The women I ask consistently hate shopping for cars because the auto sales industry is so male-focused. Why don't dealers provide gender sensitivity training for their sales staff?! Some of these guys refused to make eye contact with me & "sold" only to my husband, even when he reminded them that I was their customer. While some at Overturf fit into this mold, I was fortunate to find Jerry Gonzalez on my first visit to the dealership. Jerry quickly learned what was important to me & over the course of a few visits facilitated my purchase of a beautiful A6 in my preferred color choice. Jerry is personable, knowledgeable & definitely doesn't play high-pressure games to force a sale. Unfortunately, some further up the food chain at Overturf don't value female customers as much. The abrasive finance dude registered my new car in my husband's name & did not give me the option of changing it. He was visibly shocked to learn my last name is different than my spouse's, Another dealership lost my sale because they were unable to focus on the features that mattered to me & persistently called me afterward with cars that did not meet my needs. I highly recommend Jerry Gonzalez if you are looking for a good salesperson who values your needs!

Bought a new Audi Q7from Overturf Motors. Was greated right away when entered dealership.. Was asked all the right questions to find a vehicle to fit my needs, wants and price. Was offered and took a test drive. Test drove similar style of vehicles from 2 other dealerships for a total of three test drives. Car came equiped with SLine summer tires and sales went above and beyond to find economical solution for a fast approaching winter. They checked Les Shwaub, Tire Rack etc. in the end I decided to go wtih Audi winter tires and wheels, it just seemed right and price was not far off from other tire retailers. I did get Audi care and passed on the rest of the obligatory offers.

We started searching for a new car to replace our 2002 Taurus about a year ago. I contacted Overturf Motors via the Internet. Jen Overturf emailed me to let me know she could help me find a car. Because my first car was a 1978 VW Rabbit diesel, I knew VW makes a good diesel engine, so I was biased toward the VW. But I also looked closely at the Hyundai Sonata, and realized that it is a great value for the money. The Passat costs several thousand dollars more than the Sonata, and I had a hard time justifying it. Then in June, Jen emailed me with a great offer on a 2013 Passat TDI. My wife and I test drove it, and we loved it. Its comfort, spacious cabin, super efficient engine, and superior quality and build convinced us that it was worth spending the extra money for the VW. During the whole decision process, Jen was very patient and considerate, so much so that we felt she really cared about our needs. And she has proved it by following through after the sale. We have never had such a relaxed car-buying experience. If you are in the market for a new car, Overturf Motors has a lot to offer.

I had a very good buying experience with the staff at Overturf. Donovan is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman, that can adequately demonstrate and discuss the features of the Audi S5. Let's just say that the demo drive was safe and spirited - as it should be in this class of cars. Financing was great, the price was the best that I could get in the Northwest (and I know, since I priced Overturf against several competing dealerships). It's a LONG wait when ordering an S5, but the staff at Overturf made it tolerable. I had a post order color change, and they handled it like pros. The only down side to ordering (other than a 4 month wait) is a process snafu with Audi itself, for those of us who don't want holes drilled into the front grill for plate holders. I guess if you want that option, picking it up in Germany would be the way to go. Once the car arrived, the staff prepped it and had it ready for me, including some post delivery service of pulling the badges off of the side (thanks guys). Overall, great price, great financing, great and informed service by sales and the service department. I'd buy from Overturf again!

We recently purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat tdi sel. The staff at Overturf made the purchase easy. Our salesman Donavon De La Vega was verry informative and never gave us the feeling like he was pressuring us to buy. Best of all, he never handed us off to another salesperson. I looked at another dealership in Tri Cities, and we were passed off to 6 different sales people! It is hard to want to spend any amount of money at a dealership, when the salespeople give up on you after only 5 minutes on the lot. Donavon and the rest of the Overturf family were not that way at all. The cars they have on the lot sell themselves. We felt we got everything we wanted for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend stopping buy Overturf for your next car.

