Guillermo Padilla did a magnificent job in helping us purchase our next car. Quality experience from start to finish. They went out of their way to make a deal that was very fair, and went the extra mile by taking into account that we had driven an hour to get to the dealer. The used Mazda 3 we bought was immaculate, came with a warranty, and was certified. Because of my experience, I would consider buying a new car from them when the time comes. This in spite of the fact that I have a Mazda dealership within 10 miles of my house.

First of all, I have to complain about these two guys ( Sang Chae and Davies Hidalgo) over at Finance and delivery Department. Neither of them introduced themselves to me when they started doing their part with me in the process. Sang came over to asked me if I am Guodong without saying who he is, he was standing about 10 ft away and talk to me from his left hand side, then he said to me to come over to do the finance paper work to his office, I said "Okay, who are you?". In the office he was trying to persuade me to buy the package of services, unfortunately he already gave me a very bad impression from the beginning, so I just want to have things done only as needed. Then we turned to delivery part, I figured out the Pro-4x didn't come with tow-hitch which is not make sense to me because every others trim has it, especially for this truck with luxury package on the options. I felt upset as a customer at that point, I wonder who wouldn't if this happens to you. Maria took me into the office talk to Davies Hidalgo, he was very straight forward to me he said, you already signed the contract, you did test drive and see the car, there is nothing we can do so he made me feel like okay, I am done to talk to this person, there is no point at all. Then Maria talked with me and really make me feel better, she said "let me talk to my general manager tomorrow see if he can do something like lower the price to let you add it on". So I drove the truck home and then I figured out I don't have remote and carpet for this truck, so I called Maria right away because in my experience to purchase a car, all of them come with carpet and and two keys with remote and the third key is for valet. Maria was very patient to help me check this information for this truck, she explained to me this truck really doesn't come with carpet but it comes with two remotes and she still tried to help me to have the carpet. Another lady, Natalie, called me the day after for purchase follow up, she was a very nice talker and great attitude to me but she didn't read the detail of the truck before speaking to me, she was like surely this truck only comes with one remote. I am thinking she should take a little more time to properly read the information on the truck before talking to me. So Maria is the person I really appreciate for her efforts to help me, your customer. There are few more person I have to thank you for their service that followed, they did a very good job and they really made me happy with their customer service especially as in the future, lucky me for me not need to deal with Sang and Davies any more unless my families want to buy another Nissan Emoji. Thanks Jimmy and Billy at parts department, great service, there is another white guy (I don't know his name) called me over the phone and when he saw me two days later he remembered my name, it made me feel respected. Thanks also to Edgar Partida for his customer focus, his was great service, he shook hands with me and walked me to the rest area for waiting.

July 4th car buying experience at Nissan of Elk Grove Before i decided to go to Nissan of Elk Grove, first i called the sales person, Allen, to make sure that Nissan Versa Note i was looking for still availabe and also if he can match the price from other dealer. He said" will do the best but dont guarantee i can match the price, just come here" so i came to the dealer, he shows me Nissan Versa Note i want, he works with the price about 20 minutes and finally matched it. This is the best experience in my life buying car. He is knowledgeable, honest, working fast and efficient, knows how to satisfy his customer, and i was very pleased to have allen Alaguena, i would like vote him to be employee of the month. Total time i was there about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Nissan of Elk Grove.

This is the SECOND Nissan 370Z I have bought from this dealership and I would buy a car from them again! I live in Carmichael near 3 other Nissan dealerships but drove the 30 miles to Nissan of Elk Grove because of this dealership's SUPERB customer service, professionalism and friendliness. The owner, general manager, sales and finance staff are all a pleasure to work with. Vu, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand as well as the differences between my 2011 Nissan 370Z and the new 2014 Nissan 370Z Nismo I planned on buying. The whole staff was patient with me as I test drove several Zs before making my decision. Also, the used car manager and service manager took good care of my trade in. I loved my experience so much that I brought my mom in 2 weeks later to buy a car as well.

I brought my car in Sept. for my 60th BD. At the time I picked it up I notice what I thought was dried tape on the drive side window. However, no matter what I did I could not remove it. The detail shop could not remove it and notice it was a cut in the glass. I did not think the company would make it right; but Marcus said let's go talk to a manager. To my relief and surprise the dealership make it right and change the window. Lesson learn was to speak up at the time you pick up your car because it could have go the other way. Nissan of Elk Grove thus far have lived up to their word of quality customer care.

I went in last August and the person helping basically brushed my issue off and I have continued to have problems. I re-stated my problem to John and he "heard" my concerns and took initiative in taking care of them and calling me with a response back. That is customer service.

Took my 2009 Murano in for an oil change and asked f they would please check my brakes....waited just a little while and they said I needed front brake pads and rotars and that there was a very small crack in my oil pan..They did not have the oil pan in stock, but said they would have the car back to me by the next morning and offered me a rental. Early the next morning I received a call from Nisson saying my car was ready....I was very pleased with the staff and there professionalism and their efficiency. Thank you Nisson !!

