Nissan knows how to take care of their customers! My parents and I went to buy a car for myself since I would need it for college and work. We really liked the Nissan Rogue and they really worked with our budget to try to make it affordable to our price range. We got a fully loaded SUV for a great price! The sales manager and our sales consultant were both wonderful. They even gave us the VIP customer privileges which include road side assist for a year, free car washes, and much more. It was night time and my parents and I were still there way past there closing time and everyone still stayed to help us leave that night with our car. Great service, great price/deal, and great staff. We're very happy with our car! 10 stars!

Our buying experience with sales rep, Robert D was friendly and pleasant until the financial guy (Paul A.) came in. He had an attitude and seemed to be in a rush to leave. He yelled at the sales rep twice to not leave the room in our presence. He also rushed us to sign the contract without us reviewing the charges and fees. After we signed the contract, he rushed out of the office and headed out the door and yelled to us, you have a big scratch on the back of your car door, which is not true. I believed he said it out of anger because he did not want to be there near closing time. This was unprofessional of him and very immature. I hope his management will take notice of his actions. Because of him, we may consider another dealership for our next purchase. This was not a pleasant closing experience. A big thank you to Robert D., No thanks to Paul A..

After deciding on the Maxima SL, we went to Nissan of Staten Island to lease one. We dealt with Michael G, who we found very pleasant, knowledgeable,and easy to deal with. Without playing any games, as most people expect, he gave us a good leasing price. After some negotiation, we quickly finalized a price that we were both satisfied with. My husband and I visited SI Nissan to turn in our leased vehicle (leased 3 yrs ago under prior ownership which doesn't come close to current ownership) and to lease a vehicle for our daughter. My son was going to buy a Nissan Pathfinder SL .when he went to pick up the truck I told him to make sure it was the truck he picked out. They made him wait four hours and tried to get him to sign the deal, before he could see the truck. When he refused to sign until he saw the truck the switched it to a pathfinder SL with no Bose system, no nav, and so other stuff. I told him to leave this dealer and not sign anything. They thought they could take advantage of a young 25 year old buying his first new car. The manger then said they would get him another truck like the one he picked out but I told him to leave because they would do something on the fiance side of the deal to f him over. Don't trust these people they still operate the same way as the old Staten Island Nissan dealer, probably just did a company title change. Go some place else. Plus I am telling my Union to warn other people about this business

JUST BECAUSE I GOT A NISSAN CAR RECENTLY THOUGHT DO ALL SERVICES AT ORIGINAL NISSAN SERVICE CENTER TURNS OUT ITS JUST MESSED UP PLACE YOU CAN EVER FIND. EVEN AFTER MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR A OIL CHANGE AND AFTER GOT THERE EVEN AFTER AN 1 HOUR THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOVE THE CAR FROM THE PARKING PLACE YET I SEE MANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WONDERING AROUND THIS IS THE WORST OF WORST SERVICE CENTER AND I LL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND I LL MAKE SURE I LET MY FRIENDS KNOWS NOT TO EVEN BOTHER THINKING OF GOING TO THIS MESSED UP PLACE. WHY IN THE WORLD DO THEY EVEN MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP IT. I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DESK FOR ABOUT 20 MIN AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE MY INFORMATION. My first visit with my mom to this dealership was for a used car. I was pre approved with MCU which wasn't bad considering that my interest rate was at 6%. I was greeted by Oscar Cordova. Oscar was great and was very patient with me. I explained to Oscar what where the numbers that fit my budget and what i was looking for. He showed me what they had in there used car lot. Some cars where a little over my budget. Just when things where not looking too good. I was then offered an alternative. I was asked if they can run credit, if my credit was that good, they can possibly put me in a 2016 Altima. I later found myself driving out the lot in a 2016 Altima 2.5 S. I personally want to thank Oscar, Jimmy, Al and David for all of your help and treatment to mother and I. You guys left us looking forward to working with all of you again in the near future.

Send my car for recall, had one bulb not working, most likely a burned fuse, but they wanted to replace it. They told me it will cost me around $50 for two bulbs, low beam in the front, and a break light in the back. Said fine, go ahead and fix them, after a while, like after 20 minutes the guy comes and tell me that he is sorry the price for the bulb was wrong , and the actual price was $178 + labor! Told them in that case dont replace it. Anyways they had already taken away the old bulb in the car, and somehow they lost it. My worst experience with these guys is that, i dont know is it me, or something is really strange here. i own my car for almost 5 yeas going to 6, and during these time ,i had to send my car at the Nissan Service Center three times because of recalls. Every time when i would pick up my car, after they would do a recall work, after two or three days something would brake on my car, and had to send my car back to them to fix it, and these people are not cheap. A week ago send my car send my car for recall, two days latter i lost my AC!!! Three times send my cars to these guys to fix it, three times, something brakes as soon as i pick up my car from them. Called Nissan Customer Care Center, and complained to them, and ALSO told them , that me, personally im done with Nissan, i would never buy NISSAN again! Not because of the cars that they manufacture, but because of their service centers ! Its freaking impossible, every time i send my care there for recalls something breaks. Cant be coincidence!

