A few months ago my wife and I went to several dealerships in the Cerritos Auto Square. Just looking to see what was out there. We didn't test drive any of the vehicles at that time. Like I said we were just getting information on different brands of cars. We got a warm welcome by a young salesman, Marcus Futch. He answered all of our questions that day. When we were ready for a test drive, we came back and asked for Marcus, fortunately for us he still worked there. We were looking at the Tucson but after driving it, Marcus suggested we drive the Santa Fe Sport. He was spot on. The Santa Fe has a much smoother ride. Needless to say we bought it!

Always a fun and great time working with Richard Kang! I find myself leaving the dealership with a smile driving back home in my new Hyundai. I am so happy to be driving a car with Bluetooth, rear view camera, and the side view mirror alerts! It's amazing how high tech cars are now. I was definitely pleasantly surprised seeing how easy it is to unlock and lock the doors and the trunk can even be handsfree! I feel so confident and happy that I've made the right purchase because my needs were met and even if I didn't need a feature, he found a way to incorporate it into my daily life. My credit score is not perfect. At Norm Reeves Hyundai we had the best experience ever! They asked for our needs, budget, and did not insist on changing or minds in any aspect. On top of that, the manager gave us the best deal without hesitating. I feel valued, understood, guided and supported. We got a 2017 Tucson and I am so happy with this acquisition. The sales person made me an appointment to for the first service, set up my radio, went over the manual, showed me some features, and paired my phone. My car was washed, full tank. Great service.

I have Hyundai GENESIS with master windows switch problem under warranty.It doesn't work quite often.I visited Cerritos Hyundai service on 9/15/16 and showed a service manit didn't work. He asked me to make an appointment to check it moreafter witnessing malfunction.I visited Cerritos Hyndai service in the morning on 9/21/16 after the appointment. I had to have a day off because the service man told me it might take a whole day. (The service man is the same guy witnessed the malfunction and he remembers it.)I got a call from the service man in the evening saying 'my car is ready to pick up.' I thought they replaced or fixed the problematic master windows switch. However he said it worked fine as designed because they cannot repeat the same problem...Does it make sense for them to do nothing even though the service man witnessed it?I was able to repeat the problem in 10 minutes in front of service manager and the second service man when I picked up my car not fixed at 6 30 PM.Manager told me to come in the morning next day.I am not sure what technician looked into for 8 hours even though I was able to repeat the problem in 10 mins.I will see how many days Hyudai makes me to waste.--> after multiple complaints, they did their best replacing the master switch providing me their loaner vehicle during repair period.

Alex Fuller, the salesman who assisted me and David Rosas, the Sales Manager could not have been more helpful. The transaction was first class from beginning to end. I was able to test drive the vehicle I came in to see, a Hyundai Elantra. Alex explained the car to me in detail before, during, and after our test drive. He answered all the questions that i had. Even arriving at the price was not pressure packed as it usually is. Norm Reeves may treat you well when they sell you a car, but as soon as you've made that purchase, Norm Reeves is finished pretending to be nice. WATCH OUT for the Norm Reeves Service Department. They will overcharge you, perform unauthorized work, and hold your car hostage until you pay. Do not expect to be treated professionally or to have work performed for a reasonable price; it will be outrageously expensive, and they will routinely find more to do than what you came in to have done. And rarely will you even receive an apology or an acknowledgment that you have a right to be stunned by their ridiculous prices. They are not in business to keep their customers happy; they are in business to sell cars. Period. Go somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares about repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction - not just the happiness of a new car.

Vito introduced himself as soon as I arrived the first time I came to the dealership. He asked what I was looking for and showed me the Sonata Sport and gave me a test drive. I was very impressed with the safety features. I wanted to do some comparison shopping before committing to a purchase so Vito introduced me to a Ford dealer representative and I went on Another test drive. I then went back to the Honda dealership and test drove the Accord. I decided then the Sonata was for me, mainly because of the features.

We just leased a Genesis Sedan from Norm Reeves Superstore. Our sales representative (Alex Fuller) was exceptional. He was very patient with us; answering any and all of our questions. When we had reached an agreement he got our car ready in a very short time. While he was getting the car prepped, we were with the financial officer signing papers and squaring away everything. Alex brought the car around and then provided a detailed explanation of most of the features of the car. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, especially when compared to past dealings with other car dealers and sales representatives.

