with my service. The guy who change my oil didn't wash his hand after the service was over, find oil fingerprint all over my doors my mirror and on the oil sticker for the windshield that's unsatisfactory work in my book!

I have not bought a new car in many years and was nervous about the thought of even having to step onto a lot with no idea what I wanted and how much cars have changed from last time I purchased one. I bought a 2006 Chevy cargo van from this dealership. The van was purchased before it had even gone through cleaning and inspection. My invoice reflects a $350 service fee that is supposed to cover critical repairs, oil and filter change, as well as a washing. I made the purchase with minimal haggling and agreed to bring the van back for its service.The Tuesday after I bought the van, I brought it in and dropped it off for service. When I picked up the van on the Friday following, I noticed the floors were soaked (rubber flooring, but the fuse box is under the seat!!) to the point of having standing water. No other cleaning had been performed. The oil filter had not been changed. Additionally, an expensive flashlight was removed from the van. I called the service manager. This went to voice mail. I posted a video documenting this "cleaning and servicing" to my Facebook as well as the dealer's page. I got a call back from my salesman (Errol) to find out what was actually going on. I explained the situation to him.Errol investigated and was able to recover the flashlight. I brought the van back in for a final service that needed to be completed.All in all, this dealership is alright. Salesmen do what they have to in order to get and keep a sale. Finances plays the typical game (like telling me it was at a blow out price already...even though they just got the van in the day prior). The service department (for used car intake, which I understand is a different department from regular consumer service) is terrible. The fact that I could not deal with the responsible parties directly made this even more frustrating.I wouldn't avoid this place, but be aware of what you may run into.I want to thank Errol for ensuring that Nimnicht upheld their end of the agreement enough to leave me feeling comfortable with the van.

Bought a new ss camaro 2 days later noticed the glove box was messed up and passenger seat was rubbing my console and my rear axle was making a lot of noise took it in for service was given Jack Allen as a service consultation I was told they would look at it the following day and he would call never heard from him so 2 days later I called was told that I was not in the system that someone would call me back in a hour that phone never came called back the next day talked to Jack said he would call me in a hour for a update never got a call back so I had to call 3 more times the following day for jack to have a lady called me back an tell me nothing so I get jack on the phone finally puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone so I had to go to the dealer ship and speak to a service manager to get my car back. So then I was told I would get a call in 2 days to bring the car back to get the seat fixed that was almost two weeks ago no call from jack so I called jack on his cell that he gave to me he gave me a bad attitude when I called and said this is my personal phone he would call me back in 5 mins from his desk and once again he never call that was on Friday its wensday still no call. Jack Allen is a liar and needs to learn some customer service skills I will be taking my car to George Moore Chevy for any future problems because they know how to take care of there customers unlike nimnick sucks and also my glove is messed up again

Matt in the Service Department is the best! He takes very good care of my 2003 Saturn L300 and has never recommended any extra services, even when I have asked him. The tires he suggested I use have improved my mileage and safety. He always has my best interests at his heart. The rest of the crew is amazing as well , and when and if I ever buy a new care, I will come to this dealership first, all due to the level of service Matt and his crew provides.

Close to a month later still no title, called the dealership and the lady that does the paperwork says it was buried under a stack of paper and she has not got to it yet. Waiting on the title to finish up another deal I have in the works. Will loose this deal do to the incompetience of Nimnicht Chevrolet. Will never ever buy or recommend this dealership. I bought my used vehicle from Nimnicht Chevy and wanted to continue using them for service on my vehicle. Their serious lack of customer service is unacceptable though. In January I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to inspect my remote start that was not working. The remote start was an after market product added by the accessory department at the dealership when I bought the vehicle. Yet I had to have an argument with the service personnel after being told there was no remote start on my vehicle. I had contact the accessory department myself to have the remote start repaired. Then I went there today hoping to have a better experience, but to my dismay I did not. After leaving the dealership I discovered the car charger for my cell phone was missing from my center console. When I called back to inquire about it I was told by an employee I don't know what to tell you about that. Absolutely unacceptable for them to open a closed console and remove any item.

