The techs give me information that is helpful in the day to day use of my vehicle. I would recommend this service department to anyone looking for a no hassle dealership with some amazing employees!

I was very interested in buying a new crv but I couldn't decide between that and a forester. The crv is an amazing car with some incredible features! The lane assistance will actually turn corners for you! I finally settled on the Subaru and PETER was wonderful about the whole thing! If I was buying the salesman and not the car, I would have went with him!

I was buying my first car and my mom was there to help. I had a honda civic that has been in the family a year longer than me. And it still won't die. Once we got there, we didn't have to wait for help, Pete was right there for us. He showed us around and answered all of our questions. Pete was super helpful and friendly and he took really good care of us. Camille was super friendly too. She walked me though the paperwork and loan side of things. She was very patience with my questions and my mom's questions. I was a great experience and they just made it really easy. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'm going to go to them first.

The staff at Northwest Honda are all very friendly and the service is excellent. Our sales person, Pete Davis, has always done his very best to get us into the car that best meets our needs. This time was particularly hard and we tried several options that just didn't work. Pete never gave up and we ended up with a beautiful used Accord with low miles that fit very nicely into our budget. He has been with NW Honda for many years and knows Hondas better than anyone. The service people are generally very nice, especially Brandon. I've tried other independent shops and went back to Northwest Honda. They are knowledgeable, and have always been able to diagnose any problem quickly. I can always find a discount coupon for oil changes or service which eases the pain and makes them competitive with any other shops I've been to. During service appointments, I could have some coffee, read the paper, and visit with my favorite salesman, Dave. He would take me for a test drive in a new model even though he knew I wasn't going to buy right away. Since I've been driving Hondas since 1976, I only wish they had a loyalty program, maybe be able to get a T shirt, cap, or accessories occasionally. Maybe build credit for a new/used car? Mine has over 160,000 miles on it so I'll be ready in about 4 years.

My experience at Northwest Honda, was nothing short of AMAZING! To start off my wife would rather go to the dentist (so sorry for you dentists out there, I feel your pain). Anyway, Northwest Honda, was not a pressure dealership at all. And that is saying something if my wife would go back to Northwest Honda to purchase another car. As I was doing a fact finding mission on a Honda, Dan Bennett, was awesome to work with. He showed me that exact car I was looking at and getting information that I could return home and confer with my wife. When I went back that next week, Dan passed me off to Alvin Joswiak, another fantastic salesman that knew of the situation of no pressure with my wife, and he not only showed us the Honda Civic we were looking at, but showed us a Civic that was loaded with all features, and pre-certified with only 1500 miles on the odometer. And the price was just a little higher but well within the price range. Alvin and the Northwest Honda even offered to allow me to take the car for 24 hours to ensure that it fit our needs, and also to ensure that we were able to have first pick at the car the next day. We declined the 24 hour showing, but banked on the rainy weather to keep other people from snagging the vehicle. The rain paid off, early on Thursday morning the car was still on the lot, just waiting for me. Alvin bent over backwards to get me the best deal, lower than originally stated! He even was able to throw in 150.00 accessory to connect up to the Honda Link infotainment system with the car. John Cabal, was great to work with, be assisted Alvin in all issues that I had, and even told me that he would go over and above and do something special for the car when I return to pickup the plates. And working with Sam Baylasy was excellent, she did not attempt to sell me add on to the vehicle. She even got all the paperwork together so than I could bring my wife in later that day to just sign the paperwork, that took 4 minutes max! And that says something that everyone at Northwest Honda, was willing a very good at dealing with clients that would do a million other things than go to a car dealership. I would recommend anyone who is in the process or looking to purchase a Honda to go to Northwest Honda, and talk to the sales, finance, and other team member's to prove for yourself that they just don't want to sell a car, they REALLY WANT TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP, with you as a person.

