Brought the recall paperwork in. I explained to the repair person that my tire light remain on and the repair person told me oh it just to reprogramming of your break lights. That I have a tire that needs air, I told him I had aired all the tires up and it continues to remain on. He then said you need new tires, I told him that I just purchase these tires in March. He shrugged his shoulders and told me it will take less than 30 min for them to do the work. I gave him my cell number to call. He call my cell to tell me they were done. I went to get my car, asked about my remote that has stop working, one guys opened it and said it looks intact,to get a new one it will cost close to $200, have the service men check the battery. Service guy checked the battery and said you need to purchase a new one. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

My Cadillac XLR needed some extended warranty repair, and the gentleman who serviced my auto (Stephen Gross) went out of his way to track down the problem and to get answers concerning the warranty coverage. He gave me a detailed report on the repair. He had to spend quite a bit of time getting answers from the warranty company. He did an excellent job!

Stephen and his crew did an excellent job of performing the maintenance on my Cadillac in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite and very professional. I definitely plan to return to Northcutt Chevrolet Buick (Cadillac) for future maintenance on my vehicle.Also, a few weeks ago, I was involved in an auto accident in which my Cadillac was rear-ended. Shirley, Jess, et al, in the Northcutt Body Shop, did an excellent job of repairing my Cadillac. The repair was done quickly, and the end result was beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was quite impressed with the way business is handled in the service dept. Everyone was very nice and respectful, service was preformed in a timely manner. The only grip I have is with GM, we live 60 miles from this dealership and GM should reimburse for fuel to and from dealership when you have to take it in for recall.

I originally was tried to take my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado to sears and they where going to charge me 600.00 for front end repairs then I took it to Northcutt and all I needed was front end adjusting abd it saved me over 400.00 in repairs, but for preventive maintenance like oil changes I will still use other places because I tried it at northcutt and it took over 3 hours for oil changes, but I will leave the major jobs to a dealership and the minor jobs to smaller stations due to quicker services.

We purchased a 2007 Chevy Tahoe in 2009 with around 43,000 mile on it. The Tahoe was a one owner with 43,000 miles on it. We have kept our vehicle in the garage the entire time of ownership. My Husband loves this car he only drives it on the weekends due to the yard at his job being muddy and he won't even drive it if it's raining. We put around 38,000 miles on it over the 3 and 1/2 years we owned the vehicle. However, on October 12, 2013 out of nowhere the vehicle transmission went out no warning signs!! We immediately contacted a tow truck and had the vehicle towed to Northcutts. We were shocked at the way were treated when arriving at the service department. John was more concerned with who was paying the tow truck! (We do have roadside assistance) We advised John that we had contacted Gm because we were shocked at how a vehicle in this shape transmission just blows out of the blue!!!! Then he said well who is paying the $102.00 to get the diagnostics done like he needed the money upfront I advised him we will when the work has been done!! I didn't know service departments require payment upfront??? After the diagnostics had been done John called us to advise us the transmission had gone out on the vehicle with no explanation just that it happens!! My husband contacted Gm to see what they could do for us after the findings they advised there is nothing they can help with. So basically you buy a used car from Northcutts and you might get to keep it maybe 4 years before something "mechanical" goes wrong and they will be more the happy for you to pay them thousands of dollars for to fix it!! We even had the routine maintenance done on the transmission on October 2, 2010 at their dealership with only 60,000 miles on the car. I understand that our extended warranty was up in April 2012 but I feel there is something they can do for the customer!! I then contacted the sales team to see if maybe them buying the vehicle is an option. Taylor said they were not interested at this time. I proceed to ask Taylor if he thought it was normal for a vehicle that had low mileage on it for the transmission to just blow he advised me that not normally but they are weird and depending how you drive it but he wasn't saying that we drove it rough! OK well that's what it sounded like! Overall we had a lot of faith in this hometown dealership but it has since changed!! We were going to buy a new car from them because our buying experience with Nathan was great but after the let down of the customer service with this issue we are done and will not be back nor will most of our friends and family!

The only negative thing was that whoever worked on the car left it dirty inside. There was a white powder like residue left on the drivers door panel and on the steering wheel. It looked bad when I opened the door to get in and leave.

My experience with Northcutt has always been top-notch. We routinely have minor maintenance completed on both of our vehicles at this location and whenever the GMC Sierra had substantial damage done to it, Northcutt was the only place I trusted to take care of my vehicle. Usually whenever you decide to do an insurance claim, the process seems drawn out and painful, but our situation was extra stressful due to our fast approaching departure for a military move. The professional and genuine concern for our situation made the process seamless thanks to Tom (the body shop manager), Shirley (the body shop secretary), and Annette (our insurance adjuster from American Family). They made sure we were kept up-to-date about the progress and handled all of the hiccups that come along with insurance claims and repairs with a positive and proactive attitude. I was impressed by not only the short time-line (one week) that the work was done in, but the quality of the repair. Dean (Body) and Sandy (Paint) made the truck look brand new and made the repair look like the wreck had never happened. The outside of the truck looked flawless, and the inner-workings of the door were all repaired as well. Overall, the repair well-exceeded my expectations and makes me happy to know that company's like Northcutt still exist in this "make-a-quick-buck" business environment so often found in today's marketplace. Their dedication to delivering quality products, at an affordable price, with customer service that stands head-and-shoulders above everyone else will keep Northcutt as an #1 personal recommendation to everyone I know that needs a dependable dealership and repair facility to count on.

The buying experience was very good. Not pushy, made us feel very welcome, and at ease. We took the vehicle there for its first oil change and tire balance/rotation and they got us right in and were very thorough and quick. The customer lounge was kept very clean and kid friendly. We will definitely make the drive from Woodward to Enid for ANY work to be done on our truck!!

My entire experience with the Body Shop of Northcutt Chevrolet Buick was excellent. Both of the personnell with whom I dealt were very kind as well as professional. And the Shuttle Service is remarkable! I was able to get to work and from work back to the Body Shop to pick up my car without having to rely on friends, thanks to the Shuttle Service. This was a great "plus" in my overall experience. Unfortunatley, the entire experience will have to be repeated, because the headlight which replaced the one which was damaged on my vehicle, was also faulty. I realize that this was not the fault of the Body Shop, but of the part itself. I have every confidence that all will be resolved to my satisfaction.

In a days time he had found me a car exactly as I wanted and I was introduced to Mr Mahalfie who did my financing. He found me the best deal that could be found and within one week I left with my car. They were always clear with what they could do and I could trust that it was done right. I could not be happier with my car. Mr Wrinkler spent a couple of hours with me showing me all the perks about the car and even rode with me in it until I felt comfortable with it. I flew in from Little Rock, AR to buy this 4Runner as my personal vehicle from Northcutt and then made the the 6.5 hour drive home. Would I do it again? Heck yes! Their vehicles are high quality and the 4Runner I bought was exactly as described by Kerri, the internet sales consultant. When I arrived, all the paperwork was complete and ready for signature. I was back on the road in 20 minutes. No pressure sales process, very customer service oriented and high integrity. I highly recommend Northcutt!
