My son and I stopped in here on our way to a ball game. Very impressed! Staff was super friendly and patient! We ate the buffet, and everything was good. Fish, shrimp, hushpuppies, you name it. We even picked up some goodies in the little gift shop on our way out! We will definitely be back to eat here again!

I drove 2 hours to pick up a 80000.00 vehicle I paid cash for and when I picked up the vehicle it was not detailed cleaned and since it was after hours I did not get my warranty paper work they were suppose to send it when they mailed my title. When I messaged them about the detail they told me to get it detailed and send the receipt for a reimbursement which I did and never received it. I also did not get my warranty paper work when my title came in. I have messaged multiple times with a promise of them sending it and now it has been months. I even gave a fax number they said they would send my warranty paper work to but still have not sent it and now it is due for an oil change and I have no proof of warranty. Communication and customer service I'd rate terrible right now due to spending this much on a vehicle you would think it would be better. I am highly upset it's like since I paid cash they don't care about their customer.

My appointment was on 9/16/2021 at 8:30 am. I was told when I called for the appointment that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. I got there at 8:15 am and was told it would be awhile because there was about 6 people ahead of me. My car wasn't even started on until 10 am. I waited patiently but was upset that even with an appointment i had to wait that long. I was there for a recall but had no idea what that was for. Just had to have faith that the mechanic knew what it was for and that the right thing was done.

Lee Lybarger is a great guy to purchaes a used vehicle from over at Orr Chevrolet Texarkana. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from them and while the first was not a great deal, due mostly to my credit at the time, they did work with us and get us into what we wanted. The second vehicle, they gave us a great deal on, and the sales process took about 35 minutes total. She and I will delfinately go back and purchase from them and Lee agian.

Car fax was clean, but I had a problem with car and found out it was wrecked. Dealership refused to fix car at first & finally repaired it after chewing them out. It was returned in worse shape than when I left it. Took them 3 weeks to screw something in. I would not buy a car from this dealership at all. My car still has $1800 to $2000 worth of damage and it is covered under factory warranty. And no one would ever call back.

