The entire experience from finding a car on their website, to contacting them, then driving and buying the car was just wonderful and so much easier than I expected. All of the people went above and beyond anything I would've expected. They had a great waiting area and were patient with us since we had our kids with us. The windshield and a seatbelt needed to be replaced. Not only did they make sure that it was all taken care of, but they kept us in the loop and let us know as soon as everything was done. Will absolutely go back to them again.

The sales rep went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for my needs (texting photos, etc.). I was allowed fair trade in value for my old truck, which made it possible for me to purchase my 2009 Jeep Compass. I LOVE my new vehicle, and any concerns I had (a slight leak around a window) was given prompt attention and fixed to my satisfaction. I am happy with the experience, especially in that I never felt any pressure or experienced any attitude from the sales person or anyone else. ALL the employees were friendly and helpful and made upgrading my vehicle (a process I usually find long and agonizing) an unbelievably quick and happy experience. The team at Oliver Ford knows how to service their customers. We had an issue with the CD player, and being that was covered under the extended service plan, we were able to schedule that to be replaced with a new one. I called for an oil change the other day. She said I could bring it in and leave it that same day. They even have a courteous driver who will take you home , then come pick you up when it is finished ! Every employee was friendly and polite. Wow !! They even gave me a call on the phone the next day to ask if everything was satisfactory. What a professional and courteous dealership. I can't wait to use their service again. Today I just popped in (no appointment) to see the Sales Consultant (Drew Westafer) that I had been talking to and was greeted by Daddy 'Happy Jack' Oliver...the main man!! I hadn't seen Jack in a couple of years since I retired and use to see him regularly at my work, Bellmart BP. He was his happy self and after chatting with him, he pointed me in the direction of my salesperson. Drew was with another client, but he greeted me when he saw me and said it wouldn't be long. While waiting, I saw several familiar faces, chatted with them and was probably asked at least a half a dozen times if they could help or get me something to drink, etc. Their hospitality was off the charts! Then got to talk with Drew and he is a character!! I'm old enough to be his mom and when he called me a 'firecracker' ...that just made my day!! Then we got down to the business at hand and I can't believe how smooth and swiftly that was. Everything was done at the dealership....insurance, title, plates, banking! I couldn't have been more pleased with the efficiency of John Oliver handling the paperwork! I know their slogan is they 'Tip their hat to you'.....Well I say "Hats off to Them."

Yesterday someone pointed out I had no brake light or turn signal on the right. I stopped in at Oliver Ford about 10:30 am and they worked me in. I was offered a ride home but since I had an appointment out of town at 1pm I chose to wait. They were not sure of how long it might be and it looked pretty busy around the shop. I was surprised to find them working on my problem within 30 minutes and I was home within an hour. Thanks so much for the great service.

In this complex world of free trade, and although it is not always possible, I believe in buying into as much American as you can! I believe most people would agree that positive and negative can be compared about every auto manufacture out there. What I like about buying a Ford product is that they are about as much American as you can get, and DID NOT except the government bailout! For me, there is no better place to buy Ford products and parts then Oliver Ford in Plymouth, IN. I recently took our little Ford Fiesta for a grinding sound in the front end. I took the car in on a late Friday evening around 4:00ish, just to have a service guy look at it and schedule an appointment. As it turned out, the problem needed attention ASAP! The service department scheduled it in right away! Parts were ordered, installed Saturday morning, and we had the car by noon that Saturday! And of course they will transport you, and provide you with a beautiful dealership to shop around in and a waiting/rest area that's top notch with the best coffee and hot chocolate at a great price!....FREE! Tires are also an expensive issue for cars and trucks! Oliver Ford will price match! Combine that with their awesome staff, I buy all my tires there. Being a resident of Plymouth myself, I feel better about spending my money close to home, and I appreciate what the Oliver's do for the community of Plymouth, and Plymouth High School!

I took my car in for what I thought was going to be a slow leak or something in the tire. Well, it ended up being a cracked rim. The estimated time it took to repair the car was a week longer than originally estimated, which was frustrating. They did end up giving me a loaner car after the first week and called often to keep me updated. Best of all the cost to fix the rim was less than estimated. Although we did not buy our car here (we have a Mazda) I always appreciate their fine service in the service department.

I dropped off my 2003 Ford Focus with Oliver Ford Service. The car was not shifting properly. The service department determined that the car needed a rebuilt transmission. i did not want to reinvest in the vehicle. The dealership offered to buy the vehicle from me. The car stayed at the dealership for about three weeks while I found a buyer that was willing to buy the car at a higher price than the dealer offered. The dealer allowed me to wait and pay the bill on the assessment until I had a buyer. I would definitely be willing to purchase a new or used vehicle from this dealer in the future. Excellent customer service.

