EMIL is simply the best. I purchased my new GLA 250 from him and the process was very straight forward. He is charming, hilarious, and very professional. I will follow Emil where ever he is because he is super knowledgeable and his follow up is immaculate. He made it happen for me and I can't thank him enough. I think what makes Emil stand out is that he called me the day after to see how I liked the car and asked if I had any questions. That right there is 5 star service. So happy with my new car

Had a wonderful experience! John Sulano and Mike Silva were wonderful! They are both wonderful assets to Open Road and made the whole process of finding the perfect car seamless. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend you heading over to Open Road of Bridgewater and asking for John and Mike! They are wonderful and very attentive!! I even received a message a few days later (after my purchase) just checking in on how I liked the car! Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending friends and family to purchase vehicles from them! Great dealership!!

Another happy repeat customer at MB-Bridgewater. Obviously the MB product is superior but the reason I keep coming back to this specific location is because my sales guy John Sulano. He is top notch! He knows how to put the customer first and make the experience great! His responsiveness and knowledge throughout the entire process just makes the car buying experience a seamless and easy one. Highly recommend working with John!

I leased a lot of cars in my time but I never met someone like Marlon when it comes to getting a great deal done. He listens for what you want instead of just what’s best for the business. Isn’t this the whole point of a sales rep at the end of the day? To help you get something you’ll be happy with along with your family. Make sure you ask Marlon when you call or visit the dealership. You won’t go wrong!

We were greeted promptly by Christina Calderon, we we’re looking for an SUV. We decided to leave but saw a car that we thought was beautiful. I asked Christina for her card and we discussed the car we liked. She was informative and helpful. After our discussion we opted for the test drive. It was a Yes ! The Manager , Finance officer and Christina made my first Mercedes purchase easy and pleasurable. Stop by ask for Christina she is a real asset to the Mercedes team !

They play all the games. Making you wait much longer than necessary so you have a lot of time invested, playing you one off the other between the salesman iand the manager, hidden fees and exorbitant fees. Even lying and changing the price they previously quoted me. It was a terrible experience. I walked out at contract time and ended up going to Mercedes-Benz in Flemington and had a much much better experience. To be specific in my warning: you don't have to pay the $95 dealership face. That's bull. You don't have to pay the $199 etching fee. This is just their way of trying to get extra money out of you. They also charge about double The documentation fees and double the fees for registration, etc. then other Mercedes dealerships do. Literally, these fees were half the amount in Flemington. In the 200s rather than the upper four or 500s. And Flemington doesn't charge the ridiculous and unnecessary dealership and etchong fees Then they tried to make me feel like I was the problem when I started questioning them on all of these expenses. They were downright Bullies. No one should do business with these crooks

