Not trustworthy, dishonest. You don't want this in a car dealer! Advertised a vehicle at a certain price, we agreed to the sale pending in-person inspection. Dealer said needed several days to 'clean' and prepare the vehicle. Subsequently raised the price ~$3500 on their website, but said because we had agreed to the original price, they would honor the deal. When I asked for the final number (so I could go to the bank and get a check) including all fee's, etc., they said that the original price was a 'glitch' and they now wanted the higher price. Of course business is business, and the market changed, but a deal is a deal, and their word is not trustworthy. Avoid, or triple check. Follow-up: The dealership's GM DID contact me, and I took the time to forward more info to him. So impressive that they both read these posts, as well as took the time to respond to me. The real answer here is that the market is changing daily, and they were able to get more for the vehicle than they could when I initially contact them. Hence their calling the price increase a 'glitch' (LOL) despite previously agreeing to hold to the old price prior to the increase. Still a group to be careful with - and certainly acting more like a New York City dealership than one from the North Country.

Terri Cortes from North Point worked hard to find me the truck I was looking for. I knew exactly what I wanted and she was able to find my truck at another location and have it delivered to her. 80% of my purchase was done online prior to arriving at the dealership and I was out driving my new truck in 35 minutes .
