Our Dodge Journey would not start at the US border. It was towed to Northpointe late at night. I recently leased a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. The truck is great. My Salesman Brian Dagesse made me feel comfortable, was not pushy, and communicated normally without using the typical "car sales pitch'My only negative piece of feedback is that the advertisement I brought in to use for this lease quoted terms of 2 years 24,000. miles. This was important to me. After reviewing lease paperwork when i got home the terms were listed as 2 years 20,000 miles! I called the financial representative on the next available business day at which time he informed me that there was a typo in the advertisement.. Perhaps this is an honest mistake but definitely worth noting as these flyers/advertisements were mailed to the public throughout the area and possibly throughout the state. 4,000 miles may not t seem like a whole lot until you as a consumer are paying 20 cents per mile for each mile that you drive over the allotted number of miles in the lease agreement.Daniel Broe

I was pretty far upside down on my trade, and I had been trying to reach the deal for months with 3 other Dodge dealers. Those other dealers were not willing to sit down, brainstorm, and make it work for me. It felt to me as if they did not take me seriously as a customer. It was the total opposite with Northpoint. Bobbi-jo immediately went to work and got creative. She was able to come within THREE DOLLARS of my target payment on the FIRST PASS. I didn't even counter-offer because I felt that the service I had already received deserved a fair profit on the dealer side. Not to mention, the vehicle was delivered to me at work on Christmas Eve with no questions asked. Your dealer came very highly recommended by a customer of mine and it will also be recommended by myself to future car buyers that I come across. You do business in the exact way that I try to do business at my powersports dealer, and that's something you should be proud of.

I had a recall on my 2012 Wrangler and even though I did not buy it from them they were very accommodating. It's not that I didn't try. When I finally decided to buy the one I tried out it was sold. My loss for sure. I ended up buying from another dealer that had just what I was looking for. Even so this dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave me a loner to drive while my Jeep was being fixed. I also had them do an oil change, and remove my soft top that was inside my Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership because they go above and beyond and I would not hesitate to always do business with them in the future. I just LOVE my Wrangler Sahara and wouldn't dream of giving it up just yet....accept maybe for a newer one ?? They have a gorgeous Black Rubicon sitting on their lot right now....hmmmm ?? One always worries when a transaction is set up through the internet and some distance separates you. I communicated with Bobbi Jo through the internet, and then with follow up phone calls to find the vehicle I was looking for. It was the best price of three dealers, but the furthest distance (100 miles). It was worth the drive there. It was exactly the vehicle I was looking for, the price was right and the transaction took all of 20 minutes. I would buy from them again.

FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL WITH WAYNE DANNAT TILL DRIVING AWAY IN MY NEW JEEP. WAS THE BEST!! HE HAD ASKED ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN MY JEEP, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT, WHEN I ARRIVED HE HAD PICKED OUT JUST WHAT I WANTED THE PERFECT JEEP FOR ME. THE FIRST MOMENT I SAT IN THAT JEEP I KNEW IT WAS MINE. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE FEATURES WITH MAKING SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD HOW EVERTHING OPERATED. IT WAS LIKE AN EXCITING ADVENTURE FOR ME. I AM SO PLEASED WITH EVERTHING ON THE JEEP PATRIOT. HAVING HAD A JEEP FOR 10 YEARS I KNEW THAT WAS THE VECHICLE FOR ME. MY 2001 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO HAS 200,000 MILES ON IT AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN VERY DEPENDABLE AND FEELING SAFE ALWAYS.

Not pushy. Chris Royer is excellent. The sale was smooth and quick. Everyone involved was courteous and friendly, and that's why I continue to return to buy all my vehicles at northpoint. I believe I've bought 7 or 8 new vehicles there and will continue to do so. The service dept has also treated us very well. Just purchased 2012 Jeep Liberty (almost new) but had visited with the intent of purchasing a new Patriot or Compass. The Liberty seemed to fit my overall needs better so after a quick and easy buying process I hit the road. The professionalism from the staff at Northpoint Chrysler was topnotch. Salesman Chris Royer spent a few hours with me as we tried out the Jeep line up. Chris was extremely knowledgeable on Jeep products, professional and friendly. Absolutely no pressure tactics but worked with me in identifying the right vehicle for me. High marks to Chris. We just purchased our second vehicle from Wayne at Northpoint and it was once again, a very pleasurable experience! We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Wayne walked us through the features of the new car and we felt very confident and comfortable as we drove away. This is our second purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Northpoint and it has been such a great and stress free experience. We get our questions and shopping done with ease and when it's time to purchase, we usually have to make it a family adventure and bring the girls along. The staff at the dealship is so welcoming and helpful with the processes that we all enjoy the experience. And I can't forget to mention how awesome the Jeep Grand Cherokee is. I work at Jay Peak Ski Resort and this vehicle always gets me up to the mountain in any condition, no matter how high the snow is and how little the roads are plowed. We've also driven long distances to the midwest and we all enjoy riding in the comfort of this top rated SUV. Chris is so personable and has a great knowledge of the cars and has been such a delight to work with. We'll definatly be back here for our next one.