Most dealers would not give you the same level of service if your credit is not up to par, but George gave great service and professionalism despite me not having the best credit. My 2013 Camaro I bought brand new from this dealership developed a crack in the head after 15k miles. I traded it in for a 2014 Cruze and the window stopped working the second day I was in the vehicle. The dealership gave me the run around with missed appointments, broken promises, and I spent two weeks in a loner car. I got my brand new car back dirty with a half tank of gas. Management was slow to respond and I had to open a case with GM corporate. Do not buy from Nimnicht Chevrolet.

Today was my very 1st experience with this dealership to service my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I scheduled and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. That seems pretty simple service. Well after waiting 2 hours I was called to the cashier to pay the fee, let me add the cost that was quoted to me when scheduling the appointment was $39.95 plus tax of course. Once I got to the cashier to pay out I was shocked to hear my total was in excess of $85. I of course explained to the cashier the quote I was given which she verified was accurate. She then quoted me $70 plus for the service. That too was incorrect. I looked at the print out and saw they provided a service I never consented despite the fact I was in the waiting room the entire time. After bringing it to the attention to the cashier and also Randy who checked me in they did in fact removed the fee. I am grateful for that, but in the future I would suggest just asking the customer for their consent prior to providing additional services.

The front desk answered the phone and I asked her to tranfer me to the department and she asked whom I needed to speak with and i told he I did not know but it was a male that I spoke with she was rude and told me the I needed to know who I needed to speak with. I said please tranfer me to that department and she was very nasty and I said please dont maker have to come in there and she said to me come on ahead im at the front desk and I will be waiting for you. Also a plus was the kids area...car shopping with kids is tough but the playground and childrens area equipped with an xbox and flat screen tv featuring disney movies kept our kids occupied for the entire duration of our visit. I purchased an Equinox on May 6, 2014. I had a great purchasing experience with my salesman Mr. Jackson and the Sales Manager Mr. MCClendon. However, when I received the vehicle after it was detailed I noticed small rust spots all over the vehicle which was quite noticeable on a white vehicle. My salesman said it was no problem to get the vehicle cleaned up and there was a special process that had to be done on the vehicle to get the spots off. I agreed to drop the vehicle off the next day to have the process done. I dropped the vehicle off the next day for about 4 hours and when I returned to pick up the vehicle it still had the spots on the vehicle. I was a little surprised therefore I asked my Salesman why the spots were still visible on the vehicle if it was detailed properly. Mr Jackson was very pleasant and asked if I would wait a few minutes and he went in the building to get Mr. Alex Fischer. When Mr. Fischer came out to look at the vehicle, I introduced myself and asked who he was. Mr. Fischer introduced his self and I shook his hand, while explaining my issue with the spots all over the vehicle. Mr. Fischer started rubbing his finger on some of the spots trying to convince me that the spots would come off by rubbing on them. I explained to Mr. Fischer that the spots were all over the vehicle and it was too many to rub off with my finger. I also stated that I didn't want a vehicle with rust spots all over it and he asked if I received a cleaning kit for the car and I said no and he asked me to wait a few minutes. Mr. Fischer went into the building and came back out with the cleaning kit and by this time I couldn't understand why he was cleaning my car with a cleaning solution. Mr. Fischer was very arrogant while telling me that he just spent a $150 dollars on cleaning my car, when I told him that I didn't want the vehicle with rust spots on it. Mr. Fishcer became angry and rude and turned his back to me and asked my salesman "Do you want to do this and walked away from me while I was talking to him. I didn't want the car after that but the General Manager came out afterwards and assured me that the car would be taken care of and he had it cleaned properly. I was given a loaner vehicle and left my vehicle again over night to be detailed. The Salesman Mr. Fischer defintely needs to control his anger and he owes me an apology. I spent quite a bit of money and would have never expected to be treated in that manner. Mr. Fischer represents the dealership and he was totally out of line. I'm due an apology. My experience other wise was great, but I don't take kindly to rude management. My Saleman Mr. Jackson and Mr. MCClendon were both very professional and I will refer customers to them and hopefully they will not have to deal with a angry rude manager such as Mr. Fischer.

