Five stars for the salesman, Tahir. He drove over 20 miles to pick me up, because my wife had to work last Saturday. The buying experience was all good. The car, however has been a bit of a letdown, so far. One week after purchase, my new Volt will be in the shop at another Chevy dealer this Saturday, because the cruise control is not working. Before failing completely, hitting + caused the car to continue accelerating even after releasing the button. Adaptive cruise should be ROCK SOLID. I hope it is just a fluke.

Sincerely hope this review makes it to Dug. Having been in dealerships and the automotive industry as my career, I expected the golden rule of customer service, "treat others the way you wish to be treated". I pulled my vehicle up to the service bay at the Ourisman Chev dealer on Frederick Rd. No greeting as i got out, this isn't uncommon so i thought nothing of it. I walked in to the service lobby where 3 service advisors sat, typing on their computers. No other guests present. Again I stood here with out a greeting. Being polite, I stood there, checked my cell phone for the time, and removed my sunglasses. Moments later a service advisor who sat all the way to the right, a bigger man, with a mustache. I belive the man's name was Tim. He made eye contact with me and said to me "Whata ya need?" I was first surprised by his greeting, but approached his desk to begin a dialog anyways. I told Tim that I was hoping to drop my car off for the day (this was 10:15AM) and I was looking to have a L.O.F (oil change) done and to have my tires balanced and rotated. Tim interrupted me, put his hand up, and said "let me stop you right there"I paused, very surprised of his reaction to my modest request, and let him talk. Tim was very condescending to me in his demeanor, told me im looking at days before he can look at my car. I responded by saying "really? days? for a oil change and rotating tires?" Tim responded "yup, sorry cant help ya!" and started to type again on his computer.I said as I picked up my keys from the desk "Geez, I'll go to Criswell Chev if you're that booked" As I ended my sentence and started to walk away, Tim yelled "yeah, you go ahead and go then!" Besides the current poor facade of the exterior and interior of this dealership (knowing they are building a new facility) the lack of customer service here is so fundamentally poor that no matter what the dealership looks like or is where it is located this is a place to stay away from. Now being in automotive the best practice would be for this dealership to read this review and put efforts forth in correcting the poor experience. I doubt that this will happen. Also - you 'll never see this review on their website, as they put workflows in place to only show the 5 star reviews on their website. I plan to talk about my experience on DealerRater, Edmunds, DrivingSales, DealerRefresh, and on my personal facebook, twitter, and Google +. No wonder franchise dealerships in america have a bad rap, and they cant overcome. After this experience, I have took my vehicle to a local repair shop, GREAT customer service. My car is there now and they have promised to have it completed shortly after lunch.

We all dread the process of purchasing a car from the distrust of the process to the T/O and just time it takes. However, this was one of those rare experiences which I hope is the trend for future car buyers, minimally the standard practice at this dealership. I knew what I wanted and didn't have time for the games nor exhaustive cat and mouse that surround the car purchasing experience. I made a call and my pleasant sales person was Hector Rios. I told him what I was looking for on their lot and advised that I only had ltd time to test drive and process the paperwork if the car was to my liking. I met him, I test drove and while I did he just provided the facts of the car w/out over selling it. Little did he know that I know my cars very well and have been through the process more than a hand full of times. The comments he made were dead on and he allowed me to come to my decision. I then advised him lets do it, but asked him to please inform the mngrs that time is critical and needed to be out w/in an hr. Behold, the skies opened up and from the new car sales manager to financing we were in and out without the stress and headache w/in an hr. It was a professional business transaction where both parties respected the time and purpose for being there and just made it happen. Car buying doesnt need to be a sales pitch! Rather inform the consumer, consult on the benefits and provided the info that is relevant to the transaction and the rest will fall into place. I understand that me purchasing on a Friday around lunch time helped in the overall timing since it was slower, however, that doesnt take away from the fact on what this team did. They could have lived in the moment of that slow pace and just taken their sweet old time. They didnt! They respected me as a consumer and I will make an effort to purchase again when that time arises.Thank you for respecting my time!