I rarely take to the Internet to express negative experiences but this one bears telling. I purchased a CPO 2013 SL550 from Open Road of Bridgewater (New Jersey) and took delivery on March 22nd 2016. My salesman was Jarred Manzone.Because I bought the car out-of-state, I conducted the negotiation for the purchase via telephone and email, ultimately agreeing on a price before ever seeing the car in person, and I took care of financing myself through USAA's car buying service, so the dealer had to do nothing except cash my check. They were paid for the car, extended warranty, taxes, and state fees almost 7 days before I picked it up.I flew up to Newark from Indiana the morning of March 23nd, and was picked up from the airport by Jarred, who took me back to the dealership to begin delivery (the gesture was much appreciated and he was kind enough to drop my girlfriend off at our hotel so she didn't have to endure the delivery experience)The process took all afternoon during which the finance representative, Nick Powell, attempted to upsell me various third party warranties and services (I had ALREADY purchased the maximum duration CPO extended warranty through Mercedes Benz and given the dealership my money for it). Throughout the course of the delivery experience, I had to remind Jarred several times about items the car should have been delivered with (keyless GO adapter, owners manual, floor mats, SiriusXM and Mbrace activations etc). In the interest of fairness, I would like to mention that Jarred was attentive and professional throughout the sales process. Because I was out-of-state, I pestered him with questions remotely for a couple of weeks and he was always polite and helpful.Ultimately, after spending the entire afternoon in the dealership, I was forced to accept the car without working Sirius and no MBrace. Instead of activating these services for me ahead of time, as the local Indianapolis MB dealer does, they left this until the last minute and discovered the car would require at least another hour in the dealership's service department to re-provision the software. It was already the end of the day and I was on a tight schedule to get the car back to Indiana. These two items had to be repaired and activated by another dealer in Indianapolis after I got home with the car. This left me without the use of the car for almost two days. Additionally, the dealership replaced the MB floormats with rubber Weathertech mats and neglected to tell me that until I was already in the car. Who does that? Do you think I'm going to be driving this car in the snow? They offered to order me a set of MB mats, but I would have to drive the car back to Indiana with nothing on the floorboards until they came in and pay for shipping to me (ugh, a bird in the hand, I took the weathertechs so at least the carpet didn't get stained)Here's where the real problem begins; the rest are just nuisances. Because Open Road took responsibility for registering my car with the state of Indiana, I took possession of the car with a 20 day New Jersey "Drive Away" tag that expired on April 10th, 2016. As that date approached and I still was without Indiana plates for the car, I contacted the dealership and was given the run around for over a day until my salesman texted to inform me that they were missing a document (VIN Clearance from Indiana State Police proving the car wasn't stolen). This I had already provided and have a return receipt for it signed by an "R. Cofield" at the dealership, well in advance of the temp tag expiration. I did get another original of this document signed by a Hendricks County (Indiana) deputy sheriff and overnighted it to the dealership via FedEx, who confirmed delivery. To be fair, the dealership gave me their FedEx account number with which to send the document. On April 11th, I lost the use of my car because it would be illegal to drive it on the expired temp tag and Open Road has still failed to register it. I have made numerous calls to the dealership that go unreturned, including to the General Manager, Michael Tedesco, who has been completely unresponsive. The last communication I've received was a text message from Jarred Manzone on April 15th, telling me that the process was in the hands "of the Service".It is now April 27th, 2016 and the Indiana BMV has no record of any attempt by the dealership to register my car and I cannot drive it. Open Road has had my money with which to pay the sales tax and registration / license plate fees since well before I took delivery of the car.I did elevate my complaint to MBUSA, and while they were attentive to my problem, they were unable to offer any assistance other than contacting the dealership on my behalf. The MBUSA representative, Royce, spoke with the pre-owned sales manager, Issac Morgan, who promised to contact me, but did not. With no other options apparent to me, I've been left to retain a lawyer to sue the dealership so that I can regain the use of my new car. He even emailed the GM of the dealership, Michael Tedesco, a couple days ago in an attempt to informally settle this, but got nothing but a read receipt, zero response, which is now apparent as the default posture the dealership takes with customer service.I've been driving Mercedes Benz cars exclusively since a w126 560SEL saved my life in 1993 and have since owned 9 of them. My w140 S500 has over 325,000 miles on it. My r129 SL500 has almost 200,000 miles. I have no issue with the brand; Mercedes Benz makes world class automobiles. This dealer, however, has proven unworthy to represent the brand. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy, much less a friend or colleague.I'm happy to provide further details to anyone considering buying from this dealership, including the VIN of my car to prove I'm not in cahoots with a competing dealer.

I went in to purchase a new car and signed a preliminary contract to purchase a vehicle, I gave a $3,000.00 deposit, which I was told would be refunded if the offer wasn't accepted. The next day I called and cancelled as the price was well over the market value. I instructed the salesman to issue a refund of my deposit and to stop calling myself and my girlfriend. The salesman told my girlfriend she had to come in to sign the paperwork to initiate the refund (this was not true, he just wanted to get her back in to sell a car), but she went in and signed the required paperwork as requested. It has been 8 days and the refund still has not been processed. Also, the salesman is still calling trying to sell us something, even after we told him we purchased an Audi A6.I called and tried to get a Sales Manager on the phone to resolve the issue, but I was put into voice mail 4 times.Buyer beware!

I have purchased many Mercedes in the past from other dealerships but I have to say Open RoadMercedes in Bridgewater is by far the best. Everyone was so caring and made the transaction soeasy and explained everything. My salesperson that I purchased the car from Andre Moshkovichcouldn't have been more helpful and professional, he went above and beyond to make it so easy for me to go into another Mercedes. Also General Manager Robert Hayes couldn't have been more professional and made sure I got the exact car I was looking for. The both of them were wonderfulSOOOO HAPPY with my car and the dealership..

Had an incredible experience here last weekend while purchasing a new CLA 250 4 matic. Worked with Mike V who was the most professional and helpful salesman I have ever worked with. He was patient, helpful and went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the door. I drive almost an hr to this branch based on a referral and will refer anyone and everyone here above any other dealership in NJ. Couldn't rave enough about the incredible experience we had and can't thank them enough for such world class service! Thank you to Mike V, Isaac and team! -Carrie &Travis

