i took my Honda odyssey to orr in hot springs with an emission system problem, advised that I caused the problem by "overfilling the gas tank" I know better but accepted the quote of a little over 700.00 to fix the evap canister and pump....my son picked the van up and paid approximately more than 100.00 more than quotation......I live 80 miles from dealer and when my son got home the check engine light was on......I emailed them about this with no response.....after contacting service manager I was told to bring the van back at my expense which involved a 320 mile total roundtrip to bring van with an additional vehicle to bring me back home....I took to my local mechanic and we put on rack and the large hose to the evap canister was left off...we put it back on and called the service rep and was told to let the local mechanic reset the check engine light....I eventually got the car fixed with additional expense and no help from orr....the bottom line is do not accept a verbal quote and also ask for a written warranty for their work (they do not warranty their work, labor or parts...this written non warranty is on their invoice....I found later that this was not their first "rodeo" beware!

By far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The quality of the work and the helpfulness of service department by far the best I have had. A special thanks to Chris the service adviser for being more than helpful. Rating them from one to ten I give them a eleven

The title of this post says it all. If they had an evaluation process like other dealerships I'd respond to them. Oh well.

Walked in the honda dealer in hot springs arkansas, had allan helping me find a car, I drive about 100+ miles a day for work, and alan was understanding and also able to listen to my needs, after test driving half the lot, (since I couldn't find a car I wanted) . we finally came across a 2012 honda civic si, and as soon as I drove it, I knew that was the car for me, everybody in the shop is extremely helpful and friendly, they take care of their customers, better than any other dealer i have dealt with. Thank you Orr Honda for such a great experience!

Went to the pre owned lot and was approved by the bank to get a car from Orr, after waiting all day the salesman tells me that there is a fee they have to work it on the car before they can sell it to me, so I wait 2 mute hours for them to turn me down after the bank approved....horrible customer service, nut really worth the amount they ask for and I'm pretty sure my chevy is better then what they was going to sell me anyway...Went to chevy and had no problems.....I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to wait all day to get turned down...after the bank approves you with flying colors, just because they don't want to pay their fees

I took in my 2006 Accord for a fluid leak. The service dept checked it and found a power steering leak. There was a recall I didnt know about and they replaced the power steering hose for free. When I got the car back they even washed it. The service guys were so nice and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable.

My husband and I own a 2003 Honda civic hybrid which requires us to take it to the dealership to have it serviced. One more than one occasion they have failed to put our lug nuts on. Then we had the IMA battery go out. They informed us that it would be OK to drive it, we would just b missing out in the gas mileage. Yesterday my husband was on his way home when the car completely shut off. We have had it towed to find out that we shouldn't have driven it. I think we should scrap it just so I never have to deal with these idiots again. They have no clue what they are doing and just want your money. I will never own another Honda because of this.

I took my 1997 Honda Accord into Orr Honda Hot Springs, Ar to be serviced. Well while i was sitting there i decided i wanted to look at a new car. I've had my Honda for 14 years and i knew it was time to look into something else. Well while i was looking Alain Henrard the salesman offered me assistance. We began looking at cars and one of them really stood out! It was the 2012 Honda Accord. I so love my new car. I went in without the intentions of purchasing a new car, and left with a new one! I'm the happiest woman in the whole wide world!!! I give Alan Henrard five stars! Because he offered to help me. I was looking own my own and he stopped to help me. If he hadn't offered assistant i probably would have left without my new car!

Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership and salesman. I told Jeffrey Lively, my salesman, up front what it would take for me to purchase this car from him and he told me what he could offer. we agreed and everything he told me about the deal was provided without any problems.