7 Months after purchasing a car at Norm Reeves Hyundai and they still haven't sent me my license plates. Finance manager Kevin wont get back to me. I even went as far as to reach out to the service center and the sales manager Saeed. The service center said they couldn't help with it.I guess I will need to go purchase the plates again myself? This is crazy. The service here is terrible

I thought the process took too long, since I called ahead and told him exactly what I wanted. He said it was much less time than usual. I was there 2 hours, and he said the norm is at least 4 hours. We originally went to Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys and had a horrible experience. We made a mutual deal with the General Manager and shook hands..after running our credit the sales rep came back to tell us that they made a mistake on the deal. It was very upsetting and we walked out. We made several phone calls and knew exactly what we wanted. Just purchased a new 2017 Elantra from Norm Reeves Hyundai and Sonu Dhanani. Not being one that wants to hang out in a dealership all day, I used their online application from the website and emailed all the details. Had a great conversion going via email with Sonu and we arrived on a price commitment. I showed up at the dealership 30 minutes later, spent about an hour with the paperwork, finance and delivery. then I was out. Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, Sonu was genuine and professional. Finance was quick and did not push anything unnecessary. Delivery went smoothly, all features were explained and Sonu helped me setup certain functions. All in all a great experience.

Even though the vehicle I found had more options than I wanted, the personnel at the dealership worked with me to get the vehicle down to manageable price for me. We were incredibly happy with how we were treated at Hyundai. The sales man who greeted us (Miguel Aleman) was not aggressive and let us choose what we were looking for in our family car at our own pace. This was in complete contrast to how were treated throughout the day at other dealerships in the Cerritos area. This easy going approach that allowed my wife and I to take our time in test driving and looking at cars is what eventually led to us deciding to purchase our new Elantra that day. Overall a great experience and looking forward to coming back in a few years to replace our other aging car.

WOW. Super easy process. I was in and out within an hour...most of it had to do with explaining the car and finances. I worked with Sonny--what a boss, from attitude to demeanor to his suit! Very professional towards me. He did not do any back-and-forth stuff (none of the "let me talk to my manager" kind of junk). We did work things out over e-mail and phone prior to me driving down, and he was very courteous and straight up with me. The 1+ hour traffic-filled drive to the dealer was worth it. Kevin Lee--finance guy--also straight up. He explained things well--none of the "sign here" and you go "what's that additional dollars?" He explained properly what I was about to sign before I even put pen to paper. My sister was with me, and she said "see? This is how it's supposed to be." Go deal with Norm Reeves Hyundai if you're looking for a Hyundai vehicle.P.S. - There's a "select employee(s) worked with" box on here...this must be an old list. I worked with Sonny Nguyen on sale of the car and Kevin Lee was the finance guy for me.

I went to Norm Reeves Hyundai to get information regarding a Plug In Hybrid Sonata and also pricing including rebates available. I was treated very courteously and never felt rushed or pressured. The salesman took a lot of time explaining the features of the car, warranty information and allowed me to take an educational and fun test drive. I ended up buying the car and absolutely love it. The challenge now is to see how many MPG I can get. A friend also bought the same car and I'm sure we will be competing to see who can get the maximum miles/gal. Although we love our Azera I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We have had the worst service possible for relatively simple stuff. The service team has no follow through, and the manager Katherine does nothing to accommodate a bad situation. We took our Azera in about two months ago for a bad battery. It took 3 days to fix, no loaner was offered and rather than to figure out why a two year old battery died they were worried about charging us for the battery and fuel injection service. Immediately the car ran worse than when we took it in. None of the electrical options worked, bake up camera was broke, could not change channels on the radio etc. The whole infotainment system was malfunctioned. We called Katherine explaining the issue. First thing out of her mouth was the radio is out of warranty (41k miles) and I had to wait till Wednesday or Thursday to bring it in. Keep in mind it worked fine before they serviced the car. Again no loaner offered. We dropped the car of on Sunday afternoon, filled out the form and waited. We were called by a Howie Vu on Monday that our car was going to be ready on Tuesday. No we found out what's wrong, here is the game plan nothing. I called Tuesday several times, Howie had the day off so I called Katherine nothing. I called Wednesday, nothing. Katherine called back but explained our car needed parts and it was going to be a week before we get it back. Said she would get us a loaner once it arrived. Thursday after several calls we find out the parts were in and they would reach out. Katherine said a loaner was due back anytime ( we believe this car does not exist). Keep in mind we were never told what was wrong nor did we ok the repair, most times they tell you what they are doing first, just common sense. Thursday we did find out it's a valve in the exhaust, they are going to fix it and we would be called on Friday. No call Friday or Saturday. Today we had to call repeatedly to get ahold of someone. Howie said the parts were in and we will get the car back tomorrow. I've worked in this industry and understand the process. I also know people get busy and things happen. We are probably the easiest people to work with, we just wanted to know why a luxury 40k$ was having so many issues. No one knows, no accommodation no nothing. We also bought the extended warranty on the car for the electrical components up to 75k, they simply have no clue what they were doing. I would have taken it somewhere else, but the car was fine ( like perfect ) then we went out to start one morning and had to have it towed in. Since we got the car back it was worse and stuff that worked fine now didn't. I figured I'd give them a chance to fix it. Worst mistake I've made in car service. We've owned a lot of cars, many service calls, this one takes the cake for the worst we have ever had. And we still don't know if it will be ready tomorrow and if it will work. The car is great. But beware, service here is terrible, beyond terrible. I am writing letters to the Gm at the dealership and my sister in law works for Hyundai and we are taking it to the dealer services as well. Sorry for the long review, there was a lot more to it but I'd be writing until next week. RegardsRobert and Canden SchultzDisappointed Hyundai owners.They did call today and let us know our car is ready. We got offered a keychain or coffee cup for our trouble. You can't make this stuff up.