I'll be honest with you: I dreaded car-shopping prior to visiting this place. My previous experience with car-shopping at other places made me a bit gun-shy about going to a dealership, but I figured that if my bank (USAA) recommended it, they must be doing something right. They weren't just doing SOMETHING right, they were doing EVERYTHING right. The whole process was fantastic was start to finish. There was no unscrupulous practice anywhere on the lot. Everything was well-kept and maintained to a high degree. My salesman, Jermain Jackson, was cordial and courteous during the whole process, ensuring that my needs were met before anything else. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

When I arrived at the dealership, I fully expected to be helped by, Mr. Ken Goethals, the salesman I received an email from. Unfortunately, he was with a customer when I arrived at the dealership, which was a little disappointing, but then Mr. Lawrence Campbell, the salesman that initially greeted me, stepped in to assist me by driving me around the lot until I found the 'perfect' car for me....a 2013 Atlantis Blue Metallic Chevrolet Malibu. I must say, I Love my car and am very appreciative for both gentlemen that helped me. Mr. Goenthals, for emailing me the quote & Mr. Campbell for standing readily by willing to assist me in my time off need. Both were very knowledgeable about the Malibu and assured me that if the time came that I had any questions that I could call either of them at any time. In addition, over the course of the 1st week after driving off the lot, I received calls from v both gentlemen calling to make sure that everything was fine and that I was getting along great with my new purchase, and once again assuring me that I could call either of them off I had any questions, which I must say I almost did when I went to the gas station for the first time and couldn't figure out how to open the tank, but luckily I had my Chevy Malibu book in the globe box. I am honored to have crossed paths with both salesmen. I would also like to note the kindness of the Finance Director, Scott McLeod, as well. They're all spectacular at their jobs. Everyone was amazing and so sensitive to my delima with my husband's health issues that were 'up in the air' at this point. The customer service rep worked doubly-hard to get my repairs approved through my credit union's extended warranty which even included an inspection by the company's claims adjustor. Steve, the mechanic, took me back and showed me exactly what was wrong, weighed my options and safety concerns, and went out of his way to extend kindness to a total stranger (me) who was very near the breaking point. As it turned out my husband had triple bypass surgery and is still, even now, working hard at in-patient rehab which has me running back and forth ... in a car that is no longr dangerous!!!

We came to Nimnicht, folder in hand to look at a Chevy Malibu, at first we felt kind of lost, someone said I'll get a salesman for you and here came Don Sanders. I showed him the Malibu, and we started our search in a cart. Then a Chevy Cruze was spotted, the right color, test drove and approved. We returned on Friday with our trade in. Friday was a long day as Don was very busy but continued to let us know that he had not forgotten us, even paid for lunch. The process of buying was very smooth, effecient and once the papers were signed, Don took a great deal of time to show me how OnStar and Sirius radio worked. Granted we had a long day as Don spent time with others but I feel our time as customers was equal and did not feel that Don was hurrying with us to get to the next customer.

I came to Nimnicht Chevrolet after doing a lot of research into the car I wanted. I knew the model I wanted, the options I desired, & the price I was willing to pay. After talking to several other dealerships I did not think I would be getting the car I wanted anytime soon and frankly, had it not been for the persistance of my salesman (Steve Jobe) I would never have set foot on their lot. I had no realistic expectations of the dealership meeting the price I wanted & thought the most I would get out of my visit was a test drive. When I arrived Steve put me totally at ease & the test drive was everything I thought it would be. When we finally got to Will's office to talk price I was very pleasantly surprised at his willingness to negotiate & actually get to the price I wanted without going through endless haggeling. I was a very happy man when I drove off the lot & have received many compliments on my new Camaro. I will buy from him again in the future.As for my new Malibu: What a great car! Chevrolet did thier homework on this one. Great ride and handling,best interior quality I've ever seen in a Chevy.And on a trip this week of 1135 miles round trip, I averaged 34.5 mpg. The car only has 1500 miles on it, so I suspect the mpg will get even better after break-in. I love this car,love the deal I got and love the financing rate. A very rewarding experience for me. Our first trip into nimnicht chevrolet was just as bad as our second. The first time we went in looking to lease an equinox and the sales guy that was helping us knew nothing at all about leasing and was not able to help us out. also we were left waiting in his office three times for more than 45 minutes with out anyone checking up on us. we then left because we felt they were wasting out time. My sister had just recently bought a car from nimnicht so they called us back offering us this amazing deal... which we never recieved! We went into nimicht the next day and were offered prices higher than what we had been offered before. when we tried to negotiate the lease deal with them from 12K miles a year to 15k miles a year because coggin gave it to us no problem but they werent having it! we told them we were gonna have to walk on that price and they were more than willing to let us do so! after taking two round trip drives of atleast and hour or more they called us back the following day offering us the same deal they let us walk out over! we had such a bad experience that even if i have to pay more than 20$ a month more on my lease because i went to a different dealership id be more than happy to do so just knowing nimnicht WILL NEVER get my buisness!

