I went in for an oil change and found that I seemingly had a whole bunch of others issues, but I was in for an inspection in June and passed. Not sure why these things weren’t flagged then. Also, I had a cabin filter change in June, and I was told in this visit that I needed one. Not sure if they are not checking records or just trying to sell me services. Also, I was told that My rear windshield wiper needed changing but I felt that my front wipers needed it more. I was told that I needed all four tires changed but in the complimentary multi point inspection, the green circle was checked off which means that everything is okay. That was confusing. So, was it a sales ploy? I did the 4 x 4, I know that I needed it, as well as the air filter change. The service representatives were friendly. The cashier was really nice.

I saw a car online, and called the dealer. At first the person was spoke with was very blunt and not very polite when I asked if the price could be reduced if I paid all cash. He didnt want to talk on phone and asked me to come in. I called a few days later, got a different dealer and the experince was amazing! I had my car the same day! I am from CT, and was buying a car in NY, the dealer facilliate the process - I sent all necessary documents online, and when when I arrive we just signed the papers, and the car was ready to go! I have bought Lincoln, Honda's, Ford's, over 30 years of buying cars he has been one of the most memorable due to him treating us with respect from the minute we walked in the doors. Do not go to this dealership. I went there because my family was friendly with the owner. I got a great deal for a 2014 Altima. Then I drove it home, and heard an odd sound with the brakes. Brought it back to the dealership, they said the sound was normal. After driving it for a few more weeks, the breaks kept sounding worse and worse. I brought it to a Nissan near me, and they said I should bring the car to a mechanic. I brought the car to the mechanic, and it all went downhill from there.I found out that the car was in an accident that was not disclosed to us when we purchased the car. The bottom was rusted. At a closer look, the paint was pealing in all different parts underneath the cars and near the lights. My muffler was crooked and not put together properly, there was frame damage, and the mechanic also said that there were non-Nissan parts under the car. This was a nightmare.I contacted Nissan and they said to come right in to choose another car. My options: A new car that they would on the numbers with, a used car for more money than what I paid, or my money back. After being told could get a new 2015 for the same price as what I paid for the 2014, I agreed. Hours later in the dealership after the owner had left, the final numbers were revealed to be almost ten thousand more than what I paid for my damaged car. I said no to the deal.The following Monday while at work, I started receiving constant messages and calls from the dealership harassing me to choose a car. I told them I needed to go up there, and they told me to take a day off work. I refused. Two weeks later, I finally went up to the dealership. They had no options in my price range that they could give me, they only gave me more expensive options for cars that had more mileage than mine, and another one that was in an accident.I left, and again, received harassment messages from an employee.I felt forced to go to a different Nissan to trade my car. I paid 14,000 for my used 2014 altima. The most I could receive for it was 7,000. That's what it was worth. No matter what, I would have been out thousands of dollars. I just did not want this dealership to get any more money out of me. I was completely taken advantage of, insulted, harassed, told my car was safe and derivable. Stay away from this dealership.

I have a 2014 Red Nissan Altima in which I lost the GPS cover located and was in the process of obtaining a replacement part. I called the parts department and explained what I needed along with providing them my car's Vehicle Identification Number and color. He took my information and then said the part would be in 3 days later, and I should expect a call by 9 am that morning. I never received a call and had to call back to find out the part had arrived. When I picked up the part, instead of being red, it was a grey color. When I pointed this out to them, they said this is the standard color for the part and if I wanted a red cover, they could send it out to be painted for an extra $60. The issue is that I was not told any of this when I ordered the part. Since I am not familiar with the details of getting an identical part that matches the car color, my expectations of good customer service are that the employees should have explained the process and provided the price for an installed red cover when I ordered the part. and not when I picked it up and started asking questions. I don't think my expectations are unreasonable and this was definitely poor customer service.