Truthfully, 5 stars aren't enough to rate the customer service. For 3 or 4 days I had been going back and forth via text with one of the associates, Sonny. Sonny was attentive and persistent. But, most of all he knew how to work a great deal for me. I really wanted the 2016 Hyundai Genesis Sedan, and he made that happen!!! So, it literally took me more time to drive to Norm Reeves Hyundai than it did to close the deal on the spot. Although I had previously test drove the Genesis; which I love and would recommend if you like class, luxury and speed, Sonny suggested I take it for a drive and inspect it. Anyhow, he worked with my offer, and made me a sweet deal I couldn't turn down (although it took me 3 or 4 days to say yes). So, after signing my new lease, Sonny offered me a complimentary oil change for my next visit, then brought me out two red roses to say thank you for my business, then brought me out a key chain in a box, then a recyclable bag (you can never have too many of those). The finance guy, Kyle, was efficient and quick, and I signed all of my paperwork in about 7 minutes. I would definitely recommend paying this store a visit on your next purchase. I thought that I had great service before when purchasing my last least, but the service at Norm Reeves Hyundai superceded my expectations.

I pulled in to Hyundai parking lot today driving my Lexus GS 350 just to check out the Genesis. This guy Frank Martins greeted me with a smile. He introduced me to his buddy Jay "Junaid Saleem and offered me a test drive. Car is unbelievable, lots of features and affordable price for a luxury vehicle. We sat down and came up with a good deal of course with the help of Saeed Naderi (Manager). It was a great experience dealing with these guys. I never felt any pressure whatsoever. Very genuine people and they made me feel at home. I highly recommend these guys If you'll ever set foot to Hyundai Cerritos. He provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate how he went the extra mile to research and obtain additional information I requested. He did everything he could to work with me on a deal and I am very happy with the outcome. Vito was also great at keeping me occupied while I was waiting for my car to get cleaned out. Really funny guy! Kyle in Finance was also very helpful and gave great customer service. I am very pleased with my new car and the experience I had at Norm Reeves Hyundai Cerritos!I traded in my Nissan Versa 2013, because it required a lot of maintenance. It was either pay +2k on maintenance and keep driving a car I did not like... or get a new car! Nissan was charging me 11% APR, the warranty was basically done, all four tires had to be changed (they did not provide me new tires when I first bought the car), and my brakes were getting really bad. When I bought the car, they did not let me choose the car either. They just showed me ONE car and said "this is the only car you qualify for" (Sonny said that did not make sense). And I hate the color white, but I just bought it, because it was the only car they said I would qualify for anywhere. I was paying $370 per month for the Nissan for THREE years, and I still owe 13K on that car! Sonny explained to me that the THREE years that I have been paying it off, I was basically paying off the interest and it was not even going towards the car. I honestly would not have understood any of those information if it was not for Sonny.All of my friends and family were telling it the pros were better if I was to get a new car. I was recommended to go to Sonny by my sister, uncle, cousin, and boyfriend's cousin! They all got cars through him! After he worked his magic, my APR went down to 5% and I am paying the SAME AMOUNT every month for a BRAND NEW CAR. A car that I wanted too! My favorite color, black! I am now the proud owner of a black 2016 Hyundai Elantra!!Basically, if you're looking for a new Hyundai and you live anywhere within a couple hour drive of Norm Reeves in Cerritos, then you'd be a fool to not at least give Sonny a call to see what he can do for you.