Gregg Orr Management Orr Cadillac 4555 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71913 Dear Gregg Orr: My Husband and I were very excited to work with you in purchasing our Second Newer Vehicle this year. On 2014 we purchased from Orr Honda in Texas, and our experience was WONDERFUL. However this experience wasnt that great at all. On March 27, 2015, I traveled to your Hot Springs location, very excited to make the deal and drive home with our pre-owned vehicle. Our family is recovering from some past credit issues and we were not desperate in purchasing a vehicle however doing so will allow us to rebuild credit etc. My husband worked with Mr. Nick Olsen and there were a few very nice vehicles introduced to us. We were given the advice to purchase the 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The advice was to purchase this vehicle and in a few months come back and refinance or trade for another vehicle. Reason, we would have built a good credit history with GM Financial etc. We were very upfront with our current situation, and all we asked were for these two very simple requests, the best deal for our money and to have our sales tax paid. In both we were more than GUARANTEED BOTH would take place during this sale. On March 27, 2015 my family and I sat down with Mr. Nick Olsen and Randy Hamric (Finance Manager), we asked once more to each would our sales taxes be paid. My entire family heard both men say YES. Randy stated that all we had to do was go and register the auto once the title work was received. There were many mistakes made via the paperwork on this deal. We were informed that the title work was not correct and Platinum Bill Pay cancelled our account to pay GM due to the paperwork via Orr not being corrected and received by them. This entire experience has been chaos. If we could get out of this deal legally we would jump on it. The Staff we dealt with were very unreliable. We were lied too just to make a sale, which we would have still purchased if we were told that the bank wouldnt allow any additional credit to us to do so (pay the sales taxes) O, yes this is what we were told just last week via Randy when we finally were able to reach him. So that means that the day we signed the paperwork Randy knew the Bank wouldnt allow any additional credit to be extended to pay for the GAP coverage and Tire warranty, which we really neither wanted nor needed more than the sales taxes to have been paid as PROMISED. We would have asked Randy to drop the GAP and Tire and opt for sales tax. The current situation that this deal has us in is this $1600 in the hole to pay for sales tax which we had no idea we were going to have to pay out. I didnt mention how we were in a bind to pay the down payment, due to other issues with us receiving money due to us to get this done, however We called and kept Orr informed each step of the way until the money was received and we paid immediately. This should have been a sign to us that this deal wasnt meant. We've been loyal customers of ORR Auto Sales. We will just keep our business with Orr in Texas, their staff has EXCELLENT customer service and they are and were totally upfront with us on what we could or could not do during our time working with them. I always hear great things about Orr.. My father & husband & I have purchased cars in the pass form Orr so I just knew this time would not be any different. I looked on line for a car for my daughter who is a college student in Houston,Texas. Due to the big commute I wanted a mid sized SUV with a little cargo room...I called the # on the web & spoke to a gentleman that I gave the stock # to & he stated that the car was still ava. We went to Orr in the rain on a Monday eve and he stated that the car was locked up in the detail dept. well with it raining & all my husband let the guy know that that he would be back the following Tue. on his lunch break the gentleman gave us his card assured us that he would have the SUV gassed up & ready for a test drive.. my husband called the sales person 10min before his lunch break to let him know he was still coming the sales guy said okay I will have it ready..While my husband was on his way there the sales person calls & said well we are holding the car for an employee... Which was not customer friendly! I thought about it like this the employee had not purchased it & we have cash money ready to buy it...I called the same afternoon & spoke to another sales person who said it was ava still..needless to say we are very upset in the way this happened..The sales person promised to call us back & to give us other Vehicles we may want instead & we are still waiting...Thanks for nothing!! I have never had what one could call a great car buying experience in my life, until now. I've bought lots of cars in my life and after my expericence at Orr Chevrolet I will do busy there only as long as the keep up the LEGENDARY SERVICE and understanding. I told John Henry what i wanted and that i didnt want any BS and that i wanted the best price period. Usually a dealership will go back and fourth with you so I told him none of that. They understood and Steve the New Car Manager came out and showed me the numbers and explained where they came from and I'm now a new owner of a 2015 Tahoe LTZ. If you want a legendary experience while looking for a car go talk to those two guys (John Henry and Steve) and you will.

I had the worst car buying experience ever the car salesman mike didn't really help at all only thing he wanted to do is sale a car so he can get his share when I ask him can he find a car around my budget at another car lot his first response was you can't find that car around that budget anywhere he didn't even check to see if they had one or not so I just left after seeing him talking and laughing with his co workers instead helping his customer 100 percent so I left and went home look around myself and found the he told me that I can't find around my budget on there website from having that type of experience I will not do service with orr Chevy texarkana

My experience with Orr Chevrolet was incredible!!! The staff was AWESOME!! Most especially Michael Anderson, he went way above anything I have ever witnessed a salesman doing!! Went as far as to install the bed liner and my tool box in my truck his self!! Orr and the staff in financing helped me when I thought no one would! They are helping me re-establish my credit without all the looking down the nose at me!!! There is no place else I'll be going when I need a new vehicle. Michael Anderson is the guy to see there with out a doubt! I have several of his cards and I WILL be passing them out every chance I get!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a client for life here!!

I went to the Pre owned superstore to purchase a used vehicle. I was very pleased at the selection of different vehicles they had. I was also very surprised about how nice and friendly the employees were. I was given the upmost respect. I was also very glad that i didnt get the run around. I test drove a few cars and fell in love with a pt cruiser. This car plenty of room for me and my children, When i talked to the salesman and the finance they were easy to deal with and got me a perfect rate that suited me. I was able to put a reasonable down payment down and have a very good monthly payment a month. I would definatly refer friends, family, or anyone for that matter to come deal with ORR Chevrolet

I brought my 2012 camaro to Orr Chevrolet for an oil change, when I arrived the guy told me there was a wait of about an hour, I agreed to it( one hour). After about an hour and a half I asked the guy what was taking so long and he said that they didn't have an oil filter for that car, so we waited. At the TWO AND A HALF HOUR MARK they told me the car was done. While I was trying to pay out I asked the guy who was taking my money what took so long he got rude and stated" we are the cheapest in town that should pay for your wait" very unprofessional. I will never be spending any more of my money at that or any other Orr location.RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..