Walked into Nissan Kia half knowing and half not knowing what I wanted. Took poor Ray on a roller coaster ride of ideas and thoughts going on in my head. Want the safety of a subaru as my 11 yo daughter drives everywhere with me, but wanted the bigger space of the Kia Sorrento to be able to move things if needed. I was so confused about exactly what I wanted plus being a single mom had a limit on funds to spend. I thought for sure Ray was going to think I was nuts. He sat there quietly for awhile and did some research on his own. Within 10 minutes, he walked me to the car of my dreams and affordable at that! I went to Nissan Kia of Middletown the other week looking for a particular part for my current Nissan. As I walked into the Parts and Service area I went to the parts desk and waited for a parts adviser. Nobody was at the parts counter which is understandable due to they could've been in the back busy, but as i looked around I saw the service advisers chatting among-st themselves, look at me, and then go back to their conversation. Also, an employee even walked into the parts area, saw that I was not being helped, and continued to walk into the showroom pretending I wasn't there. After about 5 minutes parts specialist Adam Wright arrived at the desk to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable on what he was talking about, but unfortunately I was so surprised by the poor service I left and took my business elsewhere.

Just recently my wife's car was totaled when she hit a deer. Once every thing was settled with geico we decided to grab our pad and pencil, make a trip to every dealership on the list that she compiled, and then double check everything online so that we did not get taken advantage of, this was where everything started to go south. After visiting three different brand name dealers,and double checking what we were priced and then trying to add up all the mumbo-jumbo numbers our heads began to spin and we got nowhere. That all changed when against my will we went out again this week to look at a pre owned 2014 Nissan Altima at Nissan Kia of Middletown. The place was super busy for a week night. We finally met a professional who honored their online price, answered every question,knew everything about the product,valued our time and asked what we needed, what we wanted to accomplish. After a test drive and review of the car fax /offered to us for the first time/ Richard Walsh our salesman got the car ready. We sat with a friendly finance person who made everything easy to understand and clear. We drove our new car home the same night because of the best buying expierence ever. Thank you Rich !

I hate looking for cars, especially a used car, you can never tell if your getting a good deal or not. Then I stopped at Kia of Middletown. I only went to look, expecting a long month of looking for just the right car. Then I meet Armando. He was a pleasure to deal with. He showed me the car I had seen on line and instantly showed me the car fax for it. Seeing that 5 page sheet took alot of the fear out of buying this car. I could actually see how well it had been taken care of. I test drove and loved it. Never did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He gave me space and time to make my decision. My preference was to do all the ground work by phone and internet. Salesman Scott Humbert responded to my inquiry almost immediately. I was given options as to equiptment I might prefer, was quoted rebates and finance options available, and was actually quoted a selling price that other dealers refused to give by phone. On arrival to the dealer I was greeted with a smile and friendly handshake and offered a beverage before being seated. To my surprise the price quote I was offered did not change, I wasnt hit with hidden costs or fees and they had the color I wanted. In less than 2 hours I was on my way with my new Altima. Bravo to Mr. Humbert and Nissan Kia of Middletown and yessssss you will get my referrals.

I've been buying/leasing vehicles from this dealership since 2005. The process has always been a pleasant one. They were the only dealership that worked with me and a "situation" I had that first time in 2005 (and I tried many dealerships that I've dealt with prior). So when I was back in the game for another vehicle I again tried other places and ended up here AGAIN, and sure enough, ended up buying another one from them. Rest assured, with reading some of these negative reviews, which I'm sure are valid in their respect, people that have negative experiences are compelled to share those experiences, in contrast to the many positive ones people haven't reviewed about. My salesmen were Joe and Eugene this time, and with the exception of a few minor speedbumps, everything worked out. If you're having a hard time finding a vehicle ya can afford, or cut your teeth on, give this dealership a try. You more than likely will enjoy the process.

I was swindled into buying a used car that I really didn't want. The salesman said my used car would be in the 12,000 range. I agreed, and brought my car to trade in. I landed up getting sooo screwed. They lied about how much the car was..landed up as 15,000. Then they lied about my trade in price. I walked out of there the STUPIDEST person on the planet who was lulled into getting screwed. I thought they were helping me. What started out as 12,000 landed up being 20,000. NO JOKE... They even double teamed me with this finance guy, making up all these lies. They had this whole routine going. I hated my new car when I left there because I really didn't want to spend the money, but I needed the car and gave up arguing with them. IT WAS one of the worst experiences of my life and now I will be paying for it for the next 6 years. don't go here. They are crooks. They lie... They pretend to not know anything and like an idiot you believe them. Do yourself a favor go to a real dealership. My bad for being so stupid and falling for their pressure, but in the back of my mind I thought a dealership would never treat their customers like this. Well Shame on Me... I can't believe people, human people, would treat other people so terribly just to make a buck...