Just bought a used 2014 Chevy Volt. Best used car purchase experience I've ever had. Tahir Seeba, salesman, was really great and is an outstanding person. His sales style is to not try to SELL at all. However, he's armed with a lot knowledge to answer specific questions. If he didn't know the answer, he knew who to ask. The dealer managers I dealt with behaved in a similar manner and know the product very well. Selling by simply answering my questions and providing a lot of accurate information was a big contrast to what I've experienced with previous used car purchases. The Certified car warranties add a lot of peace of mind, but what pleased me the most was the consistently good service from the five or six employees I interacted with in person or via email. It's a long drive from Leesburg, VA to the Rockmont dealership, but when I want to replace the 2014 Volt with a 2nd generation used Volt, I will return.

Best experience ever at a dealership. Richard (sales manager) and Moe (salesman) were 100% honest and straightforward. They beat the local competitor by $3000. I picked my vehicle and was driving home in less than two hours. No games, no surprises, no last-minute additional fees. Additionally, their processing fee is $300, compared to a standard $599-$699 in Northern Virginia.

After emailing a request for information about a vehicle, received a phone call minutes later and had an appointment for a test drive when I wanted the next day. Dave Grey was very responsive and provided entertainment while we were waiting to get a shot at the vehicle. After we decided to purchase, Dave made the process smooth and hassle free while Charlie got us in and out of the paperwork booth as quickly as is possible. Great experience, great people. Antonio was our sales guy, he was very personable and took his time with us - no rushing whatsoever and the process was flawless. He even got us better financing than Navy Federal Credit Union gave us. Their finance guy did a great job, he was professional. No pressure with him either. Sometimes the money guys can be a pain in the back side but not here. The experience in this department was easy like Sunday Mornin'!!I My only regret is that I wish I had gotten the finance guy's name for this review. In the end my wife LOVES her new Mercedes SUV, and we left actually feeling "good" about the whole experience. It was well worth the 35 minute drive from NVA.Thanks again!!

have been a client of Chevrolet Ourisman since 2011, when I bought my HHR LT.I have been there since the begin maybe 10 times, for different raisons, but each time since 2011, I complain that the back door do not close very well, is very hard to open .They always put oil and say" the door is ok now" in April I went again to do some repair, they did a mistake and I had air inside the engine , the car went to hot , the radiator, blow up because of their mistake, went back one week later they apologize and remove the air inside the pipe, I told them again and again to Nick Vasquez the door do not open easily we need to change the hocks, oil is not enough since 5 years , I ask to repair the right way this door, here we go again the door is not open again the right way , after 3/4 days the problem is back only because they do not want to replace this fricking part. I will never recommend this repair place or dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I

The salesman was brand new so he was working through a learning curve. I can accept that, not the worst experience there. The person who handles the appraisals on the trade ins was at best incompetent or at worst dishonest. He offered us 10K for our toyota highlander stating that it would need a whole new paint job and a bunch of nonsensical issues. I ignored his blatant attempt to massively lowball us and went quickly to Carmax where I was immediately offered 14K for my car. The Ourisman appraiser was wrong by at a minimum, 40%. This immediately left a poor imprint of how they do business.We finished up the deal that evening and my only issues was that the low tire pressure light was on. I brought this up to the salesman and the manager. They said not to worry about it the would check it, put air in the tire and if it was something more I could bring it back in to the service department and they would fix it.The light came back on after everytime I filled up the tires, which led me to believe that they sold me a car with a tire leak. Not a huge deal, I'm sure they would just patch it and I could go on about my life. I informed them of this issue 1 week after I purchased the vehicle and then again a 2nd week after I could the vehicle and made an appointment to bring the car in.The took a look and said that the sidewall had a puncture in it and was plugged. The couldn't and wouldn't patch the sidewall and I would need to buy a new tire and they wouldn't cover it. I spoke to the sales manager, who looked at me as if I was trying to rip him off. He told me that if was illegal to plug a sidewall tire and that it wouldn't pass inspection with a plug so he's sure it wasn't his guys.Now I am disgusted that they sold me a car with a bad tire that the wouldn't fix and that they insinuated that I had plugged the tire somehow. I pointed out that the low pressure light was on WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, so clearly there was a leak BEFORE I bought the car. They are refusing to pay for the new tire.Do yourself a favor and deal with different dealer for a used car.

Scheduled an appointment with Danny who was flexible with me on date and time of my service, and then I took my 2015 Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived Ender took great care of me, and the service was completed in a timely manner! Ender even identified that my truck had an open, not safety related, recall that the technician was able to take care of while I waited. The friendly people, professional atmosphere, and great customer service are all reasons I will be returning to Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet in the future!