DAVID TOLD ME TO PICK ANOTHER CAR SO I DID. I WAS IN FORMED BY MANNY IT WOULD BE READY TILL 7PM. SO I GET A TEXT AT 5PM TO PICK THE CAR UP. WHEN I GOT THEIR BOTH MANNY AND DAVID MAN ME SWITCH MY INSURANCE OVER TO THE NEW CAR AND ALL MY STUFF OUT OF MY CAR INTO THE NEW ONE. THAN THEY COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS. FINALLY I GOT INTO THE FINANCE MANAGER PAUL AGUILAR WHO SAID THE DEAL CHANGED YOU NEED TO GIVE ME $1900.00 ON TOP OF THE $1000.00 AGREED ON . I SAID THATS NOT THE THE DEAL HE THREW MY TITLE AT ME AND SAID LEAVE. AFTER LEAVING AND CHANGING EVERYTHING BACK TO MY CAR I SPOKE TO JOE RANDAZZO WHO SAID BRING IN $1300.00 INSTEAD OF $2900.00 AND YOU CAN HAVE THE CAR. WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE THEY RUNNING? I was looking for a used reliable car for my daughter I saw one on their website and decided to go with my brother to take a look at it. My brother spoke highly about these guys since he just purchased a beautiful used vehicle from them 2 months prior I walked in and immediately got greeted by Ismael and he introduced me to Manny. Immediatly these guys made me feel comfortable. FYI I'm a big car guy and always weary about car salesmen but I felt like I was dealing with family here. Manny had me test drive a couple of cars in my price range, once a choice was made Manny introduced me to Al the finance guy and between the 3 of them doing research were able to put my daughter into a brand new Altima lease for less money monthly and zero down payment than the used car I originetly went to see. Crazy but true. THANKS GUYS.!

I purchased a New 2016 Nissan Altima, However I had the car 2 days. After the 1st day of having the vehicle, issues started. All the lights kept popping on and off. I brought it back explaining the issues and told them I had the car ONLY 2 days and had no miles on it to put me in something else. They refused! Going from Manager to Manager. Still was not getting anywhere with the issue. I put the car in to service and they told me I will get my car back in 2 weeks. They had to get further people to evaluate, because there was issues that there own mechanics needed guidance with. I had the car only 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! I explained I Don't want this car, Either give me my money back or put me in something else. THEY REFUSED! I guess they don't believe in making there customers happy, Its been nothing but complete misery!!!!

I had originally gone into the dealership looking to lease one car, but through the careful guidance and expertise of Kevin, we found the car that was right for me. After going home without signing to discuss with my Fiance, I returned the next day to close the deal and unfortunately Kevin was off. I was going to leave and come back but Dave personally took care of everything, and made sure that everything me and Kevin discussed was taken care of and then some and assured me Kevin would still receive the credit for all his time and effort he put in the night before. Overall everyone that worked on this for me was great and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rating is because we have been to this Nissan dealership in the past twice and had a very unpleasant experience. My husband and I returned with trepidation looking to buy a 2016 Nisssan Frontier as he always wanted to own a truck, we had a list of places to go and we never did because they matched the 2 dealers pricing we were going to go to in New Jersey. We did not want to return to buy a car in New Jersey and decided to give Nissan on Staten Island a try. Long story short like I stated before my husband is driving a brand new 2016 Nissan Frontier. The lease was ending on my Nissan Altima and I was looking to get into a Rogue. I was not looking forward to it because my prior experiences always left me with the feeling that I got hosed. I was walking pass the dealership, while waiting for my car at the service repair. I decided to browse the lot when I met Leon Henry. Leon was very nice, professional and engaging. I had no intention of purchasing anything, and the next thing I knew I was inside the dealership. I have to say I did go home with a new car (lease) which was not my intention. Joe the Manager was very nice, helpful and willing to work with me. I would have given the dealership 5 stars, if it had not been for the financing dept. and the gentlemen that I dealt with. Instead of just running the numbers and being forthright and honest, I felt that Paul was lacking in integrity. As positive as my experience had been thus far, I felt that Paul acted as though he did not want to be bothered, which showed, or he was just a dishonest person and thought he could take advantage of a woman in a dealership alone. However, the manager stepped in and I left with a new lease. I would recommend friends to Leon Henry, I thought he was a good salesmen, with a very good disposition and friendly. I would just advise to do your homework and know what you want when entering any dealership, however if you are in need of a car, this dealership will work with you to get you into a vehicle.