Mercedes-Benz of Bridgewater has absolutely no concept of customer service or ethics. My father had referred me to MB Bridgewater as he had purchased 4 different vehicles from them in the past, the most recent being in May/June 2015. Brent (salesman he last worked with) contacted me to discuss what I was looking for. I sent him a link to a vehicle they had in their inventory and told him I wanted to work out a deal with that car. Brent was pleasantly aggressive, reassuring me we would work out a deal and I wouldnt leave empty handed. I went in on September 30th after work, and he had a car pulled up and ready to go. Unfortunately, it wasnt the car I had inquired about it was actually one I hadnt seen online, but ended up liking more. We went for a test drive and I told Brent I wanted my father to join so we could finalize a deal that night. While waiting for my father and looking at the car (which happened to be parked next to the one I had originally inquired about), another salesman, Michael Vurchio, came out to ask me if I had the keys to the car. I explicitly told him I was working on a deal with Brent and that he could not take or sell that car. He completely disregarded this and proceeded to get the keys and take another customer (who had walked in after I had been there) on a test drive. Within 5 minutes of returning from the test drive he had the sales manager over at his desk to approve the deal with these other customers. I reported this incident to the General Manager, Michael Tedesco, the next day who understood why I would be frustrated, but made NO attempt to find resolution. It has been over a month now and there has been NO interest from Michael Tedesco to right the wrong. I cannot explain how unprofessional and disrespectful this all was. Michael Vurchio is a greedy sleaze-ball who only cares about HIS commission and HIS wallet. I am blown away that there are positive reviews about Michael Vurchio on Google, but I also wouldnt be surprised if he paid off customers to leave a review about him on Google. He probably bribes his clients with discounts in order to get any good reviews.Overall, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service and professionalism I experienced by everyone involved. If you want to work with an unethical, selfish coward, then by all means go take a visit to Open Road Mercedes-Benz in Bridgewater and work with Michael. I would NEVER refer anyone to this dealership. If youre looking for a Mercedes-Benz, take the ride up to Nanuet and visit the MB dealership there where they actually value their customers and treat them with respect and decency.

If you live in Basking Ridge or Bridgewater NJ, and are in the market for a new Mercedes look no further. This dealer is local, offer great service and a no-hassle process. I stopped by to check out new cars and found a great deal on a new Mercedes ML at a price I had never thought I would be able to pay for a new Mercedes. I will recommend this dealership for sales and service. Great experience!

Just picked up my 2015 Mercedes GLA250 from Open Road MB of Bridgewater and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the car the typically wonderful German engineering driving experience, but my sales experience was also superb. I did my research and called 4 dealerships. The three others deigned to give me offers that ranged from moderately to ridiculously high and were content to let me walk. I was growing weary of MB figuring that this was going to be a typical experience with MB dealers. Fortunately, I decided to call one more--Open Road. I explained exactly what my needs were, what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. In less than 10 minutes on the phone with Isaac Morgan, I had a deal I was extremely pleased with. He was genuinely interested in earning my business and his only question was "what do I need to do to earn your business?" I told him where I wanted to be and he not only hit the number without haggling, but offered me a similar vehicle with more options and less money. The dealership itself is pristine and has a very high-tech aesthetic look and feel. Every single staff person was welcoming and friendly. I was also assisted by Claudio Gutierrez, while Isaac prepared the documents. Claudio is also a great sales person who is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Because of my work schedule, I arrived a day earlier than expected and with short notice. The entire team rolled up their sleeves and accommodated me, despite having to work nearly an hour after closing time to get the car ready and complete the paperwork. This is our first MB and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Isaac, Claudio, and Open Road MB. Definitely a pleasant experience that met my expectations in every way.

I want Open Road of Bridgewater to know what a pleasure it was to work with Melvin in selecting, test driving and negotiating my new MB c400. Melvin was knowledgeable, reliable getting back to me on multiple occasions and made the experience one that I would absolutely recommend to my friends and one that I will probably experience again in a few years. The whole atmosphere that Melvin created was terrific at Open Roadintroducing me to Nick the Sales Manager and working with the Finance manager. Real class operation.

After struggling to find the car I wanted for the right price I came here because I heard wonderful things from many friends and family members - I couldn't agree more with them! The experience was phenomenal. I worked with Melvin Colombani - Highly recommended!!! He was very helpful and continues to be to this day every time I come in for a car wash or have any questions about my car. He worked with me on the car I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, and the price I was willing to settle on my trade in car. I am very pleased with my purchase and with Melvin.

As this was going to be our 3rd vehicle from Open Road MB & our 11th from the Open Road Group I knew we would be treated "right" & I wasn't disappointed. Tom Kertesz, who sold us our last 2 MB's took care of us and helped us find just the right vehicle for our daughter. Price negotiation was easy & not at all stressful. I also had the pleasure of meeting Isaac, one of the sales managers, who was friendly, courteous & extremely helpful. We picked up the car Saturday morning & the look on our daughter's face said it all. She was absolutely ecstatic with the car. The way Tom & Isaac greeted her & took care of her as she was the most important customer they ever had made her feel like a million bucks. Thanks guys. See you in the spring for my next Mercedes!

Open Road dealership, is led by a great sales manager Isaac, along with salesman Michael, they put together a very impressive package on my lease of an E350, this week. The whole staff of Open road was impressive to me, friendly and competent. From Management, to sales to their finance dept. I would recommend them very highly to family and friends. You won't be disappointed.