We have been searching for the safest car, best mileage, best maintenance record, best handling from a reputable, reliable, dealer with a long standing record of excellence in sales, maintenance, and customer service. That's a tall order. The Final Destination was Overturf Volkswagen in Kennewick with the purchase of a 2013 Passat turbo diesel. This vehicle is equiped with the Premium package and the Navigation package. The numbers of added features vs. the cost of the package are without question well worth the investment. Our buying experience and the performance of the Passat persuaded me to trade in my 2003 Jetta TDI and upgrade to the 2013 Jetta TDI. Now I am set up to take my long daily commute with ease. Feb. 26, 2013 I would like to share my recent car leasing/buying experiences at Overturf Motors, Kennewick, WA. Two weeks ago, just before Valentines Day, I was winding down my search for a new vehicle to either buy or lease and was seriously considering a VW Passat TDI. My alert salesman, Jerry Gonzalez, knowing my vehicle needs, suggested that I also take a look at the Kia Optima and gave me a brief orientation on the Kia line. The more I looked, the more I liked what I was seeing and what Jerry was telling me made sense. Long story short, I ended up leasing a new 2013 Optima EX with very attractive lease terms, trading in my older SUV, and I couldnt be any happier with my decision. This car is amazing in many ways, out-performing and better looking (in my opinion) than three other competing makes that I was considering. In addition, like for like, the price tag was thousands less and with an industry leading 100K mile limited warranty! Negotiations were fair and never did I feel any sense of hard sell or pressure from my salesman, Jerry Gonzalez. I found him to be personable, very well informed, able to answer whatever questions I threw his way and he went out of his way to help me to feel comfortable in making whatever decision I chose. When he offered to give me some general leasing numbers to look at prior to any credit checks, etc., I knew this was the way I wanted to do business, and a sharp contrast to some other dealerships! At conclusion, Jerry introduced me to the entire staff from managers to service to parts/accessories and I must say I was very impressed with the family friendliness everywhere as well as the exceptionally clean and well laid out Overturf Motors facility. Having purchased vehicles for over 4 decades now, I can, without reservation, recommend Overturf Motors top notch salesman, Jerry Gonzalez! As it turned out, my wife was also looking for a vehicle change and had her eye on a used Jetta TDI, but it was a bit out of our reach so we began discussing the options with our guy, Jerry. Having not considered a gas Jetta, I would never have found exactly what my wife loves in a car without Jerry. The like new, three year old, low miles gas Jetta that Jerry knew had just come out of detail, was the perfect fit for my wife. I had my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta TDI into Overturf because it wouldn't start on occasion when it was cold out. The issue had happened multiple times and the car had 15k miles on it and was under full warranty when I brought it in for this problem. The service department told me that if the issue was not actively happening or if there was no error code they could not figure out what the issue was. So nothing was done to solve the issue. Again - this was while the vehicle was under warranty. The problem continued to happen over the years intermittently and with no check engine lights. On the last occurrence the failure to start caused a check engine light and I immediately took the car back to Overturf. Overturf explained that there was now a service bulletin for this known issue. According to Overturf service the issue was that the turbo was getting ice in it causing the car not to start. They told me that volkswagen developed a kit for this known issue that could be installed (parts and labor for $900.00). I asked Overturf to cover all or part of this cost given that they had a record of my bringing the car in for this problem at 15K miles when the car was still under full warranty. Overturf told me that the fact that they had and still have a record of this problem while the car was under full warranty is irrelevant and now that the car is out of warranty they are not going cover any of the repair cost. Overturf essentially told me that its my problem now that the warranty had expired. This decision was made by Brian (Overturf Service manager). I called Volkswagen Customer care to see if something could be done. Customer care also told me that they could do nothing for me. Up until this point I have been very happy with my Jetta. Volkswagen and and Overturf have both decided that sticking me with a $900.00 repair for a known issue with the car that was occurring during the warranty period is more important than retaining a customer.

I found a 2002 Celica GTS with low miles on their website. I called and talked with Tug - I asked him for a rating of the interior and exterior of the car. He told me 8 and 8. I had to drive 3 hours, had cash in hand. When I got there I would rate the interior a 9 and exterior a 6 or lower. Had paint scraped off to metal, with rust - and tons of paint issues. If he would have been honest I would not have wasted a day and a tank of gas and he would have not got this review.

I bought a recent used car from Overturf and really was treated like royalty (of course Audi does that to you). I was informed of the best deal they could give and they never varied from that (meaning I got their best deal up front). They had the best financing (1.9%) and even paid my first month's payment. They sold me a certified used car which I honestly cannot distinguish from new and the price was competitive with cars not certified. Tug Williams was my salesman and he has always given me good deals in the past.

