I have always had a great experience when purchasing a vehicle from North Norwich motors. Skip Seymour built a great car dealership and he has obviously raised his son, Brent, to have the same morals, values and great customer service skills as he has. I appreciate everything that Brent as done for me and I will forever still remain a customer of North Norwich Motors. Thank you!

Dropped off my car due to a clunking sound in the front end. Told that I needed new sway bar ends. They replaced the sway bar ends, turned front rotors and put on a new rear brake caliper. After $755 worth of work I still had the clunking sound. Took the car to a local garage and they found the new sway bar end was broken during the install, they did not even grease the brand new fittings. The garage only charged me $50 to fix it.

slow service... well over an hour for oil change and inspection... i would recomend going to a garage to get inspection and doing the oik change at home...

Dear Gentlemen, I would just like to say that I have been a customer at your establishment for many years and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with you guys. Between sales and your service department, I rate you one of the best! I recently purchased a car with Fred Hilsinger doing nothing but a very professional job and handling everything possible that my wife and I could ask for. When it came down to the final figures I would like to say that Fred and Bret did all they could to help me come up with the deal that made us all feel great at the end of the day. Not a good car buying experience. They showed their true colors after the sale, as soon as you sign, they complely tune you out. Any concerns brought up about the vehicle were ignored, and they were just plain rude. I have nothing good to say about this dealership.

I just bought my second car from North Norwich Motors and would definitely go back again. The people are very friendly and not at all like the stereotypical "car dealers" who pressure you. The salesman had 2 new tires put on the car at no cost to me which I really appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

Seen a few car online. Sent North Norwich Motors a request of more information. Got a phone call the next day. Went and looked at the car. Test drove 2 car and bought one. Brand new! Had the car ready quick! Happy it didn't take long because I didn't have the time waste. Thanks North Norwich Motors!
