We were at another Hyundai dealership and were getting inconclusive info and the sales manager was extremely rude. We wasted about an hour there. I went online and called Northtowne & talked to Tim Manning in half hour received financing, the monthly payment we wanted & he found us a white Elantra that according to the other dealership almost impossible to find. When we went to the dealership to pick up the car we found that he had applied more recently offered incentives & our payment went down even more! The dealership had traded another for our car and we received tinted windows and the gold stripe detailing for free.This is our second Elantra. When we bought our first Elantra no mention was make that they do not come with a spare tire. I guess we were supposed to know that. Tim showed us everything on the car and insisted we test drive it before we left. Jeff, the finance "guy' was great and very professional. We were in & out of the dealership with the car in 45 minutes and received a very nice thank note from Tim. We will be buying a third Elantra in the spring & will drive the extra 25 miles because Northtowne - their no hassle way of doing business, polite & professional employees and excellent customer service is worth it.

After investing several hours reviewing cars on the lot, discussing them with my salesperson (Jim B.), having it inspected at a local mechanic, I found a vehicle that met my needs, but ran out of time since it was closing time. It was 20 minutes before closing. I walked out and told the salesperson that I would plan on returning the next business day. I emailed and texted the salesperson (and manager) on the next business day over a holiday weekend about my purchase and I had made arrangements to come finish the deal. I got a short text telling me that it had sold. My issues are: 1) There was no transparency that another customer was close to a deal. There were very few customers on the lot and it was 20 minutes from closing. If I needed to make an offer, I believe they should have told me. I know buying is a first-come, first-serve basis, but I feel that the salesperson is my 'agent' and has a responsibility to be honest and upfront about the car and situation. 2) After it sold, they had all of my information and could have told me before me asking. I don't expect for them to remember days after, but they sold it within 20 minutes of me leaving. I know other dealerships that have been working much more closely with me on my purchasing experience and have done this. 3) I never heard back from the manager and would like to have seen some type of follow-up to see if maybe they could help with something else. Unfortunately, even as the dealer posted more cars for sale, I ignored those because I was not happy with my experience.

Ron Goertzen was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to finding my dream car. He helped me track down the specific color and interior that I wanted and he gave me an amazing deal. He also informed me of many awesome features of the car that I didn't know about. He is the friendliest car salesman I have ever met and I would definitely recommend him. Tim Samaroo was welcoming, speedy, and humorous. Tim was extremely friendly and personable. He worked speedily and got us out in time for an appointment. I had been shopping and doing my homework on some cars for about 6 months. Consumer report should Hyundai Elantra to be the car of the year. We went to Northtowne Hyundai late one evening, they were locking the doors. Adam ran in to get the keys to the car we want to test drive and we all went for a test drive. Adam was very informative and personable. He didn't seem to mind staying after work test driving a car. The next day we did some more Hyundai shopping online; we called Adam told him what I wanted, color and the price. Within an hour Adam called back and said that he had the car. When I went to sign the papers and pick up the car, Adam was friendly, informative and courteous. Chris in the finance department was informative and friendly also. All the papers were signed and I was driving my car within an hour. I am very happy with my brand new Hyundai Elantra GLS. Thanks Adam

The service department is always easy with whatever items I need done at that time & whenever they say my car will be ready it is! Only problem with the dealership, is, it's a tad hard to get in & out of it. Need bigger location so you can have more cars & it would make navigating in & out of your lot easier. My wife and I were looking at a 2008 Accord and we agreed on the price (went down and even shook on it). Mike says by the way the am radio does not work. I go out and put a CD in it and it eats my CD! The radio did not work so we said replace it and you have a deal. Low and behold we got a call from them today saying the car is ready but now the price has changed!?!? In their words they said that they found something else wrong with the car ($16) part but had to pay $600 for labor. So between the part and the stereo which did not work in the first place they wanted us to pay for the majority of the price!!!! They said and I quote, "we are not making you pay all of it but we need to recoup most of that money". I could not believe it!!!!! What shysters! Do not go here! Don't let something like this happen to you. By the way it was the per-owned sales manager and the Internet guy.

