Just WOW this dealership is not a normal place. There wasn't any pressure or rush for me to buy the truck. They also priced the vehicle right. They are a upstanding dealership. The whole experience was 2hr total. I was in and out with all my paperwork done fast. It almost took longer for them to wash and gas up the new truck then to do my paperwork. Jim salesperson and Bill the manger where extremely professional and just great people. I will be doing business with them any chance I can. Thank you Oakbrook Toyota!!! 😁🛻

In early 2015, I was seeking a new 4Runner TRD Pro to replace my 2013 Ford Explorer Sport. I had 5 months left on my lease, so I assumed that would be enough time to obtain a new TRD Pro. Clearly the 4Runner TRD Pro is challenging vehicle to get, so I moved into another Ford Explorer Sport (2016). I asked to be kept informed of any new information and I was contacted by Christine Gao many times between my initial inquiry and the final purchase (15 times during an 18 months span - love the persistence). In August 2016, Christine contacted me to inform me Oakbrook Toyota was finally and officially getting a TRD Pro, but I did not think it was possible for me to get it, as I was into this other vehicle. A very close friend of mine had worked with Syed Mustafa on his 4Runner, so I knew I wanted him part of this deal and had my friend contact him. Between Syed Mustafa, Christine Gao & the Sales Manager Joe Perry, they went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I had been seeking. I cannot say enough good things about all of them and I will be happy to continue to do business them in the future. I truly appreciate all that was done to make this TRD Pro happen for me, as it's a vehicle I do not plan on ever getting rid of!

When I walked in I asked for Elyza. Elyza directed to me a saleswoman by the name of Sam. Sam was patient with me and inquired about what I was looking for and what I absolutely had to have in my vehicle and what I could do without. We test drove 3 vehicles, which were all of the ones I had interest in. Once I made a decision Sam went and got Phil. Phil came in and began to run numbers after we spoke about what I wanted my price to look like. Upon his return he had an awesome deal for me with a great trade-in price, interest rate and payment and I was very pleased. I was able to walk out with a 2016 Camry that only had 103 miles on it and I was able to get the things that were most important to me. Kurt discussed how I would use my remote starter and explained in great detail. Zubir will be responsible for the install of my leather seats, I'm sure he will do a fantastic job. The last person I spoke with was Joe, he showed me how to use all the great features in my new Camry. At least I thought Joe would be the last person. I realized the next day that once I left I forgot to retrieve my things out of the glove box of the old vehicle. I called back and spoke with Cesar. When I arrived to pick them up, he had placed them in a nice box for me. I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received at Oakbrook Toyota. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership in the future. You guys do an amazing job! Keep up the good work and thank you again!

We've been going to this Toyota for years and we went there again to trade in our last car, we left with a brand new car and just months later we were rear ended. Our car was a total loss. We went to Kia to see what they were offering everything looked good but we weren't able to strike a deal so we went back to Toyota and were able to drive out with a new car and an even better deal then we expected. I knew exactly which car I wanted (Toyota certified 2012 Rav 4) found on Cars.com. I called and spoke with Cesar. He hooked me up with Bill Hallom. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He understood I didn't want to get rid of my old car (2004 Honda CRV). He answered all my questions. The walk through and test drive of the car was easy. Bill pointed out all the features and the pristine engine. The negotiating process was quick (I'm not going to say easy because YUK, but it was as pleasant as negotiating process can be). Cesar and Bill didn't belittle me or make me feel stupid. I had a trade in and paid cash. I haven't bought a used car from a dealership in more than 20 years. I was always afraid of the "used car salesman". I would absolutely buy another used car (or a new car) from Oak Brook Toyota. The transaction was as pain free as buying a car can be. I am satisfied with the price I paid and the price I received for my trade in. Before I left, both Bill and Cesar made sure I understood all of the different features in my car; lots of technology that wasn't in my previous car. Honestly, this made a sad day (getting rid of my previous beloved car) much better. As a slight side note, the evening I purchased the car, I heard an electronic noise from somewhere in the car. I texted Bill, he was not working - still he made an appointment with me for the next day. He took me to the service area. However, we didn't hear the noise. The service manager and Bill made a deal, if I hear the noise again, record it and come on back, then they will take a listen and a look. Again, they didn't belittle me at all! AND Bill checked in the next day to see if I had heard it again. Now THAT is customer service. AND I haven't heard the sound since!Thank you for making an unwanted transaction go smoothly and treating me with respect. You have changed my image of a used car salesman (at least at your dealership).