We've always had a great experience at Oliver Ford. The sales people, service department, manager, owner, and other employees are always friendly, helpful, and will take the time to talk with you. The service department is the best and always go out of their way taking care of any problems we may have with our vehicles. We had low tire pressure once and drove into Oliver Ford after the service department closed. They took the time to check all four tires and adjusted the tire pressure in all four tires. Now, that's service!!!! I give Oliver Ford 5 stars all the way!!!

Took my car in to get my wheel bearing changed. My alternator went out on my way to Oliver ford. Called them to let them know what happend. They were extremely helpful worked around my I convince. Got the car there and got it in. Ran some diagnostic test they didn't charge me for. They ran some electrical test to ensure it was the alternator. They called me to let me know the progress. Told me they would get the car done possible today. They arranged to get me a rental car that they would pay for. They called about a hour later saying they did get my car all done. It was very impressive and the quality of work they did I'm extremely pleased with.. I would take my car there time and time again. The facility is spotless.. The business is ran with a very professional but fun atmosphere!! I would give this a 5 star all around!!

Oliver Ford continues to the be the best place to buy a car in Northern Indiana. As I was waiting for the my truck to get an oil change, I was wondering out in the showroom. Owner John Oliver, came out of his office and took the time to just chat with me. This is not uncommon for any of the people at Oliver! From John to the mechanics, you are always treated with a smile and as a family member. Before going to Oliver Ford, I only dealt with sales people who acted like being there was a job and you were just visiting. It was not a very pleasurable experience. It was so nice to drive 30 miles so I can be with the people at Oliver Ford. If you are buying a car any other place, you are being deprived of a very positive experience.

I tip my hat. I drove a 1996 Concorde that I loved. Her name was Betsy. My husband was after me for years to trade her in. What? Would he trade me in? But it came time when Betsy wasn't very trust worthy to get us to our destinations. I told him I would just look. The people at Oliver Ford were so helpful and understanding of our marital dilemma and very patient. Showed me a few vehicles in the rain to make sure I could lift my leg high enough to get in. (Concordes are 2" off the ground). They made the transition to a different vehicle virtually painless and gave me few minutes with Betsy to say goodbye. I was in a new vehicle in less than 2 hours. Since, their customer service is beyond exceptional. We take both vehicles there for maintenance, very quick and friendly. Now I am a customer for life. When it is time for Pearl to be traded in, I will be going back to Oliver Ford in Plymouth.

I took our Fiesta in for a tire repair on a Saturday. The service department was very busy but they managed to to take my car in for the tire repair. It took longer than normal because I did not have an appointment but Oliver Ford has a very nice, comfortable waiting room with TV and WiFi to keep me busy. Also, my salesman, Steve Keiser, spent some time with me talking about golf, family, and of course cars. Before I new it , my car was ready, nice and clean from the car wash and I was on my way. Oliver Ford work with me on the price of the tires as their site said to make any other company on price. They did a very good job getting the new tires on and working with my wife to get her to where she needed to go while waiting for the tire change. The only issue was the tire low tire reset did not get reset. My wife was not sure how to reset it until I got back and was able to reset it.

I always appreciate the service dept. at Oliver Ford. This time was merely an oil/filter change, tires rotated, and two recalls. The time it took was a bit much, considering I usually have such prompt and reliable service. However, I am not upset in the least. I would like to say that the main reason I keep coming to Oliver Ford for service (I have purchased several vehicles from Oliver's), is that I have such faith and confidence in your number one mechanic, Ray Ketcham. He is not only the best mechanic I have ever encountered in over forty years of owning cars/trucks, but he is genuinely helpful and friendly and very clear about whatever problems I have had with my cars/trucks. I have said this to many at Oliver's, but it is always good to hear that your employees (and Ray Ketcham in particular) are outstanding at what they do.

There are two Ford dealers closer to where I live than Oliver, (one in Knox, and one in Winamac), but I chose do business with them for a couple reasons. They have a better selection than most. Their sales people aren't the high pressure type. They have an excellent service department that will do their best to accommodate your schedule, and the dealership in general is clean and modern.

I had some concerns with my 2013 Fiesta and took it in to the Service Dept. to have it checked. They were very courteous - drove it with me and confirmed that there were some problems. They replaced some warranty parts but found that there were still problems. They went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle. They provided me with a loaner for the time my car was being repaired and even cleaned the interior of my car along with a car wash after my car was serviced! I was disappointed to learn my first oil change was not free. I could have sworn when we bought the car we were told it was. You left the car messy. For some reason the heat was on and my clock was all wrong. If you work on something put it back right! I had an oil change, why were those things messed up? I do thank you for fixing a recall issue while I was there.

