My experience was good. However, when I brought the car home, the next day, my check engine light came on. One of my headlights is about to go out and one of my blinnker lights is about to go out also. My car has a lifter tick. I would like all of this fixed since I bought the car less than a week ago. I do not know if the warranty covers this but I would like to know if it does so I can have it fixed. Other than that, my experience was good.

First off I'd like to say that I normally don't even bother writing reviews on the internet but this dealership was so honest and fair that I must promote them publically. Jeremy H. was the salesman I worked with in purchasing a used 2012 Ford Mustang. Jeremy didn't hesitate to let me test drive the vehicle and throughout the deal and negotiations his conduct was nothing but professional and I really enjoyed working with him. Through the dealership I was able to get the car warrantied bumper to bumper and they will even waive the $100 deductible if you get your car serviced at their dealership! Phenomenal experience for me, I was treated fairly and honestly and would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Have done business with Shawn Sullivan a few times, very accomodating with great customer service. Shawn referred us to Bill. He was very friendly and patient with me as I wasn't really sure what i wanted to purchase. I was 200% pleased with the entire transaction, including the transfer of insurance. Everything was handled by NW Hills-i did not have to do anything but come to pick up my vehicle. Also was contacted regarding an insurance quote, which ended up being more affordable for me than the insurance I currently have. I am very happy with my new vehicle and am sure that any future dealings with Bill or the staff at NW Hills will be just as pleasant as this was.

I stopped in a few other dealers that only wanted to talk about what was on their lot even through it wasn't what I wanted. Northwest showed me what they had on the lot and when it didn't match up with what I was after they had no problem putting a special order in for me to get exactly what I was looking for. When it showed up they didn't play any games with my trade-in or the other numbers. Jeremy spent the time to show me how the top worked and go over the features on my new Wrangler.

I was having a hard time finding a dealership that worked with my price range as well as having great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised coming to Northwest Hills! My car was ready for a test drive as soon as I pulled into the lot. Bill came out and ready with the keys! When it came to pricing, I let him know exactly what I wanted to pay per month and he came back with the exact price I wanted was hoping for. After purchasing, he helped me set everything up and went through all of the car's features with me. The experience was quick and easy and well worth the drive! Recently bought a certified Chrysler 300 S from NWH dealer. The salesman Brian was very nice and made the process pretty simple. However, when it came time to go in to have a few minor tweaks on the car done, the service dept was terrible. I had a blister on my tire that I didn't notice until I got it home, and the brakes were squeaking and shook a little. I called to have them checked out. The day I brought it I got a phone call, they said that the brakes are fine and just have some surface rust from the car sitting and that it would stop when the rust was worn off. That's ridiculous, surface rust on brakes is removed after 5 minutes of driving, and they said they weren't going to change them (I will be taking them to my mechanic to have them double checked) and why would they shake when I pressed them? Second was the tire, they said that the car wasn't sold that way and I must have curbed it! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! It's a good thing I took pictures on my car before I drove it off the lot or they probably would have gotten away with it! They ended up ordering it and will change it. However my car is AWD, and therefore needs all identical worn tires to not ruin the drivetrain, the guy said it will be ok, so if this ruins my car, I will absolutely be holding them accountable. What's the point of have the word certified in front of a car name if it clearly means no extra care or inspection was done on it. This isn't the first car I have bought from Sullivan (Cadillac ATS for my girlfriend) but it will be the last if this is how they're going to treat people after spending this much money here! I just want my brakes fixed and fixed right!

So my wife was in the market for a Jeep Cherokee Limited, as a family we don't buy cars that often, we always buy new....and then hold cars for 10+ years - often topping out at 200,000 miles odometer.This was her purchase...but I offered to call around to a handful of dealers in the area to see what the car would cost. The specs were Grand Cherokee Limited, Black, Luxury Package (nice to have), new could be 2015 or 2016 models. I called the usual suspects - dealers in Fairfield, Norwalk, westchester NY, and then two dealers in upstate CT - one of which was the Jeep dealer in Torrington CT. I was very lucky that the sales person that answered my call was Bill Reudgen ...he was great from the start (my sense is that he has been in this business for some time...and he as well as the dealership does NOT play the games that many salespeople and dealers play) I told him that I lived down state...and he said he would make it worth the trouble of me driving to Torrington. I was also going back and forth w/ another dealer in Northern CT.At the end of the day we ended up bringing our business Northwest Hills Jeep in Torrington.The great buying experience was extended to when my wife drove to Torrington to take delivery of the new Grand Cherokee. Up to this point I was the person talking w/ Bill. The dealership was closing Sat at 5:00PM, and I think my wife arrived around 3:30 or 4:00...and every one at the dealer took the time to walk through all of the functions of the car, set it up w/ her iPhone.Truly a Great buying experience of a great car - end to end. I was fortunate to have Brian Johnston assist me when I purchased a Jeep from Northwest Hills in Torrington. I was driving a 2004 Jeep - very basic. I had no idea how to even start a newer Jeep. Brian spent a good amount of time showing me everything I needed to know. He was patient and kind. He encouraged me to call him at any time if I have any questions. When the first car I chose to buy was recalled by the company, Brian had two cars brought up to their lot the same day for me to look at. I ended up buying one of them. North west Hills was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I started out with a small 4 wheel drive pickup, which was to small for my frame and other personal objections, When I brought the vehicle back to the dealer ship, they readily agreed to trade it in for another vehicle. The whole staff that serviced me from the sales manager to the service manager was a great experience and they all made it very enjoyable. Although tired at the end of the day I was able to drive out of the lot with a 2015 Ram truck and fit to my size and budget. That night I rode home with pride for my new truck and the awesome service rendered by the staff.