I have to say, I usually don't wait months for a car and color to be delivered, but Gavin and John both helped move the process along even though I had to wait for a 2016 Honda Fit in Passion Berry (probably the rarest of Fits to get). Appreciated the follow up and giving me updates along the way. They didnt' require a deposit or anything and on top of that, delivered the car to my door (over 100 miles away) since I had some things done at time of purchase. That's great service. Don't know when I'll be in the market for another car, but if you are, go to Northwest. Great experience.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Northwest Honda, before I bought the car I asked if it was up to date on service and if it had any oil leaks. I was assured that it was up to date on maintenance and there were no oil leaks. I found the car to be leaking oil, dirty fuelFilter, dirty pollen filter and needed the transmission to be serviced. I figured I was dealing with a "reputable" dealer but that wasn't the case. I brought this to their attention, they looked at the car and said nothing is wrong with it. Now that I have paid a premium on a vehicle that is "up to date on maintenance" I had to put another $1,200 into it to make it right.

My overall experience was absolutely positive from sales (Peter Davis), through Manager & Financial staff & meet & greet with service dept.I have been a "Honda" owner for over two decades and am sold on the brand so just needed to find the right deal. I intended to visit four dealerships between Bellingham & Everett (I live in Lynden). I started at Northwest Honda because it's closest and went no further. I picked the make and trim package at a price I was pleased with but they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot so arranged to have one delivered the next day. About a week ago my car suffered a serious breakdown and I suddenly found myself shopping for a new car. Several of my friends have purchased from Northwest Honda so I looked over their website then dropped in to check them out.From the moment I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome by everyone I spoke with. Unlike some buyers, I did not have an exact model and trim level in mind and wanted to compare a number of vehicles. Morocco was extremely helpful, showing me cars with different combinations of features that were important to me and patiently answering my questions in detail as I checked out about a half dozen cars and took several of them for 15-minute test drives. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the various powertrains, safety features, and entertainment systems.I've been buying cars since 1974 and I can say without reservation that this was absolutely the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. At no time did I feel pressured in any way, and I ended up with the perfect car for me, a 2016 Accord EX. John, Morocco, and Sam were a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend Northwest Honda to anyone who's shopping for a car.

I recently traded my leased vehicle in for a 2016 model. The process for the exchange was very smooth and hassle free. I actually was able to have most of the work completed via email before I arrived at the dealership. I had some options added to the car, which were done quickly and within the time frame that I was told. I was treated very vell by the all the service personnel. they arranged a loaner for me to use, also a simple process.

Our car was tired and we decided to look at NW Honda for a new or pre-owned SUV. After looking at their website and calling Ronnie we were on our way to Bellingham to look at a couple of Pilots. The cars were prepped and ready for a test drive when we arrived and the overall sales experience was remarkably pleasant. The finance and sales managers went out of their way to find the best lender and there was no pressure from any of the staff. I would highly recommend this dealership if looking for a new or used vehicle.

The purchasing experience was very smooth and pleasant and straight forward. I did not feel pressured. We drove to Bellingham from Port Orchard, WA. after we found the car listed on line.(Craig's list).The car was very nice, everyone was very friendly and accommodatingOur negotiations were completed via telephone before we drove up to see the 2015 Honda Odyssey. Ron Taylor, our sales rep as very laid back with no pressure. He simply asked us what we wanted to do.John Cable, was very accommodating and helpful in the pricing process of added fees..Camille Kim is a Gem and extremely knowledgeable, kind and explains everything very clearly.We did not take our car with us, as it was left for additions and scheduled for delivery.I was caught in the moment of the nice new car etc.When I arrived home and studied the paperwork and the reality of the final pricing being $9000 more than the starting price,( this was sales taxes, additions and some added charges. for doc, delivery etc.)our arranged term for 5 years, and our personal circumstances being uncertain, based on age and health issues, I felt very overwhelmed and that it was a mistake to take it on.After a sleepless night, I called first thing in the morning to cancel the contract. I called at 7:30 AM. John Cable did not get in until after 9 and Camille came in after 10.I will not give any more details of the process that followed, except that the previously very friendly people were suddenly just the opposite. It was a very stressful situation. We were told that we absolutely could not do that and numerous other things.Would I recommend this dealer ship? Yes I would, Over all, I believe that they strive to offer the best deals available and seem to offer good follow up service.Would I return to them? Probably not, Our relationship is fractured and they probably would not want to do business with me either.I will give North West Honda 4 stars for the sales end of the deal, but a big black mark if you need to cancel.I will add a personal note. My life's profession has been in sales, including owner ship of a retail store. When ever a customer cancelled a sale or returned a product, I always treated them with the same kindness and courtesy as when they were a paying customer.