We had a wonderful and very pleasant experience with Alex at Ourisman Chevrolet. The suburban we were interested in was still on the lift being inspected when we showed up, but Alex convinced the mechanics to bring it down for us to look at --since we did not live close by. Alex kept us up to date in real time of when the car was done being inspected and finished with the final detailing so we could come in and make the purchase before anyone else looked at the car. We would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. It was also hard for us to get back to the dealer to pick up our plates and Alex also had them quickly shipped to my house.

Own an old 2002 Suburban with 220,000 miles purchased new also from another local dealership unable to offer kind of incentives and discounts of $2,500 found at Rockmout Chevrolet without trading in my baby! Greeted by courteous mgr, promptly assign to Alexander Gray; probably the youngest salesperson of the dealership, but can't say enough about professionalism found in the patient no nonsense young salesman! His knowledge of product i was shopping for proved very impressive in my choice of 2016 V6 Equinox. Resulting experience through Alexander Gray, with Bart Fox who generously negotiated numbers, and Charles Kain closing the deal with a more competitive rate than my pre-approval letter! I was looking for a 2015 Silverado, and found what I wanted on their website. They had reduced the price several thousand dollars to try to move it. I had a good experience dealing with salesman Tanner Roe. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He answered my questions and got me $3,500 in rebates. By using about $3,300 in earnings from my GM card, plus my trade-in, I saved a total of about $13,000 off the list price.

I purchased a Chevy Sonic from Rockmont two years ago and always had maintenance and work done there. My recent visit was to diagnose a Check Engine light that a NY dealer couldn't figure out after 2 days on the computer. The Rockmont service folks diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day, which is nothing less that I've come to expect from them. The service advisor Ender Portillo kept us informed all through the process, and the repair ended up being under warranty - a bonus!! My family loves the Rockmont service team and especially Ender Portillo, we can't sing their praises loud enough, and I can assure you we will continue to have our Sonic serviced there. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and mechanical service, you have a terrific team at Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet.

I went for a test drive and the sales person could not answer any of my questions about the car. Sales manager saw me as I wasn't a great customer that can afford their cars. My husband and I did not like the experience, so we went elsewhere. I received many phone calls from the sales person and when I told him I got my new car already from another dealer he gave me an attitude and hung up on me without saying goodbye. Awful! On the bright side, I got a better offer and car than what they had.

Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet refused to take my 2014 Chevrolet Impala that needed to be towed for service. I wanted to drop off on a Saturday, and let them do the work as soon as they could (Tuesday), but they refused. Also, I had a previous experience with them and this same 2014 Impala--they couldn't fix the problem. Do *not* take a 2014 Chevrolet Impala to do this dealership. They don't know how to work on it, and they don't want to work on it!

Why, not just because the service, an oil change and recall fix, was performed promptly and professionally but it comes down to the little details that made our experience a great one. Tire rotation is included with the oil change. I have had this service performed many times at many Chevy dealers around the US and this is the first time that the service technician took the time to make sure that the tires were inflated to Chevy specs. We'll be back!

Building is old (4 stars) but they get the job done. Waiting room is cozy, coffee free, and if you ask they will drive you to the Metro or Rockville Town Center. I have never had a complaint in over 14 years of dealing with Ourisman. A 5 star dealership.

The showroom of this dealership may not be the most modern design in the area. But the sales people are really friendly and they really want to make a deal with you. I purchase a Volt from the Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet. They have the largest selections in the DC area. Before I went there, I already visited 2 other dealers in MD and VA. So I already know what the bottom limit that I could negotiate. I told the sales person who I met with. He offered a price that I could not say no. It's that easy. They also offered the highest trade-in value for my old car. The deal is closed in a very short time. So prepare yourself, and let them know you are prepared. They will offer the best deal for you. Don't pay too much attention to the out-dated decorations in the showroom. It is not important. That is also a proof that they do not earn unreasonable prifit from their customers.