When you are serious about buying a car you have to go to Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont. I speak from personal experience. In the past, I have never been a fan of the car buying process. My past experiences at many different dealerships have left me annoyed and stressed. These encounters included demeaning phrases like, "Let's see if we can sharpen our pencil a little more on that price," complete with slight-of-hand, shifting-sand financial figures, and high pressure sales tactics that made me feel like I was nothing more than the next potential sale instead of like I was a real customer who deserved respect. These past ordeals even included the final blow with the fast talking finance manager who could easily double as an auctioneer. Not a pretty picture. I needed a car but what a hassle. All of that changed when I went to Oakbrook Toyota. Wow. What a difference. What a breath of fresh air. I worked with a low-key, personable and efficient salesperson, Alex Turk. I was helped by an incredibly straightforward, professional and competent sales manager, Joe Perry. I told him what I wanted. He told me what he could do. What he could do was unexpectedly generous. It was obvious that he truly listened and understood the budget I needed and the car I wanted. Joe delivered both. Oh, yes. Oakbrook Toyota's finance manager, Greg Z., was obviously trained in finance, not auctioneering. His methodical approach left me stress-free. You get the picture. My experience with this dealership was amazing. That is why I recently returned to this dealership for my second car. If you are ready to buy give Oakbrook Toyota a try. I am totally glad I did!

Wife and I did NOT intend to purchase an auto our first time shopping. I bought a car last 13 years ago, and she about 5. We both have Toyotas, which have been carefree to drive. Our salesperson was standing out in the rain to welcome us. He listened to our needs and took great pains to find two pre-driven autos on hand. One required repainting from a door having been keyed. The other (each a Prius) was on hand. We took a test drive, and our salesperson showed us the auto's features. When we thought we might shop around elsewhere, our salesperson Mo pulled up similar models at dealerships in a 50-mile area. We decided that we had a nice certified auto. We ended up buying. If we could have future salespersons all similar to Mo,. we know we will have been well-served.

I wasn't necessarily ready to buy/lease a new Toyota but Gwen Assaf called after the service department noticed that my mileage was a little higher than I should be at this point (still had 13 more months on my current Toyota lease), she recommended that I come in and take a look at a new vehicle that I could potentially get into immediately. After already leasing the same SUV three times (Highlanders) previously from Oakbrook Toyota, it wasn't something that I was necessarily going to do again, however, the 2015 model had some upgrades in features and body design so I decided to take a look. Gwen was professional, competent and friendly. She had the vehicle waiting for me to take a quick test drive. Alex Syed, the Leasing GM Manager who I had worked with previously is terrific and he knew exactly what my expectations were and did not disappoint. The entire process was simple, quick and efficient! I could not have been more pleased with the vehicle, the entire staff at Oakbrook Toyota (including a great service department) and the way they really go above and beyond to take care of me. I've bought cars from other dealerships in the past but have never experienced the high level of customer service at any other dealership and would highly recommend Oakbrook Toyota.

Ugh, do I have to go buy another car!?!?!, where the words that uttered out of my mouth last week. I was happy my old car and it was paid for. A major issue occurred and decided it was time to trade it in. After coming to terms that I was going to have to make car payments again, I was fortunate enough to meet Gwen Assaf. Walking around the lot the previous day, I never felt pressured from any sales reps and surprisingly they allowed me space to just look. Huh, so they arent vultures like every car place Ive been to? For a good 2-3 hours, I checked out what was there and did my own inspection. I saw a few things that I liked, but missed a few desired features/functions/color. Im not saying what they have in stock was not desired; I was seeking something specific that I didnt see. I spoke to Gwen the next day and she started off with general questions to identify what type of car I was looking at and budget range. Here are a few key areas that made it some much more enjoyable: 1. I didnt feel like I was trying to be sold something beyond what I wanted to pay. 2. She was actually listening, not trying to force something I didnt want. 3. Patient. I may not be the easiest person to deal at times and consider myself to be good negotiator. Not coming up with what kind of car I wanted, I mentioned that I like manual transmission and not ready to go to a manual. I also want a sun roof! I feel closed in without one. AND, if it came in black, that would be nice. At some point it probably sounded like a Christmas wish list that didnt exist. She quickly stopped me and told me there was one that wasnt outside yet. It was black, manual and sunroof. I took a quick look at itthat was exactly what I wanted. I'm sold The car was 2 years, very low mileage and still smelled new inside. With a preowned car, nothing is perfect. I mentioned one small thing that was probably petty to me, but she immediately worked on having it corrected. She told me, that something small to someone else may be a huge to deal to the person that just bought it. We want to make sure you feel like you made the right purchaseto drive out and completely satisfied. Honestly, it was nice being able to breathe comfortably and not feel like I had to make a decision that very second. Thank you, Gwen, for turning my dreaded situation into an enjoyable experience. If you are in the market for new/used car, stop in and ask for her. Since there are more people there, the service department was wonderful and didnt make me feel bad after the blow that my car wasnt going to make it. I wasnt prepared for that news and they were really patient with me while I was borderline throwing a tantrum. I have great credit and that does help to speed up the process, but the terms were explained clearly and never had a question about what I needed to pay up front. Easy as can be.