I started looking online and found a Honda Accord at Northwest Honda that looked like it was in my price range. I had the pleasure of being treated with care and respect by Alvin, Jade, John and Sam. It took a long time, longer than I expected but by the time it was over and I was driving my new Honda home I felt like I had made a great decision and made a whole pile of new friends. Looking for a used car, my husband and I were shopping online and came across a hidden gem at Northwest Honda in Bellingham, WA. My husband submitted an inquiry to the dealership online and he had a test driving appointment set up for the next day. We showed up he following day and immediately saw the truck - which was already detailed and very clean. John Cabal was our salesman and he helped us purchase the newest addition of our automotive family. John was patient with us while we drove the truck and inspected it. Sam was our finance representative and she went out of her way to get us a great deal. There have been a few minor issues with the truck (it was pre-owned), but nothing the wonderful service department hasn't been able to work out while providing us with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. John was very courteous and even stayed after closing hours to help finalize the purchase that day. We are thrilled with the experience John, Sam, and Northwest Honda has given us and we will continue to make them priority for any future automotive purchase needs.

I went to Northwest Hondas website and immediately was able to talk to someone online, I let her know what I was looking for as far as what I wanted to pay a month. She showed me a few vehicles and then got me in touch with a salesman, I was able to email back and forth and gofort approved before going in. My husband and I drove an hour and a half from Seattle to Northwest Honda in Bellingham last Saturday and purchased a beautiful 2011 Honda Fit. It was definitely the best car buying experience that weve ever had. Shopping for a used car can be overwhelming and intimidating, but Northwest Honda made the whole process so easy and pleasant for us. To ensure their customers can buy the car with full confidence, Northwest Honda let us drive the car home before we committed to buy it. One can buy a car anywhere, but if the service department does not work, then one has purchased the wrong car. Before I have ever purchased a car, I research their service department. I moved here from another area of Washington State, where I also got great service...so coming to Bellingham was an experience. As I owned a Honda I went to Bellingham Honda first and they found things on my car that needed attention and we fixed it all according to my schedule, not theirs. Love this dealership and will buy my next car from them. I go in for regular oil changes and am treated with respect through all my unusual questions. Hi there, I got my beautiful Toyota 4Runner 2003 from this dealership a month ago. When I did the test drive, I had some questions and concern about the car and the dealer kept the car for couple of days and did double check via Toyota experts for me. They did their best to make me happy as a customer and I really am! I know I was not an easy customer! I have checked many dealers before doing this purchase. The car delivered to me in a perfect condition and washed with full gas tank. Exactly what I asked for! I am absolutely happy dealing with them. My dealer was Mr. John Cabal. He is a trustful and awesome dealer. He did his job perfectly.Also when the spare key of my car has been lost, they pay for extra spare key for me and sent me a check with exact amount. 05/17/2015 - New tires were installed on our Insight at a local tire store05/21/2015 - 30,000 mile major service performed at Northwest HondaSubsequent driving at nearly any speed produced unusual noises.07/02/2015 - One tire was replaced at the local tire store; the technician(s) also felt that they heard additional noise on a road test, so they put the drive train thru a static test (my term) to track down the sound - their analysis was that there was a bearing noise that was significant enough to warrant concern of near-term failure. They noted that the Insight has a drive train warranty (note that these are ASE Certified automotive technicians).07/26/2015 - Tire store double-check alignment at my request. They again noted LF Wheel Bearing noisy.08/03/2015 - Diagnostics by Northwest Honda did not agree with the tire stores findings; we were charged $125.61 and summarily told to go back to the tire store to claim they owed us a reimbursement.08/04/2015 - Tire store manager confirmed that they diagnosed the noise in the front wheel bearing. He agreed to call Northwest Honda to speak to the service representative.08/09/2015 - Tire store manager said the Northwest Honda service representative had volunteered to call and speak to me regarding this quandary, but he never called.08/10/2015 - The Northwest Honda service department manager agreed to have their technician ride with us to attempt to hear the noise. Scheduled for 08/11/15.08/11/2015 - Test ride with Northwest Honda Service Tech: he heard noise, wanted to check vehicle in shop. After his inspection I was shown some irregularity in the tires. Technician said the drive train could not be turned over on the lift.08/23/2015 - Entire remainder of the new tires all replaced. The Service Manager and Mechanic at the tire store brought me to the lift after telling me that the bearing noise had become significantly worse. Indeed, they spun the drive train with me in attendance and the noise was remarkably loud and seriously concerning.08/25/2015 - We attempted to talk with Steve Newby, Northwest Honda Service Manager, but he begged off, asking that we wait to talk until after the Labor Day holiday.09/15/2015 - After a significant discussion about our concerns about the wheel bearings, Steve Newby, Service Manager Northwest Honda, finally agreed to have the wheel bearings replaced.09/21/2015 - Northwest Honda replaced the bearings under warranty after we had been through considerable conversation with the Service Department Manager.We requested refund of our original diagnostic charge from 08/03/2015, as it seemed that it should have been apparent to the service technician of problem that we expressed then. We were flatly refused on this request. This seems totally unfair, as we had come from another shop with very qualified technicians who had discovered the problem of their own volition; they also seemed to know to diagnose the issue in a method that the Northwest Honda technician did not even try. We have been bounced back and forth between two professional automotive service businesses and it seems that Northwest Honda was not interested in attempting to take as much care of our Honda Insight as a shop that has nothing to do with Honda. It took entirely too much of our time and effort and we should have been reimbursed for the original diagnostic testing. They were belligerent about the testing from the beginning, making out that there was nothing wrong, when in fact they did not fully test the drive train for the bearing problem. We have 2 Honda cars, if we do not get the refund of $125.61, we do not want to come back and buy any more Honda cars.