I purchased a brand new car from Nimnicht Chevrolet and paid sticker price for it. When I picked up my car I noticed excessive brake pedal noise and thought it needed to be "broken" in. A few months later there is no change in the noise. It happened mostly when shifted into gear and seemed to get worse on longer trips. Despite two visits to the Nimnicht dealership they were unwilling to make it right and fix it for me. I had to bring it to a different Chevrolet Dealership to have it fixed under warranty. I would not recommend Nimnicht.

1-Star because I can't give negative or, even zero. If you like the idea of having the car you were coming to purchase being sold out from under you :05 mins before you pulled into the dealership, then this is the dealer for you. 2 hours prior to my arrival I had called to confirm that I was making the drive in from ~90 miles away and would be there by 4pm to purchase the new car that I had been speaking to the salesman about for about 2 weeks. I was told, "Oh, well. That's the nature of the business. Can we show you something else?" Luckily, I found a GREAT customer oriented salesperson in Joel at COX Chevy of Tampa. They were great. The courtesy van was very helpful. My truck sounded great as I drove away. They have always done more than satisfactory work on my truck and have always been friendly and courteous.

The service was great. The service people could be alittle more friendlier. But the over all expierance, was good. They did an oil change and car wash on my car, and that was awesome. Every time I receive an oil change I can tell the diffrence in the way my car drives. It drives so much better. Also, thanks for the discount coupons, you make it alittle easier with the economy the way it is now. I use to go to the other oil change places, because of the prices. But once I came to Nimnicht,the expierance was totally diffrent. I liked it!! But I love their service, I will continue to be a continuous customer forever.

Bob was very informative, friendly, and efficient. I told him what I was looking for and my price range and he found the perfect vehicle. The service department quickly addressed a slight rattle in the dash within an hour and we were ready to purchase. I am a repeat customer and will be back again.

I purchased my vehicle from Nimnicht, but have used Jerry Hamm for service because it is closer to home. I recently had a service issue and felt Jerry Hamm's service department was unreasonable. I reconnected with my salesman from Nimnicht, Al Gigliotti to help me with this problem and he never hesitated. He stayed with me through the repair process and personally washed my vehicle for me. Dennis in the truck shop ran into a snag in my repair issue, but he stuck with it until he figured it out. Craig Baxley coordinated everything and I felt that my status as a customer was the most important thing on everyone's minds. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to Jerry Hamm.

