Brought my car in right after I bought it... They said the problem I was having was normal. 2 years later I got a recal... It described my problem perfectly... Then I took it in.. got it fixed... Or so I thought... Nope.... Problem is back and worse.... And the other issue I described was said to be normal.... Never ever will buy or recommend this place... Also you leave a message for the service department and never get a call back... Wow... What a way to do business and treat your customers... I have a warranty... You have to fix my car whether or not u want to... U don't get to pick if u feel like fixing...

We started out this morning with the intent of "just looking" for a new car. We planned on visiting numerous dealers by starting a bit out of the way at Oracle Ford. We've purchased there before albeit many years ago (purchased a 2003 Grand Marquis). We were greeted by Crissa & Roseann. Both were very helpful and, with absolutely no pressure, we bought a new 2016 Ford Escape. Roseann was patient and answered all our questions. She worked hard to get a plan that provided the car we wanted at the price we wanted and with the payments we wanted. There is no doubt that I will visit this somewhat out of the way dealership when I purchase my next car. It is worth the trip!

THE TRUCK WAS NOT VERY CLEAN WHEN I RECEIVED IT. LOTS OF DUST IN NOOKS AND CRANNIES, WINDOWS WITH A FILM ON THE INSIDE (OUTGASSING FROM INTERIOR TRIM), AND STREAKS ON THE PAINTED SURFACES OUTSIDE. It was very pleasant in spite of it being a difficult issue. There was no pressure and negotiations were fair.Since an existing vehicle in town was not available I got a discount on the one that was in the lot but it was a standard lower than I wanted, since it had no cruise control. That is being put into the car next week here nearby.My only negative comment is that when I drove off the tires were not checked and were much too low.

The maintenance crews are clearly well trained and I have had excellent service since I bought the Ford Van. I have only had one minor issue that I needed to return for and it was quickly resolved. The office staff are attentive and provide updates on the longer jobs. The waiting room is the quietest I have been in. There are two specialty chairs for guests and plenty of standard chairs.The provide free coffee and there is a vending machine for those that wish to purchase items. This waiting room is best one for quiet waiting so I can read without many distractions

Bought a 4-wheel-drive Ford with 60k miles which started stalling in idle, six months after my purchase. The codes gave nothing except something electrical and it only happened about once in about 50 stops. It was difficult for them to reproduce, but they never gave up, even having their employee drive the car too and from work so they could make the error occur. They finally narrowed it down to a frayed wire in a huge hub of wires and had replace some entire housing. I have been driving 10 days, now, and not one failure. Total cost to me: 0. I am a middle-aged blonde woman and I walked in reporting a problem they couldn't reproduce and they worked on it until they found it and fixed it. Let me tell you, I would never buy from any other dealership.

If I make an appointment for a time in the morning for an oil change, I don't expect the first words out of the service manager's mouth to be "we are inundated with cars and it will be nearly 2 hours to complete your service". Appointments are intended to allow the service manager to complete scheduled service in an efficient and timely manner. My time is valuable too. That's why I made the appt.On the other hand, the service tech that did the work on my vehicle was very friendly and took the time to show me the undercarriage of the car and point out the areas that he checks as part of the service. Kudos to the service tech.

We went to see what was on the lot. Had two goals in mind. One was a truck that would pull our trailer or a four door car that would be comfortable and we could carry extra people comfortably. Unfortunately, a truck was not within our reach but there was this gorgeous Lincoln Town Car, Signature Series Limited. We drove it and fell in love. That was it we were hooked. Never thought we could own such a beautiful and classy automobile. Our sales lady, Carissa, was wonderful to work with and with the help of the sales manager, got us into the Lincoln with a great interest rate with payments we could handle. Our sales person was Rose Ann Weaver. While we where waiting for all the paperwork to finalize, Rose Ann made us feel like family. Everyone who was involved with our buying experience where truly helpful and professional. We purchased 2014 F-150 XLT Crew Cab with many of the options I was looking for. We drove up from just outside of Tucson, so we knew what we wanted. I had contacted Rose Ann prior to us making the drive up. Rose Ann assured us we would be happy with our purchase. This is the way car buying should be. There was no sales pressure at all. Prior to my drive up to Oracle Ford. I had looked at two similar trucks. Truck A and Truck B. But when we arrived and looked at Truck A, we all knew there was not going to be a truck B. To walked into a dealership with two options and you drive out with the first option, you knew there no needed a second option. Everyone at Oracle Ford did their best to ensure we drove out with the vehicle we wanted. Financing was easy and fairly quick. Good terms. I really think I got a better rate than if I would have tried to finance through my credit union. Payments were at the level that we were happy with. That too was on our list when we decided to drive to Oracle Ford to buy this truck.Thanks to everyone at Oracle Ford for making our buying experience pleasant.Bill and Anna