I would just like to say that back in September 2003 I bought my 2003 Toyota Echo from Oakbrook Toyota and anything I needed, from oil changes to tuneups, repairs, etc through the years have only been done at this dealership. Therefore I only wanted to do business there when it came time to purchasing my new vehicle, which I did last week. I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and I am thrilled with my purchase. My original contact on line and then on the phone was Anita Gomez who was wonderful. I then went into the dealership and was greated by Mustafa Syed, Sales and Lease Consultant. I have never before spoken with an individual who was more respectful, thoughtful, completely informed of all of the vehicles I wanted to see and actually steered me toward a different vehicle which I had not researched. He allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles and I was hooked on one which I really liked but was not available in my color. He then spoke with Alex Syed the General Manager and Alex stated that they had just received additional vehicles and he believed one of them was one which I would very much like. He had it brought around to the front of the dealership and it was exactly what I wanted. I then explained that I also wanted heated seats as well as a remote start and Mustafa stated that would be available to be added to my vehicle if I wanted. He also explained what everything was inside the vehicle and showed me the complete vehicle inside & out. He then introduced me to Steve Niechcielski who was the Business Manger who helped me finance and purchase the vehicle. He was wonderful as well. I drove the vehicle with 6 miles on the car off the lot 3 hours later and brought it back in for the additions of the heated seats and remove start yesterday and it will be ready late this afternoon. I couldn't be happier and pleased with all of the individuals I dealt with. Thank you Oakbrook Toyota for making the purchase of my new care such a wonderful experience.