A little disappointed in the overall customer service, I am not sure of her name in the service department, but originally told me it would be next week to get it in and since I needed a tire and couldn't wait I explained I would need to go somewhere else. She did get me in two days. I don't understand why originally I couldn't have had my truck in in two days anyway. Then they ordered the wrong tires, I wasn't happy but I needed tires and my time is valuable with many things going on this week. So instead of two tires I now am going to have to purchase four. I have always done business with Oliver Ford and I will continue to do so. Just wasn't very happy with the attitude, never have experienced it their.

Called Oliver Ford Saturday morning and found out first come first served on oil changes, tires. Arrived Saturday 09-19-15 was greeted by Cody Rhodes very kind, professional gentleman. He showed us where we go to wait for service, they washed our car and serviced it. I believe they even put a fuse in for the cruise control. I really think these folks are kind, professional and I have utmost respect for them and am appreciative of the service I received. Give the employees a raise. The billing clerk was super fantastic to me, as I inadvertently gave her a credit card with out enough funds on it. She was able to reverse that transaction which she had never had to do before and she was very kind to me whom had created this new learning experience for her. Thank you sweet lady at the paying desk for the service department. Also the bathroom was quite a surprise as it was filled with save the tata's decor. Breast cancer awareness. I really enjoyed the picture book of Saturday Evening Post artist, Norman Rockwell that is in the service wait area, enjoyed a cup of coffee and hot chocolate.

I love being able to make appointments for service on line. However, this visit, along with "the works" oil change service, they recommended a fuel filter change. They called to state the oil change had been done, and I agreed to the fuel filter change, since the car had advanced miles on what I supposed to be the original filter. They failed to call when this service was completed to let me know I could pick the car up. I was left sitting, wondering when that service would be completed. After several hours, I called, and was informed it was completed some time ago. Since I did not have ESP, it would have been nice to know when my car was ready.

I was disappointed in a couple areas this time with the repair work. I was told it would take one day and it ended up being 3 days. The actual cost ended up a little more that $100 over the estimate. I know that doesn't seem like much but with 3 kids in college it is. When I received the car back it was not vacuumed at all on the inside. Even when I get a simple oil change it is always vacuumed. The tire pressure light was also on and nothing was mentioned to me about that issue. That had nothing to do with why the car was there but you would think they might have noticed it. I do appreciate the loaner vehicle I was given to drive while the car was being repaired.

I have been getting my car serviced there for over 4years,/yesterday was my last visit I bought tires brakes tune up plus more, but it was my last visit to Olivers. I/told the lady my washer fluid was not working so she said she would have it checked when my oil change was done she said it would be 50 dollars to //checks the problem and if it took longer it would be more money I said I just want to see what the problem is she said it would have to be annilized and it would be close with everything close to 300 dollars I said they always checked my problems before,so I didn't want to pay for something until I knew what the problem was,she said it will be 50 bucks and hopefully they could find the problem but I had to pay first. I then waited for my car finally we were walking around outside and saw my car I went inside to see if my car was finished she said yes I said where are my keys she said up front went up front she gave the wrong papers up front went back got new paper work paid and left with a sour taste in my mouth, won't bother Oliver anymore .

I needed to have my car serviced. I live in South Bend and usually get work done locally, but I work in Plymouth. Scheduling a Saturday appointment can be challenging, and no courtesy shuttles will make the 30 minute trip to get me to work. So I decided to call Oliver Ford and see if I could have the work done while I worked. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Dropping the car off was very easy. The shuttle driver took me to my office and came to pick me up when my car was finished. The service advisor kept me informed with emails and telephone calls. It was not only convenient, it was fast and friendly too. I recommend Oliver Ford for their service, and I'm likely to consider a purchase from them when the time comes.

I took my truck in to be serviced and Barry and Cody were quick to get to the problem and found my truck had issues beyond what would be logical to fix because of the value of it. Then John and Justin went above and beyond normal car buying process with us to get me into a more reliable truck so I did not have to be without a vehicle, they even stayed after work hours for us to finish the paperwork. And this is why Oliver Ford will always be our dealership for service and new auto purchases.