My car broke down & had to be towed, my husband & I decided to bring it to the dealership guessing that it probably was a transmission problem. My car already had 90,000 miles on it, so I thought that I was going to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. To our surprise, it was still covered under an extended warranty! The staff are very accommodating and very professional. The atmosphere is pretty much like at home. Both Mr. Warren Santos and Jon Milan are exceptionally professional and courteousto me and my wife. Jon Milan definitely knows what he's doing. Maybe that's the reason why we got 2 Jukes within a week intervals. I wasn't able to get the Juke Nismo ( too high payment) but at the end of the day I still went home happy with my CPO 2011 juke. There were some flaws but nothing major. The Juke that I got didn't have any floor & cargo mat, it only have 1 key ( no spare), the lighter cover is missing, but still Mr. Warren Santos & Jon Milan did their magic to make the customer happy. The only thing is my wife wants the all weather floor & cargo mats on her brand new 2014 juke. We were just wondering if you guys could throw it in for her since we got 2 cars from you or just trade the one she got. Thank you so much & it was a pleasure doing business with you. Hoping to do more business in the future. ( pretty much my daughter will be driving soon...) have a great day.

We had been looking at compacts at other dealerships and were not happy with the comfort factor - ie: passenger comfort. When we got to Nissan, Ratish suggested we try the Altima. The Altima provided us with 2 of our "wants". Quiet and passenger comfort - and the price was reasonable.

My car is very rare and i went out of country and he was able to still help me and get my car back to my house. When i get home i will double check the quality of their work. I expect it to be good. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and it was no problem. I waited for my car service in the waiting room reading a book sitting in a very comfortable chair. It nice to have clean bathrooms available and drinks. I also enjoyed looking at the new cars in the showroom. Friendly and take time to answer questions..clean surroundings..explains any issues..makes for a pleasant trip to have work on my older Nissan..they offer ride home if car has to stay longer and pickup..very nice!

My sales person actually listened and heard what I was telling her. She was attentive and not pushy and spoke to me like I was an intelligent consumer. I appreciated her upbeat attitiude and willingness to keep it simple and not try to over power the sale with a pushy overbearing attitude.

Service advisor recommended service for my Altima not based on just miles driven but age. He didn't recommend unnecessary service. Was honest about cost to fix additional items I inquired about so I could make an informed choice.

The technician was fast, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. I drive a Lexus so I was a little concerned about using the Nissan dealership. I used to go to Elk Grove Toyota and I am now a convert! Loved the soda machine in the waiting room as well.

I went to Nissan of Elk Grove to have my 2006 Nissan for a 3000 mi service. I had no intentions to buy a new car but was curious what kind of deal they would give me. They sent Sohe one of the salesladies to help me. Sohe was very delightful to talk to. She put no pressure on me at all to buy a New Car. I ended up buying a new 2013 Nissan Altama. Sohe helped me transfer all the things in my 2006 to my new Altama and explained everything about my new car. She has also followed up with me by phone to check if things are going fine. The personnel. Khon, the sales person, is a delight and Steve, the finance man, was quite nice. Buying a car has never been on my list as a fun experience but this time it was rather nice. I especially appreciated Khon, the salesman who worked with us. He is very nice with a positive personality and made the experience a good one. I hope he's still there the next time I'm in the market for a car.

At 43 years old, I've bought my fair share of cars, both new and used. Car dealerships and salespeople have the reputation they do because history has shown them to be spineless, manipulative snakes who would do anything to sell someone a car they can't afford. Thankfully there is hope. I just purchased a slightly used 370z Sportster Convertible from Elk Grove Nissan and I can honestly say it was the smoothest, least stressful and in fact, pleasant buying experience I have EVER had. No bs, no games, no slight of hand.. just the honest truth from start to finish. Prior to showing up at the dealership I had done my homework. I knew exactly what my car was worth and what the fair market value was on the car I wanted. Joe Luis and Danielle Frazier at Elk Grove Nissan were honest, polite and professional from my first contact with them. I was out of the dealership in my new car in about 3 hours start to finish and again I've never experienced a more pleasureable buying experience. I wish all dealerships and salespeople acted the way they did.

I take my 2006 350Z to Nissan of Elk Grove for servicing. All personnel are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Service is excellent and expeditious. Overall I am extremely satisfied and will purchase my next car here but since it is a Nissan that won't be for awhile.

While visiting family on the other side of town I started having car issues. I sent my wife to the Elk Grove Automall to find a car she liked. She visited several dealerships but said her best experience was at Elk Grove Nissan. We told the sales person that we would give them the first shot when we were ready to purchase. A month later we were ready, and we kept our word. We drove past 2 Nissan dealerships and found a car we loved (Altima Hybrid). My wife was correct, the sales person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It only took 30 minutes to negotiate the deal. We have purchased several new vehicles previously and I knew what to expect and how much to pay. The dealership was very interested in keeping me satisfied. Each employee or manager involved in the sales process was very attentive. The only helpful hint I could offer Elk Grove Nissan is to have additional financial services employees available on busy weekend days. It took 90 minutes to make it to financing after the deal was agreed upon. Thank you Elk Grove for meeting my expectations. Because you treated us right the first time we had no need to look else where.

i went there, and aj told me what i was looking for and i told him a frontier pick but started to presure me to buy a ford f150.. i already told him a frontier but i guess he rather make a sell instead of helping the customer to get the frontier....
