This weekend my old car died while I was passing through Detroit Lakes. After it was clear that the old car was not worth fixing Scott worked with me to find a new car. I can honestly say that I have never had a more positive car buying experience! Scott and the entire team at Norseman treated me like family. No high pressure sales, no pushing me toward cars I didn't like, and no nickel and dime hidden costs. They spent their Saturday making sure I was able to drive off the lot with a car that was within my budget and I was happy with. Even though I live two and a half hours away, I would make the drive to buy from these guys again! Thanks for everything Scott!

Brought the car in for some repairs. They did some work on it but the problem came back. Brought the car in again; they found the real problem and refunded us for the initial work. Car's been running fine since. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, and how a business responds to their error says more about them than any facade of perfection. They will have my business in the future!

I was pleased with the speed at which the oil change was preformed. I was informed of three light bulbs that were out, they were replaced in a timely manner. I was informed that my coolant system needed a flush and fill, which I have scheduled for 9/7. My only concern is, I had an alignment preformed, at Norsemans, shortly after the purchase and bought new tires and now I notice the tire is wearing in exactly the same way as last time. What do you recommand?

I got there on time they wrote the order and took the truck in. I had the transmission fluid flushed an refilled. Also changed oil and filter, fuel filter. They said it would take two hour. Then I asked for a loaner car so I could go to Walmart and Menards. They set me up with a great little Pontiac. Went back 2 hours later and the car was finished. I will go back again.

Both Dennis and Ron from Service Dept. were a great help. Besides helping getting the repair done right, were helpful with suggestions on other maintenance issues. Service was timely and they did a great job.

Great dealership to work with. From our salesman (Bert Doll) to all the customer service people and the owners. We bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" truck which comes with a 2 year or 30,000 mile Maintenance plan. Also a bumper to bumper warranty came with it. They let me talk to the old owner of the truck before I bought it. The pricing was far and there was no run around like I was use to at other dealerships.