My first phone call connected me to Brian Johnston who was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and efficient and always called back when he said he would. After several phone calls we made the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership to pick up the car, it was exactly what we had agreed upon. Definitely not how all dealers operate. I called Sullivan's Northwest Hills one day with questions regarding a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was lucky enough to get Matt on the phone. He was a true professional answering questions, going through financing options, and even taking the time to come up with two payment schedules based on what my down payment would be. A few days later, I met Matt in person, went over precisely what I wanted in the Jeep, and signed the paperwork. I will admit that I did not make this easy on him because the Altitude's were a limited edition and there are not many of them left anywhere. He searched for days until he was able to locate the exact model and specs of the one I wanted including the addition of Thule cross bars and snowboard rack...Apparently Maximum Steel Metallic was a pretty popular color because when one miraculously popped up in Jersey four days later, he excitedly texted me letting me know he had secured it and someone was already heading down to pick it up. I picked up my vehicle a week ago and absolutely love it. Matt made this entire process a pleasure thanks to his professionalism, extra effort in finding exactly what I wanted, and making sure I was satisfied with the purchase. There is no doubt that I will go back to Sullivan's and ask specifically for Matt in a few years when I am ready for another new vehicle. I highly recommend going to Sullivan's and working with Matt. 12/ 15/2015: We had bad experience at another dealership a week before so I was happy that we had William helping us. We felt welcome by William Hogarth from the start and at no time did we feel pressure into buying anything. The problem started here. We were not able to transfer my plate and have the truck register in our name because they where waiting on the title but was told no more then 2 wks. Don't worry it happens all the time. I am going to give you my personal dealer plate. 6/5/2016 UPDATE: 6 months and still no registration of my truck. We keep getting told 3 wks then it's DMV 90 days. Then they have to get a sign off from former owner. Ask for update and you get no calls from anyone. My advice to anyone buying a use vehicle make sure BEFORE they have you sign anything. ( We were not told pier to signing surprise) Title and registration are all-set if they tell you this happens all the time, two wks walk away from the deal because it's not worth the stress. We are on 6 months of being told another 2 / 3 wks. Have gone up the ladder with mangers, gen mangers, now even talked with Kevin Sullivan ( owner) and still nothing has been resolve.I am at the point I want them to buy back this Jeep that I can not register in our name.

It was a pleasure to see a salesman whom enjoyed showing there vehicle line as much as bill reudgen did. He showed us the features in use, not just listing them but applying them! It was also nice to see a salesperson driving the vehicles they sell, it says something for the quality and bang for the buck. The dealership was very nice and stock was plentiful so we were able to see and touch an assortment of models with varying features in the same lot. We test test drove 2 models and we were sold on the jeep we wanted!