I was in the market for a new corvette and have refused to do business with Radley Chevrolet (local) since 2005. I typically purchase two new vehicles every 3-4 years and use the internet as a search tool. With dealer incentives and equity in a trade-in, I found a few vehicles I was interested in. After submitting an email inquiry, Bart Fox was very responsive and knowledgeable. We arranged a test drive and seal the deal on New Years Day. The entire experience couldnt have been better. I have dealt with Andy for new cars since 1993 and will continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. I often have my car serviced here as well but have a hard time getting time off to get repairs completed. It would be easier to get a rental the night before (since I start so early) and pick up my car after work but don't really want to pay for it. The shuttle service was wonderful when I worked closer and at a better location. I also would like to "know" the person who works on my car, not just the person in the suit who oversees them. I think it would make me want to come back more often and "make the time".

I was an internet buyer and I was careful to read the fine print, and in the fine print it CLEARLY states that the freight will be added to the internet price, and I asked Ashleigh if I was going to be charged the freight and she said yes. When I went to the finance dept they charged me the freight charge, but I was not surprised, because it was on the internet. The finance guy even worked with me a little on the interest rate. Internet buying can be a good experience if you verify everything first. I've purchased more than 30 new cars and this was one of the least stressful experiences, thank you Ourisman Chevrolet.

I recently went on line to gather information about purchasing a 2013 VOLT from this dealership. Their prices were great and I agreed to buy the car. I have planned to drive down to Maryland from New York this Saturday. Before I made the 11 hour round trip called to find out if there were any additional charges other than the usual taxes and tags. Ashley (a manager) told me that I had to pay an additional $850 destination charge. When I told her that the destination charges were already include in the advertised price she told me that it didn't matter, their dealership collects the $850 additional regardless of the advertised price. She also told me that all the dealers in her area do the same thing. I accused her and the dealership of fraud and she agreed but that's just the way it is. Imagine a manager saying that - admitting to a criminal act to a customer on the phone. The car I wanted listed for $40,005;destination charge is $850. This amounts to a total of $40,855. The dealer, on their own website, advertised a savings of $5,219 for a net price for the car of $35,636. This is clearly stated on their website. I agreed to that price and then Ashley tells me that I have to pay another $850 for destination charges which are clearly included in their advertised price for a savings of $4,469 and not the $5,219.I asked her why the dealer couldn't advertise the true price of the car instead of collecting the destination charges TWICE. Her response was that everyone does it. Why can't Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockmont take the highroad and not lead the customer on with false advertising and out and out FRAUD!!

At first when I met Brandi and Jimmy they came off as very nice and concerned about my car but once you deal with them they act as if they are irritated with you. The young man and the young lady that were working at the front desk were very nice and gave me a warm feeling but Brandi and Jimmy were the complete oppisite. My car came out fine but there were a few problems that I noticed right away. When I came to pick up my car, poor Meagan with her red face had a lobby full of customers and looked like she was completely stressed because the two managers were no where to be found. In my opinion the work came out ok but took entirely too long for minor work. Would never take my car here a again until it's under new management. The work was done back in June or July if I remember correctly.

We have been using Ourisman for years and their service department continues to be the star of the dealership. Nelson is a great service adviser and always takes care of us when we come in. He gives us timely updates on what is going on with the vehicle and lets us know if there are any issues. They also inspect the vehicle while it is in and point out if there are any other items requiring service. While all dealers do this they are not pushy and really only point out things that should be fixed the decision is always left to you. As a result they have caught things before they left us stranded on the side of the road or caused a major repair like cracked belts and worn brake pads. We always go here for our major maintenance because it is fixed correctly the first time every time.

I had been in the market to find a new vehicle because my old one had been totaled. I found a Ford Freestar at Ourisman rockmont Chevrolet and was very interested because the internet price was good. I went to the dealership and I had talked to a man named Andy and he then referred me to Bart. Bart was nice at 1st, however when I started to look at the vehicle more closely and the issue's with the vehicle and inquired about them, he made the comment, "Would you like to buy and brand new Van then". His attitude was not so nice. I was rushed into purchasing the vehicle when I wasn't even convinced it convinced it was mechanically sound even though Bart had assured me it was COMPLETELY STRIPPED APART to pass Maryland inspection.After I purchased the vehicle and put it through Virginia state inspection and emissions, which I had to pay to have some things replaced in order for it to pass Safety inspection, all of a sudden mechanical things had started to happen and I had only had the vehicle 2 weeks. I called the used car manager Ben to express my concerns. He told me to make a list of Concerns which I did and I presented it to the service department. I was told everything would be fixed. After I picked up the vehicle the same mechanical things that were suppossedly fixed started having issues again and on top of that it began to have transmission issue's. It seemed very clear that this Dealership had no interest in making sure customer's were satisfied. I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again!Alison