Thank you Frank Martins!!! After twelve years with my Camry I was finally ready to get a new car, but I wasn't looking forward to the car buying experience of shopping around, negotiating and being tricked into paying for random things. I went through True Car and emailed with various Hyundai and Mazda dealerships. Working with Frank was by far the easiest. After doing some research and getting an idea for what a lease on a Elantra GT would be like at other dealerships I emailed Norm Reeves with a price lower than the other offers I received. Frank Martins contacted me quickly and without hesitation said he could make the numbers work but would get back to me after checking with his manager. A couple days later he confirmed we were good to go. He was very thorough, timely and professional in his communication. I never felt pressured. I was sure that they were going to find a way to sneak in some extra fees when I got to the dealership but everything worked out just like he said. I appreciate that he had the keys and cars with my exact request located for when I showed up at the dealership. It was a busy Saturday afternoon but he answered all of my questions and helped me link up my phone with the Bluetooth. And to top it off he gave me a couple long stem roses. Nice touch. We searched and delt with multiple Hyundai dealers all around SoCal looking for a Tuscon Limited with ultimate package. Norm Reeves not only had the best price, but we negotied and settled on a price over the Internet and set up everything via phone. This was important as we lived 70 miles from the dealer and didn't want to drive all the way in just to be disappointed. After making the deal, the next morning we drove to the dealer ship, test drove the vehicle and then completed all the paper work. Frank Martin, or sales rep, had everything ready and we got through the entire process stress free and in a very timely manner. Everyone at the dealership was great and very professional. Our salesman Manny was awesome. From the moment he greeted me to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car I felt very at ease, comfortable and in control. I'm a female and was skeptical about car buying but he never pushed anything on me. I told him what I was looking for, my must haves, my budget and he was patient, took his time and really showed me my options. He told me that he would find me EXACTLY what I wanted and he delivered 100%. We test drove the different trims some of them twice and he was patient beyond belief through the whole process. Every person that I came across I felt was very sincere about making sure I was comfortable and getting a good deal on my car. If any friends or family are on the market for a new car I will give them Manny's card and let them know how happy I am with my Santa Fe. On the vehicle side of things, I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Santa Fe. I was going to test drive other cars afterwards but I didn't need to. I got behind the wheel of the Santa Fe and immediately knew that this was the car for me. I think after this experience I've changed from a Toyota person to a Hyundai person.

I came to this dealership because they said they could get me a 2015 Sonata with Popular Package in grey/silver. We showed up and they started showing us the 2016 base model saying they could get it to be a very close price and APR. They made us wait over 3 hours when we came in and knew exactly what we wanted and ended up with a base model Sonata. They gave us plenty of excuses about the wait. All we wanted was the Sonata at the best price. After waiting so long to finally sign the paperwork, we see that they did not get us the APR we thought we were getting (2-800+ credit scores) the car was more expensive than we were expecting. I feel that through waiting and pressure we agreed to a deal we would not have otherwise agreed to. It is too bad that I feel I cannot trust this dealership to be straightforward, honest and work to get the best deal possible. I feel like they could have made us a long-time customer since Norm Reeves owns many dealerships and we still need another car soon. But through what I felt were a bit underhanded car dealer tactics of delaying us, making us wait, and getting us tired of the experience, we agreed to a deal that was not as good as it should have been. We came in and knew exactly what we wanted, we called in advance and was promised the vehicle. Instead, we paid several thousand more dollars, got a higher rate. I don't why they would risk a long-term relationship for one car deal. It seems dumb when you have a married couple mid 30s professionals that would like to just have a single dealer or dealer chain they can trust and rely on. (As for the vehicle, we do like the vehicle, we wanted a Sonata after doing a lot of our own research, we came here looking to get a deal done on the vehicle, I just don't like how it all happened. We were ready to pay the $18-$19,000 offer we saw advertised at the advertised APR of 1.9. Hard not to feel taken a little bit paying several thousand more, and a higher rate (2.9%). Good job for the dealership I guess

Get your best deal and bring it to Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore (NRHS). The staff and management are wonderful. I had the pleasure to work with a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman named Ricardo Romero. We worked out a deal over the phone and Ricardo picked me up at my home in San Clemente and drove me to the dealership. When I arrived at NRHS I just sat down with finance and signed the papers. We had no intention of buying a Hyundai until after reviewing several car brands. We started with Hyundai and within 2 hours were filling out the paperwork. Our sales rep, Alex Fuller, is not on the list provided in this website, but hats off to this wonderful young man. We were totally unprepared for the kind of fair and honest dealing we received from Alex and the dealership as a whole. In my 45 years of buying cars, this experience is at the top of my list. We absolutely LOVE the 2015 Genesis, and we LOVE the deal we got and the way we were treated both at time of sale and on a subsequent visit for a minor service visit. This was actually a pleasant endeavor as opposed to the dread expected when negotiating and buying a new car. There was no negotiation necessary; they simple presented us a price that was better than what we had hoped to negotiate down to. Great job!!