We went to Open Road Mercedes in Bridgewater as we were looking to lease a Mercedes C or E class. Leasing and a Mercedes were both first time new experiences for us. Wow, what a pleasant and totally 'no pressure' experience. Melvin was our sales person and right away he made us very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the products, explained everything in detail and offered us test drives. We ended up driving an E class luxury and E class sports. (We had previously driven a C class at another dealership). After the test drive, he gave us quotes for the various cars we were interested in. Long story short, they gave us what we were looking for in the trade, and monthly lease payments that we wanted. This was done with the help of Isaac, who was Melvin's Sales Manager. They make a great team. Very professional, patient, accommodating and truly no stress and no negative tactics. It was a pleasure leasing from this dealership. Would recommend them whole-heartedly to everyone. Oh! By the way, the C300 is awesome as well. Truly, the car and the dealership live up to the Mercedes reputation.

I had an excellent experience at Open Road Mercedes-Benz and my Sales Representative, Melanie, was wonderful. The service was exemplary. Melanie was very patient with me and took me on 3 test drives. She listened carefully to what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything I didn't. I love my new Mercedes-Benz c300. I also got a great deal!

It was a real pleasure working with Melanie last week on the lease of a new E350. Melanie impressed us from the start with her professionalism and detailed knowledge of the various makes and models. She worked with us to ensure we got a car that met our needs at a price we were willing to spend. We look forward to a long term relationship with Melanie and hope to work with her on a replacement for our GLK soon as well.We also had a great experience with Julia Radulic. This is the second car she worked on for us. Julie is wonderful, always well prepared and processes all paperwork quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed with the Bridgewater Open Road Mercedes Dealership. Mike the sales agent is a regular guy who is a car enthusiast and not a pushy salesman. He came accross as very honest which is rare in the car buying experience. The dealership was reasonable in negotiations and did not at any time try anything that seemed underhanded. I walked away with a beautiful E-class Mercedes and the process was seamless. I would recomment Open Road to anyone. The dealership has also been under new ownership in the last 4 years and there is a noticable difference.

We bought our car from this Dealership and I gave it 5 stars because of the overall experience/price.However, the Service Center is another story. Be prepared to make multiple trips to have any type issues to be resolved at this Service Center. I'm very surprised and disappointed in Open Road Mercedes Service Center. Never expected this sort of delay from a luxurious car dealer. I can't say much about other Mercedes Service Centers as I've not visited them. But if you can, please be cautious when visiting Open Road Mercedes Service in Bridgewater, NJ. We had an issue with the key on our brand new E350. I made at least 3 trips to have it diagnosed. They're accommodating in dropping me at work and picking me up as they are very busy. I must recognize them for this effort. However, in picking up the key, I've already made 2 trips. Today, I left my home 6:30am to be at the service center when it opens up at 7:30am. The service Associate tells me that they need at least 1 hour to program the key....really, 1 hour to program the key. I didn't realize that this is rocket science, but common sense tells me this way they bill back Mercedes $300-$400 for labor, since the car is under warranty. Ok, they dropped me at work. I get a call exactly half hour later from the Service Associate that they need the defective key in order to program the new key. I told him that in haste, early in the morning I unfortunately forgot to bring the defective key with me. I realize that I should have brought it with me....it wouldn't have been a big deal. However, he tells me that they would not be able to program the new key until they have the defective key, meaning I would have to make another trip. I was furious and told him to please his manager contact me. Fortunately, within half hour a manager "Christine" calls me and apologizes for the inconvenience. She was very pleasant and assures me that they will go ahead and program the key without having the defective key. I promised her that they will have the defective key in their hands 7:30am tomorrow morning. She was very accommodating, which is something I wished that Service Associate could have been, and we would have completed avoided this unpleasant experience for us all. Lesson learnt.

In Short, Neil Gerstein from Open Road Mercedes contacted me back on an internet inquiry on the vehicle. I explained to him that I was looking to purchase a specific model with specific types of options and he found one that was at another dealership. The dilemma was to come to an agreement on the price, considering that this was not one of their vehicles. We were far apart on what I wanted to pay and what Open Road wanted to charge. However, in 3-4 phones calls with Neil and him checking in with his manager we were able to agree on a price, and I walked in signed the papers and he delivered the car at our house. When signing the papers, I briefly mentioned to him that this is our first luxury vehicle and is a gift for my wife...who works very hard at work, treats my family with utmost respect and takes wonderful care of us all. By me/us purchasing this vehicle, I wanted to make sure that she understands her value for us all. Well, he got the point. When delivering the car, he put a big red bow on car and surprised my wife. I couldn't be happier. He followed up with us for the next few months to check on how we were doing and if we had any questions/concerns. He's an absolutely fabulous salesperson and I would definitely recommend that if you're ever there to go see him.

