The entire buying experience that I had was truly exceptional! The sales manager Dustin, my salesman Todd, the financial man Jimmy, and finally Tyler, who went through all of the details about the truck itself, we're ALL very professional, extremely courteous, and made the entire process of buying a vehicle an actually enjoyable morning, I highly recommend Northshore Toyota, this was the second vehicle that I have purchased there in two years, and I will be buying my future vehicles there, I highly commend them , thank them and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a great rxperience buying a Toyota vehicle!

Northshore Toyota is horrible. Our purchasing experience was proving the old adage you need a man with you to purchase a vehicle. Once my husband was involved things went smother and they honored the online price. On to service, we bought the extended warranty , which never covered any needed repairs, but some labor. They keep your car days not hours for rudementary problems other shops could fix in a day. But the absolute worst was when I brought my van in for a problem I had brought it in for before, but they told me didn't exsist , and my extended warranty had expired, so I was going to have to pay for the repair. Ok, not happy, but moving on. After voicing that to the service man, he says " we don't HAVE to repair your vehicle " . I said you are correct, you don't. I walked out and will be buying Hondas from now on. On average we buy a new van/ suv every 5 yrs over the last 24yrs. we are due for a new one, too bad they were jerks. I had another Toyota years ago we purchased in Metairie. Much better experience / service , and price , go there.

This was the worst service ever I have ever received. I would not recommend Northshore Toyota service to my worst enemy. I had a flood insurance claim on my toyota corolla. I had my car towed to toyota because it would not start. Northshore Toyota service only did what the insurance company recommended with no regard to safety. They replaced my starter and battery and said to remove my car from their lot as soon as possible. I left with my air bag light on and my air conditioner not working. I took my vehicle straight to Ray Brandt Toyota where they are taking care of my vehicle. I would never take my vehicle there again. I will drive 45 minutes for all my Toyota needs.

We had a good experience there, but they were not competitive on our trade and we purchased elsewhere (made up some oil leak and other stuff, but otherwise was a nice salesperson). They had a fair selection of vehicles, got to the price quickly, and sell a good brand of vehicle. They could have been more urgent to sell to us, because we gave them plenty of chances to match other dealers on new car and trade figures, but they didn't work as hard as neighboring dealers to get our purchase. Didn't work out for us this time, but would try them again in the future.

Took my car in for its usual tire rotation and oil change. I also had some recall work done and parts were ordered for the second recall. The waiting area was nice.....comfortable seats, internet, coffee/water, and tv. There is even an enclosed play area for children to play while waiting. They were very busy throughout the day which made me comfortable knowing that others trusted them to do good work. I will continue to service my vehicle with Northshore Toyota.

Contacted Northshore Toyota, I was inquiring about a specific car on the lot. I emailed, and called . Understand that it's busy but I've never really got any answer or feed back. A week later I got a call from the customer service asking about my inquiry. I told her I didn't get any calls so she transferred me to a sales rep. He stated that basically I had to jump thru loopholes in order to get the car. I got great credit, money to down and a trade in but it seems like they weren't interested in helping me. I didn't really get bad service, more less no service. Overall can't really grade or critic over nothing

I have purchased 7 vehicles over the last 25 years, and this was by far the worst experience that I have had with a dealership. After filling out the paperwork to purchase a new vehicle, there were issues with the condition of the car upon delivery of the vehicle that were not resolved to my satisfaction. Their Customer Relations Manager was no help whatsoever and somewhat rude. I will go elsewhere the next time I am in the market for a Toyota vehicle.

Kurt not only addressed our needs, but took time to answer our questions and explain every thing that was done with our Avalon. He was patient with our questions and even had to repeat himself so that I could understand the problems. The cost was very manageable and the work was complete and satisfactory. I will buy another car from Northshore when the Avalon dies - we're at 125,000 now with no problems on the horizon!

I have owned Toyotas in three states. I have dealt with dealerships in Illinois (Park Ridge); Wisconsin (Janesville) and now in Louisiana (Covington). Northshore Toyota is by far the best of the three. The service dept. is fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to purchase my next Toyota at this dealership.

I bought a used 2008 Honda Pilot from Northshore Toyota. The sales staff was friendly, not pushy. They helped me and never tried to haggle me or sway me toward anything else. We got the car for a good price. I had it checked out through a mechanic who said that everything they said they had done to the car was true, and the car was in great running shape. It's nice to go to a dealer that you can trust. This is the fourth vehicle that my family has bought from this dealership with no problems. We will definitely shop here again.

I am a divorced female and have bought 4 vehicles from Northshore Toyota, I was treated with respect and very professional by the sales staff and the service department over the years. I feel that Northshore Toyota's employees are very well trained in all aspects of sales and service. Charles Dye is my service advisor and has been wonderful taking care of my vehicles' maintenance. Mike Escude the Service Manager helped me when Charles Dye was unavailable, he was very willing to help with my questions regarding my service needs. I will buy from them in the future and continue to service my vehicle with Northshore Toyota.

My wife and I have done business in the past with Northshore Toyota with great success; the service staff is very friendly when we bring our vehicles in for periodic maintenance. Recently we bought 2 new vehicles from them, a Rav4 and a Tundra. The sales staff was outstanding; they took care of us and all our needs. They went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for at our price. We live on the Westbank, but it's worth our time to travel to the northshore to this dealership vice the ones closer to home. We will defiantly be using them in the future. We would recommend them to anyone.
