My wife and I have been talking about buying a new car for several months. Then we started talking about buying a new truck instead of a car to pull our camper. We stopped in at North Point CJD about 12:30 PM and before we left, we had purchased a new Charger SXT for her and a Dodge 3500 truck for myself. Joseph Ayers was very patience with us. He took us on a demo ride in both vehicles. He also took time and went over all the features on the vehicles. In the deal, I traded in my truck and was very pleased with my trade-in offer. They are adding a sunroof to the Charger and a pair of step rails under the cab to the truck. The whole deal went very smooth and we are very please with the final purchase price. We had to finance part of the purchase price due to buying both vehicles that we never thought about doing. The finance department went over the legal stuff and this also went over very smoothly. Free oil changes on both vehicles were also added to the deal, My wife and are a very pleased with how Joseph Ayers make our afternoon very pleasant with no time pressure.

Bought Grand Cherokee from the dealership in Aug 2015, that experience was fine, salesman was pleasant as were the finance dept. However the service dept is completely different. After agreeing on a recall service and synthetic oil change i dropped off my Jeep thinking things would be performed as agreed. Upon pick up, i noticed that the oil change cost was lower than quoted and asked if they made sure it was synthetic. It in fact was not changed as requested and the service writer John Blackburn handled the situation extremely poorly and without an ounce of business ethic or tact. His explanation was that he didn't hear me say i wanted synthetic even though we spoke about it at length. So instead of apologizing he defensive told me i didn't tell he that was what i wanted, even after i could replay our entire conversation. While i can understand, sometimes things happen and maybe he just forgot to write it down, it was how he chose to handle the situation and accept no blame, yet pass it off on the customer with little apology or remorse. I had planned to continue follow up service at North Point for the duration of my ownership, however after this experience , that is no longer the case.

I came to the dealership just to test drive a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. We looked around for a while and Sam Morgan was the first to offer us any assistance. He let me test drive the car. Once I drove the car we went inside to run my credit and see how much I would need to put down and payments. The original payment price was high, but Sam worked with the bank to get me a payment that I felt comfortable with, after being rejected by seven banks. I am very pleased with my purchase and the sales experience. It was my first time buying a new car. I would recommend anyone to come here and talk with Sam. If you are looking for a new vehicle, Chad Browder is the salesman to see! My husband and I first met Chad Browder at North Point in July. We were in the Winston Salem area for the 4th of July holiday and decided to stop in to see what types of Jeeps were available. Chad greeted us on the lot and was very professional. He allowed us to take a test drive on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Chad was most helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle. At the time, we had not made up our mind which type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. Over several months, we continued to visit other car dealers, but did not receive the professional customer service we had experienced from Chad. So in September, I decided to contact Chad to see if North Point had any white 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited models available. He explained that North Point did not have any left on the lot, but he would be happy to locate one for us. Within 24 hours, Chad was in contact with us. We began the process. Chad stayed in contact with us by phone and scheduled a day that would be convenient for us to return to North Point. He made sure the vehicle was ready for us and thoroughly cleaned. He was never pushy about the purchase. His friendly personality and down to earth approach made the process much easier for us. I would highly recommend Chad to my friends and family. In 2010, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for the first time. Yesterday, I purchased my 6th one from them. Carol Arrington has been the sales associate I have dealt with on all my purchases. Their philosophy of marketing and pricing their vehicles fits my style (and I have checked their pricing with other dealers and it is very competitive). Other dealers I have tried to deal with show all these high dollar discounts only to find when you go in they start telling you why you don't qualify for this one or that one. They are also good at listening to their customer and getting to what their needs actually are. There is no pressure to buy just what is on the lot. Yesterdays purchase is a prime example of that. While they had a vehicle on the lot that had everything I wanted, it had a trim that included a lot of things that meant nothing to me. So rather than pushing me to purchase the one they had, we listed out exactly what I wanted and they found it at another dealership with the same competitive pricing. Their financing department is also a pleasure to deal with. They go all out to get you the best rate available. The most compelling reason that I have continued to buy from this dealership is that they don't forget you after the initial sale. Every now and again I get a call or email about my vehicle and my satisfaction with it. The other compelling reason is that in my 6 years of doing business there, whether it's the sales, service department or parts, I have seen and dealt with the same people. That tells me that not only is North Point Chrysler, Jeep Dodge a good company to deal with; but, it must also be a good place to work. I can say with confidence that if you try this dealership, you will not be disappointed.