Tom Hong was a very helpful associate with great knowledge which made my purchase experience absolutely easy. I did not feel like I was pressured into purchasing, he was very honest and respectful towards me and my father. He tried his best to translate and my father appreciated that. I was in search of my first car and I had previously gone to another Toyota dealership a day before where everything was a total disaster. I felt like I had been ignored and as if they didn't want to help me. I made my way to Oak Brook Toyota and as I walked into the dealership I saw the difference in customer service as many greeted and offered their services at the doorstep. Most people might think that car salesman in general are rather clingy and are trying to make their deal and move on , but not here. I was treated like family. I had gone and looked for a 2015 Toyota Camry Se and fell in love with it. I was trying to purchase what was to be my very first car. By the end of the night , I was disappointed as I couldn't take the car home. I left the dealership that night quite upset but I left knowing that Geary Kornelik (Sales and leasing consultant) was honestly trying to make this happen for me as he told me "Keep your chin up young man". The finance manager and sales manager both intervened and explained what steps I had to take to make it possible to own my first car for my family and I. The next day I received a phone call by Geary and he had amazed me with such determination and empathy toward his customer that he had been working on my deal and made it possible by working with his outstanding Business Manager Phil Darche and Sales Manager Zubair Karim. Geary asked me what time I was ready to pick up my new car? I was speechless. As much as I needed that car , Geary found ways to make it happen and I am forever grateful at Oak Brook Toyota's efforts to help me. It was a team effort and it was great to see how everyone played a HUGE role in my purchase on the vehicle. I ended up going that night to finish up the deal and signing off on my first car. I arrived at the dealership and everyone was lined up at the door expecting my presence and greeted me with the biggest smiles and firmest handshakes that gave me the comfort that I needed. I drove home in my brand new Toyota Camry Se last night and it was a memorable moment for myself. I will continue going to Oak Brook Toyota for my maintenance on the car, even though I have a Toyota ten minutes away from my house, only because I feel like I am treated like family there. Overall, I definitely recommend anyone to come to this dealership where you will find people who genuinely care. Everyone made me very happy in that dealership, and I am very thankful and glad that I chose to go to Oak Brook Toyota. Very big and special thanks to Phil, Zubair, and Geary. I really had my eyes set on a particular colored 2014 Prius Two. I did the usual web search, called at least 20 dealerships in the state of Illinois and then eventually visited Oak Brook Toyota. I wasn't sure if I was going to make the purchase there, but since they are close to where I live, I decided to stop in anyways. I was greeted by Patrick O'Day who was very courteous and not 'salesy' at all. After I told him the maximum I was willing to pay for the car, he had me chat directly with Alex Syed (the General Manager). We couldn't immediately agree on the price and I told them that I had a few other dealerships to visit. On the way out, Alex and Patrick thanked me for my visit and asked me to consider them one more time before I finalized my purchase - it was unusually candid and frank (not pushy at all). I ended up calling and visiting another handful of dealerships and honestly I didn't meet anyone as "real" as the guys at Oak Brook Toyota. Every place was just filled with your stereotypical car sales person! After about a week, I decided to see if Alex / Syed would be willing to work something out. By now, I basically negotiated the entire purchase over text messages. Patrick asked me for a convenient day to come back (which ended up being his day off but he decided to come in into the dealership to help me). I was in and out in about 2 hours and with a new car in hand! Alex and Patrick truly made my car buying experience enjoyable and I would definitely buy from them again!

Interested in buying a Toyota Sienna so we decided to rent one first before deciding between Odyssey and Sienna for a weekend getaway with the family. After waiting on hold and getting disconnected twice while on hold the Dealer confirms minivan rental via phone for the following weekend. Called the day before pickup to make sure the minivan will be there and no record of rental reservation! The customer service rep looks into what happened and promises to call back but does not. I have to call to find out no car available and they don't understand why other rep would reserve the minivan since there are none available for several months. This is after vacation time taken from work, hotel reservations made, and family ready to go. I will still consider buying a Toyota Sienna but would NEVER RENT, BUY, TRUST, or RECOMMEND this dealer for anything!

Made a decision on a used 2012 RAV4 within an hour. Negotiated an agreeable price within 10 minutes. Asked what financing was available, and what warrantees were available. Waited for 30 minutes. 60 minutes. 90 minutes. Told them I need to come back later. Came back later. Was told to "sit over here." They came back with the sell sheet that was $500 higher than what we agreed to ... "oops" they said. For the 3rd time, I told the sales manager I wanted to know what financing was available and what warrantee options where available. 30 more minutes. Finally, I said I was walking out, and then the finance guy reads from some book re: warrantees -- "7 years." Really? That's your answer after 2 hours? 7 years? If I can't get their attention when I was trying to GIVE them my money, what would their service be after I gave them my money.

Never have we ever had a problem with them or their service. On this particular day I walked into Oakbrook Toyota looking to buy my first vehicle on my own. I had walked in with my boyfriend and we are a fairly young couple, most dealerships you walk into bypass younger adults because they do not think they are serious in purchasing a car. However, Oakbrook Toyota is the opposite, as soon as I walked in John Giovenco had approached my boyfriend and I and asked how he could assist us. I had told him that I was looking into a Camry but that was all I knew. Immediately John took us to his desk offered us a beverage and began talking to us like real customers. He explained to me the difference all the models and when I decided I wanted the 2014.5 Toyota Camry SE he immediately went to bring that exact car in the exact color I wanted around so that I could test drive it. I loved every aspect of the car so I told him we would be back the following Saturday with my mother to purchase the car. Come Saturday John once again was happy to help us and already pulled up the exact car that I wanted to purchase so it was ready for me. John was more than fair and we were able to negotiate an amazing deal. He not only gave us a very fair price and financing but also threw in a package for me for free. The buying process went smoothly and I could not have asked for more. A few days later I came back because there was a noise coming from my car I immediately called John and he said to bring it in. I immediately brought it in right then and there and without an appointment they took my car to get it looked at. While I was waiting for my car to be inspected John was kind enough to have us wait by his office and chit chatted with my boyfriend and I and us feel like real customers and very comfortable and even offered to wait with us while my car was getting expected. John Giovenco went above and beyond what I expected and this is why my family and I will continue to purchase cars from Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont!