After a few weeks of shopping for a 2012 Mercedes Benz C300 4matic, I had a hard time making a decision in which car to buy and more importantly from who. After searching the internet and reading the customer reviews I came across Michael Vurchio's reviews and one stuck out when a customer said that Michael stated the hardest part if buying a car is finding one that suits his needs and the numbers were the easy part. I called into the dealership and asked to speak to Michael he was busy with a customer and I was switched over to Issac who is the manager there. I made a appointment to come down and meet with Michael and Issac. During my visit Michael suggested a 2013 certified C300 4 matic mainly because I drive a average of 11,500 miles a year and I will have more years of warranty coverage. The finance manager Joel was on point when he told me I would be in and out of his office in under 30 minutes and I would thank him again for that. The time he took to make sure this was the right car meant everything to me and because of that he earned my business. I highly recommend Michael Vurchio for his demeanor and his experiance.

Being a long time friend of Brendan was the main reason I insisted my parents visit this dealership for the utmost, hassle free experience in purchasing a CLS550 4Matic. Along the way my parents and I were introduced to Justin Gervasio. These two men combined proved to exhibit world class manner. Moreover, they presented themselves at the highest level of any Mercedes Benz representatives. There could not have been a better time than Saturday afternoon to see my parents drive off in their new Mercedes Benz. There was a whole different blunder dealing with Joel, the finance manager. However, to make a long story short, quoting people more than double the apr than the local banks, making the "mistake" of adding $2500 to the final agreed price of the vehicle, AND throwing the legalities of the issue by raising your voice to the customer, IS A BIG DEAL. If you are reading this, definitely consider dealing with situations like this with extreme caution, especially when you're handling someone's finances. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to wait either until "the girls upstairs" reviewed their books in the event that they made even a fraction of a $2500+ mistake in your payroll for you to take care of it in person. As I mentioned before, if it were not for the amount of respect I had for Brendan and the amount of respect I had gained for Justin, I would have definitely not taken the keys back to the vehicle after leaving them on Joel's desk for the entire order to be canceled. Would I consult Justin and Brendan in the case I wanted to buy another Mercedes? Without a doubt. Would I choose to drive 45 mins to have my vehicle serviced only to pull up in the service bay right next Joel's office? Leaving Saturday afternoon, I would have been more than happy to. After dealing with Joel this morning, not a chance.

While I have always gone to Open Road for service of my vehicles (which is always a wonderful experience), I had never purchased a vehicle from them. Im happy to say that the level of customer service that I normally receive from their service department was exceeded by Michael Vurchio in their sales department yesterday.I have never had an easier or more satisfying experience purchasing a vehicle. Mike was extremely helpful from start to finish. The process of turning in my previous lease to taking delivery of my new vehicle was the smoothest transaction I have ever had with a dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Im beyond impressed with the level of customer service that I received from Mike. Even after the sale was finished, he offered to set up any future service appointments, and answer any questions that may come up, no matter how small. Open Road has always had a loyal customer for their service department, but they gained a sales customer yesterday as well, thanks to Mike.

I went to this dealer because they actually contacted me after I had filled out an inquiry for a car online. That in itself surprised me especially since it was labor day and I would have expected not to be called until after the holiday.I drove 56 miles to see them because they told me that they had the car with the trim level I wanted. They told me that they had lots of cars onsite and could get just about any thing I wanted but my salesman Luis suggested that I look at a car he had that I thought I would like before looking at anything else.Luis never pressured me to make any decision, he let me look when I wanted to look and when I was ready was there to help me. I never felt like I was being shadowed and i appreciated this very professional approach.Luis was right, I did love the car he showed me and he got me a great price. he also stayed up until the moment I left the dealership even though I am quite sure he was scheduled to leave much earlier. I really like my car, this dealer and my salesman.Go here, ask for Luis, he is a really great guy and you will be happy you did.

I went to Open Road for ML350. Luis and Jason(manager of sales) are really friendly and professional. They showed me the functions of the car and gave me the best price comparing with other dealership. They helped me to prepare the different form and helped me to prepare the credit application(get the very low rate). They made the whole purchasing process very smoothly and quickly. When I picked up my car, it only took me about 1 hour to finish all of the paperwork and drove the car home since they did wonderful job.I would like to give the best rate to this dealership based on Luis and Jason's work. I will definitely recommend my friends to go open road for their future cars. and for myself, I would like to do my service since their professional work.

I can only speak to the purchasing experience, I let them talk me into the additional protections that they tack on at the end of the deal, and had complete remorse. That's service and ensuring the customer is happy!