Having had a bad experience with another dealer in the past who was a bit unfamiliar with the concept of Honesty, I was very apprehensive, but I quickly learned that Sam tells you the truth and keeps you smiling and enjoying yourself through the whole process. In no time at all, I was headed home in my new used (barely, used) 2015 gorgeous Jeep Cherokee. I loved the power, interior design, safety features and smooth ride of the Grand Cherokee. This truck and all features, including several photo images, was introduced to me by Cars.com. I live over two hours from the dealership, so the entire buying transaction, including having all facets of the vehicle described to me, was done by phone. The Customer Sales representative was thorough and completely open about the vehicle in which I was interested....and answered all my questions with the greatest of ease and without any "sales pressure." I drove there to make payment arrangements. When I arrived, I was met at the door by very personable and accommodating Customer Service, who escorted me through all the phases of purchase. I will certainly return to North Point dealership when I return to the car market for a future purchase.

I spent most of Father's day researching SUVs to tow a boat. This means riding thru all the dealerships, getting a outside look at the cars and then doing internet research. I decided on a new Dodge Durango with the trailer package. Now to find one. Key point #1: The North point website made it easy to find vehicles with the specific package I wanted and the internet price. I submitted a request for more information and Monday morning had a call from Kara who setup a test drive and gave me an out the door price. Arrived for the test drive at 1:30 and met Sam Morgan. We spent an hour going over the details of the vehicle, answering my questions, showing how equipment works and then going for the test drive. Sam stayed late so I could come back with my wife to look at the SUV again. Key point #2: Low pressure, VERY knowledgeable sales staff. We made the decision to buy and that process was easy also. Even with 1 person ahead of me, I was finished in an hour. The finance officer explained optional coverage benefits and cost but was not pushy. Very professional and efficient. Key point #3: No surprises in the finance office. When I came back to pick the SUV up, every was ready as promised. I'm mid 50's and have bought a lot of cars. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Kudos to North Point.

We have purchased our past two cars from Northpoint. The first one is a Jeep Grand Cherokee and this last one is a Dodge Ram 1500. Sam Morgan was our salesman for both vehicles. I love working with Sam because it is like talking to a friend. Of course he knows everything about every vehicle, individual items on each package, etc. However, what I like about Sam is that he gives you an honest opinion. In addition, he talks "with" you and not "to" you. He is in it for the long run because he knows if you are happy with the whole shopping and buying experience, you will come back to him for your next vehicle.

On June 11th I had spoke with someone that had recommended Smith Stokes at North Point. I spoke with Smith briefly and provided him with the specifications I was looking for. On Saturday, June 14th Smith called me and had fulfilled my requests. The whole purchase process was smooth, quick, and everyone that took part of the purchase (Smith, Eddie, and Ron) was very friendly and knowledgeable. On June 15th, I was driving away with a new car. I do not like haggling as I considered it to be a waste of time. These gentleman were professionals and got the job done. I have already recommended others that I have spoke with to give them a call. I just bought a 2014 Ram from Smith Stokes. I have known Smith for many years and he is truly very knowledgeable about his product and makes the buying process simple. He is straight forward in his dealings and does not try to hide costs or spring added charges onto the deal. He tries to understand what you truly need and then helps fit the vehicle to that need, be it commercial, fleet or personal. He wants to sell you a vehicle but wants to make sure it is the right vehicle. He wants a win-win relationship. The dealership is very busy but each person I was in contact with was very courteous and helpful. The building is extremely clean right down to the work bays in the service area. While purchasing my Ram, I mentioned to Smith that I had an unusual problem with my Chrysler. He introduced me to John Blackburn in the service department and he listened in earnest to my description of the problem. An appointment was made and the problem was resolved quickly by an experienced technician. Another dealership I had gone to looked at me like I was crazy when I described the problem. I may have to drive farther to get my service done but it is worth it. North Point cared.

we came in to look at a Town & Country (which we also bought) when we on a whim started looking at mid size sedans to replace our Ford Focus. We looked at several models and the our salesman, Jody Goff, showed us a Chrysler 200 Touring. My wife, 5ft2in, started falling in love so I got in and I, 6ft5in, was more comfortable than I have ever been in a midsize sedan. I have a bad back and I am able to get in and out very easily. We went for a test drive and my wife just loved the car. When we got back I noticed another 200 on the other side of the lot. I asked Jody about it, he said that it was a Limited. As soon as I sat down I knew we would be buying this car. they made me a great deal, so good I would have been foolish to not trade!!