The car buying experience never seems to be fun, however at Oakbrook Toyota all the staff treated us with respect. Very little time was wasted on agreeing on the car and price. Of course the financial process always takes time , wherever you go. Christy, Zubair and Omer treated us with professionalism, respect and integrity. I have always owned Hondas so this was my first Toyota purchase. I did not like the new body style of the Civic so I decided to look at Toyotas. A friend of my recommended the guys at Oakbrook Toyota. I live in Carol Stream so this was not the closest dealer to my home. My first contact was with Alex over the phone. I told him what I was looking for and within an hour I had the color I wanted and he agreed to the price I was willing to pay and the deal was done. When I came in to pick up my car, I was immediately greeted by Jim Robertson who personally walked me thru the entire process from the test drive, financing, car features and overview to putting the plates on. I also had my parents with me and the other employees were very cordially towards them. Everyone was very thorough and I was out the door with my new car in less than an hour. I love my new Corolla and would definitely buy another car from them.

My salesman, Frank, spent a lot of time working with me to find the right fit. He answered all my questions and provided lots of extra, useful information for me. Frank was always willing to go the extra mile for me (pun intended), even though he was, at times, pulled in a few different directions. He was well able to quickly work out the numbers accurately, without using a computer. The rest of the staff at Oakbrook Toyota were also friendly and helpful, and worked to move the process forward (the process, which at times was very long). I have already recommended Frank to friends of mine who are in the market for a new/used car.

We came in to look at a used Honda Civic and ended up getting it at a great price and trading in our old car for a brand new Toyota Prius. The employees were incredibly helpful and gave us a great deal on both along with an extended warranty that covers any problems the car might have and all the maintenance. We purchased a used 2011 Sienna. We were looking for a van for some time, and salesperson Jim Robertson was extremely helpful in helping us find what we were looking for in good condition. He was very proactive, emailing us info on new cars on the lot. There were a few minor problems with the vehicle, which the manager/dealership was happy to fix. They were very low pressure, and worked to find us a quality vehicle in our price range. Would recommend Jim Robertson to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. Several reasons I continue to patronize Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont: I began buying my second new car ever at Oakbrook Toyota in December 2004, which was a demo 2005 Camry XLE. They did everything right. There were no scams, no hard pressure and they offered a very good deal. I was even invited to a new owners dinner which was a catered affair, in which I was introduced to everyone from the top dog general manager Alex Syed to the Service manager Gary Koral and everyone in between. I was assured that if I ever needed their assistance, they would be available. I also found out that when my car was in for warranty work or even service that their courtesy shuttle would take me wherever I needed to go. Also, if my car required a lengthy or overnight visit, I would be supplied a loaner. Oakbrook Toyota offers some very nice amenities that are few and far between nowadays. That new owners supper I spoke about earlier got me in a bit of trouble. I believe it took place in April just after I had received a post card requesting me to see the totally new and redesigned 2005 Toyota Avalon. I asked the fellas at the dealership if they had one and guess what, they did. Long story short, I bought a new Avalon that very same night. And those guys I met in April 2005 are still working at Oakbrook Toyota, which is usually a real rarity amongst car dealers. To be honest, I have lost count on just how many dealings we have had since that first meeting but, I can tell you my partner and I each drive late model Toyotas from Oakbrook Toyota. A bit of a drive from Chicago where we live but, so worth it; we utilize the service department with zero concerns about things being fixed correctly and not being sold things we really dont need. All in all, the folks at Oakbrook Toyota are like family and it really messes with my mind when I see less than positive reviews for this dealership. If you are looking for a good old-fashioned auto agency that you can trust, get a good deal and be treated like family---Look no farther as Oakbrook Toyota in Westmont, Illinois is your place to shop for your next set of wheels. Be sure to tell em Jack sent ya!! Youll be so glad I did!!

