Outstanding service, super friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and they understand my time is valuable too!! The shuttle service was so helpful and convenient. I wouldn't have been able to get my recall serviced or the cruise control issue diagnosed without that ride service!! So grateful to the entire team! From arrival, check-in, wait-time to pick-up and check-out; they did exceptional work--truly a great experience; highly recommended!!

Update: The sales manager was very nice and polite. He was willing to listen to me and understood what I was saying. They're other sales reps seem to be good. Tom Moerke was very unprofessional. I told him the circumstances I was in, and that buying a car was a possibility but I needed to figure a few things out first. He tried to force me into an overpriced car, and they brought the price down by checking my credit. They told me it would only be one inquiry but ended up being FOUR! They also didn't even let me know that they were going to take MY CAR for a test drive while I was test driving a new car. They only told me that after the fact even though I hadn't given permission. I later found the car for $2000 cheaper on their website. When I called him back the next morning, trying to be polite, and tell him I will not be purchasing the car, he promptly hung up on me. I will never be buying a car from them.

There are not enough words to express what NorthStar Ford did not only for me but for my husband. I was in a car that didn't fit my busy life as a nurse and grandparents of 12.