Beware; The relationship ends after you purchase a vehicle. I bought a vehicle from here on 6/22/2012 and two days after driving it I found an issue with placing the vehicle into reverse. I called my salesman as I sat in the parking lot where I noticed the transmission grinding for the first time. Called my salesman a second time two days later, never received a phone call back. I setup an appointment with my local dealer to have the car inspected. The Services Consultant ended up giving me the run around, telling me there was nothing they could do. I then called Charles at Ourisman, as he was the one who handled the finance end of the sale. He provided guidance and advised he would follow up with me after speaking with his Service Manager. I told Charles about Emerson not responding to my voicemails, minutes after our call ended, Emerson called me with some lame excuse that he had been out of the office. Guess he had forgot that he left me a voice mail about receiving my insurance, the evening I left my second voicemail. DUH, it was obvious you were in the office! DON'T BUY HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE THAT WILL HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED HELP! I have yet to receive a follow up call from Charles or Emerson in regards to the issue with my vehicle.... It appears I've bought a used vehicle and the warranty's don't apply because no one wants to fix the problem.***UPDATE***Charles contacted me on 07/06/2012 and handled the situation. The issue got direct to the Service Manager, Tom on 07/09/2012, whom handle the situation in a professional manner and provided a quick response. Tom was a great guy to speak with and provided me information in regards to a recent bulletin that GM posted in regards to the issue I am having. I had been looking for a new or used vehicle for the past six months and had visited more than 10 different dealerships in the process. From Ford to Scion, KIA, Merecedes Benz, Dodge/Chrysler, and all the GM lines. Infact on the Saturday evening that I spoke with Bart I had been to 3 different dealerships during the day looking a vehicles.Each time I had visited a dealership I had always felt like I was not getting the best deal and always getting the hard pressure (the old:..." this deal is only good for today!") tactics. In fact one dealership I visited would not let me test drive an Avalanche because they were too close to closing time. When I looked at the 2012 Chevy Avalanche prices Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet had advertised on the internet I was very interested but skeptical that it might be just a lost leader type of advertisement, 'oops sorry we just sold that one 10 minutes ago'. I clicked on the ICON on their website that I was interested and wanted a call back, and within 5 minutes, my salesman Bart Fox, called me at home at 5:30pm on a Saturday.I made an appointment to meet with him on the following Monday, and when I got there I experienced no games. He showed me the exact vehicle that was advertised, we test droved it, and he asked if it was indeed the vehicle I had been looking for. I said yes so without pressure we started to talk price and financing. As with all vehicle purchases there was a little haggling, they originally were a little high in the the total package price and monthly payment. But after some discussion, it can down to: 'what did I want to pay!' We closed the deal with exactly the price and monthly payment I had told myself was my budget before I walked in the door.In my whole experience of buying cars, some 30 years and probably 15-20 vehicles, I can honestly say this vehicle purchase was the by far the best and least stressfull. It is not often you walk away from a large purchase like this feeling good, and that you got the best deal and did not over pay.Thanks Bart, and thank you to the whole staff at Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet. Ourisman Rockmont found exactly the vehicle make, model, exterior and interior color I was looking for. Even though didn't have one on their lot, they drove 25 miles to pick one up for us, saving us an extra 50 miles of driving. We got a great price and $1k over blue book for our trade in. No high pressure sales tactics or pressure to buy extended warrenty, service contract, etc.