He delivered the Jeep to my residence and gave us a tutorial for over an hour. We got to a good agreed upon price without a long stretch of time passing. My salesperson was outstanding with reviewing the car options and making sure I was comfortable with the right vehicle selection along with all of the vehicles options. Great salesperson that listens to his customer. I have to say...the most noteworthy experience was how quick it was to get through the finance paperwork. I was in and out in ten minutes! My husband and I recently visited the Northwest Hills dealership to look at a vehicle we had found online using AutoTrader.com. From the initial contact to the moment we walked out of the dealership with keys in hand; the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly to us. We worked with sales team member Jeremy, but at some point had contact with the whole team (or at least that's how it felt.) To our surprise, they were very accommodating to us and our rambunctious two year-old. They were very easy going and even provided her with alternate means of entertainment, as well as a private place to change diapers when needed. We test drove the vehicle, got financed, traded in our old car, and they helped us to register and insure the new vehicle before we drove off ---all in a matter of 3 hours! I got had a really happy experience at Northwest Hills, and I am taking the time to write about it because I am so pleased. I'm going to put the names in- good salesmen and business managers should be rewarded in an age where computers track how everyone is doing and create alot of pressure to sell.First of all, I am "internet price" shopper, always focusing on the drive away price, sticking with dealer who has inventory, and using Edmunds and the other sites to check pricing. I always shop at 3 dealers to make sure I am getting the best deal. When the two other dealers could not beat the price given to me by Bill Reudgen at Northwest Hills, I knew I had received the best deal.Bill correctly sensed that I was pressed for time, that I had done my comparison shopping, and that I was ready to buy. Bill found the exact Cherokee I was looking for (even the color) . I was never put in a position to think about what I would have to give up or what extra options I would have to buy. I found the whole deal to be hassle free, and I never felt pressured to accept any add-ons. There was nothing less than perfect honestly in all of my dealings with Bill and Darren Schwarz, the Business Manager-no surprises!The good service continued after the last check was signed-- Bill took about 45 minutes to show me all the features of the new car, turn on all the digital services, and how to use the voice commands to set temperature and tune the radio.It was pretty cool being able to show my friends the weather radar pictures centered on the Cherokee which are transmitted by Sirius. Usually you walk into a dealership and are bombarded by pressure, numbers and a lot of hassles on the after buying. Not here. There was no pressure, Bill knew his vehicles, and if you did have a question they weren't sure of, they were right on it to get that answer. We took delivery of our Rubicon that day! Northwest Hills contacted me after I used TrueCar to find the best price on a vehicle in the area. My entire conversations were with Jeremy Hussey, who invited me to come in to discuss finances. Jeremy was very rude and slimy- almost every legitimate concern that was brought up was dismissed with a lackluster explanation. To start it off, he did not shake hands with my friend, which was very weird. Later on, Jeremy returned with a price for the car that was higher than the TrueCar, which is the entire reason why I was in contact with the dealer in the first place. When I asked why they would give me a price $1000 over TrueCar, Jeremy stated that it was because the car had to be shipped in from another dealer, which would cost more. Whether this is made up or not, why would I pay extra because you don't have the vehicle in stock? Why would I just not go to the dealer that has the car and pay the real TrueCar price? It seems this dealership does not understand reality too well. Later on during negotiations, I asked what your "Out the Door" price was for the car, including taxes, fees, etc. He calls me back and says his 'out the door' price is $34,000. I agree to the sale, and we begin the process of purchasing. When I receive the purchase order in an email, it states that $2,500 down plus $34,000 are separated, making the total $36,500. There are two conclusions to this, Jeremy was either trying to rip me off and hope I didn't read the contract, blindly sending in my money (most likely), or he is the only car salesman in the world who does not understand what the words "out the door" mean. This is the most slimeball tactic I have ever seen in my entire life of buying cars. I would rather pay $200 in gas, drive out to Ohio, and buy a car there, than give this dealership money. I hope other people realize what this company does, and am genuinely curious as to how many people they have scammed this way. Was he trying to get me to sign the purchase order and keep my deposit once I realized the mistake? I will never know, but I do know that I will be telling everyone who is purchasing a car to NEVER consider going to this dealership.

William is an excellent salesman. The experience with Mr. Hogarth was relaxed and professional. During the entire process, he maintained the same demeanor. At no time during the interactions, was Mr. Hogarth an anxious salesman; he allowed me to think without any pressure to buy any additional items.In addition to being an atypical salesman, Mr. Hogarth was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle he was selling; he did not make himself sound good. It was very evident that Mr. Hogarth had spent time getting to know the vehicle and was honest enough to say "I dont know" the rare time that he in fact did not have the answer to a question.Mr. Hogarth made purchasing a new vehicle very easy and I would recommend him to family and friends.

I had been in the market for an AWD and narrowed it down to a few vehicles. I spoke with Bill Reudgen after I received an internet email responding to my inquiry on a Jeep. Once at the dealership I was provided with a thorough background on the vehicle, and a comprehensive test drive along with a fair discussion of the vehicle I would be purchasing as well as my trade-in. I did not feel pressured and the experience was definitely professional. Bill was knowledgeable of the product and listened as I explained that I did not want hours of haggling over the vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership within a reasonable time and given the time I needed to ultimately make my decision. I purchased the Jeep and have told others about Bill and Northwest Hills. Bill will have two new referrals for purchases of Jeeps.

I had visited 7 dealerships looking for a truck. I had to meet a certain budget but wanted a specific vehicle. This was a very stressful situation. I had been looking for 2 month and not really making any progress. This is where Northweast Hills came in. I happen to be driving by on my way to a store that I don't normally visit and noticed a Ram dealership. When I walked in I was greeted by Bill Reudgen. From there on I had an amazing experience. Bill found me the exact vehicle that met my budget. Bill also was able to have two accessories installed on my vehicle in the very short window I had before the holiday. Overall the entire experience was great and highly recommend this dealership.