We were in the market for a used VW New Beetle. Northwest Honda had a 1999 Beetle ,their lot. We took a drive up to B'ham to take a look at it one Sunday afternoon , after some discussion with one of their Salesman John Cabal. Our initial visit was non pressured and relaxed. We didn't buy that day, since the VW Beetle was a new thing for us, I wanted to explore the market. For three weeks we looked high and low at every Beetle out there for sale within 80 miles. After it was all said and done we came right back to the first Beetle we looked at. Northwest Hondas pricing, car quality and helpfulness was superior. I just recently traded in my Honda Fit for a brand-new CRV and, John Cabal, my sales consultant was absolutely the best. The staff there are friendly and the management worked so hard to get me the deal and exact car I needed, without fuss or ever making me feel like I was "under the microscope" of credit scrutiny, etc. John was very professional and informed about all of the Honda models, and the rest of the staff were so helpful as well. Saw new crew, at least new to me, behind service counter, missed Bruce and the other fellow I had seen and worked with well for many years. The younger fellow I worked with seems competent, professional. The coffee is pretty good, fresh brewed. Work was done maybe 15 minutes earlier than promised and that is a big plus for me. I scheduled appointment online. However the day after I did so received a call from Repair that online system was not working properly but they would honor the date and time.

They were supposed to order a part for a safety recall, and offered to call me when it came in so I could schedule an appointment, but no, they didn't do that....they didn't give a xxxx and let me drive around in a car that was so unsafe for 2 weeks until Corporate send me additional mailings prompting me to have this recall service performed because it was "fatal and life threatening." They were unapologetic when they told me the part had been sitting in their shop for two weeks and although I asked to speak with the manager for days afterwards, he never returned my messages. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this dealership has dropped the ball with my service over the years. DONT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!

This is the worse dealership in Northwest. I purchased 3 Honda for my family and 4 for friends. They never appreciate the repeating customer. So, this time I have to go to Marysville Honda and I purchased my Honda pilot 2015 from there. I purchased maintenance service agreement at the time of buying and I paid $1500 for 60000 miles service pan in advance. The service department has a person name Bruce who is in the dealership from long time and he is the one who is Uncooperative, unprofessional customer service and sorry to say Red Neck guy. He didn't know how to check the maintenance agreement in the computer and he was telling his co worker that he has to go to Marysville dealership and in the mean time Steve I think he is the manager of service department came and told him to check his computer and when he put the Vin# the agreement was there, but I think he will create the same problem when I will go for service this week and If this happen again I will contact the Honda and let them know about this dealership customer service.