The Service Department front desk people (sorry, names are tough for me to recall) both kept me informed as to the status of the service to my C-Max that included a instrument panel recall that took extra time. second car I've purchased from them. I'm a busy person who doesn't like excessive time wasted at dealerships. Just like last time, email via their website and have your financing in order and I was out in 45 min including the test drive! Crazy enough RoseAnn gave me a bottle of water when I got there and I had water left when I was done. Not a great measure of time but I can't say enough good things about them! Quick 30 min drive from Tucson! I'm an 18 year sales veteran and know when a sales process is good. No pressure, easy deal wish all dealership were like this!

I looked in Tucson at different types of trucks.stopped by a major ford dealership in Tucson and they did not have a single truck to look at. My son in law Steve Caffall recommended Oracle Ford and I told them what I wanted and they found 1 in Phoenix.shipped it down and I bought it.The service is top notch and well done, with no after service returns ever. JR and Jeff are very knowledgeable of the extended warrantee I carried and it has saved me money in replacement parts and the service of the vehicle. I love my 2009.6.4liter,F250 Super Duty and it has plenty of power to pull my 35.5 ft.toy hauler 5th wheel up and down mountains.I have had offers to buy it from several people and companies...I'm not selling, it only has 75,000 miles on it.Oracle really was the right place to buy, no city sales tax either.

I was in the market for a competitively priced 4wd truck with ample cabin room. After shopping around for several weeks and conducting research online I went to Oracle Ford to take a closer look at the Ford truck lineup. Everyone there has a laid back approach and is anything but pushy; they are sincerely there to help. I told the salesperson exactly what I was looking for and that I was in no hurry to make a decision, call me when you have something that fits my criteria. They finally got a truck that fit all of my criteria but one, the price. The management worked with me and actually procured a better financing rate than what I was able to find on my own. They were able to make the price fit my budget and had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived to sign the paperwork. I visited several dealerships in the Tucson area and Oracle Ford was hands down the easiest and most pleasant location to shop. Ive always been a Toyota advocate, but provided this truck impresses me mechanically as much as I hope it does, Ill be back to Oracle for my wifes next vehicle. Absolutely great overall experience.

My Ford Thunderbird overheated one evening, the next day I added a gallon of water to the reservoir and drove 24 miles to the dealership. When I arrived the cooling system boiled over again, I left the car at the dealership. The problem was identified as a bad upper radiator hose (seam leak), they recommended replacing the hose, thermostat, and thermostat housing ($600) which also included flushing the power steering system (condensation), oil/filter service. When the hose and thermostat housing were removed they discovered a foreign substance in the cooling system. They recommended and I authorized removing various other top side hoses. Later, I received a call informing me the foreign substance was also found in the heater hoses and encouraged me to come into the shop to see first hand what they had discovered. The next day I met with the Service Advisor (SA) and indeed saw a caramel colored substance in the heater hoses. The substance had a consistency ranging from liquid to peanut butter. No one in the service department had ever seen this foreign substance before. When I asked if there was a Lab. we could contact to have the substance analyzed they did not know of one, nor had they contacted Ford to seek their assistance in identifying the substance. The SA recommended removing the lower hoses for further investigation, which I authorized. The next day the SA called, they did not find the substance in the lower hoses. The SA recommended replacing the heater core, heater control assy. etc. for an additional $4500. I explained, not knowing what the substance was or how it got into the cooling system I could not justify the additional expenditure. I further explained, my insurance company would not consider vandalism until I first identified the substance as foreign and also a reasonable explanation on how it had gotten into the cooling system. Therefore, I asked them to put it back together, flush and service the cooling system as best they could and I would have a tow truck pick the car up. The SA subsequently informed me the car was ready and I could drive it home. I contacted a Tucson Ford dealer who directed me to a Catapillar repair facility in Tucson which had a analytical Lab. The substance was identified as "water and glycol" (antifreeze). They surmised that it was might be a "stop leak product" and was soluble in warm water. The cooling system has functioned normally in daily driving since I left the dealership. I wonder if Ford's unique antifreeze could solidify when subjected to very high temperatures which happened at least twice in my thunderbird. I have contacted Ford regarding this issue.I am very disappointed that your service dept. did not offer any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been purchasing vehicles for over 45 years and this was the best experience yet. I bypassed a much larger "branded" dealer and drove 65 miles (one way) to meet with the folks at Oracle Ford and view their F-150s. Frank greeted me in a warm and friendly manner and proceeded to show me the vehicles I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about both of them as to features, history, etc. and so we took off on test drives. It wasn't long before I'd made my choice so back to the office for what I expected to be the normal, but long, process of trade-in and purchase. Imagine my surprise to have a couple of forms to fill out, a short waiting period for the appraisal of my vehicle, another short period on financing, and then signing the documents - BOOM, I was done. In fact, it probably to me longer to drive to Oracle and transfer my belongings from my older F-150 into the new one, than it did for the purchase process. And the best part, I never felt like I was dealing with sales force. It was more like talking with friends. There is no question on whether or not I would buy a Ford Truck since I have owned a 1951 (should have kept that one), a 1963 uni-body (really should have kept that one), a 1983,a 1993, a 2004, and now a 2011. The question would be "which dealer ?", but not any more. Oracle Ford and their staff is exactly what is right with a dealership. Go see them, it will be worth your time.