We were given very little real information about the cars we were interested in and the salesperson spoke to us in an arrogant and condescending manner. The prices, deals and cars offered changed from minute to minute and not for the better. There seemed to be a great deal of confusion or subterfuge on the part of the salesperson and the unseen manager. We bought the next day from Healey Kia in Vails Gate. The entire atmosphere was completely different. Every salesperson greeted us warmly even though we were already with our salesperson, we met the manager even before we test drove any cars, we had a full introduction to the inside and outside of the car before we tried it out, prices and options were clearly printed out for us.

AWFUL! That's how I would describe the service and professionalism of this particular dealership ( Nissan of Middletown on Route 17) and Corporate. The only time we were treated with respect was when we bought our brand spanking new 2015 Nissan Quest with 11 miles on the odometer. We bought it because we knew it would fit our needs , both my wife and myself are disabled and we still have 4 children who are still in school (elementary through college) so we use this vehicle everyday several times a day. Soon after we bought it we noticed it would shimmy when going up a small hill. We live upstate so very small hills are everywhere. We took it back after having it a week and at first they said it was because it was new, all the screws and joints had to lubricate themselves as we drove the car and the issue would resolve itself, to give it another weeks time. We took it back 3 weeks later and they told us to leave it so a technician could take it home and drive it overnight to test drive it. I got a call the same day and he asked me if I had ever noticed when I hit my brakes it also shaked . Because of this assessment they kept my car for 7 days and put in the front passenger axle. Now my car not only shimmys while going up a hill but also shakes and rattles when i make left turns . I have gone back only to receive unprofessional rolling of the eyes and be treated as a nuisance. I would like this to be resolved but it seems they believe it has been since they removed a new axle and replaced it with a new one and gave me another problem. That my friends is 1 problem + 2 problems Nissan gave me = 3 problems I now have!

Bought car 3 weeks ago and haven't driven it more than 30 miles yet. We've been back and 4 times for a simple problem, wheel shaking over 60 mph. Absolutely NO follow up, no one knows what's going on and we're always waiting for Chad.... Chad is the only one who can help, and he's on vacation....??? Last phone call , we were told our car hasn't even been looked at in this last week it's been there. Horrible awful and void of any common courtesy.....SHAME on YOU Nissan of Middletown!!!!

Made an appt with Troy Schluter to see a 2009 Kia Forte for $10K. Went in and was told that the car was totaled in a previous test drive which turned out to be a load of bull since a week later the car was listed as "sold" on their website. So next he showed me a 2010 Kia Soul for $11,999 and I loved the car. He sent me on to speak with Frank the Finance Manager who talked me into a warranty and then shoved a bunch of papers in my face and kept pulling them away. When I got home I realized I was charged $13,999 for the car! When I called to speak to Troy, he was nowhere to be found and wouldn't return my phone calls. Next, I spoke to Chad and then to Andy and just kept getting the run around until they finally said "tough luck!" I have never dealt with people as rude and disrespectful as the people at this dealership. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they never responded to the complaint! No wonder they have an "F" rating with them. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

When I arrived the car was already sold but nobody called to let me know that another customer is showing interest in the same car.Okay, since I badly needed a another car they talked me into KIA which I purchased from the. A day after I drove the car of their yard and the check engine light came on. I immediately called them and left a message for the sales guy Eugene who NEVER called me back, and I left several message for Chad Kowalewski the used car sales manager since I needed to know if I can get a loaner. He also NEVER called me back.Their customer service sucks and is bad as xxxx. I`m surprised that Nissan doesn`t do anything about it since their reputation is on the line. I wish I would have checked their online reviews first before going there.Never ever will either my wife or I buy any kind of car from them again, I already told friends and neighbors about the bad experience I made to prevent this from happening to them too.

Run don't walk away from this dealership. Purchased a used vehicle, with a clean carfax, stupidly without getting an outside mechanic to put it on a lift. Discovered three weeks later there was massive unreported undercarriage wheel damage. Our mechanic said we were lucky the one tire didn't fall off on a highway and that he would never have passed it on the NYS inspection that Nissan passed it on. Three of the four tires were even older than the auto itself although they admittedly had good tread and were only cracked on the inside! Ended up buying a new Versa that was about $3,000 more than the original car, which we traded in, since we didn't trust them for used cars but knew it would cost more in lawyers fees and time without a usable auto. The dealership did not even originally want to take the original car as a trade in and instead suggested we trade it in elsewhere "without revealing the existing damage." THATS FRAUD,Later took them to small claims court, over several small issues, including the fact that they did not provide the keyless remote. Rather than doing the right thing, they paid a lawyer to defend them. Unless the lawyer is on an unlimited retainer, they paid him more than I was suing for. Not only are they frauds, but they are bad businessmen as well.