They were very polite & friendly, did not try to pressure us (WE LIKE THAT), and were very efficient in filling our needs and desires. After totaling my 2001 Optima I NATURALLY LOOKED FOR ANOTHER (0PTIMA). iT HAD BEEN A GOOD CAR, PURCHASED 10 YEARS AGO FROM OVERTURF MOTORS. When I went back to my former dealer agency, the salesman who sold me the former Optima was no longer there but I was met and greeted by Brent Warner. He proved to be not only a good salespearson but was very knowledgeable about his product.The biggest problem during the negotiations was finding the car that I wanted.(Right color , right engine, and optional equipment.)We ened up impo0rting one from another dealer (in Oregon) . According to Brent, Kia Optimas are really hard to come by, it seems they go out as fast as the dealers can get them!(Good sales pitch?) Any how I finally got mine and am very happy with it and with not only Brent but also the entire dealership,service department included. A small adjustment had to be made 3 days after the sale closed. No problem and they even washed and cleaned the car! (Good service, fast service, I love it!) Thanks Overturf!!

I went in to look at a car...just look. I knew I would be buying new eventually. As I had never owned a new car before, I was NERVOUS. I'm sure it sounds silly, but I was holding out for power locks and windows (the car that inevitably became my trade-in had limited features to say the least). My new Soul has far exceeded these must-haves by a great deal. The blue-tooth that connects right to my phone is one of my favorite bells (of the bells and whistles variety!). I had no idea these luxuries were real options. Keyless entry is another perk for me and frankly I feel pretty BA when the horn beeps as I lock the doors while I walk away from the car. Brent was friendly and polite, not pushy at all. Definitely not the sleazy, selling ice to Eskimos, car salesman we all dread! There was a higher-up also involved who helped the process along, however, he wasn't as gracious as I would have liked. I know it's his job to make money for the company, but I guess I liked to be schmoozed out of my money (not in a butt kissing way by any means), but talking down to a customer, in a brash(ish) tone, doesn't exactly ease the blow of taking on a financial commitment such as this (and for a new teacher, it is definitely a commitment we can't afford to take lightly!) Overall, my experience was great, the facility was very impressive, and Brent was wonderful to work with. I will, and have talked up Overturf to all the people who had to do a double-take, or even wanted to go for a ride in my new car. They are consistently surprised by the roominess, and features. I am very proud of my new Soul.

Jen was great to work with even though we were never able to meet with her directly. We are from Montana and had been looking for a 2005 Bonneville for sometime. Jen was great about sending us additional pictures and we were able to negotiate our trade before we got to the dealership. Everyone was very helpful. This is my second vehicle purchase from Overturf Motors in Kennewick, WA. in less than 17 months. I bought both my cars from a very nice and easy sales guy Bill Keough. He took his time and is never pushy and does the best he can with the tools they give him to sell vehicles. I did have an issue with the car after leaving the lot but Overturf put my vehicle to the front of the line and got the issue resolved in a timely matter. All Good.

Wonderful personnel wonderful dealership I picked this dealership over a cheaper priced vehicle due to getting what I wanted color an options. I could of saved a thousand but I would have settled for something I did not truly want.

It took the whole team to make my experience so awesome - and they stepped up to deliver...literally. They helped locate the vehicle I wanted, drove it down themselves, expedited some upgrades in the service department, had additional personnel dialed in while my salesman had a day off....it was really great service all the way around.

Everyone at Overturf was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They made buying a new car, which I think is normally a difficult task, any easy process. I like their upfront pricing policy about ordering a new car, which eliminates the need for back and forth negotiations.

From the attention I was given you would never know that I bought the least expensive car on the lot at Overturf. I have dealt with Overturf on all fronts. I worked with them in '08 looking for an '04 TT. Then again in '11 while looking for a new Q5. I was extremely satisfied with Overturf's customer service. They spent quite a lot of time searching for the perfect car for me, and after a hiccup - which was not they're fault - they did everything they could to remedy the situation. I still go in to have my car serviced, and everyone is always helpful and on the ball.

My husband and I went to Overturf after thouroughly researching the vehicle that would be best for our family. The sales staff was friendly, accomodating, and very knowledgeable. Overturf's inventory was extensive, and we were able to test drive and compare multiple vehicles with various features to really determine what the best option for us was. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Kia Sportage with exactly the features we wanted. Overturf's pricing was also very competitive, and their service and support after the sale has been outstanding. I cannot recommend Overturf Volkswagon/Audi/Kia enough!

I have an Audi S6 which has a V10 that can be tricky to maintain. I have always been cautious about servicing it and have been very satisfied with the quality of work at Overturf. The service techs are clean and professional and the service manager was great at being flexible about scheduling.

We were in the process of looking for a cheap used truck for my son. In all honesty, we had no business looking for one at a car dealership, as we were trying to stay under $1,000. But in spite of our budget and obvious intention to buy private party, the staff at Overturf treated us as if we were VIP customers anyway. When we are ready to purchase a newer vehicle, we will be going to Overturf FIRST!