We have been searching for a truck for a while. When we found this one we thought it was it. My husband brought it home on a test drive to keep it over night. We live 2 1/2 hours away. When we had it we noticed that it was not cleaned up, the vents had caked up dust. We found out that the locks did not work, there was not a spare tire, and the interior light did not work properly. Wouldn't you think this would have been checked out before they put it out to sell. Well he took it back and told them that he wanted it if they fixed everything that was wrong with it. A week later he went back to get it. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!! He had to stay there for a couple of hours negotiate prices, argue with them b/c NOTHING WAS DONE!! They told him he could just back out of it, leave it. He would of had there been someone there to take him home. Our little girl was recovering in the hospital at the time and I was not leaving. She was doing a lot better, so he went to get it. They did at least give him a loaner truck to take back. They finally fixed most of the things after a week and two hour late.They had bought the car at an auction and it must have been covered with mud b/c they took the carpet out and replaced it with vinyl flooring. We noticed that they did not bolt a lot of things back down. The passenger seat and the back seat were loose. Just noticed today that the backseat seat belts were not bolted down. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS HAPPEN!!! I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS!!

My 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer broke down outside of Texarkana, AR and we had it towed to Orr Chevrolet in Texarkna TX for repair. The service writer was very friendly and helpful so I was pleased that the car would be in good hands. The car was diagnosed as having a defective fuel pump and so we let them repair it. After paying a bill of more than $1200 dollars and thinking that the car had been repaired I took possession of the car and found out that the fuel level gauge was indicating no fuel, when we took it in the fuel level gauge was known to be defective but as part of the repair they were supposed to fix it. The car had more than a half tank of gas when the dealer took the car for repairs. When I got the car back the fuel level gauge indicated no gas, This would have been ok because i knew that they had to remove the gas tank to replace the fuel pump but instead of putting gas back in the tank after repairing the fuel pump and level sending unit they just left the tank with only enough gas to get it started again. It seems they could have at least put enough gas back in it to check and see if the fuel level sending unit was working. The service writer and the mechanic that did the repairs checked the car after I had paid the bill and was getting ready to drive off. Instead of telling me that I would need to buy gas because the tank was empty, I got an answer of "your instrument cluster is defective" . We left the dealer thinking that the gas gauge was defective but that we had some gas in the car. After returning a rental that we had to rent while our car was being repaired, we started on our trip back home which was approx. 200 miles away. I decided to stop and fill the tank up just make sure we had gas, The car has a 26 gallon tank and it took 25.8 gallons to fill it up, in other words we were just about to run out of gas and be stuck on the side of the road again. The gas level gauge worked just fine after filling the tank which I was glad to see. The thing is, this dealer should never have let us drive off their lot with us thinking the level gauge was defective. The very least they could have done was put gas in the tank just to check and see if their repair was working, they could have added the cost of the gas to the bill but they let us go without even attempting to remedy the situation.

He was very informative, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He made sure we were comfortable with all decisions made, and promised he would be here for us even after the sale. This dealer flat out lied about the buy back guarantee on the extended warranty they sold me if i didn't use it by the end of the warranty. Basically screwed me out of 1500.00 dollars. I will never buy from this dealer again nor do I recommend this dealer to anyone.

The dealer called me after inquiry on the internet. Purchased the used car. They have not stood behind the car. Did not explain the condition of the car. Will not warrenty the car. Salesman said it could have broken onmy trip home some 175 miles and they would not have fixed the problem. This happened and vehicle had to be towed. Orr did not stand behing the behicle and fix the problem. Poor customer service. I would not buy another car from them.
