I thought i got a good car BUT 45 days later, car was done for. Transmission gone. Then they dont assist and make you do all the leg work. They refuse to put me in a loner while car was out for 2 weeks at several shops. Today, again car broke down on me and they refuse to help. No rental reimbursement even though i was told they will do half of the $350 i paid for 1 darn week so i can get to work. They dont care and only care about collecting $$$ for cars they fix up to work for 30 days. Please i warn you, avoid GO SOME PLACE else. Drive Time experience has been a nightmare.

Have a great experience. Warren, my salesman was very attentive to my budget and needs. Had a wide selection for me to choose from. Will definitely be returning for my next vehicle and my daughters first car soon!

My experience at drive time was OK. The sales associate I dealt with was very professional and patient. She really went out of her way to make sure I left in the vehicle I wanted Even having to drive to another location to get it. I really appreciate her for that. My only issue is that I'm having a couple of minor problems with the vehicle and the shops I keep getting referred to keep saying they don't specialize in doing the type of work needed. My key is able to come out of the switch while the vehicle is on and the built in dvd player doesn't work. Both can be repaired so I'm not worried.

The girl that assisted me was very friendly and nice. I liked the overall visit but was not thrilled with how long it took them to get the paperwork done even though I repeatedly told them I had to leave by a certain time because I had to go to work. It took over 3 hours for paperwork to be finished I was late to work. There were a few things that I didn't like but it was still ok and I would recommend them to people that I know that do not have credit or have bad credit it was easy to get approved!

Had to wait ten and a half hours to finish the approval because of there lack of skills talking and typing my paper work. People that came in after me and my wife were leaving before me horrible customer service and I don't recommend them at all. The sales guy Eddie Mitchell was doing everything he could but the person who was typing Alberto and he just seemed like he didn't want to do the paperwork or anything. I guess if I would have been well off financely to be even notice and that to me I'd pathetic. Work on people skills.

I would highly recommend Vin, she was my salesperson and she was awesome. She really went out of her way and she did work very hard and for over 4 hours . She never became rude with all the back and forth and she was extremely pleasant, always smiling...good job Vin !!!! And she got me into something I am more than happy with !!! Thanks Vin !!!

This place has horrible service. I really hope that the general manager or owner looks at this daily. First of all they need to get ride of the manager that worked on aug 13,2014 Bcuz he was one rud guy. I wasted my gas to drive there and got terrible customer service this is a business and you get payed to work! After sitting there for more than 30min I got up and left. And decide to come back and tell the manager to tell him they had terrible service he payed no mind and said "okay" I'm glad you don't care about the business they put you in charge of I will NEVER EVER go to a drive time in my life and will make sure that no one I no will, since you pay no mine in your job.

I went to Drive Time Dealership just to look around and get information on the Dealership. This was not my first car. But, I must say it was my best experience in purchasing a car. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. All the salesmen's were able to take care of all the problems that arise. Today, I am driving my dream car.I have told three people today that this dealership is the place to go for a car. Thanks Drive Time!

We were surprised at our approval because of our past credit issues. Unfortunately they don't detail the cars before you leave with them. Needed more staff, we waited over 2 hours for help

To apply for a car loan is easy. Just take your pay slip and driver's license. Negotiation with down payment was perfect for me.