I bought my 2012 Ford Focus at Oracle Ford in March, 2012. Nadia and Kurt were great. I have no complaints about the Sales process. However, after Sales service and customer service are the worst I've experienced in over 30+ years, various model vehicles and four states. Just awful. The Focus has well known issues with the transmission, which is why I have brought it back in several times. They have not been able to correct the issue and according to my paperwork, couldn't find anything wrong at least twice. The car will not shift into gear when taking off at a red light, rolls backwards on a hill and hesitates and shudders on good days. On one visit, in Sept. 2013, I brought the car in again for the same issue, it would not shift into gear and I had to pull off the road. I also asked them to check and see why my air bag light would not go off. I suspected, and told them so, that a pack rat had chewed a wire. They confirmed my suspicion and charged me for the diagnosis as well as having me sign off that I knew about it, for liability reasons. I could not leave my card long enough to have it fixed at the time or have the cash to fix it. On my next visit, for the same transmission issue, the car was out of warranty but on the extended warranty. They also found that I had a wheel bearing going out and I authorized them to fix that and was told I'd have a $100 deductible to pay. JR and Jeff both called me and told me I had an air bag light on and I reminded them that they had already checked that for me last time. I asked them to please check in their computer system. Jeff called again to let me know it wouldn't be ready when they thought it would because they ordered the wrong part for the wheel. He again verified that it would cost me $100 when I came to pick it up. When I got there, they had charged me double that plus some. I asked why and JR informed me it was for the "rat damage diagnosis". I reminded him again that he'd diagnosed that before and that I did not ask or authorize them to do so again. Why would I? He tells me that he can't fix it that his manager would call me on Monday. He did not. I did not hear from anyone for over a week. When I did, they tried to tell me the additional fee was for the "diagnosis" because it was not covered by my warranty. I again told them to please check their system, that they had already diagnosed this and was not asked to do so again. They apparently do not check their system but being in the Technology field for 30 years, I know that their system is supposed to have everything that was on my receipt in it, by both customer number and VIN. They have refunded my money but, claim that it is an act of Good Will as "it was not covered by my warranty." Really? Did anyone listen, did anyone check their system? And the only apology Jeff could muster was a very condescending "I'm sorry if you feel you were mistreated." Not for the lemon vehicle, for their extremely poor customer service or for charging me again for the same diagnosis but for "if I felt mistreated." Never again. I pity the person who buys my now traded in Ford. Every manufacturer has issues but how they are handled is how they retain or run off customers.