I just picked up my gently used 2012 BMW 535ixdrive from Open Road MB. courtesy of Ashley Gaydosh. She was very friendly and offered me all the assistance over phone. Extremely courteous. She arranged that I meet with the Manager Issac Morgan and salesman Mark. Mark did a truly superb job from my initial contact with the dealership, through delivery of the vehicle. Mark made it his priority to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was persistent and it paid off -- he got me the right deal for this vehicle. I also met with the manager of Issac Morgan. He also went the extra mile to ensure I got the best deal. The extra effort by both Mark and Issac earned them this sale and likely a few more in future years. Mark went above and beyond during delivery of the car, showing me and going overall the features of the car and especially the electronics. Even after getting delivery of the vehicle, I am in touch with Ashley and she is very helpful.

Being a former customer of bridgewater, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism this time around. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this dealership. Including the finance dept. I had my time wasted for hours. Between Jason and Greg, one lied and the other sweared to it. They went as far as telling me to switch my insurance from my S550, to the car I was purchasing, the E350, to make sure I did it before I got to the dealership, this way I could just sign the paperwork and go, everything was ready. LIE,LIE,LIE, I arrived at the dealership after not even a courtesy phone call!! and was informed that the deal Jason wrote up does not exist and cannot be financed. They could of cared less.... I left work early and drove from NY to NJ for nothing, and also had no insurance on my 100.000.00 S550, SUPER... Jason did not even have the respect for me to be there, and Greg left because of a food allergy..... Whatever.... I spoke to some lady in the finance dept, who was just putting all the blame on them.... I dealt with bridgewater 3 years ago and it was fine. I did not see a single person there from 3 years ago, the whole staff is new.... What a circus .... Shame on Mercedes Benz for letting these so called professionals sell there luxury cars.Never again....... Ray catena here I come.

As simple as it sounds Mike Verchio was the reason why I purchased from this store. I work in the area and recently received a promotion so I wanted to upgrade my car to a luxury brand. So I tried the BMW 335 out at the Bridgewater store the service there was horrible. I then decided to just take a look at the Mercedes 300, I was just looking at the cars and was approached by Mike he started going over the cars he had in inventory and none were really what I was looking for. Mike told me that the store was a volume dealer and by next week there should be more cars that I might like. On Thursday of the following week Mike gives me a call and asked if I can stop by during lunch because a car arrived that fits what I wanted. After going back to the store he was right it was what I wanted, Mike made the buying experience a fantastic one, I remember him saying finding the car is the hardest part the numbers are the easiest part. Thanks again Mike

I was more then happy to do so, he's sales technique is nothing less then amazing. He is not a pushy type or a typical car salesman with the old tricks. After being a loyal customers with another Mercedes Benz store they lost my business because of Michael. He helps me with making service appointments and is always there when I call he's cell. After reading the other reviews about him I can tell he's a valuable asset to Open Road Auto Group and more importantly Mercedes Benz. My husband and I went to the dealer on Saturday to return a lease but upon arrival were advised that cars can only be returned Monday - Friday because the employee that handles it only works those days. Needless to say we were very disgusted after driving 30 minutes to get there. It's unbelievable that all salesmen don't perform this simple function let alone that they will sell you a car on a Saturday but won't let you return it on a Saturday. We left Open Road and drove to another Mercedes dealership who kindly re-inventoried the car for us - no questions asked. We also ended up purchasing a new Mercedes from them since their customer service was so amazing. Too bad for Open Road. They lost out on a valuable sale from a returning customer who had purchased several vehicles from them in the past. So thanks for nothing Open Road. Well actually thanks for inadvertently sending us to a new dealership for a more pleasurable experience.

I have only extremely favorable comments to make regarding my experiences with Open Road MB of Bridgewater. We purchased a CPO GL 450 from Open Road in February 2013, were delighted with the sales team then and continue to be consistently delighted by the service department since. We have,on 2 occasions, had several minor service (the car was in "like new" condition when we purchased it) needs since purchasing our vehicle and found the following to be the case on both occasions:1) We were able to schedule our service appointments at the date and time which worked best for us without any difficulty whatsoever.2) On both occasions, we were given a brand new model loaner car in pristine condition. Further, the features of the loaner were thoroughly explained to us before our departure, making the adjustment from our 2010 model smooth and comfortable.3) We were updated regularly throughout the service process and our car was ready for us either before or at the day/time promised.4) At all times we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by each Open Road representative with whom we worked. In particular, Brad Onuska and Peter Lomando with the Service Dept. make us feel like we are their only clients and that our business truly matters to them. They repeatedly extend to us a level of courtesy and dedication that is truly commendable.I would highly recommend Open Road MB of Bridgewater to anyone in need of MB sales or service. The facility is tremendously clean and comfortable and the work we have had done has been of the highest quality. That said, it is the caliber of the staff of the service department that keeps us returning for our service needs and the caliber of the sales team that will bring us back to Open Road when it is time for us to purchase our next MB.

