My 2012 Sedona failed the emissions test at a local dealer, so I drove an hour to have KIA look it over. First they let me know that nothing would be covered under the warranty, I was at 79,000 miles. So I sucked it up and said fine I will pay for the smoke test to see where the emissions leak was. The gentleman I was working with was very polite and understood that I am not made of money. He said that they would do the test and call to let me know what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Originally this was the plan, the smoke test for $125 and then call me, I was very clear that I was not able to pay anymore than that for this day. He also said he was leaving early but there was another man that would be able to handle everything, so far no big deal. A couple hours later I get a call that the evap canister had failed and would need to be replaced and that my total for the day would be $500! I was shocked, I said but "you were only supposed to do the smoke test" to which the new guy replied "well yeah that's all we did, but if you want us to fix it the total will be $500, I mean it has to be fixed" I told him that's not something I can afford right now I will have to park it. He told me to give them 30 minutes to get the car back together, so I went in to get it. The new guys seemed very unsure of himself, he was trying to get the paperwork together and my husband and I were making small talk just to be polite. The whole time the man next to him kept glaring at us and rolling his eyes when we were telling the younger man that we thought the new KIA's were nice. So we finally get our car, go home and call our regular dealer ( who is not a KIA dealer, hence why we needed the sensor testing done at Northtown), and our trusted dealer says "well, that's too bad I will help anyway I can, we can get the part for $175 and I will only charge you for half and hour labor, that's about all it will take" way cheaper than Northtowne. We started off fine at KIA, but as soon as they were not going to make a lot of money off of us we were treated like garbage. Oh and to top it all off they double charged my bank account for the $125 and I don't mean it was pending, they processed TWO PAYMENTS!! When I called and spoke with the service manager at first he said it would take a few days to investigate and then send us a check. I was pissed my account was negative because of them, only when I yelled did he actually try to fix this, he called me back about 15 minutes after our initial call and said "oh well the accounting dept already caught this and they are on the phone with your bank", bull, they didn't catch anything, it was because I called. It took 3 days for them to re-credit my account and I had to fax them bank papers showing that they caused my account to go negative and caused me fees. They mailed me a check for the bank fee, but for several days I got to look at my empty account.I will never ever return to this KIA dealer. If you are not wealthy they will treat you like crap end of story.

I had a clogged air-conditioning discharge drain in my Kia Soul serviced this morning. Everyone in the service department was professional, helpful, and friendly. As a senior woman who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated the technician carefully explaining the problem to me. And my car was ready 20 minutes ahead of schedule!

Went in with the intent to shop around, but left leasing a 2016 Kia Sorento. This experience far exceeds my past experiences at other dealerships.

We walked into Northtown Kia having been given the name of Brian Sider by an acquaintance. We knew very little about Kia and due to medical bills had little funds. Brian was extremely helpful and extremely respectful. The result, thanks to all of Brian's efforts, was that we drove home that day in our new Kia Soul. I was impressed by Northtown when I heard they are closed Sundays and were closed Memorial Day, so their employees could be with their families.

Northtown offers competetive pricing without the "pressure" to buy, like many other dealerships. This is my second car from Northtown, and I've always been pleased with the kindness and patience of the salesmen I've worked with. I contacted them and was in a new car, at a price I liked, all within a week. No hassle. Would absolutely reccomend them!

We bought a 2015 Sportage, our third Kia from this dealership. Mark O'Connor was the sales rep who made it a very comfortable buying experience. He kept the payments within our budget and gave us a very reasonable trade-in price. Mark was available to answer our questions, but also gave us our space to talk things over ourselves. We knew we were going to make a purchase, but we were never pressured to purchase beyond what we knew we could afford. Love the car, especially the Bluetooth and sound system, very happy with the moon roof, too! ;-)

I just completed my best car buying experience at this dealer. I actually went in looking for a different car, the car I was looking at did not end up being what I had hoped. Jason was able to listen to my needs and make a suggestion of a different car. His suggestion pointed me at a car I had originally dismissed because of the manufacturers name. I am so happy that Jason convinced me to look at the Kia. This car has great power as well as good gas milage and looks, not to mention the warranty. Jason was able to work with Kevin to make the deal fit and I now own a Kia.