My husband and I looked online at jeeps. Couldn't find one and when we did they where way out our budget. I had a Dr.appt in May 28.afterward I stopped to look at northpoint. Next thing I knew I signed papers and came home with my wrangler. I bought two other jeeps from north point.all my experience there has been beyond wonderful. My salesman Ray Bridges even helped me clean out my car I was trading in. I had furniture and decorating items that I was going to take toto work. The whole staff was wonderful. From Chris whole got me a low rate to Eric when signing papers. But most of all to Ray he was the nicest most friendly gentleman. He explained everything once and then twice for good measure. The sales team insisted that I do not use Bank One although the dealership is approved by them. The dealership failed to disclosed a scratch before they delivered the 2013 vehicle and did not mention that the second key with built-in remote was missing. The dealership estimated the cost for the repair at $100 and send a check. However, although they commited to replacing the missing key they never did and never responded to email. A couple of very irritating little details.

I buy a new vehicle every ten years or better trying to get the full value out of my vehicle.So its been 10 years and i dreaded the idea of going to a dealer because i always feel like theres a hidden con or something.The salemen and women are like all the rest and will jump over each other to reach you on the lot which makes me uneasybut its how they pay there bills so i understand. I was asked what would you like I said my credit was ok I guess and I want a truck that is not a base model but not a fifty thousand dollar super computer either something just right and the color and interior i wanted. Get this instead of selling me a next year model 2012 for 9000 more she showed me a 2011 which was perfect and was heavily discounted"big smile" my payments were perfect and she/they throwed in a few extras ala in all the best exsperence ive ever had.

My husband and I had a great experience with North Point Chrysler. Sam Morgan sold us our last car and he was just as great this time. He listened to what we wanted and needed, and did not push us to go to something more expensive or in a different direction. We were very happy with everyone in the dealership. Each person was polite, helpful and cared not only about selling cars, but about our family having a good experience. The dealership was very busy that Saturday, but you would never know it, everyone treated us like we were the most important people there. Our children were taken care of as well and that makes any parent happy! We appreciate all that Sam and the rest of the staff has done to help us and we plan to return!

When my husband, daughter and I set out to look for our daughters first new vehicle we were nervous about the service she would recieve. Earlier in the day we had went to another dealership and our daughter left in tears, way to much pressure and guilt for the parents. We decided to try one more dealership, North Point. Boy am I glad we did. Within minutes of exiting our vehicle we were greeted by one of the most sincere, well informed salesmen ever, Joseph Ayers. He made our daughter, Breanna, feel so valuable and treated her like the young adult that she is. He walked her through the vehicle she liked, he made her feel comfortable and valued. Joseph was so well informed and such a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles that my husband and I ended up purchasing a new vehicle too. I did my homework before buying my new Chrysler 200 at North Point. They were very fair and honest from the beginning which to me (especially being a woman) is most important! They were very accomidating to my needs and had all of the paperwork done and ready to go so the transaction took less than an hour. Typically it can take up to three hours! I am walking away feeling like I got a great car for a great price with great service!

I have bought cars over the years and hated every minute of it, BUT yesterday my wife and I walk into Northpoint Jeep and were very surprised to find Bob Algood was a no pressure salesman. Bob showed us what we were looking for, explained things that no other salesman had ever told me before. When we sat down to write up the deal, we did not have any nervous feelings about this transaction. We even were laughing during the process. We actually changed cars three times without any problem from Bob or the staff. Then came the walk of doom (to the finance office). When my wife and I met Eric Pegg, once again what used to be a hair raising event came off without a hitch. He actually was there to help us to be customers without any pressure to buy any packages that we didn't want and made the whole process painless. This is one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. I have been to numerous dealerships with in the United States no matter where I live I will always make a trip to North Point. Not only do they have a true American product they have a world class team of employees. No matter how busy of a day it is everyone comes to you with open arms a great big smile to make you feel like you are family. The days where people say the foreign country makes a better vehicle are long gone. I will put my American vehicle against any foreign made and get better performance and just as many miles if not more. If I should have any problem with my true American car or truck, this dealership will go over and beyond public relation to make my visit the most pleasant one.