As a rule, I don't usually like car dealerships or the car buying process in general. However, Northwest Hills is a huge exception to that rule. After having just had a disastrous experience with another local dealership that made me want to never even attempt to buy a new car again, Northwest Hills gave me renewed confidence after my recent purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Everything about the experience and the people was pleasant. Our salesman, Bill Reudgen, was patient and listened and was not at all pushy or demeaning (which was a stark contrast to other dealerships we have encountered). He was knowledgeable of the products and gave very helpful insights. He even came in on his day off to let me go for a test drive. My husband and I also worked with Neil Reising and Darren Schwartz during the process, who were likewise very professional and courteous and helpful. If we had questions, they were answered. And turnaround time was quick and the process was made to be convenient for us as the customer.We appreciated how clean and bright and welcoming the dealership is, how every person we encountered smiled and was friendly and asked if we needed any help and introduced themselves. My wife and I purchased a new jeep summit from Bill on Saturday. It was an overall great experience. I went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife's 30th birthday. Bill was very attentive to us both and spoke to both of us. We are two women and Bill treated us both with respect. Sometimes it's intimidating for women to walk into a dealership but I assure you this wasn't the case. He didn't treat us like we were idiots and he handled our tons of questions patiently! The financing part took a very long time, not too sure why? But it's was no fault of Bill's. The other guys there at the dealership were very polite as well and I do believe they all came over individually during our visit to wish my wife a happy birthday! We needed a car fast. We saw the car we wanted on-line and called. Will said to come right down, he would wait for us to arrive, and he would take care of us. We drove over 2 hours from Vermont to get there. Not only was Will waiting, but our car was ready and waiting for us. We went for a test drive, filled out the paperwork, and paid for the car. Will filled the gas tank and in a very short amount of time we were headed back home. Will was very kind and personable. Two weeks later, Will surprised us by calling and saying he found a second remote keyless fob and and key that went to our car. He mailed it right out to us. So happy to have the second set. I purchased my new Town and Country from Northwest Hills. Although they did not have the exact car I wanted on their lot, they easily located the car that I wanted at a different dealership and told me that I could buy the car through them. Now, the car was located in another state and was over 100 miles away. Northwest initially wanted to charge me a dealer transfer fee of $500. Having previously heard from other dealers that they would wave transfer fees, I told them that $500 was too much and that I would have to look to elsewhere for a better deal. They agreed to lower the fee to $250. I was OK with that at first because there were only 2 exact matching cars around and they were over 100 miles away and I did not want to drive 2 hours each way to save $250. So, we agreed to the $250 and started the paperwork.Then, the next day, things came to a temporary standstill. As I continued to get bombarded with calls from other dealers who insisted they would wave all transfer fees just to earn my business, I decided to call my sales rep Bill to tell him that I changed my mind on the $250 because at least one other local dealer would transfer the car for free. Even though we had come to an agreement the night before, they quickly agreed to wave the transfer fee altogether to keep the deal alive.Now, about the vehicle price...although I had to spend the extra time and phone calls to have them waive the transfer fee, I saved a ton of money (over $5,000) off the Windows sticker price, put no money down, received 0% financing over 60 months and got the car that I wanted. I used TrueCar as a base to gauge whether or not I was getting a good price and they matched the truecar price. I even went as far as calling the dealership who had the car in the other state and they told me they couldn't even sell the car to me for the price and the terms that I got from Northwest. That is what sealed the deal. With car dealerships, they will tell you that they are offering the best deal but you leave feeling that you really don't know. However, at Northwest, the sales people were very nice (and not shady like some other places that called me) and I did not feel like I was being targeted or scammed. In the end, I do feel like I got the best deal and I bought it from a dealership that is only a few miles down the road which is important to me.