John called to inform my mother that her lease would be up soon and that they were under new ownership. That there were some great deals so my mother made an appointment for the next day, I called John with some questions to make sure we would be satisfied and not waste his time or our own. We even changed our appointment to meet with him that same day. We walked in and were immediately greeted by him we sat down and began the process he showed us the Nissan rouge explained new specs and all that good stuff. We talked numbers I expressed my concerns and they did the best they could for us :) from the beginning of the experience he was dedicated and nice and guaranteed if they transported the new car and we didn't like the color it could be switched to something we liked! Needless to say John was able to put a smile on my face and everything worked out well. The vehicle is beautiful. His customer service skills were amazing and I will refer friends and family to him! Paul the finance guy, who happens to share a birthday with me was also terrific and worked dilegently to finish our paperwork.Next day I returned to give the other key to the dealership, the woman at the desk who had her name tag under her sweater was not the personality that should be representing Nissan! If she was there when we purchased the vehicle her attitude and way she presents the customer upon entering would have caused me to leave! There would have been no deal made. Christina was the girl there the night we bought the vehicle and she was a doll always smiling at me every time I stepped outside and came back in. Stuff that was left in my old vehicle was placed to the side for us and that was greatly appreciated! So again I highly recommend them and the salesman I dealt with I would be happy to do business with John again :) thank you to Nissan for having the greatest staff besides one.. When we arrived today to get the bag of stuff John actually brought it out to us and made it so easy for us! Thank you all again!!

We came on Sunday and immediately after a few minutes of being interested in new Rogue i was approached by young individual- Moe. Me and my family liked him from the very beginning and right away i felt that this person is not one of those sales people who are desperate to make a sale. Moe took his time to go over car specs and was passionate and kind about everything he did. We were offered a test drive even without asking for it and it was done just in the right time when my family had some disagreements. Car was brought literally in a seconds. And overall only best experience working with Staten Island dealership. I wish there will be more sales associates like Moe. I was greated by Ed Barcia outside of the dealership and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgable of the different vehicles on the lot & show room. He was a pleasure to deal with and was courteous to my girl friend & daughter. While we waited, he offered the complementary popcorn, water & coffee and even offered us a snacks. Unlike other salesmen, Ed stayed with us from start to finish. The coolest thing on Dec 19 was that jingle & bells that was rung for my car purchase. The finance team was great. I stopped in to have my classic 1994 300ZX serviced. I was having an issue with the clutch. Paul in service was very friendly and helpful as he always is. The price was fair for a repair with Nissan original parts. When I picked it up 2 days after dropping it of Paul said " it's a nice fast car but it's not a GTR". I think I'll be back to look into a GTR soon.

For years I stayed away from this dealership, which is the closest Nissan dealer to my home. Their bad reputation proceeded them. I purchased my car in New Jersey because of that reason. I'm glad that there is new ownership and management. I had my first experience with their service dept and it was a good one. I was treated like a customer should be treated. I was told what had to be done and the cost in advance. There were no surprises. The work was done on time and everything so far looks good. I was given a new loaner while the work was being performed. The only negative I have is the service area environment. The waiting room area is small, noisy and not very comfortable. This is a holdover from the previous owners and hopefully the new owners will do something about this. I may be a little spoiled because I also own a BMW and an Audi and their service areas are much different. However the service staff was pleasant, efficient and eager to please. Please stay that way and thrive!

Visited the dealership last weekend on Saturday and Sunday with serious desire to lease. Wanted to test drive a car on Saturday, but after having spent 30 minutes waiting in the showroom for a sales person I was told by the manager that they had no license plates available for a test drive and I should come back Sunday. Came back Sunday and we went to the parking lot to get the car. The gate was locked so we went back the dealership supposedly to get the key for another car parked next to the dealership. We did all the paper work and the sales person started pressuring me with the numbers and commitment to get the car today. I stated multiple times that I needed to test drive the car 1st and then we could talk about numbers. After wasting about an hour with the sales person going back and forth to his manager for god knows what reason, I was told by the same manager that they don't have the keys and basically I couldn't test drive anything.

My sales man name was Moe. He was definatly a newbie and tried to push a $19000 car in me even though I told him my budget. He was extremely arrogant and became very irritated with all my questions and concerns. If I plan on buying a vehicle over $1000 then I want to make sure it's right. The finance manager was also extremely unhelpful and if maybe a little nicer I would have had my husband cosign and we would have left with a car.