Surviving a totaled car collision is no pleasant thing! After some physical therapy, I was still scared to drive again; but I NEEDED to get a new car. Salesperson Ryan Quismorio was very kind, patient, and helpful with me. I would recommend him, and even suggest asking for him if you need help with getting a new vehicle. I needed some extra time, because of my mobility difficulties. He let me take that time and sit in different vehicles, adjust the seat, and he even gave me the extra time I needed to help me learn how the media features work and what comes with the vehicle. He even let me drive slowly on some side streets. We noticed a dent, and some scratches before leaving the dealership, and I'm appreciative that they offered to comp the repairs. I was introduced to Fernando & Chris in the service department, and they were very nice and kind too; and very helpful with answering my questions. Kyle and Kevin were also very nice guys, helping me during the financial stages of purchase. Overall, Cerritos Hyundai has a very professional staff! I was in the market for a mid-sized sedan; and safety was VERY important to me. I'm pretty pleased with my new Sonata! :) I'm still pretty scared on the road, and get frightened when people make dangerous moves, and ask them not to do that please...But this is a pretty nice car to drive, and I'm thankful that I got it!

Last Thursday, we leased 2016 Hyundai Elantra for my sister Sheila. We received a great service from Manuel Vazquez (Sales Agent), Saeed Naderi (Sales Manager), and Gerardo Dorantes (Finance Director). I live in Irvine and there is Hyundai dealership less than a mile from my house. After reading reviews from different Hyudai dealerships, I noticed Norm Reeves Hyundai had better reviews. I didn't mind driving all the way from Irvine to Cerritos. Me and my family really felt welcomed when we got to the dealerships. Manuel did his job right from the beginning (test driving) to the end (receiving the car keys). There was no pressure at all. Manuel really took his time to explain about the car and how things work. Also, Saeed Naderi did his job right. Gerardo also took his time explaining about the contract. If we had any question, he wouldn't mind to explain it again. This last Monday (7/27) I came in to the service center around 5:45pm and left my car with Fernando Felix. He let me know that he'd call me or text me when my car was finished. 2 1/2 hours later as I'm waiting in the sales lobby trying to get in contact with Fernando, I decide to walk over to the service center and find it locked up. I then came to a sales rep who told me that the technicians leave at 5pm! The posted service hours are 7am-7pm! After telling the sales rep my story and explaining that I have work early the next morning and I need my car, he told me there's nothing he could do about it. As far as he was concerned it was perfectly fine that I be left stranded till 7 the next morning because he never asked about how I would get home. Luckily I have a wife who was able to pick up and drop me back off the next morning to an untouched car. When I came to drop off my car Monday, no one cared to tell me that no one would be working on my car and that I'd have to wait till the next day, there was no communication to me when I tried reaching out to Fernando on the number he left me, no one cared to check on me as I sat in the sales lobby for hours, and when faced with a dilemma the Hyundai staff was secure to leave me without a vehicle or to meet any of my concerns. Even now, I am still waiting for a call from the Service Manager, that Fernando promised me. This is a complete failure of customer service.*Update*So after the terrible customer service mentioned above Jared R. of Hyundai comments on my Yelp review and directs me to follow up with the customer service manager. So I'm supposed to be calling up someone else to hear my concern? Fernando was already made aware of my concern Tuesday and promised that Suzie Wills, the customer service manager would contact me. I texted him again Thursday with no reply. Not only that, I emailed my concerns to your service department email given on your website WEDNESDAY! Only now on Friday, (4 days from the incident) is someone is reaching out to me and they're telling me I need to go complain somewhere else. If customer service is truly their concern than I would like to see the evidence.

My family and I had such a great experience at this dealership. The day we went in wasn't the best day. It was hot and we drove into this dealer out of curiosity. When we parked our car at Hyundai, Vito greeted us very nicely. He understood that we didn't know much about Hyundais and he told us that he would do his best to reccomend the best car according to what we requested. After a while of jumping into car after car, we finally test drove the Elantra GT. Vito was so patient and kind to my family, espeacially because we had a language barrier. I was a little skeptical at first to go this dealership as it was a little further from my house. I saw an advertised car and called the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still there (most dealerships will say yes even though its sold). I got to the dealership and was greeted right away from the salesperson I spoke to on the phone, Alex Fuller. The car was still there and asked me if I wanted to view the car and I told him yes. I also asked to see the same car fully loaded and he spent his time showing me what I wanted to see and answered all my questions without being pushy or rude. A lot of salespeople will just try to rush through and push extra options on you or sell you another car, but not Alex. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing and got all the options I needed/wanted. He did an excellent job without playing any games. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

I just went into look and price a Genesis. Knew what I wanted just was thinking of buying maybe later in the month. Sonny came out with in minutes of us looking. We let him know that we were looking and pricing the Genesis. So he showed us the different styles that they have. Even told us let's test drive them to check out the differences. After all the test driving I figured out which one I wanted, so he took us inside and gave us some prices, the finance team ran my credit and gave us some scenarios of payments. I told them that I think I may just buy one today if they had they right colors I wanted. Sonny searched his data base and found me my car ( was on their inventory lot). Took us over there, took it for a test drive, went in to sign papers and came out to a very cleaned up car thanks to the service team!!!

