Had a horrible sell on my Audi from a horrible dealership. Tried to get out of it from big names like Honda and I was unsuccessful. I came over to Nutley Kia and they helped ease my mind, the stress and ave me piece of mind. They took my Audi and put me into a beautiful well maintained vehicle. I am pleased with this dealership. The quality of treatment was beautiful and stress-free. Rey, my sales guy, really made me feel comfortable and did no raise my woman intuitions. He is funny and a well rounded man. To be honest my husband and I were in a not so favorable situation. We had two cars prior to coming to Nutley KIA. Our goal was to renew our lease with KIA and also trade in the our other vehicle for a new vehicle because we were so upside down on our deal. Its unfortunate how dealers can be so dishonest and trick you into believing your getting the best out of your hard earned money. We recently bought our second Sportage from Nutley Kia. We bought our first in 2013 and have had it serviced there regularly. The buying process could not have been easier in both cases. And the service has been excellent. They explain every detail of the service and they haven't tried to 'sell' me anything I don't need right now. Like the last time they mentioned we may need new tires in the next few months. My experience with other dealers in the past is they would tell me I need to 'do it now while I am there.' Never felt that kind of pressure and I have been servicing the first car there since 2013. I have referred several friends who were looking for a Kia and they have had the same experience.

The place is unprofessional, I was coming from out of state to look at a used vehicle, the vehicle had 6,000 more miles than listed on the ad, their excuse was the managers were driving the vehicle, the maintenance wasnt done since who knows when. It had different rims than listed, interior was in a lot bad shape than the normal wear and tear, the engine was dirty, fuel gage was on empty. After inspecting the vehicle for 10minutes I didn't even wanted to take it for a test drive. Over the phone they would tell you anything just to get you to go to the dealer. If your planning to buy a used vehicle stay away from this dealership.

Buying a car could be really stressful and dealing with many dealerships you feel like you are being taken advantage of but at the Nutley Kia they are honest and give great deals. The process is fast and the customer service is wonderful. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.