The service department is excellent, but, they don't have a body shop. You can always get a loaner, and the waiting room and show room are nice. Great cars, great people, great service department.I have purchased two GL450's from this dealership, as well as many others previous, and the experience was amazing. I contacted various Mercedes dealers and test drove the ML350 at multiple locations. After many phone calls and emails, I decided to stop at Bridgewater to meet with Paul Curatolo who had been extremely professional, prompt and courteous throughout the entire negotiation process. I was introduced to the GM, Michael Newnam, who right away gave me a good feel for customer care. Michael Vurchio took me on a test drive and I was impressed with his knowledge of the ML350 safety features, advance innovations and vehicle specs. He is very articulate, respectful and customer oriented .... actually I have to say that he "sold" me the ML350 with his great attitude. After some negotiation, Paul and Issac were able to shake hands on a deal. While waiting for the paper work to be drafted, the GM Michael Newnam took me on a tour of the dealership, service area and customer waiting lounge. This dealership was very receptive and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Neil Gerstein who displayed outstanding professionalism and courtesy. He did not "press" for a sale and graciously answered all questions no matter how trivial. He walked me through all aspects of my new E350. Subsequent to the sale, he answered all my phone calls promptly and courtiously. I drove my new vehicle back to MB Open Road for Neil to show me how to record CDs onto the on-board hard drive. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the service when I brought my car in for its first car-wash. I visited the Bridgewater Showroom on December 27, 2011 with my daughter and son-in-law in order to test drive a GLK 350 SUV. My intention was to also test drive Audi and Acura compact SUVS , elsewhere, for comparisons. We were approached by Michael, a salesman who presented as calm, low keyed and open in sharing information. He accompanied us on 2 test drives; one completed by me and one completed by my son-in-law. We all agreed that we were impressed with the car and began negotiations for price and possible options for both new and previously owned vehicles. At no time did we feel pressured to make a rapid decision and Michael encouraged us to take all the time we "needed", He was very helpful in answering our many questions, describing the possible "add ons", again, without pressure. I decided to purchase the car based upon a very fair price negotiated with Michael and his manager who was also very patient, polite and willing to "work" with us. Both came back and forth to us with price adjustments for the car as well as for my trade in vehicle during a period of several hours. When the car with options we wanted was not available at the location, Michael went online to locate one. He was able to do so and indicated that it would be available to me on December 29th or 30th. I telephoned Michael on Thursday and again on Friday when he advised me that the car had arrived. We agreed that I would come by on the 31st to complete the sale. When I arrived on the 31st I was told by the Manager that Michael had taken ill and had left for home. In very short order I was introduced to Mark who escorted me to meet with Julia, the Finance Manager. We completed the sales transaction in a very well organized, professional and cordial meeting. Mark accompanied me to the car for my inspection, reviewing the features and operating systems. He was charming and patient in doing so and even suggested that I visit the service department with him. He also emphasized that I would be entitled to complimentary car washes. I was shown the facility and introduced to Ted Gaspari, Master Certified Service Advisor who was cordial and welcoming.I am very happy with my decision, unexpectedly made because of the level of attention received from Michael, Manager (John?) Mark and staff. I look forward to experiencing that same quality at Open Road Mercedes service and sincerely hope that Michael is well. .

As with the previous reviewer I just did a cash purchase for a 2008 CLK. If I could give a negative star rating for this dealership I would. Bottom line is they clearly could have cared less whether I purchased the car with them or not. I always thought Mercedes dealers treated you like royalty and ensured you were happy with your purchase before leaving. I have heard stories of customers receiving bouquets of flowers thanking them for their purchase, courtesy phone calls to gauge satisfaction and other customer service gestures. Before I left, my salesman Michael didn't so much as give me his business card or offer his assistance for future questions, etc. In fact, he was the most ambivalent and non-attentive car salesperson I have ever come across. The manager John was nice but also completely could not give a rat's tail about my satisfaction as a customer. Even when minimally negotiating price, he did not return to talk to me after his final offer and left the impression that the could care less whether I purchased with them or not. To make matters worse, before I left I asked my salesman Michael if the manual was in the car and he assured me yes. After I started having some issues on the road after leaving and reached for the manual I saw that instead in the glove box was a BROCHURE! To make matters worse, my salesman claimed the car was getting all cleaned up for me before I left and I noticed the next day that it was rather dusty inside. In essence, I drove 200 miles to be treated like a nobody and regret my dealer choice. Before buying this CLK I test drove a Volvo right down the street and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. My salesman there was personable, attentive to my needs and preferences in a car and the most friendly and helpful person you'd ever want to deal with. Also, they let me test drive the care ALONE and told me to take as long as I wanted unlike Open Road. I have a terrible feeling right now about my mercedes purchase and it's 99.5% due to my experience at Open Road. Customer Service is a complete ANOMALY there. If you are set on purchasing a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and find a great Mercedes dealership and avoid this one.