After spending time looking for a specific car at other dealerships, we were pleased to find it at this dealership with less miles and considerably less expense. We saved enough in the purchase to pay a semester's tuition for our daughter. ?? We came in late in the evening and was treated very well by salesman Vito Beato who was efficient, informative, and patient. He went out of his way to educate us on the electrical specifics and assisted us in setting up the Bluetooth for media and telephone and listened to our concerns with the rear tires (they were replaced). Car dealerships can be really intimidating with pushy salesman with limited understanding of their own vehicles. Vito not only is extremely knowledgeable about his product, but he believes in it enough to purchase it for himself (I believe he also convinced several family members to purchase the product as well. That is quite a testimony!). We wanted to look at a specific car so he went and found the car at another lot and brought it to us. while my wife changed our daughter Ax even put her car seat in the car for the test drive. After months of research and dealer visits near work/home, I ended up driving about 45min out to Cerritos as NRHS was the only Hyundai dealer with any manual hatchback Accents in stock (only 2 left!). I had called a couple days earlier & set up an appointment with Sonny who assured me that I would get a more-than-fair price. First, we were not bombarded by sales persons when entering the lot. BIG PLUS. Sonny Nguyen was most helpful with showing us cars to choose from and went out of his way to find us just the car and what we wanted on and in it. We wanted silver, we got silver.. He's very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and explains everything to us about the car. Next, off we went to Kevin Lee. Great finance manager and did everything he could to keep our payments down and a good deal. Finance part of a deal is always difficult and he made it easy to understand and made sure we knew ever bit of the contract. Everyone at Norm Reeves was helpful, friendly and they really respect there customers. I recommend buying at Norm Reeves. You won't be sorry.

Went to the Hyundai site, configured the car I wanted, and then did a dealer request. Within minutes I had a call and text from Vito at Norm Reeves. Gave him a call, told him what I wanted, what I didn't want, and requested a quote. He was able to beat the lowest price I had received right over the phone. Went to dealer an hour later, drove car, closed deal and was out of there in an hour and a half. No BS, no gimmicks, no add-on, no bait-and-switch. Just straight forward and to the bottom line. Right when we walked into the lot, Sonny Nguyen greeted us in a friendly manner. At first I had my doubt if I would get a good deal or not considering Sonny looked like a young and inexperience salesman. However, as we talked about the car that I wanted to buy and the negotiated on the price of the car, he surprised me with how well he can satisfy my needs. As I arrived I was greeted by Frank, who was awesome - his mellowness made me feel comfortable and he did not come off as the typical pushy car salesman. This weekend I bought a new 2015 Sonata. I was looking for a low mileage used car and my family has been pleased with our 2008 Vera Cruz. The quality is great and every service we have had done through Hyundai has been wonderful. I met Vito Beato and he showed me a 2014 Sonata. I was late for an appointment and had to leave before a test drive. Vito sent me all the information on the vehicle and we arranged a drive the next morning. It was a great car, but after debating, I figured I would get a new car since I do put a great deal of miles on my vehicles. My wife and I did not think that purchasing a car could be such a pleasurable experience. The primary reason for this is that we were fortunate enough to work with a sales person by the name of Vito Beato. We were shopping for a Crossover. As a result of our research, we were already convinced that purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was the best car on the market in terms of cost, value, and warranty. However, we were not really looking forward to having to deal with the stereo-typical car sales person. And then we met Vito at Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store. This guy went above and beyond in every way to make this the best car buying experience ever. He was so patient in explaining how everything works on the car. He had a lot of energy that he channeled into our car-buying experience. He really made our experience fun.We went back after three weeks to purchase a retractable cover for the rear cargo area. Even though the deal was done and the car was paid for, Vito still treated us with the highest respect and gave us a good deal of his valuable time (time that he could have spent with other customers who were there shopping for cars). He spent yet another 30 minutes with us explaining in more detail on how the very versatile electronics work. He even personally hand-washed our car inside and out. My wife and I were very interested in the Lexus 350 RX. We found that there was no need to spend another $13,000.00 on the Lexus as the Santa Fe has more features at a much more reasonable price. And this car has a nicer, sportier look and a ride that is hard to beat. It is gorgeous inside and out.Vito Beato is the reason that we will go back to Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store.