Run, don't walk, away from this dealership. We purchased a used auto with a clean carfax that had unreported damage and five year old tires on a supposedly two year old car... Yes, we were stupid to not take it to a garage to have them look for undercarriage damage (hidden in the wheel well area). Our mechanic provided a statement that it never should have passed the NYS inspection completed by Nissan. We ended up purchasing a new car for a somewhat higher price simply because we could not afford the legal process to get a refund. They had advised we should trade in the damaged car to a different dealership without telling anyone about the damage - so they were suggesting we commit fraud..

Brought my 2013 Kia Optima in to address steering issues that are occurring with this vehicle. More specifically , there is a constant pulling to the left, causing me to veer across the lane many times (very dangerous), and the car will not drive on center. The vehicle received a 4 wheel electronic alignment. The issue was not corrected. Called back and left him a voice message and three days went by, no follow-up. Called again demanding to speak with him and was told by a service rep "he stepped out and I'm not sure if he is returning to day." Ok...let the run-around begin. When I finally did get a hold of Scott, there was no apology, no explanation as to why he never called me back except to say that he was out for two weeks with broken ribs. Might I add he said it very indignantly and with no regard to my situation and the danger this steering issue poses. I asked who is manager is and he wouldn't tell me. Kept saying that he is the manager. Finally he put Andy the Sales Manger on who was just as rude as Scott and he ended up hanging up on me because "I wouldn't let him get a word in edge-wise." Stay away from this dealership at all costs as there is absolutely no professionalism or accountability from anyone I've spoken to yet. I've contacted Kia Corporate and my attorney, so I will update as to where this goes.

Brought my 2013 Kia Optima in to address steering issues that are occurring with this vehicle. More specifically , there is a constant pulling to the left, causing me to veer across the lane many times (very dangerous), and the car will not drive on center. The vehicle received a 4 wheel electronic alignment. The issue was not corrected. I have bought several cars from this dealership. In the past couple of years I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. They installed a remote starter in my sentra and they do not have the paper work for putting the starter in. They put the starter in wrong and left a piece hanging and then proceeded to blame me for the hanging piece. The starter was installed before I even picked up my new car. Everyone in the dealership was EXTREMELY RUDE and talked behind my back and bad mouthed me in front of other customers since I was upset they didnt have the paper work and were trying to void my warranty. I know this as my daughter was sitting in another part of the dealership and heard. I will never buy a car from this dealership and I only go back when ABSOLUTELY necessary.

A friend of mine bought a used Nissan from Armando a few months back. He recommended this dealership to me while shopping for my next car. Initially, I was looking at a used car, but was not impressed with it. I decided to take a test drive of a 2013 Nissan Sentra. I really liked the car even though I wasn't there to buy new. Armando was patient with me and not very pushy. I told him the features I wanted and he steered me in the direction of an SL model that had what I wanted and more at a great price of only $500 more than a lower scale SV model. I got the options and the color of the car I wanted. I got a reasonable trade in offer; the previous dealership locally that I bought the car from had been in an accident and was only willing to give me $10,500 in trade. They gave me $10,900, but at least I am rid of a car that would later haunt me in trade in/private sale value because of the blemished CARFAX report.Please understand one thing when shopping on their website: The new car internet sales prices are a bit misleading. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that states the price is AFTER all possible applicable discounts and incentives (Ex: Active military, manufacturer discounts, etc). So, do not get too excited when you see their internet prices unless all those rebates apply to you.EDIT: Armando is long gone, he moved on maybe a few months after I wrote this review. I have had nothing but less than positive experiences with the service department. There are an exceptional few people within the service department that are polite and friendly, but everyone else there leaves a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed with their attitude and how they had handled a factory warranty repair. I shouldn't have to ask them to keep the car clean and then find oil smudges all over interior AND exterior door handles, smears on the fabric, steering wheel and gear shift knob. I believe I am an extremely fair person, but I will no longer patronize Nissan products or recommend Nissan Kia of Middletown to anyone for anything. Even my friend who recommended me here ended up trading in his 2013 Altima to a competitor because of horrendous engineering issues not apparent until after he drove it for a few months. That's not Nissan Kia's fault, but the issues with his vehicle were to Nissan's "standards" and just not acceptable for a nearly new car that may end up vibrating and shaking itself to pieces in due time.