The sales person, Isaac Morgan, was extremely responsive, answered all my questions, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and returned calls in a timely fashion. He made the purchase simple and delivered the best deal out of four dealerships without any bait and switch tactics. His continued committment to customer service has lasted far beyond the sale which was in June 2011. His associate, Gary Wilson, walked me through the mechanics of the car, and was also very customer service focused by extending his assistance whenever needed. Having been in sales myself, I would say they both understand that this type of sale needs to be efficient, factual, and geared towards the buyer's needs. Bravo!

Had an issue with a pre owned Mercedes C280 just prior to the expiration of the warranty. Was greeted as if I had a new vehicle and treated like a long time customer. The service group was fantastic and I sent an email to Gaylord Buck, the general manager of the dealership and expressed my appreciation of their service, personal attention and quality of work. I will recommend them to anyone who needs service for their Mercedes and will be back when my service is due even though they are further away than another dealership.Sincerely,Ernest McCoyam52790ataol.com732 589 00487

Was very dissapointed in the deal that I received. I was recently made aware of the saem type of least trade in (that had twice as many miles as I had) and the new car was at the same price point. Down Paymnet was the same, but the other indiviudal received 15K per year as opposed to my 12K per year AND I am paying approximatley $150 more per month. Does this make sense. Therefore, I feel as I would probably go to another Mercedez dealership for my next lease. Mark Diamond was exclellent and very professional (as well as John the manager) but I know that he does not make the final price point decisions. Again, I feel like I paid to much for this lease after appropriate evaluationa and would not go back to this dealership. I do feel as I was taken advnatage regardling the deal that was made.Pat McCutcheon(516) 946-7938

I was leasing Infinity from Ray Catena and thought for sure I would be leasing again from them. I stopped by Open Road and after meeting with the sales team; I was more than pleased with my overall experience and decided to lease a ML350. My wife also felt the same way and when her lease is up at the end of next year, we will be leasing a car from Open Road.

I had gotten a price for the car I wanted with the options I wanted from another dealership in Doylestown, Pa. I wanted to business locally and asked Open Road to match the price. Initially Open Road did not meet the price but the called back and said they would match the price. Since the car I wanted was not available anywhere, I had to special order the car which was handled by Mark and his supervisor John. Both John & Mark were friendly and informative which helped me order the car I wanted.

Everyone knows how unpleasant the car buying experience normally is and can be, you go to a dealership and you are attacked when you get out of your car (even at some Benz dealerships), not this one, I was greeted by the regular front receptionist and was introduced to a very professional sales person named Mark Diamond. Mark was very eager to satisfy my needs as well as to earn my business by doing what was right for the "deal" (not his pocketbook). I would have to say that I was given a very fair $ for my trade as well.Any and all decisions that had to be made by the GM Gaylord were quick and fair (again to make the deal happen). These folks at the dealership, not just your sales guy but other sales people like this gentleman named Karl were eager to assist in any questions on your new vehicle, seems as though there is quite the team work attitude when ity comes to pleasing the client which of course adds to the pleasant experience. Finally, went on Saturday to have the courtesy car wash and was greeted by the svc dept rep with a great smile, great attitude as though I was doing him a favor. I forget his name but he directed me to the waiting room and offered me a fresh bagel, fresh muffin (which I enjoyed lol)and a cup of "Joe" as well.Nothing but thumbs up to this Mercedes dealer! WELL DONE

The service manager TedHis superior Joe D'giorno8:00 a.m. service appointment took 2.5 hours (customer was waiting)10,000 mile service was supposed to be 1.5 hours, was 2.5 instead with no apologies. When I called to to give feedback, both Ted and Joe were very defensive and not very apologetic, instead telling me we requested additional repairs (we told them about some funny things that were happening with the car and the tech told us he couldn't diagnose anything because they couldn't re-create the problems - so no repairs were made). Joe also claimed the car wash takes time. Keep in mind it is a rainy day (no car wash was necessary). My point is that when quoted 1.5 hours, time to wash the car should be calculated into that. He disagreed. Bottom line, not impressed by the service at Open Road of Bridgewater. The people we met were not friendly. They were not helpful. They did not apologize for the poor service. We will be going to Ray Catena down the road for much better service.

This dealer promised me things and they never made good on them. They promised to fix the paint chips, dents and get floor mats for my car. They promised me the car would be ready for pick up and it was not. The dealer ignored my calls and were rude when I went back for promised repairs. Mercedes Benz customer service said it was the dealerships responsibility and they could not help.