Came upon this dealership by luck and glad I did. Simply went in to see if they had something on their lot which they didn't. Bill Reudgen asked me if he should check around and I said no thanks as my dealer in NYC was checking up to 300 miles and couldn't find any cars. They I said sure, what the heck...give it a shot.He located the exact vehicle I wanted within 2 minutes and I could hardly believe it. Gave him a deposit and he confirmed later in the day that the car would be there on Monday morning.Everything went well, everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional and I really felt like I was being taken care of. After finding a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Touring through my banks car buying service (USAA for military members) On 6/18/2014 I contacted the dealership, Sullivans Northwest Hills Dealerships to inquire about the vehicle, I spoke with Jessie. I had agreed to let them draft our credit card for $500 to hold the vehicle for us because I didnt know when my husband would be able to get out there to see the vehicle due to the demands of his military career. I went to Sullivans on 6/19/2014 with my mother and two children to test drive the vehicle, I decided that I wanted the vehicle. Jessie had gone on vacation so he passed us along to Paul Paolino. There were a few issues I asked to be addressed before we came back the following week with my husband to purchase the vehicle. I noticed when I test drove the vehicle that the brakes felt odd, I asked Paul about it and he said he didnt know anything about them. I asked him to have it serviced before we came back and he assured me we wont sell a car that is not safe for the road. I also asked they address the leaking window, smoke smell, and detail the vehicle because it was filthy.After calling back and forth with Paul trying to get everything set up he started getting rude and short with me, huffing and sighing over the phone. At this point refused to keep working with Paul and I called Jessie while he was on vacation, mentioned that we want the car, but it needed the brakes to be looked at and I couldnt deal with Paul any longer. He apologized for his co workers rude behavior and got us set us up with someone, I believe his name was Howard. My husband and I along with our children, returned on 6/25/14 to purchase the vehicle. We checked out the car and it looked spectacular. The window was repaired, it was beautifully detailed, and they had put a smoke bomb in there to get rid of the smell, which all we could smell was the pungent freshener. I did notice that between my first visit and this visit, someone had removed the headphones for the VES out of the glovebox. I also noticed the remote was missing, but I never noticed it on our first visit. I asked Howard about the brakes, he said he didnt know but he would find out. I also asked him for the inspection report on the vehicle and what happened to the remote and headphones. He got us a new remote and the two missing sets of headphones. He never gave us the info on the brakes or the inspection report which I forgot about while trying to keep a 4 and 1 year old content so they didnt destroy the place.Steve handled our paperwork. He gave us info on our warranty he said 3000 miles 90 days and its also a pre-owned certified vehicle so theres a second warranty. After everything was a signed a man named Cory came out to the car, I asked him if he could please fill the tank, check the tires and if they had a spare blindspot mirror since the one on the passenger side was now falling off. He did all three for us and we were very impressed that they were being so kind. We thanked them for everything and drove off.About 40 minutes into our drive home my husband was driving and we were traveling 40-45 mph., there was a slight curve In the road and my husband applied the brakes. The whole front end of the car started shaking, I thought we were going to wreck. I immediately called I believe it was Howard at the dealership, I got his voicemail. I left a message and kept calling for the next two hours, he never called back. We had decided to keep going since they said it was safe for the road, the kids were screaming and hungry, we were out of food for the baby and there is a Chrysler dealership very close to our house.After we got home I sent my husband to Valenti, the dealership in Mystic, CT. He was working with a man named Paul Prediamo, the service manager. Paul had the vehicle inspected free of charge and apologized at the appalling behavior of the people at Sullivans. He told my husband what the deal was. My husband doesnt relay messages very well so I had him call Sullivans to tell them what he was told. I tried contacting numerous people the next two days. I contacted the General manager and left a message, Meagan Finn whom my husband spoke with, Steve who spoke with me, Howard, maybe others I dont remember. No one ever called me back. On Friday 6/27/14 I called Valenti and spoke with Paul. He told me that one of the rotors was warped in the front, and that the brakes were brand new. He told me to request the paperwork on the brakes since it didnt look like they were going to honor the warranty. I asked him if this was a safety hazard. He replied, the ABS system could be triggered while driving, so yes, it could potentially be a safety hazard. I called Steve and told him what Paul from Valenti had told me. I gave Steve Pauls' number and Steve said he would contact Paul. At 6 PM I called Paul back, to see if Steve had contacted him. He had not.They have also not refunded our $500 deposit to our credit card. It's Now 6/30/14 and we've been driving an unsafe vehicle everyday.They put on a good front but the minute those papers are signed, you're garbage.

The Chrysler 300C was the final selection. The John Varvatos series was not available with the specifications and options I desired but bill was diligent and successful in finding a 300C from another dealer.I had the car in three days and the transaction went smoothly and professionally. The new car is a delight to drive. I'm pleased with the salesman, the dealership, the vehicle and the overall experience.

Traded in my GMC Acadia for a Dodge Minivan. Thought I was buying from a good dealership...but I believe that is only when you buy new. Bought this stupid minivan and while the side view mirrors where being fixed, which took over a week to do---mind you---they also did transmission repair work on the vehicle and NEGLECTED to inform me of this even though I had signed the paperwork to buy this vehicle. I found out when the transmission left me stranded and I had to pay to have it towed back to THIS dealership since the closest one to me wouldn't touch the vehicle considering it would have been a call back to NWH. Complained to both the sales manager and service department manager...they did nothing but blame each other for the "MISREPRESENTATION" of this vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I also paid to have them put $600 worth of tires on the vehicle since it had to have tires---yet they did nothing with the bad breaks in the vehicle---the tires BTW suck and will not even move the vehicle in a little bit of snow!!!!! I HAVE had nothing but problems with this vehicle!!! OH and yes, I could sue them for all this but who the heck has the money to do this. The lawyer I spoke to wants $$$ upfront for this!! Shame on Northwest Hills and their shady dealings!!!!

We were actually test driving another car and were driving by the NW Hills dealership and spotted the Jeep. We had gotten a good quote on a Nissan, but wanted to test drive the Jeep first. We drove it and were given a great deal from Bill, including our trade-in. It was a spontaneous thing, but it worked out well, and were able to drive it off the lot that same day. The staff was very courteous and Bill made sure I knew how to work all of the features in the new vehicle. Excellent experience and I'd recommend them highly.