Drove an hour to this dealership to look at a used jeep that I was very interested in purchasing. As soon as I pulled in to the parking lot I was pushed in to a test drive. Glen attempted to have me only test drive it and not allow my wife and our daughter to even get in the vehicle. On the test drive, every question I had was responded with I don't know, I don't deal with Jeeps. We got back to the dealership and before I knew i'm filling out paperwork to buy this vehicle without even talking about it. I was almost pushed in to buying a car without even knowing if I was going to. I explained to glen that I've had some bad experiences at dealerships already and felt like I was being rushed out the door and he could honestly care less. I told him to hold on the app and I would think about it. When I attempted to talk to Andrew the service manager about my concerns, his response was "We don't keep track of every customer sob story that comes through here". I told them to toss the application out and would take my business elsewhere. Horrible Experience!! This is the first time I left a car dealer angry because the way I was treated.

On 3/30/2013 my husband and I went to this dealership in the morning...we were quite nervous and a bit apprehensive about buying a new car and wondering if we would be helped and getting approved for a new car. My husband Jose already had a particular car in mind so we just went in and just went for it especially since we only had very little amount to put down. Armando Castenada noticed us right away and was friendly and talkative and just went on and on which was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. It was a very good experience dealing with Armando, he was very informative and knew his stuff. He was very helpful and eager to help us in getting what we wanted according to our budget and he made sure we didn't leave without getting approved and to leave with a brand new car. He was honest and made sure the right car will fit for us...overall we finally got approved and left with a 2013 Nissan Ultima. We left satisfied...we would definitely go to him again if we ever decide to purchase a second car in the near future. Thank you Armando for all your help!

THEY WERE WRONG, my experience was excellent, place was clean large selection to choose from and I am so glad I didn't judge this dealership without experiencing this first hand. I live in another county and traveled to go to this dealership, I will definitely recommend this dealship to my colleagues at work. I came down a second time to test drive the vehicle Armando was patient with me understood my apprehension going from large vehicle to smaller one, the weather turned bad and I wanted to leave before meeting with financial my process was expedited so I could get home before the snowstorm. I returned a final time to pick up my Nissan Juke, Armando even placed my grandson's car seat in the vehicle and secured this as well. The owner of this agency stood behind the trade-in that he gave me for my car. I have bought many new cars over the years, have never dealt with this dealership or bought a Nissan I am satisfied will let everyone know about my experience. I also want to thank Mr. Walsh for taking my paperwork and allowing me to get home when the weather became inclement.I visited this showroom three times, picked up my car on the third visit and I cannot thank them enough for my experience. I saw a truck on the internet and was interested so I filled in the make a offer option and sent the e mail. The first reply was questions what am make model am i looking for ? Well I would think it was the vehicle that i made a offer on. Other questions trade / finance / etc and the BIG QUESTION was what can he do to get me to come their and drive it home. My answer to BIG QUESTION will you accept my offer.Email reply was what ever i have to do to make you happy. But still no answer about offer. So decided to drive to dealer to see truck in person when i arrived happen to see same person i emailed told him that he never gave me a answer about offer he said that he didn't receive it gave me keys to truck and asked where i was from so told him which is a 75 mile ride away in New Jersey asked for my offer so i told him after 10 min came out and said no to offer and gave me his price and said that it was closing time and had to go. I would think that a person making a offer over the internet and then driving 75 miles to see the vehicle would be a good potential customer but i guess not to them. NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY DEALER

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Asked sales rep to verify integrity of battery as I needed a car in great working condition. A mere 5 months later, battery is dead. Returned to dealership for assistance. Was belittled and lectured by the unprofessional, customer service- lacking sales manager, Andrew Rodriguez. Was told that I purchased a used car and the battery was OK when the car was sold. No consideration was given otherwise. Also needed another minor part that was discussed during the sale, took 6 months to have the part ordered and installed by them. This was only after I made 7 calls to the sales rep and stopped by the dealership 3 times. I'm happy with the sale, but disenchanted with the pathetic customer service- no follow-up, no concern for losing customers. Buyers just beware to follow- up if they promise something and don't expect world- class customer service. You'll never find me shopping at this dealership for any service or vehicle in the future.