We had a very pleasant experience with our sales person Zubair Karim. We showed him a written offer from another dealer for a new 2013 AWD Limited Toyota RAV4 which we did not buy because it did not have a GPS Navigation System. Zubair showed us the exact same car for a slightly higher price for the factory installed Navigation system and we bought it right away as this was the last car in their inventory that had everything the other dealer had plus the Navigation System. We wish Zubair and the dealership our best regards and continued success in their business.

I found a car that fit my budget but unfortunately most cars under $10k do not have warranty. overall the car was in pretty good shape, they showed me their inspection sheet by their service dept. It showed what you would expect on car of its age and they worked with me on a few repairs I wanted. I felt they were friendly and tried to deal honestly.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership and paid in full in cash. It was a very good deal and I was happy with it until less than 2 days later the transmission completely broke down. I called the dealership and the General Manager not only refused to pay for the repair, but also refused to pay for a rental car. When I finally complained enough to get them to agree to pay for half of the repair the GM was rude enough to tell me I wasn't being appreciative enough of what he was doing for me. Then to top it all off, once the final bill came through for the (very expensive) repair - they only ended up paying about 40% of it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. That's the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Let me begin by saying shopping for a car is a challenge for me, because I don't like change. But it was time to get rid of my 12 year old minivan. My wife and I had been looking at older Highlander hybrids for a while. We looked online and found two 2006 models with similar equipment and miles and the same price within 5 minutes of each other on the same road. So we drove from the Milwaukee area after ensuring the availability via online chat the night before. Deciding to go to Oakbrook first, the vehicle ended up being at a body shop being touched up, and unavailable. So we went to the other dealer expecting to buy their vehicle. However, that vehicle was quite unimpressive. So we went back to Oakbrook and negotiated for a vehicle sight unseen. The sales manager offered to have our salesman drive the vehicle to Gurnee (halfway) for us to test drive. Since we would have to do the paperwork in Chicago anyway, we decided to go back to Chicago. The manager agreed to throw a full tank of gas into the deal. After seeing the vehicle, and driving it a few blocks, I was convinced that this dealership had put a lot of effort toward making sure they sold a top-notch vehicle. The whole experience with Corey was relaxed and enjoyable, and I felt that the deal was fair for both parties. I would go there again. Besides, the same vehicles in WI cost $2,000 more.

This dealership has a listing for "The World's Most Expensive Used Scion tC". Went in to test drive the car, that whole process was fine. The biggest problem I had was that their "Scion Certified" car had a bent rim, this tells me that they do not take the proper measures when going to certify a car, and are just taking shortcuts in hopes of making an extra buck. Take any certification from them with a grain of salt. The worst part was that even taking this into account, they were willing to be a nice guy and take off a measly $150 off the asking price (after I pointed it out). Place is full of scumbags trying to pass off damaged cars as certified. Do not go to this dealership.

It's been 10 years since my last car purchase, so I arrived at this dealership very nervous and on guard. My husband and I were waiting for a pushy car salesman to sniff us out and begin their "selling." Well, to my surprise, that is NOT what happened at all! My husband and I were greeted by Domenico. We were both surprised by how real, patient, and caring he was. He talked to us about what we wanted AND what we could afford. He did not try to pressure us at all. He worked with us to find the best car possible in our monthly payment budget. Domenico and his team made sure we walked away with the car we wanted within our budget. They listened to us and we negotiated a great deal. Our car was ready the same day- all shiny and pristine. Domenico made sure we drove away knowing how all the features worked. We are so happy with our purchase! And just when I thought it couldn't get better... When trading in my vehicle I didn't have a copy of my car title. There was some paperwork that needed to be filled out and returned to the dealership. Domenico came to us in Chicago to pick up the paperwork AND brought us an extra key for our new car. Talk about customer service- we were not inconvenienced at all! If you want great customer service, go visit Domenico and his team!

Bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey today. The sticker price was reasonsable for a top-of-line model & the staff worked with me on reaching what seems like a fair price to me. Joe Glorioso was our sales person. No pressure - fair, honest & helpful without any of the cliche salesperson "slickness". Nice, bright showroom. Play area for kids which was really helpful for my two little ones. I'll definitely consider them when shopping for our next car.

I purchased mt 2011 Sienna from this dealership last year and had since taken it back for service a couple of times. I was disappointed with the service department because each time i had been there for service, they either broke a part trying to repair another part and the part that was broken was out of stock or the parts needed for the service were out of stock, all requiring a second appointment for the same problem! Very inconvienanced!