SHE THEN PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH RICHARD, HE AGAIN ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WE CAME TO A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DEALERSHIP FROM MY HOME IN MICHIGAN, RICHARD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCED ME TO ANDY TO COMPLETE THE DEAL. ANDY WAS OUTSTANDING! HE ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS AND DEMONSTRATED THE FUNCTION OF OF EACH OF THE VEHICLE SYSTEMS. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COULD HAVE NOT DONE A BETTER JOB, IN MY OPINION. My husband wrecked is truck pretty bad. We call ourisman to have it fixed. Jimmy,brandi,and Megan fought with the insurance company got us. It was about 13000.00 worth of damage and now u can't tell it ever happened. Ee have bought vehicles there, had them serviced there and now had bodywork done there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Went to purchase 3rd Chevy in 11 months, 2nd from this dealership. Agreed upon a price days ahead of time and that price changed at finance table. When I inquired about change in price, GM Richard Cunningham became enraged and slammed folder shut, advising he was not going to sell us the car anymore!! (Caught in a lie perhaps??) I have been working with GM closely on this issue as they have NEVER heard of such customer service, if you can still call that "customer service?" Have not received a response from MR. Ourisman after leaving him messages. Btw, all this occurred in front of my 11 y/o daughter and nearly put her in tears... and after I had purchased a $56K Suburban 6 months earlier from them, in which Mr Cunningham advises he "gave away". Last time I checked, I'm making those payments, not you! I would watch what they say and do, they tell you that you are saving a certain amount off of sticker price, which includes freight, but then add freight back in at the finance table. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you Ourisman Chevrolet... Shame on you... And shame on you Mr. Ourisman for not returning my calls! Richard said that you'd back him, just as arrogantly as he could!! I hope he's making you a lot of money with his shady, "snake in the grass" tactics... Just remember, those who lie in bed with snakes get bit!! The good news is, I have since gone to Criswell Chevrolet and purchased a new 2012 Volt, with more options and no "Tom Foolery" on the numbers at the finance table. The agreed upon price and trade, was the actual numbers in the finance office!! A novel idea, agree to something and follow through with it. I feel very bad for our salesman, because he is a genuine, trustworthy and like-able human being. His hard work and sale of this vehicle was sabotaged by GM Richard Cunningham, because he couldn't admit he was wrong a THIRD time. Unfortunately, my relationship of TRUST with my salesman is now over as I will NEVER RETURN TO OURISMAN ROCKMONT CHEVROLET again!!! Good Luck Bill... But, if YOU are reading this, head west to CRISWELL CHEVROLET, a dealership where ethics and professionalism mean something and I'll see you there!

I went into the dealership with credit issues and my guard up and was not sure if I even wanted to go thru the process with the possibility of being rejected. Well, I was met with courtesy, friendliness and a real genuine concern to help me purchase a vehicle of choice. No pressure what so ever, and when it came to financing my vehicle, what was discussed, was done, no added fees. I was surprise and happy at the same time. I knew my APR would not be perfect, but the dealership did not put me into a vehicle that was out of my budget. I truly appreciated the customer service I received.

I went to 3 dealers before I went to Ourisman Rockmont. All told me that I couldn't buy a car because my credit was bad. Not only did Rockmont get me done, but the APR was more than fair, and the payment on my new Malibu was well within my budget. My salesman, Frank knew the vehicle well and put me in the car I wanted. The finance person, Richard was straight forward, and didn't pull anything. Everything was explained to me before I signed on the dotted line and took my new Chevy home. Great experience. I will be returning when I'm ready for another car, and recommend everyone to see Frank at Ourisman Rockmont Chevy.

I was told I had to buy an extended warranty and gap insurance in order to get a loan. They also told me I had to pay the bank $3000 to get the loan but not to tell the lender when they called me. I put down 10K between cash and rebates and still ended up with a $389 payment for 72 months on a Chev Aveo. I was naive and trusted them and they took complete advantage of me. I just traded that car in and found out that after a year of payments I was still $5500 upside down because of the 24% interest rate they charged me. If you do ever go there to buy a car you need a lawyer and an accountant to go with you so you don't get ripped off like I did.

They try but no attention to little details. I recently had them do repairs on my 07 HHR and the car was returned to me a mess... I took it back as they forgot to put on the GM logo on the door and my running board was not aligned properly. The interior of the car was extremely dirty, I had to spend an hour with wipes cleaning all the dirt and dust from all the panels. They left a stain on my rear headliner. And did not put the rubber grommet around the hook that hold the seat back latch, that is still missing. The new quarter panel they installed on the car has a dent in it (from the inside out). I nipple dent. There are runs in the paint some of which they did take care of. And the car rattles and makes body noises now. Oh well. I already advised State Farm and Travelers Insurance, but I doubt they will do anything. It is so incovenient to keep taking the car back to Ourisman. THOSE OUT THERE... STAY AWAY, if you want good service go someplace else...