My lease is ending in July so I decided to go to Norm Reeves to see what my options are. As soon as I walked up I was greeted by Fred Deymeh. He took care of me and got me in another lease (which is what I wanted). Sure there was a negotiation process, but in the end I felt like I received a deal that was fair and manageable for my needs. During the process Javed and Fred made me feel like they were looking for my best interests. I highly recommend anyone looking for a buy or lease to see Fred Deymeh and Javed Rasheed. I purchased a car from this dealership a year ago and ended up having several mechanical problems with it. I expected an uphill battle with them, but my experience was anything but. Every time I brought my car in, they were extra attentive & apologetic. When they kept the car for extended amount of time they provided me with rentals and constantly updated me during the process. In the end, I decided I did not feel safe taking the car back. Now this time I was sure they would be difficult with me but this was not the case at all. They were AMAZING. Seriously. Without getting into specifics, Cerritos Hyundai almost lost a customer before I even set foot in the dealership due to a sales man with no sense of urgency and mishandling of personal information. After leaving a voicemail with the sales manager, I was dead set on taking my business elsewhere. I received a call back from the sales manager Javed and had a good conversation with him where I expressed my concerns and he assured me he would handle the issue and invited me to come in and work with him. At this point, I was still planning on going elsewhere but at the last minute I decided to give Cerritos Hyundai a second chance, and I have extremely happy that I did. After walking in and briefly talking with Javed, due to him being with a customer, he introduced me to Vito and we went out into the lot to find my new car. Vito went above and beyond, answering all my mundane questions and showing me as many cars as I wanted to check out. After a couple of test drives, we settled on two cars and went into negotiations. I can say that this was the easiest negotiation I have ever had with a car. Yes, it took around an hour to get it done, but not once did I feel like Vito and his boss didn't have my best intentions at the forefront. When I felt like the deal was not going to happen, they made it happen. I am glad I took the chance on Cerritos Hyundai, and I now feel I have my go to dealer and sales rep for all my Hyundai needs.

Best experience by far! Working with Frank Martins was a great experience. He made us feel like family and was able to find what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay monthly. The deal was easy and painless. Normally it is painful shopping for cars and trying to find the right deal but Frank made it easy. David Rosas also was a great help and assured me I wouldn't regret the Sonata and he was right. I love the car! I originally went to the Ford dealership right next door to buy a fusion but they were not very friendly and did not really try hard enough to make a deal with me until I had decided to go to Hyundai. I have to be honest I hate looking for a new car and we needed to get one for our elderly parents...but my experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai totally changed my mind. Our salesman Vito was by far the most incredible person. He was not only honest and gave us his best price at the very beginning, but was so nice and friendly. We had to choose between the Hyundai and another car brand. Even knowing we were going to the other dealership he said nothing but positive remarks about them, their product and hoped we would be back. Well we were and I must say I will probably never go anywhere else to buy a new car. After doing much research and contacting a couple of other dealers (not pleasant or productive) I found the used car I was looking for on their website, I sent the form requesting a test drive appointment. Received a call back within an hour from Frank, who was friendly, professional and didnt pressure me. Made an appointment for 2 days later. On appointment day, Frank advised that he was unable to be there and his manager would be working with me. It was a nice change to walk from my car to the showroom without being approached by a dreaded used car salesman. (I will never use that term again after this experience!)The manager, Saeed, was available and started helping me immediately. Another friendly, no pressure professional. I went into Hyundai to take a look at the Elantra and the Sonata, at the time I was just looking. I was in between models with all the brands. I decided on a new Hyundai Sonata, my first car. I looked at all cars, to make sure that I got the right one for me, from Toyota to KIA and everything in between. I met lots of salesmen in my search for my perfect car and Fred was one of the best, from the beginning. Fred was very friendly, honest, and overall patient. He did not hesitate to allow me to test drive both models and on top of, look at them a second time when I had narrowed down my list. This being my first car shopping experience I was very anxious and worried of getting an awful deal. Fred made me feel very comfortable. When it finally came to making a deal Fred was very patient. I could not decide on the color of the car originally I decided on silver and along the way I changed it to red and even changed the model. Fred never lost his "cool". I am very happy with my new Hyundai Sonata and had a good experience at the Hyundai dealer thanks to Fred and the rest of the staff who was there late.