We ended up purchasing a 2016 Honda Pilot and had a pleasant car buying experience. John took us out for a test drive. He was personable and engaging. We already knew that the Honda Pilot was high on our list to replace our previous car. John was ready and able to answer our questions. We were happy that NW Honda was able to work with us on our trade in to get us into the car we wanted. Being that the 2016 Pilots have been harder to come by being so new they were flexible with us. Sam was very friendly and was great with walking us through the options available to us. I called the next day with a question and Sam was quick with her response by emailing the document I asked for right away. Both John and Sam followed up with us to make sure all was well and that we had what we needed. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and nice.

My wife and I went to get our oil change. Shauna helped us check and and ring us up. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. We need to get new tires soon and a more major inspection around the next oil change. They gave us a quote, and did not seem pushy. The "hostess" in the waiting room was also very pleasant.

I went to Northwest Honda on 7/25/15 in search of a new vehicle for my growing family. I had done a little research on their website and entered my information where I received a phone call from a sales associate named John Cabal. He was more than will to help and informed me when would be the best time to come in a look at cars. When we arrived at the dealership another gentleman asked if we needed to be helped and I asked for John Cabal since I had worked with him on the phone a few days earlier. He was very quick to meet us on the lot and help us find the car that we wanted. He worked extremely hard to get us the deal we wanted without going over our max price. Without the hard work and effort that John gave us there is no way we would have been able to buy our dream car. Alvin along with the rest of the staff have a skill selling new Hondas and they are good at it! We finally found a dealership that let us do the talking. Alvin quickly responded to my needs when replying to a quote request that I had submitted online. Sorry Sim's Honda, but I waited an entire afternoon and evening and never heard from you until I decided to get a quote from Northwest Honda the next day. Alvin at Northwest Honda did not hesitate to contact me ASAP and because of that he won an opportunity to sell us a new vehicle. His excitement and desire created a pleasant atmosphere and made us want to do business at Northwest Honda. We told them what we wanted and the crew delivered without getting in our face's and making us feel pushed into something that we did not want. I have left more than one dealership once they start pushing and attempting to force unwanted options. The finance folks also listened and understood what we could afford. When buying a new car is no longer fun, well that is when it is time to shop some where else. You know that Northwest Honda is good when other dealerships are calling you and insist that they can beat Northwest Honda while you are sitting in Northwest Honda's Service Center. We were in the market for a used car, and the Honda Fit looked like a good choice for reliability and economy. In considering the ratio between new and used, we wandered into Northwest Honda just to see. We had not purchased a new car in decades, and the atmosphere was relaxed and accommodating. We talked first to another salesperson, but he had an appointment. Chase took over and we were convinced to splash out on the Fit EV (one level up from base). These models are competitively priced between all the dealerships so one cannot expect the degree of bargaining possible in the old days. There are complexities in any large purchase, and cars are not simple any more. The team at NW Honda, including Sam in Finance and the service department made it all move very easily.

We just purchased a new 2015 CRV from Northwest Honda--our second purchase from there. We purchased it through the Costco program which worked out well. Our salesperson was John Cabal. "Costco John" as we called him was super to work with. He spent time showing us the functions and controls making us feel more comfortable with the vehicle before taking it off the lot. He had spent time getting settings to our liking as well. We had a sense of confidence as we waved goodbye. I hate making buying cars! I was perfectly happy with my car that had lots of miles on it, but we were going on a big road trip, and my husband said it was time. He had researched the car we should buy for over a year and narrowed it down to 3 different SUVs based on ability to maneuver snowy passes, expected gas mileage, cost of ownership, and endurance. We came to NW Honda and drove a CR-V. Guy Abbott was friendly and professional, not a bit pushy. I was holding back. The next day we came back to say that we weren't going to buy...and they had found the exact color I mentioned the day before, and there was smiling John Cabal, opening the door and inviting us for another test drive. And darned if we didn't leave with a brand new car! We left the next week on a 22-day 5,000 mile road trip through 12 states, and our CR-V was a trooper giving us 23-33 mpg. It's also great for hauling all my art work to shows. I love the ease of flipping the seats down. I appreciate everything about NW Honda, particularly the nice guys who go out of their way to make us satisfied customers.