We have passed this dealership many times, but never thought to stop in. While researching a new vehicle, our 2008 Liberty just rang up at 200K miles, and we decided to begin the search. My sons are car buffs, and asked us to consider the Sahara. Both boys are over 6'5", and with a husband who is 6"4, the Sahara proved to have the head and leg room for my very tall family. As a USAA member, I began our search on the members Car Buying Service page. The process was simple. We built our Sahara on the web, were preapproved for our car loan, and asked USAA to recommend one of their dealer partners. Three, within twenty-five miles were selected. In under after ten minutes of "building our car," Jeff Cormier called to introduce himself and Northwest Hills. He was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Jeff was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and made the initial contact with the dealership a pleasant one. Our phone conversation was followed up with an e-mail referencing our conversation; very professional. Our experience at the dealership was just as welcoming. We were greeted by Megan Finn and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the service manager, as well as the financial manager to discuss what Jeep had to offer, as well as do a comparison with what our bank had to offer. The dealership had several Sahara models in various colors, top choices, and options from which to choose. We were able to take a test drive, under rainy conditions, to get a true feel for how the vehicle could handle the conditions for which Jeep is famous. We selected our vehicle on a Friday, and took delivery on Monday. While speaking with Jeff, he was able to discuss our Liberty with us at length. We learned of a gas tank re-call and were able to schedule a new tire installation and the tank replacement. This was not one of those in and out sales. Jeff called to make sure we were happy with our purchase, suggested some options that we did not include in our "build," and was there today to make sure the additional options were taken care of. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We are very happy with our selection of the Northwest Hills dealership, and have found a new dealership to care for both our our Jeeps.

In our search for a new car, we tried a lot of vehicles, Jeep Compass, Chevy Equinox, Ford Edge, Subaru Forester, Toyota Rav4 and Highlander and after all that running around, we returned to the first place where we looked, Northwest Hills. Jeff Cormier did a great job in presenting his knowledge of all the vehicles we looked at. He genuinely showed an interest in what we were looking for, showed great patience with our uncertainties, and did not pressure us in making a decision. He followed up with us about once a week to see how our search was progressing, checking to see if there was anything he could do to assist us, and invited us back to look at vehicles and ask questions. His degree of follow up was 'just right'. One thing that makes the decision to purchase a new vehicle so difficult is often times a pushy salesman. Jeff is NOT that, and our experience was one that we will tell others about and recommend to others. Our experience with Darren Schwartz during the financial part of the transaction was wonderful. He explained everything to us in great detail, was well organized with his paperwork, and seemed very knowledgeable . All in all, our experience with Northwest Hill has been a good one.

I brought my daughter in to Bill to look at new cars, He was very accommodating in test driving a couple different cars to ensure she found what she was happy with. She chose a new 2013 Chevy Cruze. Purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger the week of 04/15. Jeff C was great to deal with during the sale of the new car, but the issue I have was when we were told by Jeff C that we could receive $500 for our 2001 Dodge Caravan. We were told by Jeff that we could bring the Dodge Caravan in at any time to receive the $500. We contacted Northwest Hills today, 04/22 to bring the Dodge Caravan in to receive the $500. We were told by Neil that we were misinformed and that they would need to assess the vehicle before any price is given. I'm confused because wouldn't they drive and test the vehicle the day it was there when we purchased the new 2013 Dodge Charger, before offering us $500 for it? I came in with a very specific request - 2013 Ram 1500 Quadcab 4x4Bighorn with many options and a very specific color (Maximum Steel). I usually special order my vehicle and wait 6-8 weeks to get it in.I came in on a Saturday and placed a deposit on my Ram and Jeff located me a truck with my requested options andin the color I wanted (Maximum Steel). I am very satisfied with the experience that I had at Northwest Hills Jeep. We were met by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative, Bill Reudgen, upon our arrival. Bill was patient and showed us several models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Bill was able to navigate all the technology within the vehicle with competence and was clearly very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the vehicle. We test drove four models of the Cherokee and at no time felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. We were very satisfied with the Jeep products and decided to purchase a 2014 Grand Cherokee. We were also planning on looking at a local Ford and Subaru dealership as well, but based on the vehicles performance, safety evaluations, the dealership (especially Bill), we purchased the vehicle right then. My husband and I returned to Matt Dehler at Northwest Hills for the purchase of a new car after the purchase of a used car for one of our sons. Matt has the kind of go-to attitude that we look for when making a major purchase or decision, but is so often rare to find in today's world.Matt helped us narrow down the type of vehicle that would best fit my husband's needs by answering so very many questions for us. He made himself available to us even on his days off. Even after we thought we knew what we wanted, Matt let us know right away when a similar vehicle came in with a different trim package so that we could compare both for our final decision. Matt always had the vehicles that we were most interested in warmed up and ready for us when we arrived so we could jump right in to check them out. This was a convoluted family multi-vehicle, multi-state transaction with each purchase hinging on the other. Even when there were some challenges, Matt stepped up to the plate to take care of everything for us, which was very much appreciated.The Dealership itself was neat, clean, and easy for us to get to even though it is in a different state. The staff was always warm and friendly, and offered us coffee anytime we were there. I saw the listing for the red Malibu on the internet. I called Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership, and Matt Dehler answered the phone. I asked if the car was still for sale and he verified that it was. He asked if I wanted to come to see it and I told him I would call in the morning to verify that we could make the trip. This dealership is 46 miles from our home. Matt gave me his cell phone number to call back. I called early Saturday morning and left a message for Matt. He returned my call within 10 minutes. When I said we would like to see the car, he said that he would pull it out to the front of the dealership. When we finally arrived there it was out front for us to view, as promised. Matt took a picture of my license and we were off on a road trip. Both my husband and I had a chance to drive the car. It was the car I was looking for because I wanted a red 2012 Malibu and this was the only dealership that had one. When we returned Matt explained all the details about the sale to us. He was smiling and friendly the whole time. He spent a lengthy amount of time with the rental agency and the insurance company because we live in Massachusetts and we were buying a car in Connecticut. We also needed to return our rental in Connecticut. Matt made all this possible with the help of Neil Reising. He did not get frustrated at any time during all the hassles with the insurance company transactions. We had to go to a local bank to get a bank check, and while we were gone Matt even went to the rental office to make sure they had a key drop. I would say that we had a pleasant day at the dealership. As we were waiting for the insurance and the loan to clear another person came by and offered me a sandwich. All in all this was a wonderful relaxing transaction for us even though there were glitches because were doing a multi-state transaction. If I lived closer I would send all my friends to Matt Dehler to buy a used car. When everything was settled we spoke with Darren Schwartz to sign all the paperwork. Then Matt sat in the car with us to get the OnStar changed into our names from the dealership. Good Going Matt Dehler!!!!