Over the years we have purchased few cars/trucks from Oliver Ford here in Plymouth, In. They have always been very good filling our wants and needs. We have bought two new cars in last two an half years and the sales man has been excellent all times. We had to wait for our Edge because of a factory issue--not dealer issue but the wait was well worth it. When the Edge came in, our salesman called us right away and we were riding home in it that evening! Any repairs (which have been minor) are dealt with swiftly that is one of the main reasons we deal local, Oliver ford is a great place to do business and like the sales person we deal with.

I just dealt with Jamie Greenlee and the Oliver Ford team to purchase a new F150. I have been traveling to Plymouth from LaPorte, In (35 miles) for over 10 years to make my car purchases here. To treat customers like old friends and family, might be just a sales pitch for some dealers, at Oliver Ford it definitely is an everyday happening. Every person there is genuinely interested in you as a person. They will go out of their way to listen to your needs and get you into the right vehicle for you and not one that just reduces their inventory. On a more personal level- Two years ago, after my mother passed away unexpectedly, John Oliver and members of the Oliver Ford Family came to the church to pay their respects. The relationship that they have with their customers is truly special. I will pass up any Ford Dealer and travel to Plymouth so I can deal with John Oliver and Oliver Ford!!!

Took my vehicle into Oliver Ford for oil change service. It costs a little more to take it there vs a "chain" oil service facility. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Oliver Ford changes the oil and doesn't stop there. They fill all the reservoirs, check the tires and power train, and then give you a diagnostic sheet for your review. The vehicle comes out freshly washed and ready to roll. Highly recommended.

I have been using Oliver's for service work for some time now. The shuttle service is handy for me as I can continue to do my family chores around the home. They call me when vehicle is done and send Van to pick me up. I really appreciate that. They do not have to feel like they are rushed if I am waiting. AND they do a good job on the vehicle wash. The service rep's are always great to work with taking time to show you how something works if you are unsure. I have purchased/leased all my vehicles from them for the past 10 years. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. I was informed that it would be quick, in and out, not more than 45 minutes, so I chose to just go after work and wait since it wouldn't be that long and spare them the hassle of shuttling me around for the day. I was there from 3:00 til 5:00 pm waiting, and waiting. I was notified a couple different times.... while waiting that it wouldn't be much longer. I couldn't believe it took 2 hours to get an oil change. I will go back to the old ways of having Van transport me back and forth for servicing. I am very satisfied with the maintenance that I received, but the wait time was too much. I have gained a new appreciation for your shuttle driver.

We have been buying cars from Oliver for a very long time. I started my car a few days ago and felt a large "thunk" (technical term...) followed by jerking of the car. I immediately thought the worst and took the car to the service department at Oliver Ford. They took the time to correctly diagnose the problem and it ended up costing me $100 which was a far sight less than I was preparing myself for!! Moral of this story: I love that they were honest and gave me the correct, inexpensive option and were happy to do it. I ended up getting some additional service work done (long overdue...my bad) on the vehicle and it has never run better. All-in-all a VERY pleasant experience with this service team.

Felt I was rushed to make a decision on my purchase as several sales seemed to be in progress at the same time. Consequently a few minor details were not taken care of before I took delivery. However, I did feel that they were fair on the pricing as they had sought my vehicle (so they wrote) to entice me to see what kind of a deal they would make me to upgrade to a newer vehicle. I traded in a 2004 Expedition which was purchased and serviced at Oliver Ford Lincoln and will continue to have this vehicle serviced there - because, quoting one of the service employee's, "we will treat you like my grandmother" and as long as they do that, they will have my business and recommendation to friends and family.

I needed my truck to be done and picked up before 2pm (had other appointment) dropped off early in the AM, was told if would be done by then. Got a call 2:25pm and said it was ready, I was at work and needed a ride. Got there - rebate took sometime to get. Got in my truck to leave tilt steering was moved along with my seat - I was not happy about that. My truck is only moved a short distance don't think someone had to move all that.

I have been in many Ford dealers for service. This place blows everybody out of the water. Everybody was very nice. The place was very clean and well ran. They can fit like 30 cars in there service garage. The one at my local town holds 3 and it takes over a week to get an appointment. When you call Oliver Ford they ask you when you want to bring it in because there is no waiting. If you live close to or around Plymouth, IN...Stop in there, its awesome.