Looking for a used Truck and stumbled upon a 2001 Toyota Tacoma. John Cabal and Paul Binder were great to work with. They made me feel very comfortable buying this vehicle. There was a minor piece missing from the grill (about $10) and John ordered the piece and replaced it for me free of charge. It was very minor but he stuck to his word and that is what a sales manager should do. The finance team was very informative, friendly, and easy to work with. This was our first time buying a car at a dealership and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was and how well they cater to you. There was a few things that were a bit odd but since we were buying a used car I suppose it's normal. Like we purchased a mini van that came with a dvd player but they had no headphones for so he tried to work it into the price for some used headphones and tried to negotiate them in but they ended up being broken when we got home. All in all the staff was very easy to work with and they had a great amount of inventory. We had to haggle a little bit on price and that seemed a little bit more difficult than it should have been being that our car we bought was priced way over market value, but they are car Salesmen after all its their job to get the most.

When most people think of buying a car they cringe, it's always such a horrible and stressful ordeal. Not with the people at Northwest Honda in Bellingham though! My parents have bought their last few cars from this dealership and insisted I go through them to buy a new car. John Vlahos was our Sales rep and he was great, not pushy in the least bit and just a great guy overall. He presented several options when it came to the negotiating process and really worked to find something that would make the most financial sense for my situation. We signed the papers with Sam Baylasy and she made it a very quick and painless process. Also very personable and great to work with. It's easy to make mistakes. Everyone does. But a company who owns their mistakes and goes above and beyond to make them right? Well that's a breath of fresh air these days. We purchased a new Honda Pilot from NW Honda, after what started out as a bad experience. When we first came in, we thought to buy a used Pilot and test drove one that we loved. The sales person (no longer working at NW Honda) was inexperienced and got the info for the car switched with a different vehicle. The result was that when we sat down to complete the paperwork, we were actually buying a different car. We walked out without a car and very upset. BUT OUR STORY DOESN'T END THERE. The next day I heard from Stephanie Akers, who told me how awful everyone felt about the mistake and how they would do everything they could to rectify the situation. We ended up going in to see Stephanie and she did a fabulous deal on a brand new Pilot. She was professional and friendly - such a pleasure to work with. Not only do we love our car, but we LOVE NW Honda, and even though we've moved to Seattle, we'll be coming back there the next time we need to buy a car. We just wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a used Ford F-250 from the team at NW Honda in Bellingham. My sale person was John Cabal and from the first contact I felt like I was respected and not just another car buyer. I didn't feel pressured or forced into anything. I was shopping via the internet and live in Pullman, so it was a long distance purchase. The team of Paul Binder, Sam Bayless and John prepared everything for my day of arrival. That day the weather was terrible in Whatcom County, 8-12" of snow in the area, so they wound up picking me up at the bus stop an hour after closing time. They had the truck stored in the shop and ready for me to drive off. Sam was great, she had all the paperwork ready to go, so I was in and out in less than an hour. They all went above and beyond to make it an easy experience. Great crew.... I would highly recommend them for anyone in search of a new or used car.

My criteria for buy a car was that it has 4 wheels and an engine. Boy, did they deliver! The fit I bought even has a roof and 5 seats, not to mention 10, let me reiterate, 10 cup holders! My last car only had 5 so I would have to hold one beverage in my hand while squeezing the other 4 between by thighs. This let to countless times where it would look like I wet myself which earned me the nickname "wet pants matt." Thank you, Stephanie for selling a car to me that will get rid of this dark cloud that had hovered over me for years.

I went in to look at a used car that i saw on the corner of the lot, i asked if i could take a test drive and we went, after the test drive we sat down to talk money and since it was 5 on a sunday, i couldn't buy it that day, we made a cash offer/deal and i told him i'd be back the next day. next day rolls around and i have all the cash in my hand for what we agreed on the night before, he goes up to the manager and the manager tries to raise the price of the car by $2000 more than we agreed on. they didn't even attempt to negotiate any further. very bad communication between employees and managers, very bad cooperation with customers. will not be surprised when they go out of business.

After a terrible, negative experience at Sims Honda in Burlington, the next day we took the drive from Anacortes to Bellingham. I had gone online and found the colors/trim we were interested in. We met with Stephanie, the Internet Manager, and found her to be very efficient, not high pressure at all, and easy to talk to. We wound up leasing the vehicle rather than buying which is what Sims was pressuring us to do. They gave us a loaner vehicle to drive back to Anacortes while our new vehicle was being made ready. The whole experience was so much easier. We were both in sales for many years and our philosophy was to do what was best for the customer.
