Eric met me outside and registered my car for servicing while maintaining a reasonable distance. He came outside almost immediately after I pulled into the service center area. Eric also noticed the coupon that I had forgotten to give him and reminded me so I would receive the discount. Eric also answered my questions about the recall notice on my car. I was sent frequent notifications about the status of my car by text and email. There was the option available to have my car picked up and delivered free of charge. I appreciated having this service available, but chose not to use it this time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Seating was adequately distanced for safety. I was told when my car was ready and was able to safely review the results and pay for the service quickly. All service staff members were courteous, professional, and friendly. There may be places where I can receive the same service for a lower price, but the trust I have in Salem Nissan cannot be easily replaced.

Went in to look at cars for my mother. We worked from start to finish with Jim, our salesman. Great guy to work with and very friendly, we negotiated a very fair price for her new Rogue. Jim was very patient with my mom, we even kept him past closing time. Will buy again from Jim and appreciated the whole Nissan sales team for the service!

I cannot Rave about how friendly and courteous and thorough this dealership was with my service and I didn't even buy my vehicle from them. The cherry on top is that their system for advising what needs to be completed on your vehicle for service is absolutely amazing and super easy and they actually have a live check in to see what status your vehicle is in. Everything about this place is top-notch. Would highly recommend!