I bought my first car here in 2012, and I recently went to trade it in at the beginning of 2015. My Hyundai Accent retained great value and I was able to get the car I really wanted, the limited edition Hyundai Elantra. It was a big step up for me from the Accent and I love every inch of my new car. When I got to the dealership I was helped out right away and Alex F. helped me decide which car to get. He showed me everything I wanted to see about the different Elantra models and took my wife and I on an awesome test drive. It was a great experience and I'm glad I chose to return to this dealership to obtain my new car. Most of all I was just happy with the positivity and the fact that the salesman and the rest of the staff stayed late to help me complete my purchase and experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I just want to say that I have had a great experience purchasing my new car from Cerritos Hyundai. Vito Beato was my salesman he was very helpful and I really appreciate how easy the whole process was. Vito is warm, friendly and caring and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me understand all the electronics in the car and helped me set up the phone, etc. I thought he did an excellent job and I really enjoyed working with Vito. I would defiantly recommend Cerritos Hyundai to everyone and ask for Vito he was the best!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and no-nonsense attitude are among his best attributes as a salesman, and you will not be disappointed. I was on my way to a different dealership and I spoke with Javed. I wanted to see if he would beat an ad from a different dealership on a 2015 Elantra. He not only beat the ad, he let me pick any Elantra in stock. The other dealer only offered 1 at that price and it was a manual transmission. There was a very good selection. I am very happy with the negotiation process I will definitely be recommending my friends and family. I am also very happy with Ricky, my sales man. He helped us to find the right vehicle and was very professional.

Once I decided what kind of car I wanted and what year (2014), we called over a half dozen dealers and no one said they had what I wanted in stock. Some claimed they searched state wide and coudn't find it. They tried to talk me into buying something else. Alex found exactly what I wanted. He drove from Cerritos to San Diego to pick up my car. The buying experience went well and so far, very happy with the car and very happy with the service.

I had a wonderful experience with Cerritos Hyundai. My lease was ending on my Jetta and I wanted to try the new Sonata. It was easy, quick and above all no pressure. Vito Beato and David Rosas were incredibly helpful and I got a great deal. I was especially impressed that they sent me a check when it turned out that there was a difference between the payoff quote for my Jetta and the actual payoff. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience thanks to Frank Martins! Going in as a woman alone I was on guard for potentially being taken advantage of by the sales team. I initially sent out an internet inquiry and from his first phone call, all the way through being handed the keys, Frank was awesome. He was patient as I test drove car after car. He listened to what I wanted, how much my payments needed to be, and he worked to get me the best deal. When I said that I would come back the next day and that I was still checking out other deals before deciding on the Tucson, Frank was understanding and didn't pressure me. I love my Hyundai Tucson, and I already know the first place and person I'll recommend to my friends, and where I'll head back to when it's time to buy another car. I'm so grateful that Frank Martins was my guy!!!

Had a very positive experience with Vito. He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Sonata that we leased. He took extra time to explain all the features. Not many sales people would take the time to deliver the car to our house and take the paperwork for my wife to sign. I would most assuredly recommend both him and Cerritos Hyundai.

Recently my car got total loss and had been driving a rental car for 2 weeks. I had been working overtime to try to get money saved for down payment, pay and last fees of the old car. It was a bit stressful what doing online searching work over the phone whit this dealer and from the start everything was good. The sales guy Jose A. Worked the best he could with my budget needs and my bad credit. When i finally showed up in person he showed me one car it was great fast process. He explained everything as far as the loan didnt make me feel i was being taken advantage of, he didnt try to sell me extra or put down a higher down payment. Got the car detailed went over every question ihad. All around great fast processes.

So many car dealers play games and if you don't buy something right away, they turn you over to some one else. It was not like that at Cerritos Hyundai. It took me a long time to finally make the purchase. Vito was patient and a great communicator. I made several visits spanning about 3 months, and Vito always made me feel welcome and valued. He was organized, remembered what we had discussed, and ready to help me find the right car. The sales manager and the finance person were equally organized and professional. At the end of it all, I got a great car and a very good price and I am very happy with the whole process.

You really don't need to go anywhere else. I've been looking for a new car and so I started shopping around online. I contacted a representative from the Cerritos location and I immediately got a response back. They were very helpful and within the week I stopped by in the location to fill out paperwork. I was immediately greeted and helped out. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly (they knew I didn't want to be there for long; they were efficient without being pushy). They would always make sure I fully understood everything and would also remind me that anything I wasn't sure about, I could always email or call them later whenever. They will definitely see me again when I'm car shopping with someone else or myself!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I originally went to Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim and they had really poor service and Managers, but the experience I had at Cerritos Hyundai was the best. The dealer who helped me out went out of his way to get the car I wanted. He even came in on his day of to pick the car up for me so I can get it that same day. This dealership is just amazing. I am definitely recommending everyone to this dealership. No complaints what so ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could give it that many!

We had a good experience during Labor Day Weekend. Our sales rep did a wonderful job. He was very friendly, direct and upfront, and found us exactly what we needed. The finance manager also helped make the process go smoothly and super quick. We walked into Cerritos Hyundai late morning and walked out a few hours later with a brand new and cleaned car. We even had time to make it to the beach that day :)