I came straight to Didi when I wanted to trade-in my Jetta for a more SUV type Volkswagen. Didi was so helpful in getting me my new 2013 Tiguan. I bought a used 06 grand prix gxp from Jason Chandler, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and pointed out defects on the vehicle, and offered to order missing parts without me having to ask. I had a time window when I got to the dealership that was tight and they worked extra hard to get me approved with bad credit in a very short period of time. Good accomodation, good service, and trustworthy staff, would shop there again, and would recommend others to shop there as well.

We wanted a new vehicle that would give us good gas mileage. After an irritating experience at a different dealer, we stopped in at Northtowne Hyundai. Mike was our salesman and he was information and friendly; not pushy; and willing to do whatever it took to make us comfortable with our decision. He was also very patient as we deliberated over which exact model and color we preferred. Upon taking delivery of the car, I did find a couple of issues that I wanted taken care of, and he assured me that they would make everything right, and in fact, they did that. Buying a new car is usually a very aggravating experience at best, but that was not the case here. It was actually a very pleasant transaction, and I am very pleased with my new car. Mike was great; the whole team was great.

This was by far my best car buying experience ever. Everything was conducted via email with no pressure to visit the showroom. Everything was ready when I went to pick up the car. Zack Siglar was very friendly and quick to respond to emails. His enthusiasm when I picked up the car made me even more excited to have bought the car. He showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions. Northtowne is lucky to have him. I got a tour of the service department and was introduced to the manager/service writer. Steve Murdoch in finance didn't try to oversell me on the extended warranties and was very gracious when I said no. This dealership has a well-deserved reputation.

I was at the end of my lease with my Toyota Camry and my dad and I went to check out the VW Passat. They are having great deals on leases right now. We met with Didi who I wasn't to sure about at first but once I shared with him what I was looking for in a car...all the bells and whistles....a fully loaded car....he brought out a 2013 CC and I was so excited! It was the perfect car and the he crunched the numbers to get them to work with the budget that I have. The people there were very friendly, knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. Great place, great people and Didi is plain amazing. He has 35 years experience and he really makes you feel like your part of the VW "family". Highly recommend.

After driving old beaters around forever (high school, undergrad, masters), I finally decided to get something new. Although I had my eye on the Volkswagen Tiguans for a while, I was secretly dreading my visit to the dealership (haggling, pressure to buy, etc... you can imagine the feeling). However, my experience at Northtowne with Trey was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. Trey was extremely professional and down to earth. I never felt pressured and he was very honest with me. He answered all my questions thoroughly and if he didn't know the answer, he tried his hardest to find out (and he even stayed on hold with the DMV for over a half an hour). I was extremely impressed with Trey and the rest of the team at Northtowne. They turned what I thought was going to be a stressful decision into a very easy one. AND I love my Tiguan!!

I contacted Northtowne VW via the web, and was quickly contacted by Trey Hubbard in new car sales. We exchanged several telephone calls, and he was always gracious, informative, prompt in returning communications, and eager to help me meet my objectives. I live more than an hour from any VW dealership, including this one, so it was important to me that I have a fruitful trip. I didn't want to have to play two or more dealers off each other. I need not have been concerned--Trey knew I was a buyer, knew what I wanted to do, and made it happen. Quickly. And within my well-researched deal parameters.The particular car I wanted is a rarer vehicle. Trey worked to source the car from a dealer 350 miles away. I agreed that I would be okay with it if they had the car driven to Northtowne, but Trey and company surprised me by having it truck-transported anyway--a value add after they had already closed the deal--sweet!I made my second trip to take delivery of my pristine new VW, and it had been made so very perfect, it looked like a brochure photo-shoot. I had driven some way through foul weather, and was in a little bit of a hurry. Upon my approval of the car, Trey whisked me into the finance office, where Lynn Gronniger was ready with the documents. I was done with finance in ten minutes, and out of the dealership in half an hour, which was exactly what I wanted.I cannot say enough good things about the dealership or my salesman or any other part of the experience. The only surprises were good ones. If their service department lives up to the front of the house (and I have every belief it will), this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. I've bought BMW's, VW's, Hondas, you name it, and this was the most hassle-free, efficient use of my car-shopping time I have experienced.