AVOID this dealership, question them and you will be cursed out by their manager Andrew Rodriguez, one of his staff grabbed his crotch while we were on our way out of the dealership. The shadiest, most unprofessional people I have ever met. They are rude, nasty and very condescending. I made complaints with Better business Bureau, Trade Commission and Nissan North America. Their sales rep Diana Ritz will make it a point to tell you she's having lunch! Got my Nissan Juke from another dealership, sales rep and manager are very nice, smooth transaction. AGAIN AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

We have been dealing with this service department for over 15 years. They have had their ups and downs. When we first started going to Nissan of Middletown Scott was the service manager and has been all through the dealership, now that he is back in charge of the service department you can see the positive changes in everything they do. I enjoy working with all of the guys in the service department, but without Scott I probably wouldn't go back.

Want a rude and unprofessional experience from a dealership that is all about business and nothing for customer satisfaction? Then purchase a car from Nissan and Kia of Middletown NY. I've had multiple issues for YEARS with this dealership. We've had two Pathfinders in the past and two Kias (Sportage and Sedona) and this dealership has been the only convenient location for servicing our vehicles. We brought in our second Pathfinder for a simple oil change when the service guy approaches us and says "your cylinders are misfiring and you need a new distributor rotor." My father being he was a very car-savy person turns to the guy and says "Really? A new distributor rotor? Why don't you take another look underneath that hood and tell me where you can find a distributor and then come back and get me and I'll show you where the ignition coils are." After having multiple arguments with the service department over what we as car people know exactly what's wrong with the vehicle and the typical service department looking to charge us for unnecessary work to get more money we decided to say the hell with it and did the work on the cars ourselves with the help of rockauto.com. But continuing with my story. 6 years later after our last visit to this dealership, my mother and I decide to come into this dealership to inquire on pricing for a lease on a 2012 Kia Rio. We were approached by a salesman by the name of Ezra. I specifically explained to the gentleman that we came here to simply ask for pricing, look at the car, but we weren't going to make a deal at the moment because we had a death in the family and there are certain personal matters that need to be settled before we can commit to a lease. This guy understood, said "no pressure" and had us test drive a Rio. All went well until we sat down and asked for numbers. Now I understand that dealerships have to sell their products and they will try to make business with you then and there. All dealerships we went to have. But the other dealerships understood when we said "now is not the time for us to lease it. We need time. Just give us numbers so we have an idea." and they understood, gave us info on their lease programs, gave us their cards, shook our hands and said they looked forward to making business with us when we felt ready. This rude and unprofessional jerk from Kia of Middletown on the other hand, decides to pressure us and when we reminded him of what we said when we came in and that I was standing my ground, he makes a comment on "how is the death of your father going to affect you financially?" and how I'm wasting his and my mothers time. So I, completely fuming in anger at this point, reply to this unprofessional jerk with "How dare you! Who the hell are you to say I am wasting my mothers time?! First of all, I don't give a sat#$ about your time being wasted. You are getting paid to sit there to babble on about your product and give me your offers and see if I say yay or nay. Secondly, I am looking out for the best interest for my mother. You on the other hand are looking out for the best interest of your pockets. We specifically said and you agreed, that we weren't making a deal today. Told you we had a death in the family, so we needed time to lease and the only reply you give is "how will this affect you financially" so CLEARLY you never had a death in your family to know. Thank you very much for infuriating a potential customer with an extremely unprofessional if not vulgar comment." And I walked out with my mother fuming as well. It's too bad Nissan didn't close this dealership during the recession. I would highly HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this dealership at all costs both sales and service departments. The unprofessionalism in this dealership is legendary, probably encouraged from the management department, and they only care about your money. Nothing more. So do yourself a service and go to Newburgh Nissan or any other trusted Nissan or Kia dealer.

Great experience start to finish in record time. Armando was a true gentleman and helpful above and beyond what we expected from a dealership. Lynda made our financing as easy as 1,2,3. What we thought would be a lengthy process was just a few short hours. With less than 6 hours total at the dealer over two days we were driving away in our pre owned vehicle. We returned for a service issue two weeks later and were very pleased with the service department. We just stopped by and were reassured our vehicle would be repaired under warranty. We were given a loaner car until our car was repaired which was unexpected but very welcome being a 1 car family. Nissan of Middletown and its staff stand behind the cars they sell and beside the customers they serve. Thank you for making our experience a positive and enjoyable one, we will see you again when it's time for a new car!