Because my Sales person was so nice and the whole process with the Finance Manager so easy, I will not give them the lowest grade but I will say, if you buy the vehicle there, don't take to Oracle Ford for service. In May 2012 the Recall Information came out and I took it in and it was supposed to be fixed. It was not. It got so bad I was unable to drive it in September 2013 and it went back to Oracle Ford. They found nothing wrong with the transmission. It would not shift into gear, it stuttered and hesitated frequently. They did find that my air bag wire was damaged by a pack rat and charged me for the diagnoses. I had to sign off on taking my car and acknowledge the issue. The problems were intermittent. I called Oracle and another Ford dealership on several other occasions to ask but was always told "it is adaptive to the driver." On June 30th, 2014 it again would not shift at all and because I could not get it into the closer dealership, I took it back to Oracle Ford. This time, they found that it was a "transmission module" and replaced it. They also found that my 2012 Ford already had a wheel bearing going out. I was over 36k but had extended warranty so I had to pay the deductible. The Sales manager told me twice it would be only the deductible. He said that "even if I could waive the deductible for the transmission, I can't for the wheel bearing." Why should they even think of charging for an issue that had begun the first month I owned the car? I was also informed by the Sales manager and another that I had a problem with my air bag and it was rat damage. I reminded them that they had found that out last time and asked them to look in their system. I had the paperwork. Then they charged me double and told me it was to "diagnose" the rat damage to my air bag wire. I told them again it had been diagnosed before and to check their computer system. I had already paid them for this. I had to pay to get my car and was told that I would have to speak to the Service Manager who would call me on Monday. I saw the Finance Mgr. and he offered to help but also said he'd have the Service Manager call me Monday. After a week, no calls until they saw a review I'd written. He called then, and was rude, unapologetic and actually tried to tell me that there "was not recall on that vehicle", while I was holding the paperwork mailed to me by Ford. He'd asked me what I was upset about but when I began talking, he just talked over me and then had the nerve to tall me to stop talking and if I wouldn't, he was "done with me". He was on speaker and others heard the whole exchange. Absolutely no customer service at all. Later, he called and left a voice mail. He apologized but not for being such a jerk, or for the over charge, the fact that my car was STILL not shifting correctly but said only "if you think you were mistreated." He says he will refund what they over charged me but I will never go to Oracle Ford again. I will never own another Ford and am working on getting rid of the one I have even though I will no doubt take a loss. It is one thing for a company to have a defect. Once the manufacturer admits it, then it is up to the dealership service to take care of it AND the customer so that they continue to be Ford customers. This guy hasn't a clue about customer service and apparently, they are not well trained on their own vehicles. The 2012 Ford transmission issue is all over the internet. Ford sent out information on it and it is also all over the Lemon sites. It would bet their own systems have the information.

We bought a pre-owned truck and of the two issues we found, one was corrected on the spot and the other will be corrected when the parts arrive. We needed to look no further than Oracle Ford to get the deal we wanted. Tami was very courteous and helpful. She obtained the info needed for my wife and I to choose between a vast selection of Fusion's, Focus's and Fiesta's. We wound up with a really nice little 2014 Fiesta Titanium. She has come to our house to deliver/pick up paperwork and has volunteered to come and set up the SYNC - Ford inTouch for our cell phone in the near future. Kurt made the paperwork easy for us. He also explained the Ford maintenance and warranty programs very well and we were convinced that they were both worth the cost. We purchased them - something that over the years, we've seldom bought for any product. In our opinion it was a 5 star event.I foresee that we will be utilizing Ford Oracle's services for some time to come.Oh yes, we recommend Oracle Ford.