This was my first time buying a new car and I had quite a bit of anxiety about it. However, the staff here made me feel very comfortable with the process. This was my first buying experience with Northtowne Hyundai... and I would absolutely return. Adam Quint was the salesman and he was informative and interested in selling me what I wanted oppose to what would make him a better commission. Although I could have gotten a brand new car for the same monthly payment, when I indicated that I had a specific budget and I wanted to stay there he and the Sales Manager respected that and didn't offer a new car option any further. The Finance Manager, Mr. Kuhl, was thorough and helpful in answering all my questions, worked hard to find the financing that was in my best interest and making sure that I understood all the options available to me in my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a buyer of used or new.

My husband and I were referred to Nothtowne Hyundai by my boss because he had purchased 4 cars within the Northtowne group and felt that they always treated him right. I'm glad that we chose Northtowne Hyundai because everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. I called ahead of time and spoke to salesman Adam Quint and set up a time to come in and look at the new 2013 Elantra. We weren't sure if leasing would be the best option for us but after meeting with Adam we looked at the Elantra and then went over the details of the lease and after minor negotiating we came up with good deal! Adam was very nice in walking us through the whole process and was very upfront, never pushy and we felt like we could trust him. Also helping us with the whole deal and some lease questions was sales manager Bill, who was very nice and helpful and made us feel right at ease. Overall the whole process was easy and I feel that we were taken care of very well by everyone we dealt with at this dealership. Adam even called me a couple of days after we had the new Elantra to see how we were liking it, very good service! I would certainly recommend this dealership and Adam and Bill!

I knew what i wanted. I had poor credit. They helped me get the car i wanted for a great price. I chatted with Adam, got my credit approved and took my trade in for a fair price. All was easy & hassle free. So far, i love my new Elantra!

This is the second Elantra that I've purchased from Northtowne Hyundai and the experience has always been outstanding. Worked with Adam Quint both times and feel like he knows what I'm looking for and the price range I'm interested in. Would recommend him and the dealership for anyone reading.

Holy cow! I can not say enough good things about this dealership and its employees! I live over 40+ minutes away and after having a new 2012 Elantra for a little over six months I decided that I wanted an upgrade to the same car but the Limited. There was no way that I was going anywhere else besides Northtowne. I had been e-mailing Adam saying that we needed to make this work and how could I keep my payments low. He had me come up and appraised my leased car and gave me top dollar for my lease and a very VERY generous price on my new 2013 Elantra Limited. He had me test drive the Limited so I could enjoy all of the new features I would be getting and explained how everything would work. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so Adam went out of his way to call another dealership and secure the car for me in the color that I wanted, plus it had some extra features that the car I test drove did not have. The GM made a special trip and picked up the car for me and had it waiting when I came in to pick it up. These guys really know how to go above and beyond to make a customer feel special. Working with Adam was a breeze and he made me feel very comfortable. Please do not waste your time going anywhere else besides Northtowne. They will treat you right and make sure you get the car of your dreams, at a price you can afford. Specifically, ask for Adam Quint he will work with you to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Plus, he's a huge Royals fans and does special things like customer appreciation and will set you up with some Royal's tickets!!

They were friendly, honest and cheap. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Between test driving the car, and purchase was only about 1 1/2 hours.

My wife and I went to Northtown VW to buy a new 2012 VW Passage. I was sold on the brand and model so the salesman did not have to give me a pitch to make a deal. I had a trade-in I knew I was going to be upside-down on for what I owed. They ran the estimated value of my trade-in, added it to the price of the car, came back to me with the monthly payment total (mind you I had not even had our credit ran) and said sorry this is your monthly payent, it doesn't look good, I apologize we couldn't make a deal. The salesman had no idea what we could afford, never asked, and just assumed that we were 20 something kids and we couldn't afford the offer. No harm no foul, took my business elsewhere. Their loss.

My wife and I visited Northtowne Mazda today to purchase a 2013 CX-5. The dealer refused to sell the vehicle for less than MSRP. It is clear they are not interested in selling vehicles. The service department is excellent.