We had a question about a recall on our 2004 Jeep Cherokee. I emailed Sullivan's Northwest Hills Dealerships on the outside chance I would get a response. Their response was immediate, informative, pleasant, and to the point. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle, with any questions, or in need of repair. This car buying experience was the most positive I've ever had! Not only did I receive a great deal but the service was fantastic. My husband and I went car shopping out of necessity due to an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I had no idea what SUV to purchase. I read that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was rated best SUV in 2010 and 2011. We went to Northwest Hills Dealership because it was the only Jeep dealership we were aware of close to our home. From the moment we entered the parking lot and started to look at the jeeps parked outside, Paul Macbeth was there to help us. He was a trooper and went out in the pouring rain to look at the grand cherokees and to test drive two. He was very accomodating and agreed to meet with us the next Saturday to look again. Paul provided answers to my questions about the vehicle and the tech stuff inside readily. If he did not know the answer he called someone who did and reported to us quickly. We were supposed to have a hitch added to the car we chose and this was not done the day we purchased the jeep. He quickly arranged with the service dept. to have the hitch put on the next convenient day for me. He also arranged for a loaner car for me to use while the work was being performed. Each person we dealt with at Northwest Hills was polite, friendly and helpful from Paul, our salesman, to the finance supervisor and the actual finance officer the day of the purchase. We are thrilled with our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Paul and Northwest Hills Dealership made a difficult and stressful situation of unexpectedly buying and financing a new car as pleasant and easy as possible. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram and the transaction was smooth and I was able to get what I wnated without issue. Northwest Hills took care of all my needs there after from the registration to following up with me to ask how I liked the truck so far. I will certanly come back again.

I found my vehicle online and felt the price was very good as I had been researching this purchase for some time. I sent an inquiry and Jeff answered me immediately. He made the process very easy. In fact, I had negotiated a feature to be added as part of the price. Unbeknownst to me, the feature actually was already installed. Jeff called me to let me know that, and offered me an additional discount instead. I give Jeff and Northwest Hills very high marks for their integrity. If they hadn't called to tell me, I never would have known!

Over the past couple weeks I went car shopping, and visited about 8 dealers in that time. I looked at Nissan, Subaru, Jeep, and Ford for an AWD CUV, that would fit our needs, budget, and features list. Even went to a couple similar dealers for the same brand, i.e. Ford or Nissan; but didn't feel that I needed to drive out of my way after stopping at my local Jeep dealer (Northwest Hills) the first sales person that greeted me was Paul, very personal able but not pushy (ok he is in sales and asked for the sale a couple times but I expected that). The price they offered me was decent but didn't stop me from looking at the other brands I wanted to drive before picking. After I narrowed it down to a Nissan model and a Jeep model I emailed Paul back and his sales partner worked up a great deal - I was going to wait till end of November but the deal was that good! Took delivery a couple days later! I had to contact Paul via email on a question I had post sale - I was pleasantly surprised that he answer my email the same day with a favorable outcome no less! I couldn't ask for more to be honest great place and team!

The Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep was referred to me as a very responsive, easy dealership to work with, unlike the other dealer I visited three times before. Jeff and Neil showed me the vehicle I was looking for, worked up a price for it, and left it up to me to purchase. They even found the color I was looking for and brought the car into the dealership for me. They did not double talk or create a high pressure sales pitch. Very unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships. They were very responsive to my concerns about dealing with a quatlity dealership who would take care of me after the sale. To sum it up: friendly, courteous, knowlegdeable,responsive team of people including the service and finance depts. I couldn't be any happier with the car or the people my wife and I dealt with. I purchased a Pontiac solstice from this dealership and when I went to pick it up they discovered that the rear window was separating from the convertible top. They looked it up and saw there was a bulletin about it, and wanted to fix it before I took it home. Not only could they have just sent me on my way without saying anything, they took the care to order the special glue that was recommended by the manufacturer. So I finally got my car home and was very excited. I drove it for a month or so then someone mentioned to me how the inside noise was excessive. Upon further research these cars were known for the rear differential going bad. I was one week from my 60 day warranty being up, and called to have it looked at. Brad in the service area was more than willing to take a look so I dropped it off. They agreed that it did seem loud and took it upon themselves to order a new differential. I was very pleased with the service after I purchased the car. I wonder how many other dealerships would have fixed it honestly and without hassle. I originally went to northwest hills only because they had the car I wanted, but because of the exceptional and honest service I received there, I will definitely return for my next car purchase.