i owned a 08 ford escape but it was involved in an accident & totalled. i looked and looked around to find another escape that had the the same or similar features as my previous vehicle & also wanted the same color..black. i looked allover the internet and came across a 2011 black limited escape. it had everything my previous vehicle had including the moon roof PLUS it had the navigation system, rear view camera, it parks itself and has SYNC system by microsoft and also has a moon roof, this vehicle had all the bells and whistles. the only thing is, it was 2 hours away and there was no car fax report attached to the listing. i emailed their internet department to see if they would be willing to provide a car fax report because i lived 2 hours away and did not want to drive down there and find out the car had previous problems. so right away, i received an email back from Nadiya w/a copy of the carfax report and a credit application to see what i would prequalify for. everything was clean on the report, it showed a one owner and routine maintanance of the vehicle so i filled out the application about 2pm on a saturday afternoon and sent it. the dealership closes at 5pm, closed on sundays & i was planning on driving down on monday. i sent her an email and asked if there was anyway they could have some type of decision before the end of the day. i heard back that evening at 5pm & was told i was approved w/one of the major banks. they gave me the rate, what my monthly payments would be & how much i would need to put down. i drove down monday morning, they had the car parked in the front waiting and it was GORGEOUS!!! EXTRA SUPER CLEAN!! went inside talked w/nadiya, gave her my paperwork, went for a test drive & knew i was taking this car home with me that day. went back in the dealership, went and spoke w/the financing manager & he told me right away he called the bank to see if they had any coupons he could use since it was the end of the month and they gave him several coupons, which allowed him to buy down my APR by 2.25%, which saved me alot of money, he also discounted the 3 year warranty & that saved me another $700 plus they also gave me a full tank of gas to get back to phoenix. i was with the finance manager for maybe 30 minutes, if not less so the car was mine w/in less than an hour of arriving at the dealership. this experience was the best by far and i have purchased several vehicles from dealerships throughout my life time. at the end, the owner of the dealership came and introduced herself & thanked me for purchasing the vehicle. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car and i thank Oracle Ford and Nadiya Byerly for making this purchase so easy and pleasant!!!!

We saw the vehicle we were interested in on the internet. When we went to check it out at the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly sales person who did not pressure us in the least. She seemed very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all our questions without reservation and seemed very sincere. Even inside the showroom everyone we meet was very friendly and welcoming. The entire process from the test drive to signing the paperwork was seamless. Patrice worked with us on replacing the tires on the vehicle which gave me a peace of mind. In a followup visit to have some maintenance work done, the service dept. treated us like we were very important to them and made sure we were happy with the work. I recommend Oracle Ford to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

One Friday night prepared to buy a new used truck from Oracle Ford. We brought in a trade, they said was not worth anything. The owner thought it had a "Engine Problem". It had developed a tick. We took it to our mechanic and he remedied the tick with an engine flush. The cost of repair $128.00. Hmm, no engine problem. The owner said the vehicle was worthless. Please think twice about using this place. Cost of the 2006 Ranger we were interested in was $10,988.00 . Cost of the repair of our 1998 Ford 150-$128.00. The look on managements' face at Oracle Ford-Priceless. This will be posted on numerous facebook pages. (Please feel free to repost this on everyone's page).

Dealership rotated my tires during a routine oil change. After the tire rotation the vehicle had a little vibration at highway speed. Understandable since the tires where in different locations with different weight on the tires. In a later visit to the Oracle Ford I told them about the vibration. The dealership (supposedly) balanced my tires and charged me for the balancing. I discovered all they did is put the tires back in their original location. There was brake dust on the wheels that were in the front originally, and one of the valve stems is slightly discolored from the others, so I can tell where the tires where originally and where they were rotated to. Dealt with Mark Phelps. He seemed very shifty as he would never look me in the eye when I talked to him, just stared at the paperwork on his desk.

I needed to replace the '98 Ford F-150 I'd bought in 2000, from a local dealership because it had been totaled in an accident. My wife and I both dreaded having to shop the dealerships because of past experiences but we couldn't find any private sellers with a late model/low mileage F-150. We located the perfect truck at Oracle Ford about 45 miles northeast of Tucson on the other side of the mountains but wondered why in the world we'd want to drive that far to look at a truck and maybe have to drive all the way back another time to buy it. We immediately found out the reason - they were great people to do business with! Nadia Byerly, the salesperson, was the best. Kurt Christiansen, the business manager, who helped negotiate the price and who arranged financing was most helpful. Both were genuinely friendly and good people. I've bought new and used vans and trucks from dealerships since 1973 and this was by far the absolute best experience. They even gave us a full tank of gas (26 gals). We highly recommend these folks. The truck developed a warranty issue on the way home from the dealer. Kurt put me in touch with Mark Phelps, the General Manager and they sent a driver to Tucson with a loaner, who drove my truck back for the repair. It was fixed quickly and they filled it up with gas and sent it back down with another driver. We could not be more impressed with these people. They do business the way you expect to be treated. Thank you Oracle Ford!