Saw car on the internet. Approached by sales person and he was very helpful. After test driving the car and explaining the possible financing, we decided to purchase the car. The paperwork was handled in a timely and clearly explained manner. Considering this was a Sunday afternoon and much of the main office was closed, we were very satisfied with the service we received. He explained all the features of the car and showed us how to use them. He helped us to pair up our phones to the bluetooth feature. Finding a nice economical car was our goal. Bought a new Camaro... found that the windshield was chipped and next day also found minute chips along the edge of the driver's door. Windshield replaced under warranty but there was some discrepancy over the door....With the intervention of the salesman and sales manager it was handled under warranty... YEA! A rental was provided at no cost to me.However.....1st- 3 hour round trip to get vehicle found paint job unsatisfactory and the body shop ticket was open so a reciept was not available... windshield was chipped and replaced that seemed to be handled in service2nd- 3 hour round trip trip to get vehicle from body shop... door paint job is o.k. BUT found a VERY large white smear on my driver's black leather seat and white smears on the dash. Personnell in body shop were unsupportive... one did not even get up out of the chair to look at the concern, a woman came out and attempted to clean the dash... the white debris came back. I requested they replace the seat since it was a brand new car.3rd- Seat was replaced, dash still has white smudges in the grain when the sunlight hits it..... not real happy.Through all of this the salesman, Don Sanders, and Sales Manager, Scott Garman were supportive and helpful in getting the paint job taken care of and the seat replaced. The service manager, Scott did agree to reimburse me for the gas I used, which was nice BUT I still drove 6 hours(one trip after work and one trip on Saturday)for nothing.If I had to rate the dealership....Sales department would get a rating of 10/10, the body shop get a 0/10, and the service 10/10

I brought my vehicle in last week for a 10k mile service. I had made an appointment a week earlier. I waited at the dealership for the service to be done. It was done quickly and an hour and a half later I was on my way. The overall experience was first rate, there was no pressure to do more than I expected for this interval service and everyone I dealt with was wonderful. The price charged was reasonable for a dealership. Nimnicht is ok in my book.

I established a good working relationship with Martha Pena early on after I purchased my 2007 Silverado at Nimnicht. I learned years ago that it pays to know someone in service so they are at least familiar with you and your vehicle. The main reason for this visit was routine service, but I did have a question about some stress fractures in my tonneau cover. Martha immediately, after lokking at the problem, called the Paint & Body shop and within just a few minutes a man from the shop rolled up. We discussed my options ( which weren't many ) and I decided to wait and see. I'll probably have to replace it. Martha has done this before with an electrical issue ( my fault ) when she got me together with the man doing the work to discuss options. I like doing business this way and would recommend her and Nimnicht for sales and service.

I came to the dealership three different times before buying. Even the first visit I told Billy if I bought a Chevy I would buy it from him. He was the type of salesman I like to deal with. Billy showed me the vehicle I was interested in and answered all of my questions. There was no hard sale involved which turns me off. I am very pleased with the truck and the sales service that Billy Smith provided.

Came to check out the selection of 2011 Traverses on the Lot. We had been to 3 other Dealerships, 2 of them no one even greeted us as we walked about on their lots, 1 talked to us, but it was their "Closing Time" and wanted to leave for the night. Rodney first greeted us as we were exiting our car, and said "What can I do to help?" Very helpful throughout the entire process!!! Chuck Bell in Finance was great as well, very helpful in talking out the process, and making it work for us. My wife and I belong to a Insurance Company that has a Car Buying Service, although Nimnicht was not one of the Dealers our service did not send us too, they honored the price. I would and have recommended this Dealership to friends. Overall a very pleasant Car Buying experience!!

Since this survey was sent to me, I'd appreciate your addressing me [Robert] rather than my wife, Patricia.The salesman, HOWARD ROBERTS is FANTASTIC. A 1ST CLASS GENTLEMAN AND REPRESENTATIVE OF NIMNICHT. BEST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.However, and this is not Mr. Robert's fault, I've actually purchased 2 vehicles from Nimnicht in the past month or so. In both cases, the On Star [3 months free] was not activated. My understanding is this must be done by the dealer. Ergo, I've had to make multiple trips back, and still must make 2 more, as I'm told this process requires 2 hours [I can't afford to wait 2 hourss]. Fact is, Nimnicht should come pick up my vehicle and return it. After all, it was/is Nimnicht's oversight. When a vehicle is "made ready" for Mr. Roberts to sell, it should be just that: READY. My most valuable commodity is my time. I shouldn't have to use it this way. Same for Howard Roberts. Being the outstanding representative he is, he personally saw "corrective action" through on my recently purchased Silverado. And he'll personally see the same through for my Saturn. ......BUT HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. He'd probably sell more vehicles if he wasn't "occupied" with [unnecessary] matters like this.However........a great experience. Keep up the good work.