Oliver Ford's service experience is outstanding. My service engine light came on Monday morning and I rec'd a Monday afternoon appointment to repair my car. I drive 36 miles one way to my job and am very pleased the service staff could accommodate my repair so I was not worried about breaking down on the road this week. I appreciate that. The only issue I had was I could not get the Coke machine to work. Probably a user issue I think.

with our last visit I wasn't to happy with our buying experience, after the purchase was made, we have repeatedly had to return to the dealership 1. because our finance contact was wrong on their part. 2. because I had to produce proof of my employment to get the employee discount ( bring in worker id card or other proof ) ive been retired for 0ver 10 years. 3. when we had a trailer brake controller installed I asked service what the charge was and they said no charge, then several weeks later we were asked if we intended to pay for it which we fully intended to do, but we still had paper saying no charge, then we received a call to come in and pay for it. when we came in I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told John would speak to me, then I was told Greg would speak with us, then shortly later was told John would speak with us but that he was speaking with a new guy and would be outin10 minutes. we waited 25 minutes, I timed it so I then told Missy to tell John to forget about it, that I would contact Ford customer relations instead. I find it interesting that it was more important to talk to the new guy than a customer. it will also be interesting to see if any one contacts me about this

I asked for an oil change and replace front wiper blades if needed. Ended up with an oil change and both front and back wiper blades were changed. I'm sure my rear wiper blades were fine because I hardly ever use them. I was also taken back by my bill ---- $123.33! Seems a little high for what was done, especially when you did more that I asked.I am usually very satisfied with your service, so this was a surprise.

I had a scheduled appointment for the "Works", I arrived about a half hour early but they immediately took my vehicle! Cody was the Service Guy and without saying anything he had all of my paperwork ready for me to review and sign. I asked a couple of questions about programming of my maintenance into the computer of the vehicle and he was right there showing me how to do it. The Staff is always friendly and very willing to help! The Facility is always clean and they make sure that your car is clean when they return it to you! I have always had a Great experience with them! When I am ready for my next new vehicle, I will certainly be going to Oliver Ford!

We feel confident that at every service appointment they do a 100% check on our entire car. Just had an oil change service and was told Brakes were bad and we needed Tires. Driver's side window was not working on my Mach 1 Mustang. It was repaired for for less than original quote because not possible work was needed. They performed only the work that I asked of them. Service personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Service area was also very clean. I had no issues leaving my car in their hands. Nice work.

I have been a customer of oliver ford for 20 years and have always had a great experience. I recently returned my 2012 escape and wanted to purchase a ford truck. After reading the sticker info and prices I was sure I could not afford a truck, you can only imagine my disappointment. My good friend steve keiser at oliver ford was trying to find me a good used truck but, the payments were still quite high, difficult for a 70 year old single grandma to afford. I usually drive my vehicles for 10 years so I was thinking this would probably be my last new vehicle. Steve went over above and beyond my expectations and I was able to lease a F150 truck nicer than I could every have imagined.. I still can't believe it's my truck. Steve does everything possible to make dreams come true. I can not thank steve keiser and john oliver enough for making it possible for me to drive my new ford truck. God has truly blessed me. I have a 2015 Lincoln MKC that must be a "Monday Car". I have had a lot of issues with it and was very frustrated with the dealership's service department where I purchased the vehicle. After speaking in length with Lincoln about my issues, we decided to have a different dealer attempt service and resolutions of the issues with my vehicle. We have bought many vehicles from Oliver Ford over the year (near 25 now) and I wish I would have just bought this MKC from them. Even though I did not purchase this one from them, they have really stepped up to the challenge in servicing my car and getting all the issues ironed out. Many of them we are waiting on Lincoln to come up with engineering fixes etc. But so far so good. Don't hesitate to form a relationship with Oliver Ford. John Oliver and gang are a family company and treat you like one of their own.

Hitting a pot hole full of water tore the sidewall of my tire. I fully expected to have to wait most of the morning to be serviced as many cars were already in the bays. I was very surprised and pleased when the work was completed and I was out the door in less than an hour.

I requested my service time online- which I really loved doing!! I got to pick my time and date that worked for me. I dropped my car off in the morning and got a shuttle to ride. Van is super sweet. They even delivered my car to me when it was done as I was the only on in the office and couldn't leave. The whole process was super painless!!

Each time we call for an appointment we are pleased with the ability of the service department to schedule us as quickly as possible. Cody called the next day and informed me of the problems ..He had the truck fixed within a couple of days and it works great. Cody was very professional and did a great job. I have dealt with multiple dealerships but Oliver Ford is by far the best. The salesman looked for what we wanted and worked with us to make the deal fit our budget. We had personal contact with the owner and the finance department contacted our insurance company to make the change to our policy as well as get the car registered and titled. They go above and beyond what I have experienced with other dealers. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and each time they continue to give a bit extra. There is a family atmosphere and every employee is friendly with many of them calling me by my first name. Repairs in terms of necessity and cost are explained in detail and then performed at a high quality. I will consider no other dealer for my automotive needs.