From the minute I stepped on the lot it was a pressure free experience. I was greeted by Sheena Scott and she made my daughter & I feel very comfortable. Her friendly, non-pressure, knowledgeable, sales skills truly sets her apart from the "typical" car salesperson. We didn't buy right away (several months later) but she stuck with us answering any & all questions we had. Not once through the entire 2 months did she ever make us feel like we "had" to buy a car. We developed a friendship throughout the car buying process & I'm blessed to still call her a friend today. We even took our son down a few weeks after our purchase & introduced him to Sheena & he to bought a truck from her. We will definitely return to Sheena Scott for any future purchases. I did have an issue when I picked up my car, it wasn't detailed very well, and Sheena immediately handled the situation and made it right.

The only problem with my experince was when they had my new truck detailed and i went to pick it up it wasnt a very good job they could have cleaned it better.

From the first time I spotted the truck online I had quick, friendly responses to my inquiries even though it was a Saturday night and the dealer was closed. My questions were answered promptly and pictures were taken and sent even before they were posted by the dealer to show the truck on their webpage. The salesperson was easy to deal with and very understanding to our point of view. She was helpful, yet not pushy or overbearing. It was easy and pleasant doing business with her. And when we finally decided to buy the truck she was extremely helpful in locking in on the best deal and making sure everything was taken care of and ready before we drove to the dealership. We live 2 hours away and didn't want to have to make a second trip becuase we had forgotten something. Everyone we dealt with at Oracle Ford was friendly and treated us like family. This was one of the best experiences I've had buying a truck from a dealer. Doing business with Sheena Scott was a great experience and I would recommend her and this dealership to everyone. If you're looking for good used vehicles and a great buying expereince, I recommend that everyone check out Oracle Ford and where they treat you right.

I had to buy a new (used) vehicle quickly (my '99 Jetta died suddenly)...Yikes! I usually keep my cars for 10 or more years so my experience with buying a car is limited and since I have only gone to dealerships I have been intimidated when making such a huge purchase. I had decided on a used Ford Fiesta (great reviews) and Oracle had the perfect one. I probably would have shopped closer to home but I'm so glad I ended up at that dealership. SHEENA was a wonderful sales person and Patrice Ross, the owner, was great. They helped me feel relaxed, taken care of, and confident in my purchase. I definitely recommend driving the extra miles to shop at Oracle Ford.

The sales experience was fine. I am disappointed at the final product. This purchase has made me realize that you cannot trust anything said that is not in writing. The pickup is a nice vehicle but the tires are of inferior quality. I thought Ford did better that that. The tires that should have come on such an expensive truck were supposed to be the Pirelli Scorpion tires. Instead I have Bridgestone tires that I truly despise. When I told my sales person that, I was told that there was nothing that could be done because they are what came on the vehicle. I know that is not true as the dealership has the option to have changed the tires, but just unwilling to get the problem fixed. To this day, my disappointment still stands and I rate the experience as unsatisfactory and the vehicle as OK but not good or higher.

From the very first time I contacted Oracle Ford, I knew I had discovered a new favorite local business! Nadia Byerly was most helpful in answering my questions, but most importantly, worked with me to help compare their prices to other dealerships in the area. No one could compare on the bottom line! Hands down the best price I could find. When it came time to take delivery, Kurt Christianson offered better than Blue Book on my trade in! Mind you, my old truck was very clean and in great shape, but they didn't have to go the extra mile--they just did. I LOVE ORACLE FORD!! I've told everyone of my friends who drive trucks they'd be stupid if they didn't let Oracle Ford price their next purchase.

I LOVE ORACLE FORD!! I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience than I received at Oracle Ford! From the start, they gave me the best price I could find in Southeastern Arizona. Then on the day I took delivery, they offered better than Kelley Blue Book on my trade in! This is the first American-made vehicle I've bought for myself in many years and it just may be the last. I am thrilled with the financing and warranty package offered, and I've told all my friends where they need to go for their next new truck.

I went to Oracle Ford for the first time in my years of purchasing cars and trucks this past summer looking for a truck. I was met by Ms. Sheena Scott who offered to help me. I told her I might be interested in a used Ford Ranger. She showed me four of them. We went for drives in two of them. We discussed the benefits of four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive. Afterdiscussion, I chose the latter.What I liked was her non-pressure approach, her sense of humor and her willingness to help me through the process. Ordered a new truck. Sales staff were very friendly and helpful with no strong arm sales tactics. Paid a fair price and finance manager helped me get additional manufacturer discounts. I've also been back for some servicing (flat tire) and the service staff was also very friendly and helpful. Completely satisfied.