And due they told me the car is over 100,000 thousand is not warrantied in my vehicule. Is a joke went i was dealing they say all king the good things abut this car luke need nothings clean car fax mind condicion and will run for another 200,000 thousand and more lies now i am stuck with i car the i can not even drive safely and loss all my money because i trust in this dealer i recomend you guys stay away from this dealership a least if you buying brand neew maybe they dont rip you off like they did to me thanks. Worse professionalism I have ever see from a car dealership. Both salesman and sales manager belittled me. Claimed that was the bottom line best price and laughed at me when i said i don't believe them. Told me to shop other dealership and see if i could find a better price which i did and was sold a car for almost $3000 less and almost $80 dollars less a month. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Richard Walsh. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up leasing a Kia Sorrento which I love. Honestly, I was shopping and had no intention of actually buying a car over the internet. I entered my query one evening on my ipad while watching TV. The next day, I was contacted by Howie Rosenfeld from Kia Middletown. A very nice gentleman who put me at ease in minutes. That is not an easy task.I asked several questions, got all my answers and talked to my husband about what I found out. We went to a local dealership because Kia Middletown is a 5 hour drive away and really didn't want to take the roadtrip. What could THEY do for us comparatively? Good grief...not much!Long story short, Howie's our man! A better price for the new vehicle, the price we were looking for on the trade-in and a professional saleperson that made the whole process easy. Everything he said was spot-on with the new car and he gave us what he quoted for the trade-in, sight unseen. He just ask that we tell him everything about the vehicle so that they could honor the price and we did. You have to know that my husband didn't drive 10 hours (roundtrip) for a small difference. Howie made it worth it, we saved a good chunk of money. My husband arrived, went over the paperwork, got the vehicle and was on his way home in record time. Big thumbs up to #1 - Howie Rosenfeld and Kia Middletown. Don't discount these guys. They're good people with an easy process --- this is the way of the future. Keep up the good work. No gimmicks, tricks or bait & switch tactics. He is the Internet Sales Manager & he is totally up front with everything. I transacted everything over the phone & via email for my KIA Sorento EX V6 & he was always very accommodating & honest.He even stuck with the deal even after my vehicle got involved in an accident. RICH DOES IT AGAIN!!!We have just come from Middletown Nissan and purchasing our fourth Nissan, and our second Murano from them. As always a pleasant experience.Our sales person was Richard Walsh, aka "Rich". He has the ability to make you fell at ease, without the high pressure sales techniques. Answers all your questions, plus some you did not even think to ask. Sits down with you and carefully goes over every detail of your sale, makes sure you fully understand. Our car was not on the lot, he kept us posted by phone as to where our car was and when we could pick up. Rich personally walked us through all the steps at the dealership. Took care of arrangements for insurance and plates. It was a seamless, flawless experience.When it came time to pick up the car, Rich again spent time with us to explain all the new options. When we were ready to leave he told us to call his cell if we had any further questions. Of course we did and we did. The new car purchase experience with this dealership was above and beyond any expectation I ever had. From the minute I walked in there was a no hassle/no intimidation/just browse feeling from the sales team. When I was ready, big emphasis on I, I asked for a sales rep for some assistance, since no one was following me around badgering me which I think was a BIG PLUS, without hesitation someone was there to help me with all my questions and concerns. Their sales team, my sales rep Richard in particular, was very knowledgable and walked me through my potential vehicle top to bottom without once asking the bothersome questions of "When are you buying, How much down, How soon, Whats your trade, Etc." Not once did I get the impression I was wasting his time and felt completely comfortable with the non formal engagement in everyday conversation we had about the vehicle. In the end I was ready and he sat there with a handheld calculator and put everything on the table showing me number by number what was going in and out of the deal so I was comfortable there were no hidden fees which in the end there were ABSOLUTELY none. Just selling price, tax, dmv, delivery, and interest. Oh and not to mention their OBSCENELY low internet price that they give you from the start with no hassle or excuse for typo's or programs that just finished. Also once the deal was wrapped up and I went to the finance department absolutely nothing changed and nothing and nothing was pressured. From start to finish the experience, price, and overall expectations were surpassed. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new nissan.