Stopped in to check out a used car I saw posted online. I had been to multiple dealers around Connecticut and even one in New Jersey, Northwest Hills was by far my best experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied. They definitely take time to make sure they sell quality cars. Jeff is a great salesman and helped me meet my needs, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm now a happy Wrangler owner.

As most peoplewill tell you, buying a vehicle can be a frustrating and overwhelming process. As I live in Boston, I began my search for a new car online using sites such as cars.com, auto trader and, of course, craigslist. Truth be told, i cannot imagine the process before the ability to search online to find the car that you are looking for especially for someone as picky as myself. Luckily for me, this online search led me to a dealership named Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Torrington, CT. I contacted the dealership and began communication with a salesman named Jeff Cormier. From my first conversation with Jeff, I felt that this is my kind of salesman as I felt he was genuine in our conversations and truly interested in assisting me in finding the perfect vehicle for me. Being in sales myself, I know that there is a fine line between being persistent, and being too pushy to the point where you feel he only cares about the sale, and not my interests. He was able to answer any questions that I had and was always readily available; whether he took my phone call or quickly returned my call. Being over 100 miles from the dealership, most of the conversations we had were over the phone, but when I finally met Jeff in person, I felt like we were old friends. Not only was he easy to work with, but he was very helpful during all the steps in the process.In conclusion, I would not only recommend Jeff, but also Neil (the GM and Darren, the finance guru) also assisted me in the purchase of my vehicle. All three individuals wer very nice, a pleasure to work with and helped me understandeverything iwas signing, and made me feel comforatble and confident in the decision I was making.I would go back to them in a heartbeat and would recommend them to any family member or friend.

I went into the dealership, immeadiately met Tim and told him what I was looking for.We discussed money before anything. I told him what I was expecting on the financial end, for the truck I wanted. He priced me to within 8 dollars of my target payment on a better equipped truck than I was expecting. I was offered fair money for my trade in vehicle. It took Tim and I about 5 minutes (literally) to agree on price. Those five minutes included haggeling, agreement, and a handshake. Neil the excellent sales manager, ran the figures and finalized everything so I could drive off the lot the same day. In total I spent about 3 hours in the dealership, the vast majority of it waiting on paperwork. It was the easiest and most pleasent car buying experience I have ever had. All the hands I dealt with were pleasent and professional. I would absolutely recommend dealing with Tim, Neil and Steve. I will happily continue to do business with Northwest Hills, Tim being my salesman of preference.

Great experience with Northwest Hills when buying our "Like New" Grand cherokee. We got fair trade on one of our cars and better than fair trade-in on another. They worked with us to get our payments down to something we could handle, and the Jeep we purchased was in "like new" condition when we drove it off the lot. Been driving it for months now and are very happy with our experience at NW Hills.

Good sales experience. I dealt with other dealers prior to making my final decision with NWH. Main reason for picking NWH was the ease of the sale and they had what I wanted at a fair price. Other dealers played a good game while other dealers developed amnesia regarding price but NWH for the most part was very straight up. No crazy deception games with the numbers (3-Card Monte tactic), good cop bad cop, waiting game (control), etc...that is common with other dealerships. Price was competitive but another dealer offered the same model at a tad lower price but I still went with NWH because I felt comfortable with them. The whole sales experience was pleasant, fair and reasonable. Tim Johnson made the sales experience really nice. Made me feel at ease and showed a genuine interest in customer service and that is why I bought from him. Let's face it. You never "get a deal" when buying a car...but you can get a "fair" deal and great customer service and that's what you want to look for and I found it at NWH/Tim Johnson.

Nice people but 1300 dollars for front struts?Save your money and go elsewhere.Took over a week to complete, and I believe that anything over 1000 dollars should include a free detail or wash or something. My total bill was 2300 for repairs and they actually wanted me to spend almost 5000!

Bought a used 2007 Jeep Commander Norm K in July 2010. A great person as well as a great salesperson. When it came time to trade in our Jeep Wrangler and get our daughter a different car, we visited Norm. He called us AS HE WAS DRIVING HIMSELF TO THE HOSPITAL to tell us about a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was coming into the dealership. It was a great car, and we bought it. Norm went ABOVE and beyond anything we have ever experienced with buying a car, and we bought our first car 29 years ago. Very impresseive.
